Texans snap 9-game skid by beating skidding Titans 19-14

"The Texans scored 9 unanswered fourth quarter points to defeat the Titans 19 to 14 at Tennessee, earning just their second win of the season, the go ahead score comes on a 6 yard touchdown past two Brandon cooks from Davis mills. I feel like really these past couple of weeks and the tail end of the season, we've been putting a lot of good efforts up and putting a lot of good stuff on tape just hadn't find a way to finish games and today that's what we did. Tennessee gets 126 yards rushing at a touchdown from dairy Henry as they fall to 7 and 8 and are tied with Jacksonville for the top spot in the AFC south. I'm Mike Reeves.

"Got to touch him. Get back up again. There we go. At the giants, you throw records out, but Philadelphia usually wins those games, right? I'm worried at Chicago. Week 17, 18, they got the one seed wrapped up. These guys are. You guys are resting. That could be Christmas Eve. Dallas. Could you imagine they walk into Christmas Eve in Dallas at 14 and out? Oh my God. That's going to be the storyline with each passing week. And then you'll hear Jalen hurts say nobody talked about it, and we were two and 5, so you shouldn't talk about our record now, and it'll be kind of be like, yeah. Certainly if tonight, there is a pivotal game 5 win at home and the Phillies take one step closer to another need to grease light poles in the city of Philadelphia. You know, this is it. Honestly, the second half of the NFL season, that strikes me right now as a story, because I believe you're going to see an 8 no team emerge tonight. Look out below for levy and the rest of that team is Brandon cooks is not playing. They said that he hadn't done enough this week to practice. It's just absurd. It's absurd. It's not like there's padded practices for Thursday night games. Brandon cooks forgot about the offense that he was in just four days ago. He didn't want to go to the walk through. Which is not in his right mindset right now. I bet he's just like losing his mind like really? I'm still here. Dallas wanted me. I couldn't go there. Green Bay, what are they doing? That's an $18 million figure for next year. Nobody wanted to pay, I guess. So that's tonight. It's all about Philadelphia and we're all rent payers this evening. Let's go. I want to thank today's guest Nick friedel and then of course Lamar Jackson. Tomorrow, cam Jordan, the cheetah tyreek hill and Joe mantegna in studio. It could be information to change your life forever, or the something you should know podcast could just be something interesting. Ramit Sadie, talking about being rich. The old definition of rich had a lot to do with how much money you accumulated, but it wasn't about how to spend it, it was more about how to get it, but okay, so once you get it, what do you do with it? In our culture, everybody tells you how to save, but nobody teaches you how to spend it. Something you should know, wherever you listen.

"EPA numbers enhance when Kyle used check is on the field and Shanahan just calls a better game. If you look, Shanahan runs from 12 more when you check is available. Shanahan runs from 11 more when he's not and it's substantially less efficient. Because you check and catch passes. But also within that, the formations are heavy, which again is kind of that decoy formation. Are we running are we passing? Jimmy G's passing EPA is way better when you check is out there as well. And that ability to be multiple and versatile offensively is really the other reason the forty-niners have had success in this series. I mean, you think about the rams defensely. It's like this star studded group where we have three, four really good players. But the way Shanahan runs the offense is he disguises things and because he's versatile, you can call a game where you negate the stars and focus on the 7 or 8 pawns that are out there. That's ultimately been the ace up his sleeve. The thing here on this side of the ball though, you're going to have to keep your I and debo Samuel. Hasn't practiced yet this week, the injury appears to be more than a bump or bruise. The game is certainly vital, but the forty-niners do have a buy on deck. So keep your eyes peeled there. We also saw Trent Williams returned valiant effort, obviously. Not a 100%. So this side of the ball is a little beaten up as well. The rams do get the advantage of the rest and out of the by and have the ability to tweak a few things here. And so that's kind of the element of potential surprise. If there's not out of the buy. It just kind of proves Shanahan's dominance over McVeigh once again. No, I know it's not going to impact the overall handicap of the rams forty-niners game this weekend, but yet again, the rams find themselves linked to a couple of high profile difference makers in the trade market. Do you believe there's a little bit of substance behind the style, whether it be Brandon cooks coming over from Houston or potential edge rusher in the form of Brian burns from Carolina or Bradley Chubb from Denver as the rams look to try and generate a little pressure off the edge in area where they've been extremely deficient so far this year. Since they weren't able to keep von Miller in rams color. It's a really tough question. I would see how this plays out, but obviously the rumors of Bradley Chubb have been strewn about and if Denver loses, you mentioned that fire sale at the top and there's obviously a relationship between the two organizations and they understand a deal was easy to get done last time and so you kind of go back to some of those business partners, right? And so let's see what Bradley Chubb would provide this defense. Brian burns is just a pressure monster, even though some of the sack numbers aren't great. Personally, I don't think the rams are close enough, but I'm sure they believe they are. I'm sure they see themselves getting a little bit healthier. Right, Troy hill should return for this one, which is a nice piece for that unit defensively. And you look at the landscape of the NFC and you're like, this thing's freaking wide open. I get it. I just don't know how good they are. Brandon cooks would be a huge boost to this offense, though. And I understand he's been traded all about. But I think maybe they test the waters and see what van Jefferson brings and you certainly have the locker room that's still open for OBJ. So does it make sense to go that route and give up assets when you can for cooks when you can hopefully get OBJ back at a cut rate in a couple of weeks? Who knows? Yeah, that's the $100 million question. The rams I think to your point see the NFC landscape is being wide open, a chance to defend their conference crown. But even if they're able to go out and fortify their offense or defense in any capacity before the trade deadline, they are still a far cry. From the elite teams in the National Football League, not just in the NFC, maybe in the form of the Philadelphia Eagles, but the heavy hitters that we see in the AFC and the Buffalo Bills and of course the Kansas City Chiefs. Speaking of the bills, we get to see them fresh out of a buy in prime time. Sunday Night as an 11 and a half point favorite welcoming in a struggling Aaron Rodgers Green Bay packer squad. Total on the game 47 and a half. And the bill's pain are seeking their best 7 game start in the franchise since 1993 when they went on to lose in the Super Bowl against the Dallas Cowboys. Meanwhile, Green Bay on the other side of things off to their worst 7 game star with Aaron Rodgers as their starting quarterback. And Aaron Rodgers never been more than an 8 and a half point underdog in his career according to ESPN stats and info 234 career starts includes regular season and the playoffs are the most by any quarterback to never be a double digit underdog in the Super Bowl era. Rogers, however, is owned for straight up, including the playoffs as they touch down or more underdog. Only Tom Brady has a longer distinction and all of that. But the silver lining for Green Bay, maybe you've already hit rock bottom. Maybe Aaron Rodgers can channel some of his prime time mystique that we've seen out there. The last time the packers were a double digit underdog week 12, 2017 at the Steelers with Brett hundley starting at quarterback. We know that the bills are an absolute juggernaut. The defense has exceeded expectations. Josh Allen playing at an MVP like level, which is why he is the favorite to take home that particular hardware. Does Green Bay have any path? I'm not going to say for an outright win, but to keep this game competitive and keep us from turning off the football game before it gets to halftime. The line is probably shocking to some. It certainly was me at first blush. And then I looked at our numbers and was like, okay. Not off at all. And we actually made 7 and a half in value on Facebook here at less than 2000. No, no, no, no. We're at 10.4. I was surprised to see that. And I think it's going to shock some people, but we have the packers power rated worse than an average football team right now.

"This is the most obvious pick for this category. Mooney and the bears. Yeah. He's another one in the branding cook zone. I can't think of a single other bears fantasy person I would want. Including QB. Moody's stats last year. First of all, he played every game. 80 one catches 1055 yards. Four TDs and he's the only receiver that I can even name on the bears this year. I'm sure they have other people that are going to play the position I just can't think of any, just like somebody's got to get to 12 hundred yards. The other bears are sealed cast off from other teams that where they couldn't crack the top 5. Like Nikhil Harry, obviously the Patriots receivers couldn't crack their ankles. Yeah, I promise he's not cutting into Mooney's moony stats. This happened, I think it was on your podcast. One of the episodes you guys were talking about Brandon cooks, all the years in a row. He's had a thousand yards. And I was just like, what? Brandon cooks out of that. Like I just had no idea. I could do that. So Brandon cooks, so three players in the NFL have had a thousand yards in 6 of the last 7 seasons. That's insane. 6 O 7. Travis Kelce, Mike Evans, and Brandon cooks. Like four different teams. And he'll probably do it again this year. So I think Mooney is I think he's the brand. I got a good staff for you for Mooney. Yeah. He had a 26% target rate last year. 6th the one receivers. 6th. And that was with Allen Robinson on the offense with him. That's like a 40% target rate in this hospital. Oh my God. That's a good one. Next category. Craig lead us off with the sorry that's way too rich for my blood guy. Derek Henry. Yeah. I'm good. I'm not paying. Can we just sweep the board? 'cause I think that's our number one, right? I'm not paying full price for a pickup truck with 200,000 miles on it. And a broken wow. Tractor seat. I'd rather be wrong and he just is good every year than the one year I get him and he breaks down on me. That can't be me. Well, that Jones fracture is brutal. Was it awesome in the playoff game? Times are gonna be worse. One of the reasons they lost, they have no receivers at all. So you can load the line even more than last year. I'm with you. That's one of those as soon as that gets over 15 bucks. I think I'm out. Is that on my D&D list like McCaffrey? I can't wait for somebody to draft McCaffrey. Honestly, what would you bet your life for McCaffrey games played this year? Would you bet on ten? Your life. I feel like it's either going to be like 15 or four. And I don't know which one to pick. I think he's going to place like, I do think he's going to play like the whole freaking season.

"They can win that division. Well, a different team has won that division every year since O four. So I know it's not going to be the cowboys, but likely the eagles will see if somebody else like the Giants or the commanders can step up at pretty long odds. One more NFL thought, which second year quarterback has the better year this year, I think we can take Zach Wilson out because we know he's going to miss at least four weeks of time. So Trey Lance, Justin Fields, Mac Jones, Davis mills. Davis mills. That's the guy. Like, here's the thing. This is crazy with Davis mills. If you look at his yardage prop for the year. It's around 3700 yards. Now off the top of your head, you go, that's insane. How is he going to throw for those kind of yards? Who is he throwing the ball to? Well, he's throwing the ball to a very good receiver, but a guy who's also hurt all the time. You know his name, don't you? Brandon cooks? There you go. That's the guy. Now Brandon cooks yardage prop. This is even crazier. Brandon cooks yardage proper this year. I think it's right over a thousand yards. So explain to me the math of this whole thing. If Brandon cooks, you had 800 yards receiving last year in like 30, I think they only played 11 games together last year due to injuries and everything else. So if you got 800 yards in 11 games, if he plays all 17, not only is Brandon cook's gonna clear that 1000 yards, but Davis mills should easily go over his yardage prop. This is the guy to bet on. He's gonna have a scary good year. Out of all these second year quarterbacks, nobody's expecting anything of him. My only concern really is that love you Smith is the head coach. And you don't have a seasoned offensive coordinator. This is not a coach who says, okay, let's throw the ball 40 times a game. Because if they did, he could have a Blake bortles type here in Jacksonville where he threw

"Garage? It's two in the morning. Almost done. Okay, I'm a car fanatic. eBay motors, let's ride. All right, the final team of this show, team 29. They are shooting up the rankings. This time last year we were discussing will they be the first zero in 17 team in NFL history. They have moved all the way up to 29th in our rankings. That is the Houston Texans Connor. What is the deal with the Texans? The Texans are a team that is building some sort of football death star behind the scenes, but is operating as a quaint mom and pop organization in the meantime. So lovey Smith is there. Davis mills seems okay. In order to convince people that they aren't tanking, they resign Brandon cooks, and then leaked to everybody like C, we signed Brandon cooks. We're not tanking. So yeah, that's that. But they do have really cool young players. They drafted really cool players this year. And that's hard for anybody to ignore, I think. They did. And if I could throw a dash of pessimism out here about the Texans, last year, so they went four and 13 last year. That was, I think we all agree a huge over achievement, but the more I look at that team, they had so many veterans, like fringy veterans. It wasn't a youth movement. It was just a teen full of fringy veterans. It's like, okay, well, they should be a professional football team. To some extent, because, you know, it's not like you're throwing out a bunch of sink or swim type guys. That said, yeah, I love the Derek stingley pick this year. They are loading up on better young talent at this point. We'll see if Davis mills is a starting quarterback in the NFL or not. And yeah, I don't know. All things considered with what went on in the past like two or three years there. Not terrible. This is going kind of okay. They are, it's almost as if like enron had the chance to rebrand. You know, and so they're just like, yeah, we're not the Houston Texans. We're just like the Houston guys for Texas, you know?

"One. So I'm pretty sure that this is like a troll account that I'm now feeding into that has. But for some reason, it's called my patriots updates, which I'm sure is a play on Ari's account, my sports updates. It's actually Bill Belichick's burner. Right. He's just right. He's putting it all out there. I just want it because I got it. I'm all in. I'm like, if they trade for Brandon cooks, if they flip this 5th round pick 'cause, you know, they got for Jack mason for Brandon cooks. I remember you okay with that. You know, and then they go and they get a garden, the draft, and yeah. I don't know who this person is. I don't know. I have nothing to do with this person. All of a sudden, he's telling me things that I'm reporting that I'm not actually reporting. So there you go. No, I have not reported that. The only thing I ever reported about the wide receiver market is that the Patriots are still making calls about wide receivers. That is it. I have not reported any names. I'm not reporting anything about Alan Robinson. And we'll see what happens with the patrons and wide receivers, but we need to have any names you want to give us? No, not right now. Maybe. Maybe tomorrow. We'll see. What are the names? Let's real quick. Let's reset the board here. What are the names? Because you have put names out there. Yes. Last couple of days. So MVS is still out there. Marcus valdes scandling. They're definitely interested in him. They've talked to him. They've inquired his markets getting a little bit wonky too. Like they're talking about on his camp $12 million a year as a starting point for his offer. I just don't see that happening. I don't really see the reason for the Patriots to go there. Is MBS a $12 million player? In this market he might be. Overall. I mean, they already have Nelson Aguilar on that contract, right? Right. And so I don't know. What's Aguilar's deal?.

"They basically didn't think they were enough catches to go around. I said at the time they traded the wrong receiver. I think I might have been right now. I know Michael Thomas said that one great season. But he hasn't played two years. Brandon cooks steady production thousand yard guy, so I'll take Brandon cooks back in a second. Yeah, Brandon cooks is not yielding a second round pick. Like you can get Brandon cooks out of Houston for day three pick. I don't think that he's somebody that's going to get in. What's the weight? Well, I don't know. That's a good question. If that trades out there, I think that one's also a possibility. So I think the two things that just kind of summarize what we're talking about here. Number one is getting an outside receiver. I think is a priority for the team. Number two is pointing the draft in a defense direction, I think, would be the ideal scenario. This is me talking. Ida's personally think that would be the ideal scenario for the Patriots because they have too many holes on that side of the football. And if they then also have to throw a receiver into that mix somehow, they just don't have the capital. They just don't have the picks to be able to fill all these holes. If they can go all defense in the draft, draft a corner, draft a linebacker, maybe draft another edge rusher, pass rusher, then they'll have that ability potentially this defense back together. If they have it, then also throw in there that they have to draft a receiver on top of all of that and it has to be early so that it's somebody that can actually make a difference. I just think that it gets really complicated at that point. Yeah, I'd agree. Veterans the way to go there. Yeah, so let's go back to Russell Wilson here for a second before I wrap this I think the interesting we talked about potentially buying guys from Seattle. I think you touched on it briefly Alex. I know you wrote about it. How good do you think that this really makes Denver? And is this something that the Patriots are not going to say need to be worried about? But is this another team that the Patriots.

"And you also go into it that you're going to have a new coach losing a guy like Sean Payton is losing a pillar of your organization. So losing a guy as big of a deal as Sean Payton, no quarterback. They're going to have to hit the reset button here a little bit in New Orleans so some of these guys that are getting up there in age or contractually are very, very expensive, might not make the most sense to hang on to and at this point for the saints. Yeah, I'll pass on Michael Thomas. I just boy. He's played 13 games in the last two years. You don't like slam boy? He fell off. He had one good year. They traded the wrong guy. They had to trade one of them. They traded the wrong guy. They should have kept branding cooks. But that's another point. I don't know, Brandon cooks. Michael Thomas, does Brandon cooks have Michael Thomas this season? Was that 2019 with Drew Brees? He had one really good besides that. I mean, basically, since that season, he's been hurt. Yeah. So I guess Michael Thomas is the peak, but if you want the extended like overall body of work, I'd be more impressed by Brady cooks. Marshall Latin was the one for me, 'cause we just talked about it. They needed second corner. And the documents of right now. But you talked about this on the last show, though. One of the biggest issues for the Patriots is they had a place zone and that forces their linebackers into coverage and that was a big problem. You have JC Jackson and Marshawn Lattimore opposite each other. Oh yeah, go play no zone. Right. Knockers don't have to cover anything. Go ahead. Then go ahead and get all whatever's first name is Chanel from Wisconsin. The 270 pound downhill kit. Leo right and all. You can have him running downhill all you want. If you got JC Jackson opposite Marshall added more. So if they're going to pick a piece off that roster, he's the guy to me, I guess if you want to go like pound for pound, considering he cost a ton. I can't imagine Cameron Jordan would be super expensive at this point. Yeah. And having him opposite Matthew judon, I think would be a nice little fit, but yeah that's where I'm at with that. By the way, Sean Payton is going to be back in the NFL. This is one year off, and then he's going to Dallas..

"It's kind of funny to think about. But that kind is what it feels like. Yeah, I would assume that this isn't necessarily a game plan where the Patriots are gonna feel like they need to blitz a ton to affect Davis mills. I think Davis mills is gonna give it up to them regardless of they put a ton of pressure on them or not. So maybe a game plan where they're similar to what they did last week against Tampa Bay, honestly, where they have the safety in the middle of the field and the deep middle and they have another player in the middle of the field, the rat defender, if you will, whether it's from the linebacker level or another safety like miles Bryant rotating into the box into that role. You put two kind of help defenders in the middle of the field so that all JC Jackson has to do is play bump and run on the outside and make sure that Brandon cooks doesn't beat him on a go ball. That's pretty much all he's got to worry about. He's got help in the middle of the field at both the intermediate and deep levels. Sharp Brandon cooks could catch a little drag rat or a three step slant or something like that underneath the defense, but then you just make the tackle. So that to me is probably going to be a similar game plan as to what it was. Last week, the Patriots really putting a lot of praise on this Tampa Bay are this Houston receiving corpse. They blow smoke up the opponent every single week. So this is something else, though. I think they said it was the best one of the best receiving groups are gonna face all year or something like that. So yeah I look great at cooks next is as much as the next guy, but it's calmed out. Yeah. So it was a weird typical ballot check pumping up the opponent type stuff. So yeah, I think this is gonna be a very big one rat type of coverage for the Patriots. JC Jackson just jam Brandon cooks and make sure you don't get beat on the go ball. And you'll have help to the inside on some of the other in breaking stuff that they run with Brandon cooks, posts, deep overs, things like that. And just make Davis mills look like Davis mills, right? That's really all it has to happen here in this game and they probably win this game. Regardless of what is offensive line. Right. If they lose it's because it's a massive breakdown upfront offensively. Anything short of that, there's no reason for them to lose this game. Yeah. They will have to worry a little bit about outside zone running in this game. David culley coming from Baltimore, knows how to scheme it up in the run game from being with Lamar Jackson and the ravens. He obviously doesn't have Lamar Jackson. Texans had Tyrod Taylor starting in this game and be a lot more interesting to be honest with you..

"Not gonna spend a ton of time on this. Obviously, a couple of quick hits. David culley seems like he's way underwater already, which shouldn't surprise people. They are not very good defensively, Greg. Nick casario is trying to rebuild this roster on the fly. They've got the Desean Watson headache, which I think they've completely mismanaged. And so now, without Tyrod Taylor, being available, which has been unfortunately for him, the story of his career, they have Davis mills at quarterback. Last week against the bills at buffalo, their first half of offense was one of the if not the worst first half offensive displays I've seen in NFL history. Just your quick take a lot of crappy, you've seen a lot of crappy animals. I've seen a lot of crappy NFL football and I'll tell you this one takes the cake last week. You're quick like one minute breakdown of Houston if you have one. I don't have much, I am interested in a little reunion with the expatriates, many of whom. By the way, side note, I'll be interested to see we'll probably see a Bill Belichick embrace of Jack easterby during this game. First of all, Jack easterby in Seth wickersham's book, one of the curveballs I did not see coming was Jack easterby basically standing up to Robert Kraft GE wonder where he got this from. I wonder who told him this anecdote. Jack easterby, that basically, Jack easterby stood up the robber craft and said, you're not being fair to Bill Belichick. I stand with Bill. He's the greatest coach of all time. Basically something like that. There was some sort of moment. Very, very dramatic Jack east to be a moment. So we get, yeah, so we get Brandon cooks, Danny Amendola, Rex burkhead, Marcus cannon dick caserio. All the feels. Nick, all the feels. Look, I'll be interested to see I want to watch how the Patriots offense, you know, if they have any offensive linemen for this game or maybe they're just going to go like 7 on 7, like just one guy snapping in the middle of the field type of thing. I assume, the way they're operating, it seems like they're confident that some of those guys are going to be back from COVID and whatnot..

"He's like they're fractured or broken. And I think it's only one. And I'm, look, I mean, Bruce fell off a ladder and broke four ribs and he was an excruciating pain. I get that it fucking hurts, okay? But Drew Brees did he not play. Yes. With 11 fractured ribs. This guy has like one maybe two, and he's fucking on the IR. You are an NFL quarterback. What are you doing that is not capable of conditioning conditioning, recovery? Like, what is going on with this dude to where he can not stay? Dude, can't play through his injuries. It's the two of hype. It's gonna see it. I mean, the thing is, and this is very telling. You what you said, and I'm like, oh, I forgot he was even playing, which means he's on no one's radar outside of Miami, but really the dolphins aren't on anybody's radar outside of their fan base. But my whole point is, remember, he made such a splash. Oh, two O two, oh my God, it was a big deal. They televised everything he did. Any movie made, holy shit, we're still going to a two O two. People were losing their shit. And now, I haven't heard a PEEP. Anybody saying anything about tua, right? So I'm wondering what Miami is going to do about their quarterback situation because jakoby burset is their backup. And he's not a terrible backup, but he's not a starter. So, I mean, is the deshaun Watson? Conversation is a mess. Come into play. The Texans, what a mess that organization is. They have been forever, though, but nobody does anybody actually. Is anybody really a Texans fan? Because the cowboys are the state's team. Who's a Texans fan? Well, I was when they first came on the scene because I was an Euler span. But then the oilers went to the sea, became the Titans, so I stayed with that fan base. I like the Titans. I really like that. I do. You know how I feel about Mike vrabel? Yes, we do. I'm a big fan. Yes, yes, yes, we do. But honestly, the only reason I think anybody the likeability factor for Houston was JJ watt. Now that he's gone, they've got like no, but they've got they've got, what's his name cooks? Cooks? No. No. For China. And you're going to make me look shit up Amy. This is what I hate about this podcast. Brandon cooks. But they have that they have that boss ass running back. What's his face? Hold on, what's his face Houston, Texans? I'm looking it up. "How does you know if he you know. He gets the bulk of the targets. In you know he becomes a red zone. You know threat with the patriots. But we'll have to wait and see what that so then after that. I have the wide receiver for the colts. Michael pittman low on my mock draft. I put him very late. You know. I definitely think he could be the top target in this colts offense. You know the. Ty hilton is aging. You know he's not the ty hilton was you know four or five years ago. You know and michael pittman. He was okay last year. And i definitely think you know carson wentz is going to you know. Use him and have him as a target along with ty hilton When i think michael pittman he could be a guy that could be flex option. You know maybe even wide receiver to on your team you know. I definitely think he'd go a little bit sooner. But i don't know. I just feel like you know this. Is you know where. I put him and you know again. The mock draft is not perfect. I i don't think it is perfect by any means but you know this is where i put him i do think that carson wentz i it's going to he's going to help carson wentz out. He's definitely going to help them out. And yeah he's a guy that you know is looking to make a jump in year two so then after him. I have the wide receiver for the houston. Texans believe it or not brandin cooks now. I feel like brandin cooks. You know. I think he could do all right. I mean he's definitely probably the best fantasy option on houston right now. Outside of if to shawn watson does play you know and cooks had a nice year with houston last year you know and with or going down with the suspension you now that you know that that kind of opened the door for more targets for brandin cooks and he did have some big games was definitely a solid flex option for me last year when i picked him up in fantasy You know and and i do think that you know brand cooks. I mean. I don't know i really don't know what his contract situation is. And stuff like that. But i do believe that someone could swoop in i if houston is gonna do bad this year which i think they. Will you know someone could swoop in and get brandin cooks in charge to trade for him. And i think brandon cooks got traded to a contender. You know that definitely would be something that. I would keep in mind because i don't think houston's contending for anything this year other than maybe like the number one overall pick or a top five pick in so. I think that have cooks got traded to a contender that definitely would increase his fantasy value. And i think maybe that's something that some people got. Keep in mind that something. I really haven't talked about but yeah i mean this is probably a place where brandon cooks could yet take and i just feel like you know with what was what's going on houston if shawn watson does play. It's a different story than cokes. Maybe be a little bit higher. But i think because of the uncertainty with everything going on i mean he is in training camp which i really cannot believe i really did. Not talk to shawn watson for a very long time. Because i just you know. I didn't know what the the the story is. That i had no idea he was gonna play. I mean he's just got so much stuff going on. You know off the off the field stuff and you know it's something. I don't want to talk about it. This is a fantasy football podcast. Want again to all the legal stuff and you know all that just because you know. It's it's not something that you know. I wanna get into because again. Fantasy football podcast. You know But you know if the shawn watson does play this season brandin cooks definitely would be higher in the mock draft. But because you know. I still don't think the sean is going to play in own. I still think you know. We're gonna see tyrod taylor you know. Be the you know the quarterback or whoever else they have on their roster could be the quarterback. I would say that you know this is probably a good spot to put him. However like i said he could possibly get traded to a contender. I do think that can happen. You know so if that does happen you know. That's something to keep an eye on because you know he goes to a team that needs a wide receiver. That's in contention and you know that. That definitely helps his numbers in. Oh you know that's something. Fancy people got to keep in mind. So yeah brandin cooks next player on my mock draft so then after that. I have the running back for the jacksonville. Jaguars travis etienne obviously was a running back for clemson and you know urban meyer one of the draft him for trevor lawrence and i think you know of course. Trevor lawrence is definitely. You know thrilled to have his running back on his team. Continue their journey together from college into the nfl You know one of the interesting things. In the off season was that urban meyer. Was you know trying amount at wide receiver. He's taking a wide receiver. Et an and you know now. You gotta wide receiving core that consists marvin dj charge and chenault who is also was going to be expert in my mock draft. So all kind of talk about both of them. You know. it really doesn't make sense as to why you know. He was being tried out at the wide receiver spot. I think it's just because they got a lotta backfield with james robinson and carlos hyde. You know i. I think that's really the only thing i would say you know. I think that's the only thing you can really think about is. Maybe just because of the loaded backfield guys talented so you wanna give them more reps. You know you want him to be on the field but they could definitely do like to running back sets and stuff like that you know it's going to be interesting You know. I feel like if an injury does happen or somebody. Is you know if urban meyer wants to ride the hot hand. Hopefully you know. Then that's a different story. But i think as of right now. Just because of the uncertainty with jacksonville's backfield. I think these guys like james robinson. Net tanner gonna be taken later. And james robinson he was a solid fantasy. Pick last year. You know my friend picked him up after week. One and i. And i picked up malcolm brown so you know if i would have just been like. Oh you know this. James arms and guy was pretty good. Maybe i should get him instead of getting malcolm brown because every week for the rams it was a new running back james robinson you know was really the only guy. There that you know was running the football Because i believe that guy armstead that the giants picked up. You know he was supposed to be there running back running back and he got hurt so then they put in james robinson james robinson was pretty good. You know so. It's kind of unfortunate for james robinson. Just because of the season that he had and now you've got this crowded backfield in. But i will have to see what happens but espn. Yeah he's on here and then While he was the next year. And then i have chenault. La- viscous chenault He had a pretty good season last year. You know. I definitely think you know if an injury happen. Same thing with atf. Injury happens like to chart marvin jones. This guy is going to see an increase in targets and this receiving core is pretty good for. Jacksonville is very underrated receiving core. I like it a lot i think. Trevor lawrence is in a good situation. He does have a decent amount of weapons around him. Chenault is one of them now if it wasn't for dj charge and marvin jones. I think should definitely would be a little bit higher my mock draft but because those two guys are on this team i feel like you know. He's kind of the third option in terms of the wide receiver spots so. Yeah that's kind of with the jacksonville. Jaguars players then after chenault. I have the running. Back for the raiders kenyan drake..

"He didn't do that move the team to Los Angeles and then also have a challenger. The Chargers, not toe win now, which is the mandate. Which is why they trade away first rounder than why they're trying to win. Right away and they're doing a pretty good job of it. They've been to the playoffs three of the last four years. They have a winning franchise every single season and they spend the money to get to the playoffs and they've gotten to a Super Bowl. One of the dig deeper on what Peter King said off why Jared Goff is not the same quarterback as he was in 2018, because this is the weird part. Guy office said. I just want to be wanted, and I feel great that the Lions want me. And clearly, Jared Goff bristled at the fact the ramps didn't want him. But why? Why is there more turnovers now? Why is there fewer touchdown passes now? Why in 2018 could he go throw for throw in that Monday night Instant classic against Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs and outdoor Mahomes and look every bit as calm print? Competent and capable as Mahomes does in greatness. And two hours two years later, Mahomes is in his second straight Super Bowl and Jared Goff is cast off to the Lions. When you look at the weapons, at least for a passing standpoint. They're pretty similar in 2018. Jared Goff Had Robert Woods is his number one target Brandon cooks is the number to target and Cooper Cup is his number three. This year two seasons later. His best targets. Cooper Cup. Robert Woods. And this year Josh Reynolds, Tyler Higbee also caught passes, but you're only taking away. Brandon cooks out of that. When you look at running the football that might be the key here, although instead of one guy like Todd Gurley in 2018 girlie was the workhorse. Todd Gurley had 1200 yards and 17 touchdowns This year. The Rams got that production just at a two different guys can makers and Darryl Henderson, who both combined For about 1250 yards. The difference was they didn't get in the end zone on the ground. Those two guys combined for only seven touchdowns apiece. And so that's where girlies production was. He was great in the red Zone. He was scoring a lot of points. But in terms of weapons and production of the ground, it was pretty similar. I don't know why. And I wonder what Sean McVeigh would say It is most honest moment because we don't know, but it feels like golf lost confidence. Maybe golf is a younger player. Was willing to throw it. Zip it take chances downfield. And work well within that offense with Sean McVeigh's play calling and now got really nervous or scared or You know, he was turned over paranoid. And maybe he had to do with the money. Maybe it had to do with the giant contract. Remember, he gets that after 2018. And then these last two seasons, that monster albatross contract is sitting around the franchise and Jared Golfs neck. There's not a lot of good answers floating around about what happened. Jared Goff, but very obviously, Sean McVeigh fell out of love with God. And so did the organization. They had just given him all of that money. My guess is there's always this truth in between where there's Sean McVeigh's truth, Jared God's truth and then the real truth, My guess is Sean McVeigh looks a Jerry Goffin says. Hey, man! You're nervous about the money. The pressure has gotten to you. You're worried about turn of the football over. You're not. You're not aggressive or confident, And we can't win a Super Bowl That way you change, man. And Jared. God probably looks like Sean McVeigh and says, Hey, you were the whiz kid. You were supposed to win a Super Bowl in year two. You didn't And now the pressure's got into you when your offense hasn't been is good, and now we're defensively and team and I don't just want to screw it up for our defense. So you're the problem and you changed. And the truth is probably somewhere in between. Memorize. This is a wild turn of events because Two off seasons ago. Ram for giving him all the cash and saying you could win Super Bowls with Jared Goff, and two years later, he's dumped on the Lions and the Rams want nothing to do with him. Yeah, I think the real key here obviously, is the reason Shawn McVeigh was brought to the Rams in the first place. And the reason that anybody is to steal a quote from you sniff Sean McVeigh's farts has gotten a head coaching job. Is because of his offensive genius. If you will, he's been proclaimed. This is offensive wizard that he is he could transform anything offensively. There have been people that have pointed to the fact that Kirk Cousins may have fallen off a cliff after Sean McVeigh. Left Washington. Now he has really fallen off a cliff. But you get the drift that he was really the brains behind, making Kirk Cousins a really good quarterback in Washington. And if Shawn McVeigh, who now has been a head coach for quite some time in head coaching terms, at least currently when you compare him to his peers here He still hasn't necessarily transition of fully head coaches, fingerprint system all over the offense. And if he is the one behind this, and this is a ram team that is so defense first now and if the offensive wizard that is, can't get the most out of Jared Golfer elevate him. To equal basically what he's getting paid what he's getting paid his top 10 quarterback money I don't know. I mean, seemingly God should have the guy coaching wise under him to get the most out of him offensively, and that still hasn't worked. And maybe there's a little bit of embarrassment for your first on McVeigh's a head coach with his background to know how documented a defensive team and when you play the Rams, you know it's all about your defense and not about their offense. And for McVeigh. There's got to be a little pride there. Where he just wants something else to work here at the quarterback position. Something changed. Something changed after that Super Bowl, and maybe it was the Super Bowl. Remember when golf was just a disaster, and they lost 13 to 3. Had golf made one more throw. The interception is to find Gilmore under under throne. Maybe it was that and he said, You know, we finally get to a big stage and you lay an egg like that. I mean, remember the ranch put up three points in one of the worst soup, arguably the worst Super Bowl ever. Maybe that just flip the switch and said, if you can't do it here that you just can't do it. Like something went horribly awry, and it's weird because they gave the money after that game, but This point in time, He's a cast off in Los Angeles, and they're gonna roll with Stafford and I wonder if we'll ever get the story of what exactly went so horribly wrong with Jared Goff in Los Angeles. Me upon Twitter, DEA on CBS Dixieland Dan Tweet to the fact that Cookie monster is more grammatically correct with his tweets that most of the people that called this show and most of the tweets more as sends out is incredible in and of itself. It should be noted in the books. I'm really excited to see the cookie monster has a Twitter account. He's got almost half a million followers and his only following nine people. "But it makes you appreciate all of those times in which Brady has been absolute nails and not cutting time because whether it's going greater going bad, But one thing Brady does is manage situations well, and I'll go back to the end of the second quarter in Green Bay when Scotty Moore, he hit Scotty Miller on the old touchdown pass. That's late first half finding a way to that's A That is a situation that's got to be managed to certain way and it's been ingrained in Brady. To make sure to manage those situations and I think a lot of times that's why the Patriots were able to win. And that's why Brady has been able to win because close and late. He's about as good as anybody's. There has ever been in the game. Jesus good as anybody has ever been in sports, arguably Spanner in San Jose on the grass show on CBS Sports Radio Tanner Good evening. How are you doing tonight? Good man should be some in forwarding out tonight. I was just gonna call in on what you were talking about, like a number one or number two reason or even in the top, even in top around like Don't know. I feel like 1234 cubes always kind of set up for failure in the beginning of their season and then Ah, demonstrate him kind of like after the first couple of years are kind of a bus, you know, but I mean, it's not like they were doing a whole bunch of things to get in there for that number one pick. Themselves. Uh, And then, also I mean, you were kind of Ah, mentioning back into other things like, uh, frigging. Uh, Radio on one, you know, winning seven Super Bowls and you know there's a lot of pressure something on young guys getting into the right place in my position. But I think the philosophy of a lot of those things are you know, we need to get a big guy now and we need to get our money. And you know my bills bills their pockets. But, you know, it's a very, very real thing. Especially in the world of sports. So yeah, but you don't have to, But that's the thing. Tanner. You don't have to give those guys the money. Like, Yo they, didn't they? You know, the Rams didn't have to give Jared Goff the kind of money that they gave him If they thought they were souring on the guy, then it's the whole, you know, why don't we turn around and extend him right again? Two years ago there in the Super Bowl, and everything seems to be okay. He ends up getting the extension. And now it's money that you can't use because in in literally what 24 months if not less. The management and the coaching staff of the L. A rams. We're looking at golf and being like, Yeah. Where we're out of love with this guy. I mean, so you gave him the big contract and then it's like it's like dating someone for three years, and then you get married and you're eight months in and you're going. Oh, my God. What did I do? Well, how did you not have an idea before you proposed? You know what I mean? That's a little bit of where kind of the Rams are at. They had the guy for a while. They had some success. They get married to him. And then in a short time they turn around me like now we need to divorce him. Because you know this. This better quarterback is now available. Who maybe didn't have access to before you you don't have to give Those guys the money? That's why drafting in in the first round makes sense because it gives you the fifth year option mean Ella could have played it very, very differently, and then again, That I look, I look it l a They did the exact same thing with Todd Gurley. They did the exact same thing. With the Why my blanking on the name of the wide receiver now who Brandon cooks. They got him from New England, right? You know no England drafted with that picked by the way that they got for Brandon cooks. The left tackle Isaiah Win, who's had some injury issues, but You know if you were to just say, OK, we could've put eyes a a win on the I mean, you wouldn't have you would have had at least starting guard if not somebody who kick out of left tackle considered right now your left tackles Andrew Whitworth, and he's older and breaking down and He's going to try to be there for another playoff run. I understand the going for a mentality I do. But with the Rams, there's got to be a closer examination of why are they dating these people? Then son in the contract to get married to them and then turning around and saying, Yeah, we don't like you now anymore. That's got to be on Les Snead and Sean McShay. They'd 55 to 1 to four. CBS can't get through on these phones. You can always hit me up on Twitter at the real Gresh. G R. S H, We roll along talking some NFL I wanna hear from you on the Super Bowl winner, Loser thought about the quarterbacks. I'm telling you keeping I'm drunk. Brady has not thrown too drunk. Siggi is not been used in a significant way yet. But the one thing about Brady is he's really good play design, and he knows the stuff that he can call to where he can get the ball to Gronk when he needs to. And that should cause because if you're the chief's You're probably gonna want to take out Evans..

"It's my friend Albert Pre Hello for Any hung up. Call him now Wait 855 to 1 to four. CBS talking about trades me made by general managers as if they're running a team in Madden 2000 and 20 verses. The National Football League. For Real Z's in 2021. Not a huge fan of this trade from the L. A Rams side. I don't know if the Rams got better, but I'll tell you. What if you're in Detroit mean Okay, it's Jared Goff. And you're maybe not over the moon for Jared golf coming in, but you could do a hell of a lot worse. Take a one year kicking the tires and then Oh, yeah, You got two first round picks the next two years to be able to do what you need to do and in terms of the Super Bowl What do you think? In what? Your lean how your house is gonna go down and is Tom Brady playing with house money? Basically. If we're to extrapolated 15 years down the road. And hope upon hope that you know, God willing When I say this in all seriousness God willing that Matthew or Excuse me that Patrick Mahomes is going to stay upright and be healthy and be able to go out and play the game. The way we've seen him play the game the past couple of years. They believe it or not, 15 years down the road, this head to head matchup against old man Tom Brady may end up being the deciding factor for some people if there is a debate 15 years from now as to who is the greatest quarterback that ever lived. I mean, in all seriousness. Tom Brady leading a different football team. That's the other hooker this to Tom Brady leading a different football team to the Super Bowl. I think that's the old. Okay, dude, you're playing with house money. You know what it is? You're really looking to Brady and saying, like are you proved your point. That's really what it feels like. Then it at this point right now feeling Okay, dude, you proved the point. You get the plane Tell you mid forties. You're the best ever. Fine. You've done it. You've You have found a way to drive the final nail into the coffin of the quarterback. Conversation. 855 to 1 to four, CBS Michael in Atlanta Grass show, CBS Sports Radio. What's up, Mike? Oh, man. Thanks for having me on sure. What's up? No. Two things onto it to your point. I do think that Tom has house money except for a royal flush. I think there's a royal flush as long as he doesn't get Peyton Manning Super Bowl 50. And I hear I hear everything like I'm the biggest Brady fan. I just don't want to see a 43 8. God forbid worse, You know, as long as it's not a Peyton Manning blowout because a lot of people are talking about how my homes could surpass him eventually, Baba Baba The value is not a shellacking, which probably won't be. Hopefully it's a great one. I think that's the only royal flush one hand that could Upset the apple cart and in the whole House money topic debate. That's a very Michael. That's a very fair point. If Brady completely soils himself and is as bad is Manning was in that Super Bowl, which is unlikely. But you're right that be that being interesting that would that be interesting to add context to down the road, But I think that's fair to bring up. What else you got on that Stafford. Yes. So that Stafford, I just I disagree with your principal. I think that if you're setting That Stafford literally is just not going to be good enough to help them. I understand. But if you're saying it is the dress picks that aren't always that I disagree with you there because Tom I mean, you're literally being shown a record of the quarterback position. Obviously, you know, is the most important position on the field. And so McVeigh is betting that he got as much as you could get out of golf. Yes, he got to supervise the Gulf. The last two years has the most Turnover. You know, because Jamison employees this year, but he has the most turnovers in the league that can be coached out of you. But that takes time. The biggest thing I gotta win now. So those two picks You know the hoper. He's thinking late twenties in the thirties. So you know it's gonna help. But okay, and he said, I want to win now, and I'm not just your branch, and but I will say, Do they beat they beat Tampa Bay. Training I landed, but they want and they didn't say Rogers in Lambeau. They were down 25 18 a game was and we had the bell in the fourth quarter. You couldn't have asked for more and the Vegas thing With Stafford. I think that have a better premium toe win now because it's all about winning now. And so I disagree with How you're saying it's just a horrible chase him. I think they had betting that he can win now, with the young talent all around them with cup. The urn. Donald Randy. He's wanting to win. Yeah, no, Michael and And I understand that. I just think he is making the mistake that a lot of other teams have made over the years, which is well, the quarterback will be the high tide. The quarterback will make us better. Uh, Andrew Whitworth is what 39 years old and is they're starting left tackle Where in the world. Are they going to find the left tackle to be able to keep this guy upright and consistent on his own? That's not taking Andrew Whitworth, who was really enhanced his legacy as a player since going to the L. A Rams. But when you trade your high level picks and again That matter you every team doesn't hit on top 10 picks. In fact, Ah lot of teams. I don't know for a time. Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, New England. You know they're taking guys in the back half of the first round, and they're finding people that are coming in and being consistent. Contributors. Look not for nothing, right? But the first round pick that the Rams trade to New England for Brandon cooks and remember that Ram's traded for Brandon cooks and they signed Brandon cooks. Then he was out the door pretty soon. Like the How are they missing on the high level guys in L. A Girlie contract Gone. Cooks Contract gone, God contract gone. What are what are they doing wrong to where they essentially have toe, you know, try to buy their way out of it, And I can understand if it was a trade for a Brady or Rogers or somebody whose hand this stamped. You traded for the guy from the D Detroit Lions. Who as good as he's been playing with a first ballot Hall of Famer and Calvin Johnson. He's had other great players that he's been able to play with. They haven't been consistent around them. At times, I will give you that. What has Matt Stafford shown the ability to walk into a situation and make other people better? It's just a lot of draft capital and again, one of the doing wrong that they're giving up four or five picks to go get Goff and then three to be able to get rid of him. Another dude's They've been lucky to just cut. There's got to be a flaw within what they're doing with the Rams for this to have happened. Time and time and time again, my buddy Gary in Rocky top on the breast show, Gary Good evening..

"Ackerman and Cody McDonald. Alright, the Titans need to win to lock up the F C South. With Shawn Watson has put on quite a show today. Let's go to Adams Blame firm or act. This game has turned on a dime, and with a minute 20 left in the third quarter. It is just a three point game. It's the Titans 31. The Texans 28 be Shawn Watson. A couple of possessions ago found Brandon cooks for a 20 yard touchdown pass. The second connection between the two cooks who had a monster game and then Derrick Henry, who has run through the Texans in this game for over 200 yards, the very first play of the Titans instilling drive he fumbles. He had the ball knocked loose by that Cunningham. The Texans recovered for just their night takeaway of this. Even they were set up with great deal position watching found cooks to get the Texas to the one yard line and David Johnson just punched it in from the yard out. It is now a three point game with a minute 20 to go. Watson is now 21 of 29 for 272 yards into touchdowns. Cook now with nine catches for 150 yards, and he has been on the receiving end off the touchdown, so the Titans will get the ball back. Their lead is down to three with a minute 20 to go in the third quarter. Jody could you imagine a scenario where the Titans Colts and Dolphins all lose today? No. Didn't see that one coming. That's for a dark your but that's the beauty of week. 17. You never know what's gonna happen. You gotta play them all the way to the end. I wrote up a cheat today, putting a F C playoff scenario by the to the truth, and I'm waiting to fill in the blanks, and I realized I don't have all that much filled in yet and we're down to a Knauer before the action is going to stop leading into the Sunday night game, which we know has only one effect. And that's who the fourth seed in the NFC is Yes. In the meantime, we'll see who the seventh seed in the NFC is and six for that matter on right now, the Bears Aaron that makes let's check in with David Shuster in Chicago. Lots on the luck. All right, Rich Still lots on the line. 12 32 to go here in the fourth quarter, and Green Bay's lead is 21 to 16 the bears with the ball inside Green Bay territory. They're facing a second and seven a green base 31 yard line. So far, The only point that have come in the second half has been a Carol Santos 20 yard field goal, giving him 27 straight field goals that the new franchise record. Aaron Rodgers in the first half was perfect 10 of 10 for 155 yards, but the Bears of basically controlled the ball here in the second half. Consequently, we're hunters is just one of four for 15 yards. He doesn't have three touchdown passes. Obviously, all of them coming in the first half again. Lots still on the line. We have 12 minutes and change to go here in the fourth quarter. Green Bay's lead is 21 16. The Bears could still lose and make the playoffs and ate and ate because the Cardinals lose that puts the Bears in. And Jody. You know, Skyler Murray is back before we go to Chuck A Z. Kyla Murray is back. But given what he's gone through the last two weeks, if I'm if I'm the Rams defense, I'm just trying to just keep him in the pocket and try to get as much pressure possible autumn and I'm we can't watch the game when we're on the air. The volume is down. So you try and get your information on the computer. What can you read, but I can't understand where Arizona's that did Kyla Murray hell so much that in the last hour and 15 minutes he's been capable of playing prior to that. He wasn't um, without knowing what's going on and what they're saying about his injuries in the game. It perplexes me that he started. The game was taken out of the game. Stray bullet goes in struggle is not played. Well it all to this point, I think struggle is causing them to game. But now Kyla Murray is good enough to go back in. I'm just not following along. Well, we'll see. I don't know if he just needed a tape job or a shot of something. What? Take up for an hour and 15 minutes. I could slow is tape job in the history of the National Football League. I couldn't tell you, but Chuck Hayes has more details this game in L. A Chuck Thanks for much Rich. Ah, yeah. Colin Murray Back in the year currently, Ah, trailing the Rams 18 7 With 12 15 remaining in the football game. They have the ball 1st and 10 on the Rams 44 yard line. The last score of the game. Matt Gay hit a 27 yard field goal of 14 28 remaining in the period that Dr 11 play 71 yards. It was the third field goal of the day format Gay the Rams. Other scoring has been on it on a defensive pick, pick six for a touchdown and a safety John Woolford just doing a journeyman's job if you will. Trying to keep it going and not make the ball, you know, turn the football over for Shawn McVeigh. You look at what's going on in regards to Kyla Murray, and it reminds me a little bit. Of the player that was unsure if he could go or not go and perhaps at halftime, took a shot and finally decided that it felt okay to go on. He's moved the Cardinals right down the field. The challenge for the Cardinals is in the Rams been playing. Keep away. On the each other feel gold drives. They kept it for 11 plays. They kept it for 13 plays, and then they kept it in the first half for 16 plays, so they've not been offensive juggernauts, but they've been playing enough. Keep away and play defense well enough. You be out to stymie the Cardinals and with John Woolford right now, 21 of 36 for 2 33 1 pick kind of Murray right now heating it up 56. 67 yards, So we're going to come down to the stretch as Murray hits another completion, and the Cardinals love the football first and goal from the Ram 6 11 48 remaining in this football game. It is the Rams 18 and the Cardinal. Seven. All right, Thank you very much. Chuck. Let's head to Ryan Lee Young. Because in in, uh, in Arizona, I always mess this up. Jody, I'm sorry in Arizona for 29 years..

"brandon cooks" Discussed on WBSM 1420

"Yeah, I would cook with Brandon cooks this week last week he was a absolute stud had a huge game for fantasy manager's. He's got the Titans this week. They've allowed 20 touchdowns and the third most fantasy points. Wide receivers in that same game. I like Corey Davis. He had us think of last week, No points on two targets. But the Texas of 21 touchdowns and the six most points the wide receiver, so I think this could be a high scoring game and then Hollywood Brown. I mean, earlier in the season, he had done next to nothing, but he has now given you 12, plus fantasy points in five straight games, and back in week five, he had nearly 20 fantasy points against Cincinnati. So Hollywood Brown is a wide receiver Three Flex this week. Wide receivers to sit Tyler Lockett, He remains on the list. He has failed to score more than 20.3 fantasy points in six straight games. Three of those games he scored single digits and the 40 Niners held him to just 7.3 fantasy points back in week. Eight. Judiciousness Schuster is a really tough sell for me. The Browns defense is much better at home and bend rather's burgers, not playing. And if you have a short memory Well, then maybe you don't remember that When Jude you played with base and Rudolph last year, it was not very good. Chase Claypool. Also on that system list and Robert Woods. Here's the good news. He's probably gonna get a lot of targets this week because Cooper Cup is on the covert 19 list. Here's the bad news. Those targets are gonna be coming from John Woolford, who has as many NFL pass attempts as Jason and I So start Robert Woods with Extreme caution. All right, tight end started setting where you gotta start Michael Sticky this week against the bills. They've allowed eight touchdowns and the seventh most fantasy points too tight. Anson gets sick. He has a really nice report going on there with two a tongue of Loa, Evan and groom who's been up and down all season long like a roller coaster, But he has scored at least 9.5 points and all but one of seven career games against my beloved but pitiful Dallas Cowboys, who might actually still win the division. That's just crazy. Ah, couple of Titans to sit this week Austin Hooper against the Steelers. Cleveland will get back all of their top four wide receiver's off the coded list, and the Steelers have allowed only two touchdowns. The tight ends all season Long and Jimmy Graham don't chase the points Last week, he had two touchdowns. He's got a revenge game this week. To me, it doesn't matter. The Packers I've only allowed five touchdowns and the fourth fewest fantasy points too tight. And so keep Jimmy Graham on the sidelines. Alright, well, your fantasy playoffs may be coming to an end. But the NFL playoffs air here and the NFL.
