"I just don't understand it but again maybe in the wrong we move. We move and thinking about. Yeah i was thinking about. This noah thinking about noah noah full 2021 collection is finally dropped online and. i don't know maybe it's me but does it feel like they're running out of ideas are they becoming a little bit uninspired or is it the fact that the current climate of like menswear street wear whatever you call noah what they make. At the moment this kind of aesthetic they've popularizing made be a numeral quote unquote thing other brands of kind of somewhat cool up or maybe dundee version of whatever style is pre. Whatever it may be and they are in some respects doing maybe better or maybe found a way of kind of really driving home the point and kind of catching the imagination or advocates. By this stuff. I don't really know because again. There are some decent pieces in this four hundred one question. From noah obviously great and like i said brinda brandon. Bostian is one of the. I think one of the leading figures when it comes to designing menswear. I don't think he can be matched. i think some people would argue ever since he left supreme. They haven't necessarily ever recovered. I think a lot of the stuff we know where is timeless but it does have to be said when i kinda scan for to look to see the collection in the bits that they're putting out there that you know you could probably find stuff that mary's up or as in the same level of like coolness up missile. That looks nice when you go to brands like pop trading co. you know you even brands ecstasy mission. Previously there are doing so many good stuff now at the moment that it makes buying stuff from noah not redundant but it does make a little bit. More of a hard to trace was primarily. Slow such an inside the cop anymore. You have to be Ruminate over the decision to buy cardigan from them because other brands you know even pleasures have pretty decent cardigan jimmy..

And this is what i'm going to do. You will go away really feeding if powered to manage your mental health to join me and you can also get seeing us in siamese and just coach dr leave conference dot com and sign of as as possible. The lincoln beatles will be in the shots and now on today's cost serena. I'm so excited to see you again. We had such a great live just recently. Audience loved our conversation. So thank you thank you for coming on as a guest and thank you so much for having me here today. I'm so excited. I'm excited to continue the conversation. And all the amazing stuff. That you do so serena just before we begin can you do you mind telling my views and my listeners. A little bit about who you are and what you do and then i could lots of questions for you and me just going to have such an interesting discussion because what you do is fascinating major new exciting compliment. Is you do amazing things. Well i am based in santa monica california. I'm a celebrity chef and nutritionist raking master. So i really those experiences and my expertise with functional and integrative nutrition into what i call culinary alchemy. So that's really where culinary alchemy. It's exciting for me because people really understand it now and it's really where i'm combining musical nutrition where i am. We're looking at your labs and we're really understanding what's going on inside your physical body with what i call spiritual nutrition where we're also aligning the foods that we use to support your energy centers with your physical organ systems so it's a lot of fun and that's my private practice and then i also smart my my lifestyle brand alive resell different products. You can see some in the background. Here and see your dog as well gizmos. Doing that has joined the cost you. That's his spot. And he loves sitting by buyer products by crystals and our candles and our sprays and then also we have just said water. So i see we. Because my sister. And i really kind of builds things together. I'm using years ago. Yeah so and then just add water is where they call just everything you need in a day super super nutrient dense superfood powder blends and then. That's sort of my sister. Brand underneath a serena live. So there's other things that i do that's amazing. That's so interesting. I love that idea of the concept of culinary. Alchemy that you've put in the spirtual with the food. Can you talk more money and explain in point tapes about what that looks like. So you talking. About 'cause this whole thing is scientific in terms of the fact that we generate energy and beer alive and atari live nurse mind that's generating energy through a body and mind to brain to body and that man brain integrate mind brain body. Integration is so important to understand and we've coughed or brandon bostian foods also generating energy and people. Don't talk about it. They think this is something weird. But it's not the scientific so play net a little more. And how what. What does that look like. What does it mean. How do you have someone with this now. It's a great. It's a great question and soon really what i'm talking about physical and spiritual nutrition. You know you've got our organ systems you know. Are maroon shock restivo. I'm talking a lot about our energy centers. You know our shuckers though for those who don't really know what that means. You know you could explain shockers energy standards that run along our by throughout her body and we actually had more than seven we have twelve we have infinitely infinite number but i just kind of focus on the seven because initially for ions and for people. It's an alignment with stay the colors of the rainbow. So it's very. It's an alignment and they answer. We start with a route which are very bay shock. And i and i love to really focus on that one because that route shocker is why governs our our feelings of stability and we'll more feeling stressed or anxious and and those type of feelings are all come from whether or not we feel grounded and whether or not our route shockers blocked our imbalance and so when we're eating foods that are airline to that energy center were actually sent. Were actually reporting the nutrients in body where we can feel grounded on so for example reaching vegetables vegetables come from the earth of the energy of the earth in them and so that is. That's something that i'm actually chart that. I that i that i often like bring actually show people to make it very simple but there. That's yeah that's great to show that because in pittsburgh as you say it makes it simple to understand near there. Those are really mineral rich vegetables. And as you know dr if you know minerals like magnesium is grounding and calming and soothing nervous system so and then we go into go into our our adrenals which is governed by our stake roszak. And that's that's our reproductive organs right and that's where we were. We have a connection with our with our creativity and a relationship and that also denied normally goes with the color orange. And i know. I'm i'm i'm connected with colors and it's really just make it very easy for people to connect you in and understand but it also connects with our levels of hydration so water you know what may not be. Orange is something that's very very connected to our sacred and our dreams and then dietary fats and oils food and things that are orange nuts and seeds all of that is actually very connected with our sacred because the nutrients in the fighter nutrients on the proteins in those youth products. Actually support our adrenal system. Afoul so i can. We can go all the way up but it's really exciting because when we're working with supporting our mind that way i really feel that i'm just sort of using food as a tool you know. There's so many different tools that we have to really address. Our emotional biding and energetic body. And since were already reaching for foods and we're already trained to nourish our physical organs. Thought way if we're being just a little bit more intentional about it and a little bit more mindful about it and thinking okay. I'm feeling juuling very anxious today and feeling very very unfeeling stress today and feeling like a bit overwhelmed reaching for a. Let's say sweet potato. You know or or a soup. That's made with sweet potatoes or carrots or carrots. Ginger that be on you know the vitamins and the nutrients in those vegetables that also is really really dense and in the energy that helps kind of ground us with the earth and as you were saying dude also carries energy. So there's a resonance that as an and this is for people who really really believe that energy connecting energies everything and energy connect all of us. And so there's a frequency that that our foods actually carry as well and so that energy in that frequency than a like kind of helps balance our body. I'm open to any questions that you might have. I'm trying to make it very simple and digestible. Especially if someone if this is new. Yeah making sure we're consuming clean. Water is so important for brain and body health indeed. The brain needs to be purply hydrated function well but many water sources contain harmful editors chemicals. It can impact our ability to sink. Well and level lives. Virtually every home in america has harmful contaminants in its tap water. This is why. I highly recommend checking out equa. True equa true is a four stage contradictory. Fire it works with no installation or plumbing it's.

I think all of our rookies have have worked extremely hard. They're in deep water turbulent wonder, and it's going to get rougher just in terms of the volume and the level of competition becoming a professional athlete and the full day and consecutive days they get strung together with very high demands both physically mentally and rest and recovery, and all that I think all the guys are adjusting to their all working hard at it. Not. Woodard. He didn't adjust to it. He quit. Abella concludes it's a really hard working group. There haven't been any problems they're just doing the best they can, but they're swimming they're in deep water and there is get open every day as we move in the process and we're still a long way from anything close.
