"Yeah. Eight four seven says I saw Roma on the marquee at the Pickwick in park ridge. All. Awesome. Okay. Tom from Norwood park says I don't know her name young woman with guitar and backup dancers seemed like a prince rip off that was Janelle Monae. I thought she was terrific. I thought she was really good. And she. Yes, obviously, she was. She was channeling her inner prints. There's no there's no question about it. And I don't think she I don't think she apologized for. I don't think she needs to apologize for it. Anyway. But it was it was I got it was realized you now Monet. I thought she was great. I haven't seen like we talked by seen last night's performances. But I think she's an outstanding performer. She is she if she does so terrific actress. You know, she was in welcome Marlin. Which about four people saw it was one of my favorite movies last year. But anyway. So there you go. That's the Grammy's. Now, let's talk about some sporting events that you guys went to that that that meant so much to you the most memorable sporting events that you've ever seen. And this is Brad Zyban is wrote about this. So anything pop into your head band that that you were live. Yeah. I've got I've got a few shared one of them with you last week when I was in first baseball game. I ever went to being a cubs fan. I was mad at the first game. I ever went to rise. It was the White Sox. But it was in Oakland. And I saw the Oakland A's and the White Sox in eighty eighty-seven right salad. It was pre-. I've seen see some players back then. Yeah. Not realizing how big they were going to become later. Right. But my my biggest was definitely when I was a freshman in college initially some time ago, and I went to school in Daytona Beach. So my dorm room looked straight across onto the racetrack. The Daytona speedway. Oh is that right? And because of my role with athletics at at the university I had to do a bunch of promotional events over at the racetrack. And I had tickets for the Daytona five hundred that year, and I was sitting turn four when Earnhardt hit the wall. Oh, wow. So I I was there in at the time. Earnhardt was a name I knew, but didn't know how right in significant at that moment. Wow. Okay. Let's Brad Scott. Some he says I've had a good fortune to attend several hundred live sporting events, and here are the most memorable. He has six of them. Altogether. Hawks clinch Stanley Cup at the United Center in two thousand fifteen that was a really cool that was really cool thing for Sarah in Meteo experience together. There wasn't a lot of drama in the game. And I remember and it was the third Cup. They'd one since two thousand ten so it doesn't chart as high as some of the other games that I've been to. Yeah. I I was not feeling. Well. At all. And I was offered tickets to that game. I could have been there. But I wasn't feeling. Well. So. It was it was it was just so great for them to you know. Well, I fall when the third Cup in that time period. You know, three cups in five years. It's pretty that's pretty impressive very impressive. And also to win it at home. That was that was awesome. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I was in. I was in your neighborhood when that all happened you in and regularly in Wrigley Ville. Yeah. My old neighborhood that year old and the Dow, yeah. But. The bulls beat the Celtics in three OT playoff games. Three overtime playoff game on April thirtieth two thousand nine we lucked into courtside seats opposite. The bulls bench for what wound up being has to be one of the best playoff games of all time. You can casually. See the backs of our head here. Huge shots throughout the game. Ray Allen went off for fifty one. Joachim Noah had a huge steel that he went coast to coast on for an emphatic dunk. Eventually ROY D rose was a huge throughout. It was just awesome special bonus, drew my friend got a high five from Noah after the game. And that was being used in the NBA promos for a few years. So sporting events that you went to that you that were were really memorable. About this one Super Bowl fifty one for two thousand seven. Sadly work at stubhub had me in the parking lot for the first quarter. So I missed Devin Hesters return. It was a good game. The bears should have one Princess. Halftime performance was incredible. And the most memorable part for me the game bedlam at a nearby WalMart while hundreds of game ten dis tried to buy as much dry clothes as possible was pretty creepy. This is the only Super Bowl I've been to unless there's a compelling reason to get back to another. I'm in no rush. Yeah. I remember watching that game over at my folks house and that I that I the Hesters run at the beginning of that game. And that was just insane. And then it was kind of all downhill. From there except for prince. And that's you know, I mean that that's one of the greatest halftime shows of all time. How about this one? The Packers bears instant replay game at Lambeau November nineteen Eighty-nine growing up on an hour from Green Bay. I was a massive Packers fan prior to moving to Chicago. Yes, it's true. The bears were so. So good throughout the eighties. And my Packers were mostly terrible. The nineteen Eighty-nine cardiac pack was changing that with a string of last minute wins. And was in the playoff hunt for the first time since the strike shortened nineteen eighty two season few weeks before the game. My dad Valentine and I were at the saints Packers game the Packers were trailing and lined up to punt. So we took off because my dad wanted to beat traffic. I didn't want to leave. And then sure enough the Packers fake punt wound up scoring the go ahead. Touchdown to win the game. I through the kind of fit that you would expect a twelve year old to do and was a complete a whole to my dad about the his questionable decision. When the Packers were driving late and down by six to the bears. A few weeks later, we knew that we were standing for the end of it. No matter how terrible traffic was going to be want to get out of there. You have to watch this play. It's it's insane. Play an insane thing to be a part of still it makes me misty eyed. How about this one number two Bartman game in two thousand three I was in the left field. Well, about thirty yards from the eventual Bartman incident with a few dozen Bleacher regulars most of whom had waited decades upon decades for the cubs to reach the World Series. He'd become good friends over the previous seasons. It was also the the George Ellison. I launched the heckler along with lots of other good and new friends. It was just an insane time to be around Wrigley. Once the game reached the eighth were we were all going ballistic and just insane. Every time everyone in the stadium. Got ahead of themselves starting to count the number of outs left from the cubs. Will they finally reached the World Series? Well, you all know how it ended. I remember immediately feeling terrible for the fans who who'd interfered with the ball because it wasn't their fault. Dusty didn't go to the mound. It wasn't their fault Gonzales booted booted a routine. Play ball. The cubs. Still should have won that game. This was before Baartman was outed and vilified. We always try to take it easy on him in the heckler because I will ever forget, I will always free feel bad for the guy. So it was an amazing game to be at. And then the cubs Indians game seven two thousand sixteen no brainer. Thinking about still gives me the goosebumps. Probably the best game I ever even been to without context. Honorable mention. Cody Parke's joint game against the eagles. How many people were out there at that game and the Bartman game at the same time cubs clinch, the l central against the pirates in two thousand three. Cubs clinched the National League title in two thousand sixteen bears clinched the NFC championship in two thousand seven two thousand three MLB all star game at cellular field. Cubs spring training opening day two thousand sixteen and I got to throw out the first pitch. I'm sure there are many more. But those are the ones that are top of my mind. I've never seen a no hitter live which is a little surprising because I've been to three hundred ball baseball games. Wow. So there you go that Brad and his thoughts, and I want to hear from you guys. We got some lines open. What were some of the most memorable sporting events that you've been to live three one two nine eight one seventy two hundred you're gonna break here for the weather. And then I want to get back to you guys talking about your favorite sports live most memorable sporting events..

And he says guys it's rivalry week in all South Carolina fans can say to Clemson and its fans is roll tide. It's like, well, I can't beat you. But my big brother can what's your favorite rivalry memory between any rival teams? Right. Well, I mean, gosh, we could do it at tire show on this. I mean, I think we probably personal moments moments, we've covered and all that. But there was a great story telling us off gonna close if I'm going on Saturday night. I'm super excited about that. I haven't been in that game in a while. And there was a great story. Just this week that Jeff Scott who courses co off its coordinator at Clemson his father. Brad was the head coach at South Carolina. And right after he was the head coach of South Carolina became an assistant coach at Clemson. We talked about it just a couple of weeks ago. Everybody all up in arms about Butch Jones smoking cigars, and I'm like, yeah. That's not rub it in your face. Clemson picking up Brad Scott and carried him off the field after cliff ABI, South Carolina. That's rub it in your face. But just got told a great story told our buddy at at AP, he said, yeah, he said when he realized oh, man. This is kind of a big deal was when he was a teenager and walked out to get the paper off the driveway. And during the night, this is one his father was the head coach of South Carolina during the night there at Columbia someone. Snuck into the driveway the driveway painted giant orange tiger Paul's own Brad Scott's driveway. And if you've never been to Clemson when you drive in off the interstate those big orange tiger Paul's or what lead you into death valley. So just got told that story yesterday. I thought that was absolutely fantastic. You know, my favorite memory from that robbery. Of course, like you. Ryan, I grew up in the Carolinas, and you talk about rubbing it in. Who could ever forget the greatest mullet in the history of college football. Steve tanning donning the tiger poll. Oh, yeah. Signing the tiger poet midfield. After throwing a touchdown. I will circle what ninety two. Yeah. He's still. He's still autographs pictures of that like he talked to him about that last year. This shares that Hugh Jackson doing it, I your offense, coordinator rounds, Todd Haley is doing it. Like how tough do you think that not just for Baker, all the rookie quarterback's where we're talking Baker Mayfield well, he hasn't been under center a lot in his college days. That was one of the things that he had to get over. He's gotten hundreds and hundreds of reps doing that. But your voice in what you say as commanded, the defense with Cantieri are commanding that offense, man, you want a guy that gets into the first time. I remember he had no choice. Brad Johnson thanksgiving plane in Dallas and Bill called the play, and Brad was like Blinken and stuttering. He's got a little southern drawl because he's from North Carolina. And that was like Brad Scott, right? Double pump onto. He was like, get that. Able to laugh about it later on these NFL games, man, they are nerve wracking and the first one you never have the type of jitters that you'll have for any other question for both of y'all because you have been there the nerves right? Like his big time player, big time, Heisman, all this, that and the third. But there's nothing like playing in pro football. So how do you shake the nerves that the coaching staff can do Baker favor and this situation by allowing him to do some of the basics of the offense, the bay systems are going to be installed for the first preseason game. So you just operating, you're doing things that are very familiar to you because you've been working on since you got to the facility day one. So I think Baker will be put in that situation with the coaching staff, Jackson, they slow it down for I asked him to do some very basic things. Deng defensive player hit someone. "Finalists is like a Troy's and get to know attention people standing up and only talking today in this incredibly tight race between these two women which came down three to four. I thought that Adam was more positive to Lisa than I would have thought, and I thought he would have stumped a lot more for tests rather than just being petty against Dave. And I was surprised as well the you only address, Dave, which makes sense. But he. I thought he might stop wolf at Lisa. Considering he might have tanked, Dave hold game full. Lisa. None of them really did that hoffy on behalf of they candidate even though stuff to tight rights and that that really surprised me. That was what the last thing I thought about that final travel council which wasn't as fiery as you would have thought. Considering it had this massive controversy and we'll before three boys. Interesting. One of the SAS from Adam. If released in a visiting Soviet. I Don I wanted. I wanted to be more five. So that final travel when every when everything's just like nice and like drew dive. If you know, you're not gonna. Vote for him is out of control yet. It will very much to drill Dave all knowing he had no John. The actual screams Bitta anyway. Well, I wanna talk about Lisa as a winnow. I don't know what you come down on her winning game. I think he's a great winner in her own right beyond the whole battle of value. Seeing that I was talking about for me, I would compare her quite a lot to Natalie Anderson, very different character type. But now with someone who made some great moves at the final seeks to final size. Two, two. Ghetto to the end and also had been thinking about it, ruminating on it for a really long time. So that was kind of similar to Lisa NAT was blindsided in Jeremy Bouche in a way that Lisa, I don't think was ever really blindsided and had that big woman. She was out of the loop that leaves the never had. So that's taking Lisa's famous. Sorry, pun intended. And for next to me, Matt is in my top, stood of the win ranking. So maybe that's where I would put Lisa. What do you think about Lisa's winning game. I think maybe she's getting more credit than I don't think she did too much. Pre merger, but inciting that she that was her play play was to not do much again contradict myself, like credit there. It was too light Laurie, be the on shaming person. But I look at what had two major moves. We talking Brad and Matt votes what we're giving credible because foot mall, Brad, I think it's exactly, and that's the way I view it. So we're giving her credit sensually for one for one like real good, which was incredible. Don't get me wrong. And then and then that fauna full, we have tower like giving up of spa just say Lisa going, so went her why she played her. She played her character taught. So fervently though. To come across the someone that was. A motherly figure. Someone you can confide in that isn't threatening. That isn't an, I guess, a wake missing challenges because she spoke about a puzzle -bility and proved it. So. Yeah, I'm going to. She's gonna be. I don't know who to compare it to to be on this. I would like I have Nali Anderson soy high up. I'd probably put her in the the middle. What do you feel like did that Lisa didn't that impress you so much more than lethal. Well, like she was just in that she was more majority Premo than Lisa. That's true. But most of moves were like the John Mitch at the final six, which is the exact same point as when Leo Matt move. I look at. Nasally and the jury, and I, I. Who would I would the money who would I would the Tato Ivan Natalie, and there's not anyone inside that I would from that saving where I look at the jury. And even maybe dive in this Asian, and I would probably would it to Aaron probably awarded to Matt. Okay. So Jeremy. Jeremy was taken out much before Matt, but the problem is Jeremy Levin, incredible player, but not didn't take him out if Matt's taken out in like the Brad Scott by other players. Yeah, it is because I was a great play too..
