Christian Toto: Hollywood Creatives Are Being Left out Simply for Being White Males
"You know I read a piece this weekend I think you cited it on your social media feed or was it this weekend or less But I think it was by Barry Weiss on her sub stack but it was a different author And the gist of the piece was that this isn't just about actors you know Christian you and I think Hollywood like you say you think Scarlett Johansson and Brad Pitt and all these famous actors that's actually a very small sliver of Hollywood You got gaffers lighting people foley artists sound engineers I mean not all these people are died in the world liberals Matter of fact a lot of them believe in liberty and freedom like we do And the gist of the piece was that these writers and script writers that they're being subjected to these de facto racial quotas and you've got a bunch of middle aged basically white men who've done nothing wrong of dedicated themselves to the crap submitting scripts and stuff and being told straight out Christian they're not hiding it Hey sorry man We've got to hit some kind of quota for black minority LGBT or artists and writers and you're not it I mean that's the textbook definition of discrimination right there It is it's a great article I recommend everyone check it out to Barry Weiss's subsect page And I have some of that in my book as well I've also recently spoken to a comedian he's a straight white comedian very funny fellow and he played me an audio clip that he saved from one of his agents or reps basically saying you're a white male I can't do anything for you I'm so sorry It's happening It's real And part of this is Hollywood has done a terrible job of being diverse in the past I think the shame they have is real And they should have some guilt But this is a massive overcorrection It should be about the artistry and gifts and talents of the creators not the skin color So let everyone on board Any minority any group if you've got a great story a screenplay you're a great actor We want you That's what it should be Not this we've got to overcorrect and just an absurd way That's

"Well, Brad Pitt has been linked to many women in Hollywood. But it turns out he's had no awareness of a 2019 dating rumors. So he reportedly was linked to Aaliyah shock it in 2019 and she's coming out saying now she's like, oh, Brad had no awareness of this at all. She's like, which is so funny because he doesn't read that SHIT. Thank you. It was funny 'cause she was the one she talked about how she broke the news to Brad saying, you know, throughout they're saying that we're dating. And he basically was just like, I had no idea what you're talking about. What? Makes a human, but also hilarious because we work in this industry. And we know there's a lot of allegedly linked to reportedly dating. It is funny that he's just like, oh, I had no idea that I was taking you for a while. That's no idea. I love this story. Now, a lot of celebrities that I've worked with, they insist that they don't know either, but they all run to the newsstands and read every one of the magazines. They read all the websites. They have Google alerts for their names. So this is actually not the norm. In my experience, I found that often celebrities even though really super cool ones are the ones who want you to think they are cool. They pretend they don't read stuff but in fact they read absolutely everything in fact. It's relatively easy now to get to a celebrity if you comment on a post. They can see it on Twitter on social media. I found that they do really. I totally believe this. I don't think Brad pays any attention to any of this nonsense. I don't think he's listening to the show daddy. I hope he listens to your new radio show, but it just makes me really smile. And I think as people who live and breathe it, it's really amazing to find somebody who just genuinely doesn't care. They don't care. He's just like, eh, I got a bigger fish to fry. He's worried about fighting Angelina Jolie in court. Angelina I think does read everything. I think she's very aware of what he's going on. Also, too, Brad's friend went on to say that it was her family members who got most excited by all the attention. She's not the type of celebrity to be in magazines or her paparazzi following her around. So she remembers, she was at a grandmother's house a lady that barely speaks any English and next to her by the stove..
Dr. Anthony Fauci Can't Let Go of His Power Grip
"He told recently over the weekend he was talking I think it was the Jake tapper And seen in State of the Union And he said he said tapper asked him because do you expect record new high numbers for cases And what about hospitalizations and deaths And he said well yes unfortunately Jake I think that is going to happen We're going to see a significant stress in some regions of the country I'm a hospital system particularly in those areas where you have low level of vaccination which is one of the reasons why we continue to stress the importance of getting those unvaccinated people vaccinated The automotive variant all right In South Africa where I mentioned where it's post their post peak on omicron deaths were 25 times lower than with Delta So you have this very contagious variant that's much more mild and much less dangerous And that's a good thing because then it could become the dominant strain which is our way out of this whole thing But do they want to let it go I mean they're grip of control Do they want to let that go No no no no no no no No look you have to understand the mindset here You have to understand They love power I mean it is so so so wonderful and warm and fuzzy And what happens if we just learn to live with this thing We just live with it You know what happens They gotta go back to their offices They got to go back to their bureaucratic offices and they're not going to be on TV every day They're not going to be on the cover of magazines and books and newspapers Brad Pitt won't be playing them on Saturday Night Live
We Should Be Using the Moneyball Theory for These Crazy Mask Mandates
"I'm talking about mask mandates You know listen I can't emphasize to you enough The Moneyball theory of life Please watch the movie money ball and that scene where the Billy bean character played by Brad Pitt is sitting around with the scouts and they're arguing about this hitter He's good at he's got a lot of pop ball jumps off his bat and then Billy beans sitting there played by Brad Pitt's got his hand in his face he's leading over And he's like he's a he goes guys if he's a good hit or why doesn't he hit good Yes And I thought to myself when I saw that I've seen the movie probably 50 times Not front to back but a lot Good portions of it probably at least 50 times I thought that should be everybody's theory of life The money ball for you He's a good hitter why doesn't he hit good And if liberals can only digest the Moneyball theory And apply those rules to their lives We would be so much better off And I'll ask you again with the new mask mandates now being reimposed in California and New York If masked mandates work then why don't mask mandates work If masks are working then why aren't they working I don't understand why you can't show us any evidence that they actually do anything And yet you continue to go to the well on this I'm really confused

"Thank you for asking because as a person who sift through, uh, pop culture day in and day out, it tickled the back of my brain. This doesn't sound congruent with another story involving Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow. And who? Harvey Weinstein. Okay, so apparent Now, you'll remember this because this came out in. I got to find the year. 2000 and 18, which was when we were deep deep in the Harvey Weinstein story. Gwyneth Paltrow shared a story on Howard Stern, where she explained that Harvey Weinstein had sexually harassed her in a hotel room in 1995 again. That was the move hotel room. He asked her to give him a massage. She was dating Brad Pitt at the time. Uh and she told the story that later on Brad Pitt confronted Harvey Weinstein and an event and told him meaning, Brad Pitt told Harvey Weinstein in no uncertain circumstances. That he was to stay away from her. Hmm. So we hear a story about Brad Pitt. Getting up in the face of very powerful Harvey Weinstein and saying, Keep your hands off my girlfriend. No more. Interestingly enough, that version of that story that Gwyneth Paltrow told Was confirmed by a rep for Brad Pitt. They the The New York Times reached out was like, Hey, Brad, is this true? And his rep said, Yeah, that this actually happened. You know, into your point calling this kind of goes In complete opposition of what Angelina Jolie was saying No. Interestingly enough, Angelina Jolie championing her first husband, Jonny Lee Miller. Miller was like telling people in Hollywood. Hey, don't work with Harvey Weinstein. He's a bad baddie. There's a lot of there's a lot of signaling going on in this interview. Very interesting, right? Minnesota interest is very Minnesota. Interesting. Well, you know, I will eat. I highly recommend if you have any interest in this, I didn't honestly think I had interest in reading this article. But firm from the tinfoil hat, Kalina Bradley show Um you know, what is it that the celebrity wants us to know about them angle? It is interesting, very much because it is very clear to see How Angelina Jolie wants to be perceived in this moment, and it's worth a read if you're interested in it, but it's also important. I think to hold lightly. Um All of her. She is also trying to create a profile Brad Pitt in this as well. And I am not saying that there is not something going on or that there are that that she is not a victim of something, but the skirting around it is Is a very It's a very interesting tactic that she's using in this say no more. When we return on the Colleen and Bradley show, Elizabeth Reese will be bringing us all of the dirt straight from Hollywood. It's a dirt alert on my talk one. Oh 71. Have you heard Donna and Steve lately? Check out this highlight. I'm just like experimenting.
Brad Pitt Challenges Ruling in Custody Battle
"Pitt has filed for a review in his custody battle with angelina jolie following the disqualification of their private judge. This is getting really messy. So let me try and explain. This bracket has filed a petition with the california supreme. Court is going right to the top to challenge a decision made in the custody battle to disqualify the judge. Brad pitt's legal team are arguing that the ruling to disqualify the private judge in the case request that came from angelina. Steam has generated widespread confusion uncertainty and instability. The decision has made that neither custody battle after all. These years is starting all over again. You might remember. the angelenos. Legal team wanted the judge gone because the judge did not sufficiently disclose his business relationship. Not with brad. But with brad's attorney team are saying. The judge was inappropriately disqualified. Why in thin. Cora will that does seem a little unethical. I mean you can't have your judge being in cahoots with the lawyer of your ex-husband who you're suing. Seems a little weird to me. Yeah i do too. I mean i get it here. There's only so many judges and there's only so many celebrities in these private judges another assigned. They are hired when he was hired by brandon angelina which is not. That strange sounds strange. You doesn't it people like you and me because we never get to pick a private judge do this all the time and they did it to make sure everything is kept confidential. This is not that unusual. But at the time when both brad and angelina said yes. This is the judge. We both agree that judge should have said. Hey i've done a lot of work. Brad's

But you're not gonna just come with them and we've seen this tested both ways. We've seen people in the boxing world roy jones junior. I think if memory serves me right even shaquille o'neal try doing some level of music and entertainment to get those fans to come with you no matter where you go your youtube star but you transition those fans and you pivot over to boxing. That does not just happen. Because you have twenty million followers. There is an art to that. That's where jake. Paul should get the credit his ability to bring people along the journey. Applying the 'Moneyball' Theory to Liberal Thinking
"Abide by the Moneyball theory on the show. Have you ever seen the movie Moneyball, The Brad Pitt movie Good movie about the Oakland A's little bit embellished in summary, but whatever There's a scene there where the guy asked a pretty common sense question. Probably getting used to it. Now, if you've been a listener for the 14 weeks, he asked the question And the question is this If he's a good hitter, why doesn't he hit good? He's a good hitter. Why doesn't he hit good were pretty common sense, right? We've used we've used that theory everywhere. If tax cuts, Uh if tax cuts costs the government revenue, then why are in tax cuts costing the government revenue? If school choice works. I'm sorry. If public schools work that, then why aren't public schools working? Literally Every liberal policy out there. You can apply the Moneyball theory. So we're going to apply the money. Both theory here, the listener who said this in his granted, he said. If Biden was bound by Trump's deal, then why wasn't Biden bound by Trump's deal? And he brought up which is a great question. He brought up the fact that Trump's deal to withdraw from Afghanistan with the Taliban had had us withdrawing by May 1st. Last time I checked, Jim, can you double check this? It's August. 20 says it August 27th. OK, it is OK. Okay. Thank you. So if Biden was bound by Trump's deal in every way and could do nothing couldn't strike back, couldn't hit the Taliban. And he had a lead by May 1st. And why didn't he leave by May 1st. Moneyball theory works every time. If you don't stand for defunding the police Then why did you stand for defunding The police? I mean, it's never fails. The Moneyball theory applies to just about every component of the liberal ethos out there.

Scooter Braun Comments on 'Confusing' Feud With Taylor Swift
"Scooter braun whose justin bieber's manager. You might not know his name. But he's a big big manager in hollywood. He's confused about his feud of taylor swift. That's how you know his name. He bore taylor swift's stors all her recordings. I think it was six of albums. Taylor went absolutely crazy. Some people say rightly so now. Scooter is to say the following quote. I regretted. it makes me sad. That taylor had this reaction. I don't know what story she was told. I asked to sit down with several times meat. She refused and he offered to sell her her back catalogue. But she's saying not quite so fast so in november when the story broke she said that brown basically did this behind her back and she wasn't allowed to buy her own music. She said the following quote. So i would have to sign a document that would silence me forever before i could even have a chance to beat on my own. Work is crazy that she didn't own her own work. Legal team at the time told her is absolutely not normal to sign an nda like that and nondisclosure agreement and said basically this is the type of document you get someone to sign after sexually assaulting them and paying them off and she said that she would never sign it. These masters were not for sale to me. I think taylor here. I'm not sure. I believe scooter. And even if cutest telling the truth this is not gonna help you. Stop. it's over you did this. You made a lot of money. He's already sold them again so he's made hundreds of millions of dollars taylor swift there sort of winning too. So don't feel batches re recorded all her old albums and she's going to re release those. So i think here we can feel okay for both people but definitely there's something a little

Mark don't have people talk on your behalf in life. if you've got an issue a problem or something really good talk for yourself in real life. I never caught. It's tricky with lawyers. But i think if you've got something to say you should say it. She compared to conservatorship to being enslaved even similar to sex trafficking. Your may to work against your well. She said they took away all her possessions. Including your credit card. Cash her phone even her passport and she detailed has she was forced to take drugs mood stabilizing drugs like him. Angelina Jolie Caught Leaving Ex's Residence Again
"She was seen leaving her ex-husband. Johnny we milas apartment yesterday for the second time this week forgot something and how source close to scholley tells me news the to have been quote unquote good friends for years and their kids are pals. I'm not buying this. Your first of all i heard jonny lee miller i was thinking like there's so many people that didn't even know she was married before brad pitt. Like there's so many people that did you know cam you really don't i mean i. Even i know ram stuff. I am buying this. I think that they are just friends things. She's visiting. I think he's got some little press with some flings and she's go. Why are why she going back to. The i o guess i did. You know why she's doing it. It's hard to find a man who accept you six kids and it's even harder to get back into the swing of dating when you just been through a rough divorce. She's going back to what she knows. She's comfortable with holding. I still think she can visit and have adult time. I don't think she's trying to necessarily get back into a relationship. I have said this on many daily episodes. We should go back and find the footage. I don't think she is ever going to get remarried ever again. I don't think she's gonna be in a long term committed relationship. I just don't see that for her. I think she's committed to her children the way way that other person whose name

George Clooney: World's Worst Pandemic Roommate
"Brace yourselves. y'all george clooney is inviting you to his lake como house. He's also minute brad. Pitt is causing trouble for him. At a mall so georgia's teaming up amazed to raise money for his clinic. Foundation and one lucky winner will score trip to lake como to have dinner with george and amal at their house but before you enter the contest be ward. george is being called. The world's worst pandemic roommate the sooners. This pandemic is over you to come celebrate with a mall in me at our house in late. Have you over to our place a little get together now. One of my favorite things about meeting new people is that you never know when a lifelong friendship is going to blossom. In fact by total dumb luck. I actually ended up spending most of last year stuck rooming with this random guy. And we're basically best friends now but don't take my word for it. Just ask him. Do i recommend hanging out with george clooney. No i do not. I guess. I forgot how strange people could be q. Believe a mall wanted me to throw this away throwing this out no way man the whole video so cute and if you're the winter what is the first question you ask george in a mall. How'd you tame that'd beef. I mean not that. George clooney was like a wild as but he was free and he was out in the streets. And if you don't know what these streets me call your your favorite black person and ask them. What does this mean when you're out in the streets a lot of times we always say like you can't change your man you can't you know. Stop a man for being who he is but it seems like when they intersected it was that we saw this whole new side aclu so it kind of gives me. Oh i know all feel. I would love to hear her perspective because she may he may have just been so head over heels for her from the beginning she may have just been like it. Wasn't that hard basically. He was just pursuing me. Like crazy and it is what it is.
Angelina Jolie Filed New Court Documents Alleging Domestic Abuse By Brad Pitt
"Jolie is accusing. Brad pitt of domestic violence and claims that she has proof. So these documents were filed by angelina jolie. Alleging that she's prepared to offer proof against pets regarding her claims of domestic violence she also filed another document in which three minor children that would be shiloh and the twins. Knox and vivian. Who are both night twelve. They might testify now. Her three older children maddox zahara and packs. They do not need parental consent to testify that they could to sources as saying quote. This is just another case of angelina changing the narrative when it suits her so what they're saying here. Is this divorce. This child custody battle has been going on for so long that now it seems to be coming to an end right when we thought market was about to be over. Certainly there are these new accusations and it's very difficult because on this show when people come forward with accusations we take them very seriously. We don't joke about that stuff. Timing of this seems odd to some people but this stuff is explosive mark. You know we really is rob. And i have to tell you as a reporter someone who's covered this couple for years for us weekly had tell the people listening at home that there is so much more that goes on behind that behind the scenes on then you really realize and i think we can read between the lines but a lot of information leaks out about this couple a lot of the story lines and narratives that we see in the magazine and on tv shows. Listen it's very messy and what makes me so sad is that i think the real losers in the situation are the kids and rob. I think it's hard to comment on this until we really see the proof as she That she plans to share. and then i just think it's a very sad situation. Hollywood us very much brad size. They've turned on angelina and to be honest here. A lot of people in hollywood don't really trust angelina and they think that she's playing a game and she's manipulating the facts but we should acknowledge to that in two thousand and sixteen. She accused him of child abuse just before she filed for divorce member. He got into an incident on a private plane with maddox. The fbi was called. Mark the fbi as they investigated brad and they find nothing to be there. The case was closed also to the department of child and family services. They investigated brad to and they cleared him. What some of brad's friends are saying. And i hit the phones this morning. Is they told me. This is very very suspicious. Because had she had proof before they've not being together knife for a long time she would have released it just holding onto something for the last minute. Seems a little bit suspicious. They also point out that with the exception of the two thousand and sixteen accusations that once again he was cleared off by the f. b. i. They've never been any of the police records any reports or even any accusations until now after the case was closed in two thousand sixteen there was a little bit of hope. Angelina actually expressed relief that the investigation had been concluded. Brad spoke out about the investigation to g q and he said the following but nobody wins in court. It's just a matter of who gets hurt

"Trainer. If there's one thing we've learned, it has just been a weird here. What's up is down. What's down is up. Everything is more backwards and catty. Want pus? A specially for a gal named Kelly Kristina. Now you might remember like a whiff of this story because it like sort of Grazed the headlines and then like went on its Merry way. Do you remember even vaguely a story about a woman suing Brad Pitt for deception? No, I didn't. I went back and read this story because I could not for the life of me. Remember this? It was so like I said it, like grazed the headlines. And maybe you weren't here. And now that I'm thinking about it, Bradley, you might have been out of town. When this happened, actually, that makes perfect sense that you didn't hear it because it really did just sort of skate through the headlines very quickly on Basically the story was this woman believed that she had been in a relationship with Brad Pitt. Well, the reason that I'm bringing it up right now is because Brad Pitt has won this legal battle against this woman who was scammed by Don't Canada A Brad Pitt imposter. So the story goes like this. Now, First of all, Brad Pitt actually had picked it, Like, Imagine this moment Brad Pitt had actually come out and make a statement. Like I don't know this woman. I never have talked to this woman. I am so sorry for whoever was talking to you, but it was not me. We were not in a relationship. This was a $100,000 lawsuit, and by the way, the ground that it stood on this Kelly Kristina was filing suit against him for not doing enough to quote protect his fans from imposters. So making it his fault. She basically was like, Okay, um, I got screwed. Excuse my language. Um, And it's all Brad Pitt's fault because he didn't do enough to stop it. Yes, such a weird concept. Okay, So here's how this story goes. Because this is one of those stories were at any Moment. You will be like, how did she not get what was going on? Right? Because Because, you know if you think you're in a relationship with Brad Pitt, Brad Pitt Better show up. She says. They talked above mere okay. She's so dumb. Okay, So here's how this happened. She means I know. She apparently is the owner of a housing nonprofit, and she said that Brad Pitt first contacted her in 2018. I'm Yeah, about no, This is he's the one that's got this make it right Foundation. She's like an event planner. Um, he, she says in 2018 Brad Pitt reached out to her. Not by phone and not in, you know, not in person. Wait. Let me guess. An email right to organize these events that were to feature $40,000 worth of appearances by Brad Pitt. Pause. Do you think Brad Pitts appearance fee is $40,000? I'm probably know I'm going to go with you. No, but I love that. That's where you're like. That would have been the red flag will be the email that was like from Brad Pitt was the like. If I get an email on my Gmail account that says, Hey, brand E mean. Let me just be clear. I have gotten the emails from former presidents have gotten emails from Jimmy Carter emailed you some of the most popular politicians of the moment I have had direct communication. No, but I've gotten a lot of junk mail from these people. You know, since the election every email is like, Hey, Brad, this is famous politician. Thanks for being such an awesome person. Do you wanna have dinner with me next month? Just give us $1000. I mean, know where has she been? What planet was she? She was born at night, and she actually apparently was also born last night. Okay, So so it all starts with that she like she gets. You know, Brad Pitt reaches out to her via email and, you know, promises to like appear a tease A tease events for $40,000. She said that each time she footed the bill for the Brad Pitt appearance. Okay, second dumb. Hey, girl, I just need you to cover my 40,000. But okay what each time each time Brad Pitt was due to attend the event. He bailed at the last minute. Now imagine being this moron. It's like who tells everybody Oh, Brad Pitt's gonna be at your event. And then Brad Pitt bales. Okay. Meanwhile, she says that in the midst of all of this, they developed such a close romantic relationship. They were She lost me. They started talking about getting married. Okay, that Z Look, because we've heard stories of Impressionable people being taken for a ride. And, you know, I don't want to shame people too much because I'd rather than get informed because right like you go after oldsters. And you don't you want them to be paying attention? So anyway, I get it. This has happened before. But like, do you really think you're going to get married to Brad Pitt? I mean, can you again? I just like play this Like actually play the scene out in your mind somewhere in the United States of America, Kelly Christina from Plano, Texas. Was telling her family and friends that she was in a relationship with Brad pays. Somebody failed her so many somebody on Lee one person. I'm just saying somebody own close to her. Who knows? Better Should have been like girl. That ain't real. That's not real. You are being cat, you know. So then she gets also. Who did she write this check to the I have so many quite into at what step of this process was somebody not like How did this How did this continue? More than one? Okay, well, what is so funny about? This is not funny. It's not well, It is sort of funny. I kind of want a movie about this. I want the film version of this But But the thing is, is that at some point she realized that it wasn't really Brad Pitt. Now that story, like if that happened to you, and you were like, boy, I was a total idiot. I thought I was dating Brad Pitt, then. Yeah. I mean, do you want me you wouldn't be the first you wouldn't be the first person to be do know. Okay, fine. It's just a little obvious because it's Brad Pitt. But still wouldn't you just want that story to go quietly into the night and not ever mention it again? But no. Instead, she tries to get first She tries to get in touch with the real Brad Pitt. Then she.

"What happens there stays there. You know what I mean by where you would understand the mayor thing? Because you're emotional about everything she is. She is kind of emotional. I don't when he actually plays guitar and sings the faces that he made. Yeah, he makes such a turn. He makes Jessica Simpson faces. Yeah, and that's saying something. All right, keep going. My name is great. So I am a 20 something your woman and I'm falling way in on your John Mayer versus Brad hit based here we get first of all, both of their terrible but if I have to pick one out, too It's probably gonna be Brad Pitt. There you go. Now. I say this because Brad Pitt just seems like he has a little more education in certain areas of playing on that man's self centered person, and I think it's coming from Personal experience, Rob, you are totally overestimating how much women might sense on written about them. It's kind of just being weird. That's my input on this. Hope. You'll have a great day. Yeah, I feel like like the whole education thing is I I hear what she's laying down. It's like picking it up. It's like he would care more. Mayor Seems like he just would be like I and more into myself and what I look like Making my guitar face is your body like your body is a wonderland for my use? Yes. And Brad would be more into like making wonderland together, You know, I mean, you know, I'm saying ay dio. Yeah, I know exactly what you're saying. Continue high kicks, my Alexis. I have 19 and I was doing last year with my mom. Destiny, guys. So we love you guys included the weigh in on the whole John Mayer, Brad Pitt thing. I'm distorted myself or you're in college. It was my mom. Like you should really call them and weighing about it. So I asked, like with my friends, and we have to agree that Brad Pitt is definitely definitely where John may I mean, beautiful, but Andi I've seen like I love movie. Troy. I love the ocean. Lovett was like George Clooney at the front pit is where that starry starry to the rest of you That blanket. Is that in the dark, so Yeah, I love you guys. I would. We were people. It was probably a girl. So that's all I have to say. I love you every day. A lover, a mother? My God, stop it. She's and she's 19 with a bunch of her friends were like college age ever should say she, like the question that we pose was who would get more tail. Not like who would our car odious person saying that she would go out and be promiscuous with Brad Pitt or John Mayer? She sang. Who would? Yeah, exactly. The question was not that rub. But every Call is quickly morphed into Teo. Maybe it's who's more attractive to these to these women. Alright, you going tick. I am one of those 20 something that you're talking about. 27. I have to say that That's my choice would be Brad Pitt Not got that kind of sultry look to him, you know, But there has not looked that He's just the tool shed and lovely girl. I love it. Keep going. Come to the side between John Mayer and Brad Pitt. I think my wife would go for both. My wife would go for both said Yeah. Oh, my God, that is so funny. How many more of these do we have? Two more. Hey, six least I'm not a 20 something, but I want to go back to your conversation. Yes, a about this. Sam Elliott. Hands down. Yeah, forget about those other two. I mean, that's what I would say, too. But I don't think he was on the list. He wasn't on the list, but I like the way that she thinks is obviously Robbie Williams is going to be the top of my I'm right there. I'm with Sam Elliott to them, right? I have to see your own in my home. I have a 23 and 20 year old and they say glad that all the way. They said that John Mayer is just a band or so they think that everything that they are so in love with Brad Pitt. Because they say he's charismatic as they just got a great body as they say he just exists that he uses Beauty. So that's what my girls say. Yeah, he does. He use his manhood. Yeah, even when he's dirty. Yeah, I mean, Or maybe a specialist is going to say especially especially what he's daring you very much everybody for weighing in on this very, very important so glad we were able to spend a whole segment on it. But we do have voice mails about other things. D'oh. You guys stay tuned for that. Let's say you just bought a house. Bad news is.

"Is a good dad but there were times when I was younger and I watched it and I was like. Oh He's annoying like it's all about your perspective. Who are in the movie. There's a part where they're at the dinner table and Paul who is vibrant warrior energy and doesn't compromise in. Paul doesn't WanNa Finish Brad Pitt. His own meal and Paul just sits there for hours because the father says you know the God has been giving us open to eat for centuries. It's not the responsibility before you're old boy to tell him it's good so he just sits there and So yeah very firm. He's firm and he loves them. Yeah it's like and again it wouldn't work today. Meaning this like you've a lot of the things that he did. It's it's for his time but I guess what I mean is that his I just. I grew to care about him more as I got older. And and how obviously I know you love Brad. Pitt's character the most. I assume. But you liked Norman to yeah or did you love Norman or Paul more Crank Craig Sheffer played his name. Yeah I loved them both. I love the dynamic between the two of them. Brad Pitt was more charismatic. Obviously feel like it was supposed to be the artists. Yes a newspaper writer. He never left Montana whereas Norman he went out and get married to Jesse and they went to the University of Illinois. Jesse Yeah. Who's that actor? You'll know I was just gonNa Emily. Lloyd is her name a senior in a bunch of stuff. But I wouldn't be able to pick it out Tom. She is so cute She she was in not a lot of movies that you know. Welcome to Sarajevo while you were with wish you were here. There's nothing else. I see that I've seen her in the what part I remember. Jesse is unfair to Norman. Because his Jesse's brother gets drunk and hung over and they go fishing together and Yeah. He's kind of tour. He passes out and he get sunburn right. And Jesse Blames Norman. Right like come on take responsibility for your own actions. Dude I know passed out. She was kind of being a mother. Figure anyways okay. So here's the scene. And it's after against spoiler alert. Paul ends up dying And this is after so this is just a little bit. After that as time passed my father struggle for more to hold onto asking me again and again had I told him everything and finally I said to him. Maybe all I really know about Paul is it. He was a fine fishermen. You know more than that. My father said he was beautiful. And that was the last time we spoke with my brother's death and seeing Yeah I don't know I always I don't know why remember that line but just the fact that you know a father calling his son beautiful. You never hear that adjective. You know you hear Dad. Say He's tough. He's What he's kind but beautiful is a feminine word. As far as that's the way I interpret it so I just loved and what he meant. Was You know because Paul had issues a gambler? He was a drinker. You got of trouble. He was beautiful. Beautiful purse and physically obviously. Is Brad Pitt? But right and that's what he's beautiful obviously because he's Brad Pitt. But he was a lovely human being. And that's what he meant and he would like. I said he was an artist. He was an amazing fisherman. He was amazing. Fly Fisherman and why I like that scene if I remember correctly todd you could see it and I couldn't but he's an old man. Yeah he's thinking that and to see the passage of time and again. That's Robert Redford during the narrating fuel lake when I was watching it for the first time I kept waiting for the bad thing to happen. Yes and I didn't know what the bad thing was. But you just knew it was. Paul was going to get some tapes in shark. Yeah and then. They're waiting in the morning to go. Fishing and Paul is late. So I'm like freaking dead. And he shows up. Oh my God. He's thankful yeah. And then they drop the hammer. Whatever twenty minutes later in the movie and he was gone. Yeah so all right so that was my number three and that was my number one. So what's your number? Three number three is. Let's see one two. Oh true romance now. It's not on my list. This is more about the movie but fricken Floyd Brad Pitt plays pothead named Floyd and I do. Floyd quotes to my buddies to this day and true romance is just a it was written by Quentin Tarantino directed by somebody else. I'm sure Quinn wanted to direct it. But he was too too green and too new to do it. And there's a few parts to floyd so Brad Pitt is a guy who smokes weed sits on the couch and watches TV and James Gandolfini plays a hitman and he's knocking on the door and this is what ensues and we'll maybe you can help me. I'm looking for a friend of Mine Clarence Wurley from Detroit chatting with a real pretty girl mel about no. They've been by here. You see they stay in no this thing at the safari motor motel in Safari town safari motel. How do you know not have you been over there? No they were here and they said that they were going to go there and they went. This is a three and a half minute clip. I'm not gonNA play anymore. Actually I got to play more. So this is a group of other bad guys. Are Trying to find Alabama and Christian slater and a budget guys show up with guns so he's just took a big hit through a bowl or whatever it is. I'm not a week guy but so he starts laughing when these guys walk in because they have guns pointed at him. So you know Clarence Wally. Es We can find them. Yes I do. Or where as e but reinvest whereas go no. Go down go down. Beat's smoke full or go down Beechwood and drive while you're GonNa turn right and then you go driving and you keep Dr Floyd okay. This is so weird but is that a Chris Cornell Song playing in the background sounds like he's just saying the Brad Pitts doing a movie about him so the movie was in Nineteen ninety-three and Tony Scott directed it just kind of a big deal. Did Tony Scott to top gun or so. Tony Scott actually. I was just listening to a podcast. The other day about the difference between Ridley Scott and Tony Scott are brothers and debating. Who's movies were like? Ridley. Scott did gladiator. Oh Yeah Tony Scott did I mean they have one of them take their own life? I feel like that's true. I don't know why Tony Scott did top gun beverly hills cop. Show the last Boy Scout True Romance Crimson. Tide am an enemy of the state okay And then Ridley Scott Gosh. I don't remember todd. Oh I apologize for not knowing something so sensitive but I know I kind of feel like. It's we don't know so but it sounds familiar. Unfortunately something happened. So I'M GONNA blow your mind when I say this. I have never watched true romance. Oh my gosh I know I don't like it. It is violent. It's a Tarantino movie like I know people have said to me. Oh my God that's but I think it's when you watch it like you watched it when it was big and so now it's moved with you and I think at this point if I watched it it might like What's the what's the one with? Woody Harrelson the killers natural born killers. I tried to watch that movie for like the nets and I think you you might lay true romance by the way. Tony Scott died by suicide In August of two thousand twelve and I told by some friends. You don't want to say commit suicide. You WanNa say died by suicide so I'm trying to practice that crazy like crazy successful man. Yeah and there's always a story think about Ordain yes. Remember that years ago so long. There's so many stressful. I only have one left so I think I have to but I think my both of my two. I'm surprised that you don't have both of these my two. I'm I omitted one. Yeah oh I think I know which one to left. Don't you cited sleepers at seven Detroit? Romance in a river runs through. Okay so my number two is tree of life. Guess and that is my last one okay. So tree of life do number four number. I started.

"Oh that's right. You're going to be okay. I'll be fine. Just Ross. Will Chris was was a long time ago. Look at her standing there with those two greatest enemies. Ross Rachel Green and complex carbohydrates. I remember. He had a hard time filming that because he was nervous. And you know he's he's with the six friends who are seasoned veterans. Who have done this right exactly so but I just wanted to say that that I wanted to pull that up because I think he was funny and I think that it takes some guts to do something you've never done before. And then the last one. I have no clip for this but I it didn't make it onto my five but I know you know. I love this movie interview with the Vampire. Oh I'm surprised that didn't make it on your number six. I couldn't fit it in. I know Stolt Bliss Gutless Dot. Let's say it's still is a theory. But let's dot was played by Tom. Cruise and then Kristen. Kirsten dunst was played. Played The little girl and then Brad played Louis and the book. I read all of an Rice's book so I was really excited to see the movie and when I saw the movie I really liked it. You know when you read about the movie Anne. Rice did not want Tom Cruise to play that character. I think she was okay with Brad. Pitt's character but it basically it sounds like it was a mess the so one quick criticism of that movie that. I've never seen in the book with me. I was Pantheon. So the one guy's name is la dot and then she's like how about we name this Guy Louis but they're from different times. Oh remember because don't remove vampire from a different time and then he makes Louis a vampire but Louis is from a you know that's been living for however many years. I guess it makes sense. It's like via and Rosalie from twilight. Nobody's that's not very common this okay. So so that's my. Do you have any like special. Mentions beside the. I mean I got some but I just want to jump in because okay minutes in and David Hurt. Fine. They're fine. You gotta be efficient eating with other stuff. Okay so you do your. I know you do your ladies first. Fifth favourite bread. Put Brad Pitt movie. I'm going to do one drummer on. Stop doing so. Why don't you just play number two number two? Let's see what happens when we pull up number two..

"With twenty thousand guns pointed at me thank you very yeah but it means the same of the economy we've got a white hot economy and there are people actually actively hoping hoping that it comes completely including falls apart because that's the way they get their power base back well and it means crazy people could suffer people could lose their jobs their families whatever doesn't matter what when you say it's only the wealthy ther benefiting from this side the top one percent of heard that a million times that's not true of course it's not true so yes that leaves a lot of people a little upset okay both which stores because we got more of impeachment and more that from that rally yesterday especially got it later I will give the idea of the black white supremacist which is absolutely classic I want to give you an update Scott because you seem to take some interest in this story and I know I mean the online world has blown up because of this little interaction with Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt you want to see him back together that romantic in you saying if he doesn't capitalize you think there's an opening here I don't even know are they dating somebody I don't know but somehow you would take some sort of personal joy out of seeing them back together now they just make for cute couple don't whatever he they told they other part did you know the pictures were all out there yesterday with her hand basically like by his chest that sort of grabbing her arm and there was another touching photos which Haitians the way he was looking at her and it's all good now and then it was released this audio for Canadian entertainment group that was telling Jennifer that Brad was getting weepy watching her acceptance speech and she thought that was so sweet and I suppose you want to hear to backstage here you had Brad Pitt watching that monitor crying yeah.

"On their Instagram of Brad Pitt watching Jennifer Aniston and I'm like did they take that picture because it doesn't I can't tell if they took the picture and like if they did that means they were that close to Brad Pitt which I would have a hard time believing they were allowed to get that close to Brad Pitt right were they given prescriptions I I believe maybe I mean they were in I pretty sure that wasn't an option anymore as of last year and if they had press could rent credentials do you think they made him themselves yeah well I mean if they were smart they would Kelly would tell diameter let Donnie making threats crippling construction paper like these are legit you guys but we'll find out on the show and I that's the one thing I'm gonna ask is who took that picture that you posted on your Instagram yeah the more you know but speaking of in actually one of the people who are not one of the people one of the cast who won last night's is a film I want you to talk about so parasite actually became the first foreign language film to win the best ensemble award which had a bunch of other heavy hitters in Hollywood legends in the running so kudos and congrats to recite this wonderful film from South Korea don you actually got to see the film yeah I saw it this weekend and we don't spoil it for people who haven't seen it but you know when I saw it I thought this is just a really fun twist in tourney thriller comedy like it's hard to sort of pin it down in the genre it's won several awards as has the director I want to know what you actually thought of this film it also won the pond or at the con Film Festival this last year it's up for Best Picture and it has a ninety nine percent from critics on rotten tomatoes and a ninety three percent from audiences yeah as more people see this movie I think that audience score will go down why do you think of because it doesn't have all wrapped type of like here's the moral of the story type of a thing other than you can't make plans for yourself in life faith just does what it wants to do which I think is a little bit too muddy for American audiences interesting I did like the film idea I didn't love it okay I did not capital love it what it what like what because again so we don't give anything away but here's here's what I can sort of tell you is that there's a family they sort of insert themselves into another family by kind of one by one going to work for this family right there's something that happens about halfway through that like totally changes up the game yeah like at that point Jamie I look to select all my god I do too much going into this okay honest with you which is why it's so hard to talk about this film yeah because I don't want to have Peter likes yeah but it it is what it is I think overall I I I feel like since we don't have this class system that sort of violated I feel like some of that is lost on me or was I able to speak as church in only yeah since I feel like I grew up with the idea that I can do and be anything I want to be in life like if I wanted to be a doctor I could have done it if I wanted to be an astronaut I could have done it you know that is truly in my heart as an American citizen I believe that that we grew up that way for the most part you know and so to have such a division is something that would resonate with it even like if you're looking at South Korea to North Korea even there such that's not in their heart they do realize that there is a definite the difference there between I don't know it's just there was something missing for me yeah it comes to the pole and the struggle to get out from under the literally the basement in the sewer yeah of your life and so I think that was the main thing there that just lost on me yeah it also I just didn't really know what the message was overall not that I need everything to be wrapped up in effect but it it kind of that's that's was my only criticism is that I kind of just didn't know where it was going at times and I didn't but I definitely was rooting for a certain side yeah you know so it was interesting though you never know what can you didn't know what was going to happen I definitely see it before well one of the critics here on rotten tomatoes said please go see this film before it's made into an American move how yes I don't have it as well like you're going to see this and it's gonna sock they're going yeah they will remake it and but now I think actually that's less likely used to be the foreign films like that would end up getting the remake it might but but I feel like less and less that's gonna happen because people American audiences are more willing to like the engagement a movie like this as evidenced by the fact that they're now winning awards that are not just in this like tiny little foreign film category actually yeah it's definitely loved it Indy art films before I would consider myself you know but moping minded like that I just I felt uneasy about I don't know where this is going and I didn't leave the theater going wow I really love yeah I've read the plot summary because I love doing that and I love to ruin it for yourself yes absolutely eight it you don't have to go see it was it was it intended to be a dark comedy that's what I'm trying to figure out just reading the plot the plot summary I would say that it's definitely a dark comedy you start off there's a very specific period where the movie shifts in tone but I think the very you know the beginning is very light hearted it's almost sort of like a school what I meant it's it's it's a comedy right it starts off as a comedy and then it becomes something darker and then it becomes almost a farce at the end but her with a dark twist that's what I'm seeing and I'm wondering well while some of this is kind of out there yeah I wonder if it's meant to be sold as a comedy yeah I don't think you can label it is either one yeah I think it's it's a hard thing to to pin in and to me this was like the thing that really tickles me about a film is something that I end up thinking about a lot longer after I've seen the film and I spent a lot of time rolling this film around in my head because it's not telling you you need your point on it's not telling you this this is the message of this spell more this is what I want you to think about this particular store you do but I don't get it you do you have to like to me I had to answer a bunch of questions like what because the movie's called parasite so that makes you think like why is it called parasite there are a few options reasons why it could be called parasite without giving anything away and then I think it really does make you think about the world that we live in right now which is very much like people who you know see themselves a certain way socio economically and not seeing what's beyond that bubble right so I thought hi fi feel like it's gonna make you think a lot of things and I always love being uncomfortable in a film like that all right let's get down to the nitty gritty the Academy Awards how's it going to do let's not gonna win best film I don't think it should win win best film it won't win best film but I feel as a director could win him Best Director was going to ask about that original screen play may be production design in editing yeah I don't know about those lesser categories because I don't know what who's paying attention amount that be a question for like somebody who's following the horse race the pines there are a lot if you haven't seen it go see you're gonna have lots of chances before the Academy Awards and when we come back to haunt should we talk a little bit about a TV show that's just around the corner that I know both you and I are excited and that's per card will talk about that room we come back right here on my talk on a seven when I talk on a seven one everything is something very important I forgot to tell you what don't cross the streams entertainment a long time ago we used to listen to the radio certainly kids let's gather on the radio and listen to the ladies talk about Charlie Sheen I was thinking a little earlier than that but all like one little done a Valentine would listen to on her crystal said get out of the promo Steve and it was Fibber McGee okay the point is we listen to things in a whole new way these days podcasting is made it simple to listen to what we want when we wanted to wherever we are and all the my tough one of seven one shows are available as a podcast even simpler they're available show by show hour by hour on the my talk ever get up early enough.

"Pitt could have been Nieto during an interview. This week. The movie star was asked to name a movie role. He turned earn down. Pet reluctantly gave one example. I did pass on the Matrix. The role eventually went to Jonah Reeves and the rest is movie history. If if I were interviewing Mr Pott I would ask him about his religious views. He has said in the past that he was raised by a devout Baptist family in Missouri but called himself agnostic mastic and then atheist as a young actor then he says I found myself coming back around to just believe in. I hate to use the word spirituality but just to believe that we're all connected he added I cling to religion another celebrity whose religious views have made news. Recently as Ron Reagan. Son of President President Ronald Reagan. He recorded an ad for the freedom from religion foundation that aired during a recent Democratic Party presidential debate he states in the AD. I'm I am alarmed by the intrusions of religion into our secular government. He then concludes Ron Reagan. Lifelong atheist not afraid of burning in. Hell Hell if you were to discuss religion with Brad Pitt. Or Ron Reagan. How would you begin? What would be a good way not to begin President trump will become the first sitting. US President to address the march for life when he speaks to the Washington D. C. Rally later today meanwhile oil his impeachment trial will continue as Democratic House. Managers conclude their arguments in favor of his removal from office. They stayed there acting in the nation's best interest trest claiming that failure to remove. The president threatens the integrity of the twenty twenty elections and keeps an office a person unfit for the presidency. The President's defense pence team is expected to counter that Mr Trump has done nothing worthy of impeachment and argued that removing him from office would damage the office the other story dominating the news is is the Wuhan violence crisis. Chinese health officials reported today that there have now been twenty six deaths from the corona virus. They have expanded a travel lockdown on in central China to include twelve cities and thirty five million residents nearly the population of Canada as they try to contain the crisis. Here's the difference between the two stories. Few people on either side of the impeachment debate. Believe the other side is acting out of objective concern for the nation's welfare. If more of the president's presidents opponents were Republicans or more of his supporters were Democrats the impeachment fight might seem less partisan by contrast it seems that Chinese officials officials are acting on behalf of the people whether Chinese citizens are grateful or angry they probably believe their leaders are working out of what they believed to be the public's best pinterest when we seek to share Christ with our post Christian culture. How can we learn from the second scenario and avoid the first let's consider three biblical principles? CELS one earned the right to be heard. Jesus met physical needs to meet spiritual needs. He healed bodies to heal souls. He began where people were and lead them where they needed to go. If I could interview Brad Pitt about his faith I probably should not begin by condemning him for a string drink from his religious roots. If I were meeting with Ron Reagan I probably should not begin by explaining the reality of Hell. He clearly knows enough about this doctrine to rejected instead. If I can. I persuade them that I had their best interests at heart. They are much more likely to hear my concerns for their souls. With whom are you. Building in Your Relational Bridge to the Gospel to see truth through the other person's is Paul coated Greek philosophers when speaking to Greek philosophers and Jewish scriptures. When speaking to Jewish people he spoke the spiritual language of those he sought to lead to Jesus in a secular culture offering secular? Secular reasons for spiritual. Truth is especially urgent for instance. A woman who used to perform abortions is now warning about the health risks to women who undergo the procedure walled hire a man who went through sex change surgery to become a woman and then reverse the procedure is warning. That transgenderism is a social ideology. Not a condition. A person is born with when we work with truth. The other person accepts his truth. We are more likely to lead them to the one who is is the truth. Three seek the spirit's leading human words cannot convert human hearts. You and I cannot convict anyone of sin or save save anyone's soul. This is the work of the Holy Spirit. He will use US in his work of leading people to Jesus but we must seek his wisdom before we offer our words words. That's why it is urgent that we listened to Jesus before we speak on his behalf. We cannot read the mind and heart of the person we are seeking to reach but our father. Can he knows how to best lead Brad Pitt. And Ron Reagan and every other person to himself for more on this principle. Please see my latest website article. I realize a how well I entered cranking often you in any way or just making you know because I thought well this guy's really gone above even beyond to work out his dad's stuff. I just gotTa make a phone call Dr to New Mexico. There's fucker it gets them. Closer like closure realized that was just really a movie about like I over think I worked out with his old man. Yeah it was. It was so clearly a movie about like I got my dad was ah nothing like to stay home and done a year therapy for calling problem. The one thing I never understood like what what was his ship doing that was causing trouble. Did they even explain that. I'M NOT GONNA explain it to you. Oh you know though. No I can't explain. Ah Sounds like inception for me what happened. I have no idea. You don't do sometimes you. You just just focused on your character man. You know I had no. Actually I do get involved in that but when it came to criminal in his mind and how that was all piece together and everyone was trying to constantly put that puzzle together around. Did anyone ever succeed. I can't remember if it made sense. Ultimately depends on the eye of the beholder. I guess it's producer has a weird question. I gotTa ask You about this movie. Is that he and he told me this he said the only thing I'm hung up on. You gotta ask him. He's a he said he he wanted me to ask you. If your character actually got the part in the great escape was fired. No was that a fantasy. See that you were thinking no it was a fantasy it was it was well. We actually had this whole section that actually couldn't was talking earlier about the fact that he had a four and a half hour cut via and the the movie that you see. I mean this is all from the mind of Quentin Tarantino and there's so many any other sections that I think he had to take out to sort of drive the story along. But there was this great moment with Al Pacino and I spent like three three weeks with Al Pacino Muso and Franks one on one doing a sort of whole history of Rick Dalton's career where I've been here in the state of the movie industry industry the State of our culture. This sort of I could have been. Somebody could have been a contender almost got you know the great escape but I was the third guy on the list had McQueen. Drop down this this. I could have been that guy so we kind of put it in two timothy all funds scene where we start talking about our careers careers. And then there's this kind of flash right of rick. Yeah as that as Wayne Anyhow Rick Dalton would have played the McQueen actual which was the star breaking turn from and it's not legal described as a moment. It's like a ten minute scene and it's fantastic. It makes it. It's the bane of his existences. He's walking around and everyone knows him as the guy almost got the greatest game and he gives this this very sobering soliloquy on it. It was never going to happen and stop calling me then. No when when you get when you enter working on this part I I mean it's the it's the actual heartbreak of show. Business is what you're playing sickly. Yeah and it's not something that you haven't seen before in other people I mean we're surrounded surrounded by all the time that's Rad and I were just talking about and the and the Q.. Innate just now is how you know although we've been incredibly fortunate and have had a sort of long successful career we'd know this world we I'd grown up around actors that almost got this role or almost got that role we knew we knew the dynamic of of these relationships. I mean I've had guys over the years that have been my psych like I said my psychiatrist Security Aguire on location in Africa for eight months right they got your back our days. They're there for you and they really do carry the load so even though Clinton gave us this amazing manuscript on our history detailed from you know the figment of his own right from his imagination. Yeah we implicitly new this dynamic in Hollywood and this sort of relationship with these guys had an I think it was weird like the first day on set we were we just kinda clicked and I keep telling the story but it's true the he I remember we were driving onto onto the Lancer. Lot and Brajesh improvised this line and he goes you know hey realizing our hangover realized have gotten this bad news that my career is essentially over and he it just goes. Hey you're rick fucking doll and as soon as he said that I was like. Oh that's US man no matter what the Hell's going down that's that's my number one fan right there Rick Fuck and Dalton and I'm like Yep go in a disastrous day on set regardless but that's true though because I even notice that when I was a doorman at the comedy store is there. Is this weird kind. People have satellite people that kind of walk around as the extension extension of their ego ego support system. And you see all the time in this town and the and the and then you have this at the center is completely delusional. person person completely believing that they're really thinks they're really doing amazing shit. I was just calling your friendship. The French it with a paycheck in like cliff says ain't got it so bad gonna fix your intended today. But you know he's uh-huh he's not so bad. I mean. That was the thing that I had to like figure out about. Rick Dalton what God what it not only would a pessimist but what a winer he was an and I think that Quinton always had this thing that I didn't quite understand that he's really feeling sorry for himself. You meets the girl girl. The little girl who's like and there was another scene that was cut out about. Hey you know we lucky to do what we do and Rick doesn't realize that he's real. He's all obsessively thinks about is what could have been. He could have been a contender he could have been this guy and the whole industry sucks in the world sucks. He's got them hippies. Yeah when when you went into it how how what were you thinking like. who were you playing like? Did you know the guy. Well he he now. I mean well you told me you got that line from somebody. You said it to Yo this guy when I first started this guy had this guy bitching moaning like in the mid nineties. I had this guy toll free loader you you know like you. You don't always seem walking back and forth wearing my clothes using my dryer. What I mean in eating the food but he was he was there for me Eh? One day he had said that to me. I was bitching moaning. This is like mid nineties. Don't forget your Brad fucking uh-huh.

"With the mayor. And how we GONNA. You're you're so nice about me fan. I really really is. I remember talking about you on on the movie. You're going off about about the show. I love this show. It's going to be leaving net flicks. and where's it going. I don't know I just know on the job on. It's over. Yeah I've seen it three times series the entire. It's my happy place to see you. Miserable makes makes me feel so bad the burden for others you really are but I just love how you I think I told you this bumped into you. How you you'll like suffered some minor injustice in the world? Yeah from another yeah have it out with them. Yeah you suffer no fools. Yeah then invite him back to listen to your to your new turntable Sean. Things like we're now we're all humans. Yeah yeah I I think that's an attempt. I don't know if you have that problem where I'll act like an asshole and then and then you you kind of claw your way back into someone's life and hopefully they'll forgive you for it see. I thought you were justified. Yes yes I did I did. I thought you were speaking for all and then you. Then everything's okay. Everything's okay usually until it comes back later. So what can we make. Sure I guess is how we do it. We speak into the MIC. Like is this is. This is incorrect distance. Yeah I think I think this is good You never know who's GonNa fuck up with a Mike Man. Some people can't do it I will. I'm I'm not comfortable comfortable with it or you. Yeah I'm fine. I think we just hold it. Like Mike's Comfortable. There is a big problem with and I am not I'm not being mean but John. TURTURRO talks a lot with his hands. So right right right talion yes so if you listen to that one but but when you have the the comfort of the garage aren't they don't they said aren't they hanging or director on boom. It's when you're on mobile here could make it out to that. Anything could happen. Yeah I know Nice little little little sad so what what just went on there we did a little. QNA with for the for the movie for the old film screening Green Clinton's in there. He's in they're still talking. It's great to do a Clinton because he he does all the heavy lift carries the load. Okay there is no he'll just keep going He will keep going so I guess I don't. It's always hard to figure out where to start talking to dudes two guys but the last time time I saw you as opposed to one. Okay your careers like somehow wrangle England up here but the last time I saw you was at that art basil thing right. There aren't that you know the thing at the art thing because my ex it's my now ex at an example. It's you're so sweet. You're outside like bartering for her. Bring her art lover. Thought it was very sweet. It was I mean I I still have respect for and I love her but I just. I'm out okay. Let me let me ask you this. What would you think for art related? I liked it a lot. I because there's something about abstraction either it's GonNa work it's not I mean you're an abstract guy right you like abstract art. I like I like a lot of art so does so does. That's right. It's going to talk to you about the first time I met. You guys met you. You were hanging out with Thomas House ago. That's right. He's your buddies giant sculptor big sculpture. That's the one so you do you. You both collect art. Yes and your dad was like a comic guy. Yes yes gasp was. We're while he was a a comic book. Distributor around Los Angeles needs to take me in his station. Wagon called the pus mobile. Yeah and we ooh yeah. Why was broken down yellow? Messed up station wagon. We go to golden apple and Heidi Hoe. Basically every weekend of my life was trucking around comic book. Stores and head shops selling Durand Durand posters and the Freak Fabulous Freak brothers and Cherry pop tart. And all these crumbs stuff all are crumbs. My Dad's actually friends with our chrome and Williams. I Know I've interviewed Robert. Oh yeah he's amazing. It's like one of his best friends really so he's kind of Zeal League of the counter hippie culture all the so I grew up going to the Duda parade hand with all these underground artists was to make a little cash. You know what I mean because although you know although my future college funds was a you know a box of underground comic books. That didn't exactly the bills. But that was literally my college fund like every every number one at comic book like even underground comic all none of the Marvel or DC stuff which actually went on a lot of money just the first the original art. The crummy art has really skyrocketed. And do you have that stuff. I do have a couple of couple. Luckily he's finally is the the man from the underground art scene that has like hit the marketplace and actually become right you know and Robert Williams very bitter about it all about I. I collect Robin Williams to that man is grabbed a god great. You will hear nothing but no one no I. I think. That's one of the weird chips on his shoulder. Is that you you know. He never got established art success while he was with Tony. Chef Rasi in New York. I remember La underground arts scene trying to make it to new. York is a very tough the transition right but that's also it seems like those guys get stuck in that kind of like comic art outside our graphic art right trip whereas guys like you like house ago. That's fine art shit right. That's big time if it when it lands that way sure. Yeah and and do you have a couple of those huge pieces I I in fact indeed do what. What kind of art do you gravitate to the most? So I I wouldn't even got elected that don't even say the word collection kind of bothers me makes me go right right right but not find. It is an investment. No no never Just certain things that that move me. I'd like to be around each day and might inspire my kids or something. Yeah I don't look someone Thomas stuff is could scare them as well do you. Are you do sculpture. Anyway I have been on my own. Just just just is like I mean because what we do is such a collaborative sport. Sure I've found that For the better for the worst. Sometimes you know I've seen performances mm-hmm proved enhanced like on this one. Yeah or I've seen them take a take a beating right and to do something that just you and on your own very solitaire find very Meditative well yeah. That's well that's the weird thing I mean because you guys both see what you do as art right. Yeah I hope so have you have you. We're not quite allowed allowed to say that certainly entertainers but are we. Are we allowed to say. I think we can say that all right of course but she can't okay but but it's something you worked towards right. I mean like do you remember your first jobs. Of course God yes it was TV right. Both of us were television television. I mean did that help out in knowing this guy part this part in this movie. LTV World I think for sure I mean. The truth is what was so great about Clinton's script was the sort of outsider approach that he took to the industry to guys at. Were certainly my the character of being on the brink of extinct right as the hippie cultural movement is coming into play. And he's like a remnant of old hat Hollywood Out of Cowboy Television and he hasn't made that transition and as a byproduct cliff my psychiatrists security guard houseman. Yes suffering the consequences of course Roman Polanski moves in next door and that he symbolizes everything that we aren't sure and are trying to be right. Just that approach right away. I think you know we. We've been doing this for a long time. We've been very fortunate to what we do but we remember are those days you remember looking up to all these actors that were doing it and like who come like when you started out like. What was your first TV gigs? I can't remember I did. I did a year one one season of parenthood which is a spin off of the movie. Parenthood Steve Martin Martin and I played Joaquin Phoenix's role in the television version of parenthood. Right so actually studied Joaquin Phoenix's performance and and that to get my first job. Then I do that today exactly and then I did growing pains but she was. I did a whole season of growing pains. He was on a few episodes and I guess start on with rowing pates with handling paints I worked with Hilary Swank on my season by number. And where you guys like at at that point you. Obviously you wanted to be actors. Wanted to be a movie actors but were you studying. Were you doing actively working with people training other than in other than drama class at school no really came out from the ozarks and I needed some I. I need a little bit polishing. I finally got a young say ozarks now because now there's a show people have some idea of what that might be a great idea that show the not so far. This is left out the the Bible belt portion of the and I got my on my I audition and pretty excited about is for film and I came back and this this agent who was trying me. Try me on as they they did. Then I said how do I do and said you ever thought about acting classes for six months you know and who who were who was Who who were you studying with Guy Roy London? He was fantast. This guy's not with anymore. He's really set me. That guy a few people and you just you just started high school. Yeah but then I. After after a while I started setting with Larry Moss. WHO's amazing coach too and that it was do you do you guys use guys now or you're done with it? I talked to Larry all the time I talked to Leo. He talks lyric viewpoint. Viewpoint is kind of questions you ask them now he just pushes the they need them. They he'd he kind of just drives me to make decisions you know like I said I only got into movies because you know I was really lucky that that that television show had me locked in for the season.

Then there evidence they have is that they have a photo of him on what June fourth, and then another one June tenth. So there's a sitting hey, Pat and everything. He's also carrying the same purse. It's just dudes aren't supposed to carry the I it's not even immerse. It's a per that sexist, can I say that? I don't care if it's sexist it, listen, if you're do don't carry a purse all right? Yeah, immerses are not cool. Brad pitt? It's not cool. But. This an actual article had paragraphs in this artic- like there's writing. There's content to go along with the headline in the photos. He's fifty five everybody knows I wonder if he's going to claim that article raped him and the same way, Madonna probably plane to her age reveal somebody raped her pay for this tell ya paid for this article. That's big story stuff right there. They probably get paid more than rob. Bucks. All right. We need to talk about. Mike Tyson's latest venture. I have to say, though, that the article that you found about Tyson holistic, also great headlining. Very great headlining and it's but it's also kind of false advertising because it started out saying hot boxing, which now I can no longer stop singing in the hot pockets song, the whole saying boxing, like the whole morning. She's been walking around guys. Can't stop you read the article, there's nothing about boxing. There's hot box for Mike Tyson used to be one. I mean, that's it. He was a hot until he was a rapist, by the way, and now we say, do not at work. Go looking for hot, hot box pizza online, really, because if you do hot box dot com. Not pizza. You guys. I can't remember anyway spent time with them in Europe, he was over at the Goodwood Fazal them little bit super nice guy. Very, you know, you heard heard stories you hear stories about like Brad Pitt being a little funky in the body department descent apartment Kansas got a little that natural funk going on as well theory. Good looking dude you'd blow. Anyway, what are you? What are we giving the loofah out for? Because I guys carrying around thirty two gym guys carrying on extra couple pounds on them. "So did I nail it? No. You definitely got more than the character list would could across that you would have gotten. If that makes when I read when you said what's in the box. I actually was like wait have you seen this? There's about the box. Okay. What's actually in the box Gwyneth Paltrow's head? Yes. Yes. Did you literally in a truly an item in a box that the public has wavered on whether or not they would like to be in their over the past twenty years. And now what we were around the indifferent area of the spectrum. There was a remember episode of TRL years ago. Brad Pitt was on it. True. Didn't it come back recently? Yes. For this. So I think it was around two thousand three the he was still here. Still relationship. Jennifer Aniston they bought out a box, and he reenacted the them. Jennifer aniston. No, she her head. No. It was a be. What was in the box was a copy of like season three of the friends DVD that was like a prank pulled wouldn't that be just something to happen to Jennifer Aniston? If you cornered hint her into reenacting ahead box thing, we share gets kicked around too much issue character in the story. She like 'cause I know Kevin Spacey is like the killer. Where do you wanna live in the sports culture is Brad Pitt's white? That right. Was in that movie. Okay. It wasn't emotional box her end. But then I was like if she's dead the whole time, then it wouldn't make says. Have to I didn't add the six game which forgot to the beginning. I was like I don't I didn't like the script doesn't pass the Bechtel test. But then I looked at up in the real one doesn't either. So then I was like, it's fine. Maybe research you did what are not the movies eight David fincher movie from the ninety. Yes. I think it might have been vented. Maybe I thought about making to Gwyneth and another woman talk in the box just to make it past. But not thinking about it. I don't know if there's ever a moment in the movie were two women are talking to each other about anything. There's not there's strengthening of every because it definitely doesn't. I think it's a great movie. It definitely every woman in the movies, either going Paltrow or a sex worker. Yes, or yeah. Yeah. Or a model I think about it either. Either victim or the Greenwich Paltrow who also is a victim. Eventually, did you know that they dated before Jennifer Aniston, and Brad Pitt where together Glenna? No. Yeah. They were. Respondent not knowing everything like. You. Hey, did you know there's a tornado near here. I didn't know there was that. Like does appointed himself or not. That's okay. That's okay. Yeah. Without people like to hear because this was debut like the break. I mean, she was. Yeah. Yeah. People she was not in the movie a lot. But she was good in crucial this free. Shakespeare in love because we were really hated her. When I nineteen ninety six what year was that? I mean, I knew of her. But when I like, I remember her coming on Falun was interned there. And people are just like talking so much shit about are not the staff is with the guy from Coldplay, and they were talking about coming look too much. About how annoying. She was. And then I looked up group and all that. And it was like, okay. Her whole thing is that she's the peak of that. No, no. At this time. She was still nineteen ninety-five. Yeah. Ninety five and then shakes ninety eight. Okay. I believe won best picture over Kevin Spacey. No. It was American Beatty. Was the next year? Well that was the next year. Yeah. Also won best picture. I ninety eight would've been everyone's expecting saving private Ryan win dance. Right. Yeah. Which is a great movie. Yeah. In a movie that holds up, but that's also a movie, I think more about the first twenty minutes than they do about the rest of the booby to think the rest of movies is really sad war movie. Yeah. The first twenty minutes is like the pinnacle of filmmaking peak director just putting put you in the moments unifying. Yeah..

Did we decide not to consider Lucy in the sky is that what we let's go above the went up. So we did talk about it. Okay. Okay. I just I want to highlight whatnot to drag this out any longer. But there's only one more. I want to highlight which I know what make listen, that's Astro. Which is the new SCI fi film from James gray. He's he makes these really good indie films that make no money, but they're phenomenal. He made the immigrant. He works a lot with Joaquin Phoenix. This is like a scifi epic. With Brad Pitt and Ruth Negga. And I know it's not been a list, but I just want to highlight. 'cause I'm excited about it. There's a website where they have married. Very going. I'm in the premise deficit on this bugging thing. The premise was that it was like this guy played Mary putt, kill with his girlfriend, and he decided to marry it was gonna Paltrow Brad Pitt and guy Fieri, and he cited to Mary Gwyneth Paltrow kill fuck. Brad Pitt and kill guy Fieri, then they accidentally drove off a cliff and he woke up in a reality where he's married to Gwen Paltrow cheating on her. With Brad Pitt and trying to murder guy Fieri and fatty keep going. Bro. Get a look. He is great. I also I know him like fucking. He is who he is. That's the one thing. I love about people is when there's no separation between church and state. Other TV show guy said to me goes, bro. Next time, you're in fucking northern California. Yeah. So to meeting with them and Jake, and I and Pat in the meantime, had been developing the idea for corporate and they wanted to hear the pitch. So we went in pitched it, and then they said great. We like it. Let's write it or did they go. Let's just make it. They say they had us write it. So let's put it on our Snapchat perform just before Snapchat was everything they said, they gave us very little money being like, all right? Well, we'll give them a little bit of money. It was like, well, we'll shoot the pilot, but I'll never become a TV show because who the is that happened to and then we had a really good fucking pilot because we hired the right people. And like Pat is an amazing director and like it was written while, and then it was like, oh, we have a TV show. Like, oh, we're the stars of TV show. Now, what what we had initially pitched it to as a as like. Sketch show..
