The New Tape of a J6 Protester Who Died After Police Beating

"So we've been talking about Roseanne boylan and we've been talking about her death her beating death and I'm just calling it what it is. She's beaten to death by officer lyla Morris, badge number 5 8 6 9. Guys, play clip one ten. What? Were you seeing there as body cam footage? That's officer lyla Morris with a long wooden stick and Roseanne boylan lying on the ground. Lying down. Not threatening anyone, not attacking anyone, not being violent. Doesn't even have the ability to get up. And she's beaten again and again, and again. Julie Kelly, can you help us make some sense of this? I can't. But as I wrote today, Jack and my column, January 6th, was the worst incident of police brutality against political protesters since the civil rights era and that's just a fact. Things like that have been going on for three hours that afternoon.

I think he can do it but their team is weird now does and as the wings thing lake. A lot of the league doesn't have wings and you can kind of cheat in the regular season. Sexual Harassment Claims Against New York Gov. Cuomo: What We Know So Far

"I Way didn't even need to get to this point with Andrew Cuomo to realize that he needs to resign and he needs to go. This started way back in this one has nothing to do with sexual assault rustling 105 50 K of why I appreciate you. Being with us. This is an absolute I would say It's a shock, but it can't be because the guys is too greasy punk, and it's not really surprising learning the tactics that him and his staff used. To essentially eliminate any any threat of a claim. The first woman who came out and accused Cuomo of sexual harassment was back in December. It was done on Twitter. And the media didn't really jump on. They were like, Well, let's cover this who Let's cover this, which is also a departure from the meat to movement. And if you're looking for signs the Democrats never really cared as a party. About me too. This is more evidence of it. And there was reasons why, you know, going back years. They didn't care about it. Like everybody knew. Harvey Weinstein was a scumbag. Even I knew I didn't even work in Hollywood. But I knew the rumors about Harvey Weinstein. And the fact that the Democrats ignored it because he was a big fundraiser for them. There's pictures of Harvey Weinstein with every prominent Democrat, probably for the last 20 years. Finally, like, Oh, crap. These allegations are bad. There's this public relations campaign to try to make Harvey Weinstein not look as bad as he Woz. That's what Andrew Cuomo's office tried to do, but it's how they did it that Mike was alluding to this is reason enough. Cuomo should resign. So Lindsay Boylan was her name. In December. When the tweets came out with Cuomo's office did is they wrote a letter. And they attached Lindsay Boylan's personnel file to that letter, and they started handing it out to all the news and paper organizations. New York Times Washington Anyone they knew to try to downplay What she did and what she claimed. They said in the letter, which Mr Cuomo The New York Times is reporting helped write weaponizing a claim of sexual harassment for personal political gain or to achieve notoriety cannot be tolerant. Tolerated false claims demean the veracity of credible claims. So he tried to bully the woman by releasing private personnel files to the newspaper hoping the newspaper would go through, like all well, she had a couple of problems. Couple of write ups so we can't take this seriously. Luckily, the newspapers didn't run with it. The fact that this is how politics works is the part that makes you go. Cuomo's a scumbag. Well, he is a scumbag and the personal gain what they were doing, essentially, Woz. Telling the News outlets. That there might be something off. There might be something you'll get pinched with later on, so stay away from the story. I think they went away with it, Not because I mean they didn't run with it, Not because they know he's a scumbag. Everybody does. But the what they realized was oh, with this kind of stuff that we're seeing. You know what? I'm not going to touch that story. That's it is more. I just want to see why a Really do anything else because you know again, it's tough to prove these things, because if you only have one source, and you say it, do you run with it, And then, of course, the second woman came out and in said it after Lindsay wrote more of a detailed description that we talk to you about a few weeks ago, and the second one came out. Then the third woman came up to seven women now that have accused Cuomo of harassment. And there's a whole bunch of other women, a couple of a dozen other women who said they didn't necessary harass me, but he asked inappropriate questions. He touched me all the time, and I didn't really like it. I didn't know who to turn to It's so bad that the fact that there were reports on Cuomo while he was the governor. For these types of things. They went to his senior aides, and they said, Look, this guy's a pain in my butt. He's touching me. He's asking me about sex. It's disgusting. It was never stopped. I mean, what happens in the normal place of business like of I accuse Mike of sexual harassment. I go to HR and I say, Hey, Mike is sexually harassing me. I won't tell him I liked it. Get close. Yeah, I'm just saying, you know. And then there's a process that follows. After that. There's a follow up process. There's you know, investigations that happen if the claims air, credible and serious enough and then it's on your file, and then you get the warning. And, you know, we've known people that have had warnings in their past two from HR. Yes, it's taken very seriously by the by the corporate world. Joe Biden last night was asked if these these allegations are true. Should he resign? Yes. I think you probably end up being prosecuted too Well, okay. A strong stance from President Biden, if if if the investigation is that true, Cuomo responded to that. If you you committed a crime, you can be prosecuted. That's true. But what President Biden said Wasps. We should do an investigation over. I'm looking it up here. Hold on. One thing. I think we figured out. Let me look through my law Stack here, Hank. Thank you. Oh. Sexual assault is a crime. Okay? Yes. Sexual assault still is a crime. So, yes, he could be prosecuted for this. And he should be prosecuted for that. There'd be nothing better for me to

Two more women accuse New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of inappropriate conduct

"More women that just came forward on Saturday, accusing Governor Cuomo of sexually harassing behavior. Including a former press aide who describes struggling Free yourself from his repeated hugs and a young assistant who now says he left her feeling like just a skirt, former press aide Karen Hinton and dirty very long too long too tight, too intimate embrace from coma. Gently with Los Angeles hotel room in December. 2000, she told The Washington Post the married Hinton pulled away. But she claims and again these air claims. That he pulls me back for another intimate embrace, she said. I thought at that moment it could lead to a kiss. It could lead to other things, so I just pull away again and I leave. At that time, Cuomo led the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The current rep for Cuomo strongly denied Hinton's allegations of the newspaper claiming that it did not happen, but it doesn't end there. The other new accuser. Her name is analysts, a policy and operations aide who worked for the governor from 2013 to 2000 and 15 said he'd behaved inappropriately while on the job in Albany. The governor called her sweetheart and asked if she had a boyfriend. She recalled that to the Wall Street Journal This is the third former state employees and former woman overall. You accused the governor of varying degrees of sexual harassment Intern brings the total of accusers now to five. Now. The scandal sparked repeated calls for an investigation. Cuomo's resignation and moved the state legislative and finally wrote the governor's emergency pandemic related powers. Last month, former aide Lindsay Boylan. Detailed how Cuomo Allegedly kissed her on the lips without warning. Over the governor's Manhattan office last week. Charlotte Bennett, who happens to be 25 years old. Said. The second one to step forward by the way, revealed coma. Asked her inappropriate personal questions told her he was open to relationships with women in their twenties and left her feeling that he wanted to sleep with me, according to her now Former Biden campaign worker and a rush you might have heard of her. She came forward, charging the governor saying that gave her an unwanted kiss on the cheek at a big Apple wedding, saying the 2019 encounter left her confused and shocked and embarrassed now. Spokesperson for Cuomo said that Karen Hinton is known as an antagonist of the governor who's attempting to take advantage of this moment to score cheap points with made up allegations from 21 years ago. The spokesperson also said all women have the right to come forward and tell their story, but he slammed. Hinton's account is reckless allegations reflect nothing Maurer than common behavior in public receptions. Another Cuomo spokesperson insisted in the statement said that reporters and photographers have covered the governor for 14 years watching him kiss men and women. Posing for pictures now at the public Open House mansion reception. They claim that there are hundreds of people and he poses for hundreds of pictures. That's what people in politics do. According to Cuomo's people AIDS, I should say So. Here's my opinion on this whole thing, and I started the first like my saying, I think almost like a lot of other politicians. Unfortunately, scumbags. That will do anything. They can to make themselves look better and not take account for personal responsibility like a governor to sent this, for example, or a governor Abbott, But the difference here is now you have women coming forward that are accusing him of sexual misconduct. So my opinion is the same here. As it would be to Donald Trump or Bill Clinton. I don't care whether you have a nardine extra named Here's the difference. Obviously, when it comes to Donald Trump, he had women that accused him of actual sexual assault and rape. I think if you call somebody, sweetheart, I don't think that's something that you should lose your job over. If you kiss somebody on the cheek, it should be the responsibility of that person. To say, Hey, you know that I don't want that Now. I understand Cuomo's powerful guy in a powerful position, and I also understand some of these women were probably afraid to speak out. Don't necessarily see anything in these stories that would that would spill out. Oh, my God, he should be fired. Now if you withheld Or somebody in his camp withheld on purpose information about death toll stuff, public information, and it was changed. That's completely different circumstance and absolutely, but when it comes to these women's stories, It's borderline a little bit awkward and inappropriate, I would say borderline. Keep in mind. There's no sexual assault that has been Put forth by any of these women he obviously made. Some of these women feel little uncomfortable. There's no question about that. And it is if it's true, and we don't know if it's true, But if it is true asking a woman if she has a boyfriend in the workplace and asking her if she dates older man telling her that you date younger women, it's inappropriate. Is it a fireable offense? No, I don't think so. But it is certainly At a minimum inappropriate. And I certainly hope he learns his lesson from that because there are multiple women now that have come forward the

"I'm aware of what's going on with my brother, and obviously I cannot cover it because He is my brother. Now. Of course, CNN has to cover it. They have covered it extensively and they will continue to do so. I have always cared. Very deeply about these issues and profoundly, so I just want to tell you that There's a lot of news going on that matters also. So let's get after that. There was a lot to cover his brother with the nursing home scandal and cooking the books there because he didn't do that, either. A few weeks ago, before all this me to stuff he's pretty silent then, too. Not so much in the heyday last summer late fall when they were having you know, grab ass sessions every night brother and host older brother, younger brother with the with the props, the giant nose swabs. It was like a carrot top show. He brought props doing prop comedy and correct me if I'm wrong, But I think I heard Fredo say that CNN Is going to cover this story extensively. Well, if you look at the numbers here Nagy in the first five days after Ted Cruz is Cancun scandal CNN spent one hour and 32 minutes discussing Ted Cruz is vacation in the five days after Lindsay Boylan came forward with her accusations against Governor Cuomo. CNN spent 18 whole minutes covering that story wouldn't have a problem back to Chris Cuomo for just a second, the host to CNN his brother, Andrew Cuomo, of the governor of New York. I wouldn't have a problem with him coming out and saying, Hey, look, Yeah, Can't cover. This is my brother. I'm related. There's conflict of interest. I had no problem with that whatsoever. I'd understand it except Like I said, you had him on every night during the summer and fall, practically covering his quote, unquote successes and his progress with coronavirus in New York. That's that's the problem. I have had no problem having him on to talk about his new Emmy Award winning book. Then all of a sudden, there's trouble in paradise. Deep nose dive. I mean, I haven't seen a dive like this in a long time. Ah, fall from grace, especially for the Democrat like this in a long time, And once it was, what really is bizarre to me. Is that he's involved in a nursing home scandal where people lost their lives, and he's the central figure in that people died. It's an afterthought right now because of the sexual harassment scandal. Listen, I don't know what this do did what he said who he touched if he even did it at all. I don't know, but it feels like we should be really focusing on this nursing home scandal. Yes, because that's the difference between life and death. You could focus on both. But let's not forget the nursing home scandal here because man that is atrocious. Matt Bear is in the WBC traffic.

"Made pure. Please drink responsibly. So we'll go around the room will pick one thing. Good one thing bad in one thing that we perceived his dirty from over the weekend, while what's your good? Like good and it's not great. It's not the great the bad. The dirty, right. It's good. Yeah, it's the good. Yeah. Okay. No, no, it's not here. It's good. Just remember, it's not great, because I get accused of times, which I don't care about. Uh, Maybe over liking this particular player, Tony Rome. Oh, no. Um, Jared Goff. We're going to just know that my good is the play of Zach Levine. And he's 25 years old to be 26 in March. On their wins Sunday against Dallas. He only had 10 points is shooting was awful, but he contributed 10 assists. I believe currently Through this point this season. Zach is averaging career highs and scoring assists. Pretty much every category. He's not an elite MBA player, but I kind of wanted to see what Zach Levine could do when not being bogged down by something. Jim Boylan related right and I think that what I've seen from Zach Levine has been very good. And I like to see the continued progress. Will he ever be an NBA superstar? Probably not. Exactly things a good basketball player, and I like what I've seen him do early in this year, including again a game like last night against Houston. His shot was on. He scored 33. He shot 67% from the field. He was four of aid from behind the arc. He added seven assists. I believe that was this 7 30 point game this year and the leg a said on Sunday when they bounced back from the devastating loss against the The thunder. You know, he didn't have the shot, but he found a way to contribute. And it just s Oh, my good is the play. Exactly. Yeah, And I think it's a good discussion for later in the week about now, What was Zach? So now that he's playing like this? You continue to keep him and let him do what he's doing, and continue to evolve under a pre friendly salary, or do you look to spin him? Do you looked? You looked to trade him if somebody is willing to get like that's well, that's the discussion for you know, that's the question and the eight picks or like Tic Tacs. I mean, they pass them around like very little value now, right? I mean, it's a good It's a really good point. How about this? One of the Bulls were 99.1% chance to win on Friday up 10 with 1 56 in regulation before they lost to the thunder teams were one In 2930 when trailing by 10 points or more in the final two minutes of regulation over the last five seasons. Can you believe that? But at least they bounced back These last couple of games. I'm shocked. I wasn't part of gambling on the Bulls that would have taken that devastating loss because I'm in one of those roads. I've my good is simply going to be Tom Brady. This is the great the bad the dirty because he is He wasn't even that good yesterday, our Sunday but he's back in the now he's in the NFC championship game and like they've had their issues. He took advantage of the turnovers the way quarterbacks are supposed to and boy do we have a great match up with the Packers and the Bucks? But I love it. The Tom Brady's in his first NFC championship or anything abdominal. What? You're good. My good is it's kind of Ah, it's good, but it's also like a damn Really? So my good is offense right in the NFL This week you had the Packers win 32 to 18 the bills 1 17 and three The Chiefs won 22 to 17 and the Bucks 1 30 to 20. The top four teams and offensive Devi away. 123 and four are the Packers. The Bucks the chief's defense wins championships. Defense wins championships, Right No, the top four teams and offensive Devi away are the top 40 or the final Four teams in your playoffs right now, and the dam is the Well, what no fairs is because it's because it's not. It's never gonna happen, if not with these guys in place, maybe with a little more collaboration. They can get to that point. But 123 and four inoffensive Devi away are the final four teams in the in the NFL playoff Quarterbacks win championships. Black offenses deal with That TV away. I'm gonna give you guys this is good, but that was not nice. No, you're not old. Remember? We established this earlier. You will not ask you, Kronk chronologically I am I just want the way from 54. I'm gonna give you guys this outside the box thought I'm my good Baker Mayfield because at the end of the season and yesterday you Sunday, I thought Baker Mayfield has answered some questions from Doubters, saying that he was not able to be a competent starting level quarterback to take his team to the playoffs. I was impressed by the end of the season from him and also in the loss against Kansas City. I know things were closer. Because my homes wasn't there in the second half, but I was impressed by make Baker Mayfield the maturity. My good. Yeah, I mean, he's not just his play Chris, but like his play reflects the maturity. That I think has taken place with him. He was really solid on those drives at the end of the game, where they were driving to come back against Kansas City on the road. I was impressed by that. That's my good. They've supported him with the run to and now it brings up that crazy narrative that was brought up by Greenie and get up weeks ago. Is he better? Without Odell Beckham Jr knowing the stressors I like how many interceptions the throne since O B. J left, and I think it's very, very low. Only a couple he's only thrown. He threw one in this game. But he only threw one in the last Nine games of the season, right like if there's not that fumble at the goal on that go that turns into a touchback. There's a good chance that the Browns are moving on. Let me ask you about that later to that fumble. Remind me to circle back. I heard something over the weekend. I wanted to pick your guys his brain on what's your bad Waddle? My dad was the was He was bad, and it was bad to sit there and watch Drew Brees plays badly as he did knowing that this is most likely his last NFL game. He was 19 of 34 e three for 134 Yards, One touchdown, three interceptions had a 38 quarterback rating. You could see his stats this year was still pretty good, but you could watch him. Your eyes told you that his body had started to betray him and in a very meaningful way, he was much easier to guard in the game plan for With that in mind, we did have it. I was talking to the guys earlier. We had a text. Exchanged during that game. Where somebody on that text exchange Asked whether or not Sean Payton should go to Jamie's once team names. What was being asked that I said, and I said, absolutely not for two reasons. Drew Brees has earned the right to finish this game, and I just don't believe that's the moment where Jamis Winston gives you a better chance to win. Jamis. Winston is also a guy that he may have some upside there. But he's also guide through 30 interceptions last year and has had trouble taking care of the football. I didn't think in that moment. The last start. Maybe the last game. Drew Brees is ever going to play that the right thing to do at that point was to make a quarterback change. That was just my opinion. My bad is you called it Waddle. I stink and picking games. I can't gamble. I stink it picking games when forced to. I'm bad. At the other pick comes that we do so on Friday like it love it. Just a little taste of it. I faded myself and listen to what happened. I really like the Packers. My strategy has not worked. I would automatically go packers minus 6.5 on their home field with the by with a red hot M v p a quarterback, So I am going to end up picking the Rams here and going oppose Sylvia, I absolutely love this is my play of the weekend. I love the Buccaneers. Them getting points. I think they're the better team. I saw the ST they did not while me last week. I think the offensive weapons air coming together against the box. It's tough to. It's tough to beat a team three times. So everything going into the bucks in my mind. I am picking the Saints minus three. Give me a little taste of the Ravens because I I absolutely love the bills this weekend. I think they got their footing. Last week in that close game, So I like the bills so much. Give me taste of the Ravens. The one week I would have gone three. Now You got what you wanted. I tell you on Friday..

The Iris is warning Americans of a covert related text scam, which involves tricking people into disclosing their bank account information in order receiving economic impact payment. Iris says they will not contact you to verify personal or financial information before issuing those $600 stimulus checks. Thank you, Taylor and a phone call that President Trump made to the Georgia secretary of State getting a lot of attention. Today we go in depth now with Kate because Joe Michaels, who's here to tell us it may not be the kind of attention that the president is looking for any President Donald Trump, pressuring Georgia election officials to overturn results in the Peach state. Well, I want to do is this I just want to find 11,780 Votes, which is one more that we have Trump spending an hour on the phone Saturday with the office of Brad Rapids Burger. You wouldn't want to have an accurate election and you're a Republican. We believe what we do have an accurate election. No, I know you don't know. Federal laws. Also one party consent. Democratic Congressman John Garamendi says the phone call is yet another example of President Trump waging war against democracy. Once again, we're seeing the president using the extraordinary power of his office to badger and two, I think corruptly change the legitimate certified vote. In Georgia. Garamendi says Congress isn't likely to take action relating to the call. The Congress of the United States does not charge anybody with crimes we can impeach Is this in a peaceable defense? Well, we've got 15 days and Trump will be no longer president is a federal attorney going to take this into account, Possibly Is a state attorney general and Georgia like Meteo, pursue this. I doubt it. Everybody knows that the election is over that Trump will not be president. Two minutes after 12 on January. 20th Republican Congressman Tom McClintock says Trump didn't do himself any favors by making the call. I don't know exactly what he was getting at words aren't exactly his thing, but I mean, clearly undermines his position by making the suggestion that a secretary of state should just find more votes, even if he was being facetious or figurative. The cure for voter fraud is not Morva odor fraud, and you cannot accuse the opposition in manufacturing votes. If you're suggesting doing the same, even if That's not exactly what he meant. My contact doesn't think that call will have a negative effect on the Republican Party as a whole kitty, But he does say it doesn't reflect well on the president. All right. Keep the case.
