"I'm just wondering would that be considered a religious ideology? Using shame based or stigmatizing language or instructional tools is it stigmatizing to tell a thirteen year old they should save sex for adulthood that having sex at thirteen is a bad idea with that good a teacher in trouble with this legislation. I'm thinking maybe because I really do think that thirteen is too early. I think fifteen too early. Heck, I think seventeen too early. I remember being seventeen and the emotional world wind. It's like to be a seventeen year old girl would a teacher get in trouble. If they said, you really ought to save this for adulthood is that stigmatizing with that get that teacher in trouble. Employees. Here's I go on with the law. Take on. It's not the law the Bill employing, gender norms or gender stereotypes. What if I was a teacher? And I said, you know, what? Some some boys are going to try to get all they can get. And and you don't want to put yourself in a in a difficult situation. Particularly were alcohol is concerned. So think twice about getting drunk with a young man, not to stigmatize the young man, but bad things can happen. When alcohol is involved with young people. What if I was a teacher what I get in trouble for IB afoul of the law. Maybe. I continue with the the Bill here excluding the relational or sexual experiences of gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender individuals. So if I'm a teacher, and I decided that I'm just going to teach the science of Saxe, maybe I'll put in a little bit of of of risk teaching telling the thirteen year old they ought to wait till they're little older. And I don't include the experiences of gay sexual bisexual and transgender individuals. Get in trouble with the law. I'm thinking, maybe I would because honestly, I think that's a little inappropriate for thirteen year old when I think the thirteen year old or the twelve year old or the eight year old ought to know is the cow and the bull story. How Cavs are made. I don't think they need to know adult behavior. I think they've cut time to know that and I have a feeling that if I were to teach about transgenderism the fact that a man wants to live as a woman or woman wants to live as a man, but in my scientific opinion human beings, come in male and. Female and nothing in between. Incidentally, that's true for all mammals amount. Just I'm not being exclusive here all mammals, come in, male and female fish, though, and snails. I mean, you going to meet some transgender snails. There are snails that have that have both parts and then hate to say this. You're not gonna watch finding nemo again the same way. But a clown fish, which nemo's a clown fish in a clown fish family when the top female dies, the secondary, the male becomes a female. Yeah. So it does happen in fish who knew. But it doesn't happen in mammals. So if I teach that as a teacher because that's a scientific fact that human beings do not change sex naturally, nor does any mammal am I going to run afoul of the law? Am I going to lose my teaching license? I'm just wondering. So this this Bill strikes me as a little pernicious school boards individual charter school board. Boards and parents need to be making the decisions about what's taught in that school. What's taught and what's not taught. I don't need. My nine year old niece to be learning about adult choices. I she can learn about the bowl in the CAF or the bull and the cow making the calf I think that's appropriate would her teacher run afoul of the law. If indeed this Bill was the law. It's a little scary to me. So that would be the both the bed and the ugly, and I'll say a little more ugly for later when it comes to education, but I want to get Darren before he gets tired of being on the line. Early out there with lots of money, and they're they're rallying the troops apparently supposed to just show up in force this evening, and they've tried to take up all the speaking slots to show that there's no interest in vulgar of this school. Example. I'm sorry. Go ahead. Darren I'm gonna blessings we've only got about fifteen seconds on the center is a great idea. The the school that it's modeled on in golden is an exceptional school. "But you cannot tell how much of that change represents a real increase in problems caused by marijuana consumption. Now that marijuana's legal people are probably more willing to admit that they use it and to seek help when they run into trouble. That kind of what we want people to do. Wouldn't it be kind of nice? If people who have an alcohol problem, if they suddenly realize that. Oh, holy crap. I've consumed way too much alcohol. In fact, I might have alcohol poisoning. Maybe I should go to the ER, but people that consume alcohol abuse, alcohol don't tend to do that. Instead what they tend to do is what? Yeah. Yeah. Let's get down the highway, and let's kill somebody. Everybody's all. I've not seen. Any empirical evidence that shows an increase in traffic deaths based upon legalization of marijuana. But I do read. In fact, the Colorado department transportation tells me at least once a month. How many people have died on the highways in Colorado? Now, I don't how many of that is because of alcohol consumption. I got to assume that part of it is. But it's because people are driving cars, they might be driving cars sober. They might be driving cars drunk, but the one common denominator is the driving cars and people are killing themselves. Driving cars does that mean we ought to get rid of cars if you're in favor of that. Well, I shouldn't ask that question. Because there probably are some bunch of environmentalist wackos that are actually in favor of getting rid of cars. Speaking of traffic accidents. The study not only assumes that marijuana was the cause whenever a driver tested positive for THC, regardless of whether he was actually impaired by it at the time of a crash, but also they act as if there were no stone drivers prior to legalization and to make that assumption. Is foolishness. If you happen to believe that there was no one driving high prior to the legalization of marijuana in Colorado. Then what about all of those tens of thousands of cases that the boulder district attorney, and that the mayor of the city and canton that the mayor of Denver have said, oh, we want to go back and revisit all of those small possession cases and get rid of them because there are keeping people from getting jobs or getting into school, or whatever it might be. How many of those marijuana users were oh, I suppose, none of them. None of them ever got in a car and drove after smoking a Doobie. No, none of them ever. Did. But that's the logic. Now Jeff hunt claims with reporters fair and takes a conservative approach to calculating the costs and fees associated with increased marijuana use reality. This isn't it doesn't even attempt to calculate the cost associated with increased marijuana use at best calculates the cost associated with marijuana use period in the manner in which it does that will not seem fair to anybody who does not already agree with with the institute that legalization was a huge mistake. I'm not one of those individuals that thinks that legalisation was a huge mistake. In fact, I think it's one of the smartest thing we ever did. And what we ought to do is. We ought to support those people in the house and the Senate. They're trying to get at the federal level. To get the department of Justice. To decriminalize marijuana..

"The reaction to the story because the push back from people supporting Cavanaugh has all been about whether we met journalistic standards, but I have yet to see any pushback that says that Deborah Ramirez is a liar. She's gone to the FBI now she's given her account the former boulder district attorney, who was her first lawyer in this said, she was the most credible client he'd seen in thirty five years. People who are classmates who know her classmates who are friends of bread Kavanagh's who know her. Nobody is saying this woman is a liar, so we're not getting the pushback that you get. If you've made a big mistake, we're nothing. Like it. We're just getting people who are unhappy. We wrote the story of, oh, just to push back enough for moment. In fairness. They don't have to call her a liar because there's enough in the story. If you want to argue this, given that she took six days to refresher re recollection review. Her recollection consult with a lawyer. It's been a long time, so it may be the best way to refute. It is not to cast aspersions in her as a liar, but to say which I think they've been doing like, she's just wrong. She's mistaken. The biggest issue really that's been raised is if this party took place and this behavior took place there, why are there? No, I witnesses willing to speak out about it. And I will say as somebody who did a lot of reporting on the people who were at the party, Deborah Ramirez is given us names of people. She thinks we're there and we have gone to the ends of the earth to get a hold of them. And I will say that I think that the likelihood that his friends who were implicated in the same situation, the likelihood that they're gonna. To come forward and say, sure, I was there and he did. This is always going to be very, very low. You're not going to get people who were involved in some kind of scandalous behavior to come forward and say, I was a participant in it. Let me tell you about it. So it doesn't strike me as surprising that basically what most of these people who have been named to be at the party did when we reached out to them was duck. Some of them have never returned phone calls and others have said she, I just don't remember that. And what I think is really important to know now, since we know a number of their names is, are they speaking to the FBI is the FBI speaking to them? Some of these people might say to a reporter, gee, I don't remember, but when the FBI knocks on the door, the question is, do they give them a statement or do they say, I just don't wanna talk. How many people did the yorker speak to who may have had knowledge about the party or we're at the party somewhere about a half dozen. I would think it was a group of about a half dozen people. That could have been there that we believe were there and we've probably spoken to between fifty and one hundred people who were in position to know something about this swimming. Ask you this question. If you spoke to that many folks as journalists to decide whether or not it was up to snuff to put in the New Yorker, and now the f. b. i. has been given presumably authority to investigate this allegation. Do you believe that they should do the same amount of work that you guys did before publishing an article. I think it would be good if they did. I really do. I mean, I think this is an incredibly important allegation as Christine Blasi Ford's allegation. This is a lifetime appointment. We're talking about on the most important court in our country. So I think the importance of getting it right is absolutely paramount to everything else. I don't understand why any artificial time limits would be put on this. The consequences could scarcely be bigger..

"Seattle only twenty four hour news station. Komo news one thousand FM ninety seven seven. In a sworn statement a third woman accusing supreme court nominee Brad Kavanagh of sexual misconduct today. He and his first accuser, Dr Christine Blasi Ford testified tomorrow John clue an attorney for second accuser. Deborah ramirez. Telling ABC's George Stephanopoulos communication with Republicans considering Ramirez claim has been difficult to get your I respond to the president. He says your client has nothing was all messed up. Yeah. Georgia I've found that common by the president of the pretty disgusting and pretty heartful. I mean, I think everybody can understand why a politician wants to spend what is bad information. But to do it in that mocking fashion of miss Ramirez was was really inappropriate. But I do want to ask you about Deborah. Mary's his testimony. The New York Times reports contacted some former Yale classmates and told some of them that she couldn't be certain Mr. Cavanaugh was the one who exposed himself is that true. And she now certain it was Mr. cavenaugh. My my understanding is is that that is true. I haven't spoken with her about that. But you know, I think I think she is being criticized by some people for being very very deliberate and very careful about the information that she put out there. And so, you know, she was very mindful of the fact that there was some information that she was confident in some that she was not confident in and she only put forward that information to the New Yorker that she was confident actually occurred, and that was the purpose of reaching out to other individuals who is she. Heartily that it was Mr. Cavanaugh. Yes. She's now certain that has led to some questions as well. You know, President Trump said look at the lawyers yesterday and the suggesting that perhaps you coaxed her and coached her testimony. Well, I I was not the attorney that that was being referenced in the time that she was recalling what had happened. But the person that she did hire somebody who is a career prosecutor. An expert in sex crimes knows how to talk with survivors of sexual violence in a way that does not suggest information. He was the boulder district attorney until just a few months ago. So he's not the kind of individual who would be remotely suggestive to help her craft some sort of story, it was just to help her work through very old memory. The president's press secretary Sarah centers told me yesterday that the president is open to having MS Ramirez, testified at the Senate Judiciary committee is she willing to appear in public. Well, I mean, she hasn't been invited. This has been one of the really frustrating parts is we've been emailing with the Senate Judiciary committee. They wanna full breakdown of everything that she knows which is fine. But there are fusing to even talk to us and talk about what any kind of process would look like. So it's a little bit of a moot point until they show any sort of indication that they're willing to have her come forward, I presume that she would. But until they have a conversation with us about it. There's nothing we can do. Can you clear that up there appears to be a lot of conflicting stories about what exactly is going on? I talked to members of the Senate. They say they've sent you emails. They've asked you provide evidence and testimony you haven't complied without. I know you said last night you saw you had a phone call set up for seven PM. But then the GOP staffers didn't show up on the phone call where do you think stand exactly right now with the Senate Judiciary committee? So so that's that's exactly what happened last night. We had a phone call scheduled, and we showed up for the phone call the minority party showed up for the phone. Call. And the majority party did not show up. And so at this point, you know, they keep on reiterating that they they want more information. We'll be happy to provide them with more information. But why they won't even talk to us on the phone is is a mystery. You say you're happy to provide them. With more information is MS Ramirez, willing to testify Natalie if she's invited to the Senate Judiciary committee, but willing to appear in public and tell her story. Well, first of all Georgia, and what what she is offered to do. I mean, I I think it's very important to underscore that the process in place for the background investigation is to go through the FBI. This is something that has been in place for many years, and why everybody involved in this situation does not want an FBI investigation of this is is very disturbing. I would think I mean, this is a complete disaster for everybody involved. Judge Cavanaugh the president our client and the American people and the only way to really get at the truth of what happened is for people to interview all the individuals who were president or the individuals that were contacted shortly thereafter and heard about it. "Electric trains. And then of course, we have and that's plumb line. And then we have Zerorez for carpets. Just all good stuff. Now, they're going to chime in as business people as well. That's the main reason they're here. But then if there's anything in their area of expertise. They will chime in. So let's go to Laurie first Laurie. Tell me what's going on with you. Lori. I'm doing good. Thank you for contacting us, Laurie. What can we do for you? My daughter was issued a criminal mischief tickets the summoned for what she was playing frisbee, call frisbee golf. Okay. And her disc landed on the roof of a house that joins the golf course. So they didn't ring the doorbell knock on the door anything. They just went up on the roof. No, they had this contraption. It's like a disc retriever a little wire basket. And they threw it onto the roof to try and pull the dust down. I don't I don't see any of this turns into criminal mischief. But what happened? Then the gentlemen came out said that they damaged through. Okay, and called the police the police came out and dang the Salman said, it's a misdemeanor, right? Yeah. So so where does this stand right now? Let's get to the Tobar was she charged with a misdemeanor was was more than one charged. It was a misdemeanor under three hundred dollars the gentlemen, set up the damage was one dollar and right now it stands that. She would have to appear in November. This is more. This is more punishment than anything we need to get a hold of a criminal defense. Attorney to talk to you. What do you what did you? Did you have any specific questions? Just. What should be the next step? I mean for something for a dollar attorney. No, this is anger. This isn't money. But here's the good news. Usually, usually the DA doesn't accept a case. Like this. They have discretion. Now did the district attorney filed these charges or is it in the city attorney's office. I believe it's going to be the ticket was issued by a police officer from the city of what city it was supposed to long. Okay. So Longmont there's a DA for Longmont. Isn't that Adams county Boulder County? Oh, it's boulder. So it'll either be the Boulder County DA or the city of Longmont city attorney they do like like some some minor offenses are handled by city attorney's offices. So you just have to figure out who's handling it. And then you can try to negotiate something or go to the guy and see if if there's community service or something he would accept to drop it you can go she ate. There's nothing wrong with negotiating, you can't intimidate, but you can negotiate and go ahead. Please said that there was some type of a like a community mediator type of thing. And he refused it because he said, he's got anger management issues. And yeah. This guy is truly that's what it's all about anger. But the DA's going to see through that. Because the judge may offer mediation, I don't know you have to take you have to be proactive. You have to write to the prosecutor or have your daughter. Not you please don't you do it and say, look, it was a stupid thing. Blah, blah, blah, tell the story with remorse and being contrite and then ask for alternatives because she doesn't want to ruin a record. And then that's what you need to do right directly to the prosecutor. And then ask for a pretrial, and then you can go with her and go meet, and then these things can be worked out. I doubt if the boulder district attorney will even take it. You know, it's very difficult for them to take. They don't like cases like this, especially the one spurred by anger, by the way, this hour brought to you by century RV for your next RV, or by the way, labor day's gone, right? They stop Labor Day sale going on. They have. Listen to this. Keystone travel starting at ten ninety brand new spanking travel trolls, they also have fifth-wheels they have motor homes. They have customized vans. Believe don't. They Mark have customized vans all pop ups, and there are two locations. Sixth avenue just north of sixth near woodley's between Kipling and SAM's there. That's late with their also up north on one nineteen turn off off the I twenty five to Longmont, and that's frontage road there with a service department century RV dot com through a three or four five three one one one one Paul also contacted us. He wants to talk about an S Corp, Paul. We know a lot about this issue because of our atlas partners who are business advisors and accountants what's going on. Well, I just close my business. And and this is this the oh, yes. This is the one with uniforms, right? That's correct. Yes. Okay. So Paul, this is crazy. I want. I want to bring this up to Bob Logan, Bob. He's got a con. Do you guys do contracts for plumb line? Do you do contracts for your uniforms? Yes, we do. So you lease them. Yeah. I mean, we kind of perch them up front than we we have a rental programs. Come and get them and bring new ones when you need them. Exactly. Every weekday Trump off we drop off the dirties, they pick them up. And then you also have a monthly payment, right one monthly payment. Or does it fluctuate? Well, it will fluctuate a little bit based on usage. But it's not that much. But it's an agreement. How many agreement typically there are three years we signed a five-year agreement. Okay. And then shamed. You have that at Zerorez. We do. Okay. We're we're soon to to move away from it. But how does yours work very similar agreement? It depends on usage. Now. This guy had an agreement with his you had an escort that. Right. Yes. And the last agreement you signed was when. Nine thirty of of twenty nine thirty. Yeah. They never asked you to. They never ask you to sign. Another one. No. In that agreement though, it it automatically renews. It does. Mark a very common for. Where does this say that about the automatic highlights you pointed out and talked about it, can you typically they give you like six months before it renews that you can decline the renewal. This always like all these uniform companies are almost exactly the same. Okay. This agreement. They drive me nuts. I keep my lights really dim in here. That's why I can either news light or I can use a little readers and people say, you can't read and I say, okay, ready? Okay. This agreement is affective as of this date and shall continue for seventy two consecutive months. Following the initial installation of the garments the agreement shall renew for consecutive like terms. What the hell does that mean? Like terms would mean, another seventy two seventy two thereafter until terminated by written notice by certified mail, either party to the other party, sixty days prior to termination, man. That's tricky. If you don't right within that sixty days it continues. Now, they're almost all like, no, I'm going to say that he was probably in contract. And we had our attorney look at it. He's probably in contract. Yeah. Okay. Now. Yesterday. We weren't even sure if you're in contracts, so therefore, we said the hell with it. You are not in contract. However, they sent you a final Bill about a grand because what they're doing is extrapolating the next how many months into this other otherwise we'd have to figure it out. But somehow they wanna buy out. Okay. And Bob, you would understand that a plumb line, right? You would understand that? You would understand that Shane except? Now, there's one hitch here. Let's talk about the agreement was signed. I don't believe by you individually. Did you take individual responsibility?
