I decide to just sit there and watch the red zone from one to four. Do i do something else is. It's an opportunity on a sunday to do something from one. Four because the jets giants don't play and jerry. We did cool games this morning. One o'clock window really that packers bengals game is the only cool looking game and that would that didn't even register as as an official cool game or not. Yes oh you might take that. One o'clock window off. Yeah of course. It's not going to be nice out. The last couple of sundays absolutely beautiful. Of course. I don't know if it was our sal was saying take that opportunity and don't like revealed but like jerry. Our south was me to be to be like. Wow look what. I'm doing for my family. I'm giving him football but not revealing that they all should crappy game what was excuse. Spread situation here spread situation. What is miami at miami tampa miami at tampa miami tampa. We looking like a ten and half for tampa. What are we looking at. I'll get it for you quick because you snapped second. You had a spread situation control room. I walked right into well. I'll tell you something ever notice how jerry's not where we are. That is true. I did notice that yes when we were in the control room. Jerry scurried in here like a squirrel for air and then when we're in here jerry's in their space. He likes when the i saw boomer in there that i saw you were in there to go. Just hang out with all of us in there. I usually go stand in the back. We all know that you like not to be around us. No what What do you think the spread is there. I said ten and a half. It's nine and a half nine and a half dolphins. Ed bouchette gonaere's any other ones. You want while. I got this open there. I know we'll talk. We'll talk about that in a minute. But i just wanted to know that one. What's dolphins pats. That often paget's texans texans and pats. Yeah i was no wonder i couldn't find that game my bed. It's just dolphins in bucks eight and a half patriots minus eight and a half at the texans. That's one of the best. Bets davis mill. Starting again for the texans the best bets from bet q. L. there's two five star plays Which are their their their best. Pets redundant all right. So one of them is the patriots at the texans. The texans are their best bet. Texans plus nine best. Bet you wanna take you got the games in front of you wanna take a gander as to what the other best bet would be. It's an i'll give you this module it's an afc game. It's an air to afc teams playing each other to afc teams playing one another cleveland. Now it's not that one eight is the chiefs. Bills cursive broncos. Pittsburgh steel l. k. And who do you think the best bet. If i'm thinking the broncos or now they've got the steelers as a pick come really being a best bet now. That line has moved on to hold on. I teddy bridgewater not playing in that game. So it's Drew lock. Yeah lawson load then lines moved. It's actually steal one on facebook now. They wouldn't like it as much because they have it at even right now on the also like the cardinals is a four star. Play cardinals minus four and a half against the niners. Okay jerry's here. It is update and moment of the day. What's going on jerry. All right guys who your powered by super book now open with better odds and favourable prices and we are brought to you as well by town fair tire. Nobody beats town fair tire. Nobody you guys are on the football. So we'll keep it there. We got the cowboys and giants sunday. Afternoon you're talking about amari cooper earlier. He practiced at least at least on a limited basis. I'd be surprised if he doesn't play here. Was the giants defensive. Coordinator patrick graham in terms of this matchup on sunday. And he knows the key is getting to dak prescott. We gotta do whatever is necessary to prescott this thing again where you're going to compare it to last week or two weeks before the year before we're trying to do is best for the game plan for this week and hopefully to win the game and i said to al early early on. I'm sure you guys pointed it out to very eerie that they're playing the giants at. At and t. stadium in week five. Which was the same week last year against the same team on the same field where he injured the ankle. Interesting watching the panthers tape against the cowboys. Panthers tried to blitz especially in the red zone and it did not work it. It just didn't work now. Dak found all the one on ones which are all over the field but there are a couple of guys that were running wide open. So anna cowboys ran it really well too. I just wonder if i bump patrick graham. The one thing. I don't want i don't want dak prescott throwing a ball down the field ending up in the end zone like fifty yards. That's the one thing you want to stay away from is give you let them run all they want. The matter does run run. Run the clock up run and then in the red zone. You gotta tighten up and do not blitz do not blitz. They will eat you alive now. Cooper did meet the media yesterday. He was told. And i play this because the look on his face was he was almost stunned. He was told that dak has never lost to the giants since he was a rookie even last year when he out we got hurt and left the game they end up winning the game. That was to the amazement of cooper interesting. Had no idea he was asked why they match up well with the giants division opponents so we know them. Very simple. Answer in the giants. Know them too. But that'll be the four glad to cool games in that window on sunday afternoon on the giants and cowboys are one of them. Nine thirty breakfast with the jets. They take on the falcons in london Good couple of days for defensive end. John franklin myers is he can celebrate his new four year extension worth fifty five million bucks thirty million said to be guaranteed last night the week did open with the rams beating the seahawks twenty six to seventeen. Matthew stafford is out to a foreign one started threw for three hundred sixty five yards. Sean mcvay i just You know. I continue to be impressed. With just the resolve the resilience in the cool calm collected calm collected competitor. Matthew stafford is and crunched interesting. You he played a great game. He threw for a lot of words. First-half he was not good at all. That bad interception mind-numbing interception but then second half he came out he played a lot. Better you know one thing i will say. Is that coming off. A flat. Game last week against the arizona cardinals. I felt like mcveigh was going to try to open up the office. Get robert offense. Get rubber woods involved. And and he did. He did exactly what he said he was going to do after the game last week malls seahawk should've known because he said it. So what the hell five-star playwright. They're five saw a five star. Play do like that. Also along the way in this game you had the the double punt which took a lot of people by surprise as well and you had gene. Smith come into the game because russell wilson left with an injured finger. He wasn't able to hold onto the football the way needed to throw it. Because we're gonna throw the ball when you throw it all over the place and we didn't know what he would be able to do when he was just unsure and You i trust him that.

Welcome to this episode of the wild yogi tribe podcast. Today i am so excited to welcome onto the show bonello balas. She is from botswana. She's a yoga teacher and a yoga studio owner and she owns yonne yoga. It's a yoga studio. Based in gaborone ed bouchette sauna and the studio offers yoga retreats in southern africa and yoga classes both in person and online they have a great youtube presence definitely recommend checking out their free classes on youtube as well so but knows first encounter with yoga wasn't really enthusiastic actually and it's a story that i'd love for her to tell herself so. Thank you so much bonello for joining me on the show today. Hello everyone thank you so much for having me to grateful for the humidity and may introduction to yoga. Like you mentioned was wasn't very enthusiastic. I had seen people go into the team that i went to was very high. Activity was very intense. I did all sorts of high intensity exercises at the gym. And i kind of didn't understand what you was. I would see this beautiful. Lean women in colorful clothes and colorful yoga mats coming into the studio very chilled out very thin and that kind of judge them. I wondered. what's what's that about. How do you come all the way to jim to just lie down you because i imagine that was about. I didn't know exactly what it was that i would often sometimes see them. Lying on the mets. I thought really now and then in eighteen i was pregnant and i headed I had a high risk pregnancy so mad up task. Stop me from all high intensity exercise end. He will actually the sheet. She suggested that. I do do guy walking assuming all all three of them i did the did working send me but then i wasn't getting i was used to high energy so i was just give this yoga thing ago. You never know so. I went to my face. Yoga class hours about seven months pregnant. Think about guilty nine weeks. Not sean scientist yoga class. It was interesting was really interesting in that. It was like the longest one hour off mitrena in life on the one hand but it was also sort of exhilarating anada hand and it really spiked interest in me as well i. I realized that it was. I was really saw. I realize that really thought. In a way that i hadn't anticipated yuga would would would do a would affec- so it really did spec It intrigued me to see list. Yeah i think that that's how so many people kind of get that first introduction to yoga's at the gym when they see other people just showing up with their maths as you said and then they look in the room and they see them just sitting on the ground touching their toes sitting on the ground moving around and i can see how it's a it's not what it appears and a lot of the yoga students. I have you've never tried it before and it's first class afterwards. They'll say wow that so much harder than it looks. I think that carries true. Don't you exemption it is. It's often one now for me as a ugo teasha. I often when people say to me that it doesn't even look like next salaries encourage them to come to class. Just you know to experience that end. I always eleven when become physician in be legs euro that was intense because i think people will continue a class expecting to us. Maybe chill-out i guess. Then they realized that it really does require a lot of physical presence of physical activity and more than just. A physical element also requires a lot of presence. It requires a lot of availability or emotional availability and it's that in itself initially be more intense than the physical practice itself. That's such a great point that it does invite in call for this presence. And i think also it calls for us to be comfortable being uncomfortable. You know you have to breathe into those positions where you feel something like you're touching your edge and it's kind of that how who you know sensation you just have to stay there for five breaths eight bras. Whatever the countess. And i think. That's a huge challenge of mental challenge. As well for our students it is. It is a big mental challenge. A lot of people. H me say that you Painful but i often always get the sense that the pain is unnecessary. Lou from a physical standpoint is more from an emotional standpoint and like you say the beauty about yoga. Is that when we initially anti booze. Sometimes the this. That comfort. And i loved it. It allows if you stick with conflict it would realize you would imagine out that pose heading heading experienced discomfort in the nobody opening up and then getting to the joy of the pros itself. I think in a we. It's a bit like life. If you come across huddles if you leave before actually immense in yourself in your huddles at malaysian You want ever get to experience the joy that comes after is a gateway to joy and as you practice as you continue. There's more and more enjoying it. I think that that's going can be a barrier for beginners as well just thinking. Oh is it always. I'm not flexible. Always be inflexible. And then people get in such a hurry to. They're like how many classes are. How many days until. I can do a handstand you know. There's that urgency to. I think we live in a society that we love instant gratification. We wanted now. He had now so and again. I think jim yoga also says the tune for and the more athletic type of yoga. You know where people can. I expect that it'll be high intensity. Be extremely fast. You'd eventually get to If you do whatever back for me also did go through. That face. Metlife where i was like cheese imposes chasing get into the next level absence. You took a step. Just jenky move along Stay with the discomfort immense mess in the janey because at the beauty of Need so love to ask you bonello. About yoga and botswana Is it usually kind of most common gems or is there. A lot of yoga studios is a ton of young people going.

"Oh my god. They are hyping hot in twelve of their last thirteen. They are just annihilating teams and they had their way with the baltimore orioles on the weekend. That's to be expected at twenty two runs in that last game double digits. I think in every game and just the way. They're lighting it up at the plate it's phenomenal but when the tampa bay rays of the opponent you're thinking okay. They'll keep things close to the end of that run. Maybe a at the best team in the american league. No the jays kept it going and mold tampa bay in the opener of their series against them. The three gamera here in the in the early part of this week and just right. Now the jason. Let's put this thing into historical perspective. First of all they're fifteen two fifteen into run yup. They're batting three twelve with four forty. Three home runs in that seventeen game stretch in september alone. Three home runs. Yeah so in the month of september alone batting three thirty one. Get a load of these two numbers in september alone. Thirteen games batting three thirty one. Thirty six home runs. No team has done that in this century or the last one in a thirteen game. Run so just a nominal. Wow yeah just like why i. I wonder what happened. I wonder what happened. Like teams can be a little flat right. There were going from there from vladi. Having a having a bad run bouchette not not playing every game to. Oh i was watching the king the other night and i like the guy Showman right tv canaan guy ranked. Does dan schulman. Dan schulman i. I love that guy you know. And i always have the game on tv. As i told you when i'm home i've always got it on although maybe not sitting in front of it and all i heard was that that high pitched voice his when he go. He's go like this and internet is hit another run you know and that is that is five hits now in one game. Vladi now forty four. Yeah i got the volume up. You know it was just like every every call was this. This is unbelievable. What they're doing what it is crazy. How they really about all the all. The bats right. That's the answer when everybody's mashing at the same time as the jays are this is the result of an it rarely happens there lightning in a bottle. Whatever cliche you wanna use. But it's just been phenomenal to watch and think about where they were..

"Is wide open he was. He's the one that threw the flag on. I think he on jensen the offensive lineman at the tampa bay buccaneers guy with the red hair. The whole has a lunatic right. Yeah is certainly a lunatic. That was pretty remember. We're talking about taunting on the field. Sometimes the referees here things that we don't hear so then they may throw the flag. And i think that's what happened on that play. Maybe so we're often running sunday jetson panthers. You've got the sam. Darnold zach wilson. The storyline their giants broncos sunday. It certainly looks like saquon. Barkley will play so good there steelers bills in buffalo pittsburgh signing. Tj watt four year contract. One twelve eighty million dollars said to be guaranteed. And you have the injuries with the ravens. Gus edwards and marcus peters to miss the season with twenty seals that according to multiple stories to the baseball and a rough night for the yankees who lost to the blue jays yet again and romano deals drive. It left centerfield. Jebsen scores lamb goes the third. The throw goes into the second. There's an at second when his covered up by wade. It's basin at an rbi for toronto. Takes three john sterling with the cau- yes That put them in front three two and they would wind up winning this game. Six to four Bluejays completing their first four-game sweep in the bronx in eighteen years. First time since two thousand three. I don't wanna say they did it with ease. But they really took it to the yankees here. Vlad guerrero juniors home run in the ninth. Inning proved to be the difference Bouchette with that. Rbi single he also homered in this game. And i'm not. I'm not even familiar with this guy. Breivik valera with a pinch at rbi double in the ninth inning as well. Here was aaron boone enough of this already. His team has now dropped six in a row. And it's ten of twelve. We've been through this throughout the season we're up against it again And we look forward to going out and turn this around tomorrow all right. Well they play the mets. Marlins now tonight about stanton we mentioned him that slide in the bottom of the fourth single is trying to stretch it to a w jogging then he started to sprint. We didn't get hurt. He back in her. Did he pulled up Did not get hurt. You know took a risk in and it didn't pay off. I think it was on neil. That's you could soon. She tweeted that again the other day. Well of course. I still a thing knowledge after all of this. That was over her thing. That's what it is. A are on brand for her. Here was aaron judge. You guys gonna make the playoffs. It looked like a lock a couple of weeks ago now I know of this teams capable of everybody in this room. Knows what the teams capable of got a lot of ball games left. You know mr cortes who made the start was asked by meredith about the losing. Do you think there is a sense of urgency in that clubhouse right now i mean yeah definitely. It's not a secret to anybody You know we. We've had a best stretch of the passing game a terrorist fest. Cortez six innings of to run ball so the yankees are now seventy eight and sixty two as the blue jays with this four-game sweep are seventy seven and sixty two. As for the mets. We talked about brad hand coming into the game last night and he had his issues for sure. Throwing strikes a breaking ball to the backstop throw third third basis jackson. What is a fortuitous. Karen for mcadoo off the back wall right but as you can tell keith was more interested in the horrific pitch that went wide although they did get an out out of it meantime. Our friend jazz chisholm. There you go. Just a prize went deep light field. Conforto goes back walks off the second day. Jazz jazz puts miami. The monstrous show was the climax scores. Gypsum brad heller. Did that's true. That is very true. Three to the Final junior junior gypsum. Junior kyrie's familiar gave up the chisholm homerun becoming my favorite though. Jim scores scores too. Funny louis louis row hasso. He bats in the top. Half of the inning comes out gets the first out in sandy. Leon hits the little number if you will. That took a weird hop and so he ends up on first base and then ross takes him out. And so steve. Jobs says will y m based the positioning defensively orion Her more chance to get through Enough the instrument for the third time it can be very After seeing a lot of pitches in the previous two about all right very analytical. I get it now. This is the one were geldof's asks him so we talked about jd. Davis he wasn't good enough to pinch hit in the night before. Instead you put a pat musique who's baton. Oh fifty not that bad but you get my point yet. When davis came up last night with a guy on third he allowed him to hit off the same pitcher. So galvez wanted to know why the no last night you said you. You did not like the jd davis verses bender matchup. Why did you feel differently tonight. In and let j day as answer the one situation in the singer is going to be probably more us. And that's why the same. Jd spot swing is down there with his bat path. Okay and by the way. This what i'm talking about. That's horrible and i know i make fun of a lot of guys for the way that they asked the questions that that's steve. Gelb says the perfect question just did perfect question and he got an answer out of them that we can all make fun of because louise haas once again. Sound clueless before the game with. Evan sounded coolest after the game addressing reporters. Yeah very very path with the sinker boomer that path. Welcome to baseball in twenty twenty right tonight. What are we going to do. No i'll throw a ball on the floor gets it. We could do that. I was going to go through all. That'd be awesome. Awesome with those guys be graceful. rake your for digital. We could do it for digital not of room though. And he's a big. We could do it out there and you can do it on your phone just like we did with the catch the day fight like elbow pads. I'd do it because of that right feeling. Rug burn on on right helmet go head to. Hey hey behind me and we have a mississippi state dot kelman near we do so. We got a couple of helmets. Let's do it. Just that's why it should be gio and eddie Wow that'd be good like a sumo wrestling right more. Yeah it's a little more pound-for-pound this is homeland. Fit us. attorney tried to put that on my head count into without pads would just increase the likelihood of injury. But we want to protect your head if you you know. "Yeah i've taken like forty. I think forty five now season-long player props and like ninety to ninety five percent of them are under did a whole episode about. Why unders make so much sense in the season long props it's just the chaos of nfl season. It makes it really hard for the books to price. These season-long player props low enough already. Seen with hilton getting her we had under on him. Ed bouchette pyramid getting caught. We had under him. He's resigned with the bears. But there's so many other things that can happen with role with injury with rest excetera. Do you agree with the notion that weekly props each individual game props should also be lean towards unders at some really really high or are you willing to bet overs also on props no i think. I mean ninety plus percent of props at ever met in my life or unders probably closer to ninety five percent and yeah in injuries as part of it or injuries are part of it on a weekly basis. Although i will say that. The effective injury changes depending on the player's role. If you're if you're betting up prop on a guy that you're expecting to get like twenty percent to be playing twenty percent of the snaps. There's more up. You know he. I guess he has a higher ceiling from injuries. Because if somebody ahead of him gets injured he he'll he'll play more like the he. He stands to gain more injury than he does to lose in a way Someone gets hurt. Not like there's going to be ten men on the field. Someone feels so But overall when reading props you're mainly betting the top layers jesters like injuries happen. That's part of it. I'd say the other big thing is that people don't understand the difference between a mean immediate so if if a guy. Let's simple example. Let's say a guy. Averages a half touchdown a game. That doesn't mean the probabilities fifty percent. That he's gonna get a touchdown that game 'cause there's games as he might get two touchdowns three touchdowns and so you know for that. You could use the distribution. That works pretty well. It works pretty well for a for things like receptions as well but But for yards i mean. I think that's something that you don't necessarily intuitively know as well. I mean if you have a guy. Projected five point nine catches for seventy. Three yards is under seventy four and a half a receiving debate. I would say hell yes like actually under seventy and a half is probably about. Because you know not gonna get very rarely. We'll have fewer zero receiving yards by in their situations where he'll have to. You can see two hundred. Plus receiving games and so the district the is going to be higher than the median offers. I think that's that's something that i i think that maybe the average a recreational better doesn't necessarily understand as much because you know they just watch too much dave portnoy videos and his in subscribe to the over club. Yeah now so so we're able to plot a player's distributions and you can see if you plot them like how many of them are on the right side of the line. How many of them on the left side line and like you see a player like mark scaling comes to mind with this. Massive eight massive average depth of target. He's gonna have like two or three hundred yard plus games this year but man he's going to have a ton of games under forty yards or a ton of games under forty five fifty yards. And so obviously like. You're gonna lose some of the problem. You're betting his unders. But you could go twelve and four on the season or something like that even if it was stagnant like that and i think the median mean stuff. I think people are starting to get a better handle on that. I hope they are but yet obviously makes a ton of sense. Can we think about injury variants by position. Like are you more likely. Can we bake in Injury higher rate. I'm running back or injury. High rate a tight end and quarterbacks are more to sustain through a whole game etc center. Can we baked that in. Should we bake that in. What we're doing props. Yeah i think you can. And what's funny is like for the last few super bowls. I actually was modeling injury probability of my simulation so the way i have projections for player in the night i would simulate i would say this is what he would be if he played the target without getting injured. But then i simulated a probability of injury and being injured over you know. I said it was equally likely to occur at any point in the game. Sampled where the injury occurred ridge. If you've got injured at the end of the first drive reduced his projection by seventy five percent right Sampled from that. So i mean you can And so but that required actually quantifying injury probability which is not an easy thing to do. I i don't think you need to be great added Having just a being cracked. I guess in order. Magnitude way is good actually unabated. We're we're you know i. I'm about quarterback injuries and we have our nfl simulator. We seem at future stuff. You run season. Simulations we simulate quarterback injuries on a weekly level. What what's the probability quarterback gets hurt and has to in mrs at least a start in so the average for that is around and looked man that this required a lot of manual work actually over the last twenty years. That rate is is around three percent belief three and a half percent for starting quarterback to get injured in a game. I think that's obviously near you could argue. It's gonna be lower going forward given how much quarterbacks are protected And obviously at various law from quarterback quarterback. There is injury persistence. At but i would think i haven't done a lot of modeling for wide receivers. You can look. But i would think it's gonna be a lot higher. I think you know positions where there's more physical contact going to be higher. But so. I think it's definitely something did something to consider if you can if you can model that like. I don't think you need to model it to be able to win it props. I'll put it that way right. No exactly exactly. And that's kinda the point that i wanted to get to here. We've talked a lot about modeling and math type stuff and some things. That might seem a lot of these. A lot of people. Listening to this. I think are just very good fantasy players. I know and i consider myself very good fantasy player. I still don't feel really just eyeballing it right like anytime. I'm betting a prop. I'm looking at our projections. I'm comparing them to the line. And i'm making judgment calls from there for the most part. But do you think there are people out there who can just like eyeball it and win at props. So i bought. They probably have some mental model though experience with it. I mean certainly. There's you know. I think i did a few season-long props that just eyeballed. I said like the mark. Jackson under nine hundred fifty rushing yards. Seems like. I don't think that there's any way that i mean that. Seems like a great bed things like that but you can certainly eyeball egregiously off numbers right but in terms of know for me. I don't trust my intuition. That much. And i tend to sort of the i like having a framework tantalized things.

"Three guys on the cy young conversation. You got burns peralta all of these guys up there. Nobody wants to face them. So they're urgency's just a bit lower based on where they're at in the standings ultimately you know it does look like they're gonna make the playoffs and be able to bring the noise when it comes to the postseason and number eleven the oakland as they have a fifty one percent chance as of right now to make the playoffs. They're starting to run out of time right. They got cost control. Matt olsen chapman as well. Those two guys are in their prime and not making huge money. Which makes this year a little bit more vital. Also have houston. That isn't going anywhere. Seattle's up and coming in this division so you continue that with the as in how they could look in the future. Their lack of postseason success over the past couple of years certainly makes the playoffs important this year. So if they were to make the playoffs. Winning in advancing nat urgency would be very high but making the postseason. It's another positive sign for oakland. And it looks like they're going to be back dancing in the playoffs and number ten. You've got the tampa bay race. I mean they're right there at the top of the american league east. They're looking to defend their american league title. If they had tyler glass now. I would certainly like their chances a bit more. They have an eighty five percent chance to make the playoffs so the raise the urgency not extremely high having won the american league dealing with injuries with glass. Now they don't have a huge fan base down there in tampa so the pressure to to really perform. I don't think is as high as some of these other teams ahead of it on the list. The houston astros. They're gonna make the playoffs. They got a ninety five percent chance but the boys to be a villain this october. And they're going to lose some pieces this off season carlos correa. Most importantly at the shortstop position looks in for a big payday. He's turned down some extension offers from the astros so some of their main core could begin to turn over after this year which i think puts them a little bit higher on this list then most and number eight the boston red sox again. I mean. Nobody thought boston would this good back in march but still in the playoff push their god. They got chris sale back here over the past couple of days. So he's going to be a nice addition coming down the stretch. They haven't wanna playoff game since winning it all back in two thousand eighteen so boston being a huge baseball market puts a little bit of pressure on these guys now that they've put themselves right at the top of the opportunities and number seven the la angels. They got a one percent chance but man the urgency has to be there. Shohei ohtani have an mvp type season. His war i believe is at seven point. Six next highest on the list is right around six. So he's just been above and beyond. They did have the injury to mike trout. Where things just can't come together. But mike trout continues through his prime. Never having won a playoff game and man they just time is ticking out there for the angels to put it all together a number six you got the cincinnati reds there at thirty three percent chance to make the playoffs last year was supposed to be the year for the reds They did reach. The national league wildcard game but did not advance any further and the lineup is getting a bit older right. Joey votto having a fantastic second half but he's no spring chicken The reds they really haven't had anything to click pitching hitting all at once. syrian vodka. Coming down castellanos. Winker all of these guys. There's certainly pressure on them to make a run here coming down the stretch and number five you got the new york mets. Their playoff percentage points at fallen all the way to about twenty percent jacob degrom carlos carrasco noah syndergaard all dealing with injuries. This year the graham shut down for two more weeks doesn't look like he's going to be back. At least until the middle of september at the earliest syndergaard coming often injury carrasco getting hit around by the dodgers on sunday. Night so new york not out of it yet but all the off season moves. They made lind door has been injured so they added. All of these pieces. Spent all this money and the roi there return on investment does not look like a postseason. Berth here even though that was certainly the expectation this past off season for the people or the team down there in queens and number four you got the blue jays third about fifty percent chance. They signed george springer this off season. The questions were had they done enough to catch the yankees. Well they're right there with the yankees looking up at the red sox in the race. They also added burrito set the trade deadline now. He's got some team control so next year. Urgency could continue to increase with this offense continuing to come into. Its own some of these younger guys. Bouchette vlad guerrero starting to turn into their prime. But i do think. There is some urgency based on the moves. They've made up their in toronto. Now number three. You got the new york yankees. They have a fifty percent chance to make the postseason and look at what they did at the trade deadline. There are certainly feeling the pressure. They know they needed to make a move. They added joey gallo. They added anthony rizzo. They need pitching in new york. They need this rotation to come through garrett cole going through a bit of a down spell here so the yankees certainly feeling the pressure and they made moves at the deadline to ultimately get back in the race. And this is what they've done but i think Yankees fans would certainly not be happy with missing the postseason when they were favored to win the american league coming into this year and number two. I got the philadelphia phillies. Their playoff percentages right around fifty percent. They have the second longest playoff drought in the majors. Going back to twenty eleven. Only the seattle mariners like we discussed to have a longer Postseason current running drought and with bryce harper in year. Three in philadelphia..

"This guy's not an act. I get it. He's just a as confident and relaxed and have it as much fun as anybody. Our team and like on day three of his time on the team. It felt like he'd been there for three years. The way that everybody's drawn to him that in the laughing that he's That he's doing and even when he's like when he comes off. The field and the empires have to check is belt in his cap in his glove. He's laughing about it doesn't bother him at all. He's up on the railing watching the team. Hit in in. Which is like nobody does that. So he's been huge because the rotation was a weakness in it's turned into a strength and he certainly one of the biggest reasons. Why am i if they make the playoffs. Get into division series. I don't think anybody would have any qualms at all about him. Starting a game in the playoffs. I think he'd be just fine a lot of those things that you just said about minoa though i mean. Don't they apply team wide here. I mean these guys just look like they're always having fun. Yes and i know this is gonna sound like like i'm embellishing or whatever but i've been doing this long time and i don't know if i've ever seen a team that where everybody likes each other as much as this group or whether it's not a bad guy a group like there is not a bad guy in the croup and that's a hard thing say sometimes when he got twenty six guys in there And you know you guys see the shots down at the end of the dugout of tasker Yell at espinel gets it there Madonna and review are having lapsed. Adowa and ray or have habit laughs at ed bouchette richard or having a serious conversation at 'em they all like each other and I i think what they've been through the whole buffalo dunedin. You know the nomadic existence. They've had the last couple of years. I think it's brought them together. But i also think. The front office has prioritized Good character and they got it. Yeah you know your character doesn't work your world series. He needs some talent too but Character doesn't hurt. And and i think they've really got a great a great. You know the cliche grape bunch of guys in the room for senate. Spn voice to the blue jays. Dan their deadline work. I know a couple weeks removed. But we talked about burritos the to relievers anza. Sirri-a you think it's going to be enough I think it's going to be close. You know i i would. Love beat timber. Richardson there even though they can't earlier and it was a great move to get them earlier because the bullpen was You know. I mean it was really a disaster for a while. They're at and i. I think they knew they could wait till the end of july To fix it up so I think it's going to be really close. The offense is very good. The rotation is very good. The bullpen is better. But i don't know if they have quite enough as we speak right now. Story is on the i l. Maison on the i l. iraqi got sent down to the minors and eight pearson hasn't reappeared yet. So if you said to me hey all those things are going to work out and all those guys are gonna come back. It'd be good then. I would say yes. It's going to be announced but we don't know you know they. I remember that time back in the seventies when you're the end is when he killed them hippies they never you know what i mean right now. The thing about the novel on is a spoiler alert as well and so do you read it. Yeah i love that by the way. Yeah i loved it as well but the ending of the novel way. You watched the whole movie anticipating what you think. The ending is going to be and it ends up not being. It was the same with the book. Like we didn't get like. I was like the last five pages of the book and i'm like wait. A second one is what. I'm thinking going to happen going to happen. And it doesn't have so tarintino even plays with you. Read as reader of the book is wrong. We'll leave some discuss when you guys get to two things. I wanna point out that one of my favorite tarantino moments ever is when cliff just whips that can of food at the one hippies added dish how like just we can all feel that would hurt so hard off channa soup or beans or whatever and the other thing. I was going to mention like we said we. We never knew what was going to happen. to lee montgomery in death proof and i always wondered what happened on the boat. Did cliff kill his wife. It's in the book. The three i have it on my dresser right now but the thing about him. You guys appreciate this because both have glasses. The print is so small. I gotta work my glasses. And i haven't had a chance yet. I can't read this anymore with my realize it's too small this small paperback exactly exactly All right so that was my number four mics it his number four joe of you said you remember for ya. Ya was jackie brown. So we're on okay so might give us your number three reservoir dogs at where it all began. And you know we've talked a lot about it but you know the back. The first time i saw it just blew my mind i had. I haven't had seen anything like that. The dialogue and talk about you know people were talking about like samuel jackson like reading Everybody investment from from tim. Ross topic i tell to steve Especially but I mean all the dialogue Mattson incredible and nobody was writing like that. And you also compare to Kevin smith i agree with that. They were the two guys that were writing dialogue. That was talking about pop culture things like that. I love the houston music easily. Supercenter the seventy s on the soundtrack goal movie. Were so amazing. Little green bag. Was my house music. Insure tape for the dream theater toward that year. And of course the stuck in the middle would you seen it was so at that time like so brutal violent and you don't even really see it and he actually stole that entire sequence directly. O'brien depalmer if you think about the chainsaw sequence from from mama scarface. You're in there. You're in the bathroom with the chainsaw. And they're they're handcuffed. You're dreading what you're about to see the camera pulls out of the bathroom window out across the street and you see his pacino's friend in the car flirting with the girls and no longer hear the music. You know lonely the screaming. You don't hear the chainsaw anymore. And just picturing your head what's going and then all of a sudden the camera goes back and then you're back in the bathroom with a chainsaw and then you see the end result. So that's pretty much. What tarantino exactly did with the ear cutting seen in reservoir dokes because wall. he's getting volleys getting tortured. The camera walks with him out to the car. You're stuck in the middle with rain in the distance and he gets the kid the can of gasoline from the car. He walked back in the only toco covering with gasoline is about cinema on fire but it was directly ripped off a diploma from scarface. But it was brilliant. I was a big diploma fan at that point. When reservoir roosevelt says like this freaky brilliant brilliant filmmaking this groundbreaking. this guy is a genius and the way the chapters. You know Mr white mr brown you get the back stories. The way that the story is told that a sequence it opens with a tim. Roth bleeding pig in the back of the car. And you're like what happened. It was just everything about it was so groundbreaking. And you put him on the map and here. We are no nine ten films later. But you know i can't say enough about reservoir dogs. The impact in atom. Use a film lover. You know just rocked my world. So bad i could wait for pulp fiction. And that's still to come in this conversation. And i'll pick yacht left off because i'm at number three reservoir dogs as well a couple of things about that. I when i left debbie in two thousand five at went to la to study acting. I didn't go to a movie star. Wanted to learn the art of acting. And i actually studied with kirk balts. Who plays mava nash. The cop ear chopped off and this guy and he. He was deep here so he hung out with back in the day and he's the only one that escaped out of it. It was him chris. Ben and philip seymour hoffman. There the three up and commerce and obviously we know what happens either. To and and kirk got his career went askew because he was their total heroin addicts which is where the genius came from. And you know he was a great actor and you watch that performance when he gets the ear chop but it's when he gets the the the gas port on him he's like no no no no. That's what my son. We watched anything if he likes this guy and fire. I'm never watching that movie with you again. I'm like he does it on fire with So there's that part of it. So i always had a personal connection to it. Offset was thirteen years. After i saw the movie. But i always loved it. I mentioned earlier. The fact that the mall was the guy who was shot in the stomach that harvey kites tell was going out of his way to try and save and try and he actually might have been guy that was moaning as well. When when mr white finds out that he's the mole but it was just i just love the fact that all these guys set out to for this kepa as as the old guy says and then they all end up dead and nobody gets anything. That's just the way it goes not a single survivor. anybody who's classic tarantino mexican standoff. I pointed gone up. My joe joe points at me and they basically shoot each at the same time and i think that's how the movie ends doesn't it. Just like boo boo boo boo coconut. Niels coconut listen at the end and people have donald or whatever and as cartels about to shoot. Tim tells me. Shoot tim roth in the contra saying you know drop it drop it you can hear out on the street the cops stop running you know dropped the bag bam bam bam see you know if you listen that bouchette trying to rights right. Yeah just excellent movie. And then what do we know why it was called reservoir dogs and he knowledgeable that at all now i have no. I'm not sure..

"Now is an incredible time because everybody is moving into new roles. They're moving into leadership positions. And that's just more opportunity for me because i've helped them before in the past and we're gonna do stuff again but that is one of those you can't measure that it has a very long term roi. I don't know if you're gonna be in a different role in two years from now or not. I mean it's the right now. It's crazy scott. I think ends almost like there. Is this type of mindset that relationships. Don't matter in sales. It's like it's a contrarian tank or something you know like mary ever since like challenger the challenge or sale came out this idea that relationship has no impacts on your ability to get the sales like. I just call bouchette on that immediately. I who's been in sales for long enough noise. That's that's not the case. And i think it's a really bad thing for younger. Eps few kind of internalize. Aren't they think they need to be on of this. Calendar type sales prep someone. Who's taking this approach by. Its we know we know that you know that. Where does that referral business. Come from from people that you've done business with the foreign people would trust you and lanky. We know that you have integrity and followed through with what you promised in. Have all these these things about you and they would rather work with you. Then other reps count. How many times. At had my champion. With accounts that i've closed. Come to me afterwards. Saying that you know we evaluated vendors. The reason we went with you because of you and how you went about selling right. And it's no coincidence right. And i haven't even been in sales for for that long comparative like six years but again it matters it matters more than you think so again i think you and i are on the same age. Guiding this yeah i think challenger got misconstrued a little bit too right if if you look back at win. All of that research was done and the way that they miss the not misaligned maligned. The relationship seller. Well sure like there were a breed of people who they just thought. Well if i take people to enough dinners and enough golf outings. And i try and be their best friend. Then i'll get a lot of sales. Yeah that by itself has no value. Nobody has time for that garbage right. You have to bring some actual beyond that like if we can do that as some icing on the cake. Great but a lot of times. Like i don't need you to take me to dinner just need help me solve my business problems and let's get on with it right so i think that's where it got sideways. But if you do that we're going to have a great relationship like if you have served me well and taking care of me. I will absolutely do business with you again. That's i think what we're missing this all right time to get off our soapbox rachel what have been the most important.

"An hour what fans back to so we can hear the boos when they introduced trailer montoya and rafael talk entitled. That would not that. I want them to be booed again. We've been over this a million times but it would just be entertaining you'll have to see it Okay other cool news from this week. Four blue jays named all. You mentioned this earlier. Brace vladimir guerrero junior being the youngest player ever to lead olive baseball in votes for the all star game you have mark simeon. Also getting in you have to oscar hernandez getting in with a last minute push on the day of voting closing. And then you have bobishenko making it as a reserve and him being named yesterday to the roster It's really cool to see four guys on the team especially when the team hasn't been there in toronto in two years and you still this kind of support for the team. Still have this kind of mobilization of the troops per se vote for players. It's awesome to see it. And i think it really does go to show that this generation of the blue jays is so much better than anything we've seen in recent years not just going back a few years to the pretty rough years of two thousand seventeen and twenty eighteen like going back. Even i think. Twenty fifteen like. We haven't seen this type of team with this home grown talent for such a long time. You go back to the hopes of two thousand thirteen. That was a lot of trades. You'll get ari dickey you'll get those guys coming in that year. You go back even to the started blue jays history. Not a lot of this talent has been home grown. I think we're seeing a new type of team. A new type of fan support rally around them and it's really exciting. I'm just gonna say the last time. The blue jays had this many all-stars something very good happened that year. Somebody by the name of joe. Carter won the world series for the blue jays and i mean it could happen But yeah what you're saying markets. It's such a. I feel like this is such an entertaining group bluejays. I think this current group is better than the two thousand fifteen sixteen team sort of. I mean the pitching is equal. Ish i would say it depends on how you look at it but i would say that this offense is a little bit better. I think that the the small ball at times is there. You don't necessarily see like the blue jays rely on home runs. Obviously then they can hit home runs but they can win without the home run and i think that's the cool thing but i think also you know we're kind of at that age now where we saw a lot of these guys get drafted and get signing grow. Only signed in two thousand fifteen nate pearson isn't with the team but he was. I think it was two thousand. Seventeen was drafted. Bouchette was drafted twenty. Sixteen you see be. Oh the rail. "I think he does start five six now. it is hard to take marcus. Simeon from the leadoff spot. But if you do and if it gets to that point like i don't think semi-in should be this. I feel disrespected from it. I just think comes to the point where you all feel. You're putting your best lineup on paper. And it was supposed to be george springer this entire time but right now i. It's so hard to think about tweaking the lineup and moving simeon out of there. But i do think by the end of the season i mean. I don't know how long it'll take. I do think eventually springer will lead or end up back a one. And i don't know if you guys heard this idea to pat was talking about it on the broadcast where he had an yes. Mark knows this. I about your reaction and a lot of people were kind of especially me. I was very confused by he had the idea of markelle simeon batting ninth followed by george springer at one. And the problem with that as we all know is that you're obviously not guaranteed to have four at bats. The nightspot you're kind of taking the youth you know. Where do you start with the problems with the. Yeah exactly. there's a lot of problems. But i mean pat went on about a for about a minute and a half. He was pretty confident with it. I mean i guess. I understand the creativity behind his thinking but i would be shocked if i ever saw that so i do think simmons stays out one and then springer. I think eventually goes back to one. I have a few things. I just want to stay the same and that is for abuse you to stay within the bottom three. I want to oscar state at four. Because i think over these past two games as well we kinda got the importance and and even back in april when crew is for most of the month due to covid. Is that how much his lineup does. Mean in this offense and it's not really you know it is talked about but i hung springer guerrero bouchette. And sometimes you're not always talking about the oscar. "But i don't know how likely that is in the al shortstop we have zander. Bogart's boba shet tim anderson carlos correa and then alberto modesty and i mean it. I mean bogart's as as a good lead on this the consistency the consistently excellent bogart's has made two all star teams and he started once and twenty sixteen. Bouchette and anderson are both trying to get their first selection. Both very young though anderson not so much. But they're still they're still a gap of almost four fourteen thousand votes between anderson in korea who started the game in seventeen but hasn't been back to the all star game since starting Like even though that one percent show like we we see one percent for the nfl all-stars but when you're when you when you are trailing by about ten thousand votes for one percent It makes it a little bit easier to try and get that one percent but when you're down by almost fourteen thousand votes between third place and at fourth place that's a. That's a very very big gap. That i think is is is able to Maybe come answer pass. But i think that since machado is so close to turner in terms of percentage that. I think that it's it is going to. It's going to come down to the wire there for sure. Now shortstops in the nl though you have fernando tatis junior. He is forty percent of the vote right now. How your your is getting thirteen percent and cory seager is getting nine percent right now followed by brandon crawford and trai turner. The nfl west is very well represented here with two of the top. Three guys being out there but with the top four coming from that division that includes tattoos who is mobile wonderkid and the fourth leading overall vote-getter. This would be the first ale all star nod and seager has been sidelined since mid may because of a fracture A fractured his right hand. But there's a chance that he'll be back before the all-star break he leads crawford who's putting together his best offensive season of his career at the age of thirty four in a race for that third spot segers vying for his first all star. Game while crawford has won a has one starting twenty eighteen under his belt. Now i would absolutely love for. I honestly i would love to see brandon crawford back back there. I in fact. I kind of want to see brandon crawford back there But i think that is the best shortstop in the nfl. Right now But i do think that he's definitely the most exciting player to watch. And so i think todd teasers is a lock for sure. But i'd like to see britain crawford to get in this game. I think that is a very very huge huge job for the a four for the fans to get this man in here but go to the outfield now. Outfield is led by. Mike trout followed by aaron judge. Then byron buxton aldis garcia Tow scar hernandez rondo. Gart rondo chick. Alex redo go randy. Rose arena and michael brantley in trout and judge have started multiple games but buxton garcia hernandez youtube for ugo and rose arena would be first time all stars brantley. Who was the american league's starting left. Fielder and twenty nineteen has made ford all star teams altogether but has a slim lead for ninth and the final spots you get into that second round of voting Then in fact he has received at the time of this record or at of this article which was written the day before. I'm re i recorded this Brantley had nine or three percent of the vote as did As did cedric mullins and andrew benintendi like trial had received fifteen percent. Aaron judge eleven and byron buxton eight. All of these votes are very very close and trout. Judge have started multiple all star games. Like i said. And i feel like they're they're locked at least to getting to the second thing. I think trout isn't going to i. It's not going to To really a move Basically if he gets the spot and the al all star in the all star team ends up taking that third wave of guys than whoever finished second Whoever was for just outside the voting would get the spot most likely But even in even so in that last by if you care for either cedric mullins. Baltimore michael brantley right now. Houston there are less than twenty one thousand votes separating those two players for that last spot right now that's not a lot of votes at all and And can easily. I think easily be made up And i say that like it's it's more air that it's less than the thirty four hundred votes Excuse me thirteen thousand. Four hundred votes that separate anderson and korea. But i think that it's it's more likely that i think is more likely that the votes come in and michael brantley gets passed for that last spot than i do for seeing brandon crawford Comeback in overtake cory seager or carlos. Correa getting either. Boba shat tim anderson spot. Like i don't really see it but in the nfl you have kunia. Junior nicklaus cast janos. In second jesse winker in third. Mookie betts in fourth one. Soto chris taylor bryce harper. Trent grisham quetzal marseille. Then jack petersen christian yelich and tyler. o.'neil aku got the star kunia. Got the start in the south center. Field in two thousand nineteen mid summer classic eastern lead the nfl's leading vote getter and fans have also shown their support for the reds powerful. Do of castile us and winker neither of whom have made an all star team before. And i mean there's an incredibly tight race for in the nine spot as well. Marseille leads peterson by twenty three hundred votes and yelich and o'neill by less than eighty one hundred like that's not a lot of votes at all in a kunia is is absolutely one of the best players under twenty five He won the rookie year. He's a two time silver slugger in twenty nineteen. He had thirty seven stolen bases and forty one home runs. He's eight absolute stud In in my ideal and l. outfield. I would have it just like this. Have a kunia. Junior in center cassius in winter in the corners. And then have your tree. Oh juan soto and chris taylor or even bryce harper your as your second rotation i think that would be ideal in in my mind at least catcher in the al salvador perez. Y'all's mighty grindal in. Martin maldonado followed by christian vasquez and christian curses. Yuki now peres missed. Twenty nineteen nine hundred two. Tommy john surgery and snacked. His snapped his five straight. All-star game streak As the royals backstop and he returned to his slugging ways over the past two years and his grabbed the number one spot among all catchers just twelve thousand votes though separate maldonado and vasquez. And oh boy. Do i want to encourage you guys to go out and vote for anybody but martin maldonado. I just cannot wash that man play baseball. I i don't know what it is But i really do like christian vasquez behind the plate. He is really fun to watch. And i mean obviously pres- is gonna get this starting spot. I don't think it's very close. But in the nfl you have buster posey's molina wilson contreras followed by will smith and will and william contraire as it's been very strong showing for the old guard in the of. No catchers with wilson contraire as yada molina and buster. Posey being the top three guys. They've combined to make nine of the past. Eleven starts behind the dish. A in the In the mid summer classic and still searching for their first all star game appearances is less than fourteen thousand votes away from taking that number. Three spot From contrary is will smith a designated hitter. You have shohei ohtani jd. Martinez your alvarez. In europe mercedes is right behind. I mean tani's two way brilliance is amazing. It feels like he were watching. Something amazingly special martinez alvarez have all rebounded from a rough and or injury. Play twenty twenty season to grab that. The top three spots although mercedes is is trails alvarez by a good amount of votes but not enough. I don't think to get him out of this spots so to speak so we'll be right back with the last segment where we're going to go over some regular updates.

He was young guys. Chase bad bowls like that picture right there that bryce harper went after on the outside of the platen duck down. Here's peterson why so good. I don't know i. I felt good about james and i were on the same page pitch wise and and he did a hell of a job back there and got him. The win and this was after peterson got lit up by the phillies at citizens bank ballpark last time. He faced them so much. Better zack wheeler the loss. Three runs over six and a third mets and phillies. Wrap things up. Let's go for the sweep today. Yankees are off and they could use it They lost to the blue jays. Five four on wednesday. It was bogus shot with the game winning home. Run in the ninth off. Chad green bouchette earlier in the game hitting a home run as well. The one good thing you would say. Aaron judge did go three or four. The couple of home runs but the team in two and four on the road trip here was judge who knows not good think after any loss. It's it's frustrating. I don't think anybody in here's happy. Especially even after the frigates you know game. Twelve or game one fifty..

"All right. We're GONNA jump right in. It's a Walmart Hall. Which means we have lots of products that are ready to be chewed and sipped and swallowed starting with the above all of the above. Not necessarily in that order. But first we have tiller and hatch pressure cooker meals chicken Tortilla Stu so basically these are frozen bags of food items that you throw a pressure cooker or these days. We know it as an instant pot and so it's already made so he just throw the what the contents of the bag into the pressure cooker and IT COOKS UP PRETTY QUICKLY. So this one says only gives you stove top directions to which is nice. I had this. Oh you add water to the pressure cooker. Then you add the sauce than the rest five minutes and then when the timer goes off wheat four minutes. This is basically a nine minute meal. But then but you do have to heat up. Depressurize your pressure cooker. So I wonder if it's really quicker than using stove-top but well I don't know but I'm interested to try it because one cup has one hundred ninety calories four grams of fat and four smartphones points. I know you've got that fast because I'm starving fun and have lunch. Mike is not eat lunch. He's about to chew on Jamie's hand but now we're going to try this. It looks very soupy but this is a chicken stew that was made in a pressure cooker. Or in a I'd like you pass Utensil. Thank you so much wonder. What the origins of the word like Stu like as far as you know what you're doing that's STU maybe names to studio originally it make sense doing it Well it's really good. All right that chicken. This tastes like homemade. Mom's chicken suit and there's corn in it. It's very mild but it's flavorful. This is really great. Comfort food totaling. I love that it's not too salty. Yeah what's sodium? Like on six sixty for a cup so it's not low but let's put that over cauliflower. Rice I love. It was like chicken tortilla soup but with corn beans. Yeah so it's really delicious. It's unexpectedly tasty. We're off to a good start. Okay next up. The product is called mighty spark all natural premium cuts of chicken PROSCIUTTO WITH TOMATO. Basil and garlic seasoned ground chicken so this is basically whereas the packaging of that. Is it a It looks like you buy it in. Like the butcher section where you would buy like genealogy so it's ground chicken smells so good smell it. That's already been flavored. We just throw it in my rankin. Who's probably with like Marinara sauce or something? Who took a big hunk of that? Yeah probably but it already has like what's in it seasoned Rochetta Wise. It's tomato Basil Garlic That's really I love that you don't like about it. It's a little different like sometimes we do the shortcut thing where we Italian seasoning. This doesn't hit you over the head in the same way. Like you really taste the basil or things. He's so good you're probably instead of making ground meat out of it you can do like a meatball or something or Turkey ball. Yeah yeah or like a really fun Burger. I love that. Like sometimes they'll name it something like Bouchette and then you taste it. And you're like they should've just called it tomato garlic. I like that really delivers on the shuttle flavor. Absolutely it does and four ounces. One hundred sixty calories eight grams of fat for smart points to for to that is excellent. All right next up. We have hunts chilly kit. Just add meat. Ready in twenty minutes. So it's brought to you by. Hunts the people make ketchup? You know the people who make the the other ketchup. And it's a chilly kit. So this is a little bit. It's a smart thing you it's ready in twenty minutes you everything you need. Except for the ground meat of choice we decided to make it with extra lean ground beef and as it is without the beef or any of the meat. Three quarters of a cup is one hundred calories no fat and three smart points as package so it has like the little tomato the sauce and the beans. So we're GONNA try it already semi seasoning. I think That everything I've rhythm Kinda tastes like catcher. I was GONNA say days like they're less good ketchup. I kind of was I. Wish hines me this. What did hunt do before they did? They just automatically become tiniest competition or they have something else besides the ketchup tomato people. Yeah think they do a lot of tomato? This is not an this is not the. It's good but it's not great. It's a little like sour acidic facing. I think it might be good for kids for effort forever not forever viral with that. Yeah I don't know anyway. Pollock which I didn't realize anyone ever called anything pollick. I thought pollock was just like fake crab the other white meat even the other whitefish before you tasted the story with C. Cuisine. They're the ones that made the salmon that we didn't like didn't they? Make one thing we liked and one thing we know I think this is like their redemption. I love it. You know what I like about it. It's like soap crispy and crunchy so it's Each belay has two hundred and forty calories. Six grams of fat seven smartphones. That's really tasty. Jamie Jamie Shuffle. Bought my head your head. Okay all right. We should have cameras rolling. Okay moving on. This is an exciting product for a knife. I WANNA cut these. This is fun because I grew up as a white castle fan. I'm a New Yorker. My Dad and I like if we were sometimes alone on father's Day I don't know why we would be but a couple of years I remember. We went to white castle father's day when was like seven. I don't know where my mom and my siblings were. But we were there now. They're making Vegan White Castle. Black beans sliders stats are incredible but little little side. Note here about me. Because I'm from the West Coast. I've never been to white castle. The only white castle I know of is the frozen white castle.
