"It. It's legal now. It is. You got an endowment that I think could buy you probably a national championship team. But you don't do that. No, and that endowment serves a very important purpose to the school and that's far beyond me. What we do talk about though is the enriching experience of the four year we all have graduate school, professionalized graduate school here at Princeton, no med school, no law school, we really love and dive in on the four year undergraduate experience, the relationships professors and, you know, I know you could I know your sense of humor a bit. You know, you'd be like, well, show me, where's the money? But we really dive in on the experience, the whole experience for the student athlete. And I think that's enriching in its own way. Now, look, like we're in the sweet 16. So there's some opportunities for our guys going into this weekend that they can take advantage of. We're talking to do the Princeton head coach, Mitch Henderson. You grew up though in Kentucky. Weren't you in Lexington? I was. Did you grow up in Kentucky? Did you want to go to Kentucky? Well, I grew up in Vincent, Indiana. There's a junior college there called Vincent's junior college. Then we moved when I was 12 to Kentucky and patino was the coach. And believe it or not, on my junior high basketball team was Keith Willard, who was the head coach at Maryland, Gigi Smith, Bobby smith's kid, who was just was at high point and Darren van horn, who was the head coach at northern Kentucky to all these Willard and Smith dad's room, consistent with Pitino. I mean, everybody wanted to play, this was 90 1989 90 when that really good Kentucky team was forming in an uptick in duke to the final game. So yeah, I wanted to go, I wanted to play for Pitino. Did you cry after duke beat, Kentucky and the tournament with Christian leitner shot? Yeah, you know what's funny? I was at Princeton on my visit at the NASA land when later made that shot. I didn't cry, but I was so in love with that team. Richie farmer, Darren fellow house. Sean Woods made a runner to put them up one. I love that team. And I used to go on the driveway and practice that Sean Woods runner all the time. I hated leitner. It's like, you know, I was a crime. What if leitner said, hey, coach, I'd like to talk to your tigers before they play creighton. I would gladly welcome that. You know, I love that. Did you see that? I hate Christian leitner. I thought that was great. And you know, I hated him because I was a kid. I didn't know anything. Different, but he was a killer. I would love to have, I would love to have him talk to the guys. Not everybody loved him, but he was in such a great basketball player. You know, you get in these moments and John calipari talked about this after the loss to Kansas state. He said, not everybody's built for this. And he was talking about players. How do you know if your players or player is or isn't ready for a big moment like this? We were at darmouth best way I can answer it. February 11th, we had a bad game. And I went into the locker room and I lost it and you know as much as I can lose it and I was like, you know, we got back to Princeton and I was like, don't ever let that happen again, you know, and you're what you're thinking about in that moment is we don't have it. We don't have it. And then, and then we did all of a sudden we did, and February, and that's, and then this weekend, it took on a whole new level, all of a sudden we were close with Arizona. We didn't lead until a minute left in the game. And the guys they were just chatting nonstop. We would come back to the huddle and the guys were just like, we got this. We got this. And it was unanimous all the way around. It was just constant chatter, and if we had lost the game, I would have been so proud of them, but then it took on a whole other level and it's just grown during the Missouri game. They were on fire. Not just making shots. They were having the best time ever. Totally responding to the moment. Okay, be honest with me with family members filling out a bracket. How many had you beating Arizona to start out? Just my ten year old son. But he has us losing in the sweet 16. I mean, this morning at breakfast, he goes, I'm regretting that decision. Well, it's a great ride. Have fun, and do you have your speech ready for Friday? Yeah. Not quite ready. You got anything in mind. Oh gosh. Maybe you go her Brooks, the U.S. Olympic hockey team. Yeah. Yeah. You're going to remember this for the rest of your life. Come on, why not? I think there's some good belief. And thinking, why not us? And I do love that slogan. Why not? Yeah. And it's great. You got to believe in yourself before everybody else is going to believe in you. And that's what got us here, honestly. So why not keep that going? Don't try to be something you're not. Is why not us? Is that proper grammar? I went to Dayton. So I'm not the right person. I'm in coaching. But you got into Princeton. I did. I did by the skin of my teeth. What were your SAT scores? I don't remember. And everybody remembers. Perfect. No. I was on a show the other day and they were like, hey, we knew they were not too long and they were like, have you heard you had a 4.5 at Princeton and I was like, off by several points. But I'm really happy to be here and I work at the best school in the country, Dan. And I'm so thrilled to be representing us. Just remember, coach sees get degrees. Yeah. "Got some good news to tell the church this morning brother Howe's sister Sue joined the church and normally I don't I stay right in here when someone joins the church and usually one of the last ones to go and welcome a man, but I just felt compelled to go to the back door after the morning service, which I did. I went on to the back door and was grading those that were leaving and we've been having some visitors lately Bobby Smith who worked my dad for me built a route for me in his family been visiting on Sunday mornings. On the way out the door, Bobby leaned over and he whispered in my ear, he said, well, John, please pray for my wife. I said, I have been and I will continue. And in just a little bit, here she comes and she looked at me and I could tell she was being crying, she said, I need to talk to you. I said, certainly. And I said, anytime, I said, right now, she said, yeah, right now. So I had brother clay coming in here and getting this Debbie and so we all went over there in the side in the fellowship home. And I did not know this about her, but she was raised by an orthodox Jew. And raised in a Jewish family and observed the Passover and all of that. We discovered and she told me she said, I've been really listening to all that you've had to say. And she said, I feel like if I go any further with this, I'm turning my back on what I've been raised in in my Judaism. And I said, no, no, you will never turn your back. On your Judaism, if you trust Jesus Christ, and I went from the Old Testament. We looked at as F 53, she had her Bible there and we went into Isaiah 53, and I said, look at this, what your Bible says about Jesus Christ. He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for iron equities of chastisement of our peace, was upon him and he did all this for you. And then I went into the New Testament about he was your guard, manifest, and he is your Masai. And she sat there and she listened. I mean, she was hanging on every word. Debbie lab both were back and forth with her and I said, I said, it's so very easy. If you would trust Jesus Christ, long story short, she called upon the name of Jesus Christ. Right after services holding the guest say and her husband is what is he in some kind of rehab? And they're not able to come on Sunday nights and all, but you pray for what was her name? Sydney. Her name is Sydney Smith, Barbie and Sidney Smith, but Sydney is a converted junior. I've always wanted to lead a due to the lord and had the opportunity this afternoon. And that's good news. From the far country of what the lord did in her heart today. Let's take our bibles and turn to second chapter number 6. So they can create the chapter number 6. Just a few verses of scripture that the lord has dealt with my heart about just of late in a matter of fact, in my personal Bible time, I ran up on these verses and it's not converses that I was in read normally reading, but something I was looking at led to these verses and I've read these verses and when I did it just kind of caught my attention to my heart, I went back and reread them and just try and like Zach told us this morning that when we study our Bible, we need to not just read a verse and go on to the next we need to stop and we need to meditate upon what that verse is saying to us and how it would apply to our lives and I was doing that with these three verses that were going to be reading tonight and I pray that they impact your life just as they impacted my life and pray that they're working your heart as deep as they have in my heart. This old stand on the rating of God's word in second print his chapter number 6 I'm going to begin this will not be the last time that we deal with this. I want to stay with this subject forth as many times as we need to because I feel impressed of the lord to do so and want to try to want to try to equip your life, educate and equip your life in the subject that we're going to be dealing with tonight. And I'm going to simply entitled this this thought personal evangelism, personal evangelism, and that'll be the heading of this series that we're going to be dealing with and what we're going to deal with in a more common phrase is so wind. How to lead somebody to Jesus Christ. How do you personally take the word of God by your knees with some one and lead them to the lord Jesus Christ? I believe we fail as a church a lot of times to train people in this area, and this is one of the most, as I was preaching this morning the most important thing for anybody's life is for them to be saved and know that they're safe, but we need personal workers that can sit with somebody and show them from the word of God different things from the word of God just like we did with the Sydney this afternoon being able to go into the Old Testament show her some things

But in 1972, they moved it to 8 80 because they got the 50,000. Crying words. And Joe Scarborough, you know him from the morning joke on MSNBC. He says, look, Joe Biden didn't commit any crimes with the document, and you know, this is what I feel is happening now in the media where they put all of their stock in this most recent, let's get Trump, right? Where everybody's up in arms, including my barista, my Cuban barista, who says that, you know, no, no, no, the big key difference. Trump still, you know, we should firing squad, right? But Joe Biden, oh, it was just a simple mistake. Clerical error. And what Scarborough is saying here about Biden, to me, makes all the sense in the world. And I rarely agree with him, but I think he's saying this because now everybody's changing their tune and trying to soften their approach because they realize you know what? This this is in as big a deal as we thought. You know, it was a big deal when Trump was the only guy doing it. He stole the documents. He was selling the nuclear code. Have you heard about the nuclear codes lately anybody? Is anybody still saying that? Is anybody still talking about obstruction of death justice? I don't think so. But listen to what Joe Scarborough had to say. Listen, if Joe Biden committed a crime, charging. If Donald Trump committed a crime, charge him, that's pretty simple. Guess what? Joe Biden didn't commit a crime. They found the documents they turned it back. Donald Trump most likely did commit a crime and it's straightforward so it was Merrick Garland or anybody the DoJ are winging their hands. They're not just doing a disservice to America. They're doing a disservice to justice. They're doing a disservice to the rule of law. If they, in any way, are distracted by this ground noise. Again, let me say. If in their investigation of Joe Biden, they find anything illegal, charging. We're a nation of laws, not a nation of rulers who are above the law. I know Donald Trump thinks he is. He's not. Okay. So he tries to clean it up at the end, but essentially here it looks like damage control, right? To me, it seems like damage control from Joe Scarborough, because Joe Scarborough and a lot of folks in the media, there was a few people on CNN the other day with making the same thing saying, look, in effect, this whole case has fallen apart. Even if it doesn't fall apart with the DoJ, it's falling apart in the court of public opinion, because unless you're just an avid Trump hater, which, you know, I'm finding that there's a good amount of them out there, but by and large, there are a bunch of people that are like, look. I didn't like him because you know he tweeted this and he did that and his bravado and he's just blah blah blah, but look, they look at their pockets, they look at their 401k, they look at everything and they say, things were a lot better. Just three short years ago, so I think more and more people are inclined to miss Trump. And I see those interviews, you know, man on the street type of interviews all the time. On social media and whatnot where people are out there saying, you know, what do you think about Donald Trump now? And they're like, and you also still see somewhere people are saying, look, we need tolerance. We need love. We got to embrace the other side. And then I said, what do you think about so and so like, oh, he should be hung. You know what I'm saying? Hold on a second. What happens to tolerance and love? So these are some of those things that I think will continue to see from the media where they say, look, look, it was a simple mistake. And if Trump made the same simple mistake, then he should get the same thing as Biden. There's probably worse things he's done and they'll have to focus on something else. Maybe they'll go back to January 6th. Maybe they'll switch gears to something else. Or they'll just have to find an entirely new shtick against Trump. Either way, I think this is the end of the attack on Trump. I could be wrong. But that's what my gut tells

In Washington state the apple harvest is expected to be a bit lower this year due to the long cold spring. In the northeast, a severe drought is killing trees and the harvest is expected to be down about 11%. "9 51 mixed news today from a large study of Pfizer's COVID-19 pill, the paxlovid pill appears to provide little or no benefit for younger adults, while still reducing the risk of hospitalization and death for high risk seniors. The results from an Israeli study of more than 100,000 patients are likely to renew questions about the U.S. government's use of paxil, which has become the go to treatment for COVID-19 because of its at home convenience. Ever wonder why some people wear a mask even when they're driving alone in their car? Well, doctor Anthony Fauci wonders the same thing. They've been already at the house. You're telling me it's about a national archives presidential records act request right before an election. You're like, hey man, I'm just doing my job. No, you're not doing your job. You are actively partaking in the destruction of the constitution republic. And that's a fact. Listen, I gave up everything to do this. There was never any guarantee I was going to have any TV show or radio show guarantees ever even at all. Forget about a guarantee. I left everything behind. Again, I'm not looking for a cookie. Not looking for anybody's participation trophy. I'm simply telling you the truth. I was a 12 year agent. I was not eligible to get a pension. I didn't leave some people say, oh, you're tired. He's got a government pension. I have zero government pension. Nothing. I walked away halfway done with my career with the hard part over. I was done with the presidency's details, 5 years. I was finished. That's the hardest part. I was done. The rest is you're just coast in there after that. Nothing is as hard as that. And I walked away to run for a U.S. Senate seat in a deep blue state of Maryland with no money, no support and zero contacts at all. So forgive me if I'm not here getting ready to genuflect in front of you like, hey man, I'm just doing my job. I need this. No, you know what you need. You need a functioning constitutional republic. That's what you need, which you just took part in destroying. Everybody involved in this. The minute The White House changes hands, should be terminated immediately. Don't pass go. Do not collect $250 or whatever the hell you collected monopoly. I haven't played it since I'm 9. You get nothing. You get zero zip. The FBI's credibility is finished, folks. Absolutely shattered. Shattered at this point. Whatever shred of credibility as an institution, you think you had left. It's now all gone. The decision making chain is clearly populated now by people who think politics first law enforcement the United States Constitution second. You know, I was proud of my job, man. I was, and I used to train new students in the academy down in prince George's county, Maryland. And you know when I'd watch the students graduate, we had this one kid. He was an army ranger. And, you know, we signed everything with the URL tw and he was the class president. He was given a speech at the graduation. It was like 24 kids. Well, my kids, I was some of them are older than me. 24 students in the class. And you know, he said at the end, then he was a really passionate guy. We'll call him a Tom. And he said at the end, he had, you know, he fought for his country. Did some time in a combat situation. He said at the end of the speech you know, God bless America. And all those who defend her. And that second part really, really stung me. I got goosebumps. I don't know why. I know it's not, you know, when I'm writing poetry here. I'm kind of rough around the edges. I don't pretend to be the most gifted orator of all time, but I can tell you what, I'm certainly passionate about what I'm talking about. And when he said that, I don't know why. It was just a graduation speech. It was nothing like incredible that happened before, but it was a good speech. And he said, God bless America and all those who defend their. Who's defending her now. Who's defending her now? You really think in the FBI? If you were part of this raid last night, that you're defending her, you really believe that. Let me tell you some if you really believe that you need to seek a qualified mental health professional right away to talk you out of whatever psychopathological disorder you're unfortunately functioning from right now or malfunctioning from right now. Their credibility is tattered. Folks, there's some solutions moving forward. Maybe not solutions, but maybe pathways to a solution is kind of a more precise way to say it. Number one, everybody involved in this raid. In the 2022 elections, if we take the house and 2024, if we win the presidency, everyone involved in this raid who touched this, who approved it, who sat around and did nothing, who knew about it and did nothing Everyone involved needs to be fired. Everyone, everyone. Fired, terminated, never to come back into government again. You should be what we used to call in the Secret Service a DNA. Do not admit. If you're expelled from a foreign country, it's called a PNG persona non grata. You find a job somewhere else. You're not finding it in the government. You clearly can not be trusted. Now, if Donald Trump were to get elected in 2024, he's got, I would guess. I've said this before, so forgive me for repeating it, but it's an important point given light of what happened yesterday. I would guess he has about a three month window. About a hundred days roughly, a hundred days where he can do massive personnel changes. After that hundred days, the shock of the moment, you know, it's a fog of war moment. I don't like battle analogies. But when you get into a pursuit and you're a cop and someone shoots at you, there's just like two, three, four, 5 second period where you can't believe someone just took a shot at you and you're running, thinking like, I can't believe that guy just shot at me, right? That's what happens with the media too. When Donald Trump hopefully wins in 2024. There's going to be this period after the inauguration where there's so much going on. There's so much going on that you can hit them with so many personnel changes that the minute they complain about the firing of Bobby Smith, Tony Smith gets the axe and Joey bag of donuts gets the axe too. And then when they start cleaning, complaining about those three, you fire a hundred more people. A total house cleaning, nothing less. Now, the left nose they're in trouble. Where do I go? "Going to eventually have to get an upgrade from 19. See here and I thought brown's aficionado, Nick schuch was going to level an opinion on Austin hooper. After a big contract with the Cleveland Browns to now join the Tennessee Titans, but perhaps you're right, cam, and he can get back to that form. We saw his final year with the Atlanta Falcons. Okay, let's come back to you now, Nick with a look at the Houston Texans who sent deshaun Watson, somewhat finally on his way. Out of town and into Cleveland, they get three first round picks in return. In addition to a little sugar in that deal as well. And now have two first round picks at three and number 13 overall. So look, obviously that big subtraction is an addition and draft capital. How does that factor into your grade? Well, for a team that was struggling to have any draft capital on the heels of the Bill O'Brien era. This is huge. This is how you jump start a rebuild is by getting a ton of capital at the top of the draft. They have to hit on those picks, of course, and you have to hope that Nick cassaro does so. But otherwise, the biggest move they made this off season was convincing Brandon cooks to stick around because they are still when you look at them on paper, they're still lacking in talent. You know, I close this section of the roster reset with a list of positions I could still address. And dot, dot, dot, you get the drift. I mean, there's still a lot of holes to fill. But what it really does too is it takes away the constant questioning about deshaun Watson, which will be a load off of Nick caserio. It'll be a load off of Bobby Smith, something he won't have to deal with in his first season as the head coach there. And more importantly, it's got to help Davis mills a little bit because he finished drawing down the stretch. They tuned out the noise. He was basically given the keys knowing that the season was headed nowhere and that the best thing they could do was help him develop. But now that we're going into this season, it seems the Texans believe in him. And though they haven't surrounded him with a ton of talent, keeping cooks is a big part of it, and it allows him to kind of take that next step. We ought to talk about year two jumps and how guys make this huge jump in the game slows down and everything. Davis mills is in a pretty solid situation for that with all things considered. So I mean, grade wise, I don't know, you get maybe a C plus because you didn't do it, make a ton of splash moves. But that's not really all right now. The road is long. Yeah. I think that's a fair point too. And if an edge rusher is their choice at number three, perhaps they come back with a wide receiver at 13. We'll dig into that here a little bit. But let's finish this up here, cam with a look at the Jacksonville Jaguars who are drafting number one overall for the second straight year. Again, we'll get into those draft needs here in a moment, but in terms of other additions, they were out and spent with GM Trent bulky on the first couple of days of the free agency frenzy, kind of great as I get them. Yeah, money, money, money, man. I wish I wish I was someone that could interest the Jaguars and some services. They were handing out money. Knowing the tax. So initially when I first saw their free agency period, I was a little worried about the value they gave out. But the more sad on me, I realized just how far away this team is. And then you have to overpay some people. And so I like a lot of the moves they made, even if I didn't love the value. So I think overall, I give them a beat. Because I think that this team was in desperate need of players. And so when you look at the players they brought in, I really like a Darius Williams. They brought in, which was undercover signing for them to help that cornerback position. And really shine there. I like Evan Ingram assigning for them. We really looked at how Doug Peterson used tight ends in Philly with Zach Ertz with Dallas. I see no reason why if everything works out that every anger can't be the Duval version of Zach Ertz, you know, there if he comes a little bit more reliable as a pass catcher. So I like those moves. They made some really good splashes on defensive side of the ball. Obviously they have their first round pick. I think this team will be noticeably better. I don't think they're close to being a playoff team, but I think you get more talent. You get a grown-up in the building, running the program and Doug Peterson and things should start building the right way. And so I like that they focused on building around Trevor this off season and doing with their actions, but also building up the depth of their team. Because honestly, that team, even with urban Meyer's dysfunction, they were talent wise, the worst team in football last year too. So it's something to be said about just simply adding talent, coaching up the guys you have and seeing how it works. Yeah, look, and I think a lot of people want to talk about overspending, oh man, I can't believe you paid that much money for Christian Kirk. Well, look, everybody overpays them free agency. That's just the cost of doing business. And so when you need to plug holes like that in free agency, you're going to spend that kind of money. That's just the way it is. And so that's why teams would prefer to build through the draft. Cost effective and where players are under a bit more cost control. So that's just the way the NFL is here at this point. So let's get to the draft and Nick, let's come back, well, actually, you know what, cam, let's just continue right there with the Jags because they lead this thing off here at number one overall for a second straight year. We've kind of gone back and forth on tackle or edge rusher there, number one overall. I could make a case for both. How do you see it? So I am of the opinion they should still go offensive tackle. And so I know that the board is shifted more towards the aid and Hutchinson and more recently seen some Trayvon walker buzz, which I'm just not on board with, but that's just me personally. But I just feel this whole off season was about building for Trevor. And so if that's your most important piece, that's your franchise piece. I wouldn't let the bad decisions of franchise came Robinson changed the trajectory of my franchise decisions. So whether it's Evan Neal, whether it's icky from North Carolina state, I don't see you going wrong there with that number one pick. Slot him in at left tackle. If you need to put him at guard for one year while you have camera Robinson there, cool, but I don't think any team has ever been disappointed on building their offensive line around a quarterback and we've seen it year, again, particularly recently the value of having a competent offensive line. So I just, and ultimately, I obviously don't think the drop off. When you talk about drop off from the edge rusher class from the top of the first round, top of the second round, I think that's a lot smaller than a drop off of the offensive tackle class. So you go get one of the top offensive linemen at one and then you come back there at 33 and maybe a guy like a David a job who is still sitting there or a boy ain't mafia. Someone of that realm that can get you get you that edge rush ability that you need. So that would be the route I'd go. Yeah, that's interesting because people want to say, well, they just franchise tag Kim, Kim Robinson again. Well, yes, but that's good for one year unless they work out a long-term deal with, which it doesn't seem like that's something that's a huge priority here at this point. And so if he ends up leaving after this next season, well then you've got another potential replacement there at left tackle along with a guy like walker little who they drafted last year on day two. Okay, so yeah, that's the case for the Jags, but I also wouldn't be shocked if Aiden Hutchinson is the pick. I call this thing a 300 yard drive straight down the fairway at TPC sawgrass. It's just one that can't miss. He's the safest player in the draft. So I could definitely see it from that perspective as well. that you're ill What is it You know I don't know All right so here's what happened Always something right Yeah Late Wednesday night I started to feel sick It probably ate too much You know that kind of a thing Thursday it was awful I could not stop vomiting And both ends actually we don't need to be descriptive I know how that's about I know Exactly That's why God made wastebaskets and toilets And you seriously That was like 20 hours That was the praying to die period of time in this one Like I've said before I'm on you know oh lord take me And of course when I was 9 that was funny now it alarms John So I try not to say lord take me too much But in any event I was ready to make that trip believe me And then it broke where I wasn't quite that nauseous So I thought oh good well it's probably just a little food poisoning and all star feeling better Well see that's the problem I now just have unrelenting nausea It's not to the point that I can not function If you look at me you know like John said God you look so tired I was like yeah because I'm struggling with every breath so I'm exhausted Sometimes my temperature is slightly above normal and sometimes it's slightly below normal So it goes both ways but never in any direction that's weird but the real thing is the nausea so I've done everything right now I'm doing the Ginger tea I don't think it helps It doesn't hurt But I have a what Go ahead Go ahead I have no idea And it could be giardia maybe or it could be something else Who knows It could be Al Macron Well it's not okay funny you say that because I thought you know because I've got those tests the binax now stuff and all that I've got plenty of those And so I figured what the hell just takes some bitex now test No I do not have all my crown or any form of SARS COV either covi or CoV-2 since my next now doesn't know how to differentiate So I don't have any of that perfectly clean not even not even equivocal It was just negative Oh that's good But listen can your doctor call you in some compazine Because for me that's the only thing that works for nausea You know I've thought about it I might even if I look hard through stuff I probably still Uber gets 18-month London license after winning court appeal
"Quarter uber lost $1.8 billion because of the covert pandemic. I mean, think about it. How often have you called up an uber or a lift? To catch a ride since the pandemic hit. I mean, I know personally, we used these uber and our family quite a bit a couple times a month between the five of us now we probably haven't used it twice. In four or five months. The company is trying Teo, you know, survive and come back and part of that involves expanding and having rideshare all around the world, including London, where Uber was able to get their license back after winning the court challenge and join us on the phone Now to talk about this is Simon Oh, and Fox News correspondent Welcome to the Bobby Smith Show. My morning, Kevin. So sort of walk us through this. What is what has been the history of uber in London? And then where do we stand today? Why's this ruling so important? That is a troubled history. But this is certainly a crucial victory for uber the taxi service that, as you say, spread all over the world in in recent years, But that rapid expansion as bean bumpy at times on DH no less so than here in the British capital on who ended up being stripped of its license to operate here last year. There's bean a Serie of skirmishes with the transport authority before that, on DH Uber was then told last November that that was it. It was being banned for what transport for London said with a pattern of failings, including summit said that puts passengers at risk well. Uber appealed that ruling. Went across it apologize. It was contrite. It accepted there had bean flaws in the past, but it said it had changed, but it has put things right on DH. But uber seemed to put together quite a lengthy list of Of things that they that they go through to make sure that the rider's air safe the background checks and being able to identify that driver actually is a driver. The biggest problem after they started went through their their safety checks was, you know, making sure customers got in the right car that they were supposed to be getting in more than anything else? I have had They done that in London. Do they have the same safety procedures? Do they? They make sure that they do background checks on all of that on the drivers, and they do checks on the cars. You know, At first, there were there were not Checks on the actual fitness of the automobiles, But they changed that as well. The car's all have to go in and get checked out before somebody can become another driver. Well, I mean, it's certainly change from the kind of it's almost quite loose seeming ride, hailing service that it used to be way you accepted that it was just going to be a stranger, perhaps rolling up in their car, making a few dollars on the side and taking you around now it's very much much more like a taxi company on duty, said that it'd have increased its safety precautions that said that this verdict is a recognition of its commitment to safety and that it will continue to work constructively. With the regulator. But transport for London laid out a series of floors that it that I had identified last year and perhaps the most car racing complaint from the regulator. It's said that there was a florin uber systems that was allowing unauthorized drivers to upload their photos to another drivers accounts essentially borrow the accounts and make some money. For themselves, and so uber had Bean saying, You know, we've got this sorted. We're doing background checks on the drivers. They've overto have accounted their photos on. And then it turned out there was this huge loophole in the system that meant that wasn't really a promise that was worth more than the paper. It was. It was written in because transport for London said that those uninsured rides involving an unauthorized drivers It says that they carried out more than 14,000 rides before uber fixed this floor so pretty kind of damning indictment from the regulator now at the same time Stream, a half million regular customers. That's a lot. That's a significant proportion of London's population. And so I think this is probably quite helpful for the transport regulator and the mayor of London as well because they had officially kicked to browse and got rid of it. And so this perhaps works for both sides that the Duke said it has tightened up its safety precautions on for the regulator.
