"Advice from Bob Wise, Bob. Happy holidays. Happy holidays to you and good traveling. Well, thank you. And we always break it down. Land, sea and or air So I'm going to start Backwards. Let's talk about air travel. With the Medical situations. Keep fluctuating, where is safe to go by air? Well, The big news tonight is that The biggest inbound travel market from Boston, which is the United Kingdom, England. They've slapped new restrictions on that as of tomorrow. And you're going to need a 72 hour test coming in, and that's the big news. But I can say that. I think Logan Airport had a pretty good weekend this weekend. It's been a better Christmas season. And things were looking up. Well, I heard a story. That between Thanksgiving and now Weeks in between. That the travelers out of Logan Over a million people putting their families on the plane. I don't know if you heard that Well, I think the figure is a million two or so. Traveling for the Christmas holidays. But, um, it's still way below where, where it Woz and People in nervous, obviously about traveling, but there were a lot of families that wanted to get together. And the big question is, Will it be a surge after the holidays? More people are going to get the vaccines and that, of course, is going to ease the situation hopefully But I think it's going to be a few months before the thing really turns around. Him by that turn around You mean Vaccine shark. I'm sorry, Morgan. I can't hear you. All right. I'll just get closer to my microphone. You mean vaccine shots? We'll be taking A greater Protective grip. Are American citizens. And by the spring. Who knows? Maybe they'll be a sign of a turnaround. I don't think there's any question That there is a pent up demand for travel. People are indoors. We had a big storm this weekend. And I think there's no question that People want to get up. It's an interesting development that people are taking short trips, maybe for the weekend, getting a little feel for what's going on. But, um it's going to be a slow recovery. And I think it obviously depends on the vaccine. And this, uh, so called second strain which is out there, but hopefully won't be coming. To the United States. I think People back here in Massachusetts have their eye on California where things you're Pretty much out of control. And that's one area that's very important, obviously. As people look at the dues and here the news on busy and other places. That they realized they said, they've got to be careful here. You travel a lot. I'm going to guess. Six times a year. You're going somewhere regardless of the conveyance. The chip or plane or rail. You see how other states Handling. The covert issues, one of the more unusual things that you have observed As you go. One of the ships doing differently. One of the planes doing differently. What have you seen with your own eyes? Well, I think what's interesting is That, um, obviously You look at hotels, the cruise ships, the railroads. The airplanes. The big thing is that they're disinfecting seats, cleaning the planes cleaning the rooms. Being much more careful in the way that they handle things and they handle with the passengers, So I think it's a it's a dual thing. Where you have not only the companies that are involved in moving the passengers. But you have the passengers themselves who have got to take the protection that they did. And as of the moment, the biggest thing, of course, is wearing the mask. As you said. But, uh, there's no question that I believe travel is going to be one of the first things that really comes back here. Uh, probably starting strongly in the third quarter and really picking up in the fourth quarter, and I think especially that's going to be for the cruise industry. All right. What airline do you feel? As it right. I know they're all trying to stay ahead of protocols. With disinfecting and wiping down every square inch. Of an indoor Kind of the airplane. Yeah. You fly a lot, and you are Always observing. The airlines. Who do you think I'll make it easy? Give me three airlines. You feel That do the best job of looking out for the passenger. Well, I think they're all watching things extremely carefully. But as far as Boston is concerned, Uh, you've got the four big airlines here. Which your American Delta United Southwest and JetBlue. It's actually five. And, um, the, um all of those airlines and I might add mass Port and Logan Airport. Are taking steps to protect the passengers. And, of course, the air. The air flow on planes is circulated, so I think it's fairly safe once you get on the plane. If I don't think you can pick one airline Over another. They're all they're all trying and I think what's going to be? The interesting thing is that you've got I don't know 10. Airlines, domestic airlines flying in the Boston 10 or 11, and I think there's going to be some consolidation of their lines coming into Boston and I think personally, the one to watch Is JetBlue. JetBlue is the biggest airline that Boston in terms of passenger count. But they're not a large airline on the national scene. And there's been talk about some type of consolidation, maybe involving JetBlue. Well, we'll see what develops over the next six months. Well, you know, I am a fan of JetBlue. Because of mint. I know that And I am very pleased with what? JetBlue his stud with first class and did you know? There are four seats. In first class. That's meant for only a single passenger. Yeah. Were you aware that they've done a big job with the so called they call it the mid section And, uh, they started out of the low cost airline. And, uh uh, they're not. I mean, they're very competitive now, but they're not the lowest, but I think what's going to be interesting here is the air. Fresh structure at the moment is very competitive. I mean, they want the passengers and they're out to get them and The question is, How long is that going to last and will a business come back? But, uh, there are I need. Boston is very lucky because we have a lot of competitive airlines. We really don't have one airline that dominates the picture here. JetBlue is the largest. But Delta's Coming on extremely strongly here and had big expansion plans overseas that are somewhat cut back now. But, uh, it's interesting JetBlue announced. I think last week That They're gonna start flying from Boston to Miami. They fly too well out of markets here, both of the Caribbean's Florida but they've stayed out of Miami, which is Really a big hub for American airlines, so for them to go in a competition in Miami versus American It is an interesting development, probably the most interesting development of the year. I'm going to stop you. There have a break I take and I want to invite phone traffic. So if anybody out there has any question On any aspect of travel. It in the air. "The other thing is, too is like in Jordan's case. I mean, he was balding. So it's like if it starts growing back a little bit. You could see it like an occasion. You you could see some old pictures where Jordan. Maybe let it go for a couple of days and you can see like, you know, so you wanted to be smooth every day. That's why doesn't he just take it down to the nub? I mean, maybe try that memory could go it like the Bob Weiss Horseshoe. Some of the guys that played in the least. Five. White Granville waiters grateful when I was with the Pacers. My first year he was on the team, and I'm like, Why do we have a 38 year old Look, we used to call that a college. He was perfectly named Granville because he looked like he was told. But there's also a guy named Don Adams. Not from, you know Maxwell smart, Mr Violin now that him and he missed it by more than that much. He wasn't a very good player, and he also had a little pot belly as well. I actually had one of the worst horseshoe, bald headed guys. But well, Bob Weiss, who? Harmon Killebrew bodywork had basically the best athlete. Why a little You wore a helmet? The horse? She's a bad look, I don't care if you got my dad two years. I mean, that was the TV that there Yeah, shave it like it's it's like I didn't do that back then restrooms. They hand out the horseshoes with one guy and I hate to mention it, but the one guy who you know you could. It was just receiving receiving and got forced to, But then he just took it to the nubs was lower. So Matt Lauer when he's on the Today show did that You couldn't couldn't LeBron just take it down to that level. And that little look. Yeah, but I mean, he didn't want to shave it, apparently so he took it down a short is he could Maybe LeBron tries that. See what that looks like. But anyway, I just gold school horseshoe abroad where every man is so exceedingly And who's the sexiest man with the horse? You could No one does. Sean Connery's weird because I read it to a commercial lab when he did found Chuny took office. Yeah, that was a while he had the horseshoe. Because he had the red paint at the horseshoe. Could he pull it off? No, no, no, not even Brad Pitt. His hair is like probably insured with Lloyd's of London. There's no I'm just saying if he had the horseshoe haircut, and he had his face Or George Clooney. Whoever you want to pick call Clooney and Pitt. There's like a big apartment and good looking faces, but they can not aging. Well, maybe he should. Well, the way I envy him, because he's just like, Look, I'm going to have Dad Bod and women are still gonna like me. It doesn't really matter to me. You have a dad bod, but I got a gazillionaire doesn't matter for him ridiculous. All right, let's get one more in here. Two guys from Toronto, just started of men's bathing suit company called Brocchini's So Have you seen this? So essentially what they've got here even know how to describe this thing. Got it? It's based like wrestling. It looks like it does. It's a single it yet you're exactly right. It's a single it but it doesn't have both sides going up. It just has one side. So if you could imagine a single arresting single it That just has one strap over the shoulder instead of two. And to me, it just shows way too much, and especially if you're getting like they're walking on the beach here like you're going to the you go into the water. If it's cold, and then you get out of that thing. I mean, you're looking like you're rocking a tic tacs in your urine trouble. There s Oh, I don't know. But would you ever wear a brocchini Brocchini? I mean, you know Well, if you are going nowhere Here like a man..

"Those guys scored a lot of points with their less defense back then I'm looking at the numbers are crazy. Yeah. But you know, I don't think you had as many great athletes. So if you were a great athlete chances are you weren't going up against quality competition every single night because I I remember watching the Chicago Bulls had Bob Weiss, and Jerry Sloan not great athletes, but they were playing they were they played a lot. Jerry Sloan was a tough guy. But Bob Weiss, not a great athlete at least watching him play against Nate Archibald or Pete Mira richer, Jerry West or will Frazier. Amick club, and you had some guys with male pattern. Baldness back. Did that happen in the seventies? If she'd clips. I'm gonna show him to. I know. I saw Bob Weiss play did. Right. The what those guys were going to shave their head like, Michael, Jordan. That was pre shaving. Hey, we're getting away from the topic about James hardening. Knucklehead. All right. Here's Kevin Durant. Talking about Patrick beverly's defense on him in the clippers. Golden State matchup. Let's go back to last month. Defined this way for a while. And we got to this series. Gang. One has some nice motel kinda give defense which been working top block and everything on remedy so God's not even looking at three point line, and forcing Gaza sat point mile. So for us when I get the bottom us bus. You know, I got a pest Patrick Beverley who was up on the Neath me acted definitely shoot over the top score every time if there's a one on one situation, but we got gotta got Joplin and help and we've got another guy that's sitting on the way from you to jewelry basketball the basketball floor. I can you know, I could probably make forty three percent of my shots at shooting like that. But that's not really going to do nothing for us at the outcome of the game. You know, because we got a nice floor by touching a rough. Okay. Wait minute seeing score. Whenever you want to be. You don't want. Then he likened it to he is Goliath and Patrick Beverley is David. If Kevin Durant can score when he needs to score. Then you probably should have him score. Now, you want to have everybody touch the ball. But ino- Patrick Beverley is doing what we saw Chris Paul do a year ago where he guarded. Kevin durant? If you're taller, you don't like the the smaller guy on you quicker guy in beverly's, not afraid. So if you're Kevin Durant. I would take it to Patrick Beverley, and I'd probably start tonight. You just don't want to give this clipper team more confidence than you already. Have. But I love watching Patrick Beverley play certainly against a rent it. It is a game within a game. And I think that Kevin Durant saying, hey, I can do what I wanna do when I want to do it. I don't know if it's as easy as that against Patrick. Beverley he made up may put up forty five tonight. He might need to put up forty five

So he would find a way to score on you hardened kills you in a variety of ways that we haven't seen. Steph curry can shoot he's best shooter in history of the game in my opinion. But he doesn't get to the hoop. The way James harden does hardened hardened can get the fifteen footer the twenty-five footer and he can dunk on you. How many guys can do that? And shoot a, you know, a quality three. Here's archaic Schreiber. Who tweets harden is in a tailor made system that elevates his hero ball play at a current NBA? That's defense is a shadow of what Mike and even movie to agree head to deal with. Plus he historically shrinks during the playoffs. Soda amazing regular season player. Sure. Yeah. That's all. When when to mclovin, absolutely you're playing right into his hands. Here. They get more shots often dead Tonio, except that the rockets as much as the old sons, but he helps offense. There's no doubt about that. Dan, Tony helped he was a big he should have gotten half of those MVP should've gotten one of the MVP trophies the two that Nash gone. Because you know that system and look was great. I shouldn't be flippant about it. But he he was great player helped out by that system. Yes. Mclovin. I'm looking at the all time leaders in points per game in part of it's hard and had a slow burn in his career. But he's not Michael Jordan's number one all time even had a will thirty point one two, and then LeBron's fourth a twenty-seven. These guys are offensive forces to. I mean, like, they're all. But there are also different. I okay. Lebron was unique. Michael Kobe Iverson Kareem Kareem the most unstoppable player in the history of the sport. Okay. Modern basketball. You know, when we'll played he was the biggest guy, and you know, the center competition wasn't exactly ideal and he was seven foot one two hundred seventy five pounds. And he was a great athlete. But the modern off modern day NBA Kareem is the most dominating most unstoppable player of all time because he had the one shot. You can you knew he was going to do it. And you still couldn't stop it. Yes. Mclovin. A couple names on this. Jerry West is top five all time per game. Is he was he that kind of score. I've never saw. Baylor to. Yeah. They were great scores. Their percentages weren't great field goal percentages. But Jerry get to the playoffs. He'd average forty and they'd lose a lot of that era. Those guys scored a lot of poise with their less defense back then I'm looking at some of the numbers crazy. Yeah. But you know, I don't think you had as many great athletes. Back in the seventies. I've seen clips. I'm gonna show him to. I know I saw Bob Weiss play did write the what those guys they want to shave their head like, Michael, Jordan. That was pre shaving. Hey, we're getting away from the topic about James harden. New knucklehead. All right. Here's Kevin Durant. Talking about Patrick beverly's defense on him in the clippers. Golden State mentioned. Florida game..

"White junior might produce it Mr. rob Brooks, and Robert I reunited after over a decade apart from each other here, I'm busy as producer and Taco's, and my guest, my co host for the rest of this hour is Mr. Bob Weiss and Bob knows about travel. So I'm going to ask you right now to give me. Two three examples of good travel bargains to take advantage of this upcoming week for school vacations. Well, I think actually there two big developments at Logan in the last ten days to align starting up there. And I'm not sure how long the deals last. But I take a look at them. One is US. Actually, it's the first nonstop service from Boston to well. Why it's the longest flight domestically out of Boston about eleven hours at twelve hours Wyan airlines, but they have a great service record. And they are now flying from Boston. And I suspect I baked very good introductory fares. And the other airline is Korean airlines that has come back to Boston last year. I think was in two thousand and one but they're flying out as yet. Nonstop. And they started service today. I was out at the airport. The plane was full Nash board had a ceremony, and I think again competition from, you know, cafe Pacific and gel flying out to Japan and everything's gonna make Asia and China, very popular destination for Massachusetts. So I think the fares will be pretty competitive there long flights, but the parts of the world which are pretty important to Boston. I didn't realize, but according to the best for figures there are about twenty four thousand individuals of Korean descent living in Massachusetts in five thousand of them are in Boston. So it's a big market, and it's a growing market here. -cation medicine businesses. What's driving in the Levin? Our? Our flight from Boston to Hawaii. You must really want to go to be on a plane for that long. Bob, jimmy. Which is my phone. Okay. I'll say a little bit louder. Again, believe me. That's okay. I repeat it here. Now on the Levin. Our flight you must really want to get to Hawaii. Because normally you stop over in San Francisco or LAX and stretch your legs walk around and then hours two hours later, you re board or catching another planes finish the rest of the trip. Of course, they had that major volcano eruption about a year ago and tourism has been off and why so I think again, primarily in the hotel area that it's a long way to go. Its incidentally, a very popular Japanese destination from Japan, but I was out there once and experienced one of the most interesting travelling experiences ever had which is to get up early in the morning be driven up on a mountainside, then take bike and coast all the way down the road, which is blocked off to vehicle traffic and have breakfast at the bay. So you see the sunrise while bicycling down the mountain, and I think everybody what it take a look that must have been a very interesting experience. Yeah. Yeah. It was very very interesting experience in very unique. And are you ready for our next subject? Know where I'm going. No, we Jin cruises little mishap on the high seas two weeks ago. Well, the more more trips out of here to both Bermuda out a weekly basis pretty much starting now. Throughout the fall. And they also up to Canada with a couple of trips and cruising looks like it's going to be about four hundred thousand passengers in Boston is and along with Logan which gets a lot of business people fly into New England. It's very popular in the fall as the leaves turn and everything, but despite Morgan white junior, not being an avid cruiser. Most of the Wayland is is on board. So to speak. Now, did you see the film that footage of furniture being thrown around the ceilings and whatnot coming down on passengers? I'm sorry. I didn't get that one the ceilings and furniture. It's almost like special effects for Hollywood movie. I was brought up on the Poseidon adventure. All were which is the ultimate disaster crews film, I took my kids to see that when they were younger. I'm not sure they appreciate it that but cruising even though they had a mishap with the Viking cruise lines off no way regionally where passengers had to be evacuated. They read into some big weather. The big thing about cruzi is that more people are doing it. And it's a very cost efficient way your meals, provided you go the warm weather, just the nation. Send Massport hopes to add in the next couple of years cruises that go out of Boston during the window, which will go to the Carribean. And that is a big objective of sports. Wow. I say good luck to them. I'd rather get on the plane and go somewhere, obviously Vegas first choice. But I don't I I just have a natural uncomfortable -bility with being on a ship. Be comfortable. I think that incidentally, I think we can get you on a cruise. I might go along to hold your hand so to speak, but I think cruises are popular especially theme, cruises, my wife, and I don't cruise too much. But we were a Holland America ship out of San Diego a couple of years ago. I guess and one of the national magazines had a group on board and was having lectures at other things, which are very popular. And it's and it's growing there's no question about it. You've got bigger ships coming in which means more entertainment and dining options. Well, one thing that might Nyanda line might get me to consider a cruise where they have these nostalgia shows. Yeah. They have a Motown Cruz where some of the Motown acts. It may still be performing leftover from the sixties and seventies. There's a pop music tour doing the same thing. And you get to see some of the people that you've turned on your portable radios back in the sixties and seventies. And you heard Tommy James, and the Shaun Dell's and you heard reviewing the raiders, and you heard any group from that era, and they're like six seven eight nine of these performers, and they do kind of a different show every day. So they're not just seeing the same eight song. Thing is. Quite a while ago. Now at that time and still be true. No, we cruise lines out of New York. I'm one of their crews had blue man group, which is the group, right? I'm familiar with both Boston in Las Vegas with different cats, of course, naturally, but as extremely popular activity show where the audience gets into it and several areas, and that's another angle, which these cruise ships have. So may be and that's a big word underlined italicized in quotes. Maybe I might consider it depending on the timeframe for an example this Vegas trip. I got off the Sunday morning three thirty by five thirty. I was on a plane out of Logan. And I landed this morning. Left this morning from Vegas and landed considering the time change factor that in roughly around six o'clock Friday night. Why? Because I have the show to do. I don't know if I could get up crews that would fit within. Those hired dates of mine. And if you promised to come in hold my hand, I will say maybe I'd be honored. All right. The interesting things, which also I think to place what you were away, which is definitely. I'm going to be a major change at Logan is that they are working on a plan which probably will go into effect next year sometime if they can work out the details where the Ubers of the world in the list of the world have trips to Logan which now account. Twenty nine percent. This year about twelve million last year to move all those operations on arrival under one roof to the central parking garage, Barbara gonna stop you because I have news coming up literally in ten seconds. We can continue these facts with the audience after we come back from a little bit of news here on W easy. CBS news update. Like San Francisco. Correspondent Paula Reed. "Here at WBZ studio. When Cabot road, and I'm Morgan, my producer is rob Brooks get used to it. Because it's gonna be around Robin rotation of producers at times to a night, and Robin I reunited because he was a producer for me a decade less ago, and we are like, peaches and herb reunited, and it feels so good. The thing. I want to say before I bring in my first guest and some of my comments overlap enroll into the reason why I have him here all the people who are are used to this area. We call Boston. A lot of you here for the marathon to rent it to watch people running it, and I welcome you normally when you go to another city. Talk radio is like a little magnet that draws you. In keeps you up with what's happening. And I welcome all of you. I also welcome the scores of people that I met when I was in Vegas this week. And I'm gonna say they will be at least a dozen more people listening to me right now who I met when I was in Vegas. How did I get devait? Use get home from big Vegas mint flight on gem. I know I knew you you. I hear you. It's my phone, which is probably a problem. I'm in the country today. All right. I know when you go to your palatial mansion outside of Boston. The phone service is a bit subpar, but Bob Weiss travel travel, and it's her hit busy for using using years as join me and wanna talk about that. New Egion ship. Happening two three weeks ago. I wanna talk about mint travel on jet blue in a number of other travel circumstances. He's the man for this subject and Bob, can you hear me clearly enough can hear you. All right. Got on the trip. About to start got on the plane in Boston. And immediately I knew that I was in for a different experience to the positive and for people who don't know JetBlue. We'll put you on a plane in Boston fly directly to Las Vegas McCarron airport. No stopping in between, and that's the way I've always enjoyed flying in the past several years I've had to accept stopovers and whatnot. But the service was great the flight attendants were great. And you try to explain this to me. You a seat is also your bed, and I did not partake of that. But inference grants the guy next to me did. And it's like he was in his own little cocoon. Well, it's been a great service. And the big news is that yesterday JetBlue announced a little bit advanced, but they're going to fly from Logan to lend it in two thousand twenty one and going to have that meant of sun the Airbus playing, and I think that will be very popular because it's an overnight trip. I think the way they're going to fly. How long of a flight is it five hours six hours? Yeah. Said about five hours depends a little bit on their headwind. But it it. It's it's a good trip. But I'll tell you. I took the meant experience just to experience I was in Las Vegas about I guess a month ago now, and I decided to try with my good wife coming back, and it was I thought the services, actually, then certainly it. It's a it's a good business class cost at a really a first class seat. That's what it is. And I'm not a big one to be impressed by giveaways. I've made my living giving things way at my trivia shows. But they gave you a nice little packet of maybe a dozen things that will come in handy as you fly as you go to your hotel or you flying the plane one that I thought was unusual. Blindfold? The thing. I couldn't understand. And I don't know whether it happened to you. But when the last thing they gave us on the plane, and we got the Boston was cookie. I got a cookie out and back, but I didn't understand why they didn't give away a package of mints since the product is called meant M I N T, and I couldn't figure that out. I asked you line, but I didn't get an answer. Well, you know, the powerful people the move is in shakers of all the major airlines and all the major transportation a big week. So I'm sure if you whispered in the right ear, somebody might adopt your thought somebody. Okay. I was I was about to say. That on the flight out one of the passengers said curled up in his little cubicle and put a blindfold on. He could sleep. With a bit more ease. And that's of the thing that they give you this little gold package. Yeah. Well, I think that if you're flying it night any distance. I think those is shades that airlines give out or you can get a real a real blessing, and perhaps something to block out the noise. It just depends on how you feel well the head. And I had never seen headphones. As a give way. Like this normally tight the little eve, but things but these. Jet. Blue was the fact that they had TV at every seat. They were the first year line to do that. They promoted that and it's been a big selling point for them, especially when families travel with young kids. I watched the number of TV programs. I'd never watched the flash when I was a kid that's one of my favorite comic books, and I never watched that series. I got to see three episodes of that series. Plenty of movies as busy as ever. Actually, no, the Flamingo is my place of operation twice day. And it seemed to me that there were less people milling, I mean, the places huge, and there was still hundreds of people. But it seemed just a little fewer than I was used to. Well, I think what's interesting getting back to New Zealand is that I think it may have taken place when you're away. I'm not sure, but MGM grand in Springfield has signed a major league. Sorry. Major league. In Boston Red Sox deal to become the official airline of the Red Sox. And they will take over the very popular January Red Sox weekend from Foxwoods and replace Foxwoods as the casino partner of the Red Sox who have a partner for just about everything that's not nailed to the floor. We'll tell you what I'm going to break. My first break. The our anybody who'd like to call in interact with Bob Weiss travel, editor of WBZ, both TV and radio six one seven two five four ten thirty locally you calling from any one of the thirty seven other states Massachusetts that get our signal and also parts of Canada to toll free number for you, eight eight eight nine two nine and thirty and believe me if it moves in the air, I see on land..

"The. Awesome. Really? I mean, come on pressing. It really is if it made sense, right? If there was a story in a narrative, and I you know, I go on the Disney parks a lot with McNair. 'cause we do stuff together a lot. It's a seeing through his eyes. And when he sees stuff like that. It is shakes his head. And it sends a tax to Bob Weiss, the president of magic Aaron goes who let this happen. You know, and it's always just like well operations. Yeah. I, but your top Lena's looks like it's going to be it looks cool the DVD rooms gosh, I don't know what. They're non studio room the one that's like doesn't have a better. It have you seen that one to one with the south? No, it just it's just like a there's no bed in the room. It's only like a pull down. No, I didn't see. So I saw like the like the the room that that had a bed in it. I've seen the breast the like the bathroom, and then I've also seen like the sofa like a sitting area. That's the only ones I've seen and they're called tower studios. You don't get a bed. I'm sorry. I stayed in a resort stand in a place like that where it was like a loan of those Murphy beds, and they're the worst. They're the most uncomfortable. It was a huge room. It was like a like a not a penthouse, but like like an apartment type situation, but that was the bed and like it was it was awful. Now, I know these beds are specific brand they're going to them in all of DVD C. But literally you go in the room at all. It's there as a couch in which is time I can handle that. Right. Like if it's a super cheap room. No like right now the cash price for that room during December when it opens which is like December fifteenth maybe like right before Christmas. So it's technically not peak season the cash prices at like five seventy nine tonight. Home. I got for not even know that. And it is I forgot how forgot what the square footage was. Virtually nothing. There's not even a bathtub in it. It's just a shower not a shower in a bathtub. So it rules, you know, and then they have like the regular studios. But, you know, they're saying, you know, from the DVD point chart they're expecting that to be about fifteen points a night. Which would put it which would put it a above a savannah view studio regular studio way, above boardwalk. Yeah. That's the only thing that would be the only thing that would be a head of it would be grand Floridian, Holly. It would put it ahead of bay lake and you don't get a bed. Oh, jeez. That's wild. It's a skyline is man. They got a favor the skyline or something. By the way, since we're talking about those. Those joker. Last I stood below the Milwaukee for couple of minutes on a windy day where they were testing them too. They were testing on Tuesday, and it was probably twenty miles an hour and wind and they were full speed. I almost threw up just watching. So you're go you ain't ever getting them. Well, I'm just like I just feel like it's a store like a news story waiting to happen that one of them just like God forbid crashes and burns and they scare me. I mean, I remember when they had the the gondolas or wherever they were back in magic kingdom like eight eons ago, and they just they terrified me then and I see them now. And they just they just weird me out. But I mean. I'm sure I'll try them out for the hashtag for the Graham just to be cool. I'll just be. Both in very dizzy. I will what does do it Lee. Go from Epcot don't go to Epcot. Yeah. You know, you want to be a little you want to be a couple of deep sea. I feel like that might make it worse. I'm already like kinda Spinney just because I've had like how many drinks and Epcot. And then like let me just get on this this little ride. I mean, they weren't. So here's the thing is was you said it was a windy day where they like swinging at all were they very stationary. Very very very. Oh, yeah. Help us. I'd be so scared. I I'll take some actually no I can't even I can't even take my vertigo medicine if I've been drinking. So this whole thing has been nixed. Oh. Yeah. It's. I hate to be negative about Disney stuff. But man what it's bad. It's like come on guys. What is? So. You know? I it definitely felt like you were, you know. It was really bad if they stopped. That's when they really swing, and that's what I would. I would lose it if we had to stop, and we were still dangling side side. Right. It you happen to be on there with some screaming kid who's hot.

"We're heading in the right direction. Like, I say we we've been doing this survey since nineteen seventy nine and this past year was the first year we've ever had three years in a row of an increase. So even though we're near the bottom. I'll take those three years of increase any day. Yeah. For sure and that does provide the context and the perspective that I was looking for so drastically reduced from that thirty three whistles per route down to about maybe six, but the real story. The recent story is that you've been seeing an increase the last three years, which is obviously good news for quail, hunters and good news for up Vert enthusiasts that that leads me into the Covey counts. You also do Covey counts in in the fall. I would imagine talk about how that works into your, you know, your population studies. Yeah. So the cubby counts relatively new speaking we own been doing those for ten or twelve years and they're done in October Alexei our season opens in in November. So we try to get them completed the end of October early November. And basically, it's a group of biologists going out to a particular property. It's it's much more labor. Intensive alexei. It's it's taken a gimme folks early morning going out and listening for the cubby call, and and for those that aren't familiar with, you know, everybody recognizes the spring Bob Weiss called on that sounds like Bob, y you know, but the cubby calls is a much more demanding of they call it a Koi league call, and you know, if you are specifically listening for you. Just think it was just another Sparrow, or what have you, you know, it'd take some a little bit of training to recognize it. But but it's easy to do. And you know, a lot of our deer hunters weren't it over the years, and they can they can pick up all them into your staying. And they'll say, you know, already cover your, so, you know, into your stand or what have you, but that's is generally more indicative of what you've got going into into your hunting season. So I you know, you can put a lot of value into that. If you're here in birds in October, you're going to have them vailable for or the the hunting season most likely, so it's it's a pretty good indicator that in that way and those because they're so labor intensive where we can only do limited amount of them. And so we were concentrating on our focus is on some of our more managed areas and those provide a little more positive numbers. You know, we're we're actively managing for birds. Generally, we've got more birds, you know, in in the case. Of these vocal areas. You know, we started these folklore euros three years ago. And as we've implemented habitat it's been so cool to see the numbers go from zero Covey's of for example, Indian creek vocally we've had a five hundred percent increase in in our vodka account. You know, it's cool to see it on paper. It's cool to hear the the folks using the land pay I'm seeing and hearing more birds, I'm finding some some birds out here. So say that that's the that's probably the more rewarding survey that we do Nick, I think you heard Michael Cole times use the term vocal area. And just just kinda quick background that either areas we have four of them in the state and their areas of public land. And this was kinda where when then is you've got started. We okay, we're gonna we're gonna look at these places around the state, and we're going to start doing work on his property. Because these all these agencies and partners in the initiative have access to have control over and and it's available public use of the income at hunters land. But the idea was that we're gonna get the habitat work one here and kinda in each of these regions we have vertical regions and there's a area in each region. And that is the work will kind of spread from that kind of hub and spoke model, maybe the work will spread out from those local areas, and you end up with that kind of a network of good habitat and each of those regions and the way we get that habitat on the ground is on the on the private side is what's like, Marcus aim. We hope to show. Hey, if you build this habitat Virgil show up and it gets folks excited, and so in these folk regions we've also hired farm Bill biologist there. These folks mission is to to help private land. Owners put habitat on the ground. They'll go out provide technical assistance, right management plans. Give them some ideas. There also skilled in navigating the the red tape of some of these federal cost share programs. They can help them find the money. That's available say there's a good bit of money for for Bob wise. Good bit of money for pollinators bit of money for Longley habitat, and it and it's all good quail habitat. But it's a lot of don't know the money's there. Lot of had to get the money. But that's like that's what these army biologist are there to do.

"The edge of our first major snow event this year this season, we we've had wanted to minor snow events. But this one is predicted to be a major one my guest. This first hour is Bob Weiss. We talking about travel, and we have a couple of people on the line that want to get input from you. But before I go to an in Quincy. I have a question. Because you know, me I love to throw sticks and stones at those who like to go on cruises. What was up with that cruise a week or so ago where everybody gets sick as they went down to Jamaica? I'm here. Did you hear the question? I can't I'm getting a good feed on your CBS news. But I'm getting a very bad feed through your board it at the station. All right. Let's roll I won't almost step back to make. It's back to you. And I will almost kissed the microphone. That's how close I am. But here's my question. Yeah. Two weeks ago? There was a flu epidemic on one of the ocean liners okay with the Caribbean. And I just want to the details about that. And what you know or heard about that? Well, I know that this happens from time to time it's not widespread that this is a big Royal Caribbean. Ship that had to turn back to Florida because several hundred people apparently get sick got sick on the cruise and world Caribbean. It is often a full refund for that cruise. I can't say that it doesn't happen. But it certainly doesn't happen very often. And I can also happen on airplanes if precautions taken but on the few cruises. I've taken certainly the crew is, you know, try to make sure that things are as safe as possible. They also have a lot of dispensers to clean, your hands and everything which is the major way things like this apparently are transported, so outbreaks of intestinal problems. Things can happen on any trip. But it's it's quite rare. But of course, they always get the news pick up when a ship has to turn back for any reason. Right. And it it does happen. I I don't think it affects very many cruises. But it certainly does happen. All right. And how did it end? What did they? Find out. I know you say that the cruise line offered refunds to everybody. But what was the final word on that event? Well, I think the final word of this ship was cleaned, and they're just gone back on the ocean perch, normal routine and rotation of cruises. I think out of Florida to the eastern or western Caribbean cruises. But most of those cruises are a week. And I don't think there's been any follow up, but they should be made a major effort to clean the entire ship while we're back in port. I promise Dan cheapie next. So an welcome aboard an. Dan. Hi morgan. Hi, bob. How are you? Good evening. I'm calling with question about international flights discount international flights to Europe. Last fall. I had discovered a new airline new discount airline named Primera and got a five hundred dollar round trip to Paris. And that was you know, it was lovely and great. And then it's folded within two weeks of my coming home. So I didn't know whether there's any any other carriers that'll be going out of Boston to Europe for, you know, lower rates. Well, I think the one you should look at is probably Norwegian there as the best bet both flying out of providence and Boston they've got flights into Chevrolet European cities Copenhagen and London Gatwick among others situa-. Situation is this. I would not this. When were you planning to go is that known? No, I don't have anything particular in mind. I I like. I know that people the flight changes literally change hourly and the allies want to maximize profits, obviously. But the factor is is this that the first quarter of the year between now let's say March is one fares to lend to Europe on all airlines will be the lowest the other thing is this. I would watch which is to make a reservation as early as possible on some of these flights. Delta Airlines, for example is starting flights from Boston dad borough. And and so Air, France has certain deals to Paris. And I think you know, you should look at some airlines primarily their websites or the consolidators and the fares can change that's the competition brings them down, obviously. But the summer they're going to be the highest for sure between June July. In August because there are more people traveling. But my record my recommendation is to go on the shoulder season before this fights get too high because there's a lot less people there and on top of getting a good deal on the air fare. You could probably make a pretty good deal on you hotel, either by using the vacation packages, which the airlines opera or making your own hotel. Reservations. Okay. Very good. Thank you. Thank you tonight. Donna in Boston. Welcome to WBZ. Good evening, gentlemen. Good evening. Mr weiss. I'm here. I'm all I'm old school in the sense that whenever I travel. Europe in my life. Anyway. That I go on a tour of us travel agents, you know, pretty much 'cause I don't like to do anything on my own. And I get a little bit frustrated because I was a French and Spanish teacher. And I'm looking for trip that combines both French and Spain together, I can find it. Hold on a second. Explain a little bit further. I usually just two things to you can't specifically say what they are. But I'll tell you about two to magic to Massachusetts companies will ones right on the border in Rhode Island. You may want to take a look at first of all are you a triple a member for the automobile club. Yes, you are. Well, AAA northeast which is headquartered in providence. Rhode Island has just made a very interesting change in their travel operation. They have gone into the adventure travel business, and they're gonna have many more agents. They have a lot of travel agents in a lot of their offices. And I think if anybody can figure out that probably could certainly help you now having said that the other option that's nearby is to talk to a travel agent about tours because I can't believe between collect that's in Pawtucket. Rhode Island is also bridged in Europe that there aren't companies all over Europe. I just got a catalog this week from classic tours out in California. And I know they have a lot of chores are you traveling as a single person or or a double this might be a double. But he actually went in this direction that I was going to go in. And this is what was trying to say is most times Spain and Portugal goes together or. England and France goes together, but it's really friends. So I will travel agents warrant finding what I wanted. And actually, you said exactly what I was about to say about AAA. I didn't realize how fantastic they would travel arrangements. And I think a lot of people think you need to go travel agent and some private office to get what you need one. Aaa is fabulous. Well, I wish we had that on tape. I will send that to AAA. I know they'll they'll appreciate that. What's interesting about Spain and Portugal is first of all you're going to have Delta Airlines plying this some for the first time to Lisbon out of Boston and that's Portugal, obviously. And then you hop over on the southern tier to shop in France in Spain. The interesting thing about that flight is that it's. To be new and delta had a flight from Atlanta their headquarters to Portugal, and it was apparently not as successful as they like. And they know the big at the community up here to Portugal. So they're going to have a flight from Boston to Portugal. So I would investigate that with delta vacations, which is the arm. They have that has both land and air and I suspect, but don't know exactly that there's some pretty good introductory fares. Now, whether there's still enforce or not since the announcement that service, I don't know. But I think there's going to be competition to to Portugal T AP, which is the airline of Portugal is very aggressive too. So I think a travel agent should be able to help you whether it's AAA or not. Yeah. I wanna put France and Spain together because I taught both of those languages one. Last question. It's Trafalgar tours British company. Yeah. Well, I think it started bread, but they have a big US operation here, very long, very old and established company. So there there are many good tour companies around and. It's just a question of finding one that you're comfortable with. And that's your travel agent knows. And is you know, going to deliver what they what they say the big trend in European travel. I think at the moment are just almost in worldwide. We can say is that people want the cultural experience of of really seeing a sitting in the countryside. Whether it's China plan for their own. So I think there's much more interested in what's going on in these countries. And there was maybe five or ten years ago. And I think the travel industry is responding to that, Donna. What about? The dollar versus euro at the moment. Okay. Did you hear her question? I did Jolla versus house the Dr joy against the euro. So so was two years ago. But they're still very good. It's still Europe is still a good bargain versus versus the dollar that depends to a certain degree on what on what what country you're going to earn darn. I gotta go. But I'm gonna say now, I'm gonna say five say two things to you. Sean and plano's workday. That's. Well, also, thank you. Michelle. Okay..

"Between now and Sunday so being lookout and before I bring my first guest dean Johnson. And I if you if you haven't noticed we flip flop this weekend. This is my weekend five tonight and tomorrow next weekend will be his weekend live and last weekend was his weekend live and I teased him during the crossover that I'm wishing all the snowstorms every of the weekend for him because I don't want to deal with driving in snow. Look what happens com gets you. Thank you. John Lennon karma will get you. Because I wished him the storms all come on his weekend bang, smack dab in the middle of the storms here. I am. Oh, so that'll teach everybody don't throw sticks and stones. They may come back to her. I was doing nothing. My phone rings. I think this was Wednesday or Thursday. And it's Bob Weiss don't say anything yet. Barb. And Morgan what are you doing over the weekend? And I said why and he told me there was a confab going on that involved. A lot of well known names. Mayor Marty Walsh. Boston. Charlie Baker the governor, Alex Cora Red Sox skipper. And they all had interesting things to talk about. And if you get the globe, maybe missed it even those on the front page. There is a very interesting story about some upcoming circumstances in our fair city. And I am going to let Bob tell you all about it. Good morning. Bob, Weiss Savia call me back because I can't hear you very well. You can't hear me at all. I can hear you now. All right. Well, I'll get real close to the microphone is this better to better. Okay. So what is it that you wanted to bring to my audiences attention? Well, I think the first thing that as you look at two thousand nineteen the first thing that is interested Logan airport is that we're going to have at least three new where lines here and. Two of them are international flights actually long distance flights on Korean air to so Korea and Hawaiian airlines, it's actually a new U S destination. But it's about a thirteen hour flight, which is going to commence April in April. And also, we're going to have another low cost carrier committed Logan frontier airlines so Logan airport continues on a pace that's probably headed towards forty million. Passengers are somewhat up a tremendous amount in the last five years didn't frontier airlines flying in here in the seventies. And eighties. I'm sorry. I thought frontier airline, Dan. Was here. Yes. They dropped out to some of the non Boston markets and now have come back, but they along with spirit airlines, which is also in Boston flying to Florida and some other places in the midwest to the low cost airlines that have really reshape the airline market here in the United States in the last five years. I want to tell people people have heard you before and you are the travel editor for WBZ, correct? Well, that's not quite true. I was travel editor for a long time. And now, I might contributor to I heart radio in your program and some other things, and it's been a great ride, and I certainly have enjoyed by relationship with busy. Okay. And you keep a lookout for all these things that are happening. Well, that's right. I blog travel on a regular basis and have been associated with travel since barely twenty five thirty years since I was lucky enough to get a hold of the airport newspaper. And also what's important here is another newspaper. We started which was traveled a wingman that followed the travel business in which is obviously grown tremendously. I want to tell people the phone number here. If you want to call in and ask Bob about anything that takes you from point eight point be if it flies. If it rolls. If it cruises through the oceans, he will know about it. Six hundred seven two five four ten thirty. That is the phone number here. Busy long distance eight eight eight nine two nine ten thirty. So if you have any questions about what's going on out there, especially now, you wanna get away for winter wants to snowstorms storms coming. So if you wanna take a cruise somewhere, you wanna take a flight somewhere, if I'm not mistaken, you mentioned frontier airline coming in the spring and doesn't frontier airlines focus on the west coast as well. Well, they they're in the middle west, but primarily the low cost carriers are are challenging the established carriers on flights south down to Florida. And of course, south west started at all with the low cost carrier out of out of catch this, and we probably should make note of the fact that her Kelly her the man who started south west passed away a couple of weeks ago, and that was all in nineteen seventy two that he sketched out the first flying in Texas, and then expanded to other airports, and the interesting thing about south west is that they have a reputation of making flying fun number one. And number two. They came into the outline Boston airports. I of Manchester in providence did a good job there. And now or a major presence. Said latte Logan airport. Let me take my first break of the hour. When we come back. I'll let you continue with any avenues that we also pay attention to and if I'm not mistaken. Encore which is win. Went into prices for lack of a better term. They are only one two and a half months away from opening if I heard correctly, they're going to be opening in April may. Right. They the target date that they're shooting at I think it's June nineteen okay? And it's certainly going to be a major factor. We can talk about that. All right. Let's take our break here again phone numbers. Six one seven two five four ten thirty eight eight eight nine two nine ten thirty. I am Morgan. This is my weekend live midnight till five at least for this day and harming temperature here at busy twelve sixteen. Thirty seven degrees..

"John lund. Tom Tolbert with him. It's. Head coach the Golden State Warriors. Steven kerr. Steve what's going on? I'm sorry. Who who is this? Steve. Can you hear me who is Tom Tolbert? Oh, you you're still do this show. I you know, what they let me back in the building. I gotta be honest with you. I gotta be honest with you. You you. You inspired me to take the end of the year off and really not get down to business until maybe like the middle of January or February. Oh, right back like that. Hello. Hello. You know, what one personal foul deserves another personal foul. So there. Yeah. You're probably right. Glad you're well rested. I'm always well rested. I never have and never have to worry about that. I have always well rested and ready to go. If you need me, Steve, I can give you a good fifteen seconds. No problem. Happy new year. So I guess we'll get do the games and stuff but DeMarcus cousins supposedly coming back next Friday or thereabouts. Maybe game me as you said a game before game after but but right around there would lead to that belief when you watch him play that that would be the time that he was ready. It was just the way he scrimmage over the last week or ten days or so been scrimmaging for a while probably a month, or so, and you know, you could tell early on yet another level to to get to conditioning wise. So I I two weeks. He didn't look ready to play in an NBA game. Then why would he ask her? Was the injury that he did and being out for a year or so he just took a big leap over the last ten days or so in the scrimmages he was smoldering well getting up and down the floor. Look like, he grow crew conditioning wise. Rick celebrating ultimately. He did about ready to go. Let's let's see. Have any idea, and I'm sure all this'll be fluid Riley at least the first couple of weeks of him playing, but any ideas of. Of how many minutes you wanna use them? What kind of burst? You wanna use him in? Well, I would think really on you know, pretty short bursts. We're going to start him. Obviously he'll be in the starting lineup. He's he's not the kind of player you bring down. We're we're talking about it all star player who you know, we need to put put out there right away and get them comfortable. And normally if a guy misses out much time, you know, it's four or five minute bursts. And you go from there. See how quickly he can extend that. But my my best guess is. That's what we'll be looking at early. How do you incorporate him into an offense that is been so primitive oriented because of the the players you have on your team? And you think about the centers you've had over the past four or five years. They've all been defensive centers. Guys, have some good paths some good rebound blocked shots. But most of them have been defensive guys screen centers. This guy's a whole new different, dude. I mean easies if not the best offensive center of the game. He's he's right there. And he can do a lot of different things. How do you incorporate that into your offense? And how would you like to see it flow like in your mind? How do you envision it? Well, I think he'll sit in from the standpoint that that he's really skilled, and it was a great passer and. Can pass the low block or the or the high post? I think one hundred eighteen threes last year. Season ending in July. So. Sorry, january. A little. You get the stream on he was on pace probably for a couple of hundred three's. So I imagine that he won't be in that trail position and fast breaks a lot. You know, he's not he's not. So he's gonna be great. Often. And if we're patient the Balkan work back to them, and you'll have a lot of wide open threes. Pop situation up at the top of the circle, but we also stuff on the low block for a thousand. So. We're going gonna have to feel through everything looks great on the blue. Gotta show up in court. So we need to play. Time to sort through it all here's the problem. I've had with him and and shooting the threes is that he's a guy that can do it. But especially on this team, you have guys that can do that. I mean Klay can do it's that could do it K D can do it. But is a guy that's been able to shoot threes. You don't have a guy that can do what he does on the block. I mean when he's on the block he can pass at a double teams he could score if you single him he can get guys in foul trouble. I mean, he could this be a wrecking ball down on the block? So while I've said over the past few years, I don't mind a guy like that shooting three. It's because he can do it. But when he's shooting like seven a game, which he wasn't New Orleans one time, which was like with Klay was shooting seven that to me is like, well, okay. I mean, I know what you can do that. But you can do other things that we don't have guys they can do that. Right. And that's the balance we have to five. He knows this is not. Sacramental? Yeah. He's he's now playing with a totally different group of teammates. And we have to collectively what helps us with. Yeah. I agree with you. I don't think he seven threes again. But I also think it's going to really open up the floor having an out there. He's at the three point line. Somebody's been it opens up a drive away for Steph or whoever. That's that's really effective. Mix of getting in using it inside that also putting them all the privilege. Yeah. How about the defensive side? Obviously the league is fast. He's just coming back. And then obviously teams are going to said screens tried to get him trying to get him out of there. How how do you anticipate kind of on that end of the floor? Well, it's a good question. You're gonna switching team the last couple of years, but if you think back to. Switch a whole lot. With folks. You know, we dropped he would he would drop into the paint. And we would chase. Where? For the. I think you wanted to try everything. When he's ready to go. And see what works best for prohibit per group when he's out there. But you know, there's only enough. It's not like you got a billion choices. We'll try the various options that we have come up with the best suits personnel as much NBA's. I watch what's another way to guarded to just not do it. Milwaukee guard. Did. I mean, they they'd said, you're they basically said you you're not going left. I don't care. What you do? You're not going left. Yup. Skorts you we're gonna escort to your life directly into the paint. Never seen anything like it. Either. Yeah. Incredibly still had forty two like seven threes, Twenty-three thrills or whatever. So it all ended up in the same place as it does. Anyway. But that was really. What kind of think outside the box and try something different? It did remind me a little bit of the way San Antonio coated. Steph noblest. Literally could be on the three point line and four step into drive. But but this was so boy, look look like. Oh like like a. Delegates not to go traditional basketball. Coach would say that's the worst. Learn your whole life. You're supposed to school. Boston. Because of the -bility to step back. They just tried something radically different. It was really interesting. I'd be interested to see how well it would work and again. Yeah. I mean, you made the point. I mean, the numbers look pretty similar to whenever you guard him. Anyway, you guard in the way he's been going going lately. But the difference is they didn't score a ton of points. And they didn't win that game. So you say that that work, but I wonder how it would work if you have Paul and Gordon on the court if that's something you can do because you're trying to take him away. But does it does it change when you have to you're better players on the court, right, right? That's. Oh, that's something. Again. To find out if that's what you choose to do. So who knows? This whole like I said just to just to see people trying different things, and I give hard a lot of credit. Shouted. That's so difficult. Strong you'd have to be too big shots like that. Incredible. I mean, the second best player ever to come at a ASU curtain emphasis, obviously being number one. Yeah. Why? I gotta say I gotta say I mean, I am a really really proud of you. We've had this conversation two three or four years ago. I guess about me not wanting to see your your tombstone say that last travel was just too much for me to bear. And you've got on the traveling as much because we've talked about, you know, the league and and and the referees and how they ref and all that. But I mean, I mean Emmanuel moody as scored from a yard line. I mean, he just ran right up the middle. Untouched into the end zone. Swiped. It right. Yeah. He eggs, right through the gap. And you just you had a laugh you laughed at it. I mean, you didn't go. I know you were happy about it. But it was like. It's like almost a smile like. Well, what can you do? I can't believe you missed that one. But let's go ahead and move on. So I would or could have been a smile, like a smile of like, I know we're going to beat you by thirty anyway. So whatever up she want. You did. We looked at each other. We burst out laughing. I'm taking on a new tax. I like it. Yeah. I figure like they haven't responded to all my complaining just gonna laugh at a derisive fucking crash. Well, don't do that Joey Crawford. Oh, although I do miss Joey. I do I do miss having Joey around. Now. It's. Decking was in. It's funny because I love the way you put it at the end of the game when they asked about clay's shooting slump. You said I don't really look at it. Those terms it's a long season and things are gonna happen throughout the course of the season. And I love the way you put that because then you don't put too much emphasis on going one for ten or over eight. It's like, it's we'll we'll get out of this. Eventually, I wonder if clay felt the same way though, because clay had some responses that I haven't really heard from clay before, you know, saying look, I'm one of the best it's ever done this. We all know that. But I've never heard Klay say before then closing. Thank you to his hand. You know, what he would he hit a couple when he hit a couple of shots. So obviously, I don't think he worried about it. But he was he was aware of it and very happy to kinda got get out of it wasn't it. I think so I think this year there have been a couple of times where he's been noticeably frustrated, and I've never really seen before I've met maybe once or twice over the last four years, but for the most part, you know, clay clay, just gets his shots up and does his work and trust themselves, and it always comes back. I think that's exactly what what's happened. I expect him to have a great second half of the year. And. And. You know, I think all of us felt the same way after that game. And it's like, you know, the the media wanted a great quote like, wow. What would you do clay? Nobody said anything to Klay when he came into the locker. Good. Good job. We just kind of expected. What are you? I mean, you've had so many wins there. Now, I'm just curious. What do you? I can't even remember what coach is used to say. Like after wins. Like would Bob Weiss with us to say. After are rare clipper win, maybe do a magic trick. Hey, nice win. Here's a quarter. Hey, Where'd you get that amazing? I mean, do you do you have things to say at the end of the game? Do you just kind of go in there and go? Hey, nice job. I like this. I like that way to go. Or is it I mean, I don't even know what do what do you say to the team after after wins and losses? It just depends. I try not to say too much because they don't wanna they don't wanna hear me, you know. Soliloquy or anything? So I just I just tried to point something out, and you know. What the schedule for the next day? And you know, complementary say we gotta work on this or that. And we just go from there. I make every time you had to go. And thank you for your effort. I really appreciate it. Thanks for coming guys. Appreciate it. Thanks for showing up. Hey, it's something about cousins just just away from the floor. Do you think that it will kinda reinvigorate everybody the season as we know is long? We talk about keeping your team motivated, it fun for you to kind of figure figuring out because we sit and ask all these questions, and you've pointed out before you really don't know because you've never had this kind of a guy in the team. So for you and your whole staff to kind of figure out where he fits offensively and defensively in the minutes distribution, and how long bursts should be in win..
