"Come roaring back after Memorial Day. And in the meantime, you got you got me on a very busy into the week because the president's announcement last night is a game changer that he's going to get this stuff. Declassify all the intelligence and, and get it all out that I mentioned earlier in the week, my big, long interview with George popadopoulos, and the interesting thing is that days go by a little conversations you have sometimes not on camera. Sometimes on Cam, as you know, I mentioned earlier in the week this business way, he's intimating. And he's given ten thousand dollars in, in, in US currency, as a so called, basically as a retain of something, and he's about comeback to America anything suspicious. Why would you know why am I getting paid in cash? So he leaves it with his lawyer in Greece flies back to Dallas. Lanza Dulles and this FBI guys waiting for him. And they start going, and they take him into a side room and they sought gun. Through eventually the arrest him. They put him in leg shackles as a said, this is disgusting. To put him in leg shackles. He's just got off the plane. So if any of the security theater works, he doesn't have a gun. He doesn't have a knife. He doesn't have a GI. Joe dole with a little miniature plastic gun or a little miniature plastic knife. Because the TSA guys confiscate those he doesn't have anything, so he can't be affect to them, but they insist on putting him in leg. Shackles just to intimidate him as he described to me. They went through the luggage tore apart his luggage, because they have expecting to find that ten thousand dollars in cash now it's still sitting with his lawyer in Greece. And they photograph the numbers on old, Justin case anything happens to it. They photograph the numbers on all those bills because in the end, this is the United States government. They know they can trace that cash where it came from, from the numbers on those bills, then mocked bills. And. So there's a way of knowing where that money came from, if it came from the FBI, or the CIA, and this is the point that we were talking about this transcripts of all this stuff. This communications of all this stuff, there's a point at which they knew he wasn't a Russian agent, but they still decided to destroy his life. There's a point at which bulb Mullah realized those if he if he assuming he's got any shred of integrity about him an I'm inclined, you know, personally to Russia's view yesterday because it's. Always registered Republican registered Democrats on, you know, his loyalty is to the agency and this is again, what makes it slightly disturbing. Why he shouldn't have been the so-called independent counsel because you think about it. If you wanted to bring in an independent counsel, white like this, the, the attorney general's boat in this guy from Connecticut. He's got this guy from Utah and a guy from Connecticut investigating. What's swamp, dwellers not swamp dwellers, but Albany enough when the FBI decides it needs the so-called the department of Justice needs. It decides it needs a so-called independent prosecutor, it brings a not an outside guy. But the most inside a inside of them all in Bob Muller and Bob Ma immediately moves in the team that's been running both a Hillary and Trump investigations to carry on this third investing. Gatien disgusting, disgusting corrupting and even pulse. I mean this funny aspects to it when I sat down with pope adobe listen, he, he's telling me about this Honey tramp that the Stephan, how is Papa wanting to represent this woman as ra- talk? This Tukish lady a some sort of assistant professor at Cambridge University, and it's not entirely clear. Well, it's pretty obvious. The whatever she is. She isn't an assistant professor at Cambridge University, and she's trying to get him upstairs to the room at the hotel and all that. There were funny aspects to it. But in the end. It's destroyed individual lives, as I mentioned, the other day, it helped MRs popadopoulos miscarry that baby. And it's actually corroded the systems, the functioning systems of the US electoral process, unless there's a price to pay for this. They're going to do it again. And it's institutional to which is always well, because sometimes things can even buy a it's true that if any of us did what Hillary Clinton did, we'd go to jail, but that would be something to be said. There's an argument to be said, whether you buy it or not. For saying in two thousand sixteen. Look, this was how LA showed that the president say it's failed. It's flopped, she's let us skate lead hub and Bill fly around the world, giving multi-million dollar speeches to smaller and smaller crowds until they triple away and die. There would have been an argument for saying that it's sort of. It's against that is the fact that she's still she's actually part of the problem. She's gotten around giving speeches in which she's claiming that Trump stole the election from a which is a good argument factually prosecuting convicting, putting her in jail and fined away the key. But that would be an argument, if we lived in still a civilized functioning multiparty system for saying she's over she's never going to be anything again. Let's come to some quiet. Dale webuye. She stays out of jail in return for just keeping a trap shot or whatever that'd be an argument for that. But what we have here at the DOJ the department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA, the so-called intelligence community is actually a system wide problem in which as many people have been forced out from the tops of those agencies. There are others who have not been forced out, and that is why it's necessary to get all this stuff. Out in the open. Why will they suddenly line Friday? So we so we not going to do just that this other things that are important. I mentioned another thing little bit of unfinished business from earlier in the week. I'm I said you never going ahead, the phrase of woman's right to choose by by the November twenty twenty election that phrase will be dead and buried and part of history just to make that point Laverne Cox, who is a trends trends woman. Transact tryst transact don't just get any trouble here. She's on that. Nick fix show. Orange is the new black. She gave a speech at pits college in Clermont, California, and she recalled that she'd gotten into a spat on Twitter because she'd being talking about a woman's right to choose women's bald. A woman's right to choose. And when some guy came up and said, well, wait a minute. What about trans men? They have the. Right to abortions, too. Don't they, if you'll retransmission what kind of sick feminist denies a trans man, the right to an abortion? And she said, quite reasonably allow look come. We just keep this simple, the so much going on right now. And that just complicates it call, we just have a moment for women. And he said, no, you calm. What about the trans men getting pregnant they're all over the place. Every suburban subdivision, at least forty percent of the man of pregnant, you know, you got to address this, so in, in a commencement speech in Clermont, California. She said we have to stop talking about abortion being a woman's right? Because it's, it's the fact is now that men can become pregnant, too, so that abortion, is whole, so about a man's right to choose. And you know, like I just like regular squares Ville, right-wing hate manga. So I have a dog in this fight. But the internal contradictions of the rainbow coalition of becoming hotter and hotter to a two square. So I may have been I may have been a little bit generous. When I said that the woman's right to choose thing would be gone by the November election, next say it will be gone a lot sooner than that, you can bet that everyone leading in the polls, even Bill de Blasio Bill de Blasio who's who's got the coveted zero percent rating after his spectacular launch he basically. He he, he basically launched the big all the balloons all the bay GRA all the big endorsements, and that's called him out to zero percent. So do you think a guy with zero percent by the way he's tied with customers gillibrand at zero percent? And with Colorado governor John Hickenlooper at zero percent. So there's a lot of them. There's, there's a lot of the moving up into one move up into the next head of point three percent. The point three percent I think gets you a seat at the, the first democrat debate. But so new, none of these guys, a win gonna be willing to say any if you say to them, do think that abortion is a man's right to choose. They ain't going to have that, Darin, the headlamps. Oh, yes. Of course it is. I fully support a man's right to choose. No man should presume, to choose what another man, does with his body. And I believe that a man should have the right to have a full trimester boche in, in the event of rape, or incest. If you can do that, with a trans man, I don't really know but whatever it is. I'm in favor of it. This is we are seeing the descent into nuttiness of the democrat agenda in favor of pregnant, man. They're in favor of free lawyers for any of the six billion people in the world who want to move there in favor of full trimester abortion. They have an insane agenda, and they were all terrified of getting out of line with it. As I mentioned, it's the end of the week, you know of that means..

"Have encountered people from. Fifty different countries that was rebel. Folk course Boorda crisis is even getting Dem's attention. You just heard a top border chief reveal what he's been seeing at the Rio Grande valley section of our southern border. As President Trump is taking massive action despite headwinds with courts, and congress can anyone get a deal done and security installed. My original timetable of being able to release this by mid APRIL's stands. And so I think that from my standpoint by the by within a week, I will be in a position to release the poor to the public within a week. I think by Friday, Robin Mola report how it started. When we get when we get it. And why it seems like Dem's will never be satisfied. So let's begin. So yes, they will you bar? And by the way, he's made his way to Capitol Hill. He's getting seated he just walked in. The Senate side is a subcommittee is is having a chance to question him as Janine Janine of New Hampshire begins her questioning and William Burroughs sit there, and I have to admire how calm cool and collected. He was yesterday in the line of fire, and he was absolutely in the line of fire. A lot of venom. But he knows is going to be a lot different on may first and may second and what happens then the mole report have been out. He says I'm coming back to congress house. Senate those two days, and then people say specifically, and I guarantee every democrat will say you soft pedaled this and Republicans will say thanks you getting this out and doing a great job. So I'm sure you have Ford your pages and twenty two months to study anybody's life anybody's campaign anybody's two years in office any president anytime there's gonna be some negative things on that blue Bill bar made it clear he looked at the four hundred pages. But he had a heads up on. What was in the four hundred pages? That's how his able to in a day and a half turnaround four pages on its bottom line conclusions. Cut three the thinking of the special counsel. It was not a mystery to the people at the department of Justice prior to his submission of the report he had been interacting. He and his people had been interacting with the deputy attorney general and lawyers supporting the deputy attorney general in his supervision of the special counsel. So rod Rosenstein was seeing it now is our she told us in a previous hour. Why would you Rosenstein seeing it? He wrote the letter that would let Tacoma's ouster that led to this entire thing. But he's not he's conflicted. But he's out there. So I guess right Rosenstein, some point let everybody know, listen, there's no collusion here, which they knew because there would have been the ones to collude, but you never know what all these people were kind of gender. They're going to have. So Bill bar went on. When did Robert Mueller? Okay. The four pages that gave the bottom line on his four hundred pages. Cut to Mr. Muller's team did not play a role in drafting that document, although we offered him. The opportunity to review it before we sent it out, and he declined that. Right. And as was explained to me by most more to do that. Because if you start editing, it you might as well have written it. And then if you're right have a point that why have an attorney general, and as you see some people if I'm the believe some of the unnamed sources of the Washington Post New York Times NBC stories where upset with the bottom line conclusions that Bob Ma that Bill Maher one too. As opposed to the investigators where they really thought it went. So we're going to see it in about a week the other thing that's got Republicans harden is and it's got me hard. And we're going to find out about the Genesis who launched this. What was going on with George Papadopoulos and quarter page and the FIS accord abuse, they'll add them despite their lives. What was going on with that professor Stefan helper who was booking them for speeches overseas, and what was going on with the embassador over in Australia that evidently had a few drinks with George popadopoulos. What was going on with Josef Mifsud someone to work with the FBI going back to the feta investigation that soccer world soccer body? And now it's disappeared into Italy. And at everything to do with George Pavlopoulos introduction, which led to the FBI saying we have to find out more about links to Russia and candidate soon to be President Trump. So that is now on the table, Mollie Hemingway. Is one who is glad that Galina? There's an interest on amongst attorney general who actually works for Republicans in this process. Fifteen he said that one of the things that he's very interested in doing. Now is just understanding how did this investigation get going? What were people thinking, you know, we know that it's not true that there was this grand treasonous collusion issue that we were led to believe had happened. Well, why do people fall for this? Or how did it get started worthy the norms and processes that should have been followed followed, obviously, there are some problems there. And so I hope that it's a legitimate investigation. It's kind of crazy that we haven't had a legitimate investigation. This many years into it. But finding out how did it start finding out a little bit about, you know, all the criminal leaks that were part of this. We had people leaking classified information that should not have been leaked. And I'm not even sure if anyone's looked into it much less than held accountable. Yeah. And that's why a lot of people don't think that mowers that airtight group that didn't leak there's some reason why a lot of people got a lot of information ahead of time. So Matt continental. Works for the Washington Examiner. He was also on with Brent last night and talked about the shifting goalposts with this entire investigation. Because there's no there there when it comes to Muller and collusion cut seventeen we've gone from Trump Russia conspiracy, which seems to have been disproven by Muller's investigation to trim bar conspiracy which had been quickly adopted by the Democrats as the new political play for the weight understand bar. I think is view him as the anti combing. He's done everything by the book in contrast to the way that Komi kind of went ahead in inserted himself into the public sphere with his announce about the investigations and starting with that initial letter on that Friday when Barak was literally citing regulations stipulating this sending the letter this one going to prepare the report, this is the special counsel had no objections to did nothing out of line. He has done exactly what one would expect from someone who follows the book, and I didn't expect more fire from. Our yesterday because I remember his confirmation hearings. Now, we have a situation where his credibility has been shot at but he hasn't kit. You don't seem to care. I wouldn't either vows him. We'll be Willie accomplished. He was attorney general before. So this point is let it hang out you ever meet somebody in their seventies. They seem not to care. I don't know the president nights as an example after awhile, you just don't let the critics body as much next on the clashes in congress on Capitol Hill, we saw a lot of it. Now. I don't know if I wanna play all of it. But this is fascinating the Treasury Secretary. Who's a brilliant guy and has Newt Gingrich would point out later. The guy can buy and sell just about everyone in Washington. He just giving back to the country by bringing Treasury Secretary. He seems to love it. All right. So Steve Mnuchin and Maxine Waters, you talk about overmatched. Here's a little of the rudeness of Maxine Waters and one thing about Stephen Newton. He may be kind of go he may be a little drawn out. But he. He's not rude cut thirty five. I've sat here for over three hour and fifteen minutes. I've told you I'll come back. I just don't believe we're sitting here negotiating when I come back..

"The full forty eight. Now on the Bleacher report app, apple podcasts, and Spotify. As we reported deputy attorney. General rod Rosenstein and the president are scheduled to meet on Thursday. The president's attorney jaysekulow is already talking about pausing the Russian Vesta Gatien. I think it's really important that there'd be a step back taken here and a review, and I think it's a review that has to be thorough and complete and review that has to include an investigation of what has transpired with all of these statements and all of these allegations going back to the Strachan page and Bruce lower, and basically a time out on this inquiry. Joining me now it's in a Ron Wyden a member of the intelligence community. What does it make sense to you of that? There should be a time out in the mother investigation? Absolutely not and look. The president's lawyer basically giving away the game at this point made it's very clear that this is all about interfering with the Muller investigation. That's what the tweet through all about. That's what all of the changes in the story over the last few months has always been all about. And right now, if the Republicans are serious about protecting Muller investigation, they ought to step up and back our legislation that would ensure Bob Muller is insulated from politics. If there is truth though to the reporting by the time, the Rosenstein suggested secretly recording the president of disgust, twenty fifth amendment, should he resign or be fired him, couldn't even the perception that he's compromised work against the special counsel's investigation. Again, the facts are unclear at this point Anderson, but. Here's my bottom line. If Donald Trump fires, rod Rosenstein for the purpose of protecting himself from the molar investigation that would represent high crimes and misdemeanors. Should Rosenstein leave knoll Francisco. The solicitor general would likely oversee the rush investigational. He's temporarily based on what you know about him. Do you have faith that he would protect the integrity investigation? I don't. And the fact is he has a long record of trying to inflate executive power at every opportunity that's a prescription for trouble with this president. There has been a push from Democrats for months. Now, as you talked about pass some kind of legislation protecting Muller protecting the investigation at this point. I mean, it doesn't seem like there's any real appetite on the other side of the aisle among Republicans to support that. I think it's unfortunate again today we thawed them make statements in other words, whenever microphone front of them and they say, look, we want Bob Muller be able to do is investigation, and he ought to have the opportunity to be independent. We appreciate it. But then when it comes. To passing legislation that would really put some teeth behind that rhetoric they aren't there. So what's your message the president tonight about whether or not he should fire Rosenstein or what would happen if he did my message to the president tonight? Is that interfering with the Muller investigation is the wrong thing to do. It's the wrong thing to do for our country. It ineffective says that the president is above the law and Donald Trump shouldn't go there. Do you think the having the meeting on Thursday is to distract from the capital hearings? My sense is today was really right out of the Trump playbook. Whenever they've got problems, they go out and create does some chaos. They create some distraction. We were getting reports on the hill that this was smoke bombed today to distract from the cavenaugh allegations. Again, the bottom line is a lot of us are very concerned about this. Bob Ma. Is really in a race against against time. It's the president should not interfere with this investigation Senator Ron, Wyden appreciate your time. Thank you. Thank you coming up along those lines or Jeff Toobin has just been a piece in the New Yorker says, if Rosenstein is out on the molar invested investigation could be in his words kind of toes. He's back along with pre Perahera. I'll try not to.

"And we're back. So we knew I think on Monday, we were talking about how the night before on Sunday Trump was really going crazy on the Twitter really releasing his Twitter fingers, and people were like, I wonder what was going on. We'll that we were speculating. That's because Paul manafort's trial was about to start and they maybe that has something to do it. And then Rudy Guliani was out here just fucking up left and right and burning store. Yeah. Well, you know, that's that's how I label people. You know what I mean? Trump has his Guliani. Oh yeah, I'm here. I'm here really heavily anus. Ooh. Bruni right now. We got a record that record that. And we'll retake that before the segment and we're back so. Now we see last night or this morning Trump had all kinds of tweets, and I just kind of wanna break down each tweet to sort of indicate what this is sort of about because there's a few things giving Donald Trump trouble right now in terms of his legal jeopardy, because he's not a good boy. So this morning is first off top. He's just fires off a tweet about agent. Peter Struck who's the FBI agent who tweeted or who messaged Lisa page, I think is your name who's in FBI lawyer about? He's like, we can't. We like this guy. We have to stop this guy, meaning talking about Trump. And then yeah, the Republicans just took that one snippet even though he said, all this other stuff around it to say the FBI was against Donald Trump the whole time when really that's the FBI doesn't work like that unless they're trying to kill civil rights leaders. But so, yeah, them too. They all work together. So he goes FBI agent, Peter Struck on the Muller team Prentice. He should have recused himself on day one, and he's sort of a, it's a quote that Alan Dershowitz gave. You know, amazing legal mind, but he said the FBI was out to stop the election of Donald Trump. He needed an insurance policy. Those are legal. Improper goal is trying to influence the election. He should never have been allowed to remain in the FBI while he himself was being investigated. This is a real issue, won't go into a mother report because mother is going to protect these guys. Muller has an interest in creating the illusion of objectivity around this investigation. So again, this is an attack on the Muller investigation. He's trying to discredit Robert Muller and the FBI and it seems like he clearly, this is a tweet of somebody who's worried, you know, you don't just fire this off out of nowhere. But this is clearly this is his attempt of being like you're listening to our mother because he's fucking wag anyway, is sort of how I'm distilling that. Then next up, he really starts cranking the volume up on the panic stereo. He says, this is a terrible situation, attorney general Jeff Sessions trumped up, Russian. Oh, I mean, I normally have another one, but such like this outraged white guy, this is terrible. Okay. It would do this. There's a terrible situation anyway. All right. Tony, general Jeff Sessions should stop this rigged witch hunt right now before continues to stay in our country. Five that Bob Ma is a tote is a totally conflicted, and he's seventeen angry. Democrats that are doing his daddy work or a disgrace to USA is the Australian version. But again, he's he's literally saying attorney attorney general Jeff Sessions, stop the fucking investigation..
