What did have something to do with the complexity or lack thereof say the turner versus subpoena. Yes no.

"I love that and again, the little things that maybe you don't think about all the time when you're walking into your own business every day all the time. It's just it's so important to to keep all of those little details in place I'm one of the other things the other chapters in your book That's interesting. 'cause we talk about systems and I. Love. Systems. Talking about policy and why policy can be a four letter word. Now, how do you think differently about systems verses policy? While the word policy, it's an oxymoron obviously policy I could spell is not for letters. But it is a four letter word in my office and four letter word the words we don't use, and it's rare that anyone has ever said to a customer while our policy is while Bob La and they proceed to tell the customer something that's GonNa work to the customers advantage. The word policy is way too often used as a scapegoat to tell the person something like we don't care enough about you to make this, right. So. Our policy is that's what they ought to proceed with because that's what they're saying. The word policy our policy is blahdy blahdy block. The person stops listening right away. Why don't you replace that with? Well, the way we normally do things is in the proceed to tell them how it's going to be their benefit because the words policy is no, it's a four letter word. I hate to say it that way, but it's a four letter word. It's not taken in the right context. It's not seen by anybody as of something worthwhile to them with you. Hear me say, well, my policy is you know what's going to come out of my mouth next it's GonNa suck for you. And I love also how when you say this is what we normally do. What you're inferring to the to the customer is, Hey, this is our normal. Procedures what we're we're open to flexibility if it's not something you're comfortable with, and that is exactly the tone that you're setting exactly when you say that it's what we normally do. You just put the word normal there but your special. So what what is it about you? That's GonNa make this policy. Pardon me for saying so but it was against going to make us different in your case because if they don't have a good reason to be different. Maybe we'll stick with how we normally do things. That is so interesting to this is how we normally do it and again you're you're inferring that you know what if if you want to do something different if you are just not our normal customer, it's okay we're we're open to that. We want to change it around. And, it sounds like also what that leads into a lot is you empower your people to make a change or to do something that's not maybe the policy. Four letter word the policy. Is it sounds like you're you do a good bit of that. How how do you infuse that into your staff if everybody's obligation in my office to act like they own the place? Simply WanNa tell them. It's their obligation to act like the only place. With that ownership comes of financial check. They can all spend.

"I think that Youtube relationships don't last in the same way that a lot of reality TV star relationships don't last is that when things get to a certain point, they feel like they have to fake the funk. As opposed to like taking care of their staff flake. In, one of these families that we both whites The father was unhappy. Didn't went the lifestyle that he was. Portraying an all that stuff and so he started to behave out side of the marriage. But of course, he was continuing act like everything was great. Everything was great emam. She was exposed then it was okay. Well, now we're going to counseling and we are trying to figure our staff from Bob La and inevitably got divorced because the reality is that's not where the father wanted to be. Legs were said in the case of the Toyin Adam they were still doing good base leeming. They still doing good in terms of their business they just. Felt like a we have to do the right thing and be married and stay married and have our kids and Blah Blah Blah and it's like if y'all are not romantically compatible. Yeah. Don't fake the funk for US yeah. But I don't feel like it's just for us. It's also for a check for endorsement deals for securing potential deals for their kids in the future. So it's like. The have you have the business aspect where you do really well, when work together but the romantic or maybe marriage bonding like you said, it's just not there anymore. So that's the is like if you built them together and their wheat into each other, I don't know exactly how you'll be able to separate that and keep the foundation strong. I am. Bad I don't I don't want it for myself. Say for sure. But I'm also someone that's like when I see that something's not working the I think I've said on this podcast but you definitely know Eliot be like was this isn't working so Clear or I'm. "Star basically, right and got smashed by guy driving nuts. Yeah. And the guy that the driver car, you know, gut I tried to get back in his car and drive away and a win drive half a car. Drive away. He ran out in the woods and the police had to go, look, no. No couldn't find him from his car. Sixty seconds story. That's very similar. I'm standing driving to lake Arrowhead and upstanding on. This turn is looking at the city with this chick. And we just hear this truck coming up come up road on my deck onto fast because we're on a big sweeping left, and we turn around. We're safe distance for the road. And he just understeers into a Rockwall. Eighteen Wheeler truck known like Silverado fifteen hundred go he jumps. He lands between a tree and the wall. And he's truck just hang in the air and truck turns off, and he opens the door and looks around. He sees like there's only two people there and close the door. And he turns the truck back on he floors it. He's trying to get off the wheels are in the air. Around for a while. We're trying to calm down that we call nine one one, Bob LA and as years the cops approaching he just walks toward the wall and just jumps off of it to hopefully scape. The cops. He lands in a different tree. Cops show up and the pharma show like Cirque stop moving, sir. I don't see what's happening shares. Like stop movie, we're here, we gotta stop. And you share like any tries it again. And then lands, and you just go. Oh now he's injured. The hardest rescue. Got he fucked up a couple times daily driver other. I've never put into a tree Arado truck. Nothing wrong with us over but back to it. He he's desperate for to be electric desperate for to be let you do in LA. A lot of sense everytime. I driven I had a volt for awhile. And I think the vote was one of the greatest cars ever made and sad. They're not making any more. And if there's any of them left on dealer, lots everyone should go buy them because the best daily driver. But the every time I drive a tesla when I get to my destination. I'm a little calmer. It's like because there's no vibrations or harshness, and because I'm driving on one.

"Bret Hart has a prodigy chat around this time. He says he thinks Jim not heart made a mistake in judgment going along. With those angles that had happened to the final two weeks on the WWF. He thought that the WWF humiliated spying brat. What did you think of that? I mean, I can understand Brad. They can that same time from a company standpoint. You're looking at it got heat with brat. Okay. Here's one of the boys. If it gets heat with the boys the boys bide if the boys sell it than usually the audience is gonna by the audience is going to sell it. So for that, very reason. The self. In the same chat Breyer response to criticism where he had been critical the direction of the company specifically with the more racy edgy, adult right and stuff and he was critical events. But man, of course, most of all of that. But Vince would respond to some criticism by saying well before restaurant thirteen raw your Cussing at of the microphone on TV Brad say in his products chat that he thought they were off the air, and he didn't realize until after the fact they weren't off the air. Now, realize euro-mexican, consign will shed. But that is a show where you went over. And I know you're gonna say, but we knew we were going to you whenever you're a lot of time saving random crawl bump saying so stockings start at blah, blah, blah. So it was an unusually long segment, and they stayed with it as a reminder Asiago wash this as the go home soda raw right before wrestlemania thirteen. One of the best sides are all ever up to that point. But everything had sort of been into a tailspin where. The original man of f horse wasn't going to happen because Sean lost a smile. Everything. Shaken up as a result. So you really lose a lot. Pushes down. Vincent went in the ring, grabs the mind said, he's sick and tired of this bullshit and everybody in that goddamn dressing room. Bob, Bob, LA phenomenal promo felt real. And Brett would say he didn't know he was on the air. Those Brad baby facing on you know, Bret Hart and Bret doesn't get nearly credit for this. You should Bret Hart was such an innovator. And Bret Hart was a guy would constantly come up with new ideas, new ways to do things to give people something that they thought they weren't supposed to get a mistake. Oh that wasn't supposed to happen retinue. And Brett was given that line in the idea behind. It was just that. It was a mistake on my God Brett soup pissed off. Custom tv. That was a little designed for. And that's what it did in it worked. So. Yeah, Brett did. No. And. A lot of that. You know, you go back a back to wrestlemainia twelve where Bret wanted to work the boys in and it was Brett's idea to storm out of the building that day and create the animosity between him and Sean. So that even the boys would be buzzing boy Brent was pissed off after that. But didn't like losing the title, and he's upset with Shawn base. Never gonna come back, and do it that was that part of it that was prince creation. Creating things in new in different ways in head social media been what it is today back. Then I dare say that I believe Brent probably would have used that. And been one of the first utilize that to further his story. Lies things. Go. I do want to mention in the same chat. He blamed the previous problems with hall HOGAN that he had on Vince McMahon. Putting thoughts and words in his head. After real. At the Montreal for job. Now, he realizes the kind of person that Vincent man is and says he wants to talk to find out real story. And we know we're talking about here we talked about in the fuss and screamed in custody about it..

"There's not all these bright vibrant colors because that's just not a resin evil game or maybe that's an excuse Kremlin on either way. The game looks great and detail does not disappoint. So going back to this whole poop story. So in resolute where you, this is what detail means please pretty please proceed. So in resin evil or raccoons, police departments kinds of last stand of the survivors in the city, the last unified stand and in resin evil resume on the places you kind of get a sense of that, but obviously their technical imitations all the backgrounds for just sort of like pre rendered. You can't really interact with them Bob LA. But in this. Game, obviously, time so changed. And so you see little things everywhere that remind you that this really was a last stand for a lot of people, and this is things did not go well, and you can see that you can see the desperation that happened there. So I walked into the mayor's media room. I think it's the chief one or the other. There's a media room in this building and it's where all the press conferences were happening. In person, the middle. There's a very badly fucked up body and there's blood street. There's a blood trail leading from a door came from. But if you look in the corners of the room, you can see, garbage bags piled almost ceiling high. And then you see these little tiny little bags. Next said, garbage bags that look like little doggy bags. And I know what these look like because I have a dog if he poops a lot and I'm like, oh, I know it's in those begs because there's also toilet paper right outside the hallway and putting all these pieces together and like, yes, do you are telling me a story and I appreciate it.
