"Are often the ones that wind up on top people. Say you can't think of all the stuff about gawker and deadspin old gawker old deadspin. You can't do that. Says the person who didn't publish what they publish. You're not allowed to do that now. Okay i did it. And i think your other point you made earlier is really good too is when we talk about the rules there are some broadly accepted. Rules of things you can and can't do but now in this age where there are a billion different media entities including people that are just twitter accounts. What what rules possibly our governing us at this point And surely almost everybody is breaking a rule that someone thinks is someone else thinks rule. So you know. Hey i'm i'm i'm saying this about joe biden donald. You're not allowed to say that. Well i just did it on my twitter account so i. I didn't agree to the rules ever. I'm not a newspaper reporter. That's a funny. I think sort of part of this age in particular to Anyway i just thought that whole kind of thing is funny and you know just funny would with journalism rules. Because they're so much crying foul. There's so much working. The refs i do believe in them. I don't think there should be agreed upon things but as soon as you sort of poke at it it becomes such a kind of funny idea. And like i said i don't think readers really care We're gonna save bob. Bob woodward david mostly for monday because he has a new book out. But i wanted to go over a few parts of it with you today. Woodward has now completed his one word title trump trilogy. Hey yes we had fear We had rage. Elizabeth gardner listener ass refresh. My memory police did either of you predict peril to be the one word title of the upcoming woodward book. No and i've said this before on the show. But i i immediately feel myself transported back to my days. Were in book publishing where you're just sending around title memo's just like suggested you know the best case scenario is the author submits a proposal that has a title attached to that. Everybody disagrees on high fives. And that's just straight through when you have to start negotiating it. It always gets the more voices involved in any kind of work of are the more kind of wishy washy. It'll become but no. I've seen these emails. That just have i mean. It's almost embarrassing right. It's just like like fifty different nouns. We'll just be liberty you know in a single column list and people have to go through and like highlight the ones that they think work or whatever i mean it's just it i can feel it i can. I know that's what happened your perreault. It's not an accurate but it it probably one out by being virtue by virtue of being less inaccurate than the other words on the list right. It's it's there's you know there's there's sometimes where you'll get the book cover mockups with multiple different options. You know it'll be like we haven't settled. We're we're down to these three. Can you just show us the covers with these three. And then you pick which one looks the best i mean it's wow peril perils perez and alzheimer. It's kind of an only in journalism word. Not sure how many times. I've actually said the word peril probably been tempted to write it the other thing. That's interesting about the new woodward is it is a dual byline woodward book. Which isn't as i obviously. But yes bob woodward and robert kosta He's from the washington post who've been on this podcast. Bob and bob Do you did that. Have any resonance to you. You know so. Yeah oh gee investigative reporter plus you know young ish in younger youngest investigative reporter teaming up. Yeah i mean this is my first rasha was obviously. This is like a great pro wrestling tag team where the old veteran takes on the young protege and they conquer the world right. I mean this is. It's a. It's all the all of the the weight that that the bob woodward brings to the project with sort of the chops that bob guy robert costa so brings to the pro the project. I mean it's it's a it's a really. It's a really great duo a bit. It almost seems like it almost seems like created factory or at air laboratory right. I mean it's just like how could you like. What is the best possible. We talked about campaign books and political books and everything else. A lot of these dual bylines. you know because there's a lot of writing to be done relatively short period of time but also because different people have different points of access and everything else but this just seems like like if a publishing company had the power of a major movie. Mogul this is how we're gonna get. We're gonna get dicaprio and scorsese in the room together and we're going to make this project work ray. This is this though. The woodward kosta we if we could get these two week itsel a trillion copies of the book and they. You know they've made it happened. It was probably more of a decision of the writers in this case. You realize the sort of obvious potential that they had together yeah. There's a little bit of tony. Bennett lady gaga. I can we fresh enough. The act a little bit twenty minutes in his nineties. Do you know that it is trying to my wife. And i were trying to place him in history dislike he did he overlap with the ratpac. Like how could he have been like. How could he possibly be like now. He's gonna be in his late seventies or something. Man's these incredible. Yeah it's not. Like woodward is not tony bennett now. But he's tony bennett. And johnny cash when they had that. Mtv euro rediscovery. Yes exactly and it's like can we put them with new material. Can we put them with somebody younger and a music video or with the song. What's a candy. Move because you know writers. Don't really age out your journalists. Whatever they don't necessarily a job partly because they're not in front of us. I mean even though bob woodward is in front of his he is an ageless wonder but But yeah i mean at some point you have to realize that that you know do wet is a good idea even if nobody around you is pointing at it and saying it our pella crystalline trump did the definitive bob.

How are you? I'm good. How are you? I'm good. So nice to talk to you. How long have you been in L. A I recently moved away. So about 78 weeks approximately really knew very, very new. It's something that I think in the back of my mind, I always knew that will happen. Even when I Lived in New York for quite a critical time in New York about 14 years. But you know how in New York is are we never think we're gonna move to l A. So it took him a few years to do that, and I ended up in Europe. For a few years and decided to move back to America. Miss America on by, You know the weather in Los Angeles so fantastic and reminding me off. Tell Aviv I think in general, just the nature of the place reminds me of television driving part of the weather, the beach and also the people in a way. S O. Are you Are you making it work for yourself? Just on Bob Ca, or are you personal Chef ing as well? And no personal chef ing and you know, since the whole bobcat took off, which you know, just called me off guard, because I I really had no idea that this is going Get to this level and yet, but I'm able to just do the whole thing together. I sleep, you know, four hours a night and I wake up in 5 30 in the morning and I stay up here almost two o'clock. In the morning, and I'm very, very humbled and very, very happy that you know, we just got into the level. So let's talk about Bobcat. What makes a Bob Vodka and not just another coffee cake. The way started was, you know women was making calibrate force about and they just use the leftovers of the dough, perfectly Crude. And some sugar and cinnamon rolled it and turned it into a cake. And the name Bob Carr is grandmother, which I'm very lucky to still have still have my grandmother alive. Um he just turned 100 won t fear so, yes, So it means a lot of things. But I think the history is just so important, especially being Jewish and especially, you know, coming from Israel and not living in Israel and You know, maintaining the heritage and you know in the culture and know that I grew up with back because I'm Sephardic and my parents, you know, to make the least but I was exposed it and I literally fell in love with it. I got really attached to this cake. It is almost like I literally talked to that even that crazy, But I always wish them well. Then why put them into the other? Because I do love there. You know, it's just my babies now. There's such an interesting cake because they have the texture of Hollis Summer, more rich even more like a brioche. But then they have the filling, which I think a lot of people are very partial to the chocolate ones. And this this vertical braid, which makes it look Very different and changes the texture of it. A lot of yours are baked on a sheet pan, so they they don't have the support of the sides, which makes them look different. It's kind of emphasizes. The layers of the braid. Can you talk a little bit? About what? Yours What The texture of yours is like, absolutely Absolutely So. My best friend from England, you know his name is Iran pp and he's ah. Really, really, really major just in England, and I was lucky enough to spend a little time with him while I was in England, and he's making him backwards like this. Not exactly the same way that I make them. But he told me that he needs to have its own space and you don't need to limit it. It needs to just just go everywhere and whatever it decides to do, it should do And I think When he said that it made sense to me because I don't like perfect things. I like imperfections. And I think we live in a world where everything needs to look so perfect. And you know, you talked about Instagram and Pictures. I don't want to make beautiful things and I want to make beautiful things and I want to make things that are photographed well, but I think in perfection I mean in everything in life is the most beautiful thing. And they come to life when I just let it be on on on a train Unlimited. Eso is talk to us about some of the variations you do. I know you do one with like a holla ish kind of sesame cream or paste. Yes, I do. I do any cream with honey roasted pecans, And sometimes I involved some some saffron in it in the dough, Actually, when I you know, I just I used the water. I just used some saffron in the water off the dough, and it gives it like this. Vice. You know, it gives us something really, really nice. Ah, this like cake and I just love However, like growing up there was you know it. It was my candy. I grew up in the Middle East. They grow up in Israel and Was everywhere when I was growing up, and I think the combination of hired by a chocolate he's so this is a side of you know, I remember my my mom use to buy Calibrate aunt used to bring it home. And the first thing I used to do was to take life chocolate spread like a really witty, you know, very tasty chocolate spread in some tahini in just makes the whole thing with honey. And when I created this Bob guy, so this is like my childhood dream like this is what I loved as a child, and this is what I want to create for Other people to have, you know, in a much more luxurious way. But still the same flavors that I grew up on again. Going back to history. This is what I want to give people you know, I want to keep people are part of my history is a child growing up in Israel with a mother who cooked and face Harry higher life. "To be here honored to be here Always a great privilege to be here. This has been an absolutely bonkers Yeah. So far, it began with an economy going gangbusters. On the Democrat party, unable to coalesce around any viable candidate who might be able to take out trump for them to remember all the good I can hardly even remember these guys bait or walk. Remember that guy Bloom bug on? Eventually, they wound up with Joe Biden. As the last man standing, although he wasn't actually the last one is the last man lying down, taking a nap and he went into the basement on DH hasn't been seen in months. He's come out today and he's doing a press conference is first I think news conference or whatever he's calling it. In months. And he's saying that we don't need a cheerleader. We need a president for a start. He's China's guy. I'll give you some breaking news actually, before we go any further Because I should have mentioned this 15 minutes ago, the FCC is named away. And Z T. E Corp. Another Chinese company, to be threats to national security. And, AH, that's ah, a step towards driving the Chinese manufacturers out of the U. S market where small rural carriers have come to rely on their cheap network equipment. And what is frustrating about this whole black lives matter Destruction? This spree of destruction this last month is that we were actually having we went an unusual position. Of actually having a national conversation that mattered. Five or six weeks ago, when we were talking him out how China has become the dominant power on the planet. We were told that we couldn't make manufacturing was never going to be coming back. We were never going to make widgets anymore. We widgets could be made much cheaper in China. So everything was gone to China, which it wise on, we would have to be focused. This was the phrase they use 20 years ago, the knowledge economy we were going to be the knowledge economy. And then somehow it turned out that the knowledge economy is all down to Holloway and CT and these other Chinese companies. That's all in China, too. So we got nothing left but rage. Tail on then retail got clobbered by the cove it now so you can open a restaurant you in the service industry. It's the worst industry to be in when there's a pandemic, because if you're in a factory and you make things, whether it's far away or you're making widgets or you making T shirts, you're you're with the same group of people every day in the retail business. If you've got a shop if you got a restaurant If you're on an airline, you're meeting just random person's phone in it. You knew every hour of the day new bunch of people you much more exposure to threats like the pandemic, So we became a retail economy, and that was an an and As I said, very rarely. Do we ever talk about anything that matters in the national discourse? Because we have this sort of Ah third rate political dinner theater. That goes on most of the time, but five or six years ago 56 weeks ago. We want she told him out something that's seriously mattered. How did China Become the dominant power on the planet as it is, As I said last hour, the W H o the World Health Organization that's actually a metaphor for the planet. You pay for it. China owes it. So China gets its stewed in there on DH that students that Beijing Bob Guy, Dr Ted Rose. He doesn't do anything that upsets his great patron chairman's. He hires people. Get on with Chairman Ji and take the chairman G line on things. There's a Canadian guy on there. Absolutely pitiful fellow cringe making Lee Grove. It won't even say the word Taiwan. Don't even say it because it upsets Because it upsets chairman she then you've got Dr Ted Rose. Accusing Taiwan of being racist because they want to get rid of him. Ah, and so, 56 weeks ago, we were in a very unusual see. We were actually talking. The pandemic had actually brought into focus The fact that China China makes all our medicines. China is the Everything you say in the pharmacy is the principle ingredients are made in China. So we can't ever go to war with China because they'll cut off the medicine supply. And so after four weeks, all of our fantastic ah, planes and tanks that need to be operated by people at the peak off their form. All those guys would have come down with headaches and irritable bowel syndrome because China makes all the medicines on then, so it was a fantastic thing. If you've waited if you if you if you actually want to step back because most political conversation is like Godzilla's footprint at the beginning of the Godzilla movie on everyone standing around in this strange indentation that's appeared In the ground on the edge of town and the local sheriff and the doctor and everyone also, I can't make head nor tail of this thing. And then the camera pulls up way up to the sky. And you realize they're standing in a giant footprint of where Godzilla's has plunked his foot down, but they can't see it because it will close up and that's how we discuss Global events, most of time to where to close up beta walk. He's suddenly important. No, he's not. He's completely unimportant. Any time you spend discussing beta rocks is a waste of time, so I will. We're talking about something that matters. Five or six weeks ago, then the last month we've just seen it's bean bonkers across not just America, but across Canada, across Australia, across New Zealand across the UK and to some extent in continental Europe, too. Suddenly the statue's being toppled. People has suddenly going bananas over 200 year old statues. All we got to tear down this guy I'd never heard of him till 10 minutes ago. We gotta tear it down. Got to tear it down. Why? What's happening? Oh, it's police reform. So the Eunuch Republicans again They're always talking about the last issue..

"Political consultant is right there in the nation's capital. So have the Republicans been hiring you and listening to you? And, and trying to draw information from you. I mean, clearly to hold down the the Democratic Party, total of the African American vote by getting more Republican votes out of that community boy that that would go along way toward assuring. The, the reelection of the president had they been calling you listening to you. Let's just say we've been having conversations but I'm not one for a lot of talk. I want action. And again, President Trump to my disappointed us for has not met with any black entrepreneurs who are plotted the party again, as I said in while you previous segments, Jim the best way to get attention. The black Republican is to be a black democrat, and it seemed like this party biz over backwards to go pull black Democrats, obscurity, at the expense of black of public into been in the trenches at who've been fighting the good fight for decades and decades. And you realize for example, the wealthiest black in America not Oprah Winfrey. Bob guy, friend of mine client David Stewart in Saint Louis. He always ten billion a year, Jim and IT at he was riding six figure tech to the party. They, they had no idea. What I had no idea. He was either. Just now, I, I would I would have guessed Bob Johnson. Really? Yes. How, how can they be aware if you're writing checks that big how can how can they not know who he is? Yeah. You will be made I could have you on the phone and over better days and days with toys, like this. I mean, here, the guy that, that had a rags to riches story, you talking about Horatio Alger. He is the embodiment of it and, and is very conservative. Gimme his name again. Please give me his name. David L Stewart. S. T. W. A R D. And he did a book about doing business based on golly principle, but former president H W Bush Bush forty one did the forward to the book, you know, five ten years ago. Well, we're going to have to dilute into getting him on as well. I guess you're let's take a call from shot and Saint Louis. Good evening, Sean ironic. I'm sorry. Thank you. Thank you, Jim. Can you hear me? Yes, you're on the radio. Go right ahead. Yeah. As usual, the interviewer, you have think s tonight, Mr. Jackson and Laurie spoke. The more I understand, is context. Orientation work, your where from and what he's gone through he called out the girls soaking lace, as being too much of a show. He's a different words and he called out Candice, and I thought I have people at work that I, I say, you know, haven't haven't you followed the democratic movement enough to need to listen to more conservative views, and I've, I've had listened to people like Larry elder's and, and Kansas ferrelli does he recommend some of those individuals, maybe general, west and sheriff Clarke, you know, somebody's people gone viral and get more news. But you know, I can't I thought she was doing a good job for maybe young people, both colors. You know, but I can see the. Show it maybe sometimes distraction. But when you tell the truth, you know that you can get the point across. But sometimes people get confused and listen and my last statement is how do the Reverend get so much traction. I'll listen to your. All right. Excellent boys will come back to the Reverend point. I would know one thing that, that Mr. Jackson's been pointing to has been black. Entrepreneurs black business leaders, certainly just take the example of Larry elder very thoughtful and articulate vigil. He is a talk show host. I'm not aware of any entrepreneurial background that he has, please proceeding. Yeah. Did back to this Kansas all situation. Number what she testified. The house you this year committee, Jim last month. He had five times over remarks. He's a democrat. She they never Trumper. If you go back at twenty sixty a read some of the vile stuff, she said about Donald Trump. She's not a Republican. She's not a conservative, and so how dare you Republican party take the flavor of the month, remember before candidates on the few year two ago. It was Stacey dash the actress who came out in twenty twelve with Romney, and and she went viral. And so they measure success by the number followers, and tweet. I've measure success by victory every Celts. All right. Yeah. And, and the last part, how did the, the reverend's get so much traction? I remember when Jesse Jackson was first running for president, I guess it was nineteen Eighty-four. In fact, I was out on the campaign trail covering part of part of that, that election campaign that year and I remember the comment that was made so often by the Jackson, people regarding his candidacy, if not Jesse who and their point was that he had nationwide name recognition of the phrase it quite that way. But that the that the leading, for example, black politicians, or I suppose you could have tossed into the mix a leading black business leaders of the public hadn't heard about, and I think that was their answer, probably at all they would have called it name recognition. But that's pretty much why I think they had so much traction people had heard of them. Yeah. Well, hear the different Jim. Liberalism. Always rushed to the black ministers, the and the Democratic Party as their token Representative of the black community. But if you look, historically, on the Republican side when it comes to the black community, it's always been the black onto again. I maybe Jackie Robinson, Jesse Owen Sammy Davis junior. Do you realize him other Richard Nixon, the phrase, black, capitalism, was formed and a result of that Earl graves with black enterprise in New York? John Johnson from avenue book, Jeff maga- Ichikawa, go. They all start become a flourishing, visit other nickel because Nixon force auto industry to start advertising in their publications and through Nick, and that term black capitalism came out in the late sixty early seventy all these old time. Prominent blacks made their millions of dollars. Of the nicotine ministration, because he understood what the term black capitalism bit. And that's how they became so successful. It'd be joke for me with my dear post the post, but I will not read the daily. Thank you. Bob guy. Bye. Bye. It's all about the Benjamins baby though, good. We've got their best Gus. Because I've been trying to figure back around which is that. That's your me. No, it is sort of Brown now, but he used to be black while. Stugatz. That shirt is older than Chris, Cody. It is DCC's live with our show with Stu gods on ESPN radio. What kind of questions, honestly, I want you to think about this for a second. What kind of questions? Are you getting.

"Labor him. And what did she say, Jim? Throw it on new Michigan congresswoman and told a crowd. We are going to impeach that blinker blinker. Now, first of all the obvious point. If Trump said this at a rally all count, could you imagine? Mitt Romney's head would explode for the lack of civility. So this woman says it, and this is what Nancy Pelosi comes back with Nancy Pelosi said generation that would not be language. I would use. But nonetheless, I don't think we should make a big deal of it. And then she went on to say that Nancy Pelosi issues that I'm not in the center, censorship business. I'm not going to get outraged by everyone makes excuses for their own side. That's the bottom line here. That's all this is. I'm not gonna make a national case out of it. That's all it is everyone makes excuses for their own side. And then attacks the other side as if they're Satan. I wanna make here is this is only gonna get worse. A lot lot worse. I was reading the other day about the cultural revolution in China, which was a student led movement. And it started with public. Public humiliation public shaming 's. So what they would do is these students would find professors that they thought were against chairman Mao and they would drag them out of their office or out of the classroom, and they put him in the put on a giant like like dunce hat, but huge look it up on Google cultural revolution. I don't know professors or something like ten foot tall dunce caps. They put on them, and they put a heavy board around their neck and then make them parade around campus. We've done that Tarik. Sure. Yeah. This is a huge procr- comically large. Such a thing about that happening here in America right now, I say this because it's going to be way worse here. You think the word blank blank owner is bad? This will become discourse. I promise you. It will continue to devolve, and we'll get way worse than it is now college campuses in America are bad worse than they've ever been here. But nothing compared to what they can be nothing compared to what China was in the cultural revolution. And we're no better than them. So what they did is they would prey these professors around campus. It's spit on him and yell at him and all the rest throw stuff out. And then they bring 'em up on stage and make them do what they call the airplane. So they'd have the professor stand up bend over at the waist and students were pull their arms straight behind them. And then pull their hair make their head pullback. So. An airplane with their arms got back in their head upright. And then make them pull them like harass them like that as a throwing stuff out of. So it's it's a comfortable, but it's also humiliating to be in that position and gets spit out. All that was just the beginning. Devolved from their later years. These people were physically torture to put prison in the murdered. Everyone just went logo. War getting there. Now, there's a couple off ramps to prevent us from getting to that point. But this is certainly the path we're headed on when it comes to what's going on college campuses and political discourse, this is not an anomaly. The head of the DNC for the love of pe- Peres drops F bombs all the time that Bob guy from speeches by. That's not even know that. So mother blinker. No, no, no. That's that's that's that'll be fine. Don't worry that will be fine..

"But I'm a little bit skeptical now that that's ever going to happen anywhere. Mitch judge just want Carmelo to be happy. Don't you just want the guy to be happy and whatever time he has left in professional. It's a very high priority in my Christmas list. He's kind of punish that that nest egg, Mike, you know, that's important before we, you know. Okay. Now, let me ask you this. Could he could the Lakers this? I can't believe I'm going to say say it anyway, could the Lakers turn out to be a good fit for him to it doesn't until the happens. And again, a minute doesn't work. I guess you work. Lebron made it work with JR Smith is it possible that he could make it work with Carmelo here. Here's here's here's the. Here's the two words that introduce a problem here that we have not yet uttered, Luke Walton he happens to be the coach. Okay. We keep talking about LeBron can make the Bronco the problem with Carmelo Anthony. Isn't that other players like him a lot of other players like him? And a lot of other players. See his game players. See it through the eyes of you know, hey, the guy can ball. We get him on the team. We'll figure it out, but he still would have to unless the bronze not gonna determine minutes for everybody in the game. And and everything else that goes on there in which case, Luke, Walton can go home. And and and can, you know, come back at the end of the year and get his ring. It's the coach who has to decide how he's going to you to Kotor, but Mitch you would be Dakota. Championship. But his problems have been with coaches who have tried to fit him into a system. Yeah, he clearly can shoot and he can grab you some rebounds. And that's it. He's not gonna make anybody else better. If the brand James has such power over him that Carmelo Anthony will just come there. Like, you know, like a happy puppy and say just tell me where to go the Braun, then sure fine. He's got natural skill. He's a big guy. You can give you some minutes. And if the brand says you're gonna sit on the bench until we need you now come in in the second quarter with the with seven minutes left. Okay. Now, you're gonna go out and they're not gonna start the third. Sure. Of course, you can help but Carmelo going to do that. And is Luke Walton going to allow that to hide I think this point in Carmelo's career after he was told after about fifteen minutes that the rockets did not want him. Okay. I would think that has been a bit of a life lesson. If it took this long for him to require a life lesson, but Mitch I can. To be fascinated by the Los Angeles Lakers and the presence of the greatest player on the planet on that team right now, you look at the standings right now, they are in fifth place in the conference. They are fifteen and nine after a slow start. Okay. There's only one team ahead of them. That's that. They think is better than them. And that's the Golden State Warriors. Do they think they can beat the clippers? Yeah. Bet you they do do. They think they can be thunder. A bet you do do they think that the Denver Nuggets are going to stay in first place. I bet you they think they don't so listen they already brought in Rondo and somehow that didn't sink the team even though he obviously spent some time away from them. Okay. Car LeBron's presence there. And we know that he becomes the general manager of any team. He plays for. I I may this may be dumb of me. I am fascinated by the Lakers and their prospects going forward. And if they think that he can help them a little why not bring him in. I'm impressed with them. I I didn't expect them to even make the playoffs. And I thought they would be in a mixture they wouldn't Bob guy..

"A career opium of eight ninety two and and you know, he just happy that he had a moment that people could get some. We didn't get a chance to comment on because it came in the middle of the week between Monday when we do the podcast on Friday when dealing with, but looks like Clayton Kershaw does know how to pitch in the postseason. So something to put in your back pocket is the dodgers keep going, you know, nice chain, the brewers have. They are so hot. Nobody can remember the last time they lost a game Lebanon. It Christian yelich is having an unbelievable run Ryan. Braun, remember him is hitting three eighty five against the Rockies and you know, Bob guy, the Red Sox didn't want Travis Shaw is that was a that goes down one of the worst deal. So I was shocked with Mark my words on this, Mike, we've seen it before the best thing that can happen to the Milwaukee Brewers. At this point is that the dodgers win fast. You do not want to sit around to the timers here in town. I said that can't be any hotter than this. And then a day goes by without baseball day goes by without baseball. Another day goes by with them baseball. This is not football where you cherish your days off and you lick your wounds and you say, boy, I'm getting healthier with every day that we're all there is Mojo in there was karma and you want to keep it going. And depending on if that LA series goes the distance, that's at least I'm, I'm, it's got to be at least four days off. And four days off when you are on an eleven game, winning streak is not a good thing. So best thing for them as is Dodger's Winton and nothing, and they schedule game one for them. We have to have a sports reporter salute to the Croats might stone. I just going to bring it up what a great story. The man for people don't know Eric, I he gave it was under my radar his entire career. I'm sorry, this is his eighth team has been with two of them twice. He didn't hit the big till he was thirty. He's thirty eight years old. Oldest man has started game a behind the plate in history of of the playoffs. And this is his and he is cherishing. This moment he is a one seems like a pleasant fellow and and how you got a love it or recruit street before yesterday's getting this is this is why we love. You know, one of the many, many reasons. The three of us love sports because he stories pop up out of nowhere. And and this is one of the best ones of recent times three for four went three for four in the Clinton game, and there's one other guy we gotta talk about on this team. Mitch is is Josh hater? Oh my goodness. Oh, oh my goodness. What a trip he is every single time he comes out of the bullpen. All right. Before we get to college football, Michael, you've got something and say, well, I, you know, I it is. It is. It is well known in. If you listen to me or follow me. I, I'm a big proponent of Gillette razor blades, I, it's the only razor blade I have ever shave with my my dad. Gave me my first Gillette razor. He ninety four year old pops still shaves with one. I, you know, I'm a once a day shaeber, but I wanted to be easy and Gillette makes it easy always has I have. I have the mach three. I have the fusion prochell. I know this sounds like inside baseball for racers, but if you've ever shaved with these razors you, you know the shaving cream is great. Okay. My son's now shave which Jillette and it's it's, you know, this is a heartfelt a product endorsement because it's the only razor.
