"Increase in where you look at where you are. You don't look at where you are today you look at where you're going. So I'm looking at where I'm going to be with this company a year from now two years from now. So yeah, we think it's an audible and she point for for people who are looking at this looking at the space right now at prices that we're that we're training at currently awesome and you'd mentioned that earlier there's about four to one ratio with the silver and gold. Yeah, it's a it's a very nice property, and as I mentioned you know we have most of our industry most of our generally, we base it on the on Bryce goal, right so we ship it off for the mail and we know this is going to charge us for everything in the summers of partitions going to be in and everything else, and there's someone's GonNa make their we're gonNA make off of gold and silver. is a by is really a byproduct there I we didn't reconsider it. But now with these prices that's becoming very lucrative ray tractive for the company to be able to capitalize on that for no additional work. Awesome so Being that with silver, are you guys more in tune with the silver market or you guys actually maybe changing direction or? Near methodology behind what you guys have been doing previously. No no we just focused. We continue to focus on the on the on the gold, and the silver like I said is is within the same material right in the same rock. So we don't have to do any extra work for that's the beauty of this thing, but you know silver is bound to go. You know the the major institutions you know just recently Morgan Stanley UBS Rawls, Fargo, Barclays, Bank of America Blackstone blocks up it goes the list goes on and on. You know these are our first time buyers who invested in silver. So silver is is is looking very good that it's also going to take a pretty good running generally traditionally. Ratio right with with gold and silver so is bill goes up silver pence to follow. I mean right place right time for Prince override it sounds like Yeah absolutely not there has never been if anyone has ever considered getting involved right in in this in this environment in this marketplace, this is the time..

"That's going to. Make a a very nice impact positive impact on the on the on the bottom line but But yeah so we keep you know we're drilling right now as I mentioned earlier, we have fifty known Baynes. We have the ninety percent of the properties never been even explored. So we are using that money to fund the an extensive expiration program, which is how you expand. You know what you have there. Right. So that's the value for the investors rice somebody gets in today adviser stock and. Housing GonNa are they gonNA exit a year from now? You know at a multiple well, my job is to take that money. Spend it. Wisely execute on the pine, not only get the mind ready for reading so that we can produce and and be become a cash flowing a entity, but also take that money and expand what we have right now so that Mike can be in production for years and years or most likely become a takeout target. One of the bigger guys will come and say, all right. You've done all this war. You know you've proven it in order to take you out. Yet which is not necessarily a bad thing. Now. It's a great big as you're building value. I mean that's what it's all about from my job is to build shareholder value if I can take it from where it is today and build it and and you know and somebody beer comes along, which often happens is is willing to pay a premium we all win. Win Win situation now. How many years of ongoing production are expected to occur at Dome? Mountain. I. Mean and I know that there's probably no definitive measure but his airtime range you guys are working within. Now you know we're we're working on that right now all the analysis is being done by the NFL. It's kind of moving target because as you as you keep drilling more, you keep proving a more and more we as news released More results yesterday. So it'll be years.

"Adventure so wait so our second question also about Iceland, our kids. Allowed at the, blue lagoon okay good question here's what I found out from. Their website which. By the way is at blue lagoon dot com we welcome children two years and older however we do expect children, to be at their best behavior as most of our guests come here to relax and enjoy some tranquillity that's their words, not mine but again or all on the, same page two, years and older and you want to make sure your kids are. On their best behavior because it is a, place where you can relax and just. Enjoy and I don't blame everyone who just kind of like all right, so you know, kind of calmed down just a little bit Bottom. Line is to, an older another question talking about blue lagoon I loved hearing about, you and kale's experience, at blue lagoon I want to book it, but my question? Is. Should I pre book my blue lagoon experience one hundred. Percent, yes you are. Going to be so disappointed if you don't again balloon dot com and they have an entire list of Qaeda everything from what. I should bring and what's included in the rate that. I do everything's converted from the Icelandic krona to the US dollar so you can. Pre book you can be done, with it and you, get there and it's kind of like free although it's really not but it when, you, pay for something. And. Then you get somewhere and you're like oh here's my tickets great but you. Already prepaid for. At least I do that in my head anyway one hundred percent, you wanna. Make sure that you pre book your. Blue lagoon, experience especially friends if you go on. A popular date I mean we're talking to the heartbeat of summer we're talking about in the winter solstice when the Northern Lights. Are out such a. Popular time you go on the. Shoulder season I went knocked Tober And I. Got. The last two tickets what I booked in advance so once again if you. Go in a. Heightened time you really wanna pre book as early as possible you, can kind. Of last minute issue if you want. But there, are some long lines when you arrive. At the blue lagoon and you don't wanna be disappointed since really the blue lagoon is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Out near the airport Okay another question I have. Is are there crews to Iceland set your the cruise expert what do you think absolutely there, are. Cruises, to Iceland but not from the US so what you're going to, have to do is you are going to have to go on a European cruise. I you have to go like I'm making you go on a cruise, to Europe such a hard thing right but most of this. Thompson Iceland are part of European cruises they're mostly long voyages because when you look at a map. And you think of a map okay now think of where say Ireland is and where, the United Kingdom is and then all the way up towards the upper left hand side of that map then. You have Iceland you're talking two or three days away, from Ireland which a lot of cruises don't even start out of. Ireland there are, some celebrity cruises is going to start, one next year Holland America's gonna start them again. So Dublin's going to be a popular place and some, of them do go to Iceland but I do want to point out that it is going to be a long voyage Holland America's new ship the new Stockton dad has some itineraries for next year They, are a few of them are going to be stopping? In different ports in? Iceland. So it's going to make its way around to three. Different places including Reykjavik again that's an a brand new ship called the new starting damn it's going to be. Christened, by Oprah Winfrey if you can believe that yeah she's the godmother of the ship and she's going, to? Be christening that ship in January and early February and that. Cruise is going to start in Amsterdam not the christening cruise because that's going to be in, the. Caribbean, but the crew that includes Iceland is gonna start out of Amsterdam, it is a unique itinerary the prices aren't bad right now you can find those. At Holland America dot com so many of you asking so many questions, all about travel just in general and one of your other. Questions comes in as what should I do if I don't like my travel agent Dave already put. In so much work into this I haven't booked something what should I do should I, look for another travel agent here's the deal you want to make sure that you have a very good personal. Relationship with your travel agent they're going to be your Eyes and ears under the places that you just. Might not necessarily know all about you might want to say to, your travel. Agent, look I don't know if we're getting along or I. Don't, know if we're working either I can lay out your feelings don't just. Not, call them back travel agents put, it a lot of work so just don't throw them to the to, just go to another one and I don't like, that let's go to another one kind of feel them out just. A little bit a lot of them have brick and mortar locations. Not just one eight hundred. Numbers so go and visit in-person. Because I guarantee you you wanna make sure to. Get along with your travel agent and this next E mail comes in and, says Seth I love that you're advocating travel agents keep on doing it I love advocating for travel agents because, I used to be one and I'm friends with. So many so you. Wanna make sure to? Find a travel agent that you are? Going to enjoy. And that you are going to work well with up continue to answer your questions coming up. After the break thinking about Pot short. And stout Here is my handle and here is. My spout.

"And as i've gone through my career he has always let me know what the latest things are like when we did flight of the navigator the whole chrome ship that changed shape was was something that he had been working in the commercial and we actually hadn't been done and we figured out how to do it and james cameron later did it in the next year in terminator two and he also worked on blue lagoon where he made the phosphorus in the swimming underneath the water work by an optical process so and then he turned me onto the oculus rift about three or four years five years five four years ago something like that and that got me interested in doing virtual reality as you've just done a series and still working with that series almost done almost and how many episodes have you done we have shot twelve episodes and other each five minutes each but you aware where the headset and you become a character in it and it's so exciting because where where he was spatial lies sound and when an actor looks into a lens it looks like they're looking at the lens and in vr when they look at at the lens it looks like they're looking at you because you're in the in the space especially in three d with spatial sound because if somebody's talking here and some talking just next to them you can hear coming from two different sources it's very very specific and it makes it very real and talk about sounded self and how you approach sound not obviously this is a musical but it seems to be an element as look at your pictures that is an essential element for you i'm interested in when it enters your consciousness and how you develop it in your films well like most people say that sound is fifty percent of the film and so you know i think that the most important things have really cleared i log and radio mike's really helpful i remember watching.

"They literally they literally collapsed under the way to their own tourism you know and they were the architects of this model and now they're trying to sort of reengineer at a little bit and they've done a good job and they've opened up these new lodges and they're trying to basically introduce a new level of tourists that has a higher spend and just inherently brings the crowds down so one of the places that we swore we'd never go back to 'cause it was so crowded was the blue lagoon which of course is ridiculous because you're not going to go to iceland and go to the blue lagoon that's why you go in the first place but few months ago this amazing retreat called actually the retreat at the blue lagoon opened and it sounds so epic i think it's like one of those few properties at pretty much everybody in the office has been fighting over who gets to go first you know basically they've opened this beautiful spa like retreat which is a hotel and a restaurant on this private branch of the blue lagoon and so you know how you can have beach bungalows and they open onto the sands your rooms here just open onto your own private entry point into the blue lagoon and that's unreal so dry can i go into the retreat next week we hate you but what i will say is i i went to iceland in two thousand and two and the blue lagoon was quite rustic and when we had to prep to get into the blue lagoon you had to strip naked completely naked because there's no chemicals in the water in a giants boarding school like shower with a rose of of people with no curtains or nothing just kind of love it up and it felt a little on luxury.
