Malcolm Nance: Bravo to Generation Z for Leading the Nation
"Bravo, to Generation Z for the youth to turn out the vote and to understand what was at stake, you know? That grandma and grandpa, you know, in many parts of America, apparently, are doing meth. And have decided that, you know, a bloated orange billionaire is their only Salvation and destroying the entire social welfare network is the American way. These kids saw better. And they're leading us now. You know, the David hoggs, all the rest of you. You know, God bless you for taking care of, you know, for essentially taking care of people like me who think, you know, the Walmart shoppers who think Donald Trump is a living God. And that, you know, that there were was going to become law that they would take away all rights from the other 65% of America. They really saved this day. More importantly, we have instilled into the minds of many people now that you have to vote every time.
Sean Feucht Drops In After His Times Square 'Let Us Worship' Event
"Ladies and gentlemen Sean Foyt, Sean, I can't believe you are in the studio. In the flesh. Every time I've interviewed you on this program, you've been in a car on a hilltop in California. Right? Yeah. And you are in New York City. Welcome to New York, my friend. Thank you. I was just Alvin and I were just telling my audience our version of what happened last night. And it was so beautiful and a friend of mine, my wilkerson said, oh, and when the sun went down while we're worshiping, that was the beginning of Roche Shaun at the beginning of the Jewish new year. And I said, that was not planned. That was amazing. To be worshiping Jesus in the middle of Times Square. Publicly, beautifully. So last night we saw the film, the film super spread is fantastic. The only part I didn't like is my part. I'm in it folks. I apologize, you know what I mean? I was just very bullish. I was bloated and confused. But they put it in any way, because but Sean, just tell us, what happened yesterday? Man, it was wild. I mean, like you mentioned, you know, being in Times Square, the place where the ball drops, the place where the eyes of the world look at during new years. And we were there actually during the real new years. Is that not amazing? Yeah, it's so cool. And what was even more wild, I mean, there's so many different threads to weave, but when we first came in 2020 and we were on the West Coast and we were doing lettuce worship and of course, you know, people were, there was a narrative from the media that it was like this anti lockdown anti government protest. It wasn't that at all. It was just like, hey, we're The Church of Jesus Christ. We need to rise up. This is a dark time people are fearful. People are filled with, you know, this chaos is confusion, drug and alcohol use of skyrocketing, suicides, this guy rocketing, we need to worship. And so then when I had it in my heart, like we got to go to New York City. This is a city I love. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and when we showed up in Washington square park under the big arch, there was a policeman there, a chief of police that met me and he said, what are you guys doing here? And I said, well, you know, we're here to worship. And at that time, protesters had been raging through that park. And it was just a place of chaos and violence. And he said, well, we could use the church here.
Why Is There No Oversight on College Tuition Costs & Budgets?
"And so now we have this student loan issue That your grandkids are going to have to pay for That their children and their grandchildren are going ahead to pay for The total debt For colleges and universities that is the total load of the loans Is over $1.2 trillion It's actually now closer to $2 trillion And for what As a result of this massive subsidizing of colleges and universities they get bigger and bigger and more and more facilities and pools and soccer fields and football fields new buildings new libraries Overpaid tenured professors who may be teaching one course a week It gets more and more bloated and bloated and bloated And there's no oversight Why I talk about this in American Marxism and in plundering the seat There's no oversight Mainly because these are indoctrination mills for the left These professors are protected There is no academic freedom for those who disagree There's no free speech on college campuses These are indoctrination mills This is what John do we want it A hundred years ago and this is what you got And now they're doing the same thing at all levels of education
Matt Peterson and Charlie on the Gravitational Pull Against Wokeism
"Of my theories about what corporations is that in the year of 2020, you had some simultaneous, let's say, influxes of really bad ideas, hatred of Donald Trump, lockdowns, a yearning for meaning, but also cheap money. And one of the theories that I've been putting forward is that when you have artificially high profits and you have tech companies in particular that just exploded during a reaction to the pandemic, that you have a lot of money floating around to subsidize bloated HR departments. However, when the economy starts to crater a little bit, and budgets need to be cut in HR departments to be kind of scaled back, the wookies are going to be maybe laid off and not treated as nicely and kindly. Am I misguided there? Do you think there might be finally some gravitational pull against wokeism? Yes and no. I mean, I think there is some evidence that this has been going on. But radically depends on the kind of corporation you're talking about. Let me give you an example. I mean, I think there's a lot of big corporations like, say, Verizon, I think it's a good example. It's hopelessly woke, it's sort of like, it's just being cannibalized. Over time, I don't think they care in a way. And something like Disney, for instance, as well. They've lost a lot, but I see them as on a suicidal course that they're not going to recover from. They're not going to fire all their woke creatives. On the other hand, there's other businesses that this gives the people, if there's not people who realize the problem, this gives them ammo to help to scale and trim back. But unfortunately, I don't think it's enough to reverse the cultural revolution, although it can be useful to people in those businesses who are engaged in the fight.
Kurt Schlichter: America Is Run by Cultural Trust Fund Babies
"Okay, Kurt, let's jump in. I mean, so many things I want to discuss with you. You valde, world military, what did you call it, the political realignment? The political realignment. And that's part of the rise. Well, we'll talk about all of these things that will try through the next hour. But first, explain this subtitle. So the book is we'll be back. And it's got some great endorsements by me. Dan Gino, David Limbaugh, Jim Hansen, our body Monica Crowley. A whole panoply of real patriots. But talk to us about the four and the rise, map it out, give us some your report of the fallen rise. The Pinnacle was there in time and space at 7 core main at the victory. In 91. And 91. And we essentially agreed with Francis fukuyama that history was over. Liberal democracy had won. But in wool fell down, it was a pack gone. Everything was going to be great. We stopped trying. The problem with America now, doctor gorka is run by what I call cultural trust fund babies. All right, now the way I put it is everybody knows. Ford. And not a great person, but he put a car in every garage. He created modern manufacturers. Henry Ford. His sons, they, they built forward into a massive corporation. They gave us the Mustang, which is pretty awesome. My first car, 73 Mustang. It's a big bloated, ugly one. The third generation affords. You can't name any. They're probably parked in front of a crack house in a broken and Ford fusion with Hunter Biden. So what is the point you're making? Trust fund babies. They always fail. They always squander it. The World War II generation they beat Hitler. They beat the depression. Pretty impressive. The 60s, the people in the charge in the 60s. They changed America through civil rights, where they demanded human rights from angry Democrats, a theme that continues through American history. And they put a man on the moon. These are impressive achievements. And we have the present ruling elite that gave us Iraq, Wall Street, meltdown, and
John Zmirak Has Some Thoughts on Ukraine and Vladimir Putin
"In ladies and gentlemen. I have good news and bad news. The good news. I'm talking to John's mirac. The bad news, everything he says. Okay, John. Let's talk about the Ukraine. The other day I had the privilege of sitting with Sebastian gorka. I want to get him on this program because he was making the case of why we would why we should defend Ukraine. And others, I was trying to understand in my mind once the Soviet Union fell NATO is over. You don't need NATO. I never really understood why we preserve this fiction of we still have the Cold War going even though it's over. The same reason for the same reason we still have Amtrak. And that's it. It's institutional bureaucracy and admission bloat, I'll say this. Vladimir Putin is right. Everything Vladimir Putin has asked for from the United States is legitimate. Like if we go to wait, I want to just maybe if we go to war with Russia over this. We will be wrong and we will deserve to lose. This is worse than the Iraq War because there was a legitimate pretext for the Iraq War, even though it was stupid. This is worse than the war in Afghanistan. This will be more like the Spanish-American War or the Mexican-American War when where we were basically in the wrong. We, the U.S. are CIA overthrew the legitimate popularly elected government of Ukraine in a coup d'etat that was eerily similar to what happened to our election in 2020. The same CIA deep state types who overthrew the government in Ukraine because it was too pro Russian. We have audiotape of the U.S. ambassador talking to one of her aides. This is about ten years ago. This is when Yanukovych was overthrown. Right. We have audio of the U.S. ambassador chatting with her staff about who should be the next president. Because she was the one picking him. Imagine if the Russia overthrew the government in Mexico because it was too pro American, put in a pro Russian government, created a military alliance with Russia, like NATO is with the U.S. and then tried to take pieces of Texas.
Chris Christie Ignores Marxist Movement During Reagan Library Speech
"The founding But the bloated Cape May orca Chris Christie. Now, by the way. I guarantee Chris Christie spends Merlin food than Texas, Mr Producer. Simply no question about that. This guy thinks he's presidential material. He's a blowhard. He goes to the Reagan library. I have friends who go to the Reagan library events all the time. They live around that area and so forth, and they went to this event, even though they don't like Chris Christie and he told me about Maybe 250 people were there. I read a report that said 300 people were there. I'm there. 1500. People are there and we sell out in hours. Chris Christie. They probably have to hand out tickets to homeless people. So he has no backing, But the media was thrilled with all the media were all over. You're ready for this. The American Marxist movement is all around us. Our schools are under attack our borders under attack our constitutional systems under attack. Our courts are under attack. Our finances and economic system are under attack. And what is Chris Christie had to say at the regular library Cut 10 go. As Republicans. We need to free ourselves from the quick sand. Of endless grievances. We need to turn our attention to the future. And stop wallowing in the past. We need to face the realities of the 2020 election and learn Not hide from them. We need to discredit the extremists in our midst. The way we've done it before. And we'll discuss that baloney sandwich in his mouth while it
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich Talks About Lawsuits Against Biden Admin
"Well, let's get into this. Um you've brought a number of cases challenging some of the unconstitutional or illegal or inappropriate steps to the Biden administration. Give us some example. Mark. We have three active lawsuits right now related to the border. You know where we sued by an administration over the interim guidance where they literally we're not following, you know, section aided US code and they literally have not deported 1.2 million people. Deportation owners, Texas is also involved. In a similar lawsuit. We sued the by an administration over its Illegal failure to build the wall over its remain in Mexico policy, and we did a creative lawsuit basically saying that as a result of their policies, this open border policies. It's not only impact your national security, but it's quite frankly and a violation of the Environmental Protection Act, which the left uses all the time. Do you know force federal bureaucrats to do something? We're saying? You've got to continue to build the wall. And you've got to continue to enforce federal law because you're not. That's what led to this economic impact with all these millions of people crossing the border illegally, But you know, I've got a lawsuit against Yellen. We've got a lawsuit that basically says the covid relief built besides the fact that it's a bunch of big government bloat and you know, full of chronic capitalism. It also private states from cutting taxes. And so we have a lawsuit or that we believe that clearly violates its an attempt by the Biden administration to commandeer in the states and violates traditional notions of

"Was the sun god tomorrow. I don't know what that was. Somebody asked president biden. How he's gonna eat democrats to come together on the big three point. Eight trillion dollar make us france legislation and he said something about the sun will come out tomorrow. I don't know what he was talking about. Any hope Joe mansion has said he will not support anything over a trillion. And he's not even true will go that high that's The holdout that is saving the republican my mind but bernie sanders has come out today and said the three is three point five or three point that the current number he said is the low number it should be higher than that so he's not going any lower than that bernard sanders. I hope bernie sticks to that because he does stick to that. Then it ain't gonna happen instead. They'll lose the high enders the lenders good on so we were talking earlier about a graph We saw about how many how many more administrators there are in hospitals slight rise in the number of physicians over the years explosion of thirty five hundred percent of administrators over the last several decades and we thought well it's the same in schools and it is the same in schools and we are wondering what are all these people doing and a whole bunch of people said it's the growth in government regulations all. These regulations require people to deal with the regulations. And you have all these people to deal with the regulations like you said a lot of paper getting pushed around wanna boxes being checked the polite word. Ford is compliance. You have to have so many people in compliance so. Your doctor's office is teeming with humans and yet Nobody can talk to you for like ten minutes. Stand there so. I would say for my personal experience. Schools are way better equipped to deal with special needs kids today than they were when i was a kid way better but that doesn't explain the the the growth. There's way more going on than that. Yeah a friend who's actually been a school board. President texted and said a lot of it is compliance with a special lead rules in red state and federal But then a lot of it's just the way bureaucracies behave there's a lot of tax money swishing around and you know the add jobs it just gets bigger and more bloated like all bureaucracies. I know i'm bigger and bloated. So do you wanna hit on the The the biden stuff i of do. Do you have something you're your to squeeze before the end of the show had something else i wanted to it. I don't remember what it was. It doesn't matter. i can do it tomorrow. You to press the crap out of us last segment talking about hunting. that's true. Keep it out of my hands. You out of my. Opn has today resigned. That's what i wanted to mention. We like peterberg ocean. We've had him on the air before. Yeah he resigned today from his teaching post at portland state university because quote students not being taught to think rather they being trained to mimic the moral certainty of ideologues and saw barry weiss has got a sub stack on that. Look more into that and bring you the highlights. Tomorrow can't wait to read that or hear about on the armstrong and getty show so our ancient president was touring the scene of the recent hurricanes in the northeast and protesters angry about the willy. Lies damn lies and statistics. Here's an example. And i don't know this but i'm pretty sure i'm right. I just saw a headline a breathless headline a quarter of all. Cova cases are children Let me think about that for like ten seconds. Kids are back in schools. All the schools are mandatory testing. All these kids so of course. They're catching way more cova cases than they caught before when kids were home and not getting tested. Yea i figured it out. It doesn't mean anything that virtually every single one of them will be fine any way so it's truly garbage. My final thought there was a spree of fifteen arson. Fires in the wine country. California napa valley and I wonder if it's every wildfires blamed on climate change men. We just have more arsonists these days. I mean you've got to be patently crazy to be setting fires right now. "In terms of performance. What is the big difference. Because i can think of several child stars. That seem to be doing fine well. They weren't stars but there were prodigies like in in music and then their lives haven't seemed to come off the rails way like child. Tv stars do right. Just think part of it is if you're on tv or in the movies people treat you like a god. Britney was that famous britney wasn't really a prodigy in any way. I mean she could memorize all those dance moves. She was just super hot. Well she was a disney star. She was disney. World teaches dr but the vast majority of these people end up miserable reading. This honey boo boo thing. I thought this is just awful. Her mom ought to be arrested for the condition. She's in right now. That's funny because watching the show. She came off as a real princess. Wisdom lot of intelligence. Yeah commander marinez sandwich. You could just make. What did she say that again. Nice sandwich do. We have any more of the clips from that to that scene. No don't okay. I want this answered once and for all right now. What happens to our clips. Where do they go clip heaven. Somebody answered that question for me. Where do they go. We have two different computers and one computer has some clips in the other computer has some clips and they don't talk to each other so we have to hop into a way to fix deafness counseling. They need communication computers. It's so important. Yeah so that's where we're at right now jack. Well okay now. Here's the question but we need. We need to fix this because we have clips that the listeners love that we love that we've played for years sometimes decades and then all of a sudden. They're just can't play anymore. Why doesn't make any sense like the. I'm trying to think of an example on friends. They start one thursday night with a different song. Whatever the song everybody likes a just kind of went away so narrowness system. It's not in the computer anymore. So we can't play the friends theme song. That doesn't make any sense right here. Clipped by the way does not have maiden marinara. Nays does not have meat does not have made argue with it. Wow charming that was the hit show for a cup of coffee. Yeah but not in a good way wasn't little a human zoo ish and if you ask anybody watching that show at the time this girl going to be happy when she's in high school ninety eight percent of people with said no she's going to be miserable so yeah ex. Yeah we'll try to finish something that's happier right. Yeah thanks for bringing that to us now..

"Is a us based health organization that used federal money from thou- cheese very foundation or his institute to research and and alter bat corona viruses at the wuhan lab. Peter das- zach right in the middle of that name that's popped up so many times. Remember of the the infamous a letter from nineteen leading scientists. Saying there's no way was lab leak. It's absolutely zoonotic. Anybody who says otherwise aligarh fanatic. They were the people who funded this stuff and they knew there was on the line for killing millions of people so they went into a deep deep denial. The they have the grant applic- applications now for all this money. They got of your money by the way taxpayer money in which they concede that it's dangerous work and they have to be very very careful as part of the reason. They need money so they can do it properly. What's interesting about the intercept story. Glenn greenwald pointed this out a little after we get off the air yesterday. Was that the intercept in that article. Never once names anthony foul she even though the money came from the anti ide- which he ran up because he's such a god. He's such a saint of anti-trump penis even as the intercept is doing some pretty bang-up journalism they couldn't bring themselves to name saint How weird is that because it would put you at least in theory on the same side as trump no who. Oh they get a chill thinking about that. Yeah yeah to quote a greenwald briefly in july the intercept had one of its most dishonest partisan hacks robert mackey. Basically call rand paul. Aligarh in deranged conspiracy theorist over and over for suggesting foul ci funded research that could cost the pandemic greenwald wrote on twitter but yesterday the very same intercept admits it sought documents about fao funded research by echo health. Peter das- x. Group that quote raise additional questions about the theory that the pandemic may have begun in a lab accident. Of course there are probably looking for those documents to prove the opposite but they didn't get what they were looking for at least they published it. But that's a pretty good shot at at The intercept who who like most of the american media actively and viciously discredited undermined or band and silence. Anybody suggested it was even possible that there was a lab leak involved covering up for the chinese government. Peter day zach. Anthony found she so anyway. We hammer that pretty good yesterday. The reactions from capitol hill pouring in including wisconsin. Mccown wisconsin congressman. Mike gallagher who was in the first clip that we played he went on to say this clip ninety-one we now have the ninety day intelligence review from the biden administration which came back with nothing. Yeah that's unacceptable and it said that we ha- we can't get to the bottom of this until we have a co-op cooperation of the chinese. That is bogus. that is a cop out. There are a ton of things we can do. And let's start by subpoenaing. Peter davick and his entire corrupt organization to get answers. We cannot accept these lies to be the final answer. How has not been dragged on capitol hill. Yet it's resisted subpoenas autumn. Has he been subpoenaed some brief thoughts. Today is there something we're missing here. Is there something like that. We can't be told. Were we trying to create a killer bug with the help of the cia in china that we release if we needed to or is there something going on some reason. I don't know why take a similar view of it. I think these guys staked their entire lives professional reputation on the dea that they could be trusted to do risky but important research in these corona viruses which they knew could kill a lot of people. They swore they can handle it. They got taxpayer money to handle it. And then it got loose and his killing millions of people and they covered their asses. I think it's simple as that. I could be wrong. But i don't think i am. I'm i don't really dr faucher old. He's going to go away and he'll never be heard of again. No retire so what happened to him. Is not that important to me but We need to decide as a planet if we think it's a good idea to have people continuing to research because as we learn what six of the last eight outbreaks of all kinds of different things have been lab leaks. Clearly we just are good at it. We aren't good at keeping these things under wraps. Maybe we should stop before we do. This again would suck meeting worse. Let's pick a bale tom cotton. he's always good for a quote clip. Ninety three. i've said for months at tony vouchers should be fired now. It's clearly lied to congress or she. He should be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Washerman colder shrinks. Tom cotton. he's got a head of steam Let's roll on with ninety four for eighteen months. He's been saddling up his moral high horse his tongue at college. Kids who want to celebrate a football game in outdoor stadium on a nice fall day or parents with their kindergarteners. Have to wear masks their entire lives telling you you have to wear masks when all along. He's been lying. Not just congress but to the american people about his role in funding the very reckless dangerous research at chinese communist lab that unleashed this pandemic on the world. It is a disgrace. And it's time for tony voucher to be held accountable. See i parts. Okay i think and we can discuss whether or not. It's okay v. Covering up the fact that you were doing that is way. Not okay right. Yeah if he was wrong with some of what they thought about the cove in the early days all right you can forgive that it was a new thing but yeah it's it's the crime of unleashing this thing and lying about it One more tom. Cotton well i for one. I'm going to be looking forward to tony. Vouches next appearance in the united states senate. Now it's no longer just tony. Trying to lecture senators using word games acting like they're the dumb ones like they're the ones who don't understand basic concept like making a virus more transmissible would now in his own words and his own emails and the emails all all of his cronies who been on this gravy train for decades getting your tax dollars and then concealing what it went for his appearance after that should be at federal courthouse down the street train made of gravy. Wow wow this is serious business here and then finally since the intercept end every legacy media outfit in this country slandered rand paul. When he was questioning on capitol hill you remember that the argument about gain of function. Let's let the curly headed lawn. Pugilist ryan paul. Have his say clip ninety-six please the aft to realize. This is the same doctor vouch. E who in two thousand twelve said that even if a pandemic occurred the researchers worth it. He has always been an advocate of gain of function research. And he said even if it were to leak from a lab in fact a scientist and cause a pandemic so i find that hard to believe that we still would have someone with such poor judgment. Who believes that even a pandemic would be worth it that that person is in charge of research for government. I find it downing. Excellent point agreed in one more from rand ninety seven. He's lied dozens of times usually tells us that it's for our own good but yes he is december his few skated as other nicer words but he has definitely lied to the american public and should be held responsible but not just that the judgment that we should continue to fund this lab and that the virus at all like good came with a lab. I think it's such incredibly poor judgment that he should be immediately removed. There's your saint for your saint fallacy. The anti boy and he's always adamant right. Not actually no but thank you for asking so y we're talking about diseases and hospitals. I tweeted this out yesterday. Our friend craig. The healthcare guru synthesis graph. Yesterday to joe and i the growth of physicians and administrators since nineteen seventy. Oh yeah this is. Stunning tweeted out. We should put it on the website for those who don't do twitter. At armstrong and getty dot com. There has been a over three thousand percent growth in the number of administrators in hospitals since nineteen seventy while physicians have burley grown at all. There are a few more physicians than there. Were nineteen seventy but the growth of administrate. So it's exactly the same thing we've been talking about with colleges and in public schools over the last years you get way way way more of the people that don't do anything that the people that aren't teachers that are in between teachers and your student and teacher say this with the doctors and people about the same. The growth really exploded in like the eighties and then particularly nineteen ninety-one as i tweeted yesterday it's not like in one thousand nine hundred one year put leeches on people's feats Feet you know healthcare seemed to be going along but for some reason everybody decided every hospital in america. Decided you know what we need. Is we need a hundred more people that just push papers around and tell you know you can't in between the front desk and your doctor to make it harder for you to get anything done right right beautiful actually the numbers of in the college world or striking as we could hit those when we come back. Got a lot of good stuff to get to this hour. Yeah i was at a hospital yesterday and the number of times as is trying to get something done with jive eventually couldn't and the number of time i heard. Well that's the process or will that's just the way we do it or those are the rules. That's what all these administrators do they make rules and make a process that keeps you from getting anything done or get them from getting anything done. It's just the.
Antifascist Vaush Debates Charlie on the Profit Incentive for COVID Vaccines
"I'm just curious. Does that ever make you stop short and say who. Maybe they're trying to inoculate us on a vaccine that might not be as effective to try to pursue profit not wellbeing. Does that ever like enter into your consideration. It's a consideration. You should take about anything produced by any company. That's run for profit. Which is everything you know Basically every need in american society need is tempered by the knowledge that there are people out there who are paid very large salaries to sell it to you. This is the case for everything. We'd everything we eat every time you run down main street or in my case i guess You know the boulevards in los angeles You're seeing the protracted efforts of a billion dollar industry to make sure you want things they're selling could that be the case for covert undeniably. There was a prophet incentive involved. Oh my goodness i'm sorry. And there was probably a protected effort on the part of these companies to make sure they were the first and they probably took every dirty advantage. What but with the data available. I have to still much i would say. Hey i would prefer eating. Mcdonald's who to starvation. I have to say this is probably still something we should be doing you want to do. I don't wanna stay. We've been twenty minutes. Oh for sure gonna make a final media would starve. I actually think this has been really constructive not like that. You know inflammatory. Flat stomach well couple important things here because you want to know is that bloating or is it fat right if it's body fat if you've got belly fat going on there's two reasons that really make you store fat around your waist one of them is elevated cortisol and the other one is elevated insulin and quite often. You'll get the both of them so if you've been eating a high carbohydrate diet even snacking throughout the day you're eating late at night. That will tend to make you more insulin resistant. Especially if you've got a higher toxic burden and when you do higher. Insulin makes you store more fat around your waist. Also you're under a lot of stress you will also tend to storm are fat around your waist so your your belly is really a good meter of our things going well in your insulin. And cortisol howdy note. Those things are going on. Will you can get a lab. Tested the doctors where you look at both your fasting. Insulin and your fasting glucose and insulin called hemoglobin onc- to really know if it's an issue though what you do is you do. A three hour glucose tolerance tests relook at both glucose and insulin glucose and insulin. Taranto tolerance for cortisol. I liked to do an adrenal salivary index to see if i've got problems there and especially elevated cortisol elevated. Insulin can both make you store fat around your way so the first thing we have to go is is fat or is it bloat so in this question you asked about boats so i'm just gonna assume it's not fat it's blow if it's bloat what's making you bloat. You know what's making you gase was making you Hold onto water. So it's either because it's either holding under water holding onto gas and that area's probably more holding onto gas so what things could be going on. Well what i would tell. You is do the virgin diet. Because the first thing i'm gonna look at his. Are you having a food. Intolerance reaction one of the keys. Signs of reacting to a food is gas and bloating so in the virgin diet. I pull out seven most common foods to 'cause the hatch gluten dairy eggs corn soy and then sugar and artificial sweeteners and pull him out for for at least three weeks. While you're healing your gut to give yourself a chance. Get your new normal to reset and then you go back and see what's doing and what you you know you get on and you say gosh by ethan joy upload it do i've joint pain. Dr headaches does my waco up to i have cravings. The other thing is so. That's step one next thing. Sugar is a big one. There obviously an of the sugars fructose. Especially now the more fructose you eat better you get a taking it straight to the liver but if you have any issues of shrimp to smell absorption or sugar and general boykin that make you gase the other one that can sugar alcohols one specifically like multiple But the big one. I find doing that xylitol. So you might be one of those people that really reacts to sugar alcohols or prebiotics Inland chicory and these are a lot of these different foods. Now that are low carb and it's not that these things are bad. It's just that they might be challenging for you. They might give you gas so watch out for those prebiotic types of things because those can be problematic. Another one legumes. When i was taping the virgin died. I discovered that you can't say legumes. Oh i think was sugar impact. I it's lubes. It's legumes not legumes. So lagoons of course we know can cause gas now you could actually condition your gut to be able to handle beans and all you do here. I got this hack for my buddy. Dr on christianson issue a tablespoon of means everyday for week that she'd do it for you if not you can use beano and then one other thing. Are you having any issues with digestion. Mrs thing that we all Ourselves trial of digestive enzymes. Now i used digestive enzymes whenever i eat. And so i do jiji vince. I'm specifically to digest proteins. His as we age you're over the age of thirty five. Probably your stomach. Acid is lowered at. You're under any kind of stress stomach acids lower. And if you're not suggesting while you'll be bloated other one that can cause a problem here is if you're not digesting your fat well so look at protein digestive enzymes and then look at things like life as it can help you digest fat while as well and then one more thing that you have to think about in that something called cbo small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. And if you do have cbo this can make you more bloated and a something going on with your gut microbiome and the bacteria within it and it can make you more bloated. And you'll know if you have this one of the classic signs this if you get more bloated throughout the day whether you eat or not it's enzymes or food intolerance if you get more bloated as you eat but if you don't eat and you get more bloated than consider that it is seen about all right lots of stuff to unpack their great place to start of course as as do the virgin diet. Try some enzymes. My enzyme product was safety. Net plus now has been renamed belly rescue. Because that's what it does so give that a try and then report back in. This is jj with ask the health expert. I do this five times a week. So make sure you never miss a show by going to subscribe to. Jj dot com..
Budget Package Includes Plan for Pathway to Citizenship, Green Cards for Millions
"Sit around and act surprised At at what. Lindsey graham was complaining about on the senate floor. Oh this is going to be a problem now. Because now it's going to dramatically increase the number of green cards and an ad amnesty for illegals as jazz. Shaw writes over hot air. It's unclear how many green cards democrats aim to make newly available through the legislation. The immigration provisions are apparently inspired by. Biden's promise to green cards available to family members of other green card recipients regardless of annual caps. I mean all this immigration we have an immigration crisis. And they just they're gonna make it worse bernie. Sanders is celebrating the bill as the most consequential piece of legislation for working people the elderly the children the sick and the poor since fdr and the new deal of the nineteen thirties as jazz. Put it high praise indeed from the guy who helped write it And you know it's interesting this article. We've been looking for articles that kind of explain. What's in the bill listened to jazz. Shaw at hot air dot com wrote on august the tenth. The world is currently crazy enough. That i will rarely rule out. Anything is a possibility. But even with that said i find it rather unlikely that this bloated democratic wishlist of a budget will survive long enough to make it to reconciliation oaths hoops. Guess what here it is here. It is middle of the night three in the morning party. Line vote no. Republicans voted for it. After what how. Many republicans voted for infrastructure nineteen. What what what's their thinking. Are You Practicing 'Real Food Keto'?
"Today i'm talking about how to set up your kito meal plan really how to dial in your daily diet to help enhance fat burning to reduce cravings and so we look at this. I think we gotta understand as we gotta practice real food kito so we want to really focus on food that provides the most nutrients and the least amount of toxins and so with real food. Kito were prioritizing food quality. Again we want maximal nutrients minimal toxins. Were looking at grass-fed organic animal products looking at really good healthy fats. Sources like avocados olives olive oil coconut oil nuts seeds. Things got fermented vegetables getting shower crowds from pickles in our diet. Kimchi things like that. So we've got literally live foods. Foods that have good bacteria and enzymes salvador digestive system. We want really good quality seafoods. We won't wild caught seafood. We want low carb veggies fruits and herbs. So what people say. How do you eat fruit on a ketogenic diet while you certainly can do lemons and limes avocados and olives are actually fruit and possibly a little bit of berries if you are pretty well keno adapted and you're not super insulin resistant. And then herbs we want to really be able to utilize herb's herbs go underutilized in our society but adding things like basil oregano. Thyme rosemary these things are verbs are very good for our digestive system so they help reduce cramping bloating gas. They help move our bowels effectively. So we get good movement through our bowels and they're also anti-microbials they helped kill off bad bacteria yeast parasites and they support a healthy microbiomes healthy makeup of good bacteria in our gut. So be sure to try to get these herbs in your diet on a regular

"Every morning. After i worked out i find it did help. Can i can continue doing that. Yeah absolutely do it. Works for you and if you find that that's that that's been helping you by all means magnesium. Citrate is going to be really important for owl health. So if you find that you are backed up like if at least if you're going once a day and it's a it's a healthy poop play. I think we posted up the bristol poop chart that shows you like what you want your stool to look like as long as it's a healthy looking stool and you're eliminating effectively than great if it's too watery and whatnot like that's not a good sign right. So that's what that's what we want to be looking at so at least if you're going once a day like that's good But things like Increasing just your fiber intake overall and then increasing your water intake will be really important getting that three leaders in and then also The magnesium citrate so supplementing with some magnesium citrate maybe starting around two hundred milligrams see how that helps with with you know bowel movements and then if not maybe you need to bump it up a little bit too like four hundred milligrams and use kinda keep bumping it up until you find that sweet spot and it's helping you go to the bathroom. So people are very deficient in magnesium very very very very deficient. So if you find that you're very constipated magnesium can literally be a lifesaver for you From lisa i have also had bloating. Cramps from spinach in. Brussels sprouts does help with that or bidders. Yes so they're very similar but not they kind of do the same thing in a sense. I mean digestive. Enzymes are giving you. What's called your proteins your life as in your amway's it's helping you to break down your carbs fats and protein so you can digested more effectively. Some digestive enzymes contain like hcl hydrochloric acids. If you find like you're having a lot of heartburn indigestion and things like that that could be helpful. So that's what enzymes are doing. And bidders like are essentially doing the same thing but it's more herbs it's very very bitter herbs it will help to more naturally stimulate your hydrochloric acid also help that breakdown of your carbs fats proteins so i love bidders i just love the taste of bitter like i. I love repeating. I could just eat it every day and some people are like. That's crazy like it's so bitter. And i just love it. I just love the taste of it but again if you are finding something like spinach and brussel sprouts..

"Our hormones. Sleep hydration nutrition cutting out gluten dairy and sugar. Okay those are going to be the big big things for sure movement not high intensity. Not something that's stressful. But more of that para sympathetic exercise. Yoga pilates bar walking. You know this is the time in your life where specifically with menopause to the state the state as we start to age. And it's like all. These accumulated years. Start to add up all of the stress and all of perhaps those like poor choices and the dietary choices. And you know all the neglecting ourselves it adds up and we hit our made forties and fifties and it's just like bam we wake up and it's like holy feel like i got hit by by truck like what just happened. My body transform body change. These symptoms came on. And so this is why. That's self-care pieces. Especially as we head into our our late forties is so important and nutrition matters a lot here. Our body can't handle sugar the way that it did in our twenties and thirties as we start to age. Those insulin receptor start to change a lot. And so we actually can't really metabolize a lot of that sugar the way that we once used to and insulin is a fat-storing hormone cortisol is a fat-storing hormone. So we really want to address the cortisol the stress piece as well as that insulin. Blood sugar piece. Okay so that will give you a. I hope that gives you a little bit of insight there. Rachel and then you know laura and actually you could probably share the link if you wanna share the link to the application for anybody that might wanna learn more and dive in a little bit deeper and just have a conversation with you. You can definitely put that there Lauren saying we have a few questions for megan. And theresa on. Are you and weight gain or weight gain after the has been removed. Yeah okay so. I'm assuming that for you. Ladies you're probably referring to the hormonal. Iud and the hormonal iud marina optimize called. So it's it's hormonal right. You're taking in synthetic hormones and what happens is when we take synthetic hormones essentially we are ovaries shutdown and our ovaries in a way become lazy. Because they're like well. I don't need to produce estrogen and progesterone. I'm taking in these sick that synthetic hormones that are doing the job for me so when those synthetic hormones come into the body. It's very likely that symptoms are going to arise changes in with your cycle with your with cramping heavy bleeding headaches. Migraines that's gonna happen some gut..

"Of course they will hormones play really big role here and they could be very very low. This is why we recommend dutch testing so that you can really understand and get the data but what's going on with your hormones and then we can really address that specifically with a strategic protocol specific for you and that will help but outside of those things and the supplement piece. It's the other stuff as well. How are you feeling your cop. Also libido something else is really important here is like your sexual energy with within yourself right. How are you nurturing. Your sexual energy and are you may be taking time to pleasure yourself and maybe not even physically but what does pleasure mean to you and do you have that pleasure in your life because the more you do than the more you're going to want to seek that sexual pleasure as well. Okay so i think that sometimes we think about it's like the libido and sexual energy is just like that connection with our partner which plays a really huge role of course but it's also with ourselves. How are you pleasure in yourself. Do you take time for you to take the time to understand your body literally like touching yourself being connected to yourself like that's connecting to your feminine energy and the more you can connect to that feminine energy. It's going to allow you to connect better to your partner to okay. I love it. You're having a live cuna. Will you be having more. Yes absolutely thanks. They're not block lines but they are pretty dark so does block out the light. So there's nothing wrong with having sleeping with asleep mask and having block outlines and when you do wake up naturally in the morning take that off. Go to your blinds. Just open them right away. You can expose yourself to that light and then the next best would be if you can actually get outside and expose yourself and like your your is literally to the light. That would be the best thing and if you can't do that it's all good. I mean sometimes especially in the winter months. And if it's like minus twenty who wants to like wake up in the morning and go step outside not me. I hate the cold so at least opening up those blinds and exposing yourself to that light is going to be really really great. And that's that's basically what you want. So there's nothing wrong with having block blinds and seeping with an mask is just make. Sure that when you do take that off. The first thing you're doing is letting the light and so that's what i do. The first thing. I do when i get out of bed in the morning is just open. The curtains make sure everything is nice and bright in the house. And i've got that exposure. So yeah keep your cell phone out of your bedroom no. Tv's in the bedroom..

I am taking this recording from our spring detox that we did back in april and may we ran a four week spring detox program and was such an amazing program myself in coach. Lauren ran it for four weeks with an amazing group of women and we dove into all things hormone health and skin care and nutrition and liver detox and all of the things over those four weeks. And every week i would go into the private facebook group and i would do a live a with all the women and i thought let's take that live video and turn it into a podcast episode because there are so many amazing questions that were asked things like essential oils for digestion is cane sugar. Okay to use. What is the best way to manage. Psoriasis through nutrition. How can we support headaches and migraines naturally how can we increase libido. Naturally what else going through all the questions here. There's a lot we talk about foods to support fibroids lee taco herbal teas from david's tea and rope you've ever used or had their ts there before they have some really delicious tease but they also have a lot with artificial flavorings on. That can often sometimes happened from eating brassica vegetables how to increase bowel movements. If we're feeling constipated should be soaking nuts and seeds before consuming them. Lots of amazing juicy things that i'm diving into into this episode today so keep in mind that this is a previous recording from the facebook group. The audio may not be as as amazing as it normally is. Or as i'm hoping normally is because i wasn't using my mic just recording straight through my computer and then of course you might be hearing me. Refer to certain things in the spring detox and you know mentioning some people's names and things like that so just enough. Why i as you're listening and you're going through it you might like what. What is she talking about. An also like reading questions that were popping up on the screen so as you're listening you know it's not going to be like a usual interview style but it definitely is a very valuable recording and i think we went through something like thirty different questions in that. Qna and it was just about an hour long. So i think you're going to get a lot of value out of it and you know these are questions that we get all of the time. These are things that are probably top of your mind as well and so. I thought it'd be really valuable to dive into that today so before we do before we had ensue all the amazing q. And a..
The Problem With Long Term Restrictive Diets With Steven Wright, Founder of Healthy Gut
"A little bit about this specific kind of issues that people could run into roadblocks with long-term restrictive diets. And i'm very much can relate to that with the spectrum of restrictive diets been on. Yeah so it's so psychological right. It's so hard to say. That diet alone is just physiology base that That what you're eating is just contributed a leaky gut and triggering your immune system intriguing. You're you're you're ibs or whatever it is you're bloating like that is just so simple. Not true. like food is the most one of the most emotional things we do on a regular basis and it's also community like we've break bread with our friends. Our families our loved ones. So i'm going on these diets. Low fat math specific carbohydrate diet autoimmune paleo carnivore like whatever you choose I do think they're really important to hopefully reduce your symptomology like like if you find the right diet. I think. And i'd love to hear your your take on this lauren But if you get that right diet intervention you should know in a week seven days seven days. You should see improvements in your bloating. Your gas your bowel habits your acne your joints. Whatever you're dealing with your brain fog if you don't notice a change in seven days either. That's not the wrong dietary intervention for you or dietary intervention by itself is like i said not not going to cut it by a long shot and so for people to just hold out for a really really long time hoping that. It's just an oh detox. Little bit longer got a detox a little bit longer. I'm seven die off a maybe or maybe you've made an assumption that your digestive tract can do what it says it can do. Pope Said to Be "Alert," in Good Shape After Intestinal Surgery
"Is alerts after undergoing intestinal surgery. Pope Francis remains at Rome's Gemelli Hospital, the Vatican, saying the 84 year old pontiff is in good condition, breathing on his own. This following what officials call a scheduled surgery on Sunday. The Holy See office releasing a statement saying the pope is expected to remain in the hospital for seven days, barring any complications, a well informed source telling Italian news agency ANSA that Pope Francis was in good spirits, even joking with doctors after he woke up from surgery. People realize it's probably a minor thing in the grand grand scheme of things and he should be able to recover just fine. According to the Vatican, the pope is being treated for diverticulitis, a condition where small, bulging pouches along the digestive tract become inflamed or infected, which can lead to symptoms such as abdominal pain and bloating engaged early. The Vatican says the pope's procedure lasted three hours. Surgeons, removing the left side of the colon. Removal of that segment should allow him to be relieved of his chronic symptoms and have a normal, perfect healthy routine for the rest of his life. Menopause: What the Heck Do My Labs Mean?
"Let's jump into today's topic. Which is how to interpret your labs. Now a reason. I get this question. A lot is because a lot of times. I find that the women who are asking their clinicians to order these labs either do so disgruntling. -ly were they don't do so at all. And they're left to their own defenses to try to interpret. What their labs mean or on the flip side. If they're willing to get labs sometimes. I see way. Too many labs be ordered like every progesterone byproduct. Which just isn't really necessary. So i wanna try to teach see how to interpret your own laps now. The first thing that you do want to know is guessing where you might be in the peri. Menopause to menopause transition now guessing actually means thinking about what your period are doing now. The diagnosis of menopause is actually not period in twelve months. In that is the most obvious predictor. So think about what you're periods are doing. That's going to be the first step in interpreting the lab. Work that you're getting so what i want you to do is either electronically if you pull out your phone and you start writing down when you have spotting or any type of bleeding that point to be really helpful and if you're one of those women who doesn't get periods anymore than this is something that you don't necessarily have to track but you could track what you may be think are. Pms like symptoms. So who are the women that don't get periods well if you've had a hysterectomy you don't have your uterus anymore. That's one reason you're not bleeding now in this scenario should have your ovaries in. Because if you're over his were taken out than it obvious that you're already in menopause. The other reasons you could have a progesterone releasing udine place in your uterus which is effectively creating a very thin urine lining. So you don't have any periods. You coulda had a uterine artery. Embolism action where you don't get periods anymore or you could have had an ablation and you won't get periods anymore. If you're not getting periods you can't use your periods but you may still beginning. Pms like symptoms so you might wanted then track. Are you feeling bloated. Are you feeling gase. Are you feeling moody. Are you craving salt or chocolate. Things that when you used to get your periods would let you know it was the hormonal fluctuation leading up to that

Don't you ever run out of this product. And he buys two jars of at a time I've tried to hook him over to the sba sport they can. Maybe he was missing a little bit there. You can't talk him out of it. I mean literally it's like you're going to arm wrestle him down in the store She does whereas. Can you tell us why. The combination of the sbi with the spore. What the what they do. I guess why they're combined absolute so think of think of sbi so these are serum derived bovine immunoglobulins. They are they're cleaning crew that you're putting in your gut looming and they're buying binding to all different types of of bacteria two components of bacteria to talk sense to digest foodstuffs and they're helping with elimination. They're keeping these things from accessing the immune system so the thought process behind combining spores with fbi is at spores or very very effective at eradicating bad bacteria. Doing so they're killing off these bacteria. And anytime where you're using spores or using antibiotics or you. Using some type of natural antimicrobials spores are really important part of this conversation because as these bacteria are dying off their breaking apart and they're releasing all their innards which are very very toxic and really potent immune stimulator so they. "Sbi spores which there's an immunoglobulin component to that product as well which i'm let him talk about But they have helped tremendously and then there is another product that we're in the process of having our label put on the guys can find it easier. It's called modal soothe. I should have that the next two weeks and i. Casey sent me a bottle of this to try to see if it helped. And and i go and kept telling him. I don't think so. I don't know but i think it does and i'm i'm through entire bottle. I have a second one coming up. And i find myself every night going. I need those. I really think i need those. So we're just gonna go ahead and do it Because we get so many products in here and people are kind of losses. Like i don't know where to go with it. Thank god we got dr lewis that that knows. And i do agree with casey. That laxatives are not a good long term solution. He's absolutely one hundred percent on that right and that's what we used for a long time. We do something to help chevette through basically But dot can casey. Can you tell us a little bit. About what modal soothe brings to the table. As far as the difference in what we already have absolutely so kind of backing up a little bit. You know when we talk about cbo one of the the primary primary components of what actually allows this condition to take place is delayed motilal so this is a really really important part of the conversation. What mobility is is essentially the the rate at which things move through the digestive track. But then also your ability for your digestive track to routinely remove whether it's foodstuffs or bacteria or viruses or toxins. There's this twenty four hour kind of cyclical house cleaning that happens And win that's impaired in people and there's a number of different reasons why could potentially be impaired from Hypothyroidism is a big one diabetes and blood. Sugar issues chronic infections. There's actually a pretty strong link. Between prior instances of food poisoning and delayed motilal eighty But then stress. Which i know dr lewis talks a lot about stresses is.

"That it's a major contributor to patients who are suffering from the symptoms that you mentioned the gas the bloating distension the altered bowel movements whether it's constipation or diarrhea and essentially what it is. It's it's an acronym for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. And that's exactly what it is. An optimal digestive track you have different concentrations of bacteria in different areas comparatively speaking the small intestine because it is a more acidic environment. Were lots of digestion happens. You have fairly low concentrations of bacteria compared to the large intestine where you housed trillions of trillions of bacterial cells. What happens in cbo. Is you actually for a number of different reasons. We can dive into some of these causes if you want. Bacteria begin to overpopulate and proliferate in the small intestine then leading to premature fermentation. Which is you know. Basically gas production in an area of the digestive track were. There really shouldn't be an ethic so your first hand when you pass gas in your wife and your dog leave the room you might have cbo consider. So you're saying because a lot of people are used to just Well sadly there used to not even go into the bathroom every day once a day some i we still say hello. Yeah it's i had a girl narrowed as five or six weeks. She went to the bathroom. One time But a lot of them thing just taking like a laxative or something like that to just shove things through That might not be the best answer. Is that what you're saying. Short term short term it can be effective just for some immediate relief but as a long term solution l. Absolutely not and it can actually do more more harm than it can do. Good if you're taking some of these some of these over the counter laxatives long-term okay And and i guess that's kind of what leads me to probiotics. you know. Dr lists talks about digestive enzymes. Bright that they're very needed..

4 Absurdly Easy Things I Do That Make Life Disproportionately Better by David Cain
"Absurdly easy things. I do that. Make life disproportionately better by david. Cain of wrapped a to dot com. Lots of the things. We spend our energy on our worthwhile but some are a better deal than others. The benefits of my weight routine for example are worth much more than the effort takes. But that effort is still pretty significant. You have to lift a two hundred pound barbell quite a few times for anything. Good to happen. There are few things. I do and sometimes still failed to do that. Take almost no effort. And somehow make my life significantly better. As far as i can tell these four small things are the best deal going number one shining the sink before bed. I don't know where. Or when but i remember reading about someone who swore that her habit of her saint before bed was the linchpin of productivity and wellbeing. I have tried. It and ken corroborate her ridiculous claim. Readers have since pointed out that this is from the fly lady making your morning coffee beside a shiny sink is empowering self affirming experience main coffee beside a dull sink containing even a single dirty fork sitting in a puddle is comparatively draining and dehumanizing at a stray bloated noodle or two and it becomes strangely life. Destroy in my experience. One of two different people emerged from that coffee making process depending on the condition of the sink. One of them is sharp and ready for life. The other must fight his way to his desk from under some great -sential wait some grimy psychic debris that's inseparable from the maroon super amnon that greeted him this morning. The sun is his enemy not as ally in all his work will be up hill today. Different things probably need different techniques minus stainless steel. I use one of those magic white pass with a bit of comment and water. Wipe down the rim. Many chrome fixtures with spray in a dry cloth takes forty seconds. Might change your life number two going outside with absolutely no plan. At some point. In my adult life i developed a strange seemingly self-defeating habit at the supermarket i wouldn't bother crossing the store to get the last item on my list. Part of me knew that leaving that one thing that would make a necessary to walk six blocks to the corner store the next day. This is my sub-conscious screaming for help. The quiet wise part of my mind sabotaged my efficient supermarket routine in order to create an excuse to travel somewhere by foot. I now see our walking as an essential nutrient. It should require an excuse. Will we need to excuse ourselves from the kind of perverse post industrial arrangement where it is even possible to spend a whole day without traveling any significant distance outside on foot fresh air and bodily movement or always healthy of course but to get the full disproportionately worthwhile benefits of neighborhood. Walking is essential that you don't know where you're going if you have a destination or even a regular walking routine then you risk making the walking itself into a task something to be done with rather than something to do when i step out of the building. I don't know if i'm going to turn left or right until i'm doing it. I've gone on hundreds of these destination less walks and a regular route as not emerged. It turns out my body knows how to create a closed pauley on without my mind having to think about it. There's something life-affirming about any enterprise in which you rely on moment to moment intuition instead of planning and it's just a walks you can't muck anything up too badly at every corner. You just turn whichever way you feel like or maybe continue straight ahead. Let your feet aside. You'll end up at home somehow number three sitting on the floor and doing nothing for a little while blaise. Pascal famously said that all human miseries arise from our inability to do this. I think it's really just an unwillingness. He's right about the arising miseries though not knowing how to deliberately do nothing his crippling disease that leads to bizarre self-defeating phenomena like workaholic cigarette. Smoking ru smartphone. Behavior eventually worn. Pestle is sitting on the floor and doing nothing isn't exactly difficult but it feels very foreign at first. We are so attuned to being constantly doing acting evaluating and improving the to fully. Stop in this way feels almost as radical as your ignition at a red light and putting your feet up although it's a lot less disruptive to society.

The GOP plan is more targeted than what he sees in the president's, which he says is chock full of Handouts and payoffs to Democratic constituency groups. What is it used for? Well, when we've used the word vitamin is actually kind of a misnomer. Because vitamin D is actually a hormone. Okay? And this regulates thousands of genes in the body. Everything from pain, blood sugar, immune system, blood pressure, falling strength, plus vitamin D has been linked to maintaining colon, health, breast, prostate and ovarian health. I'll tell you what the way we're taking. Vitamin B is all wrong. It's all messed up. Well, why do you say that? Why is it messed up? Well, first of all, do you go to your documents? Or God forbid if you're listening right now, and you're taking a multivitamin and you think you're covered? That's why you're on six or eight or 10 different prescription drugs. I'll tell you that right now, because your body is not getting enough to eat. The other thing is that vitamin D is an oil. You don't absorb oils in your body. They're very difficult to digest. Second, I used the right type of vitamin D in my formula, which is superior and readily available, so your body can digest it. And this is known as vitamin D three and third. My formula is a fast Mel tablet that's available for immediate absorption. You know, you mentioned the vitamin D is an oil. So how were you able to make your formula into a fast melt? Well, good question, Chris. Here's what I've done. Worked with an advanced team of scientists and these guys, They know their stuff. And they're using this technology to convert vitamin D, which is an oil into a dry powder. And once they do that, they put it in this vast dissolving, melt for immediate absorption and quick results that you can feel what some of the feedback that you're getting Dr Pincus from people that are taking Your fast melty three. Well, I'm getting tons of feedback. I've got people that email me. Here's an email from Betty and she writes.
