And then i do wanna go in every couple of years just to make sure that nothing's changed. I don't look it's expensive. That's the problem is two thousand five hundred bucks and most people are not going to spend that kind of money. But i can afford it so i'm going to do it. They said no. It may not be a problem. Because mr henry found out mr henry so you are in on this but yeah pill i got bob on the other line and maryland donnelly. O i mean stacy woodhouse and they copped to the fact. The whole thing is bullshit. What are you trying to foudy figured it out. I'm right here. Okay and you know what you know. What blewett the whole story about be hanging around the parking lot and get. That didn't get the right. I told you guys to remember that you're hanging hanging around the parking lot. The big question is why why. Why did you guys pull this big elaborate gag on me to think the stacey woodhouse. We knew you were going to ask me about delivered. A load of meat to ted and we wanted to come up with a big backstory to justify the fact that i say i like deliver a load of my beat the ted once a week and category on this degree on it and now i'm thinking. Why did i do that because it still humiliating to have him saying he delivers a load of meat to me. So you don't even know why you gotta got involved in this job. I think about it. I don't boy you guys are you guys are all kinds of messed up our to you. Know what maryland. When i found you you were trying to figure out how to put your pantyhose on. You want me to take you outside and show you. What for ten. Are you happy that you got involved in this elaborate. Get glad that. I got involved if they played their part. Yeah but he's still saying he delivers a load of meat to you once a week apart. That your dumber than bob green. I never thought. I'd i never thought i'd live to say those words. You're an idiot bill. I can cancel my advertising just as quickly as you can. Cancel it please. Do you want me to cancel. Advertise it yes i do. I want you to see on youtube bob. Where's bob. I don't know where he is. He's gotta store hung up on him. Get him back on the phone. For what is this bullshit man and you guys. Tell me a story about how bob green is angry at you. Because he fell in love with stacy woodhouse and you didn't know who she was and so he say he delivers a lotta me to your restaurant as a way of getting back at you green. Hey bob yeah. Let me tell you something man. Ted's about to cancel his advertising. And i'm gonna cancel it. And i want you to cancel two all my god. It was just a couple of stationed and we know her. Name's maryland maryland. What are you want yes. We know you're maryland donnelly. We know you're not stacey woodhouse. You took a job at bed. Ted's of beverly hills at bedtime kenley hills at ted's of beverly hills. So you can screw with ted. Only he knew knew that can all bullshit. She didn't work here spaded all up. We made it all up to make the story work. Well how do you feel that. Bob is still saying. He delivers a load of meat to your restaurant. What's a week fine because everybody knows. I don't allow bobbing restaurant. Did he has to stand outside presses. Those against the glass. All that is so much horse really. Have you ever sat down a meal here. Have you ever sat down and had a meal here. I don't wanna eat at your place like 'cause the beach bed. You know bob you gotta lose this round okay maryland. Do me a favor get in a car. Start the car. I'll be out in the second you get the car. I'll be out the second you you good ted. Thanks very much. But i guess the whole thing. Sort of fell apart Phil figured it. Out and Bob still delivers a of meat to you once a week. Although if you'd like i could be the one delivering the load of meat. Did you hear that. Did you hear that. I heard it. Yeah well i give. Her whole restaurants emptied out. They heard yelling. Hello we're here maryland. You there you talk to your the one that called me get get in the car. Just that very sick ted. "I remember that in just like oh man you forget like andrea said how long we've really been doing this together and it's been four years now. I was like twenty eight. I wasn't even married. You were not married. You were jason. What's you're not married. You uh sammer. I we brittany we same like we talked about this a little bit today. It's like you know we've been friends for eleven years at this point and like we've never lived in the same state we've never even lived close to each other like our entire friendship has been based off of text messages and like a few random phone calls. So i was like i'm remaining optimistic. That and i know it'll be fine. You and i will continue to keep in touch through text messages. And of course we will. Eleven years of friendship doesn't like go away but yeah we just have to be a lot better about checking it now that we're not gonna have this this weekly show so and it's weird because i haven't seen you physically or andrea for that matter. Obviously since early twenty twenty and so to me like this. This is the only friendship i know what you right now is like virtual through this. But i know it's so much for the you because you've both kind of survived this pandemic together you've been each other's pandemic buddies and i know be real hard now that you're not going to have that physical presence anymore. Yeah yeah it's i mean. I think that it'd be really hard. Is like an understatement. And in my mind. I had this grand speech i was going to make and i tried writing it out multiple times just like just like fell apart. Every time i don't know what to say. And then i delete it and write it. And then i delete it and i was like what are they just do bullet points and i wrote all these bullet points. And then it's like google doc. He's the things. I wanted to talk about with steimer when she comes do her last show and like to be clear like our friendship is going to continue like thank fully. The power of the internet is something that allows us to have voice chats and video chats and to see each other. and there's reasons why i could. You know find myself hair. But like i think like what it what it comes down to really is like just these memories that we've made together and kind of like how our friendship started. Because you and brittany's started your friendship years before you and i ever came friends and it was something that was a really unique thing that you when i coming together as friends because i was friends with a man named greg miller who have audience knows a man named greg blewett greg. He hosts stuff on the internet. You may have heard a little bit And when i i must steimer you know you were in your living with one said greg miller and you knew my boyfriend at the time john drake and you guys were coming in friends. "Is continuing to do a fantastic job of that. We talked as we finished off the last segment about the state of florida case surrounding ron to scientists and whether or not he has the executive authority as governor to allow parents to make choices inside of schools. As opposed to individual school districts enforcing a mask mandate. That is a legal case that we will continue to follow as it moves. Its way through florida courts and potentially beyond but in the meantime there was a big decision that came down last night from the supreme court involving joe biden's attempt to put in place and avik shin moratorium by a by an executive order as opposed to via congressional authority and buck sexton. The supreme court finally slap that down pretty aggressively six to three said. It was outside the scope of the president's authority adding yet another defeat to an incredibly weak. I eight months in office for joe biden. The reason why this had to go all the way back to the supreme court was because brad kavanagh did it strike down this decision beforehand and biden himself. Buck even said hey. I think this is unconstitutional. But i'm going to sign it anyway and thankfully the supreme court has stepped in now and struck this down by a six to three margin. Can we can we just step in and focus on for one second place very very well laid out and so i feel like we we. We know the issues at play here and and the structure of of what exactly happened. Notice that the biden. The democrat progressive. Impulse is even if it's unconstitutional. Let's just do it man. Let's just see what we can get away with. Let's see if maybe activists judges will bail out. Let's see if we can do this for as long as you want. Remember there's always a process involve so you can actually get your way often for a period of time. Because conservative constitutionalist judges tend to be less quick to pull a universal injunction less quick to say oh on one federal judge and i'm going to override all federal policy right on the left because they're activists sitting in judge's robes on the bench. They'll do these kinds of things and not think twice about it. This is what we're up against now. When it comes to all aspects of covert. They will do the things they want to do. Even when they don't have the actual authority but they will use the power in that way and unless we have the willingness to use power to defend individual rights where possible taxes florida. Unless we actually do that. We're going to get steamrolled on all. Kobe restrictions mitigations. And i mean i people writing anybody. I'm sure you've seen the same thing. Clay your inbox. I'm not some big fat cat landlord. I'm not lighting my cigars with you. Hundred dollar bills. My retirement is the one property or the to modest properties. I own that. I get some income from and i've been paying mortgages and tax and utilities for eighteen months now and they're saying what the heck is going on. Oh and of course. The government had like a fifty billion dollar. whatever it is Know i forget the exact numbers but don't quote me on that but it's you know tens of billions of dollars i think four d. landlords clay because they realize stealing money from them. I think they've spent less than five percent of it so far. The government's not even good at giving people back the money that it stole from them to redistribute it's so frustrating as a small business owner as like buck some of the money that i made as rolled into real say because this is probably psychological but when you own an internet business there some part of you at least me. Psychologically that wanted to have hard tangible physical assets and so i am a part owner of a variety of different buildings all over a variety of different states. And i'm not sitting around with a billion dollars or one hundred million dollars in real estate assets like you and like a lot of people out there that when you're choosing where power is going to lie to allow people to pay rent while we still have the obligation to pay the mortgage which is being paid based i. It's just a fundament and this is a big issue with the democratic party in general right now every single year for the last decade plus for sure they have become less friendly to the idea of capitalism and less understanding of how business works and thankfully we at least have the supreme court. Finally although i think cavenaugh blewett in not striking this down back in the summer. Which would have prevented this from happening. But we got a president who acknowledges that he's doing something unconstitutional. Does it anyway and less. We had the supreme court three weeks later to step in and slap him back down. We basically don't have a constitution. Democrats like this. This is actually a replay of the obama playbook remember i've got a pen and a phone. Why did he talk about his pen and his phone because he wanted to go around. The united states congress. The legislative branch wants the twenty twenty. Thank you tea party. Massive wave came in and he wasn't going to get what he wanted anymore through the legislature. So he started these different executive orders. I mean it was the obama administration. The tried to tell the senate when it was actually in session. I mean you look at some of the overreach. Some of the clear destruction of separation of powers because of the authorian -tarian impulse of democrats that was on display with obama. You see it again with biden. Here's the thing. Democrats like it. Even when they know. It's wrong even when they know. It's a constitutional violation. They get joy out of the fact that it's ha- our team is winning. We're going to do it anyway. So they won't pay a political price now. The courts have struck this down by the court also struck down earlier this week the remain. Well they struck down the request for a stay of the lower court decision. Doing okay here for justice. see julie. It gets confusing right so so they struck down the lower courts demand or rather. They struck down the demand for a stay from a lower court. Basically saying that remained in mexico policy for the border goes into place. It is going into place now. It cannot just get rid of it. The bite administration can klay. There's no there's no feeling of Of remorse or even trepidation from democrats when they do stuff like this they want to force people to comply and they wanna use health policy as a cover for what's really a marxist impulse here let's be honest this is. This is the democrats pretending to be robin hood steal from the rich give to the poor. Although sometimes the people renting have more assets than the people renting from so it doesn't even work out that way. Well this is also why i think the ultimate legacy of donald trump is going to be so wildly important right because you got gore sick because you got amy conybeare it and because you got cabinet buck if donald trump is not president for the previous four years make no mistake. The supreme court would have upheld the authority of this executive order. That joe biden just made. I mean this is why you need a backstop that is going to apply the law in an even an honest and transparent fashion and it is why it is so wildly important that we ended up with those three justices on the supreme court. And i gotta tell you if you run a cell phone company and found out you could make your charges a lot lower. I had these guys look as great. I had pure talk executives in my house this week. Balk as you know talk about how much they value this audience and how much they want to make sure that they are incredibly trust-worthy i trust them with my own family cell phone plan and it can save you up to eight hundred dollars a year. "Newton and mack jones strong showing and the patriots preseason win which capped off bill belichick described as a good week finally felt like cam newton. Joe was able to take a little bit more of a strong hold on the grip of the patriots quarterback competition. He looked good in the start. Eight of nine hundred and three yards finish with one touchdowns. One on one touchdown no interceptions. He played three series before. Mac jones the rookie than took over jones first-round pick from alabama was also quite productive in this outing. Thirteen for nine thousand nine hundred forty six yards over four series. He had no touchdowns and no interceptions so all week long. We were talking about houses quarterback competition going to go in new england. Who's going to separate themselves. How are they gonna look now that they actually get to see some competition during the week in practice with those joints against philadelphia. I was reading earlier in the week. Just about how those practices went and that it was jalen hurts of all people who was standing apart of all the quarterbacks that we saw in philadelphia but now with cam newton and mack jones. This makes this one of the more interesting quarterback battles of the preseason because you have an incumbent in cam newton who was played a lot more seasons of professional football than his counterpart mack jones anecdote always feels like bill ballot checks to give him this final shot to prove himself and so far looks like he's off to a pretty good start.

"This apparently will not be one of them even though it is now a chief terror target. Meanwhile by the way lincoln ramped up the biden administration's effort to deflect criticism saying that trump had allowed the taliban threat to grow. Okay so here's the question even assuming that's true. Even assuming that trump blewett with regard to the taliban you came in and then just handed them the country along with all of our allies who will now be slaughtered along with all of our resources because you decided to precipitously pull out announce the date and then just leave and by the way. It's even worse than that. Joe biden wants to take credit for that. He overruled everybody to do this. His own intelligence officials were saying this is an idiotic idea. His own generals were saying. This is moronic. I mean president biden said on saturday. He's going to be sending approximately five thousand. Us troops to safely evacuate u s and allied personnel according to the wall street journal for slightly larger than the three thousand personnel. Were already in transit. Back to afghanistan in the one thousand. Artie artie there. But this spectacular failure from built in flaws of the afghan military compounds by strategic blundering of the government of afghan president ashraf ghani the taliban took advantage of the us sponsored peace talks to deceive kabul about their intentions as they prepared and executed lightning offensive. Here's here's the key part you ready. Here's how bad biden blue this. The afghan army fighting alongside american troops was molded to match the way the americans operate the us military. The world's most advanced relies heavily on combining ground operations with airpower using aircrafts resupply outpost strike targets ferry. The wounded collect reconnaissance and intelligence in the wake of president. Biden's withdrawal decision. The us pulled its air support. Intelligence and contractors servicing afghanistan's planes and helicopters. That meant the afghan military simply could not operate any more. The same happened with another failed american effort. The south vietnamese army in the nineteen seventies said retired. Lieutenant general daniel bolger who commanded the us lead coalition's mission to train afghan forces in two thousand eleven to two thousand thirteen so just to reiterate the united states worked at the afghan forces. They train them in a certain type of combat namely they could call american air strikes in they had the ability to call in american air resources to clear an area or to pick up the wounded and then what did joe biden do. He said we're not doing any of that anymore. So it's not just a matter of air support disappearing. It's a matter of the entire model was rooted in a particular level of american support. Any warning whatsoever biden just went the support. Boom all the supports are going. Can that is like a house. That exists in the hollywood hills and the foundations are not particularly stable. You could shore up those foundations or theoretically you could just dynamite. Them and then be surprised when the house falls down. Joe biden decided to dynamite. The foundations for whatever the security strategy was here. There's always a tendency to use the model you know. Which is you're not also general bolger who now teaches history at north carolina. State when you build an army like that and it's meant to be a partner with a sophisticated force Americans you can't pull the americans out all of a sudden because then they lose the day to.

"Adults who are in charge and and i would feel very strongly that this was this was their job to blow and they definitely blewett and fredericks was the guy on stage. So he's the guy who you know they present is the bad guy in the movie in the fall guy but i would nonetheless suggest that you know. I was doing biscuit. Show that he was brought in to do that. He responded to the to the violence in the situation as loosely as he give him again. He had no way of knowing. You is being hard for performance in a place where there was no security. Yeah i think you know the thing with with festivals and having been to so many festivals so many edm festivals like you know the the wallop loses the coachella is like the smaller of smaller pop up like you know there is a certain level of terrifying almost like this can end in extreme violence or you know whatever type of rowdiness that happens. I remember seen rage against the machine lollapalooza and like the mosh pit there. I thought i thought i was going to be crushed in in in the middle of it like the way that it happened but i think there is a difference in the security at the festival. The way that's handled doing this on pavement in the middle of like a sweltering. Was it like july august of ninety nine like the weather that was happening. The lack of accessible water the extremists of the bathroom situation like everything that was falling apart. There you know is a bigger issue than i think blaming again artists on handling that there was no. I've never seen an artist. Try to handle the crowd at a festival amino never tried seen artists and actually actively try to tell the crowd to stop harassing women which happens at still at every single festival because even if you have security kind of handling the violence that's happening. They're not very good with that part. And there's no one's handling that. And i think that a lot of the artists there did the best that they could with a really awful situation. That was so out of their control and kind of again. Just like i think the number of finger pointing happened in the in the documentary was just like a real grievance of mine because it blamed like mtv blamed the end of grunge was has anything like it's like blaming all nights so-called life. Yeah grunge commodified. And then there was a so-called life in singles. And that's why i'm gonna go ahead and watch the stock marianna. There's gonna be more woodstock documentaries including one from our parent company so there'll be opportunities to this. Debate will continue listen. I experienced what i experienced. My lived experiences. My lived experience at the show and he was irresponsible he was. But i can say that when we need to do is maintain the nuance. I can say that fred durst irresponsible without saying if the document without blaming the entire festival on him. Which i always. I've always been on record saying ridiculous. And again i spent a lot of time realizing the tremendous flaws in the planning of that festival which was the core issue which also involved the way. The lineup was and the fact that they had they would have aggressive ban after aggressive banned in the same on the same stage in the same night which is advisable. You wanna space this stuff out so it doesn't you know there's a million things that motors did wrong and you know you you. And there's an old investigative series. I did that. I can point to on my twitter that backs that up. But i think you can maintain that just saying. I don't think it's finest moment. I think that he he was revelling in a little bit too much. He got on top of the plywood that was ripped from the and performed on it. Which was listen is was that economic absolutely. I just think it gave tacit permission to the chaos and vandalism and i almost as performer. I understand the impulse that got him there. I totally understand it. I just don't i think it just exemplifies some of the negative aspects of what limpets biscuit stood for and also the sort of negative. Frankly the opportunism and almost greed for success. That was a dark side of. I i think that he would do. I think he made the calculation that a couple of people that this iconic moment was worth a little bit risk of chaos in danger. And i don't agree with that. I think that there are ways to be a benevolent. I've seen after the tragedy at roskilde. If that's roskilde roskilde that pro endured. I saw eddie vedder so caring. Lee managed crowds that. Were getting rough and like handle it and just the most empathetic and sort of vaguely terrified way and i just prefer that approach and i have seen. I have seen bands just being like chill out the crowd rather than amp up the crowd with sort of in an almost trumpian way. Like don't hurt anyone but go fucking crazy like no i don't. I don't emphasize the don't hurt anyone. But again i think we do fall into an i think actually this leads to a broader point. I i do think we we get into this thing where everyone's either avila where hero and i think social media discourse does play into that and it's part of this thing like anything dolly parton does now this business of this supposed- that she invested in the black community. Maybe she did. Maybe she didn't but there's like but people like our overloading someone who they see as a perfect hero and they're going to get disappointed or whereas you know and so then. The debate becomes social. Media is fred durst a total villain or total hero and then people are like well. He spoke up against the iraq war. He's a total hero. He did this. It was the total villain. I think let's bring some nuance to britney's pointed. The beginning is perfect like no actually villain hero just hilarious in some way. Just a very few cultural artifact ultimately. I think even just like looking. At present day fred durst even the fred durst at the last five years is what makes it so funny to me because literally limp biscuit just exist. I i enjoy listening to biscuit. Will ibtx olympus kit on any op. Day of course. Like i love. I love to put on rolling and enjoy and go about my day. You know but like i.

"You might need help handling. Your emotions are right eight tuning into someone else's emotions or being a team member running a team. Whatever it might be so they identify that by the way if your listeners wanna be coach that can go to a key step media slash coach and say. Hey i want to be coach. We've got coaches waiting to coach. And then the other thing you have to do and the coaching help. You is identify a particular behavior that you could practice like when someone comes into my office or comes up to me like to stop doing. Put it aside. Start my ruminations. Hey full attention person for front to be now. It may sound easy but you know what if you practice being a listener. Thousands of times. That's the brain's default that's what you do automatically so you have. You have to stop yourself. Allies this is the moment. I gonna pay full attention. Do it and the coach will help you coach with support you on that and then you have to practice at every naturally occurring opportunity by the way not just at the office. Not just at the business could be with your teenagers. Could be with your spouse and the brain doesn't make it distinction between home and work but the more you practice the stronger that circuits for the new behavior become and then finally it becomes automatic. That means there's a neuro landmark. You can do that the right way from now on data i want to. I want to mine into some details. I hear so chooses to some specific scenarios. That would happen to me all the time and doctors. Am she could relate to this as well. You bet denote the peak of the company. Dj connection before. I sold it. We were doing about eighty wedding receptions per weekend so about four thousand events right and every building was somebody's big day and marshall. You know this because you were one of the. Dj's back in the day. This is years ago. Some guys would go out to the wedding and not care about doing a good job. They would say give lip service. I'm going to job. We get the surveys back and daniel weeded eighty weddings. We'd probably get one or two keyboard warrior complaints about they would say i was not happy with the service so about four percent. Five percent people were not happy and right ninety. Five percent of customers were happy. That was kind of the best. I ever got to me and i would get so frustrated with these people. I'm like how could you possibly go to someone's wedding. And not care enough to sean to show up on time and to do a good job so i would be mad on monday because the weddings run saturday. Read the surveys. On a sunday. I would come to work on monday. That'd be mad but you wrote emotions are contagious klay. We've all known it experience. You know after you have a really fun coffee with the friend. You feel good when you have a rude. Dj boss in an office meeting clay people walk away feeling bad and so i'm like wow. He wrote that specifically for me. I really did feel. I just project that on my team and i didn't stop doing that until i was probably twenty five twenty six. I'm thirty eight now. Could you coach a younger me. The person that would read those complaints from abroad. Or she's detailing hell upset. She was and how rule. Dj was and how not project that on the team when you sincerely are frustrated. First of all. I think it's helpful to make the distinction between the person frustrated. You then you need to deal with that. You need to give them perform you know like you really blew it and maybe you know you get one more chance to more champ. Whatever it is. Yeah but you need to be strong with that person and then stop right there because when you go in with your team who by the way. Weren't that person right right right. They did well. Then you want to switch you a manager of oh's your emotional state because emotions are powerfully contagious from the from the leader outward right i mean the data on that is unbelievable if leader of team is in a positive mood. People on the team catch that emotions are contained by the way their performance goes up. The leader is an download. Clay people catch that performance. Goes down so you know you kind of shooting yourself the foot if you go in with your team meeting and bring that other unpleasant feeling that you had with that person blewett want to leave behind you wanna be able to manage your own emotions go in and actually energize people be up ep. The enthusiastic boss that people that also energizes the team and yes. The coach could help do that. Because it's something you can practice doctors the you are so good at being the doctor. Zellner industries hype man with the bank with the optometry clinic with the auto auction with adc medical with the durable medical company. With all the things you're involved in no serious there's multiple companies. There's probably a fire at one of those brands. There's never a day where everything is going. Well i mean there's always a fire one of for that day you own a lot of real estate. There's never a day where there's not a problem with something correct. so how. how have you learned to do. Implement what daniel teachers. How the decision. It's a choice you make every morning you wake up. We all have a reason to be upset. Y'all have a reason to be in a bad mood. I've made a list right now. We just face it we all do and just choosing joy over everything else and understanding that all those things are fixable and they will get fixed and you just gotta make us got to be purposeful and fixing them. That's you don't ignore them right up. Stick your head in the sand. Go well the toilet will stop running. I'm sure eventually or that. That league will stop eventually or that person who's stealing money from me. I'm sure they'll get enough. And then they'll they'll style owing daniel. Unc are both very good at this. Another recordable daniel where you wrote you said scheduling downtime. As part of your routine is hard but worth it personally even professionally. This has been and continues to be the hardest thing for me to implement because they never have downtime. Daniel i'll go to the beach with my wife. And i'll stand there looking into the ocean in waiting to come back home with downtime. It's very interesting because it's not just being at the beach. Where's your mind clay. It's back in the office right right yet. So actually downtime has to do with what's happening mentally mostly india and you wanna be able to have some talk your day your week when you recover from all the stuff stressing you out because as you point out. Life is full of stress and the body is designed to have an emergency episode college stress today. It's a biological reality in the body and stress hormones or flooding through and so on and then it's designed to ever recovery today modern life. We just don't give ourselves now recovery time but.

"Good team but they are. Home gets western kentucky at home against michigan state at maryland at home against rutgers at home against minnesota That's just talked about seven games. They really should win. Yeah now they gotta get one more. They have purdue and some of these other maybe closer teams. But i. I think they get eight. At least this is a team. That's been on the rise for years. They're good college football team. Seven and a half is too low. Take the over all right And so in that indiana ohio state game that was just in fields and not have a good game right. That was the we had a very bad game. Last game i hurt. That's where his heisman. Chances really took it run game. You great great game to start the season rates. september fourth avenue. That's great Yeah i should mention ohio state minus two twenty to win that conference championship. Wisconsin six to one penn state. Nine one iowa nine one and paula. Kids hoosiers twenty two one. And then michigan. What the hell happened. Twenty five to one harry. You're going to give penn state some love. Oh you're going under here. Yeah under nine minus one twenty five. I darren sit mentioned earlier. Yeah it was crazy season for a lot of teams last year in college football but still then went own five to start the season last year. Thirty more points in all them. They open the season at cabinet camp. Randall in madison They also on the road at iowa at ohio state at michigan state. They also have to play auburn. And i'm not so sold on quarterback sean clifford i think too much on on offense out of freshmen. From last year now sophomores played well at times last season but still asking for the win. To get ten wins is asking a lot for this team out of the big Big ten I think it goes under nine. Are you doing this from a house. That's undergoing construction construction and also thunder and lightning outside like crazy. So i told those guys to stop it free for an hour or two so may have to go back guys. Kick your ass stopped. Adopt delays for an hour. Just work till seven o'clock. While i talk about frick penn state on the players. What what did you do with their for you i. I have a doctor's after two. So i got over by that. I'll throw an extra one in geez northwestern under six and a half. They returned only three offensive. Starters seven overall which is the fewest of any power five team. They were held at twenty one or fewer and five of their last eight games. You got ryan who linski doesn't excite me south carolina transfer no more payton ramsey quarterback The defensive coordinator is gone. They were eleventh ranked recruiting wise in the big ten. I feel like they had their their day in the sun there and they blew it against ohio state. They start with michigan state. September third bout touchdown favourite but could lose. And then i'm in good shape but they do add to get nebraska at michigan versus iowa at wisconsin. Weird game against purdue and wrigley field. Pats gerald steam blewett lash regressed a six and six. Gimme under northwestern we go to the. Acc clemson took care of notre dame. Thirty four. ten after any spaghetti is right. Does that ring a bell thirty. Four ten libido soda. It's terrible after you beat them but not the same. Now there minus nine hundred to win the acc. It just kinda sucks. North carolina tend to one. Miami tend to one louisville thirty two one bc. Thirty two one nc state fifty to one if you split it. Up by divisions their minus twenty four hundred clemson a win the atlantic. And then we'll talk about the acc coastal division where it's carolina and florida miami. Sorry is a coin. Toss there. I am going to go with miami. Plus one twenty five now. They're going to be. There are seventeen and a half point dog to bama. That's not a good sign. This is for the coastal Doesn't really matter that doesn't matter at all towards the coastal standings at eight and three last year nineteen returning starters. They average over thirty point game. Thirty four actually for the first time since twenty. Sixteen all five lineman return. They lose gregory russo on defense. Who in the bills. The bills left right but he He opted out anyway. So should matter. Eric king one hundred nine touchdown passes coming off that torn. Acl though in the cheese at bowl which is extra. Embarrassing hundred. Nine touchdown passes with this guy there at north carolina which i don't think will be as good. You guys are gonna fight me on this at florida state tough schedule for both of those teams. I just mentioned so. I like them. At plus one twenty five to win the coastal harry. You agree with me. Do i like Like what manny had coach. Many the as is doing their miami Yeah you mentioned eric king. Let's not forget in two thousand eighteen. Houston the at fifty touchdowns at your downs. North carolina has lost some players. They lost their running backs. to draft Last year michael. Carter devante williams. They combined cash. Combine those two that for thirty three touchdowns Unc has to play at notre dame. A house tremendous asphyxia touchdowns in two years. But still i. I like miami like you said sal loud returning starters here. The running back cameron harris returns. They're leading wide receiver mike My kartli returns to The at eight hundred yards seven touchdowns in unc a lot of players. Not there so and again. The conference is very weak. You got they florida state. Nc state both at five for the rover unders dukes at three and a half detected at five. So i think it's kind of like set them come down to the game against north carolina in chapel hill. But still i think miami takes it a plus one twenty five like said it starts up like miami a little bit more than north carolina this year. All right we're giving not a lot of variety here because we're going over miami north carolina although we'll talk clemson When we get to the heisman stuff Apolo kit you do like north carolina. Ten to one you say. They upset clemson the championship. Yeah well look. I you know i think Would be nice to see. Wouldn't it at yeah. At least to say it's get somebody else besides clemson. Look maybe maybe. I've i've too much faith in tate. Frazier pal really pumping. Unc up time after time after time but they themselves have a heisman. Trophy candidate quarterback. Sam how we saw him put on a lot of shows less ya. I mean i although i have to say they lost. A tear had a terrible loss to florida state last year. We all remember that where boy that was one of the worst losses of the season from what i recall from a team but unlike what harry thinks he running back to.

I remember galloping sideways in a circle with him jumping up and down thinking we were going to win it and we fucking lost so it happens every year. I was watching jim rome and he was kinda getting chris. Paul a little bit they. He's never done these. The only guy that this is the third or fourth time being up two games to now where he's lost a series and it's like. I don't think chris paul is your problem. He's the best players in the league like. Is it his problem. That he can't drag the rest of the guys over the fuck and you're gonna you're gonna go after the star player. I've just never understood that. But he was just saying that. It's a pretty wild stat. I've never fucking no one else has the thing but it's just like wow you know his another wild stat. I like you know what we'll put me in a good mood. Why if i just cancel a bunch of shit. And i have a nice daddy daughter date. That's what i'm going to do. So instead i took my lovely daughter out and we went. It went to a park and she wrote a bike and she went to the play ground. Put on our masks and you know it's funny. She's dead that slides it too hot. Let's ride the bike more. She was chasing me. And i was running after her. And all that stuff it was just awesome and then we went out and got some ice cream and they said. Do you want a kid scooper and adult scoop said kids scoop but it's one of these old school places so even kids scoop the fucking scoop ice cream as big as my daughter's head so i ended up finishing what she didn't eat which is the first time ice cream in like a month and I just sort of hang out with my wife and kids all day. So i'm very grateful for the ten minutes had there and i still am really close with everybody there But it was tempering a chapter. What was that like getting out of college and then being thrown into that. Because that's kind of the boy. Yeah it really is. It really is so. When i was in college i went to virginia tech and i studied public relations and i thought i wanted to get into marketing. And what i noticed when i was interviewing or even applying jobs you know. Nobody wanted anybody without experience. You had to have a year or change to get a job. And i stumbled across memory blewett career. They were the only company. I had time to speak with had the career fair and they gave me a chance and to be honest. I don't think. I realized i was going to be cold calling. I don't have you know friends or family and sale so it was really new experience for me But when i was younger I'm a triplet. So i have two sisters competitive growing up and i really found my place at memory. Blue and you know was a transition for the first few weeks but it was so much fun and the environment is very competitive. And that's something that i carry with me today. Was it awkward at first you. You'd never done it before you never knew who done before it was awkward. You know. I remember the first guy the answer the phone i remember his name. I remember exactly how confused he when. I called him. Because i was equally confused. Yeah exactly and over time you get used to that But it was very uncomfortable. And something that i had on my desk and i still think about you know whenever i try news. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable. And i think that holds true in every self-sufficient and a lot of things in life so and how long did it take you to get used to it or did you ever get used to it. I think about two months. You know it's funny i. I'm a big people person. I love to talk to people But talking on the song was never a thing that i enjoyed. I wasn't the type of person to call home all the time in school But once they started working memory blue all they all. I was doing most talking to people on the phone. And now i love it And especially in the world today when everything's zoom or you're talking own all day long. I think it's it's great cool.
