Sarah Huckabee Sanders: Biden & Democrats Have Failed You
"White House press secretary under Donald Trump really shining last night. Here's how she wrapped up her tremendous State of the Union Republican response. America is great because we are free. But today, our freedom is under attack. And the America we love is in danger. President Biden and the Democrats have failed you. And it's time for a change. A new generation of Republican leaders are stepping up. Not to be caretakers of the status quo. But to be change makers for the American people. We know not what the future holds. But we know who holds the future in his hands. And with God is our witness, we will show the world that America is still the place where freedom rains and liberty will never die. Thank you. God bless you and God bless America. Home run. Anybody who didn't see that as a home run has a bias. It doesn't like Republicans. It doesn't want her to be successful. Home run. By Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the governor of Arkansas last night.
Is the U.S. Still a Beacon of Light in a Darkened World?
"To you the prayer for the United States and that by synagogue literally mine because I wanted the three people who founded it. Say each week and have said for decades because we were part of another synagogue, which let us go because I'm conservative. And we've thrived beyond our wildest imagination. We used to get 30 to 40 people. And then we have a 150 in the same on Zoom, and this is all word of mouth. And it's a very beautiful experience each week. And we said this prayer, which begins with America, God God blessing America. I'll catch you at the exact words here. Won't I? Yes, I will. Here are the eternal God we ask your continued blessings for our country the United States of America a Beacon of light liberty and justice in a darkened world. I said that for decades or herded for decades. More precise. And it's so touched me. Wow, I do. I live in a Beacon of light liberty and justice. But the left doesn't like light liberty or justice. And it has slowly like termites eroded America. Of its foundations. So I just can't say before God what I don't believe to be true.
Caller: Class Action Lawsuit Should Be Filed Against Mall of America
"Todd, if he had battery powered Jesus on his T-shirt, I might, I might take a chance to that myself, but that's not the issue. You said it's not a public place. Of course, it's a public place. Any story you go into in America is a public place. And the point is, if they want to take them to court like the preacher said, that mentioned a suit that would drown him in debt, I would think that would be an option. And the other thing is it's called a class action suit. They could make a class action suit against the mall of America and they would win because their attorneys would not know what to say when the one was brought into court that you allow these freaks and on the left to come in and with their t-shirts and you don't allow religious people to do the same. So I think they have a case. And it would really even shut down that place. But Martin, it is a private place, though, and this is a mall and they have rules from regulations governing conduct and they're allowed to do it. Now the issue is public accommodation and maybe maybe they could get them on that. But again, they could get them easily. Easily on several issues and I think that T-shirt thing is one of them. Like kids going to school with t-shirts have said God bless America. Well, that's one of the issues. Unfortunately, public schools have a handle on the with the courts and they get away with. That. They can allow children to come into schools with t-shirts that says God bless America or something to that effect. So I think the religious thing is very important in any case. In any case in court.
Caller Antoinette: 'Life With God Is Not Immunity From Difficulty'
"Go to Antoinette. He must be Thursday. Hey Antoinette. Hey, doctor G, are we having fun? Are we having fun Antoinette? That's fun. Being the spicy Latina, I love the spicy radio at first. But we've been having a huge rainstorm here, so we were not out there today at planned parents, but let me tell you, I have a small prayer, but I am behind those 20 that are riling it up in Congress because they have not supported all of us as Americans in this wonderful country of ours. So here you go. Life with God is not immunity from difficulties, but peace while in difficulties. What if God has chosen you and your family to live through a very difficult time in this history of ours? Because he trusted you to be able to live a story of faith to look to him for hope to comfort those who are longing to feel the loving arms of God wrapped around them. Every experience God gives us every person he puts us in our lives is perfect preparation for the future that only he can see. So just understand everyone, we love our country. We're proud of those 20s and God bless America and God bless America first.

"Tidbits. Here is just this. Canon completely removed all the story elements and background characters. The editor so is not surprising. Information released the joseph zito cut. I want the z. Tokat i wouldn't by two zero zero as another element and all of this is it. Seems like norris blackball disaster after this because of his bullshit story about whoopi goldberg. Which i can't possibly imagine is a true story but he refused to work with zito again despite the fact that this is obviously nurses kind of most lasting film and it was a huge rental success and the previous collaboration with zita was missing an action which was his most successful theatrical film. What what was the. What was the whoopi thing was spotted. Numerous wanted to the reporter and zito said no. We're going to get this white lady and then chuck norris blames zito for the movie. Not being as good. I get i also on this horse shit. Because there's no way that this like this is even norris's tail after we'll be goldberg was cast in the color purple. Why the fuck would she piss in bed. Fucking cannon. i'm just really good from the concept that kevin removed all the supporting actors and this movie is still an hour and fifty minutes long. What did they leave. I who was also the story that like ghulam called zito the middle of like after they've shown some dailies or something and zita was like a shit the hatchet us and instead goal it was like persons. Great here's two million more dollars. Which apparently was just like us. Jake's more frustrating it's like Like details like they have. They have a scene. Where like i swear to god like. They must have just got the national guard. Just show up for the day and just drive all these towns. They ever seen where they just get a bunch of armored cars and they have just dozens of them everywhere you know. This is not inexpensive filmmaking and yet the interior scenes are clearly shot in places that are like made out of balsa voids ever and shoot the shit out every single everything. They hit with a bullet. There's like the either. Wait splinters. Like that cheap compound would structure is like the whole the to make no attempt to disguise it like the whole office building every window and door and wall and partition is made of the exacts. A would it's just this unbalanced kind of a setup with the film it just cleared it. Looks like the moody was spent unlike the quote unquote action sequences. Then everything else looks like absolute shit really really bizarre film and Yeah like i say. Chuck norris is just even by chuck norris estander t seems out of place in. The movie were nominally. He's the hero. He's just sort of like hanging out in the ball you or the everglades he's supposed to be like a gator wrestler. Him says gator wrangler to me. It's the whole thing. And then then he just kinda moves up. I like i feel like they talk about. You know that it's sweeping the entirety of the us. But i'm pretty sure they. They shoot in florida and georgia. I think there was the only place actually get. Yeah what you mentioned it earlier. But it's fucking hilarious because it takes forever for the actual invasion to really start going because there's all these things where they're like okay. They're blowing up a house okay. They're blown up another house. Okay they're bombing the mall but it never feels like a cohesive splinter cell terrorist acts usa. Does it feel like an actual full on invasion. But then y- you see chuck and it feels like because we're told that this is happening everywhere and they just go just jumped to these different terrorism sequences and then chuck just drives in and stops whatever's happening at. It's hilarious because it seems like he's everywhere and after they do this. I don't know probably a dozen fucking times. 'cause this movies nine hours long then. There's a scene. Where chuck is that. Like a carnival that was clearly like blown up or something and one of his buddies comes up behind him and chuck pissed off. And he's like. I just can't be everywhere at once like well. It seems like we're doing just fine. Before so i don't fuck happens. Great doesn't embarrassingly poor job of establishing scope like it never feels like what what is meant to and that is no odd it also does a very interesting unintentional thing for me where by making this invasion the sort of like scrappy guerrilla subversive warfare and it concludes by like these. Like fucking forty guys. Be fucking mowed down by the entirety of the us military industrial complex. And this is supposed to make me feel patriotic. Because it seems most bar crooked. David and goliath auditing. That's the best part about this. Movie is okay. So the way that it's set up it set up perfectly the way the plot is laid out. And this is. This is great because it's like the mid eighties so it's just like hey remember when the. Us was just fucking around in central america just toppling democratically elected governments and just generally just being assholes. What if that happened to us. And you think it's going to the subversive thing but it's not just lean into it. It's fucking amazing. It's all right there. And it's like okay. So you're going to. You're going to kind of this is going to be a critique of of american for no no it's not a critique it all it's like hell doesn't that's the whole movie. It's like no. It doesn't bucket rock. It's incredible because he had the movie is like it's classical rambo to agitprop because pretty much just points out a whole bunch of things that are wrong. In america and says russia did them. And that's and once you're on board for that it's kinda like every social ill in america from. I mean literally from minority. This alien nation police brutality. The immigrant the dangers immigrants face. All of that is one hundred percent the fault of communist russia. And that's that's the film is basically just passing the buck on everything and then the degrade boys military who've done nothing until this leg for most the film. There's no suggestion. Even there is a federal government power like they can't do anything. Apparently like the authority and the stace authority in this film is represented by one grizzled cop guy who just walks around in the aftermath of things. He goes like damn shane. We're underfunded you know it's like why the hell would he be involved in this. This is not a police issue would never be a police issue..

The President Trump has created something called the Office of the former president. If you recall for two months we watched Joe Biden standing at a podium, say office of the President elect. Well, you know anyone could have an office. In fact, in most American cities, there's a lot of available office space. If you've got an office you'd like to have so President Trump former President Trump has created something called the Office of the former President. We're losing human communication. Thanks. These chumps of social media People just communicate in tedious hashtags and gifts. Now it's wrecking everything. It's destroying our civilization. We'll get into that with my clindell in the next hour now, while on the subject of the office of the former president You may recall that yesterday I took a call from someone who objected. Most strenuously. The idea of starting a third party. The Patriot Party is the one that's been talked about. In fact, I think it's bean registered somewhere in Georgia or somewhere. Such is that because you have to register things have in order to get on the ballot it so it's a two party racket. Basically, the Washington Union Party Has got this racket called ballot access, which no civilized society should be doing. It's the people's determination as to whether someone should be on the ballot, not Not the two existing parties crowding out alternatives, but his people can disagree on that. Here's the Here's the scoop from Rasmus. Um Poll taken In the immediate off aftermath off King Joe taking the phone mad King Zhou Shows that Trump's Patriot Party would win almost a quarter of voters and drop the Republican Party to third place. So in other words, what I call the yesterday said, is correct that if you have a three party system, the Democrats win. But what's interesting is that it's the new party led by former president Trump. That would come second, a hypothetical Patriot party led by former President Donald Trump. Would win the support of almost a quarter of the electorate. 23% bumping the GOP down to third place with just 17%. So the question then becomes really well. If if if you don't want to split the vote on the right if you don't want to Um have three part is delivering the presidency to the Democrat that maybe it's the Republican Party that should get out of the way and let this new party Which appears to be firmly in second place, ever have a run at it. The question the question I, As I've said, for years on this show, I don't understand why Everyone is wedded to a two party frozen system. That has been unchanged since the Civil War. Everything else from those days is gone. Look at all the empty podiums and plants around your town where once generals and presidents and the light used to stand there all gone. Stephen Foster all those nice old songs from the 19th century way down upon the Swanee whether there will go on because he was some kind of hater. Kate Smith singing God Bless America is gone pretty much everything from the last 150 years is gone except the same and and By the way, all these people who can't be on statues anymore where members of political parties like these, these guys were mostly for the most part, they were Democrats, the Confederate generals. Slave owners, the Racists they will Democrats. Democrats pretty much had a monopoly on that kind of thing, but they've been taking down Republicans to them in taking down Lincoln and McKinley. So what I don't understand is why, if all these individuals have to be Consigned to the garbage can of history. Why the institutions, the Democrat Party and the Republican Party that enabled their wickedness are the only thing that can survive from the mid 19th century. So this pole Shows that If people had a ballot on which there were the Democrats On on which there was the Patriot Party off former President Donald Trump, and on which there.

Much to repair: Bidens first day on the job
"My fellow americans a moment we have all been waiting for the washington yesterday. A new chapter began as joe. Biden was sworn in as america's forty-six resident biden junior do solemnly swear that i will faithfully execute. The inauguration displayed the unique circumstances in which he enters office surrounded by twenty five thousand national guardsmen. The ceremony took place with neither crowds. Nor mr biden's predecessor. But it's still featured some familiar inaugural hallmarks celebrity solos and a stirring poem written for the occasion by twenty two year old. Amanda gorman being american is more than a pride we inherit is the past we step into and how we repair it. We've incoming administration used the moment to project an image of well to choose a word that was often repeated. Unity are miss january day. My whole soul is in this. Bringing america together. Uniting our people unite in our nation. Mr biden takes office. Not just at a moment of disunity. In american politics but also a moment of multiple crises among the population president biden laid out at least four big challenges facing the country. It cologne is economists. Washington correspondent this time of testing. The first is simply containing covid. Nineteen pandemic has been raging for almost a year. Now four hundred thousand. Americans have died in a century virus in silence. Stocks country is taken as many lives in one year as america. Lost in all of world war two efforts to control the virus to vaccinate enough people to generate herd. Immunity have not been going. Well he needs to get ahead on that immediately. The second that he brought up is the economic situation right now. There are ten million fewer americans working than were before the pandemic started. Millions of jobs have been lost. Hundreds of thousands of businesses closed. Another is the crisis of racial justice that we saw erupt over the summer. In protests against police brutality. A cry for racial justice. Some four hundred years in the making moves us the fourth thing that he has to deal with it he emphasized quite a lot is the lack of unity. The feeling of partisan rancor between republicans and democrats. He emphasized that this was a moment for national. Doing this is our historic moment of crisis in challenge. Nudity is the path forward and we must meet this moment. As the united states of america. He acknowledged that although payouts to unity might seem naive. That america still needs to try to do those things i mean. It's a long list that that he got started on almost the second he set foot in the white house yesterday. President biden went to the white house and immediately went to work on a stack of executive orders. I think some of the things are going to be doing them. And there's no time to start like two days so he signed one. That started the process for america to rejoin the paris accords which set emissions targets for countries around the world. He signal that it was the end of the trump era by cancelling funding for the border wall on mexico. That trump had famously promised. He canceled the so-called muslim travel ban for citizens of muslim-majority countries and finally while wearing a mask while sitting behind the resolute desk. Something that president trump had not done. President biden signed an executive order. Mandating the wearing of masks in areas that the federal government had authority that is intended to signal that this is a president that will take cove nineteen on much more seriously and someone who believes unlike the previous administration that it will be primarily the federal government's responsibility to coordinate policy as opposed to leaving it up to the states. Okay but that's comparatively easy stuff. We we know that orders but what about the more complicated stuff that will take congressional backing the first bill that is going to consume the biden presidency is going to be another cove relief measure. It's supposed to amount to two trillion dollars in spending. It includes money for a vaccination drive for testing contact tracing and it includes some economic relief measures. They've signaled that the second big proposal they're going to try to get through. Congress is going to be a infrastructure package based on what he has laid out during the campaign we imagined that it would be also quite big perhaps on the order of two trillion dollars and this would be not only where things like universal broadband and roads and bridges trucial infrastructure. Get their day but also would be the primary vehicle. For president biden's main climate agenda items including massive investment in clean energy research tax credits for wind solar all those sorts of things will probably come in that second bill. Well that's what he wants. But what is he likely to get he. He does have a democratic majority in the house and in the senate but it's by the slimmest of margins so there are two ways that biden can get things through congress. The first is to attract enough republican votes to defeat a filibuster which is basically of rule that allows forty members of the senate to stall any legislation in other route that he has available to. Him is a procedure known as reconciliation. That's a budgetary measure. Which is immune to filibuster and often used by presidents with slim majorities to get some of their policy priorities through. It is a tougher route to take than the normal one. There are limits on what you can do what we've seen so far is that he's not shy away from proposing some of the biggest seeming most ambitious legislation that he can and i think the strategy here is to go big and let it get whittled down as you go through the process of congressional negotiations. And there's still the matter of former president trump's impeachment trial i mean. How do you think that will affect mr biden's ability to agenda going so the main problem with impeachment is that it will take up time on the senate floor because all the senators will have to be present to hear the evidence against former president trump and to decide. Eventually that is floor time. That could be used to confirm. President biden's nominees. The be used to confirm judges that could be used to debate. Legislation the sentence on session that much. So that's the main problem and the biden administrations actually hinted at the fact that they are somewhat worried. That impeachment might take up some of their time. But there's no indication that it is going to be stalled. Seems like it's gonna start relatively soon and probably what what might happen is split sort of schedule where the impeachment trial doesn't take up all the time that the senate has available. It's an understatement. To say mr biden has quite a lot of work to get done here do you. Do you think he's up to it. Do you think he is the man for this moment. Biden comes to office with half a century of experience in washington dc. He comes to office as the oldest man at seventy eight years old to occupy the presidency. He is an elder statesman. He might not serve more than a single term. He sees his role as someone who can turn down the flames of america's partisan warfare right now and he sees himself as a bridge candidate between not only the flanks within the democratic party but some conciliatory republicans right now given the crises. The country faces given the problems of hyper partisanship and mutual antagonism and loathing. You know an attitude like that will make market shift from what we had before coming from the white house so with purpose and resolve we turn to those tasks of our time sustained by faith driven by conviction devoted to one another in the country we love with all our hearts may god bless america and you might be naive to feel optimistic after the events of the last year but i think that there is some grants optimism this

We are joined by Cheryl Atkinson. She's the author of a new book title Slanted How the News Media Taught us to Love Censorship and Hate journalism. There came a point I recall in the book. Where Um CBS had hired I don't know if he was CIA or FBI or where he was, but they had hired someone internally to handle sort of security. And you got the sense that he was helping the government to spy on. You know, I remember that correctly. Well, I have to forensic examiners who worked in government intelligence who vote separately indicated that CBS was part of this. Some of the monitoring of the improper activity. And yes, there was a Obama NSC official who worked on cyber stuff within the White House. Got hired. And I believe my still working CBS in charge of a lot of the corporate security stuff, who was oddly disinterested and the illegal intrusions into my computers and TVs, computers. That should be his Bailey, which he never even called me. When this all happened, it was announced. I reached up to him. No interest. No follow up. No help. On Ben. My friends in the intelligence community thought It was somewhat suspicious of the corporation would hire somebody from intelligence because that's not normally a good fit. The people who've worked intelligence don't necessarily have a firewall they're after. And why news organization. Corporation with the news division would invite This kind of person to head up all their computer systems and security with sort of baffling to a lot of people If I had told you 20 years ago The things coming out of your mouth would come out of your mouth and that you would be making statements like this. You would have thought you were crazy. And yet you've lived through it. You know, it's true like you could have imagined this. No question. No question. I mean, when, when I was first approached, and it was suggested the government was spying on me. That sounded crazy. I've never imagined I mean, of all the things I could have thought and evolved. Skepticism. I had about official powers and government sources. I never would have thought of that so You know, I think his biggest surprise is what happened most recently with the censorship. People are inviting and The irony I've seen like on Twitter groups that call themselves free speech organizations. I don't really know who they are, but they'll tweet something out. And what they're saying is things like You know, it's good that Donald Trump is now removed from Twitter, but we should never forget. They stopped to ask the question about why didn't this happen six months ago, and then I look at their bio and they'll say we're free speech organization and I'm thinking You know is is irony. Does anybody read or well any more students Look at the stuff you journalist even understand the origins of this country and what police speeches and the answer may be. No, I remember Woman, a lawyer from the CIA. You telling me in the last couple of years she regularly Asked, explained the young people that hate speech is protected speech. But it's not illegal and they don't know this or not being taught. Why that would be the case. They're not being taught. You know, the history of the origins of Greece speech in our country and It's just shocking to see what's happening with The crackdown on line in stonewalled You talked about how CBS and other media well, you first came to my attention when you covered Benghazi, and we're rather You were rather vocal in covering Benghazi that there was there was more to this. There was something of a cover up as to what we learned about what happened. September 11th 2012 you wrote about it in stone wall, and that's really what brought you I think to the attention of The Obama administration is someone who they considered very dangerous, but that was a trend. Award Obama, I think probably because of shared politics and policies and enemies. But do you see that happening with Joe Biden? And will it be worse in this environment that things will be covered up much as 100? Biden's laptop was Well, like everything else, it will be dictated by what the interests of the most powerful are whether it's a pharmaceutical industry, another industry or powerful political people, one of the same They may not like something that $5. Maybe he's not far enough left for them maybe too far left on some issues. So when I would say they will be criticized on positions he takes by the media, But when he is I would provide. That is not a sort of Legitimate grassroots thought on the part of the analyst or the news reporter. This is something being planted like everything else these days, and they're to be implanted by a powerful and just criticized Joe Biden for a reason. Usually unstated, not the reason they're talking about some ulterior motive. You know Joe Biden and his alleged conflicts of interest with his son and the foreign dealing That was widely covered over a year ago in less leaning magazines and news outlets. You can search it. I can't remember if it was politico or some of those that did a good job and deep died because of the time. There were left leaning interest who didn't want fighting to be the nominee now, once he became the nominee. You know that all went down the memory hole as if it never happened. And people who discussed it. Even though this was something that had been brought up by the left were now the new narrative is conspiracy. Tinfoil hat conservative. Conspirators so You know, I think you'll see criticism that there will be a reason behind it. It won't be sort of legitimate journalism. You have been willing to follow stories. Even when the conclusion that emerges is not always popular. You have covered vaccines. And I know that many people have criticized you for that. Have you done any coverage of this latest vaccine that was like it was rushed. Well it by its own admission was rushed. That was, you know, that was the mission work speed and have some information on that on the next two Sundays on my Sunday TV show full measure because I interviewed a cheaper all just for the government. And you know, like everything else, There's many sides and my goal is with the vaccine. To the extent I'm covering some some of the side effects of some of the development. I'm not inviting people what to do. It's a very individual calculation. But my goal is to make sure information is out there so people can make a reason calculation and not have to go. On the narrative lot of health reporting that's been out there. The past year on Corona virus has been false. I mean, just blatantly wrong, so I want to be sure hate to the extent that I can put counterpoints or other scientific studies or more fulsome information out there. That's my goal. I don't have any. You know, there have been side effects and death after these vaccines so far, but I haven't developed any conclusions and I don't have inside information about this particular vaccines at this point that Can shed different light on it. The book is slanted. How the news media taught us to love censorship and hate journalism. Cheryl Atkinson, always.

Very sad Day in many ways for America in that United States president has been impeached for a second time and that, of course that Donald Trump It happened A few hours ago. The voting went this way in the House of Representatives 232 to 197 in Kentucky, all of our representatives except for John your meth in the third District. Donald Trump has now released a video response. So I'm going to play it in its entirety, and it's several minutes long, But I'm not gonna interrupt the president's Response to being impeached today. I want to speak to you tonight. About the troubling events of the past week. As I have said the incursion of the U. S Capitol struck at the very heart of our republic. It angered and appalled millions of Americans across the political spectrum. I want to be very clear. Unequivocally condemned the violence that we saw last week. Violence and vandalism have absolutely no place in our country and no place in our movement. Making America great again has always been about defending the rule of law. Supporting the men and women of law enforcement and upholding our nation's most sacred traditions and values. Mob violence goes against everything I believe in and everything our movement stands for no true supporter of mine could ever endorse political violence. No true supporter of mine could ever disrespect law enforcement. Or our great American flag. No true supporter of mine could ever threaten or harass their fellow Americans. If you do any of these things, you are not supporting our movement. You're attacking it and you are attacking our country. We cannot tolerate it. Tragically over the course of the past year. Made so difficult because of covert 19. We have seen political violence spiral out of control. We have seen too many riots, too many mobs, too many acts of intimidation and destruction. It must stop. Whether you are on the right We're on the left. A Democrat. Or Republican. There is never a justification for violence. No excuses. No exceptions. America is a nation of laws. Those who engaged in the attacks last week. Will be brought to justice. Now I am asking everyone who has ever believed in our agenda. To be thinking of ways to ease tensions, calm tempers and help to promote peace in our country. There has been reporting that additional demonstrations are being planned. In the coming days, both here in Washington. And across the country. Have been briefed by the U. S Secret Service. On the potential threats. Every American deserves to have their voice heard. In a respectful and peaceful way. That is your first Amendment, right? But I cannot emphasize that there must be no violence, no law breaking and no vandalism of any kind. Everyone must follow our laws and obey the instructions of law enforcement. I have directed federal agencies to use all necessary resource is To maintain order. In Washington, D C. We are bringing in thousands of National Guard members. To secure the city and ensure that a transition can occur safely and without incident. Like all of you. I was shocked and deeply saddened by the calamity. At the Capitol last week. I want to thank the hundreds of millions of incredible American citizens who have responded to this moment with calm, moderation and grace. We will get through this challenge. Just like we always do. I also want to say a few words about the unprecedented assault. On free speech we have seen in recent days. These are tense and difficult times the efforts to censor cancel and blacklist. Our fellow citizens are wrong. They are dangerous. What is needed now is for us to listen to one another not to silence one another. All of us can choose by our actions to rise above the rancor. And find common ground and shared purpose. We must focus on advancing the interests of the whole nation. Delivering the miracle vaccines. Feeding the pandemic. Rebuilding the economy. Protecting our national security. Upholding the rule of law. Today. I'm calling on all Americans to overcome the passions of the moment. And joined together as one American people. Let us choose to move forward United. For the good of our families, our communities and our country. Thank you. God bless you and God Bless America. There's Donald Trump the recorded message just released within the past hour. That's who would really depend on those areas. I mean that Z the part that really that there's a lot about it. That bothers me, but part that that often doesn't go talked about is you got you know your ring suburbs around these cities that are, you know the the the economic engines of the areas and Are are the Minneapolis and ST Paul's. That's where all the jobs are. That's where all the commerce happens. It's but you know you vote in these idiots that let these cities go go to ruin around him, and and it has detrimental effects to the entire region into the entire state. So, uh, switching switching years. She It's actually not just yet. Let's go here. Let's go here all quick, because this fits in what we're talking about. This goes from Alfa News. We mentioned it. Last hour. Minnesota representative Carlos Mirani, DFL, same palm called an anti lock down protest outside of his home terrorism. Anti shut down. Protesters held demonstrations Saturday outside of Maroni's home a using similar tactics. The left leaning Sunrise movement is used, which is endorsed, which has endorsed several DFL lawmakers. During the protest. Attendees blocked the streets and vehicles and chanted for the representative to come outside to meet them. Some protesters arrived with body armor and firearms, including handguns and rifles, he wrote on Twitter, blocked with blocked the street with trucks appropriated the US flag singing God Bless America, etcetera, some with guns wearing fatigues, clothing a terrorism has many faces. Democracy was rather terrifying. Yeah, to have that happen outside your house, and that should be condemned. Yes, across the board. Yes, That's something that should be considered off limits is going to people's houses, going to lawmakers, houses and protest ng there. But this is a tactic that the left has done and has been celebrated and lauded and laughed about whenever it happens to a Jason Lewis. Or to, uh, you know that blanking on the name there's this has happened to several other people, Bob Kroll, and it's happened to him and his wife, You know, they think it's great. I think it's wonderful. It's free speech. I mean, we've got a guy sitting in the House of Representatives that was outside of Bob Kroll's home, talking about burning down an entire city. So they think it's wonderful, except when it happens to them all the sudden it's terrorism. Yeah, guess what happens when you belong to a party that allows roads and bridges and freeways to be shut down and cities to burn. Boo Freaking hoo. In November, representative Mary Anne said the mass arrest of highway protesters raise serious questions about the constitutional right to protest, saying it seems a shift in tactics meant to discourage freeway for protests, he said, but raises serious questions about the constitutional right to protest preserving human dignity. Well, Keeping safety? Yeah, I agree with everything you said Drew, but at the same time Yeah, man, Boo hoo! You too bad created this problem. You created this problem If we told you years ago, when, when? When you were allowing, and you were turning a blind eye to the freeway protests and shutting down freeways left and right and thinking it's great and it's free speech and we have to protect those people. And we have to protect their their first of Emirates. We told you it was gonna escalate. They're not going to stop there. They're gonna start showing up people's houses, and sure enough, they did. And now people on the right are adopting those same tactics as well. And you should not be surprised by any of this. If you to squash this years ago, wants a protest enters into a freeway. Guess what? It's no longer legal. These people are breaking the law. I'm not saying you throw him in jail for the rest of our lives, but you give them appropriate consequences to dissuade that behavior in the future, But that's not what happened. They protected it. They enabled it. They got this state troopers out there to help them. Shut down the freeway on their behalf so that they could go do it, so nobody should be surprised that it's escalated, and nobody should be surprised that people on the right are doing this as well. So coming up, we're going to get into this couple of things with with Andrew Cuomo. We have a New York bill that would let the governor imprisoned. Forcibly medicate people suspected of illness. Thank you. Also out of reason. Andrew Cuomo's vaccine distribution rules are a threat to public health before we get to that, though, want to revisit something that we talked about? Yesterday s O as we played quite a bit. This happened at the start of the 117. Congress or a representative from Missouri and a pastor was invited to do the in vocation right to open up the open up Congress. And this is what he had to say. We ask it in the name of the monotheistic God. Uh huh. And God, known by many names by many different states. Hey, man. A woman. Okay, So there's the hold of a man and a woman. So the A man and a woman got roundly and soundly criticized on social media. We need elected officials. Right. We need people in positions of power okay and do some proper denouncing of this type of lunacy. There's a really great piece from the daily wire that gets into why this is dangerous, he says. Regardless of Of whether or not cleaver that's the pastor is a true believer. What should cause for the concern for conservatives beyond the inaccuracy of Cleaver's redefinition or his blatant pandering because there still hasn't been an explanation to the A man and a woman, Of course, a man means so be it is that his prayer demonstrates how nothing is safe when it comes to the new and fluid demands of the radical left. Long gone are the days of chairperson replacing chairwoman or chair man right Similarly long gone are the days of meaningless linguistic inventions is such a Latina X or Woman IX I hadn't seen women X Oh, yeah. Okay. So I've seen Is that why X or w O m X and you have seen that? The radical, less lust for cultural dominance is never satisfied in their appetite has been forced to grow. Maura refined as their targets become harder to identify. So this is one of the slippery slope moment where we got to make sure we stay on top of it. However, there's another facet to this. That hasn't been brought up yet that I'm wondering when it's going to enter into the conversation. Is we're talking about I'm grateful to the members of my covert teams, but I like it. That's all right. Whenever two people work in the same mountain man and a woman, so we're talking about the eight men and a woman, right? At what point do we bring up the issue of hymns? What you mean. Well, you sing a hymn. Oh, God. Oh, no. In church s O. What point? Do we start calling them hers? I just had a.

What if a US presidential candidate refuses to concede after an election? | Van Jones
"Okay, as an attorney as a political commentator and frankly a former White House official. I used to think I knew a lot about how America picks President I was wrong. I did not know and this year I've been doing research into some of the the fine print in. All the different things in our constitution that we never talk about in I've discovered some legal loopholes that shocked me I guarantee will shock you and could determine the way that the presidential election twenty twenty turns out for instance did you know that under our Constitution? A presidential candidate could actually lose the popular vote. They all to get a majority in the electoral college refused to concede. Manipulate hidden mechanisms in our government and still get sworn in as the president of the United States of America. That's a true fact I know it sounds like some crazy house of cards episodes and I wish it was just change the channel that I just described to you a real world real life possibility that could occur this year the your I'm talking in twenty twenty or some other year if we don't fix some of these glitches in our system. So if you think though that the American people's choice in a US presidential election to actually be sworn into become president United States. Please pay attention. This I'M GONNA. Teach you how to stop a coup. Okay. Now where to begin. All right other IT turns out that one of the main safeguards of us democracy is not in the Constitution at all it's not in the law at all. It's actually just a little tradition custom and yet this one voluntary gesture is one of the main reasons the almost never have riots and bloodshed in strife after a US election what I'm talking about is a concession speech. Okay. It's ironic is the. One speech, no presidential candidate ever wants to give and yet it is that public address those most important for the health and well being of our nation is that speech you know when presidential contender gives it is after the advisers come the media tells them look you're not gonNA. Get enough votes to be able to hit that magic number of seventy electoral college votes. You just not going to get there. At that moment. You don't think about this but the fate of the entire republic is in the hands of a single politician and they're willing to walk out there and stand in front of their family standard run the cameras Santa by the whole nation and say I am conceding the race voluntarily. Thank you to my supporters. The other person has one now registered them. Let's unite behind them. Let's move on. Let's be one country God bless America. You see at thousand times. Make no mistake. This is a remarkable tradition in our country because at that moment that candidate still hasn't her command, a nationwide army of campaign activist of diehard partisans, tens of thousands of people they could just as easily take up arms take to the streets they can do whatever they wanted to. But that concession speech instantly demobilizes all of them is, Hey, guys stand down folks it's over moreover that concession speech helps the tens of millions of people who voted for that person to accept the outcome. Knowledge a winner however begrudgingly. And then just get up the next morning go to work, go to school maybe disappointed but not disloyal to American government and even more importantly that concession speech has a technical function in that it kind of allows all the other steps. Our constitution requires acid the voting in. There are a bunch of steps like he got the electoral colleges. Got Me. You've got Congress got ratify this thing you've got inauguration to be had all that stuff can just move ahead on automatic pilot because Abbas concession speech every subsequent step to reinstate the President or elevate a new president just happens on a rubber stamp basis of the constitution requires it misrepresent but. We sometimes forget candidates do not have to concede. There's nothing that makes them concede

"High Sober Solar 's it's Lynn from Peachtree City Georgia. Soon to. Be. Lynn from Pinewood Forrest Georgia. Oh my gosh I'm deep in the throes of moving. I. Have this coming Friday, which will be Friday the ninth of October. Three weeks until I moved into a new joint. So I'm really excited I'm not getting much sleep I'm so excited. Have to share with you. One of my new coping skills in this is a beauty I am subscribing to burn doodle facebook pages, Labrador doodle facebook pages I've already been subscribed. Two hundred gazillion King. Charles. Cavalier. FACEBOOK pages. That's the kind of dog that I have and what else? Oh, Yeah Mimi, what does she? Again? You know I just said to Google. Mimi is how ridiculous is that? She is a Reykdal. It's just so nice because my facebook feed now has all of these super cute puppies and kittens in them. Part of what I'm doing. I may have mentioned this before, but if I didn't I am really minimizing. What I'm taking with me on this move and it's really hard to do. Oh my gosh, I am trying to. Only take the stuff that I. Love. Really love with me. And I'm just laughing at the process I. Don't know if any of you have tried to do this. You know you set up these boxes in your house and you're like throw away giveaway and keep and do any of you take things out of one box and put it in another repeatedly this is what I'm finding myself doing an eventually. It goes in one of the giveaway or throw away boxes but God. That's hard. It's a struggle as always trying to keep it light and bright before I dive into some Super Neuro nerdy stuff and wanted to share with you in a slightly different format. What I use in my perspective with my clients and a huge part of that perspective is neurobiology. In addiction and recovery but also something called life span development psychology L. DP how's that life span developmental psychology and how it affects addiction and recovery so are you ready cause here we go i. Let me define what L. D. P. is life span developmental psychology it is the scientific study of growth and Change Yeah throughout our human development it examines thoughts feelings behaviors in how they change during a person's life and how this change over the span of our life encompasses takes in biology social emotional and cognitive processes process the eased. Although there are typical pathways of development that most individuals follow no two people are exactly alike in the way that they change immature time. This is why cut and paste kind of treatment. Doesn't work for the most part. As an aside I don't know if any of you are watching the documentary on what is it on? Hbo I think called the vow and it's about this group called nexium that was delivering what they called quote Unquote Tech around personal development and what their tech was was trying to outline a step by step process at how to get what you. You're supposed to get personal development in insight into your own behavior and your inner life. When you work with a counselor, they were trying to do it sequentially and Nice little package and boy Oh, boy does this happen a lot that's reproducible that can be given to anybody. So you go through these courses and that the end you've gotten some remarkable insight into yourself. However. The problem with that is that you are all individuals over time your. Stuff. That comes into your system is going to be different at and happen at different times than your siblings even. So when people attempt to apply like programming if you will to the human psyche. It must be individualized and that comes only through discussion individual discussion over time with an individual. When I'm working with a client, I am going to look to help them you explain your life to make sense of your past in the present by looking at your environment and things that have precipitated or prevented growth and changes across your lifespan. Looking at things that optimize development in order to optimize or clarify or give you good outcomes what must be done is to apply appropriate theories to help you develop missing skills and navigate these situations that you navigated all by yourself way back when with no modeling healthy modeling and no real intervention terrible word. But that's the word we use intervention by somebody who knew what they were doing in, for instance, the realm of communication or the realm of dealing with. Emotions all that kind of stuff. So if you pull back and look at the stages of human development, there are predictable stages, but any number of circumstances can interrupt that normal development at any stage or age, and then lead to arrange of problems which might include substance use ongoing addiction issues or a multitude of other mental health illnesses. Let's briefly go through those stages. The first one is prenatal development development in the womb has an important impact on early psychological
A New Declaration of Dependence On God
"This, fourth of July we find our nation more divided than perhaps at any other time since the civil war. That's what happens when a nation abandoned God and Rejects Truth Colson Center I'm John Stonestreet. This break point. On July Fourth, two thousand and four Chuck Colson breakpoint commentary was entitled a New Declaration of dependence reading through it again recently I was struck by just how prophetic his words were as a student of history chuck not only understood the founding principles of our nation, as expressed in the declaration of independence, but he understood on what those principles were grounded. So what happens chuck ass when the foundations are rejected? What happens when religion? Truth and public virtue are all made non essential. What happens when citizens want the benefits of the American experiment without taking seriously what it requires of us will here's Jet Colson from July second, two thousand four. Fourth Celebrates our liberty and national independence. I get through every time I hear. The cannons blast that rousing finale of the eighteen twelve overture, and I got a lump in my throat whenever I join in singing America America. God shed His grace on the. Indeed God has blessed America this nation dedicated to the proposition that all men are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights has endured two hundred twenty eight years. America's the oldest constitutional republic on Earth. But all is not well in our land. When Thomas Jefferson Penn, the immortal words of the Declaration of Independence, he deliberately appealed the creator, or he acknowledged an overriding obligation to nature and nature's got, and he understood that ordered. Liberty is not just a subjective preference, but a divinely ordained condition for which human beings are designed. But. Over the last few decades, legions of skeptics have mounted a massive assault on these self evident Ruth's in prestigious schools in the halls of government, and especially in the Supreme Court. God is banished from public compensation. If a public schoolteacher introduce Jefferson's ideas and language into the classroom today, she likely be called on the carpet, possibly disciplined. This assault on God in public cultures severely damages our democracy. If God is thrown out of our history, we lose our basis for believing that individuals have rights and dignity in an empty universe. We have no meaning no value without God. There are no inalienable rights and no certain proof that liberty is better than tyranny or that life better than death. Everything's a matter of opinion and power. The references to God, the Declaration of Independence provide a foundation for moral argument within civil society and moral truths pervade our founding documents from beginning to end without God is the source of all these moral principles. The Public Square would quickly revert to the law of the jungle. Brutish power would prevail the week. The unborn, the elderly, the gravely ill could be quietly terminated. Much as I enjoy the anthems and fireworks more than that is called for on this July fourth. We need to confess our moral failures in our national sins, repenting of allies of. Killing innocent babies and the elderly. Renewal begins on our knees. It's there. We hear soul searching questions from God himself asking how long will you defend the unjust and show partiality to the wicked rescue the weekend needy deliver them from the hand of the wicked. Our nation's founding document declared independence from Britain. But with equal fervor declared dependence upon God expressing firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence. The signers committed the American experiment. Do their maker the spirit of seventeen seventy six was reverence and trust. So as we mark this solemn occasion, let us seek a rebirth of true liberty, which is possible, only when governed by divine law for without God, we could never have liberty and justice for

"Hey. How's it going? It's raining here in sweet each tree city, Georgia and I. Am Unai stay -Cation Wu. Right. Why do I need to stick? Asian only because I needed vacation of sorts, so the only thing I'm doing. For the next several days is this podcast? I actually started my vaca- Yesterday after doing a really wonderful interview with gene, McCarthy on the bubble hours so hopefully by the time you're hearing this. That podcast will be out as well. I have a vulnerability hangover today. I. Shared a little bit more about my story than I have another podcast, so do take a listen, but for today let's move on to our topic I want to get back to my steak Haitian. I haven't talked about this in a while and boy. Oh, boy! Is it a topic for what we're living through in this new era? That we. Will likely be writing about in the history books for a long time to come, and that topic is stress tolerance and what is stress. You know, and how do we build resilience for it? This world that we have created is loaded with pressure pain strife trouble strain all those words of stress. We all feel it and by the way if you were immune to it before which I don't know anybody who was immune to it and. God bless America. There were some people who were really thriving in stress, but this is a different take on stress. When into agree this whole covert. Some people are better at responding to life's trials and tribulations. How do they do that? How do some people cope with adversity in a way that better positions them for a good content, or not up, and down the motionlessly driven life, while others of us, like maw appear to struggle more or sometimes get stuck, or in my case and lot of times over my life span. I've gotten stuck. What's the difference? What are other people doing? And what can you do to build more stress tolerance into your life? Even, people who have better skills developed in practiced to deal with stress at some point in their. And for the rest of US many points in our lives. Everyone experiences extreme emotional states and variances for some people, the presence of overwhelm or uncontrollable feelings in response to stress, occurs pretty regularly, and I will say as someone who has long suffered straight out of the womb with anxiety. I have to be really up a my distress, tolerance skills or my stress, tolerant skills, because when I didn't have these skills, which was for a large part of my life, until I got sober at forty six, not to say that I didn't have some stress, tolerance skills, but when I discovered alcohol and Ben Zozo and pills. Those became my go-to methods of dealing with my stress. I needed to learn something different, because I developed a pretty damn severe addiction to both alcohol, and Ben Zoro's but for the rest of us, even if you have a mild substance, use, disorder, or a moderate substances, disorder, or no substance, use disorder, we could all benefit from learning skills of tolerance. Just in case you don't know the signs. Of Not Being Stress Tolerant, let me go over them. Of course, depression or anxiety or going between those two in somewhat rapid movement. Maybe over the course a month you'll feel I depressed and then lots of anxiety up and down that roller, coaster Another sign is anger, irritability, restlessness and boy. Oh, boy, are we all feeling that over the course of these days when we're

The state of play in New Hampshire and beyond
"Democrats rather have a catastrophic week they began on Monday when the democratic Iowa caucuses turned into a display of shocking incompetence Democrats unlock I stay were unable to tell America who won and who came in second the only certainty was about who is the real loser that was Joe Biden who finished fourth now polls show Bernie Sanders with a comfortable lead in New Hampshire the next day tomorrow coming up next week I am sure it means that Democrats are beginning to panic Bernie Sanders is believed by many of them to be electable party veterans all used to liberal and center left candidates are now beginning to speak out against the socialist Democrat Bernie Sanders by Tuesday evening some Iowa numbers at chuckled and there was a leader but no winner Biden I repeat puts forth with impeachment still technically undecided on Tuesday night Donald Trump entered the house chamber to give his state of the union address the state of our union is stronger than ever before impeachment never came up but what the president did say appealed to the majority of Americans a healthy majority of Americans of all much of what he said will be remembered by those who pay close attention it was Nancy Pelosi who stole the show with a petulant act following trump's words of god bless you and god bless America thank you very much hearing those words a speaker of the house rose tore up the signed print a copy of the speech the president just delivered as she stood out of my sight mine the president but for all of America to see she did it for all the world to see that it was not a good look for the leader of the Democratic Party the morning after the speech I discuss not Nancy moment and much more with Georgia senator David Perdue senator I thought it was historic state of the union speech last night I thought it was historic tantrum by a petulant speaker pelo three what did you think about last night but Dr yeah I agree with you you're a student of history but I I T. I think last night was a historic speech it built on the the successes of his first three years in late at a farm plan for a vision for America the last five minutes that speech I think we're really his story but the Democrats such as close to the Democrats showed exactly why they should be in charge I mean how Petula can you be to not stand up for a child and in grammar school was gonna get a choice to go to school and how about the Tuskegee American hero they would even stand for him it was really insulting for America it was astonishing in many respects the touching Mrs you it does not like long speeches she'd never watched either George W. bush a president Obama but she's military kid so she came in to stand up for the general and for the for military families and for the widow and the son of the lost soldier I could not believe I actually cannot believe senator produ the Nancy Pelosi tore up a speech that honor to Tuskegee airmen and all those other heroes well it just shows their their don't care about the future American I want power and we see it and everything this purely partisan political process I just ran in this impeachment process speech tons about that they don't want the truth they just want power and Schumer talk about it all the time you talk about on your show I mean what they want to do with America is taken and regressed back to what has been proven to fail around the world of the last century really I got to play for you a few quotes about what was said last night this is Chris Matthews on MSNBC Democrat cut forty three Chris Matthews I think he wore I came from the like the speech tonight I think regular people well not with us see the Smalls the corny this still see it but don't like it because it's all good stuff whatever purpose it had and I look at something about I watched closely because I really respect like most Mister I was very the way she held me to win the stand when to apply it was almost a normal almost entirely the tributes to people to individual people she always felt that was the right thing to do especially the one quite out I'm right there one why don't this is van Jones on CNN another hard left person cut number forty four and and the thing about it is and I think that we we got to wake up folks do the whole bubble thing that goes on with the will he said **** nations there for all but you will get him forever that ain't necessarily so and I think what you're gonna see him do is say I you like my rhetoric the look at my results look at my record to black people now this is Jake tapper on CNN cut forty five okay we've never really seen a scholarship given which is what the president did with the with the young girl from Philadelphia we've seen the type of thing where a war hero like the Tuskegee airmen brigadier general McGee we seen that honored and it was a lovely moment to have a one hundred year old does he here's Chris Cuomo on CNN four wheeling poignant moments that came I don't know if you saw them but you should go online and look and I'm gonna talk to you about it more later on the president in that speech tonight celebrated with this country is about from one set of moments are finally Claire McCaskill on your former colleague senator produ on MSNBC cut number fifty of course the flow state tearing up the street I can argue that that maybe wasn't the best idea it you know I think America once everyone to get along and get things done but what you know when I can play a montage of left left left left left and they're all applauding the president you know we had a home run senator produ I'm shocked I mean I really am but what he did was historic I say it again I mean he did mention impeachment once he rose above that he showed great disappoint he showed vision for America but here's the difference American people we built America because everybody out there in the real world view like you and others know how to get results the political partisanship here is not focused on results and president trump is trying to break through that that's why I think he's going to do extremely well this fall at Lana is the home of some great talk radio Neal Bortz had many disagreements over the years but he's a friend we visited with President Bush in the oval one time is phone went off one of the funniest moments I've ever seen a withering look from the president at Neil Sean Hannity had a lot of great years in Atlanta you know Rush Limbaugh personally I say he built the mall in which the rest of us live in I hope you stood in a plot in one rush got that last night I couldn't see last night but it was moving it was emotional every family in America that struggles with cancer saluted him what did you think of that moment well I had dinner with him a few weeks ago in Florida and I was in what would this be to that was a total surprise last night to me I think that homeowners a great American hero he did go out first and blaze a trail to tell the truth and that's what you and many others are doing now and that's what's gonna win today just look at the numbers of conservative talk radio out there and their numbers are going up in the liberal left numbers are going down so I mean I think the middle part of America is leading and showing how California New York Illinois have totally failed their governance and now they want to export that to the federal government I think most people in America see what trump is doing and they certainly recognizes result this present you said on the top he's done more for the Arab American community and in America any other president since Lincoln I think Britt slough editor of the National Review discuss the state of the union while on Chicago's morning answer with Salem stand problem Amy Jacobson that will settle somewhere then people are safe and she's the woman of the hour and she just couldn't find any truth than from say the union address that's why if you threw a tantrum yeah well the whole thing about Nancy Pelosi she's popular supposedly this calm cool calculating presence to his genius is getting under trump skin and she showed her deep irritation last night does incredibly test headed yesterday I think trump said of shook her hand at the beginning I like grace notes but they're ripping up the the speech yeah he should have known this moment was gonna come when she started to impeach shop in the first place that eventually he'd be acquitted or be near quit all and he'd be this majestic setting and she'd have to sit by back there like a prop and behave herself and she and she couldn't handle it they were routine they were rooting against America I mean when they talked about alone unemployment numbers for African Americans and minorities why not stand up and clap for that because they they can't abide anything this president says even when it's things that normally everyone would welcome and that's one thing I think it's it's really notable about the speech the ratio of outrage it caused among the opposition you know on Twitter on cable TV and in the hall and the way most people receive it I think it's a vast you know because I'm sitting there is conservative once the limit limit government event basketball on those sort of things there's almost nothing for me is a very center of speech right planting trees going to Mars you know the research to support extremely premature babies and that was a really moving moment I'm among many from the gallery and so most people that the second strike in this on reasonable as striking as entirely reasonable or welcome so they can deal why did the speaker house can happen rip up the speech this is what we have one listener described trump this way after the St unit rasta Nancy pollicis little snack and I thought this was pretty good he he's like human so the impact the fall he he brings out in people who they truly are in sort of a remarkable way they can't even help themselves and as you're describing Nancy Pelosi this cool calm collected this passionate you know Jeff feel general and but then he throws a temper tantrum and then she doubles down on explaining the temper tantrum in a way that portrayed her as venal and petty in about her where you just said the president give a speech about you in this country and its future and that's not a pretty good contra that's not a very good contrast for the Democrats yeah and it just when when people try and think they're reacting to trump intro and a champion way
