"Kind of make you feel hotter. You are third floor gets stupid, and the last thing I'm going to do is sit there trying to struggle to sleep tomorrow. Right. So when it gets to that human, I mean my hair. I can't do anything with that crazy. Dave's bawled Everyone, just so you know. So are you. Oh, that's right. Oh, this is ahh authorities. They're investigating multiple incidents of threatening e mails sent to Democratic voters claiming to be from The proud boys. Oh, this isn't Ah, This isn't a work it all the email reads. Listen to this. You will vote for Trump on Election day or we will come after you, please. That's really what you guys that's really It's like how many times you see, it's like, Oh, they took my Muslim head scarf for somebody paying K K K on the side of a college building. It's like they find out it was a she made it up or that was the student was actually there's a Jesse small and it was a Jesse sama. Let's situation trying to instigate and you know something. Well. These have popped up in Florida, Alaska, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and they came from the address. Info at official proud boys dot com. So officials were saying that they might have originated overseas. I have a theory, gentlemen, and maybe maybe you put on half of a tin foil hat here or just little teeny pop up with just a little baby tinfoil at like a Hershey Kiss one, maybe a Hershey kiss type tinfoil hat. But my theory is this sees the light of day because they're going to say See how easy it is to change. You know where something came from with regard to emails or something Hunter Biden and relate that is my theory on this. And I'm sticking by it. And I hope I'm wrong. But we think you know, tomorrow night the president. We talked about it yesterday on the show tomorrow night. The president is saying Kristin Welker better safe than the moderator for the debate. Better bring up the hunter. Biden the e mails. If she doesn't I am And you know you heard me with Michael Bauer earlier today from NBC radio. I brought that up saying, you know, he works, obviously. For NBC, the parent company, Kristen Welker, worked for And he said, Yeah, she's probably not going to be bringing that up. How is it that this cannot be brought up to Joe Biden tomorrow night by the moderator is why, Since the FBI has confirmed it is his hard drive they they've made the connection this. This is not They've come on, and they've said this is not Russian disinformation. It's not a smear tactic. Well, I don't know if it's a smear tactic who cares of its riel if it's correct if it's authentic. Which it's been verified, Like what you're saying, right? Right. But also I think that's the same thing and I'm getting a little nervous. I think that's the same reason that we have, like the world's supposedly on foot. You know, we're on fire with co vid. Playing into the election. I I could just see a number of states going. Nope. Sorry. Got where? Word staying Home Orders. It's out of control The cases air so ridiculous. We can't you know what I mean? Just write 2 to 3. Weeks before the election. Covad flares right back up. Two Dalits, the worst it's ever been, and ever in history of all time ever. I mean, think about this. That's to force people to have to scare people or force them to not go vote in person. You know, the funny part of that is, I think the majority Of Trump supporters. Voters supporters slash voters You don't care about that. They are okay with just putting a mask on or even not putting a mask on. But you know some of them. They're They're not scared by this most of them. If you look most of the people who are paralyzed by this At least for more. I'm sitting. I don't know that I have an accurate snapshot is to the entire us but where I'm sitting. It seems like they're Democrats there. Biden supporters. They're Democrats supporters. Those are the ones who seem more terrified. And they are just paralyzed by this absolute some of them to the degree where maybe this flaring up. Would. All that's going to do is stop them, especially at this point they planned on voting in person too late to try out absentee ballot now, But if that's going to mess them up, well, the encouraging news, especially if you look in places like Florida and Michigan and North Carolina. Places that are traditional Republican strongholds. They're they're voting early in record numbers, so sounds like people from both sides are voting early. You know, we have not just one side that's being reported. That a record number of early voting something else that's going around. Teo do follow James Woods idea on Twitter. He's great. He's great Follow, you know, I've seen this in a couple of different spots, but he had it last night, but it's It's ah, so letter. There's a photograph of this thing that's going around. And it's kind of on the flip side of that. That proud boys thing. So says, Dear neighbor you have been identified by our group is being a trump supporter. Your address has been added into our database is a target for when we attack should trump not concede the election. We recommend that you check your home insurance policy and ah and make that it is current and that it has adequate coverage for fire damage. You have been given fair warning in quotation marks. And then it says, always remember that it was you that started this civil war. Be prepared to face these severe company glances of your preemptive actions against democracy. I You know what I'm saying? Like whether that's true or not, I don't know It's impossible to tell. It's impossible to tell something with this proud boy stuff, but both sides are trying to scare each other. And it's not gonna work. It's just not gonna work. You're not first of all I please dare you Antifa! Come come to my house. Come the Blazers house. It'll be a bang in good time. If you catch my drift. Yeah, I don't even want to throw the gauntlet down. It's just like, you know, just leave me alone. I just I don't want to deal with any of that. I mean, I'm there's a specific reason. I don't want. I'm not trying to incite any violence. I don't want to deal with any of that. It's just like sunlight The American way. Let just let the American way. Take its course. You know, that's what we're supposed to be doing here. The media silly and ridiculous. Extremists from either side want to see chaos because it serves their agendas well, and even with this, it's just a.

"Us from nearby Worthington, mezzo Conrad mezzo putting into capitalism and wasn't the Children guys about Children? It's always about the chitlins always is, Dave. Always about to listen with We get the right thing, You know, like some comes in the neighborhood and you're like this isn't right And it wasn't because he didn't like the color of it. It wasn't because it was too close to somebody's house. It was a pretty basic reason which anybody could understand the sheets. Gas station was going right next to a water treatment plant and they're gonna put the 60,000 gallon tanks underground. Next door water now. Really seriously a body out of here. What they will let you live in. Who would stand for that? Nobody. So they were going toe to build this sheets. Gas station Now what are what are you hearing, so they they have suspended this. And it was this Worthington Hill Shopping Center Project. Now, Dave. Mental, of course lives in Worthington Hill. So the thing is, so what's going to happen now? It, says suspends based on the article. Does that mean this is it's gone or what? What's next? If you read their whole release, they put out a release. Last night, which had assault celebrating, they have no plans to move forward with this project. Because for their reason, Wass, it presents certain design and engineering architectural issues. Which is how we're gonna put this gas tank in next to the water. That was basically you know what genius is gonna figure out a way. That's no way to do it. So Listen, we have a lot of people appear spearheaded by neighbor by the name of Tony Montana who's got absolutely no sense. But I realized this was the smart thing to do. And then the neighbors started to get on board and somebody had the bright idea to go to Twitter. I don't know who that was. Let's Twitter it all taken notice. It was pretty fun. Actually, it was kind of fun to get their attention in a respectful way. Hey, Dave, Do you have any AA for future plans to shut down further capitalistic ventures perhaps bakes every more restaurants. You know, Barber shop, you know anything else you would like to put under the control of the state comrade. What do you have in mind? I will gladly do it if it means safe drinking water and safety for Children. There's a nearby daughter's school like with a stone. We're going a stone throw from this gas station. That would have been a good idea. But I'm not just out there trying to shut down. You know a business opportunity for you. You know where I stand on animal for progress. Do it, Martin and got to be smart about it. Dave Biden has already said that he's going to shut down the economy and the rumor is that you're going to be part of his Cabinet that you're very effective and want you, D'oh. No, they want to move that seat right over there. Next to Ah, let makes the Blazers house would be out here all the time went by. They could put it in there. That would be fantastic. I guess he lied. That water thing, which is like a big, beautiful swing by as a roller dog. We'll all enjoy a roller wieners air. Great man. I love him. Thea. Other thing I roller gold records show. I said, that's fun, and that's fine by me. I drink bottled water anyway. I don't even and I don't brush my teeth at all. So I don't even need I don't need faucet actually much like Ron Burgundy. He brushes his teeth on holidays, but sometimes he forgets because he's not Perfect. Right. Perfect. Well, then this is perfect for you. Well there, there's design guy right over to your eyes. In all seriousness, it has to feel pretty good. That you you mallet? A. Ah, I don't know what to call this. Ah, protest against this is I mean, this is huge sheets is an enormously big company. You already know all this, but it has to feel pretty good. Which is why I said, Hey, man, you want to come out and take a victory lap? Because this is this is a score. This is a win for you guys in that area of town. I'm sure your neighbors everybody must be just beside themselves. And you said there was a big celebration last night. Were you guys all social, distancing and wearing masks? Yes, Of course you were doing a lot of air high five on that kind of money. How many? How many sheets to the wind? Did you get Wednesday happens to be Bourbon Night. The neighbourhood. It might have been some of that, but I don't know I can't speak so so here's the thing that everybody's most problems. It was 100% grassroots. You know if you play soccer moms anymore, So it was soccer parents. It was it was that it was a symbol of all put signs. That kind of stuff. It was totally grassroots. Lifa. It was antifa, right? I mean, you gotta live with a bunch of anti for people. There were no a case. There's no violence. None of that. It was just a little grass roots. No, you're not put that here is and by grassroots, Do you mean everyone was fascinated, Puff puff give or let me just mean the speaks to the validity of that statement of what it's kind of, you know, whatever it takes to get it done, right? Whatever it takes to get it. No. And it's again. It does. It would. I don't know, putting those huge tanks underground nearer. How close was it to the water to? I mean, there must have been some sort of Study done that showed that they were was a bad It was a bad idea. Maybe 300 ft is the minimum 300 ft and they were at 305 ft. Okay, But think about it. Every little decision you can you top off a little bit. You're still a little player, European free leak a little bit anyway, but he's still a little bit. A couple drops here a little bit here all I overfilled it here. Where does that go? It moves right downhill towards the river towards the water treatment plant. So that kind of stuff you know, the more I sit here. I mean, I'm actually locked in here with a warrant here for you. I'm a bonafide old fart. Thie other card. Are you wearing a cardigan? And do you have a pipe? And are you experiencing skullduggery as we're sitting there, Children on bicycles and I'm about to yell out. We're getting too close to that. Then get off my lawn is it's time to change your adult diaper yet. Have you filled that up? Or is it? Uh, what happened to Russia from rocket now? Right now? Minute ago. Lord,.

"America's first news continues on this 10th day of August. FN Sports this Morning and ESPN now reporting that the College football season may be in trouble. Commissioners of the Power five conference is holding an emergency meeting on Sunday as there's growing concern among college athletics officials at the upcoming football season and other fall. Sports can't be played because of the Corona virus pandemic. Let's bring in our regular guests. The great Dawn and Galen creaky joined me each Monday Wednesday Friday here on a FN Gentlemen. Good Monday morning. Good Monday morning to you met the only optimistic opinion on the college football season. It's on the players themselves. Universally, they want to play. But as you pointed out, there's been a lot of big meetings. There were two of them yesterday. And everything shows that may be led by the Big 10. College football is leaning towards shutting down at once The power five conferences go. I mean, everything is going to shut down. Once the power five conferences go, everything is going to shut down your absolutely right, dawn. And once the power five conferences go, or that means, ah lot of trouble for the rest of Ah, the college athletics. There's no question and everybody wonders will. How did they make a final decision? Will the final decision is not coaches or players or athletic directors? It's the university president. And they really are leaning towards shutting down. So what does this mean for players that are looking to make the jump if there's no football season this year for college athlete Well, it's going to be very crowded NFL draft because everybody Intelligible to, you know, put themselves up for the draft is going to do it. Yeah, it's going to have a tremendous effect. The biggest thing more than anything as we've discussed. Is the financial impact on these universities. I mean, very Alvarez, a Wisconsin there, A D said. You know, it'll cost them $100 million of football shutdown. He's speaking for every school, and what he's saying really is. That's the athletic department. That's It's amazing. Yeah, it's it's It's amazing. And so what? What comes next down? I mean, this was this meeting was held over the weekend. Ah, what did they do Feel that the other commissioners out talk to university presidents? I mean, what's the plan moving forward? Well, the reportedly the Big 10 presidents met last night. They're strongly leading toward shutting things down. The commissioners of the Power Five conferences also met virtually last night. Nothing came out of what was discussed there, but it's all it's believed to be. Negative towards college football, but The ongoing sentiment among the players is we want to play And Jack Swarbrick said of Notre Dame's that like, Roger said. You better be able to articulate to our players while we're shutting down because they make the game and they want to play. Yeah, we will. But you've got to get him involved. Somehow in the conversation, I would imagine they're a big part of it. There. Let's move on to the end Bahir guys, Gordon Hayward, hitting three free throws to 29 that over time, putting the Celtics that had to try to stay in their eyes try to stay at their third straight victory won 12 1 19 over the Magic. The playoff push continues in the bubble, Galen and way were talking off the air earlier about Ah, Dame a Damian Lillard pouring and 51 is the Blazers House lasted the 70 Sixers and If you're the Sixers, you're kind of mad at Ella for this talk about Damian Lillard's performance over the weekend and how he responded to The loss earlier. Yeah, Like you said. I mean, first of all, the Blazers got a much needed win yesterday by beating the Sixers and Willard went for 51 you could see it coming by me right from the beginning of the game he had he had like 15 points in the first quarter. Because he missed two free throws versus the Clippers on Saturday night. The night before that made the Blazers lose. We must took responsibility for that loss and every win counts right now for the Blazer. So it was a great comeback performance for Willard. Yesterday. The Blazers look very dangerous there only 1/2 a game out in the West. Really has a game by that eighth seed, so they're definitely gonna be in the play a tournament. It looks like they have a very good chance that they could play the Lakers and round wanted. You know, if they get the sea, the Blazers they could definitely be the Lakers Lakers air limping into the into the play off. It was three straight. LeBron struggling Anthony Davis is struggling. But one thing I want to mention that a famous guy we'd like to talk about the show, Carmelo Anthony. In the 15th all time leading score yesterday. He moved ahead of John Havlicek and Paul Pierce this weekend. So as much is, he gets Lam bastard mellow for his style of play. The guy scored a lot of points. Is he teamusa mellow right now. I mean, is he a guy that doesn't have to carry the team and he could just shoot threes and not really worry about defense. Low percentage threes, please. No defense. The idol will be on the tree. Well, I I was more referring to his performance in which they won Oh, and how he looked on the team. Use a floor. What's going on with Ben Simmons? They have this repeated kneecap last week. It didn't even look bad, but it was And that's the problem with saying this for a long time. You have a six foot 10 point guard like him moves like that. There's tremendous pressure on its feet and ankle joints, and he had numerous foot problems, and here's another one of the problem here. Oh, that's not good. I mean, this could eat into next season and then to make matters worse for the sixth. Joel Embiid suffered a sprained ankle yesterday. So their two best players to top 20 players in the world probably both out one of them significantly about a type. Guys who is Colin Morikawa. Ah, he made his debut yesterday one at San Francisco's Harding Park and an amazing amazing debut for the 23 year old. It was unbelievable What he did Calamari College. 23 old American golfer. Plaited Cal Berkeley. And he took a gamble and that it was such a hotly contested so tightly bunch of the field. Or a cow in the 16th hole of 296 yard, par four. He drove the green. You're gettin realtor rubble if you missed the green on that short par four We got in position and he made an eagle putt and he locked up the PGA Championship at age 23. We're gonna hear a lot more about him, and he's very engaging personality also. 660 Feeling kind of trees. Are they TPC Harding? Therein lies the cypress trees and saw my life. What a beautiful court. Yeah. 664 to win that championship by two strokes over Paul KCIA. Dustin Johnson. Hey, was the third round leader? What happened? Dustin Johnson. Well, he played. He played well, overall, you know, he tied for second, I think and ah But you know this is the shot that Marchal made his historic. I mean, it's going to follow in his whole career, You'll be seeing it back over and over. He gambled. He went for the green on a par four. We'd have been out of the tournament. He missed it in trouble. He made it and he made the eagle as they said the eagle has landed and has the Wanamaker Trophy. And Johnson finishes second again. Gentlemen, we appreciate your time has always we'll do it again on Wednesday. Thanks so much, All right. That's a great Donna game like Ricky. They join me. Monday. Wednesday Friday here on a FN You can follow them on Twitter at Quickies corner. Yeah, Johnson falling behind with that bogey on the par 5 14 He also was second in last year's PGA Championship. "Side thought right I really this is gonna be nice to watch this game and really not care who wins for me I don't really have a dog in the race if I had to really drill down I'd be in a room for both side the forty Niners simply because of the O. S. U. connection I know you could care less about that for the most part that I'm I'm rooting for the Niners as well for what reason any reason particular that they beat my team well I tell you that they beat the Vikings handily they they beat the Packers handily I don't think I don't think Kansas city knows what they're going up against yeah so you think they're gonna get surprised because that defense is big and strong and fast and they they just they got a killer day well we obviously right now to pick up so a lot of people don't really know I mean Kansas city is favored by a point at this point so I it's obviously a kind of a toss up and billions of dollars being bet on this they're saying can I ask you a quick question industry because you follow this a lot more does that mean I mean are literally the same amount of people pick at it and and that's why its remaining a pic come because there's more money on both sides as what what makes that tip did you know like how much money well no I mean they would they would move the points based on if it started getting really lopsided and within the game if you're doing over under which is the total of the two team's scores that number if you're going to bed under it or over it if that starts to go one way or the other real lopsided they kind of will move it yeah and so if you can get in on it you know out of the gate and you can get you know sometimes you can get a really good deal on the bet that you're trying but it with regard to the the only way that's probably going to move the pick on the you know the the the chiefs covering one right now is if somebody gets hurt between now and then or something like that but they're keeping this they're saying they're about evenly matched and not one thing or the others really tilting it one way or the other so if I I find that a hundred dollars on the Niners and they won one of my going to get back I think it be like what a hundred of note something's it would be just over a hundred it's almost an even gotcha amount that you would recoup but I I don't know with that we don't want them covering a point you know them being plus one at that point I I think it's a hundred and eight box I didn't and when you go what's for years so I mean once they all know it's still a good bet I mean you'd still make a hundred holders you double your money so if you really think I either going to win in here I thought I was only getting eight dollars problem no no you would win whatever you bet your **** when that plus a little bit more when you bet on the team that's not the favorite you know what I mean or whatever so the way takes a little bit more to to make a little bit more if they are the favorites whatever anyway billions of dollars being bent on the six point eight billion being set and it looks like about twenty six million people are going to bet on this game which is up by the way from last year so more more more more people are deciding to become degenerates you know year after he got hurt and deplorable deplorable do you continually lose the remote control hopefully you don't on Sunday because that's going to get very irritating if you're trying to watch the game we're getting ready to turn it on and you can't find your remote how many people go through this at home losing the remote I can't tell you how many times I've come in from you know work or whatever downstairs they'll be some horrible programming on TV it'll be oxygen or one of those things my wife was watching hallmark channel and I literally you can feel the estrogen just creeping out of the television toward me and I'm like where's the remote nobody is around the kids are not around she's not around its blaring and I'm trying to find the remote there are blankets and pillows everywhere and you're moving all of this stuff in your moving everything around and you and I I give up and then it ends up being underneath one corner of the couch tucked way back or something along those lines in I think they're a lot of people who lose their have you ever been in that situation I remember back when I was a a bachelor it would stay in the same places I left it when I left for the day you know it happens but to me it happens more that that I did the remote is there but the batteries are always debt it's like I always go to replace the damn batteries in the remote doesn't work and what's more frustrating you can't find it or is there and you still can't change channels with always press the button harder when their data I think that's going to help I just hit it really hard with some swearing with so much foul language like pushing the elevator button six gonna come faster yeah and and that's a lot of people actually will do that yeah I do that as well like I and what you do is you you make that thing Peter out way faster than it should so your remote stop so it's about half the life because you're pushing it or you can say okay that you know the last button which will go to the last channel you're watching that stopped working after a while so now you gotta start me entering it manually so now they're saying there's some suggest tions on what you can do to make sure that you don't lose your remote control and I think these are the silliest suggestions in the in the history of suggestions they're saying use a string to tie it to your account well I was just gonna say that but remember the food a lot it's in a lot of cases the first wrote remote controls actually had a cord you know that ran a you go now you're bringing that back that was actually a stroke of genius or should I just left alone do you would you really consider doing that at your home like actually I don't even connected to it now in cross the living room floor now this is going to get trapped on and it's you know one of these could get like corn and you're taking a critical role in that it goes flying across the slips out if you had a coffee table right I mean is anchored to something on the coffee table that words literally tied your table that might not be such a thing they're saying also you could put velcro on the back and then stick it into a designated place maybe on your couch I I don't I don't think I would actually I don't think I would do that either because you're talking about altering feel nice count you can't do that now is that but but the person who's probably the chronic violators they're not gonna put it back on the velcro piece anyway they're gonna they're gonna they're gonna hold it because and then they're gonna fall asleep and they're gonna roll on it and that's how it gets mash down to the cushions and that that no other world like we were talking about earlier somebody comes into your house and steals your remote and they take one sock and in a split Hey Keren welcome in and do you continually lose your remote control or do you have a remedy or what do you guys well I mean I I don't lose my remote control but I have a story for you my dad lives for his remote control and one Sunday we were all at the house for dinner all those kids in the why everybody and we stayed global after everybody laughed and dad reached over to get is remote controlled it to watch probably a football game or baseball game we couldn't find it we toward that house of cards for that remote control right gads just flip it out I mean just totally and completely flip about finally my sister called he said dad you won't believe this he says but your remote control was in my first she went through the roof he just knew she did that on purpose yeah all the way back to his house give him his remote control and for every every time she came over the house I will bet you that he would make sure he has his AS search her purse I'm searching your purse don't even think you're leaving yet dad did pretty much pretty much check it out he just left out that's really that we laughed about that bird day thanks I'm constantly bags that's funny that's really funny the other thing that I don't like it just made me think how many times have you been a at somebody's place where they have a really young kid like a year or eight months or two you know maybe fourteen months and they have in their toys is a broken remote and they play with that and then they when they come over to your house as a result they can't discern between the toy one that's broken and your real one and that has happened to me before to where they end up taking it and throw it in the toilet Jeez that's actually happened before too and then it's like don't let your kids play with broken remotes because they don't know the difference join a brother wanted one that's not broken you know don't use the remote it Blazers houses the moral of the story yeah because it was in the toilet traffic.

"Radio six ten WTVN boy imagine being out in California all that all of that the planned power outage out there you know I I do mess around and say by the way it is the mark later sure thank you very much for listening I was messing around earlier talking about is a likely reason one thousand six hundred fourteen I'm glad I don't live in California however you have to have a little bit of sympathy for these people out there and I guess depending on what side of the aisle you're on some people will be like nope no sympathy for anybody out there if you don't I'm saying but anyway in this situation this the plan power outage that you're having a people are like I'll okay so if it's gonna be a little windy my power for the day they're talking about eight hundred thousand customers and I don't know how much of this you know about but and and I get it they're trying to they're trying to keep from you know wild fire starting cell okay I suppose how does it how was that stat was cutting off the electricity stop a wildfire from starting well that is just the sparks that are there naturally will something that a lot something along the lines of that they're just thinking that that has something to do with it and again if it's out there with regard to exactly has it says sparked by power lines there were the some of the worst blazes were sparked by power lines and that's the only thing that was cited in this if the power lines are sparking like at shouldn't they won't put some money into that and shoes you it's a bigger right it's it's it's a bigger exactly the bigger issue for sure here's the other part of this they're not really even giving them a time they're not even say like okay tonight at ten o'clock we're gonna turn the power back on they're not even they're just going all right we were going to do this and this is part of why people are you know a quote unquote on pins and needles because of the uncertainty and they're gonna look do we go to a club by supplies you know we got some see especially if they if your mom or dad and you live in the area but not necessarily where the power of the the plan power outage once he got at their their elderly you're gonna look they've they've got a you know they don't have a lot of extra money probably maybe fixed income so we're not buying ice cream is what you're saying well that's probably not a smart thing unless I started thinking I'm like boy I I've really contemplate especially as of late think about buying a generator are you one of those people that actually has bought a generator like a whole home I see those more more and I'm going man and they're like zero percent financing and I'm going into I want to do that especially if it runs off of natural gas because that's what my houses and I'm going and that would be great for real I mean think about running your you know you're in the middle of the of the winter the whole neighborhoods dark in your house course that to be good for a bit but I can wear the blazer house you know but I mean seriously think about I've actually been thinking contemplating or even in the summer where are you thunderstorms take to your sump pump studied on the battery back up I mean there's all these things that you know buying a generator but if I'm out there in the middle of this I mean never a better investment right you're one of these people that are one of these eight hundred thousand cut and it sounds like this is probably going to be their MO moving forward to maybe think of buying a generator.

"Show you know its does this today it's national dog day you guys actually notice its national dog day and let me bring in actually former bank a wide receiver Tim McGee Tim how are you man our our moral right now blazes said it was national dog day and then you switched to me so so I bought I was gonna ask you I'm like how is spread so bad that little puff ball of yours always a small is ever right were run around in his doggie roller right he's crazy I I I love that dog man in the the main reason is because he likes me he lets me pet him and stuff when I'm around because smaller dogs have a tendency to try to you know not let every anybody near and they think everybody's trying to kill him you know well this is true I they got their defense mechanism but he knows life people like you when the freezer's been trained well that's cool man thank you very much all right so let's let's start with the the surprising news or was it surprising that former colts quarterback Andrew luck calls it quits he retires he left obviously a lot of money on the table and I don't know if you saw but colts fans at least a few of them are asking for a refund for season tickets at this point till I don't know they can make a I guess a strong argument for the for that but your thoughts on this because clearly the guy is he's gonna end up John Elway ask he's gonna be bionic by the end of his career V. what I kept going order of a couple things first of all let's talk about the retirement in itself that's one hundred percent in his discretion he did what he thought was in his best interest and he doesn't owe an apology or explanation for anyone just because he plays the game that's a form of entertainment the fans think that they are closer and a part of the players lives which is totally couldn't be farther from the truth possible so with that being said if you look at the but if you look at the timing of it it could be quested why did you do it now two weeks from this prior to the season however if you don't know all the variables in information it appears from the outside looking in in a close source that I have in that organization basically said he told them that he was kind of harboring or retirement and just like any good employee for your they're going to say Hey take the time whatever you need to do okay so he did that did he just got in you know he just found this online and basically you know sometimes your body just doesn't react the way you think it's gonna react wanted to react and I'm from a mental standpoint with you and I spent a lot of time on the air from a mental standpoint blaze that is the toughest part of the game if if you blow out certainty it is not the fact that you can't cut and you don't have confidence in the doctor well you don't have confidence that you can make that cut anymore because the last time you made that cut your knee gave out so it's it's a mental mental mental picture but the second part of this man saying come on I mean you know nobody owes you anything you're not older reform the coach didn't say into luck will be guaranteed will be quarterback if you bought tickets there is a risk factor involved from an injury retirement you you you you and that's the problem friends where are you are you obviously without fans again couldn't exist so you got a preview however the big bay de humanize especially football players because this ago Audi this will work they feel you're alive you can play it just don't work like that god no I'm either that was my point office will force the former bagel wide receiver on the phone with me now and I there was a tweet from Doug got leave the Gottlieb show I guess with Fox Sports one retiring because re having is too hard in quotes is the most millennial thing ever hash tag and lock and I don't know if you saw that but boy Troy Aikman let him up he goes dude that is total B. S. what qualifies you to decide how someone should live their life so you're now the authority what motivates and lock and if there's decisions don't fit into what you think is best for him then you rip him and then you know I I thought it was great that Troy came to his aid here and I couldn't agree with you more with regard to this no one's going to care what if he's forty five in using a Walker nobody's going to care I mean they use them up and throw away so the only Andrew knows if he's ready and willing to keep you know playing this game and clearly at the level that you guys played at because you played it for several years that level and that the beating that you take on the day you actually left the league because of a concussion right and and and and again look at the guy that walked away from the game what from France deem to be premature there was a guy named Michael Jordan who came back it was a guy named Muhammad Ali and we know what physical affect it had when his body in his life there was a guy named Barry Sanders Calvin Johnson the list goes on and on fans have an expectation that they expect an NFL player in particular to play until he can no longer physically like they don't take into account the missile drainage year in and year out and so the and I think the you said the guy name was dug up from what what a douche bag com yep that was simply because I can't I can't what happens in the Blazers house I can't make assessments or why mark later took this job why this guy left this company because you don't know all the variables you have no idea what's going on in that manner how you could just be on the lot of pressure from his wife and his wife could just simply be going now you're done I'm I I formed and only do well that's your choice he quit football so it's a very legitimate choice we make decisions based on sometimes and for easy things that go on the plate so the question his courage his his his decision who are you I guess that's my hope my whole point you you just can't do it I understand Frank man disappointed they have the right to do so but he didn't retire to appease ordered this please the fantasy football league thank you I use it for himself right are you hearing any rumblings that Capper neck could get a call from say for the in this situation have you heard this I've heard it but you know again every time there's a quarterback go down Thomas name whether good bad you know it's Tom Brady go down or calling he's he hasn't taken a hit a couple of years you know either so Natalie where the whatever political side of the spectrum you on I think that ship is already sailed a yeah only if I think twenty years from now you know when he's getting his retirement I think somebody still will play here you can come back he was by far whatever that ship is probably fail but as it pertains to pertains to our pre mature what fans and the mother premature retirement I can't get on board with it whatsoever everybody is entitled to an opinion but that doesn't mean it's value and hit their opinions are not value my opinion is not value in the blazer household in the the looks household initiate and rightfully so it shouldn't be well demand it is great to hear your voice and talk to you it's been a little while and how was your birthday I know you just had a birthday a couple weeks ago is that good our with really good when you turn twenty two for the price of your car and you know it you're gonna get a little redundant but I've learned to live with tastic bearable as always great great to hear from you man and thanks for coming out today letting your perspective to this I'm always sad when this happens I think there's going to be more of it in the future I think more more guys did with all the C. T. everything that's coming out about that all of the information guys are seeing Hey man I've got fifty sixty million Bucks and do I want to keep going until I'm that guy that I slip into some you know the incredible hulk if you will later on in my life I I think that that's where this is headed I think a lot more guys are going to be called it quits earlier blade I have said that one like three talk show the date and the last one on make real quick is the fact that the millennial if you want to criticize they are not greedy they're not loaded by activated by that of the five hundred million dollars that the older generation X. we feel you can't leave nothing on the table well the millennial basically they're going Hey I'm comfortable fine I don't need that so you know who are we to criticize them they seem to be doing it the right way to me he's great to talk to your brother and we'll talk I'll talk to you soon okay CNN he is former being a wide receiver Tim McGee he knows a bit about the game.

"Before you. We know we have. I knew visually. Something to come out in our team through. You know what they do? Two. We needed to make to win this game. Dame man sounded like he was talking about Wednesday night game January not a closeout game in a deeply personal series. Where he hit fifty from fifty to end it. And then when he adds some time for it all to sink in. He was still very matter of fact about right that shot. Oh, the shot that shot that was no thing at all. There was no thing at all. Just the thing that I prepared for and I expected. So I was standing there looking at the room and this is a comfortable range. Much trainer feel. We was working the other night. And okay, see. And he was just like just take a few take a few deep dribble, this shoot a few ones. And he was like I'm telling you hit one of these you just you hit one of these. When I was standing there. I was like I'm gonna shoot, you know, he was he was a little bit off of me. And I was like it's enough space for me to just raise up and shoot it for game and the last step towards me a little bit. And I was like, okay, I'm going founder sidestep and raise up. I just had to let it fly shoot the ball high in the air to give it a chance. And that's what I do. My man. My man is absolutely cold blooded pounds rebel sidestep raise up. Pound rebel may change that pound dribble. Sidestep raise up reach into their collective chest. Rip their heart out show it to them eat it and then wave eat it. At about that wave about that wave. Look like after you hit that shot you wave to the to the Oklahoma City bench. Could you describe that moment and just kind of the emotion what you're thinking at that point? I mean the game series was over. And I'll just waving goodbye on. And I think. After game three, you know, the Dennis Schroder was out there point to his wrist. They was out there doing all these liberations and doing all this stuff. We kept our composure. After one win was what they decide to do. And we was just like, okay what we wanna do is win four games. And then when we win those four games is not going to be nothing to talk about. So that's what that was. Dama man's cool guy cooler than Dame right now. That was a statement to his whole series was a statement, if you've not been paying attention again, that's on you. Because a superstar was not born in that series. A superstar was born in practice gyms when he was working on that shot with Phil Beck ner. You just noticed him now. And if you just noticed him now, you're really laid in fact too late a legendary shot a legendary wave a legendary reaction, and I will say again now so all of you can hear me Dame time is all the damn time. Y'all rip city today is your day. You've been waiting a long long time for today. I'm talking to everybody tucked away, and forgotten in the north west your say that you don't get your shine. Come and get some I'm talking everybody listing on seven fifty the game in the pediatrics your dude just pulled up from the Burnside bridge and. Buried. Okay. See is. You know, this is a pretty big blazers house a huge Dame Lillard house CJ McCollum at Al a huge Terry Stotts house, a huge Portland house. Make this national radio program a Portland program today. Go ahead take over come. Get yours. Don't make me do it for you. If not today, then when one eight hundred six three six eight six eight six or narrowly, I would've led with a game seven, San Jose Vegas. That's how good that game was last night though, with Dame knocking down that forty footer founder size step in raise up pound dribble, sidestep and raise up. Never forget that one lots to talk about regarding. Okay. See and Russell Westbrook. One eight hundred six three six eight six eight six is says, hey, GM straight sports take when people talk about Kevin Durant, leaving Golden State. So he could be the man it's because he wants to have what Dame Lillard has in Portland. Thanks to in west LA cannot say enough about Dame who he is what he does how he plays. And the fact that he wants to do it in Portland and isn't looking to bail. Now. It's one of those guys who did not have an issue we Katie joining in all the flawn Golden State, but I can't say enough about Dame wanting to stay exactly where he is and win exactly where here's huge respect, Rome. I don't do sports takes that often. Stop right there. You know, it's significant with the idiots coming in with straight sports takes Rome. That's gonna row Rome. I don't do. Sports takes off. But holy hell. The balls on Dame Lillard, huge big. Brass wave Ohs dude is what is right in the NBA Oakland represented respect John at Huntington beach on more Laker fan trying to come up with a plan to trade for Dame. It wasn't the first thing I thought, but it was one of the first things I thought of watching Dame. In fact, it's one of the first things I always think of when I watch Dame Oakland baby representing Oakland. I mean that with all the respect in the world when we come back. We'll talk some football. Jordan Palmer QB consultant joining us, and we had a Chris Mannix to the list. Join me an hour number two. Clones we had to sum up. What the show is all about. It comes down to one word peformance, but unlike superstar athletes, you're trying to clutch up in everyday life. Whether it's an.
