It made me feel good to know that They are given that information out because a lot of people don't know about it. She's still nervous about the months ahead as she looks for work to cover rent for her and her three Children. Hopefully, I find something before it's too late on. Dorcas Young Griffin's office is in charge of the program for Shelby County government, she says a key to their success has been identifying places with 10 or more tenants behind on rent and using bulk settlements to speed the process of getting money out. They weren't necessarily being evicted, but they hadn't paid. So you knew that these were folks that needed help? Why not find a way to make it easier to identify those people and hey, landlords we can get to paid with this big check versus you know, just trying to piecemeal things together, and it's helpful for us because we know then instead of just getting one person settled and stable We could do 100 at a time. This proactive approach means a lot of tenants can avoid court entirely. "Jordan dog. But enough about me, my guest today is the lead singer for Parmalee the hit contraband he founded with his brother, his cousin and his best friend they burst onto the scene in two thousand, twelve with the morning after party anthem must have had a good time getting a hangover just thinking about it. Then they follow it up the next year with their Smash Carolina which paid tribute to their beloved home state in February of this year the band released their latest single just the way a collaboration with block O Brown that celebrates the imperfections and. Of the ones we love I'm so happy to welcome Mat Thomas. Thank you so much for being here today. So happy to be here man. Meddlesome. First and foremost how are you? How does quarantine life today? It's been great. We've been getting a lot of work done in the middle of a house remodel. So the in home is actually it's a mess, but we're we're a little bit at a time. You know we're we're doing basic can with it. Wow. Okay. So you're not only creatively invigorated, but also remodeling your entire house. Yeah, big shots while. Yeah well, lots of go with that damn. The music scene in Nashville. So collaborative like how has just sort of being apart from everyone impacted your your processor making music it's been crazy. We've kind of got back together with our riders in I'm lucky our producers been staying with us pretty much the whole quarantine. So we've been fats to work in all stuff We're not being able to have that connection getting a room. You just have that energy in that the access to that. Every day is kind of a missing it, but the zoom rights have been going actually pretty good. I can't lie. I mean it's not bad I think everybody was scared at first I don't know about is, and then I think it's going good. You know. What is the typical writing day for? You? Look like you approach it almost like going to the office you sit down and get your guitar or the piano or I think it varies it's hard to say Now it's we're riding with the purpose the purpose of a follow up single for just the way album that kind of thing but I think it's it is like an office visit out here honestly which can get kind of boring after a while but you never know what might be a late night jam session it might be. An iphone idea come up and then you just run Qatar and you start working on it but generally everybody has an eleven o'clock writing appointment. He Goes Sidna ruin. What are you got? What do you got had this idea was that sound like or your are you have a ton of ideas you have guitar lakes out I mean it's just varies of you'd never know really what we're gonna now that really excited about how man I just I just did about four vocals on these songs we recorded back in December that I've been sitting around and waiting in. So we're really excited brand new songs for everybody and writing I gotta do a vocal this afternoon We're going down to deliver Tamara songs that all these songs kind of dinner little work tapes of Demos are kind of getting more. Into Song So. I. Didn't ask you about just the way it such a positive song which you know. Obviously, we definitely need more of that in times like this what was the genesis of that sort of loving the the imperfections of your of your partner? Yeah I. Think I think that message is so strong. It's just a everybody needs to know that they're loved just the way God made him. You know he's not you can't be perfect. You know when I heard that come up into writing room I was blown away when I heard that line you know everybody needs to hear this. Let's just go in a has been. Such a cool thing to see the positivity behind it people connecting with it and the tiktok videos in all the stuff going on man it's crazy and the music video to just everyone's reactions to giving him the flowers. Beautiful. Did they know sort of what was were? They left in advance of what was going to happen not really in neither were we we kinda were but. Some videos where I went out and gave flowers to random girl just out in public in that was. That was tough like. It off trust the back band it was it was really awesome to see the reaction. A for the ones who got it, but some of them didn't they they freaked out donaldson to sell him summer. But. That gesture was really cool. I saw it real person out in public handing random people flowers and it was really awesome. So they had the idea for the video, but they really didn't tell us didn't tell the girls nor us they were going to get you to handle the flour and so it was man I think it's It's very surprising to see people's reaction to that, and it's just a little gesture but it's really really cool. Oh really meaningful. How did how did Blanco Brown get involved? Well, we met Blanco a couple of years ago at the CNA awards I. Think it was he was talking to the president of our label and the president of the company. So I looked at him I said WHO is this guy? He's talking to the top two people at I. Record Label. I need to know this guy to meet him. He's injury looked interesting anyway. So. We basically just walked up to him very non said, Hey, what's up? Matt for partially. Who Are you? What do you do? You want to write? Basically just they the Stuart and so we exchanged numbers and I think about six months with by. In he came out to the house and we just hit it off like that became friends. I didn't even know what he did. I said what are you seeing what he say well, do this stuff called trailer trap. Let's hear it. So we set my living room, cranked it up loud and he just played this all these songs in animated saying as I I don't know what? This is but it's cool when I dig it in. This is GonNa catch people one tell you. So we wrote some songs and then about six months later he had to get up I'd never even heard it. This was way before get we're writing and they came out boom in. So we have been buzzed the whole time and this song we had just the way kind of into pocket. And just kept coming up we kept playing it on the bus and everybody loved just wasn't quite right. We like something missing the productions not quite like versions of it. and. Like man we need something in David Fanning our producer manager he said, why don't you go on so I called him up. We went to Atlanta two days later drove down there got a studio and he never sang it before that night the record here I send it to him but but our voices just missed so good and I could sing. But I don't think anybody else out here really hurting seeing unless they've been to a show of it was just a one of the things man just kind of fell from the sky how it all happened. I. Throw the balance comes from yeah scrape. It it's such a romantic song what you call your imperfections. I call beautiful I mean, that's just such. A sentiment of a true manic, which leads me to ask what's the most romantic thing you've ever done. Man Ago and. Let me think for people listening right now. I see his face to an very read right now I have to admit. I'm not too good in that department i. I think probably some some roses in the bedroom kind of thing. In. A couple of times I was GONNA say roses on the street is like is pretty damn romantic to. Say that. Oh Man. A lot of bands they described themselves like a family with but you know literally true in your case, your brother, your cousin, your best friend and you started playing music in your father's band. was there ever a moment for you when music didn't seem like it was going to be your future or did you know for my early on that? Like that was really what you going to be doing a new I wanted to do it. We didn't know how we didn't have anybody to show US anything about all we knew was start a ban. Start playing songs and somebody from a record. I was GONNA. Come Down Pluck you up and give you a record deal and it's GonNa be. All gravy after that you know. So nobody in my dad played in in like the local. Back Porch seen and local bars and stuff, and we played with him in that and he was really good and we we knew. That was as far as it went. I. Mean. We never really went out of town with him to play maybe an hour road once a month maybe play shows where but most we decided to be permanently we all made a pact together before reportedly recover banned for about a year and a half we were doing like the what we call menu venues where you you have a menu and.

"Dance on tick talk to your dance he did his own version he did his own thing and that's the version that Harvard did they got popular but the Arms Yup video genie is in our video too oh yeah they had in it I got a little little runny nose I'll take it we'll get so when you travel in listen when you travel happens you gotta you wash I washed my hands all the I'm obsessed obsessive handwashing because I'm on the road so much that I start like my hands are raw from all the Washington I do yeah I'm just not a lotion or I I don't think I owned lotion like anywhere in my house do I have lotion I think when I was eleven eleven backup failed big booger in your nose right on it back and so it's blowing up on talk and it's only take sixty seconds fifteen seconds two versions wh which which was Boehner for you fifteen or sixteen sixty economics teen okay so there were fifteen second clubs at tick tock and this is to fence seat of Tick Tock where unless you're like fourteen you don't even tick tock yeah but that ain't true while I'm on it now it's uncomfortably a Lotta fourteen year old I'll be honest with you I post doc it's my favorite platform by the way because there's so much money content but these girls get on there start dancing shake in their next it's like all all kids okay most the most a lot of foretold take dog section you being listen is it for you sexually I know what it says about that when I go to it's it's not all let me pull out my take what happened and let me let me pull a mind so I'll pull up my first how will just grow it here irritability Arab fifteen yeah I don't follow her and so she ll would I give you got an old man he has like Gandalf off the great I have like a fifteen year old girl all right let me live another one I'll go my swipe this is a how old is this boy here I live live sixteen every bit of sixteen you Swipe your is up now let's see what you get another I mean he's like twenty five yeah yeah all right my phone I don't like the algorithm that might take talk is giving me everybody that we'll take a look at this girl next seventeen eighteen yeah well I don't like what mine showing me I need to have a talk my talks all I never see Thirteen fourteen online I don't like them I don't know how to keep giving them to me yeah it's the aggravating thing probably but maybe you've got toxins you no I ain't got no special top Oh take ticked up as a so it does the thing does thing at Tick Tock and that world it blows up it to the next level because so many people are on the platform and it's just one click yeah swipes flashlight key going and a lot of people were doing it yeah I mean like over three point some million people have done the dance just on the platform alone but across every platform is I was reading you don't have to comment on this that you have made some more from about a million dollars in youtube in take talk out money money from the plan your videos about a million dollars I'm I'm saying I'm saying that I live that's what it says estimated channel alone ranges around one million dollars good on you I was reading the Youtube comments in anything I'm just saying grow on you I don't know if you have read Youtube comments I tend to not but what that your number one comment is actually super positive this guy named Jonathan Baker he says this is so refreshing to see a dance video without half naked women and instead of a dude or in a trailer apart wearing jeans epoch you're the man so rare that a top you to comment we positive in yours is and I was drawn to it because in the video or you're teaching it which would you watch a pressure standing outside your friends like a trailer park he has live I yeah he stay right he used to stay right beside it and his main caviar he did it like this picture right here he did get up cover I mean that was that was like another thing that we're going to be a cover them in the same part and I took a picture on the steps and I looked down like this he said that phrase again I said you you got two shots with the sky behind me it became to cover I went back to his house loophole oh been doing some stuff I said hey man I wanNA shoot a vertical video in front of that trailer it was abandoned trailer and he's a coup so we went down down there it was kind of bring outside light sprinkling we put legitimating sat the two passes Dip uh-huh to pass together upload boom again at that point so many so much of the content and the song is blowing up that you have to go there's something here like Ham blow up this many times in this it's not luck after the third time it blows up and you have to go all right there's something here it was organic no money behind it no radio behind it was straight consumers people going clicking on the song aw listening to it I mean like twenty million plus views on that trailer park before it in his late fifties folded its never actually in the song song the words to get up never a dedicated title to my grandmother She's come early in the morning slot vastly in on me and my siblings phase my cousin everybody that was I'm House in eleven though you know what I'm saying and and say get up being vertical with the world finding purpose finding joy finding happiness um you can do that Landau is she meant that both grandma's was there ever a title of the song before they get up we it was a working title I actually look let me guess let me Guess Cowboy Boogie no okay now I can't be to step gunned it it's been hoedown hoedown it had to do with oh I'd been I made the title of the session guts Gif and that was going to be the working name the song yeah that was never the name of the song it was just when I created it felt light dill's guys gift to me and that's the original title of the session I have it have it on my lap right now so so the get up starts to blow up and what's like the big first crazy call you got where it's like wow I get to go do this now fest I dreamed of performing there the year before even know I had already done my deal with broken bow records and and BMG a year prior to me put out a one minute video Clinton so they get up didn't get you a deal you had already signed talked worked out a deal with the record I didn't know that I signed the deal two thousand eighteen in May June and the giddy up I wrote September two thousand eighteen when you sent it off to John John Logo for example what's his response back it was like man this right here is impressive that is strong you know John that is strong and then you go out and you have to do Radio Tore Yep radio tour two and a half three months Ebersol had already been out it added done what he was doing and then decided to take it to the radio you had you have pop stations playing country stations plan plane you little bit were they like we we kind of don't know what to do with it so we're GONNA let everybody go with it like what was the plan oh I really don't even know I think uh I really don't know grandma told me and my momma see I won't say my Momma Latte but she taught me a whole bunch I'm used to send my grandmother but look if you don't know what to say just don't Satan in I don't know the process of that When they decided to his radio there's went on the radio tour and I told him that I wanted to go already tour and I wanted to be in the people faces and getting to meet them in greet them and and that was like priority me to go on the radio tour so judge said let's is making happen where's the weirdest place you did the dance not even ready towards in general because you've done it I I see local news as you at Zoo's way I did it yesterday and the worst series game doing a ninth inning and somebody began struck out I'll just in the middle of the outdoing the Dansk S. Kula Kula celebrity you've seen do the dance I mean he's it's a lot of people name one I can't even start Monica again no I can't one celebrities do now one name one celebrities saying to the Dan so it's pretty cool aw man is the one of the wanted to one of the to me out was Howie Howie who's how we don't know how how Howard the duck how he forgot how we who's Howie unless she figured out who took you out of saying that that made me like laugh my new how he is Howie Mandel Mandel okay okay it'd be my fourth how we pick you just said how he got he got to the first one I would like I'm Gonna I'm GonNa play a Game Melissa guest this from Monaco again go at it was Howie okay you've been all over the world language barriers with the song weird or no Had any issues there I I see people just enjoying it laughing enjoying themselves and funny accents going they do the two step ad Gal I'm trying.

vocalist I mean plenty of those but one well who comes to my first thing where you you're in a studio with them we just talked about a big list the names he gives me his Ah one where you walk in and you're not a bad one where it's just like Oh wow like your eyes open because everybody's good at the major league level everybody's good man there's so many great vocalists you know who blew you away Blanco where you're like wow it's a lot of great lists Furby is it was a lot of greatness I mean it's still is a lot of great I mean from Monaco too key we'll go monica that was the first one you mentioned Monica special special the diplomatic answer how did you work became Brown a producer that I met and I was it was doing some broken production for some other artists that he was working with Cain was working with him and he would come in the studio everyday and and like I won't this guy to vote reducing me I like what he and we got in the studio and I started them more records formed by singing them and he would get in the booth and just put this thing on and we just built like I mean it's a wreck is that not the word I haven't heard it I mean we did a good eight nine Erica's sitting on right now yeah jamming to I've heard about people and I talked to John Mayer about this where people can see colors when they heater music and even John Mayer's that he wasn't so advanced and he's very advanced musically but he's like I don't I I can't see colors I don't have that but do you have that where you can hear color see colors from music like a certain note I seen them colored shapes talk to him about that for a second how does that work I don't know how I work but like if if you hear like a a g is that color to you I mean it's the the the melodies that paints pictures from me can you memorize the colors yeah I mean I know what each color making me feel Tom And then at points is so sporadic that I see colors on think about the process and but but I just go with the art that is presented at the time and is that where the era came from your ear the ear the ability to listen down one time to a record intake exactly what is missing and they trusted you to listen one time ago this is what I feel and you had so much success accessible like retire that year hey you know they kind of just put their name on there after doing it so much and being known home to listen to record and tell you how to take them to the next level came the get up whenever that that you kind of stumble into Ab- smash because no one ever picks no one ever goes this is for sure GonNa Smash Smash I've ever talked to anybody like well I remember thinking about it we recorded it you Kinda Dono starts to pick up like holy crap can't believe the traction it's getting so the infancy of the get up let's let's start back does you go I think I'm GonNa do a song whereby dances or did they kind of come in phases oh I did a song and I'd say people going love this record going to bring a lot of people faces if feels like a two thousand nineteen to down twenty acres break your heart to me it can be next level and I just remember telling myself this special put out a one minute clip in April on talk doc or just on on another platform yeah not even U2 and Fat Megan views first week and then live from Tick Tock what before we take what what clip did you put up one nominee dancing in front of the door okay so it was a visual and on it was okay so it's you dancing the dance with a hooker delivers okay so going to do that this part here yeah and you're doing the dance in front of a door in the house wasn't basketball South Zone A western black shirt a a cap and some church socks out this really messing around with the dance I wanNA record it because the floor kind of fear slippery really groovy had already came up with a dance but I did the Dansk sentences that cats John Logan my homie Jasper Cameron and my brother Oh and it was like man this is out of here when you surprised to see that many people watch that video that first week yeah yeah I was shocked you're just like what there are a lot of videos how come mine's getting five million it blew upon this guy named Dj big shocker page I he started hitting me like in Boston me keep me updated like on whether it was actually doing the impressions and everything on it he manages this is crazy I never had anything like this many views and this demand when my page and then other people started posting my video on page and it's starting one big two million three million views and by then I mean before I realized it was on Tick Tock in our to have like close close to sixty million views so it goes over to tick tock was the first big tick tock video where they kid puts his arms out like this he does like the is that the first really big one it's probably been the first really big one that everybody know of but by the time he did it already had like so Germany Megan views guy named Johnny.
Blanco Brown on being discovered as a child
"When all of you guys are in an apartment I get that to Iceland with all my cousins you just live where you can live right everybody's trying to to to have enough money to pay rent sometimes you gotta make your move together a bunch bunches lived in a trailer for a while much of a bunch of apartment so like I get that and also know me I was the kid in the group that was I'm going to get out and I'm GONNA use education like that was my thing it sounds like yours was music music way early yeah the first deal now seven you what am I doing I was seven years old and and how did that come about and how did you get to a place where someone could see you at seven to go I like that kid man that's a good question I I never really got to say I never asked that question I just know that we were were recording in new records like just like that I just remember who it seven years old discovers you it was new star Rex Guy by the name of Anthony Richardson an owner if he discovers somebody took us to him you know what I'm saying I really can't remember how it happened you're seven years old yeah I just know we were singing recording practicing going to school we by the way me my brothers okay so you were you guys like in a singing group group how many were there called times three because it was three of us are brothers and it was just the X. would apostrophe S. three where were you in the age group of the three brothers I'm in the Middle Okay Yeah and so you got with the goal of of what I know you're only seven but looking back were they trying to break you guys as like Jackson five but the X. as the three more so like another bad the creation can meet some singing brothers because we really saying like you know what I'm saying but Jackson five it was that would have been harder doesn't file there man they weren't legislator after they were legendary though they had to even start at yeah but I'm just saying like by the time we you were yeah they were already like Jackson Five. ABC's good like another bell vo to all those groups were around that time to where all you guys just singing because hip hop stuff to just thinking and I was the wraparound the group so wait were you rapping I was like the the the but if from immature who are the sexy talking I did the sexist seven and eight I'm telling you you know all this time I've been playing around Oh yeah I've been playing with my gi Joe's and pogs girl and I've been thinking about you I know I'm nine man that is hilarious I know I'm in third grade girl but I'm drinking milk yeah so that's kind of how growing up I was I didn't how to confidence to sing so they will give me the parts while I was more like mellow talking Canada rapin Canada singing Adams found my singing voice until like fifteen sixteen so you're fifteen sixteen are you still in school yeah definitely graduate high school yet okay so you're singing all the way through high school all the we are you known as that kid the kid in high school like we're all noticed something I was nerd I was known as the singer Okay so you're singing all the way through and as you go through up until about twelve th grade at that point what is your biggest break before you graduate high school Aw I mean we met with a guy named Dr Massenburg he was over at motown and we were about to do a deal met him at the Intercontinental Embark Eh right by mall he looked me my brothers and my mother in the face a y'all have no words Mama they've been able to take care everything we won't sign wing you sat like two weeks later found out he was no longer with Motown town that was one of the moments that was like a huge moment and then do you think he lied to your do you think he got fired in the process of signing you on if you got fire of he just some happen where he just left but I just know the deal didn't happen right and after that outkast we don't want to deal with outkast you know it was you know at that term life they would just a dope group whose from Atlanta like Guy and I remember me with them and they wanted to sign my younger brother to a solo deal so he's going to do a solo deal and then you know me and my older brother like okay cool ooh that'd be fine once he gets all the way where he needs to be he he brings home and then that didn't go away we plan to either you know what I'm saying they're signing him he ended up signing to a whole another deal and he came up with a song or a few songs and yeah I mean what what what when you meet with outkast do you actually meet with Andrei Big Boy Yep like the guy show up and they're like all right this is the plant so they were doing things outside side of outcasts way early even before they blew up they were they will Purple Label and my dad actually just takes me that pitchy like two days ago and my phone like of us in the same room with them without shirts on taking pieces with them yeah so that didn't work out you graduate High School Yep and what's the plan then for you musically 'cause high school probably big deal to graduate high school what's for me where am I hold my whole life I was told you know stick to my art I went to school for art I got a Bachelor of fine arts in so we're not college though from high school to College Okay Okay so you then you decide to go to school where are you going to school where did you go to school I went to you okay and your thought when you go to college is Blank Finish College or learn music or make friends and my really my thought would college was be the person that went to college and if that don't work out just note that music is always number one either way I went down just you know pretty much as their are had degree and what did you study in school art so you study art but you're doing music yup okay so you're studying well what does it what does study aren't though what does that mean I mean I mean you go through all our theory in like paintings yet I sculptures like an op the not even music like you're a whole different track I I did I did all that like sculpturing and websites from dream we would Mac with three D. and do all that so even less than digital art stuff too yep and then if you were to have this let's just journey off a bit and let's say the music stub you end up getting an art degree if you were to pursue that what would you have done an art Oh man you know cartoon network or something yeah voice overs with some animations I could tell just Bella anything you can yeah a Squirrel Squirrel Squirrel pretty good duck one one one one more minute okay let's do more does it isn't an easy one how about a platypus because we have no idea what applaud sounds like I don't know okay maybe but earnestly XLII music was always the forefront but I didn't have confidence to do it I didn't have the confidence in myself so I just I just wanted to figure out how to be a part of it I started engineer straight out of college I started engineering so like the sound engineering so if you're listening right now what that is you had a computer and and you're basically adjusting the levels of everything to break it down like a five years old so your your engineering music and where do you learn those skills to be a music engineer one of my homies hey daryl showed me how to use the controls twenty four and I start messing around with it and then next thing you know I was A. New York it was his Blanco you grew up in Atlanta landed you spend a lotta time like in rural parts of Georgia to in the country during the summertime I would go to the country but Georgia which is Taylor County and I spent eh tower my aunts and cousins and family down there learned the other side of the world and so growing up for you kind of talk me talk to me about what it was like growing up at eight ten eleven twelve years old oh man I mean it was a lot going on in the world and seen so much by then have been through so much by in but I think sweet key I was rea- Chiel you didn't in really no more circumstances I just joy life but even then it was a lot of rehearsals and Singing talent shows trying to win money back then you know help them out oh yeah I mean my childhood is always been easy let's talk a couple of things I want to talk about we'll get to the like the childhood performing because I'm interested in that where that all started with you but you talk about your circumstances to talk about that for a second because I'm not super familiar with circumstances where you grew up in me three bedroom apartment brick walls inside out no solvent landon heart concrete floors three families in one three bedroom apartment it was me my cousins my grandmother had my other older so she was around my age older mother mother me like it was deep and you know violence not in the household but outside the household like every day I mean gunshots fights in the the better things to be remembered opening fire fire hydrants in just being in front of the water with everybody plan freeze cups and I was you know I was the type I Persian when I got the freeze either from the top I turned it on the back on the bottom there was the solve good sweet part of the freeze you know oh man I mean the lightning bugs catching lightning bugs plan not not zone where you go to the house you knock on the door and you run home once through light duck duck goose hide and go seek hide and go get I mean that was my childhood and those that are memories they like I mean just talking about and thinking about it is it's still a a moment in the space I would do all over just the way it was as funny you say that because I I grew up a poverty kid too proud of it because of I and I say that often it's funny that you say that like I used to I used to go I'm very resentful that I had to grow up and eat a meal day hopefully or I grew up on food stamps or welfare I used used to be really resentful but as I got older I started to go man I'm so strong from that and also know what it's like so I can help other people now are you because I think there are so few of us that understand and can do something about it and so it sounds like you're telling your story and I'm watching going August that understand that and and when you say you wouldn't change anything about it I wouldn't either man because as we rise we're able to help others like others helped us at some point yeah and you talk about my mom raised me adopt me for a while and so your grandparents would be part of your life my grandmother's my granddad was like never really around and as I got old I could have spent more time with him but I just didn't and then when he passed it was the most hurtful thing were and I just went back to that moment of man I could have changed that situation.

Yeah. So he's gonna come with. That's about the Bobby bones show. This day. Country music knowledge on. You. This day. Garth brooks. Scientists, I record deal with the label that wants rejected him nineteen eighty eight four his first record deal. An aspiring country artists have been playing clubs all over his native Oklahoma. You're that impressive. So they passed they did not give them a record deal but he went back and he did not give a few weeks later. He hopped into riders around the Bluebird cafe. He was supposed to play night. But the artist who was on track to play second didn't show up. So we went up in that spot, one of the reps from capitol saw him and boom was like your guy. "Question is, how long does a bad mood last, according to scientists aiming your guesses day, a whole day? Yeah. Bad mood has the lifespan of seven to ten hours. Oh, yes about how long you're awake or interacting? Sorry on your asleep. But I mean interacting with people, maybe I would say my bad moods about four hours, if I'm in one, I can shake shake because I realize I meant it, it's your whole life is self awareness. Our whole lives is realizing where we're good and we're, we're not adjusting to it accordingly. When I was doing this Blanco Brown dead dance at home. Get up. There were certain moves. I just couldn't do. So I was like you know what I'm going to try to do that hard move. I can actually do a move is better for me. But I think in a lot of times in our life. If we know one of my friends is a comedian, I told the story I have no idea. She was like she was editing. A special special, it's coming out, and she was like, I know them going to break down four or five times editing this special because she spent a year preparing for it. She is going to look at herself. And think it's not good enough. And I said, hey, if you know you're going to break, down four or five times walking into it the best thing you can do the best you have about yourself as knowing yourself. So if you know you're gonna break down four or five times give yourself those four or five times before you start to go a real Rick. Like, you know, you're going to break down four times. Okay. I live, right? Down you go. You know what I still have a lot of value in me. This is normal for me. So I'm gonna live within what I normally do. And knowing yourself is the best way to actually combat those bad practices. And so for me when I started to go off in a bad mood. I can and then go okay, what about me is not normal? And then I can fix it most of the time, and then I want to go in the morning, you know, I do. Sometimes I go. All right. I'm going to have a good day today. Yes. Or yes. And then I pick one and then I move forward and they have to be. Yes. Answer has to be. Yes, but yeah, mine's about four hours, do want to be in a good mood aimed right now. Yeah. What are you gonna show you a video, my phone, okay? One of my friends. They have a dog in dog had puppies. And he's like, do you want one of these puppies? Oh you gotta duck. No. Not yet. Oh. And it says how your salary tells us to show you that much. It's a bulldog, and he's like you can have one of the puppies, if you want it. We're trying to find good homes for them. Like the dog right there. Oh my gosh. So cute. Oh, okay. Yeah. That's legit. Is that going to be your dog? I don't know. I don't know Bobo. There's a lot with BULLDOGS ga one of my friends is, I'd want for a couple of years to, and he's like, hey there. It's high maintenance, but they're chill dogs. Just a regular English bulldog or what is yeah. Okay. Yeah. Those are cool. Yeah. So it needs a home having to give it one. We'll see how it's not even free until like because it's such a baby until like the twenty third or twenty four this month. I know. Right. I wanna hold it. I know it's so cute. So anyway, I'm, I'm a little closer. I didn't get a dog. Looks pretty good because I'm gonna bad mood. Oh my gosh. I know. I know. If I get that dog get a girlfriend, right? Oh, I sure. A couple of girlfriends. Yes. Raymundo. Our audio producer is one of the writers of this long bake -ation. Raymundo actually wraps, his little part on the song. We'll play it for you. Ray.
