Helicopter Rescue from California Fires

"Talk about the creek fire. How was it that you? I found out about that fire. You know it's kind of ironic because it was actually social media that attracted me to it I to live in that area and was aware of the creek fire. And it was actually scrolling through social media. and. Posts that said Hey role these hikers AMA- pools. Campers pools, and I immediately picked up the phone in a caller joint operation center, and they had just officially gotten that same word and we're in the process of activating a Chinook. Doctrine to assist with families that were stranded at pools. I immediately called KIPP guiding who is one of the other pilots that perform the rescue. My name is five guiding I am a Black Hawk pilot with California. National Guard we fly age sixty Mike's and it is we're in Fresno. and. That's where I live. So tell us about the capabilities of the Sikorsky Blackhawk helicopter. Fantastic, versatile capable machine, and happy to fly. It's got. Lots of things that I hadn't even mastered yet. We came from the older. Lima. Aircraft and just recently upgraded the Mike Model and just learning new things about it pretty much. Every time you fly somebody's got a new way to do something because of course, most things there's there's five ways you can do it and you know the one that you do, but but the guys that use other ways to get to the same result in it's Kinda nice to know those as well. kind of a technology to have on board that helped make the flight possible for example, to you using radar alternators or hover holds or what what kinds of things are you doing? Yeah. We both of those. So we had radar timid. Hover hold we have the terrain integrated into the screen. So we see all the train that is at above my altitude. We have you know airspeed hold out to holds fully coupled flight director to help get the war cloth you if you need to concentrate on something else and I'm guessing you had night vision goggles that tell us about how well they work. We did. So we initially went out there we were under day conditions in it was extremely difficult to get around the fire in certainly, it was impossible for us to penetrate the smoke wall to get to the mammoth lakes. Reservoir. But then as it as we're out there waiting for some tankers to drop their loads, it got dark enough that we did try to gobbles in once once this goggle able, we were to see through the smoke give us another half mile ability to be able to go some valleys and some places that we were not able to do earlier in the day when we tried and had to turn back that's kind of interesting. So what you're saying is that you given the same smoke conditions, you're actually to fly better in them at night with goggles on the daytime without them. Absolutely because The smoke, you just couldn't see, but with the goggles illuminating the fire and the burning embers that gave you a little bit more depth than it. Also, you could see where the high terrain was because it was burning on both sides. So you could see the elevation was you could see where the valley was we could stay in the center of the valley and like another half mile visibility to continue. Are there any kind of engine performance considerations when you're flying in heavy smoke? Sure how you can have compressor stalls in the heated airs less performance than the Cooler? Denser air. So that's part of it not the rotors less lift when when the air is hot and thinner. So that's. Something we always thinking about and we always have performance planning that we do before we leave and then on board the aircraft performance planning. If you get some more need, you thought it was GONNA be. At this altitude of temperature, you can easily get into the onboard computer and put in the correct numbers. The experiencing gets more definite ch situational performance that's happening right here. Right now, this what you can expect the current conditions in it tells you. In meanwhile, all reas on day three of his hike in the back country when he and his friends noticed that something was wrong. As we are. One of the passes over into readies whole. We look. Looked back toward the West and we saw a huge black column of smoke and topped off with a look like senator. Cloud. And boy we studied that for a while and realized that that's a problem that looks like it's from the general area where we grow in. And we carry a GPS just in case we we never use it really, but we have just in case ran a forested area where we can't see any natural features. We WanNA make sure we're on the same route. And we pulled out the GPS and and pinpointed where it was coming from it and sure enough it was coming from. Shaver Lake. Town. We drove through on highway one, sixty eight. So. We tried not to let that get as down too much. But we knew it was fire was probably about fifteen twenty miles from where we were as the crow flies. And then that night as the sun was setting to the West, it was completely obscured in orange by the smoke and we knew that this was going to ask somehow impact our trip. By the time we got down to Heather Lake smoke started to come in the winds shifted and you know it's really just a matter of shifting winds. And the winds shifted and in came into our little bowls a lake you set in a little granite, bowl. And those things tend to truly trap smoke in Chernoff. By the afternoon we were smoked out we could we could hardly across the lake. And started to fall. We had our a Powell a discussion realize. Okay. We need to get out of here tomorrow. Will Get up five in the morning in an Alpine start head on down the mountain and get back to our cars as soon as possible and so that was. Very. Somber. Champ that night. And you could smell smoke. It was very strong and everything was covered with ash and so that night was pretty bad and woke up first thing in the morning it was the same smokey it was dark. Broke camps quickly as possible has breakfast and then headed on down mount. And of course, Johanna was back home wondering about all re what did you do after he left a Kinda, keep track of things. Well, there's a cal fire map that updates. Map the fire status in California. And because we have friends and family who have been evacuated. In the NAPA area and up in Yukio We're very familiar with this map. We we look at it. We see where we're fires growing. And there were a couple of fires prior to his departure. They weren't near where he was going. So there was no concern about that. I didn't even look at the map actually for awhile and then I looked at it. I think it was Saturday morning. and Bam. There was at big fire of Shaver Lake which was not where he was backpacking. I knew he was far enough away for it not to be like an immediate danger to him. But I could see that it was covering the road. He had to go through that very narrow road that we discussed. That, he had to go through in order to access the point where he started backpacking. And I can see that there was no way out and I could see that the fire was growing. To word his location. So that was a little bit concerning. At the same time, helicopter pilot KIP got was preparing for what was to become the first of three nights of helicopter rescues

Apple's Beta Effect

"Have my notes, the Beta effect to talk about, and what that is is with with with going from fourteen fourteen to fourteen one, which we believe made for iphone twelve, and that's why we're not getting that. We also believe fourteen to was made before the final version of fourteen point zero and so when you update to fourteen point to. You can't use the new blood oxygen sensor APP on the Apple Watch because it requires your phone to have the version to do something with the data and so my watch on seven point zero watch os before was on fourteen two I couldn't do the oxygen singer tests I. Guess You have to accept the health disclaimers and stuff upfront right? That's probably and it saves it there too like the background. Readings where they go. So I think should say it must save on your watch before like if you're out and about without your phone, it's back into some pretty sure and then he just sinks him up. Right. Yeah. Yeah. So but it's like ekg where you've gotta you've gotTa have the version match up to support it and we need when you like started in the health app on the phone does it Does have that like. Explain urine like disclaimers like it does when you do EKG yeah I don't recall I. Mean there is an I button for information on the readout on the watch explains thing like ninety and above is pretty good. You've got kind of hunt for it to find that I think it should be like under the readout not at an disclosure button but I think. The reason is they didn't get medical sign off on the sensor because they call a wellness not medical, right? Yeah. So they have to be very careful about how they present this information and we respect about spending Keno after the show like. is kind of silly at the moment you just get this number and then you're kind of left your and devices about what to do about it but they haven't go FDA approved the weather you know the necessary. Regulatory. Accreditation they need to be able to make more defined choices like they can with Iki the cagey where if it does detect potential arrhythmia a directly sound on the screen you know go talk to your doctor about it like they don't have that same flexibility with with the blackhawks jeans and that's why in the event they would say like we aren't doing studies about blood oxygen and Covid, nineteen. The Apple Watch has a blood oxygen sensor lie they never would linked together because. The purchase self. So the the APP on the watch is very nice I. Mean we saw the animation from the event on seeing it in person it's lovely. It's blue and red. It's like blood arteries. And it as fifteen seconds to run it to do an like an act of measurement and. As you near like say three seconds it becomes it begins to form a circle of completion and it's just so delightful. How how looks You do see the last. Measurement in the APP itself. So if you go just launch it, you'll see the last say passive measurement that picked up. So you might say like when our three hours ago. And That's neat. So it's more data than than just here do or read out. Your readings to be like. Consistent enough that you think it's good because I've seen some reviews like I've been getting some resource I get ninety, six, hundred lights will have the place. So I don't really trust it. Yeah. Well. Not How to. Read. Out. That was like you're below ninety. And then I had one that was like you're you're in the ninety range than I would maybe be concerned but I've seen the rains be from ninety three to one hundred back to back tends to be pretty consistent for me. Washington Post. They had an issue where they tried different watches and bands and just could not it to work the right way have had that experience. Sensor depends on like your skin and You know. The Senate doesn't work if you've got tattoos for instance so. Different reasons and stuff like transparent basically. So it's you know. No Job for it. And if there was an issue like despite being review watched, that's the point of this talk about the experience I would mention in trust me. I mean lot with the series five hours of disinterested and reviewing because of an issue that had which I read about instead. Of. The. Battery Life So. I've been on this one fine. Yeah. A lot of people have have had shoes with seven on their existing watches having less better life than they had before I have had that and I don't know what the clear processes take restores instead of his new

"blackhawk" Discussed on Golden Edge - Vegas Golden Knights Hockey

"So maybe going forward their weeks maybe there's some things L. personnel wise. They're they're gonNA change going or now everybody's healthy. It'll be interesting to see you know what Ryan Craig does with them on the power play going forward. But that's just one thing for me. If I'M GONNA throw my analysis in there, I would wanna see re Max Patty back in that right circle. On that power play and then the other thing put mark stone back on the goal line the way that they had cody glass early let him open up and be a playmaker. Just. That's my two cents. No, it makes sense. Stones Passing Vision are obviously top level think. Nights you gotta try to take advantage of that as much as possible. The other thing that really stood out. Both this series and obviously last night was just. Some puck management decisions some bad turnovers by the nights. That's what really led to. A lot of the goals for the Blackhawks. Yesterday, I mean, the third goal especially, Nate Schmidt turns it over in the defensive zone, and then all of a sudden Patrick Kane is wide open one on one in front of Robin Liner, which is just obviously a losing situation for the nights and those are the things that you know as we kind of go through all the things they did well, the take away from that because all of. A. Sudden they are up you know I believe were there might have been tied to to at that point in the blackhawks retook the lead three two nights had done so many things well to kind of a race to deficit and get themselves back into that game, and then you have a sloppy turnover, all of sudden the blackhawks are in the lead again, and it's kind of what we talked. We've talked about before with this team of. With the depth and with the kind of lineup strength, they have top to bottom if they don't beat themselves, they're really hard to beat and we still I think saw some instances in this game of the nights you know having some self inflicted wounds that ultimately held them back. That's something they need to really strive to prevent because kind of the blackhawks players are obviously very skilled, but the skill level is only increase moving forward in the postseason. Yeah, it's funny like I have my list of things you know like what would Points things takeaways from. The series and all that sort of stuff in the one negative was especially the turnovers that was the one I had the big star next to and sad phase and all that sorta stuff because that was that was the glaring. Glaring negative that was that was what like you said, it kept the Blackhawks in in the series in in a lot of regarded kept them in some of those games. I feel like he kept them in game two, it allowed them to. Be Opportunistic, it allowed them to. Play kind of a conservative style which I thought was interesting that the blackhawks sort of chose to play that way I would have thought going into the series that they would try to open it up charted trade chances making a game like they did in November when they won I, think it was five three and and Patrick Kane was stretching the defense and they kept off wing you know high in the defensive. Zone in and really kind of tried to stretch that neutral zone. We didn't see a whole lot of that and I think some of it was those games were tight and they were close in the blackhawks felt like, hey, all we gotta do is jump on a mistake. The same way we did against Edmonton because they keep feeding them to us and I thought once the nights sort of cut that out in. And we're able to focus on the blackhawks skill. You know those are the moments that they really seem to take control of the series. So going forward I mean like you said, the teams are only GonNa get better. The Games are only to get more intense maybe you chalk up some of these turnovers to. Roster just not being sharp early on in the playoffs I. Don't know you know maybe we're far enough into it now that that can't be an excuse anymore and their timing, and all of that should be there. By definitely going forward that's the one thing if you're a coach. You'RE GONNA, throw up on the video and say, Hey, we gotta get this. Out of our game, I'm showing those clips and I'm saying this unacceptable. Remy Mark Stone mentioned it last night when they forced the Blackhawks to actually have to go two hundred feet to try to score on the blackhawks largely couldn't, and that just speaks to kind of the strength of the nights kind of structure when they're able to set up and all that stuff. So know if they can cut down the turnovers they. Are. Awfully. Awfully difficult to break down. We'll see whether their next opponent is going to be able to break the men. We'll see who their next opponent will be later on this week as a reminder, the nights options in the second round, our Arizona who once again might be eliminated actually by the time you're listening to this by Colorado but they would. Kind of the first choice if they do end up coming back from a three, one whole against the Avalanche Calgary, which is down three two to Dallas. would be next up if they manage to win the final two games. Of Their series and then kind of last option if. Both Arizona and Calgary are ultimately eliminated would be the winner of the Vancouver Saint Louis Serious both those opponents I would be pretty interesting match ups for the Golden Knights. Probably more audio goodness for you guys win that matchup is announced so we can preview it..

"In the game and all these guys are productive despite the fact that you know a lot of their linemates are either not in the lineup or banged up. Paul. stazzone was hurt for part of the series any missed two games Max Patriarchy missed one game and the other I three games he played in this series games one, three and four. He basically admitted that they were not the best games of his career. He didn't look like himself yet. He looked like a guy frankly hadn't played a competitive hockey game in five months, which, of course was true of him because he. was. Injured in training camp. Gosh. The bubble late had to self quarantine and couldn't appear in the exhibition or any of the Round Robin? Games. And then patron he comes back in scores goal it has an assist in game five to finally get on the board. So you know some mixed results from the top six Dave some starring performances, some guys that are still clearly kind of finding their group here in the postseason. So I guess, what does it say about the nights that they were able to move on rather easily despite the varying performances from the top six in do you expect even more from these guys moving forward? Yeah. I do let me I'm going to answer the question a little bit differently in in what I wanNA point out is. Is Much as. You know these guys were out in and they didn't have standing for the entire series and they didn't have Patrick obviously. At one hundred percent. The nights I, guess quote Unquote Stars. Really outperformed the blackhawks stars in the series for the most part Patrick Kane had three assists game in in and their star showed up last last night in. Game Five. Scored Cain scored they did their best but you know tastes had one goal in the series Kane had one goal in the series. Kubo leak I think had one debrincat had to have been quiet the whole time. One of them was an empty net goal. The nights did a really good job on the blackhawks stars, and then like you said, Riley Smith John at the march. So mark don't you know the nights guys were in the lineup that that they needed to lean on contributed and yeah, I do going forward you you would expect knocked Patrie to play better and if they're going to settle on a top six of you know Patty Carlson Stone. And then Marcha. So stazzone Smith. Those guys need a little bit. You know some game time developed a little bit of the chemistry get that back because guys have been in and out of the lineup in I do think it bodes well, you know that that they were able to find up plug guys in you got challenge Stevenson going from the first line to the fourth line you know one game to the next I mean I don't know how many teams have guys that can do that that have that sort of versatility i. Think you know as we talked about earlier in the show all that debt thin in that sort of stuff was really what separated the nights from the Blackhawks in this series and yeah, the Knights going forward. They're going to need Max to look like he did last night and produce like he did last night you know checking out of Mark Stone and William Carlson was a contributory you feel like if if they get the same type of contribution from Raleigh Smith Jonathan March so in healthy Pastas, Ni. They're going to match up with anybody they're going to be a tough team. You know for anybody to figure out who am I gonNA put my shutdown power against whom I going to put my shutdown line against I mean other coaches have to look at the tape and look at them and go. Yeah. That's you know this is tough for us. It's it's a little bit of pick your poison. No totally, you know another guy that I should throw in the mix. There has been Shaffi at or even though we were talking about forwards just because you know he's got two goals against the Blackhawks. He had three points is a really strong series for him and he continues to emerge as a force for this team. So we have some really good top level performances by the knights but I think there's even more to offer for that top group and we'll see if they're able to do it against. Whoever they end up facing a last thing that I wanNA talk about reflecting back on the series is You know like what stood out to you in kind of more of a negative way I think the big one that comes to mind for me early is the power play ultimately finishes one for ten. They get a really nice goal last night to kind of help them close out the series. Riley Smith has just incredible scene pass across his own to set up Alec Martinez for a one timer. But other than that, you know the power play wasn't generating offense nate Schmidt thought it got a lot better in game four where they are peppering Corey Crawford in his couldn't seem to find. A Finnish but was there anything? That you know suggested that are this isn't quite clicking the way it's supposed to be or was it even just a case of you now guys like Patrick weren't one hundred percent yet In terms of the power player just overall power play. So. Okay. Here's my hang up. I'm going to go back and I'm going to look at the numbers on. This is going to be a research project for me all right I disagree with the Knights decision to have patch already on the left side. Of their power play, he came back last night. They had marked stone on the right and him on the left I think Max. Patrick is better on the right circle in that right office and camped out there and I would argue without having the numbers to back it up that their power play was better during the regular season when he was in that spot. Rather than on the left hand side with Mark Stone and or Jonathan March. So there that's just kind of the if I'm going to be a a armchair coach in critique in whatever that's one thing that I would change Now as far as the numbers and whatever I guess you know partly to there's some credit the blackhawks to get because we about you know if the start of the series only previewed it, there is a little bit of inversion here in terms of you know strength on strength special teams wise know. Golden Knights had a pretty good power play in the regular season with the Blackhawks had a pretty penalty kill. So, maybe some of that was them maybe after give a little credit than obviously at least like you mention one of the Games was their best penalty killer.

All my Hayden had hit the post. Here's a shot from Boston. Eleven. Twelve games for Carl from that says first NHL. Martin. If it was tipped by Martinson that his first goal on the season. Martensson was standing in further that there was a mad scramble after Kruger. I think hit the crossbar. Everything was chaotic Martensson was standing in front of the net goes off him and into the net. Blackhawks for the first time zoo mentioned twelve games for the first call plot. Hang on here. Mike Sullivan the head coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Might issue a goaltender challenge. Interference on this place. Markers cruder comes in. And he finds a rebound. And it goes off the crossbar. Then a match scramble. We're gonna take a quick look at this before they make a decision whether they want to challenge this or not. The two big bodies in front of the net. Martensson John Hayden disrupting everything in front of the goaltender. It's hard to say they haven't made the decision that was they want to challenge this or not doesn't look like they are. So I think the Blackhawks are going to be on the board with Martin's first goal of the season for that goal. And every Blackhawks goal scored tonight. "With a Blackhawk sponsored by MB financial Bank. Going west tonight boys are in Vancouver day. What's the biggest difference in the Vancouver Canucks? Sarah. No more sedans. There said weightless wait we've run out of severe ran out of sedan. No city and cousins. Not yet. Not unless there's another generation of Sabine's. You remember how much I hated the city brothers. Will you didn't like the third one? Yeah. That's right. Because the two main to the brothers were. Henrik it, Dan, Daniel and Groucho anger. That was double Jamal mayers joins us Jamal. How are you? I'm doing great my favorite. I got a quick story sewer lined up on a face off my left wing or Dallas, Drake. And he turns to Daniel. And his brothers taken a face off. He says your brothers up. Mutt? And turned back. Gallantly says. Yeah, he is no me all start cracking up laughing. Well, that's a great way to win a face off agree with the heckler. How you doing? I'm doing well. How are you doing just fine? You know, Jamal mayers looks great twenty four hours a day, and he wakes up in the morning, even while he's sleeping. He's wearing a very well tailored suit. Did you know that David and any looks good sitting next to Pat Boyle to and that's tough gets Pat usually better than average. There's more competition coming over there. You know, Patrick shirt. Yeah. So I don't know. It's really it's all good absence. Steve Conrad Adam bearish Patrick sharp Kim on airs. Listed hip last night. Mcmahon. It's it's a good. It's a good, man. Well, you know, good looking people ought to be on TV. Hey, jamal. Let's talk about these Blackhawks impressive. What you've seen so far. Yeah. I have been obviously, there's a lot of concern about the back end. And you know, what they would do as far as could these young guys progress and make an impact? And I think you've seen yoga Hari kicking step forward Justice and take a step forward and really surprised, and I think having a resurgence of Patrick rather, Jonathan taste and obviously Patrick Kane. Taking other steps it's it's certainly really helped which that in and of itself is kind of interesting when you say Kaine taking another step because here's a guy guy's been in the league for a decade. And there's obviously accomplished so much. We asked coach q about it yesterday. Has he in fact, taken his game up a level? And he thinks he has if you detected that Jamal. Yeah. Unique thing about him being around, you know. Is the fact that there's absolutely zero complacency in every single season each summer. He finds something new which is amazing to me that he finds something new to improve upon and try to tailor as game the way the direction of the game's going several years ago. He started shooting the puck more think he changed his just a little bit. He's even shooting the puck even more this year as evidenced by leading the league and shots. And and now as well with goal so he's out a little bit more quickness to his game. I think you know with everyone getting faster and quicker, the defection aren't as bacon and soldiers taken all skate. So his ability to make make make plays has been even more constricted. But he's found a way to improve each and every season. And it doesn't matter who has lied Mehtar when he hasn't even had consistent line Macy's finding a way to produce. The goaltending has been particularly oppressive. Even when there hasn't been all the help they need. On the back end. A a big supporter of Cam ward getting the credit he deserves when he hasn't gotten the goal support. He deserves. What are you seeing any goalies? Well, first off with Crowe. I think we're all shocked that he's able to step back in and literally took one game. And he. Yeah. Step. He hasn't lost a step. Which is remarkable. It's one thing for defense in our a winger to come in and kind of just kind of get their feet wet and she'll good. There's no hiding when you're the goaltender. So he looks calm. He looks composed. He's moving extremely well. His ability to replace his is on another level. And then he just allows us from there. So he's been he's been great. So far this year. I think it really gives a boost to to squad as far as what their potential could be and the reality is they got four goaltending last year. And and maybe it was too much to ask him those guys. But seeing back there certainly elevates the team. And and and obviously Cam ward. Wanted to reestablish himself. And and you're right. Yeah. Dot net goal support. But the thing I like about his name is he's a battler. He finds a way to to get wins. He's not concerned about what his stats are about stopping the next shot. Giving us chance his team a chance to win. And he's done. The breakfast of the Blackhawks always sponsored by our friends at MB financial Bank. We get questions from fans. Here's today's question from David Schroeder from longer over says marathon runners do carb loading before the big race. What are you guys load up before big game journey eat lightly? She can skate faster. Well, I recommend that. He he or she I didn't catch the name. But they go check out the new viral insurance commercial. That's on right now with Doug Gilmour and a few younger players on the Charlie plays is pretty funny. It talked about carb loading and those days are gone. I think a lot of the young guys, you know, quite a bit show like any athlete, but you know, when I was playing it certainly was a little bit of pasta. But that started to get tail, you know, pushed away. Yeah. It was more keen wa and healthy, grains, and and Brown rice and and definitely a protein but not a steak for the day of the game. But chicken or some kind of maybe salmon or something, but I think guys are way more educated as far as nutrition, and what it means and how how to feel that their bodies and than we were when I started. So it's amazing. How far that's come. Follow up question was what's your favorite comfort food? Can't you see Jamal mayers one of his nice suits covered in Cheeto dust, I work in a bag of Cheetos. Who can't they keep that? It's gotta be pizza. There's no loss as afraid. He was going to say some kind of green cheese. Did that I'd hang up on? Congratulations. David Windsor, self an autographed. Chicago Blackhawks courtesy of MB financial Bank. MB means business Szemberg winter we see Jamal mayers on TV. You want me to do, you know, your schedule? You're not you're not tonight. I know that not tonight. I'm I need it. I took today off. I gotta be home for Halloween, but good, man know, I'll be there on the first for Patrick sharp stayed byu. So we'll be giving me a hard time and making sure his his hairs on point. I don't know that it's ever not. Thank you, buddy. I appreciate your time. Thanks for having me take care and Jamal mayers from your Chicago Blackhawks NBC sports net. Chicago. Other night Timon, Pat where there for they are promoting October fast, you know, at the United Center, so they made them put on they wearing headsets because they're going to broadcast. But then they wanted him to wear the the German hats. Oh top which is very difficult here. And so Pat somehow was able to wedge done, but Jamal is like it's he's claiming it was sliding off his head because he doesn't have hair. He just held it over his head. And then he put it down. And then Pat sat there with his silly hat on over his headphones while Jamal look normal. You know, it's always the TV guide. Not the ex athlete that has to be the clown. So he took one for me this morning keeping on our cost the cost him longer than you guys. That's right. You're the monkey commit. I commend show. Monkey? Yeah. Why does the biggest eighty in the news today have to be somebody who at least has a little bit of radio in them? We'll tell you about that coming up in a second a new feature the biggest city today just invented what's coming up attempts to Jason Van Dyke back in court this morning that and more of the day's news from the WGN newsroom at ten o'clock. "They did a tremendous job special moments for the family and everybody watching it Blackhawk fans and players coaches appreciate it as well. And we did have an amazing start to the game. Was we had the puck and we made plays, and we hit everything going our way. Then. But the way we started that game Masui hadn't seen anything like that. And their team game over the last year. And we had stretches over the first two games. But that was an excellent beginning in. We'll give him some credit for. Reflection on stand. Blackhawks did have an extremely strong start to this game. The first ten or twelve minutes is was tilted down on the Toronto end. But with all that firepower that the Maple Leafs had and with some issues at the Blackhawks are still trying to work through defensively and with the goaltending a little bit and communication and whatnot. It was not to be as it soon turned into a track meet now here from Dominic Kahuna. And by the way, let me also add that ceremony. If you guys saw or heard it the Blackhawks. Did did it a classic job? Once again, putting something like that together as they do with their one more shift nights. And when anyone is is due the credit that that hall of Famer, and that great person STAN mikita deserves the Blackhawks certainly do a wonderful job. Now back to the locker room. Let's now here from the rookie Dominik Cahoon who had himself to assist the first two points of his NHL career. What's that? Over technical. I mean. The face off his very important into overtime to take out the early, and he just took a shot,.
