Tv you know there's a lot of streaming services as very competitive this one. I think deserves a look. "I might have gotten a picture of that or motto. Put it up on the stories. I just needed like five minutes to close my eyes just to get that little like well. We were hauling but wonderful sunset. Coming down out of Bishop Yeah. That's that likes that shaft of sunlight. The rain kissed us just for a half. A second got a few drops. I thought this is great like now we need to rain. But there's the clouds and then we started turning left right started heading south and then we got on the three ninety five job and then there was the cutoff for the fourteen to get in L. A. Or take the three ninety five so we stopped at that gas station oil. Well what time that was like. Was that around all at no ten thirty. Yeah those gas station rat under Kennedy Springs there on the three ninety five. I don't know what I'd I wasn't. I was purposely. Look at the time because every time I mentioned something about a you get mad. Don't tell me what time I only know that. It must have been around ten thirty because the next part of the story. I remember looking at my phone and it was eleven eleven and I had to stop and Meka wish because the next part of the story is we hit the off ramp and as soon as we are on the three nine five off the fourteen we look up and the moon is bright red and rise an on the road right in front of us and I had mentioned it at the gas station. As where's the Moon it was just? It was full a couple of nights ago. It rose at like six forty five so like I don't understand the moon in science and things so it should be slow down and then so we started driving from the gas station and we looked at the left and I was like look there this and then when we'd kit the three ninety five it was right fucking in front of us just big in orange in and you pulled right next to me and we're just say okay and you're pointing your arm like this is the just talked about this hour heading straight at the bullets not full but it was still really big because it was just right on the horizon. And then we're size. Do you wiggling skew back a little and all of a sudden. My motorcycles completely out of control ninety miles an hour. We might have been gone. Eighty five but regardless. We're hauling serious. 'cause we we're like this is fucking two more gas stops right. We got to make sure that we don't run out before we get home. And then the very last one to make sure we got our miles at one hundred thirty miles or whatever and it turned out in the end. I blew my back tire. GotTa flat well. I wish it was just a flat at the speed. We were going I. It was the scariest thing I've ever done on a motorcycle because I was quite sure it was going down. Oh yeah no problem. Was the bars kept going out of control. I could not get the bars to straighten the trick. Anytime bar starts slapping left and right you have to push forward on them. And it's the exact opposite of your instinct. Your instinct is trying to catch up with them. Mind will never catch up the moving way too fast so the whole time. I'm literally pushing the bike. Forward Bam Bam Bam like just trying to get control of it and I realize I'm not slowing down. I'm hitting the brakes. Nothing's working and I'm I'm trying to tap the front brake by this time. I put myself my heart's and my brain. So I started downshifting I clicked on into third. And I'm doing this. It's hard to operate the hand controls when you're pushing so hard forward so I really had to make the conscious decision of I'm GonNa take half a second pull in. The clutch clicked on the third and as soon as I- decelerated and reverse you a nurse then. I had a little control of the box. Because you were there. I was left. I was right. It was fifteen feet of nuts. Where could knock control and my little whoopsie doodles where I wasn't paying attention to your hand signals in the beginning of the day like I was like made a conscious like I was paying attention? You know what I mean like. I wasn't just like zoning the fuck out like I you know I do well and that was real good. I forgot to mention that story. I did the same thing with my dad many years going on the road. So it's not. That's a weird road it wasn't you did very good not running into me not so good. You know fifty feet later when you crashed your own motorcycle going around. But that's beside the on my own channel. Yeah you just grab too much from break in the gravel. I think but you were working hard to stop the bikes that we could turn around. Yeah Yeah we'll just that I wonder well it went that way so I don't know whatever it was good adventure was able to stop the Believe it or not that's happened to me before the back tire. Exploding like that on the back but I was on the ninety one freeway only doing sixty and stopping a bike at sixty is a lot easier than stopping back at eighty or ninety or whatever we were doing and the trick is when he gets out about ten miles an hour. You just gotTa lock up the back break and you gotta let the back tire you know. Obviously it's moving a little bit to the right at this point and once you do that then you're then you're golden otherwise a bike or throw you out a few miles an hour. I'll throw you off. I've seen it. It sucks so somehow we stopped and that was funny. You pulled up next we go. Are you okay and I went allows that I'm pretty sure pants so backed up a little bit. Let you have your moment freak for half a second. Yeah very unlocked and so and this. This little stretch of the road is like between like that one gas station and then like ridgecrest or in your car next to the nuclear and there is no no street lights no nothing and luckily there wasn't a lot of traffic but there wasn't a lot of shoulder either so we just pulled over. Could you have it around? And so we ended up calling triple A. and I don't know if we like bust these people for giving you a ride home. We don't have AAA is whatever they were. They were the middleman at first. We were under the impression that Bob was gonNA have to ride on the back of my bike. And I'm like fuck if that's we gotta do. I'm not gonNA leave him on the side of the road. I'm like know and also tearing also I'm not GonNa let him ride my bike because I want to do the one K. GotTa finish it up so anyways that ended up not having to happen and I'm like well fuck it like just I mean we just sit on the just see. Let's see but like physically and mentally. I only had enough energy to like get myself home and my bike was not built for the two of us. Well I just you know I'd be happy to like slapped aside your helmick well and then with the fucking exhaust. That was like a another thing that was I was thinking about too and like trying to take all of our way up a hill. Like just bumming me out. And the way of you on back is much different than even with my saddlebags Anna Anna giant pack full of Cam slows. They did it wrong. Changes everything and then the emotional like you know you have someone on the back at the end of this long fucking thing in it. Just I knew I couldn't do it and felt really bad but I had to be honest with my physical capability and so I would have loved to have that. I think that would have been a great story but this is still. This is part of the story. Laguardia do you. You got home. Are Safe. Bike got home. Whatever the ride home with our Mondo that the tow truck driver Nice Guy but I tell you what. It's real hard to ride in a car or truck. For what an hour and a half or two hours as one hundred and thirty some odd miles and then a you know I mean. We're making small talk but I'm just sitting there. Dozing off just could not cars are so fucking born compared to motorcycles. I just can't sit in them. Let alone be a passenger and anyways he he was a real nice guy and AAA per helpful. Aaa still charged nine dollars a mile so I just gave the man every bit of cash. Well I saved you five hundred. So that's above and beyond. You'RE GONNA I mean I'm working very hard. Are Being Gracious accepting gifts. Think daily really. But I'M GONNA I'm GONNA figure out something. Good that's for sure. Well and the thing about that was. That was the was the thing that worried me like. Oh I don't Wanna like bum out someone else's ride I don't WanNa be and I'm not saying that you were because I did it. Feel like that but like. I don't want to be a burden. I don't WanNa be the thing like I want to do this. You know what I mean like. I don't I don't WanNa hold anybody up because whatever and I was like. How can we get out of this? The fastest triple a hundred miles. Oh I know more than like I just wanted to fix it as quick as and it wasn't like there was. Here's my car. Call like glitzy this quick. I didn't feel that so I don't understand why I have that thing of like why I would. Someone else would feel that way. When I'm like. Have this weird whatever no. I think. It was wonderful. Obviously in my mind I don't have AAA AAA. I used to have them every year for twenty three years. I was a member for like twelve or fifteen years. Whatever but every time I've gone there for something to try to sell me homeowners insurance don't buy it. I'm not interested by the third time I gave up and I kinda lost my crap and I said I'm already a customer and you just turn me off so I'm no longer a customer I've not had AAA for twelve years. I'd never used it when I had it. I haven't used it since this was the first toe I've ever had to do on a motorcycle and the biggest problem is of course that by caz spokes which means it was a tube that exploded. I don't think it was a tire. I think I picked up something and of course the tires shredded out. Yeah I'm looking forward. I'M GONNA rip off tomorrow. Go get it other tube entire and see what it's all about now. The tire shredded. It's horrific. I'm surprised it's I'm surprised in just fall off the fucking around. You know it was so I do have the rest Brown card but the timing and where we were I was just like we only have a deadline and we need to solve this quickly and I don't have personal experience using rest Brown and I have AAA and we were so close to home. It was there is no. This was at the time to experiment. But that was also an option like add both cars with me and I'm very fortunate I've got race clubs bait members honestly I was GONNA call my secretary and asked to pick up my truck in the driveway and a ramp and crews on up and I know she would have done it but it's Saturday night at two in the more three in the morning yeah. It's not no I have it. Let's use it. That's how I got my mom home from Babes right out when she hurt when she dumped her bike in the sand it was. Do you want to take an ambulance? Have Mikey come bring the like? At least you can you and your bike. You're going to be home in an hour and then you can go to the hospital. Are You dying? Wait for AAA right. Only because I had to work that night it wasn't like I don't WanNa leave Babes right now. It was like I had. I was committed to a thing. I already miss an appointment for my integrity on meditation. Like it is what it is. I just want to get you home quickly and safely so as I have it I use it. Yeah and I just spent two hundred eighty dollars for the best and the most luxurious vehicle ever compared to spend in two hundred dollars a year and maybe use it or not. You know so..

We've just completed the greatest decade in franchise. History it's going to. It's a tall order to have a better decade gate them the one we just had Adam Hauser all. That's that is a good one. How many games twelve one all right there you go you? He gave him eleven too many Ou six goals against he doesn't point zero eight goals get him quick and wasn't him. I think after you know my you know life stage you know having a child understanding that I wanted to do work that matters for people that cared that is fundamental kind of Hiller in in what I stand for and you know I was really looking at the policies of businesses and had they're supporting their customer or their their employees and like I don't WanNa go back in that rat race. I don't WanNa Nakal have voice. I don't WanNa have to pioneer myself now understanding them. I'm a female on my Turkeys. Progressively you know statistically won't Eh get into you know senior senior management leadership into C. Suite at perfect waste of a woman is command didn't want to go back to this environment so so what I what I would do. Differently is probably a jumped in faster and quicker to start my own business on even just builds the relationship knowing that I wanted to go on my own. I think maybe it's a female attribute but I wanted to be very sure my service. I wanted to be very confident in my skill set want to deliver. I want to know my business model inside tonight and really at the end of the day the start of it is relationship and no one wants to know that they just know what type of person you are and are you a good human so I think if I started my m you know community platforms a lot sooner that would cut out a bit of the waiting time hi because people want to know like rescue only punted. Oh like trust the person that you are regardless of what you sell and or you know what product you have. I oh I think if I had met sooner that will be the one thing and also have an estimate so you know don't Dykstra Radian and having to rely on the income because they're knocking you know creep into your decision making if you are presented with a pickle of you know aligning yourself with the business the attention she doesn't have the same value purposes. You want to ally as you want to establish yourself. If you know we'll put you for pressure so jump in nest egg yet hands at try yourself. A little bit of breathing space is to evolve and grow your community reach out the major you know. Yardley is very minimal community on instagram wing. We've a large but we of a large following who but we we know people inside they know us on the ams and you know stories that have been able to pitch people are sharing with me phenomenal. You know I think if he star have strength in your foundation that will only inherently grow and attract your people Lebron more yeah. I think that's I think that's important. I love everything that you're saying degree. How is one of the other things I often hear when I'm speaking to female founders is that in your in hindsight it's we often don't launch game everything that you've said but also the fear of failure the fear of being judged the theory of the on nine at all of the fear of having everything to be perfect and as we know in the space that you're and nothing ever be perfect because you roll something anything okay okay we can tweak that or it didn't work so well. Is that something that you've had to face and if not what would be some insight yet that you would share because this is a constant stint paradigm and challenge that I find many women entrepreneurs and potential industry thought leaders had to battle with on on a daily basis often and you know I won't lie. I was absolutely shitting myself like seriously and I'm still charlize. I've had sleepless lines of had tears ipad breakdowns. I have had walk of am I doing. Why am I placing my new family into this and you know financial stability that we can't. We don't know what's happening in the future you know. I think it comes back to really understanding what you want to what what changed you. WanNa make the world regardless. If it's a service or a product our foundation of only is am I want to employ empower our mother tongue nuts our whole mission of what we wanted to do so literally from a tech perspective and a service that have chat bots and Ai Twenty percent of what I actually piece of the puzzle that I can change the world is to be able to enable mothers have opportunity and to enable them to be able to have the resources. Take off weight in upscale and you know we're in a pivotal moment that no one no. We're GONNA continue learning. I had to us as a digital special ten fifteen near that I have to reschedule an off-white my patient and I was in it every day so graph this kind of watershed moment that anyone can really have it. You know the opportunity is there. The world is certainly going to change in some moving really fast and it's tangible. It's accessible so I think it's coming back to the purpose. I know if I don't at so every client that we can get the more he can hire to help support our minds so that that's my vision. That's my mission unless the change in the world that I want to deliver the change in the world I want to car for my daughter to see and to enable women have opportunity and not have to be you know asking for a seat at the table make their you know their own chair and may give it to other women as long you know so a natural thing. I saw my careers with a lot of females that have made the top up to see inherently the struggle that they had to get their turn them into you know a kind of maybe guarded or close that they're not actually linked. EXTEND US be controversial. That's my experience so I think it's coming back to what you want to to to do for that purpose and you know knowing that if I continued to go out there you know get clients and clients that align with us then I can pull in women than fast. What's making weren't weren't Walston long term. It's a long game on anything you know. You just have to understand that it's a long day and it just doesn't happen overnight back yourself because no one what else will suffice that I I did. I stood back from the first year and I basically went right. I I need to kind of get my head right. I have to get my mental stability right. I joined the gym I had five. Am Star. I wanted to make sure I was mentally well to be able to go into business. Yes I'm probably the most important thing that I have have done so you can hit the ground running to be put in structure so am just surround yourself with like minded people to you know no room for. Shit no room for people that don't see Bishop Yeah. Well everything that you talking about today. Bat You know tapping into aligning yourself with like minded minded people remaining connected to what's going on in your industry so very important particularly your industry which as you said is constantly changing. How and what are you doing a former the perspective of even looking at opportunities foreside what could be happening down the track leading so that you continue continue to lead to a certain degree and be that voice at other people look up to or see. You know what what's happening in that space. Are there some key things that you implemented lamentin. If if you do what is so that we can kind of look at and say we'll leases. Some of the things eve is doing happen. We remind at the forefront of their industry. It's really interesting question that because I think everyone's on. What's the crystal? What's going to happen whereas let's consumer behavior? You're what social networks should we go. And what strategic strategy should we have and it actually. It's very straightforward. FACEBOOK developer conference every year called taste. They tell you what they're focusing on. Many fronts we build on many chapter chat bots. They tell you what they're focusing on so it's actually living in part of the community that are developing the platforms people are on at mass and understanding what air focus so then you apply and learn the strategic approach. That's what we've done and that's how I've gone in on Facebook Messenger and chat marketing 'cause I know they're the over arching. strategic approach on facebook is that they're pivoting their consumer base into the private environment so if they're pivoting billions in facebook is doing it got to be as something yes yeah. We build off their strategy. We look at where people are and we will feels and accordingly and Sam. You know it's not just facebook. It's Watsa since I'm Deanne with really what mobile is doing in itself so how people are behaving an am is incredibly important so consumer behavior is something. I watch very very vividly and you know from a business perspective. The consumers are on on it while basically people are on edge this follow because they want to penetrate that message the mark cash so we that's how there's there's literally the the strategy is outlined for you if you look at the players that are basically nose building the road yeah what investing in where they pivoting until wards and to remain did to that. Let's talk a little bit more about some of the things that you starting to say because I think you know as a sparring sparring cool eight is what people who are watching and listening to this. They want to position message out there reach build their age bill visibility ultimately build relationships and I think when when anyone in business forgets that they're in business to build relationships with human to human connection I think then you should be in business because it's all about relationships. which is something that you said? Dot tom-tom again. Trat your interview share a little bit about you know with the chat bots concerned because I love the way that you've said that you bring that human aspect of the relationship back because some of the MIS understandings of I check box is that you know that there is not really human to human but you'll using it as an ad in a way in business to help nurture the relationship to help build you know like and trust talk a little bit more about that because I think this is quite a new territory for many even like being around for law yeah absolutely absolutely and I think you know people have been exposed to issue from multiple different. Myers you know from telecommunications and you know they have the engaged mostly. It probably not so great experience. It's probably been quite frustration. you know. I've heard multiple you know large telecoms out of habit and people have experienced so that like all we don't want to. Inter Inter Inter engaged with that type of strategy but I guess where we come come from the last twelve to twenty four months is that this middle layer capability with third party platforms like many China Chatfield have really been able to enable us to have the tools to elevate the strategic approach how we can work from a one to one human layer is we can the back end that will scale that messaging but we can tag that experience so for instance. If you have an experienced with a ball that we feel for our branch than you would have potential completely different one than I mentioned that experience because we were able to identify their needs on on what basis and then be able to bring them through that experience so and chocolates incredibly powerful what we need to be aware that we need to keep up brand the human dialog bury 'em at relevance you know we don't want to go into space of really automation messaging but we want to be transparent at this is a robot as well and I think by introducing creches.

But people tend to choose comfort, foods and foods that have a lot of nostalgia. Rather than the fanciest thing that they've eaten. So, you know, I interview people who generally have a fair amount of money because they are famous and no one has said caviar although enough with the lobster people. I think that four or five people now who are like you've done. They're like vegan. Gluten free free range. I wanna steak Kevin Allison who is a comedian. He was on that show the state he is a vegan.
