"Issue its The three Most important news stories of the day hit the trifecta. Well, at least according to Scott Robinson, It's the trifecta on the Markley Vancamp and Robin Show. So there's three stories. You need to go. According to Roberts, It's these three, right in my opinion. Yes, All right. What are I'm gonna ask you a question, okay? Both of you ever spilled something on your pants out in public, and you thought to yourself, man. Looks like I peed myself in my pants actually look cool now. You ever thought that to yourself? Hold on a second. What? You had me there for a second. I've spilled on it. And it looks like you peed on him. And do you ever ever step back and look in the mirror? Go. That looks really cool. No. Well, there is a group of people that like that. What? Look dry Feel. There's a new company out there wet pants, denim. Started by a 20 something Manhattan night. Uh, the the the company's products are 100% real. Reported from a magazine ordered him and sure enough got him in the mail. And there is a stain on the pants as you can clearly, see. Oh, my gosh, They come that way. So it looks like you peed your pants, and apparently there is a market for that. Hand stained jeans from what pants denim are individually made for each order. You can choose from blue denim with the dark blue splotch like gray denim with the dark grey spot or white with yellow dye for an extra drop of realism. Out the pants themselves are 75 bucks a pop? That includes shipping, of course. They can send in your own pants if you want, and I'll die him through strategically for you and send it back. So it's just you want people to look Look at that. That and thank you peed your pants. Yes. All I can think of is that scene from Billy Madison. Remember that movie is one of the one of the kids in the school that he was going to peed his pants on a field trip. And so he went over to a water well and splash some water on his crotch to make it seem like he was doing something cool. You know that that peeing your pants was really cool, Everybody, Billy Pete his.

"A young pretty teacher had seduced and manipulated a student to commit murder for her. It sounded like something out of a soap opera though she was meant to serve in a mentor. Ship role at the highschool to characterize pam as a teacher was misleading but that kind of nuance didn't fit into soundbites. Besides it was too good to pass up the fact that her favourite band van halen had a hit song literally called hot for teacher. The entire time the case against pam was being built by police and the media. Billy and the boys languish back in the local prison. Billy knew they were in serious trouble. He was the one who convinced his friends to help. Murder greg smart now. They were definitely going to jail. It was just a matter of how long because they were minors billie hope they'd only spent a few years in juvenile hall. He thought it would show him how serious he was about being with her. All they had to do was keep their mouths shut. Jr as usual was easy to convince billy counted on his puppy dog nature. If any of them had a reason to crack it was jr since he just waited in the car. While greg was murdered pete on the other hand was guaranteed to be in. Just as much trouble as billy if he talked. The threat of mutually assured destruction held them altogether. Their plan to wait it out might have worked. Except that the new hampshire attorney general's office had just hired a veteran prosecutor from brooklyn. He wasn't perturbed by the media coverage heat interacted with the press. Plenty new york may also wasn't afraid to get tough with the suspects. Since the crime they were charged with was so serious he thought he could convince the court to try them as adults. He turned out to be right. After a few months of hearings the boys were all certified as adult defendants. They now face the possibility of being sentenced to forty years to life in prison and possibly even the death penalty. Billy was officially scared. A couple years in juvie was one thing but he couldn't let his friends get put away forever together. The boys decided to start talking. When we return. Once the prosecutor certified them to be tried as adults however. They changed their tune on january. Twenty third nineteen ninety-one. The seabrook police department finally interviewed their suspects. Suddenly billy pete and jr all open books. Investigators already had a general idea of what happened the night of the murder. What they needed from the teens was more information about how pam had planned the whole thing. The boys were happy to deliver. The prosecutor offered them a plea deal in exchange for them agreeing to testify against pam in court on january. Twenty eighth all three of them pleaded guilty to second degree murder to avoid life in prison. When pam heard the news she felt up rickel of worry up until then she was sure things get sorted out in court but after the plea deal was announced it became clear. There was only one target of the investigation even though she hadn't been the one to pull the trigger. She was getting blamed and possibly convicted for her husband's murderer. The court of public opinion had already handed down their verdict. Someone had given the press photos of pam posing suggestively in a white bikini which she used to enter a modeling contest. Television and newspaper reports allege she had asked billy to develop the film telling him to keep whatever he wanted pam's public image as a seductive black widow solidified at the same time billy jr. And pete were made out to be corrupted little boys despite the fact that the state wanted to try them as adults until they agreed to cooperate. Local journalists bill spencer after an impressive run of appearances on the popular talk shows of the day produced a movie length special report titled the anatomy of a murder. It laid out his version of events and interviewed. Cecilia pierce the only witness for the prosecution. Not already behind bars. Cecilia managed to sell the rights to her story to a production company. For one hundred thousand dollars soon enough. The upcoming trial was all anyone could talk about in typical coverage of a murder. The public had to wait until the proceedings ended to find.

"I got a contract with the relationship by belt built with the person exxon mobil. And that's a key thing that you do and that's what buried it. That's what we did when you build those relationships it's hard to walk into a client that was his or client that was ours and so there was always you know that was the strength who we are. And that's what gave us the respect of who he was But we also managed are data differently He provided the data and he was able to. Here's our data. Here's our low price here. You go what we did is. It wasn't so much as a simple as that is what we are trying to do. The difference with the data. We wanted to add value for the data. We are providing we were here to change your workflow. Change your experience. provide for efficiencies going that next level and that that was us trying to make the difference for the client. And that's what took us a little bit longer was price a little higher. Yes but for those clients who got that. They got more out of it from that basis. Wasn't for everybody but that's that was a little bit of what the differences were. "Weekend. Are these guys on the morning? What is it FOX and friends show on the weekends this guy? Who's a military hero? Billy Pete ex. He apparently got caught eating a piece of pizza that had been left out for a day, something, I'm sure that other people have done in their time of of you ever eaten a day old piece of pizza. Yeah. Yeah. Refrigerator? No, no, not refrigerated left out. I think I've done that too. Exactly. So anyway when he got called out for eating the pizza yesterday. He said he does it worry about getting sick because germs are not a real thing. Which is different than the pizza. It wouldn't be that. It was germ. It would be that it was spoiled. But that's something else. I mean, I don't want to confuse them. And then he said that he hasn't washed his hands for ten years. I don't really wash my hands ever. He said. And I mean, there's such an uproar about this comment, and I have to I have to he's sort of free. A lot of us to say that with very rare occasions. I mean, the only time that I feel compelled to wash my hands is after I use the the restroom, you know, because I think that's a good idea at that point. You don't know what on earth the touch to what's come out here. It'd be honest. So I do wash my hands as I exit the bathroom, but I do not wash my hands. All the time the way people do you shook my hand I have to go wash my hand needs sanitizer. All this. I have friends who have a bottle of Saturday. In their hands at all times. They are forever. Sanitizing their heads. Like, oh, I don't want to get sick. I might catch a cold. And you tell you touched this, and you touch that. I know that there is such a thing as germs. But I think my immune system is able to fend off most germs. How interesting you say that. But go ahead how. How often are the people in this radio station ill. I mean fairly often fairly often. Right. Would you say that I'm one of the people get ill the most one of the people get so the least listen you get blessed because you only get sick on the weekends. And and barely sick. I mean, not sick enough to stay home. I do not. I do not feel. I'll give you a perfect example. And I raised my kids that way, and they are obvious. Evidence of it. When a baby is born. Now, they send the mother home with like this hand sanitizer, and all of these white be diabetes and everything like, you know, just don't touch and everybody must have clean hands before they touch your baby. When my daughter brought home, my grandson, the oldest grandson who's going to be a famous news anchor. I'm convinced after you sent me this videotape of him reporting from the ocean side on a stranded turtle, which was hell a much more interesting than any the news that was on network television. But anyway. She came home with all this stuff. And she said mom like I think I'm supposed to tell you to use the hand sanitizer before you diaper, the baby or or handled the baby or touch the baby. And I said genu- I am not doing that. This child will build up resistance to things by not being treated like a hothouse flower these kids that get treated like hothouse flowers are sick all the time. I said when you were born, I didn't know any better. And as a direct result, you were victim to every bugged Al virus everything out there, your brother on the other hands. Usually by the time. You have the second kid. You don't think that way, and you know, that you can get away with not washing your hands every thirty seconds. So I didn't do that. Your brother was never sick. Oh, well, he was sick because he had revealed on my show a week or two ago on the during the summer, he would catch like, chicken pox. And really what I would do is. I would send them to a person's house who had it. So he could get it done, you know, and he built up all kinds of immunities. He doesn't get sick. Hardly at all. You get sick. He goes to work like me. It's never that bad. It's not that. I never get sick. It's just that. I never get the way. I see people. Oh, I can't get off by couch. I can't leave the house. I gotta go to the urgent Ken center. I cannot remember the last time I visited a doctor over a cold or anything like that. I don't do it. I don't get that sick. If you could just okay. An example, just like people in other countries that don't take care of themselves. Like we do over here systems better than ours. Rivers and all this other stuff. We can't do that river kill us. And that's why I say, you know, we have not done our children or young people a favor by treating them like, they're, you know, going to get sick. If they don't wash their hands every five minutes, I'm sorry. But I have some friends who. There's a young lady works in this radio station. I don't really know her. But like, you know, if you ever pass her in the ladies room, you know, she won't open the door without a piece of paper in her hand, you know, and I'm like, what's that all about, you know, she's she's afraid to touch anything. And like, I don't get that. I'm not I'm not I don't think about it. Now. Like, I said before I think people use the restroom they should wash their hands. You know? That's that's just you know, because who knows you know, I, I don't know about the rest of you. But like if people don't wash their hands, you're gonna you know. Just ill. Okay. But it's not because I'm worried about germs. It's because I got to make sure that whatever. Anyway. So this poor guys taken a beating over saying that he doesn't believe in germs. I believe in germs. I just don't believe they jump off of everything onto me. Okay. For a while. We were using the term freedom fries. Yeah. You know, my friend. Actually coined the term freedom fries Representative Walter Jones passed away this weekend. He spent thirty four years in congress. He had a broken hip about a month ago. And I I just got the word from his former chief of staff who I knew that he passed. He was the person who coined the term freedom fries to protest the way France was treating us over the Iraq war. And I, you know, ironically, he later came to understand that he would change his mind about that war and became one of the most outspoken critics and opposed US involvement in the Middle East up until his death. Very sad that that that he passed away. He was only seventy six I think. And so now North Carolina has an empty seat at a very conservative congressman. Is gone. I don't know what their rules are there. I didn't even ask the chief of staff just in the morning mood. I loved Walter. I loved him. He was one of the few congressman that when I went to Washington, I would go out of my way to stop by his office. And he always welcome to me. Probably because his chief of staff friends of mine, I guess, but he was just a decent. Good, man. And we're we're losing a whole group again of conservatives in the oft off election when we're not impending not in campaign mode, and it's going to be very interesting to see how this all shapes out. 'cause I gotta believe that some of these freshmen that have come in there, especially the ones the the Democrats in these swing districts that Trump won aren't gonna last but do the Republicans have people ready to run. I just I see the Republican party. And I'll talk about this with you remind me to talk about this with Kaley tomorrow. Hopefully, she'll be appearing on the shows on on Tuesdays now. But are they preparing for some, you know, some serious challenges in the twenty twenty congressional election because you know, what they're counting on. I know what they're counting on Trump Trump in at the top of that ticket that they're going to win back these districts that he won. And I don't think. That's a good strategy. I think they gotta start a coming up with some tea party like candidates that are not going to be afraid to challenge. The the Democrats. They are I can't wait. I hope somebody hires me. I look making myself available as a campaign consulted to anybody who wants to win a seat in twenty twenty. I will help you to do that. Now that I'm that opening that offer to everybody, especially if they're going to run against these entrenched Democrats in Broward County move on. All right. But there are some seats that I think could be one back. I think Donna Shalala is not in a great position. But you need to find somebody to run in that district who can win preferably a very strong Hispanic to be honest at a female, preferably because it's the year of the cat. I mean the year of the kitty. Cat or the year of the woman. I don't know what it is. It's the year of so it's actually the year of the pig. In the Chinese New Year. Which is always a good year for me. I was born in that in a year of the pig year. So apparently every year the pig is a good year for me. So something's gonna gonna happen. Great to us Hobo. Your dog now. But you're with me, and I'm all that matters. All right. In terms of our show here. Like, I'm not waiting for the year of the dog. It's the year of the pig, and we're going something big is about to happen. I had no idea what that means. But I felt compelled to say it so RIP Walter Jones. That was a great story of how I met his chief of staff, I was up broadcasting in Washington at one of these. The fair rallies. And I think it was the year that either Lou Dobbs or or Michael Savage had won the big award. And so we were all gathered in the in the US postal museum where the reception was being held. It'll do there anymore. They do it at the Phoenix Park now. But we all gathered in there, and my friend, Dan Stein got up to give out the award. And I was standing people started pushing towards the front, you know, how when you're in a big hall, and there's no she chairs or anything people want to get close to the speaker. And so, you know, I had a plate in my hand of whatever the food items were they had like appetizers and stuff like that. And I don't drink. So I had food and my hand by everybody else's cocktail and get up. And so all of a sudden, I get bumped from the back by people pushing forward, I happened to be down closer to where the speaker was gonna speak, and I had this plate of food and. Went up in the air and landed on this guy's shoulder and then drip, down the front of his suit. Not exactly a great way to meet anybody or to impress anybody. And so he turned around, and you could tell that he was like super aggravated because it was wearing a suit suit, and he turned around and he looked at me. And he said excuse me. And I said, oh, I'm so sorry. But somebody, you know, bumped into me from the rear, and he said, you choice, and I said, yeah. And he goes, I'm Walter Jones is chief of staff, and like I talked to you on the phone when you try to get him on your show and stuff. Like, I've always wondered, you know, which will end the guy was so nice to me. And there he was like dripping with like that red duck saw stuff that I. Play as dripping down his lapel. And he was as nice as could be just like Walter just nice and a couple of years later when I thought I was going to DC to be a chief of staff, I contacted him. I said can you show me the ropes and he says I'm not doing that anymore. He's I'll be glad to show you the ropes. Unfortunately, I never made it. Well, no, fortunately, I never made it and I got blessed to stay behind and and do my radio show. Anyway, that's ancient history. Let's just take a quick break. And we'll be right. And by the way, if you just turn it on the show this show is going to end that one o'clock 'cause I started at ten o'clock. So please make note of that. And please tell your friends because anybody who turns the show on looking for the show at one o'clock is going to be sadly disappointed because by one o'clock.
