"Now, text grade to 32 32 32. often less so in recent years where even critics are getting more with The Sandman. In the early years, there were sort of a snobbishness with a lot of stuff. And I wanted to ask you my sense was that Billy Madison was sort of a turning point for you where you had said at one point quote Billy Madison, they slammed and I didn't expect it. I was like, oh, these guys are going to see that I'm trying to do something. I don't know, connecting to my generation. Other stuff like that. At a certain point, do you just say, I care about pleasing my audience, which it's certainly doing. And if the rest of the people like it great, if not, it's sort of a turning point with Billy Madison. It was like they wrote so many bad things about it. And like you said, I wasn't expecting it. Me and my friends knew how hard we worked on it. And so we thought people would say, wow, these guys really thought about everything. But they didn't like it. And then we said, and then we showed it to some people, and the people had a good time with it, and we said, oh, they liked it. So that's kind of who we made it for. I remember we used to talk about caddyshack a lot. And we were like, I don't know if I don't know if caddyshack got reviewed well or not. I never read a review in my life. We didn't think about that growing up. You know, I loved Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid because I went and saw it. I didn't read in the paper how it was shot and why it was a certain way and I didn't think about stuff like that. I just kind of went into the movies and enjoyed it and I had my own opinion. So I stopped reading reviews because I knew it's probably healthier than reading how bad you are over and over and stuff. So we just kind of said, let's just do our thing and stuck with that. Year after Billy Madison, as I mentioned, happy Gilmore X hockey player who breaks into and forever changes the world of professional golf in happy Gilmore.

"Shampoo or conditioner, I'll be like, I won't condition makes the hair still kiss. But anyways, it was mostly written though, but the swan, I think it was just luck that there was a swan. Now, I guess during post production of Billy Madison, I had seen something where you said that's where you really got into the idea of just the overall filmmaking process. I guess you were part of the editing and all of that. Did it make so many of your movies, I think you are an uncredited writer on, but in terms of the other aspects of the filmmaking process, after that more interested, more engaged than this, yes. Well, what happened was we did Billy Madison. We shot it. Tamara Davis was great, very nice person, worked her ass off and was she made movies before. So she knew what she was doing. And then we watched the first cut of it. And we went, oh, wait a minute. That joke, we meant it more like this. And we thought this was supposed to be like that. And Tamara said, oh, why don't you come in the editing room and we'll hang out and talk, just we'll discuss some stuff. So that's the first time we saw the editing process and Tamara was nice and let us jam or and then from then on, we said, oh, it's good to go in the editing room too, so you kind of get to say what you were thinking. These words, when we were young, man, every word of every joke or every beat in the movie meant so much to us that we

Steve Deace: Dr. Fauci Knew Vaccines Take Years to Perfect

"In the early days of lockdown Fauci didn't interview with Mark Zuckerberg and Zuckerberg said hey how fast can we get a vaccine How fast can we get one out here And Fauci went into some of the history of failed vaccine efforts So the HIV vaccine attempts and other things they did that actually there's two kinds of vaccines perfect and leaky And the perfect vaccine is the one that inoculates you That's the dozen or so vaccine cocktail They do and I got what we were kids to go to public school all right Yeah You wouldn't get this stuff if you got these shots right So you wouldn't spread it to other people What Fauci warned of was a leaky vaccine And if you get a leaky vaccine meaning that it is something that for a while may treat may or may not treat a serious symptomology but it won't stop the spread then eventually what ends up happening is it produces inferior antibodies inside your body and so it appears that the vaccine or the virus is getting stronger really it's your immune system is weaker It's not that the virus is stronger It's just the virus is now Adam Sandler in Billy Madison or where he is dunking on fourth graders The antibody produces is weaker And that's what Fauci warned him about And he said does Zuckerberg that's why it takes years to put one of these vaccines out because we have to test to make sure that it is a perfect vaccine that it stops the spread that it doesn't just bind the virus but it blocks it And that's not what they did here And that's where you get into things like antibody dependent enhancement where the more you jab the more effect

"This guy Joe, I'm not kidding, exclusively talks in movie quotes. And every movie that I watched on Apple TV I buy. I have over 600 movies in my catalog, 'cause I rewatch them, no matter what. What? If I watch movie once, I guarantee you I'll watch it twice. 600 movies in your Apple cap? Yeah, that's fucking bomb. And I've watched half of them over at least 5 times. Favorite top 5 movies. Shawshank Redemption, Goodfellas. By the way, RIP railroad. Jeez, we learned that today. I'm sorry. 13th hole. Frankie was shitting on reload. Oh, absolutely not. He won't be able to walk into his family restaurant. Don't spread that. You got borrel, my dad loves ray leota. You can't. I don't know, I hit a bad drive. He made a ray load of jokes. I said ray Leonard died in his sleep, and I was like, that's fucking horrifying. And you said, come on, Frank, you know, on the tee box. I was bringing the I was bringing reality in. Goodfellas. You Pulp Fiction guy? No, I like Pulp Fiction. It's not top 5. I put snatch in there from Guy Ritchie. Do you like dags, you know, Brad Pitt, ginseng boxer. What was that movie? You just said? Snatch. I've never seen snatch. You ever seen a guy rich people like lock stock two smokers? Did he do that new one with all the guys in it? We did the pizza review with them. Wasn't that a guy Richie? They call it like a guy Richie flick or something like that. Oh tag? No. The gentleman. Yeah, that's Skyrim. Awesome. With Matthew McConaughey. That style's unbelievable. It's not too similar to that where it's all these different characters live in different lives and they all combine. Brother, if you go home and watch snatch while land on those middles that you're gonna buy. I might download it. You have to watch it. What's the premise of it? Basically, the first scene of the movies where these guys are all dressed up as like Greek Orthodox Jewish individuals and then they go in and rob a jeweler. I'm in. Yeah, I can't do top 5 because it's tough because I feel like I have to put some slapstick comedies in there like I grew up watching like Tommy boy and Billy Madison happy Gilmore like, it's hard. I can't balance it out. I need to compartmentalize the genre. Happy Gilmore will make me laugh, start to finish. Yeah. You just say in Tommy boy. I feel like we had a very similar childhood. She dates one of the Yankees. Oh my God, it's so good. What's your favorite little rascal? Alfalfa? Spanky. Dude, I love David. Yeah. Oh yeah. We did movie quotes all day today. It was a really enjoyable round of golf that we played. I just had a blast living in your guys world for a minute. I truly love everything you guys do. You played well too. Thank you. Yeah, you hit good job. Just three putts, man. Three puts out here. We're tough. We played him a dares today, bar so classic. This fucking golf course is. Excellent. What'd you guys end up shooting? I had 89 Trent shot into a hundred. I shot a hunter on the road right around me. You got me. I had two triple bugs back to back. I shot a 92. Yeah. I got it. What we won, Trent? That's right. It's a measure of teamwork. What do you think of the barstool classic? Today, today is Monday and when we're.

"It was like, is this when I tweeted what the fuck just happened? Like, that's what I tweeted. And everybody's like, what's going on? And then the slow motion come in and there was no doubt he struck him, but people still thought it was fake. But I don't know, man, Will Smith like and then ten minutes later, he was a fucking best actor or wouldn't. And he's crying and he's talking about love and families before everybody. And then there's the whole subtext of him and his wife that fucking interview that come out. What a year ago in which they acknowledged having an open marriage and other guys have fucking been on his fucking turf and he gets mad at that joke. I get it's a medical condition. It was so crazy. Pop culture thing that I've never seen anything like it before. Let's go to one of you guys for a reaction biz. We'll go to you first. Well, I knew it wasn't fake because well, like you said, the audio, but I never thought it was fake at any point because you could see how uncomfortable The Rock was on stage. Chris Rock, The Rock was there. There was The Rock, Will Smith wouldn't have done shit. I don't know, that's funny, man. That's funny. That's what a lot of people are saying, but then you saw the behind the scenes of somebody videoing when Denzel Washington and Bradley Cooper were trying to calm him down. And you know, you could tell he was very shooken up by the whole ordeal. I guess the most bizarre part about it is when he dropped the joke, you could see Will Smith laughing. Like he enjoyed the joke and then he looked over and Jada was not happy. And then he kind of just completely changes his tone. And I mean, you mentioned that the history too, like, yeah, one of their daughters R&B slash rapper friends like crushed Jada. So it kind of shook up the family and then they went public with it. I think that Jada's got this podcast called the red table. And then they brought it to there and had an open discussion and Will Smith was crying, which is like, it's so bizarre because like, man, I don't really fucking go handle that behind the scenes, man. That's your family. I'll say that there's no way I was turning on the Oscars after that because they basically knew that he was going to win best actor for the Serena Serena Williams. King Richard. King Richard. Richard, what she did a great job. I ended up watching the movie. It was amazing. I suggest everybody watch it. But then you start to see in the tweets about how awkward and uncomfortable the speech was. So talk about all time Twitter nights. I would put it up there. It definitely in the top three. If not king of the top of the throne, I have been open about how much I kind of dislike Twitter. I'm on it so much now. That was a moment when Twitter's amazing. That is what Twitter was created for at the beginning. That's what it was back in the heyday of Twitter. That's all it was all the time. And then everyone became so sensitive and everything became so kind of hot button issues. That moment was so good. It was 10 o'clock. I was exhausted. I hadn't watched it. I didn't even know it was on. I knew it was on, but it was no late NHL games. I'm like, I'm just gonna go to bed. It was ten, ten, 15. I was like, this is great, I'm gonna go upstairs. And then I got on Twitter and I just kind of in bed saw like, what the hell just happened? What was that real? I'm like, what is going on here? And boom, I saw it. I was like, holy shit, I can not believe this happened. Meanwhile, my wife had fallen asleep by putting ride in her bed. She comes in, I'm like, look at this. So obviously we turn it on and then we're watching it and we're watching that. One of the worst speeches I've ever seen, what did he say? I'm a vessel of love. Dude, you just slap Chris Rock in the face in front of 200 million people. What are you talking about? You're a vessel of love. It was so, what? Put some tussle on it. He says that in Zach, Chris Rock's father, you say anything that had a bumper bruised, he'd say, put some tests on it. Yeah, I don't even know what you're talking about, but he's like, he's a classic. He's like, I'm protecting these girls in the film. It's like, what are you, buddy? It shows that I'm sure there's some amazing guys and girls out there who are actors. But for the most part, these are the most mentally fucking tapped people in the world. They think they're so important. They think everything they say should be gospel. They're just clowns and Will Smith might be one of the biggest clowns of all time. That was an absolute disgrace. I can't believe they should have switched it up and not giving them the award. Fuck that, dude. You just went up and embarrassed that guy. And by the way, Chris Rock ultimate professional biz you're right, he was so flustered after. He's like, we're giving out a documentary. Like, I don't think he's the one thing I did notice right away. He's like, oh my, he said something like, oh, I could. Do you know what I'm talking about right when he was like screaming at him? He probably was like, I have so much shit I could talk about you right now. Oh, God. I could just embarrass you. I'm a comedian. It was just so crazy. Imagine if he fought him back, that would have been outstanding if he just attacked him back or came out and just like cracked him while he was giving his terrible speech. What was he talking about on that speech? It was like Billy Madison when he's like, nothing you said has made any sense. I wish mercy on your soul. You don't have to talk about it, but he's like, oh, no would have done fine. I will never forget kind of where I was when that went down. And yeah, for people to say it's not real. There's no chance it wasn't real. I did love Denzel's quote. That was pretty good quote. Yeah, that's true. Devil comes after you in your highest. Just an unreal night on Twitter because of what happened..

"Gift card there kind of thing. I hopped into all the local college eSports, you know and said, hey, this is me here I am, you know, retweet that many chance I get and try and boost them when they do well or any upcoming matches. And also in Rochester, we have the first eSports bar and lounge at your state. You know, it's called player zone and you know I worked with them right, they were like, you know, we're kind of struggling with the pandemic. We did like a 12 hour charity stream. Yeah, right. So just around the gates, people were like, we love gaming and my Friends, you know, they always go on too much sometimes, but they're like, man, you know yourself, you're passionate, people respond to that. So just keep doing what you're doing. And it'll grow. And it has, and then, you know, with the content creation, you just, I like to have fun with it, you know. I am a cannabis consumer myself. So, you know, after work, laying in bed at night, and I'll get a little creative and you know, I think of a movie I can see and I can put it into a clip and people seem to enjoy the weird kind of funny things I put out, so it's something different it's not just a cool kill clip, which I have some of those, but at the same time I just put out a Billy Madison one or not believe medicine on point dynamite with uncle RICO throwing the steak, but I put a plasma coil from halo you know what I mean? Like that. No, that's kind of fun like TikTok that's what it's all about. Like short form, easy to consume content, and that's kind of, you know, when you're at home in the middle of pandemic, it's easy to kind of put together whether it's on the computer with us on your phone or whatever. It's a super super digestible, right? So it's really easy. And so how is it still going through it? So how is organizing these events these partnerships? How is that go in the middle of a pandemic? I mean, it's easier now. I just had to pick up a phone, DM somebody on their page or whatever, and it's like, bam, we got a partnership going for a tournament. Let's get this going. Is that really simple now? Starting off not so much. You know, this is kind of like, who are you? And what are you doing? You know, a lot of people still don't get gaming and eSports, you know? Which is fine, which is also why I'm kind of here to help educate you know inform and I think a lot of people don't realize they may be a casual gamer, how much more of it is out there at the same time, you know? So that's what I'm here for to help with that. You build a little bit of a following, you know? I can tote that TikTok following people go, oh, okay. Yeah. 8500. Yeah, I wish you'd know. Anybody almost 10,000 people yeah yeah. For TikTok, this one monitor monetization starts. It's 10,000. So you got almost there, but hey, I can throw your product out here for 8500 people, also and it's like, well, hey, you know, maybe we'll talk a little bit, so..

"Because, you know, hey, with this podcast, sometimes we jump ahead, then we come back. Billy Madison. Yes. There it is. Look at that, ladies and gentlemen. Billy Madison. Billy Madison. Not just for the record, dumb and dumber. No, but it was because I don't see how it was. I was way off. Samsonite. Oh, that's why you said it. Correct. Okay. Our pets. Heads are falling off now. You sold a dead bear to a blind kid. Anyway, it's two pair of gloves, the whole time. What if they shot you in the head? Anyway, so I just wanted to single. So the finishing room. Is there your background? All right, see you with the army, but now you're living in Florida. Yeah. Where are you at? I'm in Jacksonville. And you're a second responder there. Firefighter, sorry. It's hard. I'm sorry. It's like freaking firefighter, dude. I'm a hobbyist. Which I didn't know until like, what? 6 months ago? Yeah, sure. Hobbyist. Hobbyist. Yeah. You like naps and you get paid to nap. I do it for fun. All right, so for all of those out there that are listening that don't understand, there's a nice rivalry between career firefighters and volunteer fighter fighters. So we'll just get this out of there. Okay. Yes, I'm a volunteer firefighter. I have been since 2003. When you enlisted. When I was in the army. When I was a wee one. 2003. That's actually what I wanted to be. Which is funny. Because you wanted to be a cop. I wanted to be a firefighter. What? I'm a cop, and you're a firefighter. Yeah. So I volunteer. I love it. But we all know there's a lot of, and the fire service has is just inundated with pride. Unfortunately, I guess, is the word to say, there are a lot of volunteer firemen and there's, look, there's a lot of great volunteer firemen. The company I'm with, holy crap, they are some amazing firemen. I've seen them do things like holy crap. The guys that go with, they run circles around some other firemen. But we know throughout the U.S., there's some companies that don't take the fire service seriously and look, I mean, going into a fire is nothing to shy away from, you know, it's extremely dangerous and you need to prepare for it. I mean, we'll talk about what you do to make sure you go home at the end of the shift. And some guys and girls, you know, they think of it as like the pancake club. And they don't take it seriously. And so there is this rivalry and there are jokes about volunteer firefighters. I don't flaunt it because it's not who I am. I am a firefighter, but I'm me. I'm proud of what I do. I'm proud that I've volunteered, but you know, I love when I meet someone and I'm like, oh, what do you do? And the younger, you know, 1819, I'm a firefighter, where I'm a fireman. That's what they say, I'm a fireman. Oh yeah, where do you work? I got volunteer. I'm like, wait, what do you do for work? Oh,.

"Classy, elegant, smart, smartly script, and I think Paul attanasio wrote the screenplay for this movie. Immensely rewatchable, I also was in the early stages of a jeopardy addiction and a movie like this really tapped into a lot of my interests around game shows. So love quiz show. Okay, Shay, you've got two picks here. I got three categories left for my two picks, comedy Oscar, comedy Oscar nominee wildcard. Can I ask a question for Oscar nominee? Does it have to be something that was nominated or can I pick something that should have been nominated? You also already took time. Keep that in mind. Dang it. Dang it. All right, well then for comedy, you know what, let me get airheads. I like airheads. I love salute. Early Adam Sandler. Right before he takes off with Billy Madison and everything that year later, I'll take airheads for comedy. What's stepping? I forget. They take a break video station and they break into a radio station to play to play their song. The lone rangers, there's three of them. Great movie. Yeah. It's really fun. Go watch. Go watch that. All right, there's my comedy. I'm stepping past ace Ventura to grab airheads. Big, big Jim Carrey here in 94. And then for wild card, you know what? I want something that touches my heart. I want something I was like, just absolutely in love with when I watched it the first time and it helped further my love for this particular person. The star of the movie, I need surviving the game with iced tea. Wow. What a great great movie. Yeah. Oh my God, this was the movie that taught me very early in my life that if rich white people invite you to a thing. Probably not gonna work out that great for you. So don't go. And then also taught me to check the barrel of a gun if you ever find a gun. Otherwise that shit will blow up right in your face. There's my pick. That's for a wild card. I'm feeling real good about my selection right now. I gotta be super real. Surviving the game was a big disappointment to me because I think it was the follow-up to juice for earnest citizen and juice was one of my 5 favorite movies at all time. And I was so stoked on surviving the game and it was like a weird Rucker hauer movie, not at all what I was expecting. You're out of here. You're out of your mind, Sean. Okay, I got two more left. So I got comedy and I got wild card. I mean, there's a cone brother that's moving on the board, guys. Go ahead and take it..

I've told you billy madison. How you miss billion either. It's either having or billy madison. I didn't realize was unbelievably funny. Okay we're also gonna throw on super bad. Maize is phenomenal misstep brothers. It's not only for others. that might be number one. The more i've watched it now. I now listen i love it but the more i watched it the less i i love it. It's not as good you guys not as repeatable right okay. That's fair and then the final one. This was very tough. There were a lot of options. I was thinking dodgeball. Maybe forty year old virgin. Maybe get him to. The greek is surprisingly funny. Big lebowski up there. But i didn't go to any of those. I went with big daddy even though it's not technically ho comedy. It's so unbelievable. It's completely remarkable. I can see that fifty two hundred times. It's better than my cousin vinny so so basically basically any saturday night live characters from the young guys made movies. You like a good list. Just adam sandler. Adam sandler driven list. I will admit that adam sandler will ferrell But then like the super bad like those that. Yeah yeah yeah yeah. That's a very good list. It's hard to argue. I think jamie what's up. He's he's he's good appetite. Adam sandler guy. He's young he's young he's like he's like twenty. I don't see how my cousin vinny top those though really. Oh that's better than half better than yeah. It's so first of all it's it's a good. It's a really good movie. So is big daddy. Daddy number is big. Daddy is number four behind wedding behind wedding singer on the sandler list. No way big. Daddy's easing the top. There's a clear top three with adam. Sandler tabby gilmore. Billy madison big daddy. There's a clear top two and as a solid debate for number three and anyway you wouldn't even nikki nikki nikki. Come on what not bad. It's underrated but you wouldn't put wedding singer over. Deeds would you deeds was gay. Chorus teacher so underrated jamie weddings. Big daddy. I would go wedding singer dowdy but i would go wedding singer or big. Daddy's got feel good and complex but not a lot of the eighties references from so. So what would be on your list jamie. That's not on dance. I also like fifty. I think fifty first dates is a good sales boy. It's fine atop it's not like top ten would be on. My list is not on dance. Give me give me some of your favorites. I told you. But i said i didn't say coming to. America is one of the best comedy of all time. Caddyshack would be on the list Let's see so what about what about like slapstick. Stuff airplane airplane. Are you an airplane for sure. Naked gun zombie. One to do to be lent. Jesse eisenberg man all over. Yeah yeah yeah. I think naked gun space balls could be some mel brooks on there but for me. My cousin vinny is mrs doubtfire. Misao fire for sure. That's one that's also way better than my cousin. Vinny and i like my cousin vinny. I don't wanna be crapping on my cousin. Vinny wallow the third-best adam sandler movies. Waterboy waterboy is third wedding singer there. But that's i. They're they're very disappointed..

Here's the news and also fuck this by the way. Also maybe the funniest part of billy madison movie. That i guess i'm ashamed to say i do think is very funny. It is a very funny movie. I'm not gonna berbie. It's a great it's a classic you don't have to deny sam louis. I mean you could denied the net flicks era adam sandler But predappio most of those movies are good. And it's also part of the venerated bridgette wilson sampras trilogy. Which is billy madison. I know what you did last summer. And mortal kombat. So that's that's all she done. Been right married. It's not like being a talk show host where you you have the model and then you can follow up immediately with other smaller jokes. If it doesn't work out they really are just. Here's the news. Laugh at this joke or izhak and it's live. I think that amy and tina were sort of very good at that because a lot of their jokes. The setups were. You couldn't make fun of the joke if it did bomb. Yeah which i think was nice Contrast to the jimmy and tina era where i dunno what jimmy fallon a weekend update from week to week. What a joke with bomb. He would just sort of be like all right. I'm laughing and then sort of move on. But i do think that that was kind of his best era for me. Whatever mean especially if he didn't care if he was funny yes if you don't laugh she that's the only time i've ever seen gum laugh. Is when the says laugh at his jokes. At least you're human yourself. And i love that about it. It was like and i laugh. Everyone we base because the audience was not on board so totally. Yeah that was actually his comfort zone of like. Oh you didn't like this year. And where as. I think that colin jost michael j. also feel the same way but it does not go across the groundwork of trusting us the way that norm did. So do you know what. I just realized that i guess colin jost is like a year away from tying seth meyers for the longest time doing it. Which is really mind-blowing. Yeah i mean. Forget about the weird era where he hosted with sesame street exactly like the way a lot but for some reason that year that they did we can update like never really gelled for me now. I don't think so. I don't think their personalities fit. I don't think it's just not her signature thing at all. and weirdly. I do think that colin michael have a great chemistry and like sometimes they'll hit a weekend update out of the part and that's the top either. A ban is almost painful for me to reflect back on. Because i would say dennis miller is also one of the best ever now to put the words. Dennis miller and best in a sentence together is like i. I feel like i'm impaling myself on something. It's an awful feeling. I went to allied taping of his show. Because that's how very to my was. And now i have to existed knowing that it's never going to truly i hate it. When people ruined themselves for me. He was the first one. That was the first time i got to like. Oh they're levies will disappoint you the person to do it right Who's the first celebrity. Disappoint you lose. Oh god well. As i've said time again on this podcast. There's no such thing. At this point as being a madonna fan without having twenty five bones to pick with madonna so that she would be the first to disappointed me. But you know. I've always been aware celebrities could be down. I've never been surprised by that. I think a wise child. This shit i knew from the start i think mine was Amelia earhart oh. Yeah she was supposed to person.

400% Over 4 Years of Coaching With Entrepreneur Clay Clark

"Today we're talking about four hundred percent over four years of coaching with none other than clay clark. And let's just be honest klay because fire nation likes success but they love super success breakdown. What you think the first step to achieving super successes. Well i think the first thing we have to recognize is the the harsh reality that ninety. Six percent of businesses fail according to inc magazine. That's not my opinion. That's magazine will tell you if you look up other statistics you're gonna find eight hundred. Ten small businesses failed forbes. Eight at ten nine hundred ten businesses. Fail dear research tonight folks. Look that up but the first you have to recognize that most people are going to fail by default. So you have to become an intentional person so step one you have to define what success looks like. I mean what does success look like for your faith your family finances your fitness your friendship and your fun and napoleon hill once wrote that a goal is a dream with a deadline napoleon hill the bestselling author of thinking grow rich. You know the personal printers for andrew carnegie. He said that he's a goal is a dream with a deadline. So ask yourself right now. You know i. I have in removing to a forty acre property. Moving to a new building. Moving there i have to ask ourselves what does a successful man cave look like. What does it look like. I'm being serious. I'm telling the listeners out there. This is true a successful man cape books like this three quarters of my beautiful house. My wife has to approve. Of which means that. I will not like it. Because it's going to be boozy transitional and whatever that is but if she's happy i'm happy but then we go to the man cave. This is my family. My man cave has to feel like a dive bar. I have to have rustic. Beat up floors. I've got to have live edge. Would i gotta have a urinal. These are things. That i need jail. These things. i have to have a forty seven foot waterslide but did extends from my waterfall in my backyard. What kind of a successful entrepreneur could possibly do life without a urinal a urinal it's an incredible By the way without having his own forty seven foot waterslide. I'm i'm a forty year old man. I need a forty seven foot waterslide. So but if by default i just met with builders and said well do whatever you think i probably would not have a forty-seven i probably would not have a urinal in my bathroom. My wife would probably not have the existence that she wants. And i would probably not have enough land that i can buy all the yaks llamas and chickens that i want but i want you accent llamas and somebody else listening to says you're sick. You're crazy. well. I might be crazy. I might be a modern billy madison. But the point is ladies and gentlemen you have to define. What are your goals for your faith your family your finances your fitness your friendship your fun and you have to ask yourself. How much does that cost per year.

It can be made better through a a little bit of creativity a little bit of nation. I mean when's the last so imagine yourself you're in a. Let's say you're in an office setting or i'm trying to think of like you're really bored you are really you know everything is gloomy and all of a sudden start humming a little bit You start imagining that. You're on like stage in your performing so you start singing and you know whatever and it just doesn't it just brighten your mood. I mean come on now when when you're singing in the shower it just makes adult task like getting clean. It just makes more exciting so and you know when you're in the car. I don't know why i'm using music only but let's say when you are in a car when when we're thinking like in the minds of you you are a child in this moment. You're you're in the car. You're maybe going on a road trip otherwise pretty boring stuff now. You just pretend you're imagining let's say a dinosaur running next to you in just like racing the cars and you're like Or like maybe you're driving fast and you're like you're like oh were were. Were running from the oil. Like we're trying to get away from the bad guys and it's like it's this endless spiral of this would be fun or this would be really. That's entertaining it. Just it just using your imagination in these ways especially when as children feel that such. It's such a great way to to make the world more positive and i. I think that this movie. I don't know if i i. I was under the assumption that that was the goal that they were going for with. This is to really like cement in that message And it it's such a wholesome sentiment it really is and and i like adam. Sandler actually does a great job sending home this message. He really caters to that younger audience. Whereas i feel like a lot of his other movies. More or less are actually geared more towards teenagers and adults Even though his. I mean i don't you could say what you want about adam. Sandlers humor But bedtime stories is definitely a children's movie. And i feel like other movies like i don't know billy madison or waterboy are not necessarily for kids So there's now or definitely not uncut gems definitely not although i..

You know something lady and I'll put up then I will put up. Relax, Relax, Ryan, showing off his fast in his work. And all the ladies know that anyway, so let's continue. Here's so after, after Dr Garcia, the workhorse doctor and Pima County, along with Colin Made his case to try to save her by randomly pointing out stuff that is not even scientifically factual. Well with the 3000 things. We know that this is going on here. It's a muscular this and shut your mouth. Here is Steve Christy, the supervisor firing back as he should listen to this. I am not a health official. I am not a medical doctor. I'm not in any way, shape or form. An expert, But I think I can use the same basis for determining things is Dr Khan has I looked around and I go to places and businesses and just Up and down the street driving to and from my office. It looks like people are taking all of these protocols very seriously. And if if we're gonna use a personal observation As indicators of whether or not we should have imposed certain restrictions or certain mandates. I think we're heading down a very bad road, and I think it's very dangerous. To use personal observations and then sell people. They've gotta wear masks, and they've got a social distance when that has no basis, in fact other than personal observations. Exactly supervisor considered. You want to clarify that I was sharing with you that my personal observations would support what the clinical Data shows. Which is that Adhering to appropriate intervention. Help mitigate the transmission of this stupid Did you? Did you get the last five? I just wanted to show clinical. Did you know you didn't show anything? You actually literally we can go back two minutes of the tape. She literally asked Dr Garcia to help bail her out. You heard it as well as me. Let me just I was about to say this now, Ryan is converting this'll video into something on rumble so we can post it for you. So you can see it because What else is really good is watching Doctor Dr Collins face because she looks so nervous, like, Oh, my God. I just got caught eyes like the awkward smile. Yeah, You know, when your kid gets caught, and they have that awkward, guilty smile, they start to laugh a little bit of nervousness. That's what she did. So she said, the clinical data shows, can you Chris, Can you open that one more time and played the last? Like, you know, 20 seconds of that, or 30 seconds? Whatever it is again of her, just making those claims that I was just trying to make the point that the clinical data shows that if we do these things, and I observe it when they do just just just because then Steve Christy. After that lays the Smackdown. We'll get that a second to, um You ready? You good? Personal observations and then sell people. They've gotta wear masks, and they've got a social distance when that has no basis, in fact other than personal observations. Supervisor could she had you wanna clarify that I was sharing with you that my personal observations would support what the clinical Data shows. But she is that Hearings to appropriate intervention. Help mitigate the transmission of this stupid I am knowing she went full Billy Madison right there. Back really matters. Backtracking. Yeah. Oh, yeah. What I'm saying is that when people where the mask and stuff it shows that it Mitigates the things and stuff in again. She went full, Billy Madison, you know. When you said, makes no sense. They're all dumber now because of what you said it May God have mercy on your soul. So that Steve Christy comes back and just lays the hammer down. This is the final clip. We're gonna play right here. Listen, she's like he's like, because this is all one continuous clipped by the way, but I wanted just to break it up. So he says, Um really, really. That's what your your your data shows. Have. You asked for a lifeline. Listen to this. Here we go. 96 96 sorry, 96. The if you go to the Carnegie Mellon website, Carl Carnegie Mellon University website As of January, 17th according to their their records and their investigations. Pima County equals 95.6. 67 mask compliance. So later, maybe 6% there is overwhelming. Willingness to comply with these mandates. And I would not We investigate those figures when we make more decisions about how we're going to conduct any kind of transmission reduction and FEMA County Room. So he's like, Really? So you think people are wearing mask, which is why cases are going up, even though they're actually going down right now been that way for about 13 straight days. And he's like, actually 96%. Carnegie Mellon made Maybe she's like, well, I went to the Thornton Melon website. Ah, you get that one. Right? Thornton Melon back to school. Yeah, Anyway, Maybe that's what the company exactly did. She got caught. She knows nothing it we're supposed to trust our observations like I think schools should close because I think it's dangerous. Any signs buying that, Uh, s so I could picking his nose. I don't know. Like what is it? What's it This is a dangerous woman. She is literally a child abuser because she's telling schools you should close because it's too dangerous course. Catholic schools, Christian Schools charter school all open, no problems, no problems. It makes no sense. She has no idea what she's doing again as and let me let me read the email one more time because it really is a phenomenal email. From this.

So they had a cane also, there was this menacing eat mask that was part of this particular has met with this form of protection. and. The interesting thing is that this mask had very different purpose than you might suspect. Because at the time physicians all over believed in something called the Maya's matic theory of disease. And basically, the miasma theory of disease means the disease is passed from person to person or from the environment to person through the inhalation of quote. Bad Air. is coming from the environment, not necessarily prisoner person, but coming from the environment in inhaling bad air was the primary cause of disease. All right. Now, the mask was not necessarily used to prevent the physician from inhaling bad air what the beak mask was actually four was to crowd out the batter and instead hill good air and what they were doing was stuffing the mask of beat to keep it away from the person and they could even lights it light it on fire lake again Billy Madison. There's a scene where they're like the taking back the poop in lights on fire people sports. So they can actually stuff the beak with herbs and spices right shot at the KFC, and then they can inhale this good air to help crowd out the batter that was the technology that was there that was their approach and they felt that was affected. So this actually continued for quite a while with this mayes matic theory disease, you might think that this is a long time ago because it sounds strange. But the Maya's matic theory of disease did not become obsolete until the twentieth century that's actually finally became obsolete in the germ theory of disease really started to take hold. And this was around the nineteen hundreds. Physicians were now beginning to wear preliminary versions of surgical mask with a primary function of protecting the patient from contamination in surgical site infection. So kind of looking at today, it was used to protect the patient from the physician. In them not you know spraying out on them during the procedure in increasing their risk of infection. Now, visually, this became common practice for healthcare workers to wear mask and the surgical setting. Now is more hygienic practices began to be incorporated into operating rooms in hospitals. Several scientists sought out to discover whether or not the ritual of wearing a mask in surgery at a high level of effectiveness in preventing infection, which is their intent surprisingly several studies including a Meta analysis, and this means multiple studies a conglomeration of multiple studies examining this issue. This was published in Cochrane systematic review, very prestigious found that when physicians wore a mask or didn't wear a mask quote, there was no statistically significant difference in infection rates between the masked in unmask group in any of the trials. Could. Now, what this means is that even over one hundred years after the inception of the mask in surgery, the researchers noted that at best quote it is unclear whether wearing surgical face masks result in any harm or benefit to the patient undergoing clean surgery. In quote I want to look a little bit further because this just didn't make sense how this not be proven to be helpful at least in. So another study, this was published in the Journal of Hospital infections appropriate title. And they also concluded that the use of surgical masks surgery are obsolete and unnecessary. Researchers at the Center for Infectious Disease Research and policy summarises by stating quote clinical trials in the surgery theater have found no difference in wound infection rates with and without surgical mask. Despite these findings, it has been difficult for surgeons to give up a long standing practice.
