"Nobody would believe. The Real Big China Penis enlargement exercise program by Richard Hendin. Chippendale model on their. Calling like super low jeans like that vein no dude wants to see on another dude hanging out. It's all in their since great. We can't. You can't make it up right. Richard. Hannemann love to have that guy on if you can find them. That would be the best episode ever. You know he just has like some. Totally different name. Probably. My actual name, you guys fucking kidding me. If, we can find him I'd love to have him. So so where do you guys? Where do you start with something like this? There's so many different things to try to tackle when it comes to exercise or fitness or. Thinking about the clientele that might be rolling through there by a protein powder for the first time. You know. Are You Prescribing like very much beginner stuff. Is it fat loss ranted strength oriented what he got going with that? Yeah. So our whole. Process. Started with realizing that this is not our typical target market of people The by sat I went to Walmart near my house and sat in the aisle for four hours. It was like a week and a half before covert hit and I was there without a mask and it was just like when people were really ought edge and I was just sitting in there watching people shop for four hours. So wanted to like learn how price really mattered Walmart. And how sensitive people are, what like if I go buy a fifty fifty dollar tub five pound thing of protein. My normal price, but it's twenty seven dollars on the shelves there, and it's a giant difference and then my original thought was like. I want to sell our programs for like fifty percent off. Of what are our normal e book would be a forty seven dollars it's like well. You can't be in the twenty dollar range because now you're the same price if not more expensive than a lot of a protein that's on the on the shells, and then you look at the pre workouts right next to it in your deftly more expensive than the pre workouts that stuff's in like the fifteen dollar range. So you Wanna I wanted to think about like meeting people were there at and making it as easy of a process as possible where they just look at it and go. Of course, I have to buy this along with the protein. It's not really a huge train a huge. Problem if it ended up in their car. So, we got our price point below ten dollars to nine, forty, eight, which is. In all honesty I was blown away that I was okay. Going that low it was like one of those like my really GonNa put my whole life into something and sell it for nine forty eight seems. Like I'm ripping myself off. But we figured out. By doing digital downloads, not having to have a printing. And actually releasing a full book, it became A. An easier process in we build one website were setting up serial code. So they go in and they're take what what looks like a gift card. It's a bigger gift carpet a three by five card. And his program specific. So what are the three highest goals that? Basically everybody has whether they are seasoned or brand new. They WANNA lose weight they want better conditioning or they WANNA get stronger. So that's the route we talk just. Assuming they're in the beginner to maybe intermediate phase of training How do we? How do we break those three programs over for a six week period to? Get people moving, and then how do we change the education process because I used to be the thing that would annoy me so much when we would see when you walk into a store like that and there's like waste trainers and a bunch of. slimfast stuff and and you just go God i. wish these people had something that just had a better education model than like an easy to consume sugary product or something that will just actually never work. and. In all honesty. Now, it's put up shut up for me because I'm there and were giving them real strength conditioning. We're giving them real conditioning programs it's it's going to be. Very cool to just see how our education process meets demand of where they're at. So those programs are all six weeks long thirty days of training six weeks, five days a week only one of them is done in a gym everything else's at home with just a pull up bar or or conditioning program from wind sprints to. Longer term stuff just more like an aerobic capacity type setup. So we that that piece was really important to be able to get the price point down and be able to write programs that were proud of that are. If, we can just not trick them but right a good program that works. Maybe they've never seen it. Maybe they're actually genuinely interested in instead of like jumping on a trampoline and trying to lose weight whatever weird stuff people do. So that's where we started and then it was like. The process that we were. Very. Unaccustomed to how do you build a display that stands out on a shelf? How do you make three by five cards with serial numbers on them at checkout so that it talks to our website and automatically generates A. Like a an email to them to get their. Programs to them all that stuff was. Just the learning curve. But the actual programming I'm really stoked on just because we get to get good programs in there and. I'm sure billy blanks is living up in a mansion somewhere in. Carlsbad California high atop the world but. I don't want people kickboxing air and their living room. So want him out training and doing doing what I think is important..

"Event well yeah they do they do the stretches that can affect one year I got to lead the stretching at the bridge to bridge wow yeah that's the year that everybody cramped up naturally when they asked me to do something I always assume somebody else's canceled your last job Billy blanks could make it that's the reason you need mark Thompson yeah that's fine I I told you that when they were doing when I was doing a weather at chron many many years ago when they're still NBC that's how long ago was but they I'll mention to you that they ask me to play on that and it was called the Crosby back then you know the eighteen to classic there at whatever they call it now I don't know you know at couple beach right and the reason I did is because my crew co canceled wow and they said Hey we we we need to we wonder if you'd be interested in and I of course I will I be interested I don't play golf so that's the problem is we don't know where you're in a younger with a pro you'll be okay as a no no I really I really don't play like I can't hit a pot unless there's you know like a monkey's hands that are moving back and forth and you have to get it to really listen to win the mail you know you have to get the golf ball through the wind bell I thought the only kind of golf as well but don't they play baseball yeah but I mean you have one you can't you know insult the event will be showing up although I did I will tell you I to before I call them back yeah as well let me think about it I think I asked Gary rad niche in office he was on the sports I said do you think I like it if I took two weeks of intense of golf lessons do you think I could get good enough to like just as you know as you say Brett like getting my ball close enough I will get to make it and he said no no you could not I think you'd be surprised a first time first couple couple times I'd learn how to golf thanks to my grandfather I did fairly well I mean it's when you start thinking too much about how you are swinging that day you know the yeah you you start getting into your motion is kind of what they do they talk about the same thing when they're teaching you any sport right like don't think too much about your tennis stroke right your call exactly try to keep the fluidity of what you're doing so if you think even driving if you think well you push your left foot pushes the clutch and then I pull the stick back nine on just you know you got to do it with the fluidity yeah I am the beer helps too well that always helps with lower today but I know you're right and here's one of the things we move on but when I think about golf is that it's just as Brett says it's so frustrating because one shot your Tiger Woods and the next shot your mark Thompson so one shot actually looks like wow I really got this and then the next shot goes into the woods you know right or into the water whatever show so did you ever take the gig I am no no I I turned it down I really thought I don't want to it was more I don't insult the event by just going there like you know me driving around taking a bunch of pictures it really would have been cool but I just thought you know that's really you're a total fraud you're not a golfer at all and I just didn't wanna I mean I I guess I could have played for laughs you know looking back on it but I I just I just felt as though I didn't wanna get but anyway it's like one of those things again that when it come to me unless another guy cancel so if I don't think you want next on the list to my crew cause pretty amazing yeah that was I was pretty great when Billy blanks cancels this year you will again be called upon to stretch for the of the bridge to bridge run how to help stretch the crowd Linda can Jana high yield to no man in my affections for Linda she is in Washington Westwood one's Capitol Hill correspondent and Linda cover first of all welcome I think I never thought it possible but there's actually some movement on gun legislation in Washington yeah yeah yeah it it is it is hard to wrap your mind around it but there is some serious discussion going on about a couple of approaches to deal with gun violence and you know as as is expected some disagreements on various approaches but so far they're dealing with the the bill called the we're a red flag bill that's a bipartisan effort right now that senator Lindsey Graham a Republican and senator Richard Blumenthal the Democrat have been working on it's not a done deal obviously Celestina be fully crafted but it would ban people from getting guns if they are red flag so to speak for instance if they are have a violent background if they have been adjudicated as mentally ill if they have a restraining order against them all of those things that would be a red flag them as people should now gone and so that seems to be one of many approaches right now it's going to have to be a piecemeal approach Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer called that bill a cop out if that's the only thing that they're going to be doing and he's in favor of universal background checks which is a bill that was passed by the house that has not come up in the Senate since February so there's still an effort to get that bill on the floor but none the less in her mental discussions and possible progress yeah I mean it is we've gotten sort of I don't know the sort of lukewarm versions of these things before we'll have to see if they cross the finish line I think one of the striking things is that if you look at this nation state by state which is often times we look at these gun laws you know California we are very tough gun laws New York has difficult you know it's it's it's it's much more difficult to get a gun there in New York and it is in some other states but many states really haven't done much so it's weird that you know there is pressure on the feds and yet the states haven't stepped up right and one of the aspects of this red flag bill is that it would be a state run program administered by the federal government in other words the federal government would give grant money to states that do in force red flag laws so it's sort of a federal state partnership so that may be gaining some some rob recognition especially among those who are federalist in other words they they want less government at the federal level more government at the state level I just feel as though these things have died at the state level so you almost need to pressure the feds to to step in in this instance but you're right a lot of the states that are are are well there the rest and they're also the ones where the gun issue has really been an intractable one for us for a long time they're also the ones that don't want the feds in their business right right right another interesting aspect about that is Texas is a is a state that has a lot of gun a lot of people are open carry a lot of people are concealed Kerry and and yet this horrific thing happened in Texas so more guns on the street don't necessarily lead to less gun violence they they don't deter so this is going to have to be a crafted response that it probably will have to be a a situation that is hand in hand approach between the state and the federal government and it's interesting because when you look at these red flag laws where they are like like Connecticut for example they don't always work or you would say certainly that some very high profile instances of them not working are notable like the guy who killed twenty six people at sandy hook I mean again they knew that the kid was of his was trouble was a troubled guy he would fall into the red flag category right but it also requires a family member or a person close to that to that of the person in question to to come forward to go to the local authorities to go to court it's not a snap decision it's something that takes time and so that's one of the reasons why a senator Chuck Schumer saying it's a cop out if that's the only thing they're going to do but it is something and maybe a piece meal of several different approaches put together into one comprehensive bill is the way I I just I guess we have to wait and see what happens gun licensing of blows and the buzz around assault rifle bands is that just a non starter in Washington these days it seems to be there's a lot of people who are saying there is no need to have a K. forty sevens automatic weapons like those on the streets there's a weapons of war and they do not belong in civilian society are there others are saying the first amendment protects the right to own guns and it doesn't weed out some guns over others so there's a lot of second amendment push back and so this is going to be one of those intractable situations but you know I I often say well maybe we've Mitch reached a tipping point and then of course it seems like with a tipping point has come and then it's gone and nothing's been done we give you you know exhibit a would be set the hook and then we had parkland and of course we had shootings in Vegas and now these dual shootings in Dayton Ohio and Paso Texas and finally it seems like people are said enough is enough all.

"Maybe that's the backlash that we're looking for because that will or is this administration the backlash to what happened under Obama and indefinitely. Yeah. And now there's going to be the other backlash backlash wave within a being the second wave backlash wish on the back lot as his back of backlash, which is the I mean, it seems to me like with me too. And all that stuff is the backlash to this administration. Like, they and black lives matter and all that stuff like, and hopefully, but the question is going to be like, I don't know. Women are winning primaries. Yeah. That here daring Lupe Valdez the for like a lesbian Gannett. I was so great. So great. So great tech Mexican America. I what can I do for you could I make? How can I watch you fucking Florida? Yeah. Bitch slap the entire state of Texas. Okay. So you have this section about I really loved this one. I mean, there's there every single chapter is like worth the price of the book. So even if you if you get it, and I should say is a dollar, exactly guys. But there's a payment plan you can lay away. It's just like tai-bo if you don't really remember tai-bo fucking, Billy blanks. I will I had to go to his actual real place here in the valley. And I was like this is what for tai-bo with Billy blanks. And it was like we had to hit a brick and mortar. Yes. And it was enormous like in the video like enorthfield literally talking about like. Okay, son. I think I don't know if Billy blanks die, but his son does it has a new I think it's still around. Absolutely. I mean, it's so next level. So but every chapter if you don't read like just get it and read one chapter and you'll and you'll be then you'll have to have an audio book. If you. If better wanna go together into coin toys of tones of the voice. Yeah. It's almost like a it's almost like a self hope book in a way, which is why you should read. You could go back and read a chapter in and of itself for its own self and be like kind of feel about me today. It's like a law and order. Yeah. Yeah. You could you for now it is evergreen. And I think the audio book is genius. Because then because you already do a podcast. So it's like it'd be like listening to your podcasts. It's just like that except seventeen. I mean, oh my God. Okay. So the sec there was a chapter about calling women girls instead of women. So like, it's so profound. And so does so deep into everything I need to like psychoanalyze like his language. It's everything I like love how do you feel about? Now, we do this. So I just wanna say we're self-aware hypocrites. Like an all a lot of things joy. We're like you too. So how do you feel about women calling other women like bitches and sluts? I love it. Okay. I love it. Okay. I think it's great. I love calling people cut. Okay. Good and bad. I think it young change in the in. Yeah. So you don't count attack. It's bad to be like Fitch, please or yo-. Okay. I love it because I like talking in an aggressive way. Anyway. Yeah. And I'm not going to win. I just don't it just, but I feel like it's powerful. But I I know people who are like you can't do the girl versus women thing. I don't like when people when it's so so so prevalent in a way that is just. Used to show youth as a currency or. Yeah. The just the tropes of like if you're woman is called girl in a book, she's likely to die or Josh shit. Like that where you're like, wait, this is a pattern in everyone's following. So there's some message going out to millions of people that this is an okay thing to do. You may like goal with friends. I'll call it a friends. Yeah. Hey or the cop who or guy? Yeah. That's the best like girl, please. But but you cut off like what like do you have an age that you cut off as far as girl? Like, I mean, I I will. I it meant matter to me because I feel like I do that..

"And here I think John foo does a t. sent job at the fighting. I never had any of the problems with the fighting. You did. If I were to rewatch this, I might notice more punches not connecting, but I never noticed it on the I watch and I just kept thinking, you know, as I mentioned catsuit in the first game as just imagine martial laws of the later games, they desperately want to be Bruce Lee and this movie like mortal Kombat and kind of like kickboxer and kinda like showdown. They so desperately want to be enter the dragon and none of them are entered the dragon. But that doesn't mean that there aren't some just base movie jollies to begotten here. I'm gonna. Squeak it over. I really had to think about it, but I'm going to give it a week recommend, and maybe part of that is a longtime coming. New metal song did kinda go right to Amazon and by that after. This soundtrack by dog? No, actually, dog never put out the stuff, but one specific song it's actually called. You're going down by the sick puppies. Yeah. Listen, I'm not proud of some of my music taste, but I liked it. Yeah, for the sick puppy fans, they're, they're going to eat this shit up. I love the back of the hackers like I love the Beatles, not a corporate band or whatever. And then these listening to Papa Roach. That much. I don't think you could afford to beat us, maybe. That's it. I don't know. I appreciate that you've tried to take this movie for what it was on a be level. I did too. I think this movie is a secret level, get some joy out of them. If we ever words and we're not listeners, we're not. But if we ever were to do a Billy blanks, retrospective series..

"It was all just fine. It was all just there and I can see why never made its way to theaters. And you know you ask, am I looking forward to tech too? Well, I've never seen either of these but to see that the next one is about Kazuya again, I would really like to see what the hell happened to him. So, yeah, for this movie, I'm gonna say not recommend if. If you just looking for a good fight movie, if you're looking for a decent video game, fight movie, this will do. And that's about as much as I can say. There's a difference between real fight movie and video game fight movie. We have feel like there's things that they have to get in there for people who things from the game. Okay. If you're not tied to any of that stuff and you can just do what you wanna do. Yeah. Fanta the game will like it. Nobody else should see. And even then I don't know. I mean. I'm the wrong person because I'm never a fan of the story of the game, tells them either a fan of the game for the game play, or I'm not Stewart. I'm going to split the difference and say, this is just as terrible as mortal Kombat. So it's it's not better than that, but it's that was a terrible film. And so is this it should be this hard. I'll give them this much. They steered far away from the obvious mistakes that streetfighter and double dragon did by trying to make it so much about something that wasn't video game play here. Once they finally got to the arena, they realized that was at strong suit, and it's the best stuff in the movie unmemorable as the way I would characterize most of the fighting straddles between being embarrassing the chick fights and just being kind of dumb unimpressive. Non adrenaline is fighting again, I think anyone that wants. I've seen blood sport, kickboxer all that ninety stuff and why didn't they just get those guys. Would be on just such stronger footing if it had be level stars that could bring that charisma and that legitimacy to this be level property. I mean, I do think this is not a heartfelt story. No one's going to be moved by the family dynamics. No one's going to think it's good drama. You needed to sell this on its spirit of having good fighting and people with screen appeal, and it has neither. I mean, honestly, this is very dissatisfying I would have thought for everyone, but I'm I'm hearing, contrary opinion. So yeah, no surprise me. Not recommend. So you said why not bring back some of these people from the nineties. The answer is there way too old now, I mean, I actually was thinking about a lot of those nineties movies too, because in the mid to late nineties, I was a college student, and then I had nothing job where I could watch movies at my job. I consumed a lot of movies in that period like two to three a day. And what was I watching? Yeah, I was. Watching some Billy blanks movies. I would actually go through Billy blanks Hoover. Why did I do that? Well, the answer is in some of them. I found something to enjoy our these great cinema, absolutely not. But I remember really and it's been twenty five years. So don't hold me too tight to this, but I remember really liking showdown and balance of power with Billy blanks. And yeah, not all the John Claude movies were great, but none of them were, but I think about like Lionheart or kickboxer did you know he's still making kickboxer sequels by the way, I did not realize that until I was making sure of my proper movie titles and you measure bloodsport bloodsport is better than this movie, but I feel like they're in the same league. It's not like ones in the minors and one's in major leagues. No, none of them are great. I really want to stress that. I'm not saying by trying to reach back and be as good as blood. Sport, you're going for some brass ring. I mean, no, that movie sucked. But it had a certain appeal. It got the fighting, right, which is all you have to do in order to make this knockout..

"Around looking for porn, right l. listen, you don't have to. You. Don't have to talk to gresh and me about that because gresh used to work for NY and I used to watch us NY. And what was that hair guy? Remember? There was the guy that was always honest. And why gresh and he did all it. Remember God. I can't remember his name weeks. Yeah, it was some hair was. It wasn't SEIs Sperling and you know the Mughal at the, oh, God clam president. Also a client, the hair club for men. It's not here. Not hair club for men, but there was a guy that he used to just God Giorgio something or other, I think is name was, and it used to be on NY at all hours of the day. This infomercial NY was just starting out that it became a running joke with people who would watch or work and why. Anyway, I know. But I mean to the point, I really worry that at like nine o'clock, you're going to hear the over. You know, over excited lady be like this hour. We have Merola Gosse in his great cookware next hour. It's Tom Brady coming in to tell us about his exciting TB, twelve method. I mean, I'm really serious about that because it's the whole lifestyle brand thing. I mean, you know, his one of his teammates has a pretty famous wife. Air Deckers wife is out there pushing. I don't know whatever it is, you know, like me and you can look like. Me not really my anyway, but I just I, you know, like I, I wonder about this stuff with with Brady, but anyway, they got him taken care of at least in the short term, and maybe we'll get a little info out of there as to why they did this in the way they went about doing this. But I think if you're the patriots, you gotta slow play with Brady, don't overcommit. I think my the when I think infomercials the one that sticks out to me like this, like kind of like may like the all time the all time best. When you think of what like this is what you think of when you think of infomercials. For me, it would be bowflex. Right? Like I think that's fair. Sure. The good one. Mine is Ron. Pope eel in these Showtime rotisserie barbecue said it, get it. Forget it yet. Damn straight guy. Made five guy made five hundred million dollars by coming up with the fray set it and forget shit. I remember that one. I what was the other one p ninety x? That was one of the ninety action that that Billy blanks guy. No, no, that was Sarah though. That's more Tony Horton was p ninety x. Yeah, that's yeah. What about what about Tony little? The guy with the ponytail? Who was the male version of Susan powder? God. Wow, that's a name. That's a name. All right. Do you wanna go to number two. Yeah. Let's go to number two. All right jets quarterback. Sam darnold he signed his rookie deal days after camp started. Presumably putting him behind his teammates only Todd Bowles. Didn't see it that way telling the New York, press this week quote, I think he's. Caught up on what he does ofensive Lee as well as Josh and teddy. But the defensive packages go in everyday to, so he's not seeing the base. He's just getting caught up on the base. But like I said, he, he studies and I don't see him behind his forest catching up mentally, gresh. I'm going to say right now. I think you starts week one against lines Cam Stradey does. And quite honestly, I think he has. I think he has on the roster. He, I think he. To me, he he has exactly what you need to play that position as a rookie. And we sought last year at USC and it's two things. It's one. Can you take hits right? Can you take punishment? He is a big sturdy kit, and he took a ton of hits last year because USC rebuilt. It's offense of line and the number two can you compartmentalize mistakes? Because rookie quarterbacks. We're gonna get out. They'll gonna make a bunch of mistakes. Right. Can you put mistakes behind you last year? He turned the ball over left and right. He was trying to do too much times. You know what happened? He wound up winning the Pac twelve. They wound up winning the conference despite the fact that he makes made some mistakes early in the season..
