Western Washington University. They have an outdoor center that includes camping kayaking, ice picking, and more. It's an adventurer's dream college. The University of California Santa Cruz. They have gorgeous outdoor space, students enjoy a school aquarium. Ropes course and rock climbing walls. How about this? The University of Michigan, an Ann Arbor. The north quad, a hybrid dorm and academic building specifically designed for international kids. They have nice dining halls, tech savvy classrooms. They too have a lazy river, I guess, now that's the thing. If you don't have a lazy river, sorry, you can't go to school there. The university of Central Florida. You folks have a sushi bar on campus and cupcake trucks, you have a reflection pond on campus stables and a luxurious renovated fitness center. And it goes on and on and on. This is all paid for with our tax dollars and you wonder why it costs so much money to go to to go to school to get it to get a degree. You're not sending your kid off to college and some sort of a concrete block dorm anymore. You're sending them off to the Ritz Carlton. This is nonsense. But our tax dollars are paying for all of this. Here's what needs to happen. All of these kids who went to, well, let's just say, we'll say, just for the sake of Tennessee, the university of Tennessee Knoxville. And by the way, a lot of these schools have sex weeks. They're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to turn your child into a pervert. Do you really want that America? Here's what I say. The university of Tennessee needs to figure out, okay, which students defaulted on the loans, which students have not paid their student loans. Instead of making hardworking people pay that Bill, what we ought to be doing, and this is just an idea, is taking that money out of the school's endowment. Because there is some responsibility that the university must bear here. And I know they're very busy and it takes a lot of people, you got to hire the masseuses and you got to hire the pool cleaners and I get all that. I get it. I get it. But at the same time, don't these universities have a responsibility to make sure that the people that they have invited to come and study at their school can actually afford to pay the bill, now you think about this for a moment. There are people just like my dad. Who went out there and worked two or three jobs. You went out there and did the same thing to pay your Bill. You went to college, you got your degree and your bust in your butt. As a matter of fact, you're actually you have a job in your career field, but you're taking a second job just to pay off that loan debt. You're eating generic peanut butter, not even the Peter Pan or the GIF. You're eating the off brand peanut butter. Creamy, you can't be able to afford the other crunchy. No, you're eating the cheap peanut butter. You eat the ramen noodles. You're not even going out to McDonald's. McDonald's, that's a night out on the town for you because all your money is going to pay what you owe. And then there are some of you out there. And you said, yeah, I'm college is not for me. I want to go to a trade school. I want to be an entrepreneur. And so I'm just going to jump right on in there and claim my American Dream. You guys don't always debt? And yet here you are. You've made the right choices. You've made the responsible choices in your life. And Joe Biden and the Democrats are basically saying FU. That's what Joe Biden is saying to all of you folks. This is nothing more than a government sponsored and sanctioned bribe. That's what this is. And by the way, he's not finished. And you know. He seemed like he was surrounded by more horses than he was. People I mean he did have a staff but it didn't seem like he was much of an entertainer. He had this massive kitchen that he had designed he even like e participated in the designs of these things by the way as well. He was always sketching designs or at least the kind of like early ideas for designs for various rooms and Creations around this this This compound and he wasn't without style you know you had his own guide of aesthetic It turns out that every single wall in this underground cavern Cavern makes it sound like. He may have begun his criminal career selling sex on the Chicago streets but he had worked long and hard to become something much more than that by nineteen fourteen. Jim just turned thirty six. He already controlled be directly or indirectly more than one hundred businesses in. Chicago's first ward the Red Light district. He owned gambling joints and opium parlors billiards halls and saloons. Some even whispered that he sold Italian national lottery tickets and ran an underground wine business. Jim was in the business of sin and business was booming estimates at the time had him clearing well over half a million a year which in today's dollars would equate to roughly twelve and a half million. Jim Rarely traveled anywhere. If not by uniform chauffeur his elegant jewelry it led many to start calling him. Diamond Jim a name. He more than willingly accepted. One art in particular stood out as his favourite the opera. He came to every show sometimes buying up as many as thirty seats. He always brought an entourage. Opera Company recognized him. He invited the singers. And the Maestro over to his restaurant call a simos cafe. He knew they would come. They always did after the show. Jim Returned to the restaurant and poured himself a drink since its opening in nineteen. Ten COSIMO's cafe had quickly become one of Chicago's hottest nightspots politicians celebrities and wise guys alike all gathered there each night to enjoy the old school Italian cooking and lively entertainment but it was the after dinner activities that truly endeared cosimo's cafe to the Chicago elites gambling joints were dime a dozen but where else but coliseum ohs could an intrepid diner go upstairs and gamble until the wee hours of the morning with hardened criminals state senators and foreign actresses alike. One night at cosimo's cafe sometimes bag jim more than a week's worth of his brothels receipts and Jim knew he was really selling the same thing at either venue not just food or sex. He was selling something far. More important. An experience Jim saw little distinction between the customers at his brothels. And those who pulled cigars and gambled away thousands at his restaurant as far as he was concerned. The only real difference between the two was that you never had to pretend you cared whether the brothel patrons had enjoyed themselves and for Jim pretending to care was the worst part he had lived his life without conscience never stopping to consider who he was hurting along his way. This way of living had done him. Well it had been the factor that allowed him to grow from nothing into the Titan. He had become the story of Jim. Cosimo begins in colostomy a small mountainous town in southern Italy with the birth of a child. By the name of Vincenzo. By the time Vincenzo Cosimo was born on February sixteenth.
