Forty officials to make the call just call the file with the body on the line. Leonard has been a ninety percent free. Throw this post-season hits the first of two he's got thirty five points thirteen time in his host season career. He is stored at least thirty and playoff game. His six of this postseason and his fourth in a row all. Coming in this year. Second free throw good as well. Four point lead for the raptors raptors are in the high eighties. Eighty seven point five from the free throw line to Sixers are sixty nine percent to fifteen left to go. Philly down four Radic makes the catch a three from Iraq and splashes at home. One point game Toronto leading ninety onto ninety. Radically the sport three pointer the game. Now, they're picked role and be there. With Leonard driving and circling under the basket, seventy m fifty to go Leonard stops the dribble NB defending Leonard wheeling and a timeout called by Nick nurse with three point six on the sackcloth. That's good time out while Leonard had the ball almost in the right corner. Just inside the three point line. Joel Embiid draped all over him. And he had the ball out in his life paw hoping they were going to end up having to take a fadeaway jump shot. It's a good time out by Nick knows nine three point six a lot of time. I even the castle inbound their Bill inbound the ball far line extended. They should be able to get a good shot. Three point six seconds eternity in the NBA ninety one to ninety Toronto leading Philadelphia one forty five to go through with us earlier, you heard Kevin winter in the studio mentioned that ninety six percent of the NBA play-off teams that go up three games to one. They win that series ninety six percent of the time. Only eleven teams come back down three one the last. The Cleveland Cavaliers against the warriors back in the two thousand sixteen finals. That's how important this game. Is despite Toronto heading home for game five coming up on Tuesday. They do not want to be down one three looking to even the best to seven at two in their leaders down the one absolutely not. But again, it's always been fascinating to me, particularly the even games to foreign six depending on what's happened in the prior game can team that won match the desperation. I think Philly's matched the desperation. But a combination of Joel Embiid not being healthy. And search about the Kyle Lowry being here to help out the why raptors in good shape. Three point six consumed one forty five ago, Leonard inbounding, lobs it took a Saul Tiga feed letter turned it over there's Harris with Philly down on FIS Radic on the left Graddick dribbling up top stops dribble. A Bacha covering goes to Harris with a minute thirty to go in the fourth quarter back. Two JJ jumped pass Embiid. NB driving down the post spins malade, flips it up no out by Bockel one twenty five ago. Made a great spin move to avoid power. He was waiting for the charge. Just missed the layup. Kind of rush of a little bit pesky. Lowery with it. With one twelve and counting to go in the fourth quarter raptors leading ninety one ninety s Simmons pinning to lie against half court. It gets all the way to the three point line Saul sets screen office, which has 'em beads Bill lodge, three Laden o'clock with one on one to go. Toe letter delivers again, he's got thirty nine. He's been on believable that pitch and roll Hawaiian Leonard Marcus off as really been a problem primarily because it leaves m be trying to guard Kawhi Leonard ninety four ninety Toronto Butler on the drive. Nice dish down low and be cut off out to Harris corner triple missed, and it's controlled by Danny green with forty seconds to go Simmons trying to how grain and now just committed b had the ball underneath the basket and didn't shoot it. He throws it out to Dhbai by Harris Tobias Harris in the corner. Just not enough offense from the big guy for the Sixers. The wild letter hitting a tremendous three pointer. They got a shot on ABC of drastic park outside of Scotia Bank arena where they're watching the game in Toronto. They're going wild. As Danny green four for four at the line suits and hits the first two with thirty eight seconds to go to timeouts left for the Sixers. They'll probably advance it after this one is one year long enough to put a statue up for a guy 'cause there'd be quiet landed statue in Jurassic Park when they get back there. They might wait to see if there's a year to polite is Danny green who has had to play with foul. Trouble throughout this game is due to big free throws with thirty eight seconds left. That was another back court file that they didn't need to do. They did not want to file any greens a good free throw shooter. And again, Ben Simmons commits a foul in the backboard. Mistakes in the fourth quarter defensive mistakes. Toronto trying to take advantage member. Danny green in game to which has been the flip game of the series. So far with Philadelphia winning that game. He had an open look at a potential tying three that he missed instead rolling with five thousand here. It's a couple of big free throws after coli Leonard. Hit a three thirty nine points in the raptors have ninety six to ninety league with thirty eight point five on the clock. Well, even though they trail by six this is not a must three point situation. It's a must score quick situation. But it doesn't have to be three but they can't afford. Another foul deep in the backward. That's three point shot that Kawai made enormous shot late in the clock and again enroll they put 'em beaten to enroll and he has delivered repeatedly for the Toronto. Raptors. Teams break the huddles here. Ninety six to ninety JJ radical be the inbounder advancing the ball of the front court have gone a little smaller.

"I don't like shaming. I think it's something that we're doing more and more the modern day, thanks to the internet and stop and there's all of these questionable parenting tactics of shaming your children children's stuff. So they're calling it away to shame deadbeat parents into pain to child support, essentially, what it is is they want a website where if you're in a rear and your child support bell post your picture your name, and how much you owe out there for the public anyone who wants to go to the site and see it employers, friends neighbors. And so it could be embarrassing. It could be shameful. And the question is one will it help? And to did that actually do more damage for the kids, the parents, then you know, trying to get the money would. And that's the big issue. And my question is if this is California doing it, and they're posting this on a website do businesses like say, I am. Employ a person, and I see them on this website. Can you fire somebody or can you dock them Pammy know, what kind of ramifications will this half further down the line? Yeah. So that all remains to be seen? I mean, it depends on what type of policy, you know, your employer has with you. What says what it says in your contract as far as what you are fireable. Offenses usually the way it's done as far as garnishing wages, the person who was owed the money goes, you know, filed paperwork legal paperwork with the employer and has to show certain, you know, different forms and things show court orders saying how much the amount of money is. And then they have to garnish up to fifty percent of the paycheck. They can't take all of it away. So there's a whole process for that. It's a good question as to whether employers to actually use this website to then take that responsibility upon themselves. That's not specified in the Bill right now. A lot of the details. I haven't been worked out. I think what they're doing floating. The idea to see how the voters might react public support. Yes. Because there's a lot of details. Would it apply? Retroactively. If the kids were already adults could you go back for back child support. They haven't figured those details out yet. So they think they'll work that through the legislative process, and that's another great question is could employer actually use this to then go after their employees. I'm not sure that they'll want to. But if it's brought to their attention would they be able to do that? Yeah. It's all like a slippery slope. I see here. It says that the Bill would publicly shamed. Parents who are more than five thousand dollars behind on child. Support. Leeann leeann made an observation which was you know, parents that are not paying attention of child. Support may not be they don't have it internally to be like have a moral compass. So what would shaming on a website? Do. It's not going to do anything. Well, you know. And that's the theory is that peer. You know, pure peer pressure. So now that you're you're right, this this is really just one resource. It's not the end all be all it's not going to be the perfect solution. There really is. It's a difficult road for any parent. He's trying to get child support, you know, to get it out of a truly deadbeat parent. But there might be some, you know, I mean, you hear a lot about these celebrities who have millions of dollars, and they're not paying your pressure on them. I think would go hopefully would go, you know, aways to say, oh, boy, at least for my brand or whatever I better pay it. So I think in certain circumstances. It might have, you know, a big motivation for the person to pay. But then the other question is what if what if your kids? Friends here about this. And then they start saying, oh, your dad's a deadbeat and becomes an embarrassing situation for your child does it were you at all we're take call to Lonnie. But does it worry you that family courts, operate outside of our constitutional privileges? Bright, and does it worry you that they're going to continue to try extra constitutional means to have their way with the parents? Well, you know, and we, you know, you I went to a documentary that you moderated about, you know, the family court system, and there's some crazy things that happen there. Right. But I think this is this is sort of. I don't know that it would seem that much of the family court system. Essentially, what it does is it takes whatever orders are already issued by the family court, and then that's used as basis or grounds to then be able to post somebody on this website, you'll have to safeguard that custodial parents. It's only get automatically done by the family Lockport. It's actually up to the custodial parents to decide if they want this done or not. So I can say this is this would be horrible for my child. This is horrible for our situation. It's not gonna have any effect on my deadbeat partner. And I'm not gonna do it. And that it's not done. So the control is still within the custodial parents. Let's take a call here is from Bill Bill. Go ahead. Hey, how are you? I'm really happy to hear that last part think he'd be honest with you because that's my first concern. I mean, I was paying child when my wife, and I split up. I was paying child support beaten in before I was ordered to something. I immediately started doing and I fell on hard times this year. And I lost my job almost a year ago. And it's been extremely hard year for me. I haven't been able to pay child support and my ex wife understands that and you know, I'm trying to build my reputation back up within my industry, the thought of my son as well thought of my pitcher and all this being out for the world to see not help me in terms me trying to get a job at all. But it's good to hear that. The custodial parent has has some saying whether it happens or not, you know, I just hope it doesn't become a revengeful type of thing for people that are out there really trying to do the right thing. You know Bill, and it sounds like you have a good relationship with your act. So that's a good name in there. You're right. There are some people that I know they can't even stand each other. So I could see how somebody would put that out there just to sort of. Drive. The the nail in the coffin. That's not going to get the money any sooner when they can't find a job reputations been destroyed. Thank you Bill lodge to comment on that. Yeah. Right. I think Bill is absolutely the type of, you know, partner every parent that this is not going to be used for it all, and that's that's the danger of this website is that if you do have one or other of the parents that especially the custodial one that is the revengeful type it's using this just for vengeance. And not thinking of their child or the realities of the situation, they could misuse it. But they still have to have the court. Order ahead of time saying that you are do this money. They can't just go out there, you know, by themselves the post it and say, no money if the person, for example, this gentleman if you've fallen on hard times, and he wasn't able to pay if he'd had gone into court and had it readjusted. So that he didn't have to pay during that time they wouldn't have any grounds to then post this on the website. It's still has to be based on what the court determines is legally required to pay. And what if you get posted on this website, and then you pay and you never fall back again. It's going to always be out there. So they can put on social media saying you once it's out on the internet, people can take a screen shot or whatever. And it can haunt you forever. Even if you're like, oh, I paid my five thousand dollars back and it never happened anymore. Again, you're going to still have that stigma. Right. So they do have a caveat in there that if you've paid for ninety days, then they will take you off the website, but it's still out there. People screen shot. They save it. It's there it's about with. Kuhn's author and attorney we're talking about this new proposal to have a website where people are shamed for their child support arrears, and Dave you'll make comment. Go ahead. Yeah. I thought that that was super counterproductive. I really think that the county and the state should be using the resources to find the real truth deadbeats don't show up to court. They have the resources they have all the laws back in them. But shaming people is a really bad practice. I noticed I noticed. Dave. There's something in Lahti. Please back me up on this. When when the courts are collecting money for themselves. They're very good about going after people on behalf of somebody else magically just can't seem to get it done. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The person. That's right. And the person themselves still have to instigate at the court won't just help them out without them requesting. It said upon the person very difficult for people to go in and. Dave, garnish your wages. So find you sh-. Oh, yeah. So crazy. In the late nineties. I was in the child support systems, and I paid my ex wife fifteen thousand dollars, and this is the moral of my story is that when I got to court they decided well that was a gift and you're in arrears five thousand dollars. Now. Listen that happened to me now, it'd be a crying shame with all the things that we did in the late nineties to change shelled support in the city to get it to the county to get it to state control. It would be extremely counterproductive to those changes. It would just drive. It would just drive chaos between parents which is absolutely going to drive zero benefit to children zero lesson zero. It will make aggravation for children between their parents. That was really all. I had to say I said, well, it's plenty plenty. And I think his point is well taken which is that when the courts create acrimony, it does not go well for the kids period. Right. Right. And and honestly, I just him speaking, maybe think people nowadays, the social media, you could do it yourself doesn't necessarily have to be sanctioned by the government. I mean, if you want to save your spouse you posted on your Twitter you posted on your Facebook. You put it out there amongst his friends. I'm not saying, you should I still think that's not a good thing. I'm a people. Do it all the time. They shame for everything. Yeah. Right. It has to be a Bill is this law going to go through or we know what the status of the law. Don't know. Yeah. It pending this one family man has it. He's pushed trying to push it through thirty in Texas, and Kansas in Indiana, and they have similar websites like that. So there is some precedent for it. And do have they studied it to see if it actually has the desired effect. I haven't seen anything on that. Yeah. You would think before we went ahead with it really was popular. I think every state would have it showed the work like that over seventy percent of dead. Suddenly started paying their payments on time or at least started making them. Again. I think everybody would have this Bill on their like lonnie's logic on this. Why do we even need this? We had this government have social media. We have a billboard that goes on the gave people their own television show and their own radio outlet in their own like news feed..

I don't care whether it's this or it's that it's about a half a million bucks a unit. And the only solution is to round them up. Move them out of city centers and Bill lodge transient housing centers for them in the in the outskirts and cheap land, maybe one hundred miles from the nearest city where land is very very cheap and you build barracks style housing to hold the bums. That's the minimum and the maximum we could afford and you make most of the bums who are able bodied help build the housing. And then you'll give them the care that they need. But you don't bring them into a city by the millions and tell them that they're entitled to a home or tell them they're entitled to food. Now, nurses are reporting things that you can't believe here's one nurses are reporting from hospitals that many of these homeless bums will call nine one one. They always run after the money. Okay. So don't don't be a moron here like all communist. They want your money. That's all. But the useful idiots believable. What can I say Bloomberg defense personal richest that guy has less of a chance to become president than my dog teddy Teddy's almost dead, speaking of debt, and I I hope this isn't true. I personally think that Ruth Bader Ginsburg is in a coma. I don't know where she is. But God where did they get this Adamus from to keep going cancer? Doesn't matter they keep going pushing their agenda. That's all so Venice beach has become an issue in the in the news. It was once a very charming place. I always hated it. Even when I moved to California hurt he'll go to Venice. It's cool. It's down there. You know, that the canals. I don't know. Always look like didn't didn't move me. I felt that they were. No privacy in Venice in the how I know a lot of like movie stars live there and the singers live there, and it was like cool in the sixties. That'd be in them in Venice. I went through it when I moved out here I thought of moving there. But it just looks sketchy to me, even then all it was was bums on poets smoking marijuana. I don't want to raise children, and I never would. Okay. So whatever so Venice becomes cool and hip, and that and people think that they're gonna scape the world that they created. And yet there is such an outbreak of the of the bum epidemic. It's become a homeless sewer pot that the seven figure homeowners are going crazy. And suddenly, they're liberal ideology is facing the reality of the of the dynamic of the bums. And the fact of the matter is something is going to happen here. Many of these residents of Venice California are grappling with a quality of life issue that defies their own liberal ideals as the article goes in the Hollywood reporter would that means as nimble not in my backyard number and so the fact of the matter is the transient population, meaning homeless bums are urinating defecating attacking people. And some of the lives are pulling guns on the bums. And so a television writer is interviewed by the name of even done ski danski. That's a good word. He must be quite a danski. The donkey a twenty-seven year resident of the area that danski says there are actually residential add residents advocating driving the homeless out of Venice shipping them off somewhere. Whereas such a which is such a proto fascist. Move says TV writer, Evan dunce a twenty-seven year resident of the area. And then what do we have to build a wall around Venice? Yes, dunce. That's what walls are built for to keep out vagrants and invaders dunce, that's what fences a four. That's why Pelosi has one around their house that is why Feinstein has a fence that is why Zuckerberg has a very high wall. That is why anyone would money has offense. Even the old white picket fence done skeet was originally built around houses in America. Keep our dogs the understand that dance. You know, that was great great American poet who wrote good fences, make good neighbors. No one's used that recently Robert frost wrote that remember him that quaint old poet Robert frost. He wrote a great poem. I read it in college. Good fences, make good neighbors. Can you imagine what the liberals would say about Robert frost poem today? What do you mean? Good fences, make good neighbors. What are you proud of? Fascist. No more on. That's how people define their property and kept people off their property and protected their crops and their livestock danski. So now Venice we see is the has the largest concentration of homeless anywhere on L A's west side with nearly one thousand non domicile people that's clever. That's like calling a junkie at an injection drug user. So they're calling a bomb Alesana gutter a non domiciled person as if they're as as we're responsible to give them a house. Get anyone explain something to me where in the bible is written that you're entitled to a home like nowhere. I mean, I struggled to buy my first house. I just save every dime. I in my whole life to get the down payment for my first house, forty five thousand dollar house. I'd put down nine thousand dollars. I scrimped and saved my entire life. Descript together that nine grand, okay. Where is it written? I was entitled to a home where nowhere now what is the solution to the bump problem? I'll give it to you. Again. There is only one solution to the bump problem, which is proliferating which is not providing them housing because the minimum cost to provide. Each of these bums, a domicile is about a half a million dollars in a city. I don't care where it is. I don't care how it is on how you cut it. I don't care whether it's this or it's that it's about a half a million bucks a unit. And the only solution is to round them up. Move them out of city centers and Bill lodge transient housing centers for them in the in the outskirts and cheap land, maybe one hundred miles from the nearest city where land is very very cheap and you'll build barracks style housing to hold the bums. That's the minimum and the maximum we could afford, and you make most of the bums who are able bodied. Help build the housing, and then you'll give them the care that they need. But you don't bring them into a city by the millions and tell them that they're entitled to a home or Intel them they're entitled to food. Now, nurses are reporting things that you can't believe here's one nurses are reporting from hospitals that many of these homeless bums will call nine one one to get ambulances to take them to the hospital simply to get a Tylenol. And then while the bums are at the hospital. They order a meal. And ambulance entry to emergency rooms pushes these filthy bums to the front of the line in the hospitals. So if you think that they're all downtrodden and week you're mistaken. There are some of the toughest people in America. And we just can't take care of everyone now with this huge population of bums in almost every city of America. Why are we letting millions of people come over the border who have absolutely nothing to contribute to American society? We can't afford this. Don't you understand this? Well, I do and I'm not gonna eat my heart out. I'm going to open the phone up here at eight five five four seven hundred eighty two eight five five four hundred savage, and we'll come back, and I'll take any story that you want any topic. You want will have a conversation or two from behind enemy lines right here on the Savage Nation..
