Four NFL Teams Remain Below 50 Percent Vaccination Threshold

"Are among four teams that are still under 50%. When it comes to the vaccination rate for Covid 19, and you've got the start of training camp coming up fast. It's the it's Washington, Indianapolis, Arizona and the Chargers that had the four lowest covid vaccination rates in the league as of yesterday. And the disparity is amazing between the teams with the lower rates and the team with the highest rates because Pittsburgh and Miami and uh Carolina in Denver Are among 10 teams that have at least 85% of players fully vaccinated. And it's It's not like it's not like the lowest teams are at 60% and the highest teams are at 65%, right. No, there's a big dip your right big difference,

"To the lead story, let's start with this breaking bit of information from Jennifer. We've been waiting for an oversight board to decide whether or not former president Trump suspension on Facebook would remain and it has decided. Yes, it will uphold it. He's still bad. Still banned. "Have been connecting people with social services, health care and prevent 19 help during the pandemic. I know their struggle. Yes, Me. Cadenas is a community health care worker for the elderly care health plan. She's part of a ground level network, making sure patients get the care. They need its network That's growing just as the state is leaning on groups with community ties to increase vaccination rates. That's where the understanding comes In. For example, Cadenas knows Transportation's often a big issue. Sometimes these people are not willing to go for Like the love for your people. There are two states that are there within the united states but not mentally because the people the legislatures are well california the crazy legislature florida. More the crazy people where you get these wild stories. So i love to talk about crazy. California that laws the legislature which is a supermajority with a super democratic super majority and a democratic liberal governor. You put those two together you have. You have a disaster a recipe for disaster. So here is optically good one. There is a bill that was introduced by two democrats of course and it would require retailers to offer their toys and childcare products in a gender neutral format which means no boys section no girls section it all has to be unified and everything for sale is for children not for boys and girls and you can't eat put up a sign that even indicate whether a product is intended for a boy or a girl and well that is i can see we're taking now gender neutrality to a kind of a level that is beyond a not reality but certainly beyond that part which makes sense and it's i i think the issue here and i am totally in favor of lgbtq rights. There's no question about it. And for the most part i'm in favor of gender neutrality. For example restroom single use restrooms. I have no problem saying gender-neutral. I truly don't but when it comes to retail spaces not even recognizing that there is a gender that their gender differences now The good news. Is you still in stores. They are still allowed to put men sections boys sections Girls women otherwise. You've gone to the retail stores target. Uganda Major retailers Nordstrom's we're talking about department stores and you have the signs say boy section men's etcetera and we haven't reached the point yet where you have signs they just have question marks and then eros that we haven't done yet but when it comes to toys sections we have those days where you differentiate between boys and girls are gone and accepting the fact that They're really that kids yet. Have not yet determined what their sexuality is. And i happen to be a believer That number one there is gender. Dismore fiesta where there are there are plenty of people who born male and identify as females and then later on it Transitional surgery and these people are very unlucky to do that to be born in the wrong body. I truly believe that happens. And i truly believe that happens more often than we know and i truly feel. Sorry it's a horrible way to live. You know being trapped and having to live ally Why i get all that but you know how do you take it. What not even recognizing there's a gender difference. Do you move towards that. That is going to be the point of in department

"Bill Handel Show Mo Kelly in for Bill right now, I'm speaking with Mike Mullen Saul, who is the owner of wine splurge. It's completely online, and it's completely fabulous. They get wind from all around the world from smaller wine producers and make it available for you. And they had a fantastic gift that they send to me. And I thought it would only be appropriate that I bring them on and share them with you if you don't already know about them, So, Mike, let me come back to you now. Small wineries, small wine producers, your small business. How has Covad 19 impacted your supply chain? And how has it impacted? You and your business specifically? On the supply chain side. I've had one supplier that almost totally closed their operation. They had two individuals working in their warehouse serving all of California. And so how that affected me was I had to await my turn in order to get my order from them, so I had contacted my rep back in March. Right as the stay at home water started, but I wasn't able to get my first shipment until the beginning of June. However, on the flip side as more people are staying home April was my biggest sales month ever. Oh, that makes perfect sense because I know I've let say had a little bit more wind, unusual during the stay at home periods and issue highlight that kind of cuts both ways. It makes it more difficult possibly to get 12 people, But you would have more requests for wine Now as we enter this when I'm calling the second shut down. And restaurants are closing bars are closing, and we may be sheltering in place again. Have you changed your business strategy or your marketing strategy? Knowing now what may be awaiting you given you kind of already gone through this before through May The only thing that I'm doing differently from a strategy perspective is on. I'm trying more aggressively to get my name out. You know, people don't know about me. They'll never buy from me. And so I'm doing everything that I can to get the word out that we're open. We're shipping. We're here to serve. Five melons. Don't take me to your website right now and then lets walk people through the process of what wine splurge, just offering some of the different choices in which they can make and how they can go about getting wine to them as soon.

"The law the show of marginal legal advice where I bill Handel tell you you have absolutely no cakes I'm trying to figure out which one I want to do hello bill welcome to handle on the law what can I do for you thank you I bought a house back in November take well to get one bill it's in Arizona and it's scheduled to be loading in mid June I've given them fifteen thousand dollars for a deposit on the extras and I'm just wondering if the bottom falls out of the real estate market between now and then do I have any recourse on getting my money back on that blog I I you know would probably not and I'll tell you why one of the reasons for breaching the contract would be that they didn't finish on time because there is a time line in the contract that you bought and got there and the arguments going to be as we couldn't finish the R. the contract we couldn't finish the house we'd put everything on hold because of what's going on and the other side is if you bail out there's a good chance that anything you pay up front for the extras are you gonna have a hard time getting the money out unless they haven't bought anything and it's a straight deposit where nothing is been purchased whatsoever so it's no harm no foul however you've got to get around the contract that says if you do pay for it it's non refundable I it's probably worth the lawsuit and the Plymouth depends on how solid the non refundable part was it anything you pay in there do you remember the terms yeah they made it a point that it was non refundable okay I'm assuming that's the contract right yes yeah and so not at the end so even if you drop out but say you you pull out of escrow not you still have to pay the fifteen thousand dollars yeah they are yeah I doubt we'll what happens on the value of the house itself at that time if that if I bought it for two sixty and if the if the market is down to two twenty then that's too bad any because what happens if you wanted to sixty in the market goes up to three hundred it goes up to a thousand dollars a day then sue you or do they say we're going to raise the price right you cannot yeah the risk is all yours and the only issue is that deposit which I don't think you're gonna get back I really don't especially when you have a non breach which I think is going to happen if they can't finish because no one can finish anything hello John yes Sir could you tell me if you would know where I could find the rule of law that says that a doctor patient relationship must be first established before doctors under duty to provide medical care for patients I don't quite understand what are the circumstances that one is a weird when I don't quite understand R. went well when you see him on the road you wave and then you walk into his office out what are the circumstances were television from the book I just read a sentence it says that health care professionals under no duty to treat the patient unless the professional patient relationship has been established yeah okay and that's well it says exactly means exactly what is the status all until the doctor has accepted you as a patient there's no duty none yeah yeah I mean it's not what you think every doctor you see I have a relationship with our doctor has no duty to treat you no you walk in and you're bleeding out in his office and you walk in the door the only legal issue is who's going to pay the cleaning bill of all of the blood on the carpet and it's going to be you yeah yeah so you were accepted but you're bleeding out and you have to go well once you're in there somewhere once you're accepted once you're accepted as a patient yes all the rules kick in by the way that truly is one of the most idiotic questions I've heard in a very long time okay just wanna let you know that I just read in a book that charts the doctor isn't responsible for being your doctor until he's your doctor can I get that right yep pretty much Gary hello Gary yes what but I we diagnosed about a year ago with kia then I went through some very very bad medical issues and so my doctor recommended that the outlook so I got off work and started that you got a bill filed for disability no I want you to seek permanent treatment really good I want to cancel my disability I've been collecting the money had been gone through the process right now I just filed for okay we'll analyze now absolutely not absolutely not all you do is withdraw your application online because you don't think you're disabled anymore and if you get disabled you reapply R. O. N. yeah yeah you're no you're fine and what a what you had with TV is that what you said with the clock running a little city to Kenya okay do you you're never really cheered from it but it goes into a deep speed remission okay so it's a it's chronic but it's almost like it's like H. I. B. R. which you can get so suppressed that really to get in the way of your life okay fair enough yes quick answer your question is no you're not going to be penalized and withdrawing any application for anything prior to it kicking in either into the system where it moves along but even then you can withdraw it I I think right up to the point where a judgment is rendered or or something and it is some kind of decision is made you can have better back I'm I'm willing to bet that even after a decision is made you say you know I changed my mind I'm withdrawing the whole thing I mean no one's going to argue because it's their money what you're saying is I don't want your money very few people say no to that hello Catherine yes I'm a very nice area and I have a lovely neighbor right next door to me that is a used car dealer he had all of his dealer cars parked all over the street and the next street over its legal.

"Safe broadcasting in it said bill Handel show and it's so it's it's a lot of fun the Instagram today all right guys let's do it handle on the news late edition it lead story one of the stories about coronaviruses courses unemployment and it is and it has had great recession levels in less than a month I mean it went from the best unemployment figures that we have ever had in California or across the country right down to the worst sends us the heart of the Great Recession which was worse than the heart of the Great Depression so we're at the third of March the third highest level of unemployment that we have had since I guess the Great Depression my story today that I actually just filed for later is about all the businesses in so cal that are hiring so I just really quickly Walmart CVS domino's pizza hut all the Ralphs Amazon I'm just trying to it to take sprouts any of those play trader Joe's they're all looking for people and I'm talking in the thousands so if you're looking for work it it's out there it's out there waiting for you Orange County there are a couple of UC Irvine professors who say that the Orange County coronavirus numbers parallel it leased so these two studied everything they based their analysis on the number of cases per one million people and they said that when they did this the algorithm that they had that Orange County is about twenty days behind the dates when Italy's hospital system started to be overwhelmed by covert nineteen but we don't know how many hospitals there are per million people or how many beds there right yeah so we could be that it's better or worse than Italy because if you have a a location and I don't know Orange County versus Italy but if you have twice as many bads incidently so you'll have half of that problem that's specific problem all right so this is an interesting data point the stay at home orders have reduced traffic accidents in the state by about half price that it's only half no he's on the road except the people who are on the road are driving that's true who raise the yeah good point good point this is UC.

"This is handled on the law the show of marginal legal advice where I bill Handel tell you you have absolutely no case hi Hey Jonathan welcome to handle on the lot bill yes I'm currently a I'm currently a CCW holder okay and I've held my hand and I told my expose permits for life for a while as well and I'm also state instructor to issue weapon permits so I'm looking to get one of these insurances that provided legal support in their case ever ever to get into a shootout outside of my place of employment I'm very hesitant to read too taking long because they can be a little pricey but the benefits seem pretty good only a million dollars worth of coverage yeah only when someone is shot and they sue you and Jonathan if someone were to hold up a fifty caliber machine gun and literally stick it in your face and fire in off and miss your head by two inches and you shot that person in self defense they're suing you Jonathan you know that don't you I'm awfully aware that no no I'm I'm I'm ready for the legal battle I just have the pocket you know I get over the legal ban it and that it makes all the so far what I'm doing is I making an argument for getting that kind of insurance by the way people donors and was C. C. W. is it's a concealed weapons permit so I that's our end and they're in they're very hard to get LA county you can't get up Orange County no no the I mean it's almost impossible to get in LA county Orange County the duty the sheriff R. corona used to hand out like candy but he he went to jail so that doesn't help all right so anyway your question is what Jonathan my question is are these types of insurance is legit a man and and are they are are they really going to drop a million dollars or what how did that okay two things number one I the it depends on the company see I've never bought one I don't have weapons and I don't know anybody who has bought insurance I didn't know know that policy existed but then again I was never thought in that direction if it's a legitimate company you bet they'll write a billion dollar check absolutely they have no choice but to right a million dollars it's a contract Jonathan hi that says they have to defend you period conversation over and it doesn't matter however you have to be careful as to which company so you have to do your research if it's what company that you've never heard of it's it can be iffy I if it's a company's name you recognize and you want to check with the insurance commissioner and you want to simply do some research on that because I don't have to worry if I'm buying insurance for example auto insurance from a State Farm or a mercury I I or farmers I don't even have to do research I know those are legitimate companies but when you're buying insurance like the way you're talking in case you shoot someone and I mean legally by the way if you shoot someone illegally you're done you know that don't you insurance companies not all porn you ours but assuming that you shoot someone and it's done with justification yeah you get sued they'll they'll do it just be careful as to which policy that's so careful yeah that doesn't sound like a a field where you can make a lot of money but being a slacker especially if there's no competition especially the big guys won't do it hi Amanda welcome to handle yes ma'am okay my question is I have a tree on my side of the property and it's a big tree tall tree branches went over to the neighbor's yard neighbor put a tall patio cover for his party and has argued that he asked that we cut the branches off on his side so they don't touch the patio he put under the branches my question is am I required to do that and if that brings and as the branch falls and hits his patio I'm assuming I'm responsible yes and yes is your property that's interfering with his property and of course you're required to do that you don't have a right to put your property on his and then tell them and by the way you have to accept it so you can't build up to it or around it yes you have to and yes if your property falls down if a branch strikes his RB or his patio cover any part of his house you get to pay that's why I'm assuming your home insurance and did some you know yeah the answer you get you have to do it so congratulations yeah now yeah well your husband is dead wrong all right telling now tell me not that smart either Hey Sam you're welcome yes okay so what happened my wife's house burned down but it was from a previous marriage so I'm not on the title and some of the stuff wasn't covered on in repair of the house so I ate predator like fifty thousand dollars to use in various enhancements like air conditioning up tents and different things that were covered in insurance and also part of it the construction that wasn't that wasn't enough so now I'm trying to get my money back from her because Shonda apparently I'm not on the title of the deed of the house and she's dragging her feet so I don't know if I could do promissory note or maybe a lien on the house well you're not gonna be able to get a lien on the house I don't think so because you just threw fifty thousand dollars into the pile and you don't have a written agreement you want a written agreement after the fact saying you owe me for hours and dollars her argument is you know we're married and died what you did is what any husband would do and that's to make up the difference between what had to be done with the insurance company does and that's what normally happens that is a better argument than you saying I put it in and I wanna make sure I get my money out because she's going to say what do you mean your money you gave it to us as a community if you can get a promissory note from her yes that helps but then again when you get to be paid back how are you going to be paid back yeah she she did say that maybe she could try to refinance the house paid off well we are that's a then have a write a note to that extent okay so she agrees to refinance the house within a set period of time to pay you back the fifty thousand dollars that you put into the home now where that fifty thousand dollars come from I got money from a settlement okay so it was totally separate wanted to compliment okay so it's tough yeah I sat on it nothing to do with her it was not income you didn't earn that money well I guess and one what you did on a workers comp but it's not considered income that you pay taxes on all right yeah that's right don't you have to do is hope she signs a note my wife wouldn't just smiling go thank you so much go figure we will return okay this is handle on the law every.

"Apps to bill Handel shown bill back from his vacation on Monday all right we have a raging problem in debate over what you're shoving down your toilet now let me describe to you what happens at Ryerson university in Toronto in the center for urban innovation if you go in there you will see a toilet one lone toilets raised on a tiled platform is that a toilet for worshipping no to thrown well it is a type of their own you will also see an associate professor of civil engineering named Darko just moving church and if you stay long enough you will watch him take a bathroom white put it in the toilet flash it follow it as it goes down to sixty six foot pipeline with two ninety degree turns and then comes out but he's not done yet he will pick up this soggy wipe and drop it into something they call the slosh box this is a clear tank are with a gallon of water in it and it gently add she takes the water it eighteen revolutions a minute for thirty minutes well that happens then he takes out the wipe he rinses it over as seen with holes in it for one minute now whatever's left on top of that service gets put into another oven I baked and then Wade what he does all day for whites because then they determine what percentage of the initial wipe disappeared versus what is left over yeah if ninety five percent of the wipe is gone once there through the process it gets raided this flushable he is doing testing for companies that are selling flushable wipes like Sherman insofar anything okay in order for them to be able to say their flushable if it was a fat Berg story well it is a fact story because the reason that they have to test these flushable wipes is because of the problem of as you pointed out the fact Berg which is when flushable wipes that really aren't yeah go down into the sewer and here's what happens they'll get twisted down there that actually makes them stronger and then they clog up the pipes they get into the sewer pumps they attract other cracked down there literally and figuratively and then they create these congealed masses of wash items called fact birds really help people are needing breakfast right now needs to late now Kay and discretion we don't if you're eating croissants don't look at them right now and does right so here's the problem the problem is number one there's different industries that set their own standards for what makes something flushable you have the water the water service industry I I II municipalities that run sewer systems etcetera they have one set of standards because they're thinking specifically in terms of what's not gonna ruin our sewers but then you have the industry that makes these products now you can imagine they would not like to be held to the same high standard that a guy who operates a sewer would like right right and the regulations on this are not as strong as you might expect so here in the United States every year between half and one billion dollars are spent dealing with the fact Berks yeah I can imagine they got unplugged pipes they got to replace sewer pumps yeah I got to replace there's other underground equipment in the sewers people Dallas all kinds of stuff they're not supposed I know but these are things that are telling you that to flush them and maybe they shouldn't now so we spend up to a billion dollars a year dealing with this stuff the manufacturers this is a seventeen billion dollar industry and it is growing at like six percent a year so it's going to crack a twenty billion dollar a year industry this year or next year and there are so many whites now I don't mean there's so many brands of white there are so many types of white there's toilet paper replacement wipes baby wipes house cleaning wife's face and body washing white most sex White House so here's the thing there seems to be an agreement that the culprit here is largely one kind of white Bob baby wipe when they do I studies where they did a study of god bless whoever had to actually do it where they collected all the debris he now that hit the the collection grades in New York or one of their sewer since New York yeah and what they found the vast majority of the stuff was baby wipes not the other kinds of white right so this is the argument going on the rest of the wipe industries pointing at the baby white people and saying you are the problem we're not the problem but environmentalists for example are at painting with a broad brush all of the white their villain Ising all of the White House and they're trying to figure out how can they increase the regulation how can they improve the manufacture of these items and how can they make sure that when you buy something that says flushable on it it really is legitimately flushable now you're supposed to put do not flush on certain items of whites the problem is there aren't strong enough regulations to make sure that every box of these wives say do not wife or uses there's actually a little do not flush logo there's not enough regulation to make sure that that information is prominently displayed in a way that a person would understand not to flush it and at the end of the day it all comes down to our weird to desire to flush and three why no matter what down our toilets so that's going to continue to be a problem all right when we come back speaking of battles there is a war going on in Italy right now if I told you that I'm going to talk about a war but you're gonna smile you think that was weird but wait till you hear the war that is raging in Italy right now how about we come backs calf I eight six forty live everywhere in the I heart radio a.

"Bill Handel show bill on vacation coming up at ten John Thomas filling in for Jerry and Shannon then in for John and Ken today from two to six from TMZ and from bill handles old law school where he taught bill handle legal FX Harvey Levin and then o'kelly infer Tim Conway junior tonight now earlier in the show we talked about a new tracking system for drones that the FAA is going to propose were every drone would have to broadcast its location and who is operating it at all times when it's operating that's for drones what about the real future flying cars that's the solution to our traffic problem flying cars not enough room on the ground put the car in the air and they call it urban air mobility when companies are already working on this uber I has a whole division that is devoted to figuring out how to make and deploy electric self guided little vehicles that can take off and land vertically their division is called uber air and here's what they envision it would be a network of sky ports and then a big fleet of the self piloted the cars when everyone a column I mean you do we still call them cars if they're flying around vehicles and they would even be quieter than helicopters at first people would be piloting them but eventually no people will pilot them blueberries in partnership with about twenty different companies and organizations including six vehicle manufacturers and this is crazy to me because when you think of the self driving car can we all admit at the self driving car the true self driving car is still a long ways off I know they're doing test runs and I know they have this software that very sophisticated but you're still hearing stories of people dying in their tests was because they put it on in the auto pilot they weren't paying attention and the software messed up and it seems to me like the true self driving car is a long ways off but uber is already talking about test flights of self winding cars in the air next year sitting right here in Los Angeles and they think that they can ramp up commercial operations by twenty twenty three that seems impossible to be and maybe it is because uber you know uber's a company hasn't made one dollar in profit yet so I'm not sure that to what's that thing that your mom would say when you're eating too much food your eyes are bigger than your stomach yeah yeah I think that's true of uber in terms of the technological sphere I think that their ambitions outweigh reality to some extent but that is what they're working on and that is what they're saying that is what they're planning and they're not alone if that was just uber you could say they got crackpots over there it over what are you gonna do but they're not the only ones I Google's parent company alphabet has a division called wings they are also getting into this urban air transport idea although I think in their case they're looking more at delivery services rather than ferrying people around but guess what they have already started doing this in this little town called Christian Burke Virginia they have drones delivering people's homes now you might think E. one musk would be a guy be at the forefront of the flying car but he really he said at a news conference they'll be zillions of these things flying all over the place and inevitably somebody's not going to service their car properly and they're gonna drop a hubcap and it's gonna guillotine somebody now that was last year maybe I he has changed his view of it also you're telling me that we live in a world imagine we live in a world where you have self piloted electric vehicles they take off and land vertically like a helicopter but are much quieter and take people around everywhere and they still have hubcaps they can fall off that seems strange to me but this is what you know even as they try to get self guided cars going they're already looking ahead to self guided cars up in the air they're not gonna be able to do this as quickly as they think there's already huge problems with a transportation technology that has been in the works for a long time and that's the Federal Aviation Administration and their next Gen air traffic control system which isn't even as crazy as flying cars they're just trying to modernize the air traffic control system by having things like instead of all the air traffic control commands being given by somebody over a a radio communication by voice there would be text messages the equivalent of text messages if you know the problem is right now the guy gets on there to goes all right flight Baba blood turn left fifty degrees everybody hears it everybody has to hear that and apparently once in a while V. R. callsign for an airplane or the flight number or the identifier will be similar to another plane that's also up there and that other plane the thinks that the air traffic controller just told them to do something so the idea would be only the plane that needs to do something gets the text message right it would eliminate that problem and they're also trying to do more efficient routing the flights and that's making people crazy because people in neighborhoods that are not used to having your planes fly over them now have airplanes flying over them sometimes and they're losing their minds about it and my point is simply we've had air traffic control system and airplanes for a long time and next Gen is not trying to invent a completely new kind of transportation and even that system is having tons of problems and they're they're estimating it could be twenty years before they get that thing up and running properly in the end burst talking about flying cars in Los Angeles next year I just don't think so all right let's get some news for Monica rex and then finally when we come back we'll finish up the show why is it that you just don't have any time no hard you try you don't have any time well there's some real reasons for that KFI am six forty live everywhere in the I heart radio after Monica Rick some news please has appointed.

"Six forty to bill Handel show a bill is still on vacation I did that text with him back and forth a bit right before we started the show and I asked if he had any messages for the listeners and his response was and I'm just quoting I'm just the messenger pound sand so and send everybody loves Bill handle some of the top stories that we are covering for you here at KFI there was a four point nine after shock out near ridge crest at about six eleven this morning it was felt widely throughout California but there are still luckily no reports of property damage or injury there and labor secretary Alexander Acosta has announced his resignation effective one week from today Cassie I could not take the heat from all the people giving him grief over his handling of a plea deal for a Jeffrey abstain who himself faces fresh charges of exploiting minors sexually and sex trafficking and another big story this morning is our president trump you may remember yesterday we were waiting for president trump to make an announcement and what we were expecting wise announcement of some executive action on getting the citizenship question on to the census but in fact he came out and capitulated on that point they are abandoning their efforts to put the question on to the census forms but they are not abandoning their desire to get an idea of she's me of how many citizens are in this country and so what he's going to do or what he already did basically is he's ordered every department of the government to S. fourth with turn over any records I that Wilbur Ross once to try to counter people that way using you know a variety of government records and you can cobble them together and you can get some idea of how many people here are citizens now is is the trump administration interested in how many citizens there are or are they interested in how many people here are not citizens are they're focusing on how many citizens but really it said this is an exclusionary way of counting how many non citizens there are and what's interesting about this question is let's say you take the population and you subtract the number of citizens and now you have this number of people but this number of people is still not a single thing this remaining pool of people we'll be illegal aliens green card holders armed Dr people and I and I I mean what I understand the people's a doctor people are illegal aliens I'm I'm not sure that's true I guess I can go on a quick tangent here there's been a big discussion about well the stock of people the they did break the law or they are breaking the law I don't know it's a complicated legal question because when you when they entered this country illegally and entering this country illegally is currently a crime it's a misdemeanor when they entered by definition these are by definition Dhaka people are people who who came over here when they were kids I'm not sure legally they could have formed the the requisite intent necessary to commit that crime and I don't know if your initial entry into the country if that is not criminal because you as a child couldn't have the intent to violate our immigration laws then I don't know if your remaining here can be considered a criminal offense it's the size the point ultimately I think I'm just saying maybe the doctor people are just lumped in with other quote illegal aliens or maybe they're a separate group so you still wouldn't necessarily have the lay of the land through this method now I suppose you can subtract the citizens and then you can go to ice and the other immigration at agencies and you could find out from them how many green card green card holders are there how many people are registered in Dhaka so on and so forth and then I guess at the end of the day you could get a decent estimate of how many illegal aliens are here as well but he hasn't really talked about it in terms of it being ultimately a way to count the number of illegal aliens so it's a little it's still a little opaque what they want to do with whatever information that they're going to be able to get an any we can all speculate they're gonna they're gonna you they're gonna use it to do partisan gerrymandering of districts now that that is you know legal at least the Supreme Court would not the federal courts would not get involved in that kind of thing but I don't like to speculate too much about this administration and I think what whether you love president Donald Trump or you despise him I do feel like one area of common ground should be that it a little bit of an unpredictable administration all right out when we come back all my goodness speaking of this division in this country there is a battle and Mad feelings as a city decides they will no longer start their city council meetings with the pledge of allegiance cell tell you where it's happening why it's happening what people are saying about it and whether it's the end of the day this is something we should be arguing with each other about KFI am six forty Jennifer Jones Lee has news right now an after shock.

"Handle on the news. Will you please? Do me a favor will you please go over to handle this and plunged through his forehead. And now here's Bill Handel. Wow. But that's okay hard. No. It's not harsh. It's let me tell you that solicitation of assault. Yes. It is. But people often ask me, what makes successful talk show host. Two things number one of both sides of any issue. Hate you with a passion. Right. That is one definition. The other one is as you're driving down the street. I say something and you're trying to punch your fist through the windshield. That's also very helpful in defining a a success. All right. Good morning. Jennifer Jones Li ion good morning. Good morning, Wayne. Well, congratulations. Then. Good morning. Alex Bill and good morning to Mr. Ramirez. Good morning mister handle. Okay. Well, said well done. Oh, just real quickly. We're not we don't have this in the news. But the president is undergoing his physical his annual physical today, and I fully expect the doctor come out and say, this is a healthier president in the history of the United States may be the healthiest man on the planet. For all I know. And so he's just the healthiest healthiest on the planet right now or of all time, I would guess all-time all-time. Meantime, George W still runs marathons every day. He's what is late sixties? Now is maybe even a little older NAT he'll see still runs ten miles a day when he was president secret service guys couldn't keep up with him. I don't doubt that they put they put the best the secret service. I'm talking about thirty year olds who are in great shape could not keep up with him. My friend just met him yesterday and posted a picture on Instagram. My thought last night was damn Mike your aging don't say next to the president. Older, but President Trump, of course, is in far far better shape. It's I heard his cholesterol is a negative number h how healthy cholesterol and his body fat is six percent. And. George W Bush's body fat is I guess fifteen maybe twenty. Some very good shape and Brock Obama some great show. Yeah. Very this whole conversation has taken an odd. Turns this weird. Yeah. And there's Wayne, okay? Walks in very last second, Wayne parents just the way he rolls. You guys, right? Oh, there's some nice question for John, and John was being a jerk and wouldn't give me the answer. How unusual Jennifer for? We're going to handle on the news late edition a quick when you had pointed out, but not not inaccurate. We've been watching as Roger stone left the US district court house in Washington this morning where he was arraigned and pleaded not guilty. Of course, pleaded not guilty. And of course, the crowds outside and they're screaming at them. You know, you got pro stone anti stone. Protesters out there holding their signs dirty trader this and that, but it wasn't that that caught our attention. It was the giant inflatable. Donald Trump rat innocent across the street from the courthouse this fantastic. And we have a picture of that up on my Instagram Twitter. Show got it. Yeah. It was people these days. Yeah. Tiffany, all right. Let's do it handle on the news later this year. Jennifer Jones Lee, Wayne Razek, again me lead story. Wider stone, not guilty. That's what he he pleaded. I think that's surprising portion of this is that he had the opportunity to catch all the media attention. There say something like he did the other day when he was arrested, and he didn't I'm sure his lawyers shot up. What else is going to say he didn't say. Yeah. Well, of course, he does. But there's nothing more to say so eight not guilty. I'm going to be vindicated. I love the president yada yada, yada. All right now, something has really affecting us here. "Live and local AM six forty iheart radio station. Handle on the news. I'm talking to Bill Handel said that he told you. You never told me. Why didn't you tell me? I would have been very happy to speak to what are you going to do? And now here's Bill Handel. Yep. See how that worked out very deep some things. I don't think require an explanation. That's probably true. They do for me. Right. Some of the bigger stories that we're covering today the shutdown is over although the shutdown may come back in two weeks. I don't think so. And we'll go into that. And I have Kamala Harris she announced for the second time yesterday. She's running and a great story. Tom Brokaw, really put his foot in his mouth on this one in terms of the comedy made about Hispanics assimilating Venezuela. It's going to be the next two three days. And I think that'll do it for Venezuela. Least the Madero government. I think. Otherwise, you're going to see mass shootings in the street with the government forces. All right. So let's just do it handle on the news. Late addition lead story. Various not going to be a state of.

"Forty four stimulating talk Bill Handel here. This is handle on the law. Marginal legal advice. Hello, tracy. Welcome to handle on the law. Yes, ma'am. Now, I have a question last year. My child was taking out of school permanently by his grandparents they weren't on the emergency slip. But the school allow them to take him is that allowed? No. But let me ask you. What do you mean? Permanently taken out of the school. He he was drawing going through guardianship battle. Yes. Okay. And so I don't understand. He was permanently withdrawn by his grandparents, I are the two are the two connected at all. I'm I'm sorry. I'm that. Okay. What you're saying? Okay. So there was a custody battle and your son was taken out of school. Correct. Correct. And as a result of that, you're the grandparents took him out. Where's the connection here? Oh, well that there is none. They okay. So forget about forget about all of that. It's your this is your parents or your husband's parents mine. Okay. So your parents took the kid out of school without permission, and I'm assuming they didn't take him that he didn't kidnap him. They didn't run off with him. E went home the issue is that he was simply taken out of school. Without permission. Correct. Actually, he remained with them for about a month after that. And they wouldn't and they and and you try to get your child back, and they wouldn't give you the kid, correct? Wow. All right. Well, all right. That that is. That's a tough one. So now, I so what would you like to school to be responsible for for them being with the with the grandparents for a month? Yeah. I mean that was an infringement on my my rights. I would I would think. Yeah. It is. It is. However, I, you know, I don't know what the damages are. Because the argument is you didn't have your child for a month based on the school being at fault. I don't know if they'd be responsible for a month's worth of a month's worth of you not seeing your kid because what you're affectively saying is it's not the grandparents fault. It's the school's fault. I'd say both bought. Okay. So I if I don't know what the damages are here, Tracy. I do not know what the damages would be the problem is you're going to have a tough time finding a lawyer that's going to go with this. Because. Yeah. They're not going to settle the school's gonna fight it. And then the jury is going to have to determine what damages. Do you have that the they did wrong? But it's the grandparents that did at all not not the school in which is what I look for..
