See if they ended up elsewhere this half to been I mean, they have to done something somewhere next. Now, I think somebody died early. I can't I can't remember there's sort of bay area thing to it. As I recall. It's the best man. I love that music. I just think it kicks s I totally agree. There are more names here. I'm going to click through and read about. All right. So let's see building building the coffers. Let's talk to John twenty three Detroit. John. Guys, say could you? Not much. I'm causing girl about numerology harvesting. "We saw flashback to that. And that was when he because Lisa really was pissed at them. You can see like stop it. So now, we go over place called rage ground, which is also the original name of the show and saucy Katy and Britney show up. And it's like one of these places where you get like a baseball bat, and you get to break things, you know. So they are just like it's like this just like breaking shit, you know, and being like, oh, my God, this is like their appear dick and brynas like days. His for all the boys will done stupid it to us. I'm like, yeah. You could like break that Hewlett Packard printer. Or you could just like not get engaged to this boys. You do stupid shit to you maybe hitting and she probably kept her bring on during that whole thing to idiot. So. So britney. Yeah. Katie's like Britney has a ring. But also the most rage to work shut up. Katie your boyfriend poured water on reported drink on your hand. Okay. And like not to set up your own background party. Like, please. You got married like in the woods to a guy who hasn't taken a shower after swimming in a fucking closed upon for three days grow when their wedding. It was a Wednesday wedding invite towels Wednesday wedding river scented groom, man. She's like that patriarchy like set up, Katie. Patriarchy is that kind of Bill chase that woulda? So then, of course, they have nothing going on for themselves. So katie's play you know, Britney has escaped ever being fed on the burner on this show. So let's probably Britney a little bit. Yes. She's like so Britney, I feel lighter after that. Don't you? And I was like why are you saying that like you're just opening the door? So she shit in there. I feel lighter. My, you know, I know you wanted to do this last year with Jax is that still on your mind, you still wanna break things because of Jackson's she's like now we sell it regularly. Thankfully, we have a lot of plastic ware. She's like, no. I mean, that's a horrible human being a monster pig an enemy of meat-eating movement. And she's like I have been saying that guy the, okay? Different. And he was different reports that they'll play it's just because it's Dan or he played the Dan card, but his dad's dead and have their say something like that. Here. I'll just really want people to believe in our relationship. You know, I wanna believe I want people to believe that guy who was like, a serial philanderer and someone who takes on girlfriends all the time, including just eighteen months ago there he consoling change overnight, and we could have a long lasting beautiful love affair that will let the rest of our lives. Why can't people believe it's all because? Well, I want people to believe my mouth is deposit box. Okay. It doesn't work you Hooker. But I'm living Britney watching Britney just fucking lose it because she's so in the wrong for this. And she's so making mistake, and I cannot wait until two years from our they're playing this over and over again while she's crying some motel said, yes. Well Britain is also doing that really annoying thing that happens in relationships where especially where there's a co dependency issues, especially when there's a guy who like treats the girl like shit because probably she has daddy issues, which is that she ultimately like circle the wagons around her man, you know, and so an NF annoying because then when he invariably does something shady to her he like cheat honor. She's like, I am three. I am through gonna be my own woman. And then she goes to refrains and the friends all gathered around her and lift her up and supporter and talk all this shit about the guy, and then all of a sudden back with them. And then it's like now you can ask because you tried to help her. Yes. And this is about the age. Aides, you know, they're at about that age read just get sick of that shit. And you're like, no, I'm just not going to be your friend. If you're going to keep going back to that abuse of dick. Okay. Yeah. Like I've had enough Kate. And you're mostly on my couch, you ever fold the seats up you eat everything in my refrigerator. He never offered to pay for anything. And you use a toilet paper. Okay. Yeah..

"Your new venture. And to congratulate you on five great years of doing the sports zone. W O R. I really enjoyed watching you grow as a broadcaster and begin to make an impact in this market. Got a very very solid future ahead of you in this field in this city, and I hope for nothing but big things from you moving ahead. So again, all the best great working with you. And I look forward to seeing you and perhaps even working with you again down the road take care. That's great stuff. And and we've been so fortunate to work with those guys over the years here W O R, and Deb anything like that from our. I mean that makes me over the Moonies someone that I was a kid growing up. He didn't give me cry. But. But, but yeah, I mean, I grew up really I watch them on TV a lot when he was at FSN, y and go the islanders and the Matt's probably was watching how he rose call games like one hundred fifty days a year. So yeah, that's that's awesome. And we'll forget Josh Josh is going to be doing pre and post in San Diego next year. And he's going to be a big loss for the broadcast team always loved his sense of humor on the broadcasts. And and what he brought to the table with that. He had some big calls big moments as well. And you know, new ad punctuate those things and add that excitement. So josh. Did a tremendous job in with. I think seven seven years doing the radio. So. That's great Stephen Wayne Madge, break one ink toner. And that's that's what that's what I'm known for. Hey, at least at least you remember to do yours is when when Kersee just said, I'll do other yours tomorrow and never called back. He wants to do a live. That's what he's all about. He wants to get his his stuff out. There producer Ray is in our our final oddities somebody. We put together the course of this off season have some fun and we've found out your secret sauce to find in these stories yesterday, which is fun. Yes. Why found one today that wasn't from there? So we'll get to that one. Google weird news. I did. But I found one we'll get to that. In just a moment. What what kind of payment is McDonald's, not accepting even it's become popular. Mcdonald's is not accepting. Now, that'd be we'd a man in Florida. Tried to pay for his McDonald's with a bag of weed in port Saint Lucie. Police were alerted to the McDonalds offer early Sunday morning and got a description for the worker and the suspect matches description went to the drive through a little while later and the police took care of in there. So no, you cannot pay for your late night. Mcdonald's. If you have the munchies you can't pay with what probably gave you the munchies city go through the drive thru twice. I guess forget that he had already gone through and went back to the team. Yeah. That was pretty bad. Here's the story right here. Do you take a lot of self fees? No, you don't thank goodness for radio guy. There is a San Francisco Dr is seeing a rise in what's called the selfie wrist. That's right. These selfie wrist. That is the name given to the, numbness and tingling sensation people can experience in their fingers and wrists with sometimes develops into a sharp pain. This is Dr Levi Harrison from San Francisco said is caused by hyper flexing your wrists. Inward to capture a perfect selfie angle. So so you must be suffering from that. Right. Yes. I think a lot of pictures of me. Yes. Yes. Always always take painkillers and and make sure that risk. I don't want to sit on the air. I don't want to say that don't wanna talk about the painkillers. That's not a good thing. Sorry, I, you know. This innocent man in New York was built forty six hundred dollars for a police, shall we say cavity probe. Yes. Apparently this man had been suspected of being carrying some kind of a drug inside of him and police now sent him to the hospital and to make it worse. The hospital did not do the procedure. So he sat there for a while until they got proof that they were actually allowed to do that procedure. They did the procedure if they didn't find anything. So he's innocent. Right. Everything's fine. Great couple months later, boom. It gets a Bill for the procedure. Gosh, I thought they thought they were gonna find forty six hundred dollars. No, nope. But Forty-six hundred dollars he gets charged because the police wanted to make sure it wasn't carrying any cocaine, and we'll he wasn't unfortunately, he's to pay the Bill chase. That's terrible. That's not the way it should work. And finally, it's it's complicated. Here you want this thing my wife's into this. And I I'm worried because we got it for Christmas. You got an early birthday actually, these DNA things in the background history. Things the ancestors and are out there. Twenty three and me informed. This couple that the husband and her were related. Oh, no. After thirty eight years of marriage. Geez. How closely related third cousins. Still, but just that's creepy. The whole thing this whole I find this whole DNA thing, very odd that my wife, and I got in a little argument over this. So we did. And I'm sorry. I apologize. But I didn't like the whole idea of going back and looking this and related to and everything and I worry about things like that. I find out then then you'll run away. Plus, they got your DNA now. Right. Exactly. That's the other thing. That'd be given away your DNA. No. You never know. You might not want to leave any tracks its up point in the future. And now you're in big trouble. It's way pretty much bad. But heck that's kind of a surprise thirty eight years of marriage. And then you find out the jacuzzi. Oh boy. That's pretty odd. Final oddity in the sports. Wow. What a what a dramatic close to to that segment. Do it with you over the years Ray? And Ray we'll be back. Furs NFL is the big one. We need a big night. Now, he needs a rebound night had been absolutely on fire winning every week. He told you last week. He said bet the farm on my picks. I've got it all figured out. And then he went one three and one last week. Got that second win. So I've NFL picks clock..

"Welcome back. Canines are a group of part of words that include animals, like wolves jackals foxes wild African dogs dingoes. And of course, our beloved pets are dogs dogs have in common with the rest of these carnivores. They have long legs most of them except productions right there deep chest cavities. They have long snouts these canines besides dogs usually have prick ears, and they're really well adapted for running and pursuing prey over long distances over planes now they speed up slow down and you'll see that these animals very often will travel in packs they have teeth that can slice flesh and rip it apart. They sometimes have bushy tails, but they usually all have tails unless something's happened to their tails. But generally, they all have tails, they also have non retractable claws not cats are not in the cat family. And usually on the front paws. They'll have these little do clause, which is that extra toe that we'll see sometimes on on dogs, usually those do clause in domestic breeds people will remove them a lot of breeders will remove those do claws, but all canines have those do clause in the front of their legs dogs, and canines are born blind often the eyes will open about three weeks after birth. They also form social groups are packs or families, which is now kind of politically, correct. With a social hierarchy canines are usually very territorial and adults will vocalized by howling to communicate over long distances only, the young will do Yip Yip Yip Yip, you know, embark. And of course, we will see domestic dogs a lot of barking one thing that all canines do as well as all predatory animals. They follow what we call a predatory sequence. So when they're hunting, they'll I will give a hard. I then they'll gradually go and start stocking. Once they're stocking and the animals starts to. Run Bill chase after it. They'll grab it. They'll bite it and in most wild canines. They'll dissect it, and then they will consume it. You know, dogs are genetically ninety nine or ninety eight point nine gray wolf, they are descendants from gray wolves. So yeah that little Chihuahua. You have at home is ninety eight point nine percent, gray wolf, but due to human influence, you know, they're very different..

"I think one of the things that unrelated, but but related financially is, you know, disentangling ourselves from Florence. Wars that have drained our Bank accounts, but more specifically, I think we also need to try to make sure that healthcare is more affordable. I mean, let the dollars that. Are there be spent more effectively, and so one of the things I advocate for still is eliminating the the national Affordable Care Act and going back to allowing states to handle their their healthcare. The way it was done before the federal government block granting states like Massachusetts. If they wanted to create a universal healthcare coverage, they they did that themselves, and we you know, as Massachusetts were able to effectively cover a almost a hundred percent of adults in one hundred percent fully of children. So we've been able to deal with healthcare in Massachusetts. Pretty well. I wanna make sure the federal government allows our state to have the best option going forward. And I think having government run healthcare. Unfortunately, drives up the cost. There are no savings created by that the free market is what creates the savings and just to give a quick example on that Lamar if if you've ever had ice surgery when I was eighteen called radio. Of me over time. It's developed delays thick and so use the laser now and the costs are fairly reasonable because it's not in a lot of people's healthcare plan. So it's optional. And so that they they're very competitive with the market prices. And the technology has gotten better I'd like to see more of that. I know governor Baker talked about that in two thousand fourteen when he campaigned about trying to make products and procedures healthcare products and procedures available online. So that the free market could help drive down the cost to make healthcare more affordable, lavar, Greg question, I promise. More time. Lamar the next time. Cuts benefit Lamar, I'm going to know. Lamar. Let's be gentlemen, please. I give you more next time. But I got three other course, Dan, he did not answer. My question in your opinion. I think he gave you thanks very much. Lamar appreciate your call. Let me go max. Okay. We're gonna go. I want you to bring Patty from Hyannis. I don't wanna cut off against she's back in line for let's go. Hey, Patty in Hyannis, you're on with Geoff Diehl, go right ahead. Hi. And high by Patty daddy, did did you do anything on your end? I just need to know when I brought tried to bring your you're. Okay. And all of a sudden went away right problem is in our end. Okay. I apologize. We'll get it fixed. Head Patty any rate. I just wanted to congratulate Jeff, and I'm so happy and proud that. He is our Senate candidate. And I wanted to say. I don't even know where to begin. But this. Amount at twenty five that Warren said that she would impose on Trump is so ridiculous. This is just one piece of her. She's just ridiculous. And she's so obstruction. That I just I don't know if people really take this seriously. I mean. Why would people even? No humor her violin. She's one of one hundred US senators, Patty, she has to be taken seriously, Patty. I understand your frustrations. I'm sure Jeff appreciate your support. I want to try to get a couple more in. Okay. Yes. I'm so glad that you call back. Thanks very much. Have a great now we're going to go next very quickly dawn in Westfield, Massachusetts out west. Hey, dawn next on nightside. With Geoff Diehl. Go ahead. Hi, dan. Hi, jeff. Congratulations on winning the primary. Thank you done. You're welcome. I disagree with what Elizabeth Warren has been doing the last couple actually months, but she's been doing but the twenty fifth amendment. This whole thing is ridiculous. She should not be trying to impeach the president. I was just gonna say the other thing too is she's basing her decision on that on the fact that there's an anonymous, you know, author to a letter to the New York Times, which I think is improving to be somewhat partisan in their dealings with the president. So I mean, you know, again to use that as justification to go in-invoke something that would again put our country into a constitutional crisis. I think just is is really an irresponsible statement. And and seems to be a bit of, you know, pandering to try to again, raise your profile for a run for the White House in twenty twenty. It's just not going to be helping Massachusetts for the future. If she will be elected not to the to the Senate. And that's why again, I wanna be take my track record of saving taxpayers money in this state working for them over the last eight years take that track record down to Washington focused the next six years on delivering results for Massachusetts. Dante. Thank you so much for the call. Appreciate it very much. I cut I cut Lamar quickly. You got to be quick for me. Fairly quick. I just wanna say until that person steps forward and identifies himself that person has no substance in the article in the New York time for enough. Thanks, don. Pre you call Jeff. Eight thirty. I want to try to get one more in could you please drop. Dawn for me drop button is not working. Thank you, dawn going to get Maria Maria is calling from Quincy Maria you end. I just hit the green button and Maria went away. So we got all sorts of problems here. I thank goodness will not fly in airplanes. Jeff, let's put aside. Get one more in here for you for ten I promised we've had a lot of phone calls. That's two drops on that. We need we need to address this stuff on Monday. There's been no drops by Whitman. Hanson's awesome. Way. Don't rub it in this voters in Moscow. Let's go to nearby. David inaugural. Hey, dave. How are you tonight? Dan. Thank you so much forgetting this all straightened out for us. Well, we're trying we're trying I don't know. We'll get it straightened out by money. That's for sure. I apologize. Call awaits in the line. And then they get dropped off your go ahead. Dave. I told me online for. But anyway, my main question here got I got two questions. The first one is what's your position on on renewable energy? But what is Trump doing trying to the coal industry is totally be regarding them. They they don't wanna do call anymore. Tell people in West Virginia. I think you'll get a lot of disagreement there. Go ahead. Small people will let let's get let's get a reaction from Jeff. I know I know Dave, I'm not running for Senate. But I think we should use every energy resource that we have different energy resources work better in different parts of the country. So glad Jeff. Well, yeah. I mean, we've shut down the two coal coal-fired plants in Massachusetts. We're about to shutdown pilgrim nuclear power plant, which is nineteen percent of our states energy. Even if you put renewable energy solar on every household. You couldn't generate the power we need, but we are trying to get more wind and hydroelectric energy. And as well, but you still need natural gas right now, there's a problem with permitting to increase the capacity in there. So, you know, we're going to have an energy crisis coming soon if we don't figure out how to use all of those options, I think Cole can't go away right now. And I think there's obviously an effort to try to make coal cleaner. But again, you you just can't phase an industry overnight. Okay. Dave. To speak to be phased out. But it shouldn't be. All right. Dave. Appreciate your call. Again. I I apologize for the for the brevity of the call. But at least got you on okay. Thank you, Dan. Thanks. Dave talk to you soon. I'm gonna do Jeff. We have again, you can drop that line for me. Thank you. Rob again, Jeff, we have plenty of phone calls. But I'm I'm gonna continue to talk about this race. But I want you to get back to that football game. Just in case that starts to rally here. Do you wanna give us the scores of? Moment with eight minutes and fifty eight seconds left in the third quarter. We're still at thirty four zero. So I I may be okay. You know as far as keeping the stress down. But there could be a fourth quarter comeback. We don't know. It sounds to me like the coach maybe maybe given some of the the the second and third line play is a good chance to get out there and show their stuff as well. Hey, Geoff Diehl. Thanks very much. Congratulations. Next time. We'll try to get you in studio here, and we will have everything taken care of from a from a technical point of view for some reason tonight. The phones have been a problem. Jeff folks want to get in touch with your campaign, and I know that there's a campaign still ongoing. Tell us how the website is deal for Senate dot com. D I E H L F O R dot com. We'll send you a free bumper sticker a free lawn sign, we'll get you signed up as a volunteer. If you decided to click that button. So please get energized get involved because we have the. Mentioned we have the message, and I'll tell you what. After Tuesday's results we certainly have the people be by behind us on this race. Oh, thank you. Dan. I appreciate the time. Jeff, a voice of reason. And you you you handle folks again, I know a couple of the callers Lamar in Dave we don't screen phone calls. They they probably not your fans, but you treat you respectfully. And that's that's what I think you need in the United States Senator not not don't take Domino's. You're you're you're you're you're the incumbent senators froze, I'm concerned, she is often way too condescending in her attitude people. So again, I I wish you the best of luck. I really do. Jeff. And we'll have shown okay towns. Great. Thanks, Dan people's post. Okay. We are going to need to take a break for those of you on the line RIA and others stay there. Love to hear. You your thoughts on the Senate race? We're gonna continue to talk about this. And specifically Elizabeth Warren's suggestion, which I think I I don't think that that. The Trump cabinet is likely to take advice from. Elizabeth Warren, I could be wrong on that. I could be wrong on that. But I think the deal is correct. That the effort by Senator Warren was simply to get a little bit of publicity and a week when Cory Booker and Kamala Harris Senator Booker from New Jersey and Senator Harris from California. Got a lot of publicity in front of the at the Cavanaugh hearings. I think it was. Look, if if the cabinet really felt that way, I don't think they need a nudge from Liz Warren, maybe I'm wrong, or maybe I don't know. Maybe I'm right. I'd love to hear what you think. Six one seven two four ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty Geoff Diehl at his daughter at his daughter's football game. I called him today and said come on in studio for now I said, Dan, I'd love to. But I can't they said, well, let's we'll compromise. We'll split the difference. And we we took we talk with you about a half an hour to all the callers. Thank you much. We're coming right back on nightside. With more calls your observations in your comments, your reactions what Geoff Diehl had to say to his candidacy and to what Elizabeth Warren is now saying about the so-called twenty well about the twenty fifth amendment which has never been used by the way, except on a couple of minor occasions. And I'll explain those. Nightside with Dan Rae. The Newswatch never stops. WBZ? Newsradio ten thirty. "Yeah, and that was fun only because like it requires us to really dig and find the research of who which you're not really supposed to know who the jury, the jury is personally, you know, it's, it's breaking the code, but that was the fun part of just getting some personality into it, and it was it was just fun because it became a lot more just humorous. And we got to really. Dive into just what any person with feeling thinking in paying attention and you could change a little bit, are you as the director of an individual episode like that involve with the casting of those juror characters, which are pretty major character. I was producing director on show season one, and I actually had the episode where we were doing the void deer and everything and actually doing jury selection. So I was part of helping bring them in. Gotcha until you knew this was coming to. So you had to get people who are more than just like, yes, the good wife juries who just sit there, which is hard because you want good talent you wanted actors. Yeah. Oh, that can deliver what you know is coming, but then you get, depending on what level of actor you're asking to sit there all nine other episodes and just, you know, and so that was a challenge of getting them to come in and just still be alive in part of the experience I've been, I wrote it just reminded me, Anthony. I wrote it at an episode code. Episode of Franklin bash was your show created with my partner Bill chase, who's a lawyer? And he said that when he picked juries that he knew he was going to win the case based on his jury, and I thought that's been even before the trial starts. He knows he's one that that that's fascinating. So we got to do that. We had to do a bottle, wrote the bottle, it sucked. I looked at it recently because I thought it was that good. I remember was like John Landis directed it like John Lennon's like pissed like here I am. I'm coming the show back in the day where it was probably a little bit more risque of show you wouldn't right now. This is the show I get, and I apologize to the co creator. I couldn't figure out what the hell it meant. Save money though. He did the job. Do you guys have questions for these folks up here? Want to make sure we get to your question? That's a good question. Have you accidentally created a bottle episode where the story of all to just not leave the rue? Yeah, I when I'm not told to. It is my proclivity to make them place and for me to to put to put to put the characters on a set and the let them speak. So when we did grow me twirled, which was the spin off of boy meets world. I wanted these two young ladies to come of age. Together in a window and everything that happened on the show. The next scene would be their reactions to whether it was. Do we actually love this boy do do do the things we are learning in the classroom pertain to us now or is history old and dusty. What? What are we and the best parts of the show were in the window. So the window started to take over the show and and as the audience grew, it told us that, yes, as I suspected, let's do it simply let's really cool. Yeah. It occurs to me is just as I'm listening to these gentlemen talk that. In the sitcom world. I, I think you..

Rather than a musical. Am I right Cassara yeah you're got it this week of course you did so we walked into the studio a little while ago, and you said I can never get over the Chicago sunrises and, you know we go to places and we take these beautiful pictures in Mexico. Costa Rica or wherever we happen to be in the world of the sunrises. We, even get up early to. Take pictures of them as we've done, here yeah Chicago's Chicago's not so bad and the, other thing? You can see which. Is. Really interesting to me from? This perspective, you know so if you go If you take a boat ride and go through the, locks on the Chicago river? Into Lake Michigan they explain to you what these locks are for how the direction of the river's been changed what was that about one? Hundred. And. Fifty. Years ago whenever it was up here from up here you can actually. See the difference? In. The, water level to me that's. Really interesting yes right. And also how those breakwaters affect the the lake which you get past those breakwaters it can get rougher that's what they're there for, help things down as you get closer to shore and you can, see truly how they do that Mr Schwab I know when I say goodbye. "News flash I'm Jamie west with three things you need to know right now a scene of devastation in the far. Southwest valley several homes destroyed by severe. Storms late yesterday KTAR Jim cross will have more from the. Scene coming up at seven thirty fallen DPS trooper Tyler Eddin Hoffer will be laid to rest later this morning at Christ Church of. The valley impure ya funeral starts at ten at offer killed during a. Struggle with a man long itin in Avondale and ASU professor accused of, sexual misconduct, and bad behavior. By multiple women over the past. Decade has been. Removed from. His post as director of the origins project Lawrence Krauss. I placed on leave after a. BuzzFeed article detailed the accusations but ASU says it hasn't received any complaints about him you're never more than fifteen minutes away. From today's top stories on Arizona's news station KTAR news I, am so excited that hopefully before the end of the year. I'm going to move back to Phoenix I live in Tempe I have for twenty six years but I'm planning to move back. And I'm going to move. Downtown to a very nice apartment community in. Downtown Phoenix and I don't want. To go much more into detail with that because number one I don't think you, care that much where I live. And number, two I don't need a lot of people showing up at my door looking for leftovers because. I've got a dog and he takes care of that for me so but going back to living. In Phoenix I've got a question for the plethora of people who are stepping up to run for mayor to fill Greg Stanton seat people like former council members Kate and Daniel balance Raila I've heard you talk about a number of things but I haven't and. Maybe it's because I'm not paying attention I haven't heard, you say much. About what you plan to do about taking care of. The son's desire for a new arena this isn't a sports commentary this is a, business commentary I. Was downtown Tuesday night had dinner in an establishment very, close to talking stick resort arena there was a baseball game going on as well as a basketball game and the, establishment I was in was doing a nice brisk business which on Tuesday nights in, downtown when there is no event going on does not happen I'd love, for the mayoral candidates do just tell me what their position is on what they feel the city ought to do for not only the sons and maybe, the, coyotes but also you're going to potentially, lose a tenant or it's not your tenant but the d backs have made it clear that they are looking at places. Beyond downtown for a new, ballpark that is going to. Have an economic impact on Phoenix weather people want, to admit it or not and I know the taxpayers don't. Like investing money in arenas for sports teams but there is an economic impact you lose teams downtown you not only lose a. Team to root for you. Lose jobs you lose businesses So, I'd love to hear the candidates. Talk about this now why, is this such a big, deal you may have heard about this. It might have escaped your attention but the NBA this week announced a. Marketing partnership with MGM resorts in Las Vegas about nine months ago the WNBA needed a place to put a team and they called the MGM resorts people. And said can you take a team for us and put it in your arena there and the MGM resorts people said sure but we'd like something back in return we'd like, to be first in line for relocation or expansion with the NBA in addition, to the marketing agreement they reached this week with the NBA now I'm not trying to be a fatalist but I'd like to hear what the mayoral candidates in Phoenix, have. To say about whether or not they're. In favor of finding a solution for the sons and coyotes because there is, an alternative for the sons it. May not be all. That pleasant but there is building in Las Vegas ready. To go, for an NBA A team right now I understand the, economic impact of keeping those businesses alive an arena but there are a lot of people are wondering why are we buying these multimillionaires stadiums to play in and what do we get out of it besides the. Businesses surrounding but I mean specifically from, the origin what do we get we, get a share of the profits Yeah. And I and I'm going to take this very quickly from the the, standpoint of somebody who worked. For the Diamondbacks win there. Was a lot, of anger about the tax imposed Bill chase field it's an. Investment, the way you look. At it is it's an investment. Go back much the county has, their economic picture improved because of the existence of chase field anger wasn't necessarily that. The anger was that voters had. Voted it down but, they. Did it anyway you. Have a legislative anger anger came from and there was a lot of misinformation, about about that taxes well just. A quick, story we were on a d-box backs winter tour one time. In globe and a, gentleman approached us and said he was not happy about paying the tax we had to explain to him. You're in, he'll county sir you didn't pay it and that just gives you, an example of a lot of misinformation out there, but it isn't it to me it's a it's a vital topic not just because I'm a sports guy this isn't about? Sports you lose, those teams or if, the sons decide we? Can find something better in Las Vegas It has an economic impact that just want to hear, what the candidates. Have to say and hopefully soon right now let's check with Kim commando as. You pack for what's left of summer's.
