"Chris Christie runs the Nugget right. I'm Yeah Tillman has a busy man. He's all over the country with eight hundred odd restaurants. He doesn't make the Golden Egg. Sulphur, often right not often, but he does once in a while ago. Yeah, absolutely. Another brilliant individual. Yeah Yeah. So so the interview process. I'd known a few of the guys previously that certainly helped at least be familiar and but it was a four month process, and then would have been February twenty-ninth. Two Thousand Fifteen. I! Think it was my first day. Does that have equal say to all six are they equally balanced the six members of the of the effectively. It's like a homeowners association. A lot of ways that the Fremont Street experience is does Landis have the same say as as a Derek's company or reserve is pro. Is it balanced toward how many? Oh? You own famous I you know. That the entity was created twenty four twenty five years ago and still to this day There's confusion over exactly how how the shares were divvied up, but in simply. You'll generally. If you own a property, have X. amount of shares. You don't do properties you've twice the shares night so so, but that's evolving of course as as properties, change hands and and are built. So as to, it's very different. Four format today there was twenty five years ago right? Why Not Plaza? Why isn't it in much plaza was part of it as was main street station I remember Lady, look also I wasn't there at the time, but. El, Cortez and So if we think back to why remote street experience was created, the local leaders think of some of these names Stephen Bill Boyd. and. Trying to think just now of off the cuff. How the other just unbelievable leaders that were around at the time. And downtown on was part of the Jackie going direct and thank you and. What happened was downtown was suffering, and the Mirage had just been built, was being built at the time, and the needed to be a rejuvenation of the downtown area, and a number of concepts were thrown out there, and and finally you pedestrianised the area and anchored with the world's largest. Video screen wasn't led at the time. Yeah, incandescent bulbs, thousands of light bulbs, and and so then all the investment of time was was was on the strips, and that's where the big billion dollar properties were being built. And ultimately yield, the number of businesses went out and closed. Their doors joined the construction. Just couldn't sustain themselves. And and some of the other peripheral properties throughout. Weren't able to continue. Contributing towards the maintenance of the area because it costs, and over time am some other properties be backed out of the organizations, so so plaza was their main streets, not mainstream. Excuse me. Las Vegas Club. Mainstream Greg Main Street was is has always been part. Of the board cooperation. Okay, so they're in it now. Big, club correct. And then Lady Luck and says you know they. They opted I would over time. So those are all voluntary decision. Lady, luck now downtown grand, and they're not in it now. Correct correct and circa. Derek is going to stay in the Fremont Street experience. Partnership! Oh! Yeah, Oh, Alison. Dissembling gone. Yes, absolutely so so yeah it. It's an interesting group. To work with because realistically, if realistically their competitors. Who have a common interest in the middle of the street and everyone has their common interest to drive downtown and ensure that. We get our fair share of of of visitors. Come to so how today is Fremont Street, experience funded. Oh I'm primarily from this from zip line zip-line, still okay, now zip line slot Zillah. Does enough business to sustain Fremont street experience. Yeah, well, you want. the reason I Paul is is we also need to consider that? We don't have entertainment right now? So, when that expands comes back. It could be a different story, but so obviously. We're all looking forward to the time when it's safe enough to bring entertainment back but then that may change the financial position. Either way we're. We're in good shape sought not running. Now it is it is it is but like everyone else you I think generally what what most of us are experienced in his. Is that the business levels? We have right now or about forty percent of last year's. So changes. That's everybody all along the Strip. Yeah, you're not anyone of his reliant upon tourism. And, of course, what we need is first of all stabilize numbers, and obviously we're not going to get into the debate over over covert. EP people to be able to travel again, and that's the biggest challenge for the city for to go onto Fremont Street right now. What are the protocols to just watch? Walk the prominent. Yeah, thanks for asking because it's really important. That we, we get this message out so that everyone understands the steps that we are taking to ensure a clean and safe environment, because that is exactly what the Fremont Street Experience Company. Our mandate is written into the management agreements since ninety, ninety, four, ninety five is our job is to provide and maintain a clean and safe environment. Primarily entertainment wasn't even a thought back then, and that document is still the guiding document. So so. Quite simply at public safety is our primary objective always has been from when we're doing. Concerts special events. New Years Eve. All of those public safety is top of mind that hasn't changed. So right now, we have at your owner. Call them checkpoints. We have controlled access at each of the entrances. And we are mandating that people wear masks when they come onto the mall. Six Eighty block enter sorry mall pedestrian mall. And to my knowledge nowhere else is doing that, so that is an unprecedented step that'll be oh, say has other other outdoor prominence. So. Think of Shopping Mall. It's not happening elsewhere mainly because there's so many many entrances. In addition to the six entrances a we have you know there are twenty seven. To The mall from the Casino Properties Yeah. But but it gives us a week. Connective Group obviously gaming control border are mandating masks within the properties now we've extended that out voluntarily. To The mall.

"MELTZER is Dave Meltzer with entrepreneurs the playbook and I have two lovely lovely entrepreneurs here with me Heather Ashkenazi and Timmy. Jandreau High Nail. That cheap. But I had to do it and you. Guys are the founders of Energy Muse. And I love having you here because it's like my worlds collide when we're talking about the playbook this is the playbook to success and you you guys are incredible entrepreneurs have been doing it for almost twenty years building a business building a brand. But I'm really interested in how you reconcile the hard core resistant. Bill Boyd shortages and obstacles of being two women entrepreneurs and yet ed you're in the space of what I'm most interested in in allowance. Which is the universe working together in your favor? So that started the very beginning. How'd you guys found our own? This business together. Well I was selling high end real estate in Manhattan beach in the eighties and the big bucks. Yeah so I had a A fortune five hundred executive. Come in town and he said Hey look I'm GONNA buy a lot of real estate from me but it has to have good function and this was twenty seven odd years ago and I'm like say what and he's like it's functional so figured out and and we'll go from there so I ended up going into this room and I learned classical funkaway which is based on mathematics and ended up selling him a lot of real estate date. And what would I learned through that period is that there was this whole world of energy that existed that I couldn't see but was very much there and it. It took me on a journey of learning about a lot of different things meditation. I learned transcendental that dental meditation I studied with healers I took the money from real estate and I traveled the world and I learned a lot of different things but I landed on the Big Island of Hawaii because I am Marie Searcher and I am very analytical person and things have to make logical sense to me and this woman laid all these rocks on my body and I went into into the space of Whoa this is what it feels like to not be type AAA and this is what it feels like to be grounded and this is what it feels like and this is what it feels like to feel and so for me it started this whole world and I came back and I wanted to incorporate funk Schwer eh and the gems so I created a necklace called prosperity which was based on three three coins tied with string to bring money I gave it to ten people to me was one of them in all ten people came back. WHO's I said I want you to work for ten days? All Ten people came back and said something happened after wearing this necklace and ten years in the garment industry before I've questioned because someone that has lived a journey similar to yours going from highly competitive scares capitalistic. View of the world into a more logical substantiative energetic view of the world. What do you think occurred? Or why or how did you attract that guy into your life. I think that from me. Ah I looked really good on paper but I wasn't content and I didn't even know it and I think that this man I look at him as an angel he he was a fork in the road from me because of him he changed my life and I think we all I believe we all have a destiny. We all have a gift and it was time for me to tap into that and my gift I have to say has if I didn't have the passion doing what I'm doing because you you know what I'm selling crystals and for many years you know normally had this conversation wouldn't have happened a year ago. We've owned a company for twenty years because we've been selling crystals to the top people in the world. They just don't talk about it now. It's okay to have this conversation with where exactly and that's and we're twinsies. 'cause I got the same one on so the thing is is that I think that we have to. We have to listen to our soul. We have to listen to our truth and sometimes that will override a lot of things and it did for me South Jimmy. You're the test of it was a test for a lot of things. Even her funkaway at the time. And you're like looking on from the apparel side like the business either. You like super spiritual like this'll be killer not at hi was not super spiritual at all. I had just come down from a beaten time in the garment industry. Where I had this gentleman that I worked for who was so hard? And he would like literally screaming. Amy and he's veins would happen and I was selling all the big box retailers but I lost myself there was not one ounce of femininity left in me me and I I was cooked was done. My marriage was on the rocks. I was traveling up a storm and heather gave me this necklace and I knew nothing about crystals but I felt about something and I knew I'd get the made so we've been friends since first grade. Oh very cool said and we're still friends huge accomplish now. I've been friends with my wife since the fourth grade did. She didn't like me me older. I liked her. I asked her to go steady and sixth grade. Together right very inconsistent right. That's right so heather gave me the necklace. I felt something we knew how to get. It made I go. Let's join forces. I'm out of a job. I quit. I'm like I need to regroup and literally we started selling these prosperity necklaces out of the trunk of our car on the streets of Manhattan beach. California ward grew people heard about it. We WanNA get some of that prosperity. We weren't aware this and that is literally we have had no business business plan probably not a very smart thing but we are strategise. Your Business Plan here is to why I trace calligraphy as where bracelets and put intention and every scoop water that I have. I always tell people when you're looking at something like this. Look and see what risks there is you know. When I went to Mexico City? They talked about how you created. It is an infinite life cutting off your own head like You know if I'm wrong. The risk seems pretty high compared to like. We're mccoo bracelets or trays in calligraphy. They're looking at water. You know the interesting thing is you. Hit all the key components for the mass appeal for what you do. There's no risk and and you give them an opportunity to do something that may actually work and I always say if there's no risk try it and if it works keep it. Yeah I think in Your Business is built on that basic premise. Without any business plan that. Hey we've got the libraries. I mean look I think that okay. I was was functioning people at the time. I was fun Twain and one of the people there are three people that gave us a break. One of them was Kristin Davis. It was right before she got on sex in the the city The other one was Mark Maguire when he was playing in the other. One was Richie Sambora. And so that at that point when press was pure and things things were we had a very large momentum and people that were into the leading edge the people that are the competitors out there. I mean to this day. Tony Robbins Robbins David Beckham. I mentioned these people because they could have access to anything in the world and yet the or tapping into this modality. Maybe not talking about it publicly publicly Phil Jackson. I think he was coaching the three piece. Repeat but I think what happened was it had this momentum because of who was wearing it and that really helped seen all athletes went that competitive edge so whether this was what gave them that they believed it did and so yeah we did right. You guys didn't have to do anything like power balanced the A. We did it but you know we kept it really simple. And we put the onus responsibility responsibility back on them. Will this change your life if you wear this. Well yes if you believe it will it will. And so. If you put the intention into it it will manifest and that was really. It wasn't going to be this healing phenomena. It's back on the person we're just supplying the tool shore. Heather you're a little bit more on the spiritual side as a student even of this like I am right so i. That's the pragmatic marketing side of me. Fully agree but I'm a little bit loose. I said they're going. Yeah if they believe it will work if they put the intention and work. But I truly believe that energetically even if they don't believe that it still oh work. It is still working hard sell but do you believe that the whether you believe it or not these things still work. Yeah because I think that every civilization since the beginning of time have used crystals for some kind of technology in modality. And if you look at what's happening. LCD screens today. Liquid Crystal display the atop lasers in the world of made with crystals. I look at them as technology. I look at them as a way to reprogram myself on a cellular level I look at them. As a way to go to zero point. I look A lot of different ways. But I don't think things withhold time if there's nothing to it and if you go back in time every civilization civilization has used the energy of the Earth so I definitely know that they work. I definitely know there's a logical mind out there and yeah yeah and so but the end today is in our journey back to our heart. How do we feel? That's what got me into all this. Yeah and you being such a pragmatic attic spiritual person very get to meet someone that so similar to to being. Who was the math to me? That got me involved in quantum healing energy because I sat next to a healer add medical doctor who literally told me that I was blocking my light and that she would teach meditate to raise my vibration and that I could be aware of more because everything vibrates and you'll commute aware of that which vibrates equal to lessen you to that end. There's still a lot of fate fate involved here in. I'd love to hear because you share the same business but a little bit different perspective. I'm listening to your the story in my mind. My pragmatic mind is like these are too shrewd business women with a lot of pragmatic business experience. That knew how to market it to the right people so in in. That's the pragmatic announcer. And then the real Dave Meltzer the one that's been alive for the last twelve years is going and they don't even realize what's going on in the math and technology of that there's a destiny here And whether you have any great skill sets or not or the quantum memory that you have indu execute on every day you know that your destinies even greater than this that there is a movement That is happening. There's an acceleration. Nation of people understanding energy resistance in abundance. I see both of you as catalysts to abundant universe. And and you're just servants to that I get the word out. Where's that balance though for you because half the time even you like those log and I'm like she doesn't believe in luck? Well I do. I do believe a loose show up and were ready for it. It's a lucky life. I mean I find my like getting the blessed life. I feel the opportunities in my life or becoming more and more every day and it's also we see life but I also believe it's what we choose. Choose to believe more than ever. I think that more and more people are connecting with the energy the Earth's because last time I checked we need to do something now. We need to re reconnect. He connected we need to get past the fear state that was to me. How does that all resonate with you? Well because heather has these grandiose ideas I think for me what I try to do and I've always done is work with the team to land and to get them out there so people understand them because we've got to talk to.

I was known for having supply side platform and form a direct response division and said. Look we're all on the demand side side. Now's a great time to rebrand them. So that asset off so people can understand that we're a different company now so that went through the whole process. We came up with a couple ideas ideas of different names. Nine someone new in marketing and we ran it by the company and everyone agreed that you know that was the right name made sense and here we are also you know talking about real time for a few minutes right. So that was a header bidding company on by right. When did you realize like again again? It was back in two thousand ten. It started right so that and that's an early somewhat early on. When did you see the win? You know old changing direction. I mean it was back again. Editing wasn't really huge. It's been a lot more proven matic but do those dead. Problematic really wasn't around so much correct. We're in the network space right. We we manage the publishers. Imagine of advertisers. We've bought and sold that media. We saw what was changing and shifting the programmatic space it really embrace the programmatic space from the band side revived on a lot of exchanges. Were using exchanges to monetize. A lot of the publishers are network and we decided. Look you know this. This is splitting apart. There's going to be separate supply. There's going to be suffered demand than how that's GonNa operates big enough that it's GonNa you know do center. Mediate that network effect. So we started the demand side business we started supply-side business called. realtime originally were just necessarily ragging tags. Were managing after publishers. That structure what happened and and then as we started seeing it flow pro grammatically through our TB and we saw that opportunity for header bidding. He said look this is this is the direction things are shifting and we need to jump on a quick quick so we started linking up with published in the last two scale very quickly because it allowed us to compete within the Rubicon pubmed or open who had a stronghold and building 'cause of raising venture capital people. They got in that up space harder than us and now had bidding it sort of embracing equal footing to anyone can now get their Ed. no-one no-one could lack of inventory. So embrace it well we jumped into it. We grew really fastened. That's what ultimately the latest take exit on your uh-huh so you sort of real time and then you also made some acquisitions during that during that process right I think two thousand thirteen thirteen was already been media and crowd here. I mean had they have that. Oh blend into where you are today. learnings and mistakes ready was just one of those things liver was terrence Quad Luma Who at some point? I was talking to him wherever we were just catching up on industry stuff. And he's like you should look data so I started looking in. They were looking for a lot at that point. They were still thinking something in great. What's going to happen with the business? That weren't sure but they sell it. They didn't want to do it for the numbers I wanted. An year went by and they were still on the block and conversations happen in. You know the investors astor's were just looking to get out and I said great. Here's an opportunity at the team. It made sense. We took it on because it was just seemed like a no brainer. And you know many years later rebrand not rebranding it but using that name but rebuilding how it operated what did putting new teams in place and stuff we were able to use that as our platform and who vaulted into the platform we have today and really take a hold of it and value on the Spin Xiv. And you know we're still trying to play in the contents space. We acquired a couple of properties. We only have one still today that we acquired which is still doing fairly well I would say it was gonNA acquisition of what it kind of fell in laps. Which one was at other celebs syllables? Yeah so you know. They were spin with selling to permit theus at the time. Lewis Bill Boyd And they didn't want three assets celebres being one of them but we were able to take all three because they needed to close to two weeks before Christmas. Obviously you can take it. But here's my knee. And we were a partner of those so they had owed us some money for buying nor had gotten a bad way and he was like look. If you can just forgive this elite closed our deal and walk away and not have to pay we get to keep a little bit. Could forget that it's a couple of hundred K.. And whatever else will work out and earn out whenever he was like great. You can take the profit so we transfer them before Christmas. We took them but it was good. It was beneficial transaction for us. At this point can have made our money back. You know hold on that But yeah only only one of the properties stockman sloppy today. It's still I mean it's funny. I remember you know early on in the conversations like you know. You started eating agr-agree celebrity site and it's got back into it. It's funny and then crowder as well right so crowd here you know talk about that and Out where that fits in your ecosystem. We actually parted ways with that was part of a higher end. Sort of an acquire thing. Okay we weren't able to you know take that entity and bring it to the right area and there wasn't a huge fit it in with management and how we're going to run that so we you know it's not like other companies but because of how things in our bootstrapped way of doing things you you know what you take the back. It's all good. There's not on done. It makes more sense that way so we worked out an exit strategy in that regarded. That still exists which original found learn. How Awkward Conversation was like few awkward or just like you know? I'm just not worth the trouble on this. You know if you if you're open to the realities of business and it's just a conversation you know we're not going to invest more more more energy into this. You're focused on on part of this is one of your core things. You should continue on that. It makes more sense. And you know that's how it went and it was a pretty simple simple transaction things compatible for mistakenly acquired things not that that was mistake but other things that I've mistakenly why they went bankrupt or we've parted ways because it didn't make cents. I mean but you know you talk about me talk about trials and tribulations and you talk about success and you know the reality is when you talk business now you so real time for almost fifty million dollars is unanimous business. And you've got this one hundred million dollar empire. Yeah and I can probably point half a dozen mistakes of failed divisions in failed venture ensure executives. We thought were going to be the Homerun effluence or marketing or this and we spent four hundred thousand dollars building this machine and that machine in this a male and they all went nowhere so it happens agreed to reality agreed which is always ask you know in terms of failures was again. It's not enough for every couple of hits you happy ever more misses out there and as an entrepreneur. I mean that's your life I mean you. Oh you don't take a big swing and sometimes you hit it and sometimes you don't then calculate with exit exits in and when you don't do the question then is up about it. You don't Mike you know some people really like hold onto the loss like the can't let it go and the keys okay. Doesn't accept it. That's the way it. It's never your first idea. When we around.

"So cool, Steve. That's like asking me who's my favorite grandchild. Oh, you know, I would have to say the silver slipper, which is out front in front of our visitors center. It is. I think. I would probably say the stardust sign on and probably the Milan Ruzyne the start assigned because, as I mentioned, it was the largest freestanding sign ever on the Vegas trip when it was given to us by the Boyd family, Bill Boyd gaming, he paid for it to have it cut up into six pieces, and shipped down the street to us and to tell you how expensive that is that was a quarter of million dollar move for that sign. So these things are not inexpensive. The Milan Ruzyne has great. American sort of social interest to it. It was built in Las Vegas, which was predominantly black. And this was the hotel that was built for black stars on the strip who are not allowed to socialize, even though they were working there. They would go over and they would stay at the Milan Rouge. I understand that was a real exciting time and so forth. But for whatever reason the didn't last unfortunately they cut out the segregation to in the rest of the strip, I can tell you one reason why didn't last because of Frank Sinatra. When Sammy Davis junior, his pal was forced to enter the strip hotels through the kitchen, and then was not allowed to stay at the hotel, basically Sinatra said, no, you want me to appear in Las Vegas. They're going to be treated, just like I am. He was a real barrier breaker. It's incredible stuff that again, this is the type of history that you're gonna get in a place like this. It's really incredible. The story of moving is unreal. Is there any particular one that you think this is the kind of the strangest thing you might see here? We have a few of those one we call the mullet man. And it's a sign that was off shopping center in the center of town, and it's, it's a guy in a western shirt with a pool stick. And he's got a mullet and we call him mullet man. And he is he's right in the middle of the bone yard one, right? Close to that would be the next one would be when they rebranded Treasure Island, as TI and got rid of the pirate sign with the big skull. That's call now lays flat in our bone yard and you can actually see it from the air. So there's gall staring up at you. So is this museum goes on through decades, and so forth? Are you always on the lookout for this kind of thing? He have any things where you can see, like, you know, some day they're going to take that down when they do, we wanted here, and we're very cognizant of that I used to be, when the museum, I started that we would actually have to call and ask for the signs. Now, we are normally the first call any company makes say, hey, we want to give you the sign but there are signs, not only in Las Vegas, but I would say around the state that we very much would would like to have if and when they ceased to become effective, so that's interesting. So maybe something from even place Reno or Tahoe or something like that, you would take that in here as well. We absolutely wouldn't fact we just was offered yesterday assigned from what Monka and win a Monka is up near the Idaho border. And we're very much interested in that when you talk about neon and the whole thing, the way, neon works, and so forth is that something people are going to find out a little bit about to kind of the whole science behind this currently we do not offer that? But it's funny you should mention it. We're getting ready and a working on a major expansion plans where we actually will move some of our operation across the street in an indoor gallery because there's a lot of indoor signs that we have in storage. And part of that indoor gallery will include and neon fabrication area where you will be able to see designers and signed companies actually fabricating bending, the tubes, gassing them and electrifying them wait for that. This to really great museums in the downtown area. Particularly stay here. But even in the strip, you gotta make the trip this, and the mob museum. And I understand you guys work together. We do. There's a joint tickets that you can buy that gives you both museums for one price. It's been a great relationship with the mob museum, and you're right. They're the only two museums of their kind in the world. And I think that's kind of the cool thing is that people always make fun of the people that go to Hoover dam. You know, and that kind of thing they don't like the real excitement of Las Vegas. Let me tell you, these museums different, the way you get past the word museum, so much more. All it absolutely is. And the future is very bright for this museum, or out of expansion will be coming up and create things ahead. And do you work with the young electric museum sign? They made most of these they get involved with this. Yes. Yes, goes been a great help to us over the years. The collection started actually twenty years ago. Some of the sign designer. Irs wanted to save some of the old signs and I started storing them on the back lot of. Yes, go the museums only been open for four years. So yes, goes played an integral part in this, but we have other companies as well that worked very closely with us, and people want to get a head start look where you on the web neon museum dot org. That's easy. Hey, thanks a lot. Best of luck. We can't wait to see what happens for this place. Once you expand to Morris really exciting. Thank Stephen good luck with the show..

Talking about and you said he was a very different guy off offstage very serious and very business like, and I remember we took a pitcher backstage own military one of these days. But I can't do a good impression. But. Tough. Yeah. Well, he would take an pitcher in camera wick a chess. Tell it to get the camera. You get a little bit miffed, you know, and then. I have the picture me and him and I got a smiling. I'm telling my friends inside of his mind right now, he's not a happy cow. Well, you know, he got into comedy very late in life was in his forty s I think right, and he'd had a very corporate career for lack of a better phrase. So maybe he was able to appreciate the things should be done. And appreciate the you know, what he was able to accomplish. I I always think riding my, of course, you've got all his favorite. Everybody has a favorite Rodney jokes. Yeah. The one that comes to mind to me is the he talked about I'm I'm going to get the setup wrong, but an Italian restaurant that was perhaps owned by a questionable crime figure in how they had broken leg of lamb. That's just a great life. Oh, yeah. Great stuff. Just a great line. You're talking about the setups setup. So you think of is one line get great setups. You know? In and he did a lot for Ludlow, younger comics. I know to you is happy to to spread the fame. And it's funny. How it works out, man. You talk about movies said just continued have legs if he did nothing else, but Caddyshack. That's it. He said, and he did a lot more than that. But Caddyshack itself has now really taken on almost legendary status. It's a remarkable thing about it. And he stole the movie, you know, and yeah. Yeah. His Rodney he he was father was a comedian. His father was a comedian. I don't think I knew that he performed as a comedian really forming comedian and. Great. He was doing. Well, you know, it's kinda breaking in riding. And then his wife that sick or daughter something happen when they were very ill and she had had to stay buying. So he couldn't do it. He he had. Shrill name was Jacob Cohen. Then he wanted the name of Jack, ROY. And so he's Jack Ryan right when he's clubs maybe even the cats China low, but and so he had to take care of his family was selling aluminum siding. That's right. That's right. Rodney Dangerfield sung, aluminum siding? Can you? Imagine the pitch boy. But anyway, yeah. And I saw, you know, perform suspect any any quite found his niche the head that move, you know, going to the tie bobbling by. Yeah. He didn't have the rhythm yard like he evolved into which in my mind. Just for me watching about the tonight show with Johnny Carson brutal. Nobody pattern. Yeah. Genius genius. And it was the standard that bad to judge. All this by hell. Oh perfect. You know? So now he's going to make a comeback age forty. What name I'm going to use. And he says righty fill. It turned out an obscure reference from the Jack Benny show. Really? Yes. Something like the cousin. Rodney Dangerfield Rodney date. Oh, really? I don't see that something else. I hadn't realized that it was a reference from from an old Benny show again, he's doing it. I was a kid. I saw my TV. I liked him just style. And unlike I've saying it defied age, it wasn't as jokes or so in yet to be older to get them. Some of them just got. So good the one liners. I just thought he was such a unusual before we connected, you know, and then Caddyshack that was good. Was it? He has a beautiful story. So he gets Caddyshack. And that's when that's when I started work at that timeframe. And he he made back to school. Okay. Oh, yes. That's so it dangerfield's hanging out doing a show club. His partner, Tony provocative, very nice guy. And I'm in the office in twenty provocateurs looking at Bill Boyd. And he's like he's beside himself. You know, what's up? What's up? He's looking into shaking his head. Right. And he's like laughing because see he was chuckling. You know, he's looking at this thing, and I go what's up goes Rodney just made one hundred million dollars. That was real money, then it's real money. Now. It was really real money back then back to school. He made a deal. I'm writing a movie amend the movie, I want fifty percent of the move. No guarantee. I want fifty percents. You don't have to pay me. Just give me fifty percent of the movie and it went for two hundred million dollars. And he made a hundred billion dogs. Now, he did not lovely his is. His third wife or whatever it was a beautiful lady. You know that right? Beautiful blonde lady, and he'd better at a flower shop, and she's stunningly gorgeous. However, they got married, and I know she stuck by him the whole way, you know. But here's somebody made all that money and living in a townhouse in LA or something, and it's her birthday, and he has a helicopter fly right close to the window and the guy gives her a bouquet of houses some gift right through the window. Yeah. That's good. I mean, you know, what what's the the line from the producers? I think zero Mastel if you got it flaunt at baby flaunted zero mostel line from the original producer. So what the heck that's that's a it's hard to beat. That puts the pressure of the rest of us. How do you top something like that? Yeah. Well, right. There was a story in and support. And if you can produce some production look at no Brooks right in the movies, Carl Reiner right in the movies. Woody Allen right in the moves that, you know, something about trading your own concept. It'd be really great in a perfect world. Now, if you can somehow pulled together in that direction. I think that's what those guys did. You know, they roll the dice. Roll the dice unwilling to in their lives if they knew what to do, but how about comedy. And plus I can honestly say with Rick Jenkins. I think this. There's no doubt in my mind. Just club is on the way to well. You know, it's it's a great spot as we say, and you're going to be there Saturday night and their Saturday. I show at seven thirty seconds show at nine thirty. I knew they were going to end up going to shows, you know. Good enough to make way for the converted into a dance from later on. It's a comedy club. All the time. Now time to tend to wonder how Rick put up with that for so many years. Boy. Yeah. Yeah. He had had some good ideas. You know, everybody went up to places central square and hang out afterwards was all right, but yeah, they own everything there. And I think it's on Bo court. I don't even know if that's frightening Somerville. Beaucoup? I mean, I've got you know, it's funny. I have to get somebody to drive down. And you tell you why I know why. Because you got law. Coming here from the copy room. So makes perfect sense to me as someone drive you the club. Yeah. Because I mean, this this is not a joke. Right. And and it's true. You know, I broke up with Jennifer Aniston. I really did you want to live in Beverly Hills. I wanna live in two satellite Somerville. Somerville. And she's you know, she's having these beautiful, gorgeous pilots, and I'm stuck on one waves Somerville. And that's exactly what it was. I mean, I could not make heads or tails where I was going the rotary. It's always the rotary. So people up there rotary is one ways all over the place. I mean, I just think there was a line from when Bill Walton I came over and play joined the Celtics. Yeah. I remember him saying something effective before I came to Boston. I thought a rotary was a civic group. So people come here, and it it it could be the a very intimidating experience driving. Besides the fact that most Boston area drivers include myself in that category. When it get behind the wheel are are certified insane. Yeah. That adds a certain element of danger to it. And that's what I did tonight. I mean, you this is true. Folks. Teen was give me instructions over the phone as I was driving been out on the tarmac at Logan trying to land a seven forty seven.
