What Do I Do When My Friends Talk About Dieting?
"Alright. SO WE DO A. As promised. A we showed. Okay. I will read it. Man. Hey, Sammy any lean first off like every other email you read I, want to say how much I love your podcast and I. Thank you for sharing. Your intuitive eating. Journey is really opened my eyes and helped me a lot. I was deep engraved in Dia, culture for a very long time. Last November I competed in my first bodybuilding Bikini show and struggled so much post show with binge eating I continued to. Stick with the coach for almost a year after my competition trying to follow a strict workout, a meal plan and kept finding myself struggling so much with my relationship with food binging and body image. So I dropped the coach and I've recently been my own intuitive eating journey for a couple of months now, and I really couldn't be happier. However, what I am struggling with is the triggering language that a few of. My friends and family members use when it comes to their body slash eating habits. A few of my very close family friends are actually signed up with my previous coach and in deep quote diets, they're constantly justifying their food explanations to me or making comments about how they feel or look fat, etc. This is very triggering for me and makes me question my own food choices and body they know I am on. An into they know I'm on an intuitive eating journey and I post a lot about it on social media. So there's no surprise to them. However, I'm not sure how to handle these comments in person when they're made I, try my best to brush them off in reply with neutral responses but I'm finding very hard and it makes me question myself. How would you guys handle this thing so much your fellow intuitive eater. Yeah I mean, this is this is like this. This is the Pitta me of the challenge of of sort of going your own way with intuitive eating. I I think. It's like with anything like even even diets even eating anything you do is easy in a vacuum but. Released into the wild everything becomes more challenging because there's so many variables. Well, I'll just say that's Why I brought up the like ten thousand steps thing from this weekend like I found that that whole conversation to be dark triggering because like not because there's anything wrong with that. But because when I was dieting ten, thousand steps was like thing I had in my head as like. That's a method of losing weight not a method of like getting my body moving. So the intensity of like we need to move, we need to take as many steps like I was not like. It gave being Zaidi and let people were taking it too far. We're like I need to go walk around but yeah. Yeah. Right, it's like that and there's nothing like I'm not like again it's not about like the family or the friends who are doing this like like you know what I mean. It's all their fault. It's just more like. Necessarily bad and no, it's not. It's not like inherently bad at all and like it's it's not you can't blame them even but the like. You have your own feelings about it, and that's understandable and that's okay because of where you are on your journey and the whole thing I guess becomes about like. How do you internalize those messages without letting them? Without. And take them in sort of without. Letting them, derail you or examining them like non-judgmental Lee. About how they make you feel. and. It's OK that a certain message or a certain situation might make you feel certain in a certain time. It doesn't mean forever. It doesn't mean those things are inherently bad. It just means right now you're experiencing a certain emotion. So what like? I'll give my own example at the ten thousand steps like I felt like, okay I'm experiencing this. Let me observe it. Why is it making me feel this way like what? It triggering. Hate using that word but like what is it bringing up for me? What brought up for me was like a wet a certain old way of thinking and certain environments might bring that up for you or certain people might turn talking to certain people might bring that up for you and it's not those people's fall. It's it's. It's just something for you to grapple with and like like Ailey like you said like if it is easy in a vacuum when you don't have those like things coming up but when you do figuring out how to like. SORT. Of handle them internally is the process and that's okay that sometimes you will feel bad feeling bad is like feeling bad internally is not necessarily. A bad thing. It's just an emotion toe sorta bride I think just to add also on that there's two things you can like practically do and what I do. Is. Have on hand like a list of reasons why doing intuitive eating put make in a notes in your phone write it down some writing things is more I know just feels different than typing it because typing could be deleted but writing it feels more therapeutic and more natural. I don't know what it is just love handwritten note. Writing like why you're doing this, what your goals are with this? Like how do you want to feel and then anytime you feel like somebody says some comment that you're not necessarily feel strong enough for just go back to that list. And read it to yourself sort of like an affirmation. But also we get a reminder of why you're doing what you're doing. It doesn't make you weak at all to have to go back. And my other thing is just maybe take perspective of like. What the the comments that they make is from a different mindset. It's an old mindset that you don't want to assume it's something it's something you're trying to get rid of, and that doesn't make you better than anybody. It just makes you in a different place and just remind yourself like, oh, they're just in a different place than I am And I'm a new place and just kind of. Again like like you're saying, don't engage handle it neutrally like you're saying but it definitely very difficult. So what you can do the things that you can control so I think I would try to take those tools with you. Into these situations.

For most people that is the move when you look like she does with trump even i. if I was happy in their relationship like I can't even believe that this woman is fifty years old like. That's the whole thing but I mean, yeah, I guess. So I feel like what she said was really true. You can't take on the burden of a relationship and if somebody's not going to put the effort with you the way you're gonNA put in the effort with them and finally you're like, okay Su this is my hot body for instagram else will take this on if you're not going to what hundred percent, I don't necessarily think that your thirst trapping to let people know you're single I think as human beings we need validation whether we get it at work or at home are. Like. Raji Behan is getting right now but I think you're going through a moment in your life and there's a big life change. You need that affirmation from people that it's going to be okay and that be you still got it. Again. Exactly what it is, it is a little like. Thirst trap he may be or even if it's not a bikini, you're right it's something that gives you like a positive look some makes you build your confidence because you've got a now face this new chapter in your life and your that confidence to do that, and it's the same way as back before the grab me call your girlfriend and They'll all say like you're so hot don't worry about it. You're gonNA find someone look at you. You're smoking yes. That's go out because I want all these guys have looked me and so I feel like, I'm smoking hot one hundred percent. Look let me be petty real quick because I tried to let people know that I'm single trap to the guy who I want the attention from that. Hey, I'm saying go and try to let the guy who broke my heart know that hey, I still got it body but everybody used to track back in the day before social media when you knew that your man was going to be at a wedding at a party. You yes. You're normally do you put on the heels. Be made sure your hair was like nicely qua-. People would trumpet in the ninety that was the best is. Did you get Morgan fact me up on this? You do all that work and for whatever reason the X. Show. I've let me let me explain to me. This is the give the audience life lesson that I have learned. No matter what you think his plans might be no matter how heartbroken you are you stick to what you were originally going to do. So you were going to go to the club and you heard he wasn't going you still go because then. He goes after and then you go I bit. They just happened to be so many times stick to your original plans and always look during breakup. No matter what. Then initiative you stick to your original plans and you divert you make sure you get met photo with that one friend who posts every? On the incident. Hold on let me look at that limit looking up. That's. The most fun and miserable time with my entire life. Totally one hundred percent. We all have to go through that phase in our lives I'm. Jamie Lynn Spears is getting real about getting pregnant at sixteen. So Jamie Linton talked to nylon about the Zilly one one reboot and how much her life has changed changed since the show went off the air in two, thousand eight, she says, she found out she was pregnant after the show finished and she was quote mortified to have to tell my parents this and my family this I do not care what TMZ thinks of. Other. CELEBS feel the same way it's it's not the world finding out. It's your family and your friends finding out. It's so interesting because for me if I was in that position, I really wouldn't. Be, so, scared to tell my family because I know they would love me no matter what and I know the support me they would be disappointed but. I would be more afraid to tell the people who worked on my team, my agents, my publicist, all those people who worked really hard to build this brand that was supposed to be so wholesome and was supposed to be one of these things teens looked up to those are the people i. We'd be more afraid to tell. I. would be also more afraid to tell the whole world because that's when the comments of all your insecurities to take over. Securities Will arise whenever you find your pregnant too soon or your self conscious about something or you've made a mistake and sure enough there's going to be a good good chunk of comments on your. Point those out exactly and you're like, yeah, that's how I was feeling. That's what I was worried about and I'm exactly right. I am going to get that hate I against the world that would be more scared of because you said it right most your family and friends. Disappointed they all come around especially when the babies born. They see the baby they say, Oh, you they rally run I mean if I went to my mom and said I was pregnant at sixteen I don't know how happy she would have been with me. She probably would have real I don't know what that would been but right she would eventually. I think have been. Okay. That woman's a little insane I don't know she would have been. So okay with I agree with you guys like your family at the end of the day. Loves you no matter what mistakes you make, and then the then the world judges you even if you say the wrong adjective on TV sometimes so You can't expect them.
Britney Spears fans concerned after star posts bizarre videos on social media
"Told you many months ago that if you're going to follow somebody on Instagram, you need to consider following Britney Spears because she is capable of anything any day and yesterday was one of her days as she posted multiple things that made her once again look that bleep crazy. And I don't know if she needs help or not or what's going on there was that whole theory that she was stuck in her house like against her will and someone in the comments at where a yellow shirt if you need help but she warned yellow shirt the next day. But yesterday she is just off the deep end nuts in a couple of posts one she's in a bikini and start naming the five things that you need to bring to the beach in like a baby voice. Brings Sunscreen you need to bring an umbrella you need to bring A. And you need to bring more sunscreen and I'm going to go to the Jacuzzi now and then she takes off and runs a Jacuzzi. Also. After that she put on. Bra and Panties and wore only that and decided to gyrate in a slow odd manner with crazy is. Going on so I mean the comments when you look at the comments, you know half the people are mean half the people are concerned for her well being. Maybe maybe less than that I guess probably thirty percent concern, their wellbeing fifty percent are mean and then the other. Percentage are people that are just saying like what in the hell is going on with her I don't know and you still look beautiful like might say like something. Nice. So it is. It's insanity and I don't know if anybody is going to be able to figure her out or help her she's got a history of mental illness. Put it is. I. Almost feel bad looking at it as entertainment you know because I know that she's not right but yet I still look at it as entertainment because I feel like she's unraveling
People are calling out Cardi B for her crowded 28th birthday
"Rolled and Lady douche bag of the day. You Who's your D bag? Rtb ono Cardi B. Everybody loves cardio. You know, I hate this because you know me. I usually love Cardi B but I don't like the choices she's made this week. Oh, so she just celebrated her 28th birthday and birthday. So Cardi b, not 12. Turn down the opportunity to celebrate. Decided to invite a bunch of friends to Las Vegas. For a big birthday party. Um, slight problem. Well, well, problem. Big The term big birthday party scares me a little bit all living there in a pandemic. It's big. I don't know if you've seen pictures from this party. Look here. Yeah, I just opened it right up and tell me what you see. How about this? Yes, Bradley, you be the verbal picture teller. Can you tell our listeners who cannot look at the pictures of cardio bees? 28th birthday shindig in Las Vegas? You tell the people what you're seeing. Oh, was this like from last year? I mean, this is this year. This is her big birthday party in Las Vegas, Nevada. I see literally one person wearing him at like one person, and it's not full. Yeah, on crowd and a chin diaper. It's not actually a mask. You know what I mean? Like they're wearing it low slung. Well, this person isn't Oh, no, that person. You're right. Yes, there was another. There's another picture of somebody wearing it like a chin diaper. Auntie Chin diaper. That's it's a thing. Okay. Anyway, this is a full on party man. Nobody is social dis Nothing. Nobody's wearing a mask. Nothing. Does she literally later? Global pandemic is not going on She to my knowledge. I should double check and see if she's said anything Since these pictures. I want to know what people said on Twitter that card people that when you want to know what people's opinions are on Ah, a certain issue. Just go to Twitter. She she had this party and like, Like I said, like she crammed a bunch of people into a club in the Las Vegas Nevada area. And there was no masks. There was no social distancing there licking each other. By the way, her husband Offset who she filed for divorce from She's giving him a lap dance, okay? So me thinks that perhaps They're not. Getting a divorce. Maybe. I don't know. I don't know what they're up to. In any case. I just thought this sort of like brazen, especially given the fact Bradley do you remember early in the pandemic? Cardi B was like a voice of reason. She was like, guys. Everybody wear the mask. It's not that hard, like do this stuff because That's what we're doing. But I do know that when she filmed her her I don't know. We don't know for calling it lapper wop video. That's how old and out of that old and out of touch we are. She did you know, they kept everything on lock down like they Everybody was tested repeatedly, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. So then, looking at these pictures, I think to myself I bet that that's the excuse. I bet that they tested Everybody there. I mean, that could be because one thing we do know is that People with resource is in this moment have access toe tests that not everybody else does. And then I want everybody to sit for a second and think about how nice it would be to be able to, like, I don't know. Have a holiday with your whole family. But, yeah, it's so interesting. So I'm looking at some people are calling it out on Twitter, but it doesn't seem like there's any particular call out happening. I'd be curious what she has to say about it. I mean, and she very well may say nothing, which is also like her prerogative, right? Like She can just decide. You know, at any given time, like I don't really feel like addressing that at all. So she might just not say anything. And then again, she might. She might come out and give us every good reason why It was a okay for her to have a birthday party for herself. I do see a lot of headlines like of you. Google Cardi B Birthday party. You get a lot of Party B comes under fire from fans hosting huge party Cardi B. Slam for Pak birthday party fans or slamming Cardi B for showing off her huge something. Oh birthday party. And I do find it interesting that it looks like the photos that she published or just her. You know, not like the Oh, no. She actually posted that photo that I am Cardi B posted that photo that group photo one with all the people in there all she's on the floor. I don't understand why, but I mean Who knows? She did post a picture of the next day of her walking in a bikini, and she was like I'm walking down because I'm still drunk. So like she had a time like she definitely had a time. Just like that. I'm not comfortable with that. Not at all. You know, I don't have to be Yeah, No, everybody gets to make their choice. But then I think about all the people that were flying in and out for that and one of the person one of the persons one of the people who showed up with Kylie Jenner. We talked about this a little bit and then dirt alert. Update. But that woman Is Trying very hard to be friends of Cardi B O for sure, Right? Eso? Yes, because she she likes attention. They will have you know that she took her own private jet. To Las Vegas to go to this party, and then she and her friends got back on the jet, and they partied on her jet. Which, if that is not something that Sounds so foreign. I don't know what is Right. Like when was the last time you partied on your private jet? Bradley, zero of Ah, Any Who's he? What's he listen like? I just the thing that there's like cognitive dissonance because Party B was an early voice of You know, pay attention to the rules do the things you need to dio where a mask, she said all those things out loud, but then to see her acting. Exactly the opposite is a little bit frustrating, and I'm sure for fans And and non fans alike, Right? Yeah, I think it's you know. It's It's a different thing to say like I think it's you know, everybody is going to judge so that's totally fine. And when it comes to celebrities, we judge like nobody's business. Cove. It is a little different because everybody has like their own boundaries, And sometimes things are when you're in one place. The recommendations might be different than another. But this doesn't seem like shades of great. I mean, this just seems it's quote. It's so obvious. I just think about all the people like I don't care about the I should say I don't care. I am less concerned about the health of the people who are choosing to do this. And the people who have to work to make that party happened, like, think of all, and I do think this is I should be really careful because I don't like to get into political conversations. But she has made some political statements that would lead you to indicate she cares very much about people who are less fortunate and don't have resource is right. And I would just like to remind her that all of the people that work at the place that she threw her party probably don't have a choice to go to work. And put themselves at risk with a bunch of people not wearing masks ready. So I think that to me is a fair criticism. I think that's actually a really good point. Your right. I mean, the people who are they're working in the situation. And actually if you scroll down and look at some more of the pictures You will see guards, you know, like bodyguards that are there that are masked. You will see people who are clearly implicitly. And the problem is because I can hear some people saying Well, you know, the employees are massed in there, Baba. Did it really kind of doesn't matter when you're in a big room, right? And it looks like they're in like a big party room or something. It's the combination of masking and social distancing and hand washing. It's it's all you have to kind of aliens. All the prongs of the attack, If you like, I don't know. I feel like we've seen somewhere recently where a bunch of people were together. You know that sounds really familiar. I can't. Yeah, but yeah, but But but But we do hear these stories of people all being piled up together. And then they mask super spreader events, right? Even if you're outside and this looks like it's an indoor event, and they're all sort of Yeah. I don't know. Card E B. I'm disappointed in you. I'm sad about it because they usually love everything She does. But this was this was a miss for me. Party B.

Honestly, I don't even think twelve is that number for that because I thought there was spotting on that to them might be lizard. I think is worth worth more than it's worth more than the twelve grand I think. But Yeah, you know what? Maybe she just put it on for her to jump up and down, and then she took it off and we went safe back into her closet. But either way I can't handle stormy. Voices thrilled because the point I think she's going to get in there and Nikki also seemed to type that doesn't want people in her space having nightmares having a nanny like that's very invasive. So I think she's going to be cleaning up all the fluids

SpongeBob SquarePants Theory: Bikini Bottom Is A Nuclear Test Site
"Was start off with the world of Spongebob, squarepants? The conspiracy is that the whole world was created from from nuclear testing. I don't know why you're laughing. Well here's what supports the theory. It's Bikini. Bottom is the city in spongebob, but the actual site of nuclear testing was the I never know how to say it is a toll Bikini atoll. The Island Bikini Top. Now it's like the half island is called Anatol at L. is that how you say it Yeah. Sure. If. You ever have you seen like the islands in the ocean and? They. Look like a horseshoe or half moon or a crash. Sure. But little more than that I know how to move in a horseshoe. Yes. Those things. So they they knew your wild house today's. So that's why Bikini bottoms labeled Bikini bottom because not bikini toll. As. What you're telling me is that the island's topless No. I'm Tony You need to pay to get on the island with mckanie. It's. Kini toll out to Bikini toll? Yes. But because of all this nuclear testing, that's how you have spongebob. Now, that's why there's talking sponges talking squids talking fishes and Mr Crab has cooked all the crabs and. That's my own conspiracy theory.

I'm excited to share any sort of valuable knowledge for your audience. Will we have a lot in common but I don't even know maybe you do maybe you don't how do we connect I mean other than instagram you know I don't know. I know we follow a lot of the same people but I was just looking back and in Twenty Sixteen I actually purchased your Virtual Business Academy. Back, when we first started our business, we actually started in twenty thirteen but that was when we're really looking for like virtual online, how to like higher personal assistance and virtual assistance, and so I initially took that course and then I think from there I know we know a lot of the same people I was in the mastermind with Lewis House and a Lotta people in common in California there. So I. Yeah I love I. Just love following you on Instagram I mean that's where I really like become a fan and loved the content post and not that this is an episode about instagram but I'm always telling people if you really WanNa make your mark. Just be known for one thing for a little while, and then he can branch off and do all the things like you do such a great job of I. Just know if I'm going to see your content that it's GonNa make me feel good. It's going to help me understand my body and I just think you do such a great job of that in fact. I. Love You even talk about hair and the mental side of nutrition and the you share so much of your story. So for those people who haven't been following, you aren't familiar with your story. Tell us a little bit about your own history with Diet and exercise. Yes. So previously I mean I struggled with an eating a body image disorder for years of my life I. Can Remember even in high school struggling with it being on the cheerleading squad and just feeling the pressure of being in front of people and being that you need Graham number three that I am such a perfectionist and people pleaser I felt really out of control and a lot of areas of my life like family life and so I think I took that out on. Wanting to control my diet and wanting to control my exercise, and so really you know under eating over exercising was the name of the game for a long time of my life, and then going into college still not really knowing anything when it comes to nutrition and training, and so just doing what I saw in magazines, which was endless amounts of cardio restricting my caloric intake. and. Then from there, I met my husband after I graduated college. He really was the first person to number one as a boyfriend at the time kind of ask me honestly, if I had an eating disorder and that was the first time that someone really had bluntly asked me especially someone that you know I was dating at the time. Can I ask how do you remember your first thought when he asked that question where you defensive? Yes. Very defensive and very like why do you care this is not something that you need to know about type of pushing it off but then something inside of me was like, okay, he's actually asking from A. Place of love and it was like inside I wanted everything in me to be better because I was so like just feeling. So consumed by at all but yes, I remember having mixed feelings like this is crazy that you're asking me bluntly on our first date but this is also like total divine thing and so I felt safe in that time in you know he was one of the first people that I actually said Yeah I really struggling I don't know what to do when it comes to nutrition. I feel. So out of control in my body and I feel like I'm constantly trying to control and it's just not working in my favor and I was just exhausted mentally physically my hair would was not growing my you know my skin was constantly breaking out and I felt bloated all the time and it was just like there is things in my body that were not working properly and so I'm so grateful that he did ask that because that's what he studied in college he studied health and exercise science and sports nutrition and so. He was very, very interested in helping people in terms of nutrition and he really taught me I mean everything that I know when it comes to nutrition he taught me so much in training I was so scared of weights and only doing cardio endless amounts of cardio and restricting my caloric intake so low. So he really got me into like, okay we gotta you know that you need to start. Eating protein because on our first date I had a salad and I'm like pushing aside the carrots and chicken and he's like there is a severe problem with. So

You guys can see it on his instagram you're dragging your you got the boat. You're the kids are out on the rouse being dragged by the boat. They fly off. You pass the sack. You see the slasher out your. Their lives. I can. Carry? Them would have died I couldn't have posted it. Had this scroll through all my other videos to find out a comparable to find out that they were doing good something. We've got some cool ally interesting news about The McLaren announced that well, the Gordon Murray announcement that we wanted to get into. So we sort of got this job. So we can I hit that before we get started. Just, another word from our friends at Dodd's it's A. IT'S A it's time for dodge power dollars and that means for every horse power. You get ten dollars off your purchase on dodge challenger Dodge Charger and Dodge Durango come in and save dodge power dollars for pretty sweet deal. So as we As we are sitting down to record this. There's some news that's out there, and of course, the most interesting stuff that we're finding is Gordon Murray finally took the wraps off his. Off his new SUPERCAR, his t fifty supercar, Gern, Gordon Murray very famously designed a series of f one cars had a relationship with the Clarendon did the McLaren won Three Seater Central Driving Position Car I love that car bill I know you love that car it's sort of a wishlist amongst us all. I'm sure everyone who had an opportunity to get one at one point kicking themselves now because they keep going up thirteen, million, eight, hundred, million in life be knocked twenty million dollars going nuts So there was a great video presentation that came out. With Dario Franceschini taking a touring ordinary designs during Gordon, Murray on a moto and they took the wraps off this car and It's it's. It's pretty it's pretty cool. Gordon Murray's thing has always bands. About lightweight and from this car from. The initial design in his head all the way up to what it is. Now he said a goal of no more than one thousand kilos in weight and he hit nine eighty I believe puts it somewhere around twenty one, hundred, seventy, maybe twenty one, hundred, seventy, four pounds. This is extremely lightweight way in in. Today's world. Under twenty two hundred pounds. Of. A modern day car it. The Way to do that. And explain it when you go and you watch the videos, you read the press about it. Is. You have to design this thing from the ground up. With weight savings in mind every single step of the way, the the CAR IS MONACO CARBON FIBRE the entire bodies carbon fibre everything. That could be carbon. Fibre is carbon fiber of. The the engine he went to Cosworth and said, it needs to be naturally aspirated. It needs to be the twelve. It needs to be lightweight. needs to sound fantastic and it needs to be naturally aspirated. Of course, right? So. What they came up with was three point nine Liter v twelve. Six hundred and fifty, four horsepower. Three hundred and forty four pound feet of torque again small. You Know Small Displacement High Ramming twelve thousand one hundred RPM match. Enjoyment. You know I've A. Peak power is at eleven thousand, five, hundred dollars God, and the power to the Torah curved the I think the peak torque is around nine thousand. RPM. So between nine thousand and not red line of eleven five that thing just must sound insane and. Just skewed. Now, he didn't release any performance specs yet because Gordon Murray's thing is like I tell you zero to sixty whatever. But everyone's GonNa go after that intestine. beat it. He wanted to focus on the things that meant
So Fat, So Brave: COVID Charged
"Hello. Hello, hello. Happening cake. All my goodness, why a beautiful has here on at lunch today. Three. Fat? Bitch. Proud and Latin next people. How are you doing today? Come on I, need more I. Need a little more energy. It's a weird time. It's a lot of emotions right now. So I'm like in a constant roller coaster, how actual feelings are. You know what I feel like we need to get into it right now because we went the last time, we recorded this last fall. We did Okay. So before we get into it. Ever. Might then I? We have done these episodes called so fat. So brave based on. Hashtag that Nicole, buyer Chattanooga buyers that she talks about a lot when she decided to start wearing bikinis and people would call her brave for just existing in a fat body and wearing whatever she wanted which is. Crazy that you would call somebody. like, wow, you're so brave and so. We do these episodes and I, know the loyal listeners already know there's been a couple of them where we break down. Media, and fat representation fat phobia within the media. So we usually talk about film TV and this time we're adding social media to the mix because there's a lot of body positivity So media now podcast things like that So we're GONNA get into it but before. Let's talk about what we've been doing during this wonderful worldwide pandemic. I. Gosh. I will say. I feel like I'm a lot closer to you too. Because of it, I feel like I see you more often than my own family. Threw facetime. So. That's been a positive. The negative is I can't believe we are living in this world. And this is actually happening and how quickly it went to. Shit Yeah. Doesn't take long in the US OF A. Yeah? No, it's what, what was your question? I think I already got distracted by your been doing, what's will give us some updates since we last spoke to you, I, don't know if you want to open this tin because I'm on I, haven't even recorded my show that radio since right before this started. So I, have literally been just. making it. Basically, it's been. Nice to get closer to you in like you know talk to certain people more that I haven't talked to in like months and some people even year's same time we are. In the midst of I say pandemic, right? Because it's not just the Kobe nineteen. Now, we're in like A. Unnecessary racial uprising as well, and it almost feels like we're also having like battles internally because of all the circumstances So it's been really Really heavy to say it nicely But I've also been amazed by my strength which I never realized and I've made a lot of big changes. In my own personal life. So it's really given me time to sit with myself, and so I see like though flaws and the beauty in who I am. And then I obviously see that all my loved ones and people around me as well because we're so grateful. For everything we do have in these moments So it's kind of a back and forth feeling which kind of what I said earlier but there's definitely been a lot of fat yet this time as well. And so it's been really interesting to just kind of observe also try to be mindful of my energy while I navigate this present world.

Rudy Giuliani Called the NYPD on Sacha Baron Cohen During Interview Prank
"Rudy Giuliani called the NYPD when Sasha Baron Cohen I'm wearing a spangly pink bikini trying to prank him into a spoof interview. So they lured him into this interview What he thought was a serious interview about the administration's response to Cove in 19. He said he was offered payment for the interview and asked that the money be donated to the Stephen Siller tunnel to Towers Foundation, which is yes. Ah female interviewer began the conversation in a room fitted out with professional set up lights, camera a few just softball questions. And Giuliani says this guy comes running running in wearing a crazy What I would say is a pink transgender outfit. Mind. I wanted to re phrase it that way that anyway, he immediately hey, didn't immediately recognize. Him. "You Welcome to kiss myths and mysteries, I'm your host Kit Chrome today to get us in the mood of haunted ghost towns that we're going to be talking about later in the we thought I'd cover a couple former military basis that were active during and slightly after world. War Two, but the two I found were six hundred fifty miles apart in one, thousand, nine, hundred, forty, two Tillamook Bay, Oregon was prepared for Submarine Attack Naval Air. Station, as it was called, was the base. Base for squadrons E. P. Thirty three and housed eight K class blimps that carried a crew of ten and dozens of depth charges. They were stored in an all wood, the hanger get this one thousand seventy two feet long two hundred ninety six feet, wide, one hundred ninety two feet high, that took thirty three million board feet of lumber to build originally the basis, one thousand six hundred acres held over sixty buildings, but as of today only thirty five or left standing. In a heavily wooded area paths lead to five separate ammunition bunkers, and the basis littered with dozens of locomotives left rusty on their tracks. There are several aircraft and radar bunkers. Also, it was nineteen forty eight when the base was decommissioned in our story really begins. The two huge hangars were filled with warplanes hanger a contained T. B.. M. The ghost is probably the spirit of Robert. Smedley, trying to find his way home now travel last six hundred fifty miles. I mentioned to San. Francisco's old hunters point shipyard originally. Originally built on six hundred thirty eight acres of Waterfront. Our story began so the dawn of July first nineteen, forty six, when the able day atomic airburst over tiny Bikini atoll took place over one hundred US military ships surrounded the island of all the vessels. It was light aircraft carrier. US Independence that the government decided to toe into hunters point shipyard intent on finding a way to decontaminate it. They also wanted to determine the potency of the radioactive contamination I. They tried sandblasting. We're left with tons of radioactive sand that had to be packed in of dump some thirty miles off the San Francisco coast next they brought in cats and dogs monitor effects radioactive poisoning on them, then placing the dead contaminated animals into barrels to be dumped into the Pacific. Finally, prisoner volunteers from nearby San Quentin prison were made to clean the ship when they died. You can only guess what happened to their remains. But that's ancient history, the grounds that made up the old shipyard or be decontaminated as soldier real estate investors, one investor reported that when crews were brought out to transient build foundations for his apartment complexes. They stopped short when they approached the side, it was overrun by cats and dogs, and a group of men, wearing vintage prisoner uniforms shuttle days later they were brought in again and found the lots and question deserted. So the volunteers as note of interest the US US independence began to sink before being decontaminated and. And was towed three hundred twenty eight miles out to sea at skull. At least that's what the navy says, but the Ocean Exploration Trust discovered the independence twenty eight miles west of San Francisco Bay and slightly cell of the fair alone
Monocle Reads: Warriors, Witches, Women
"Let's let's talk about this new book of yours which is is fascinating and your goddess has come from really diverse cultures. Tell us about them. Because you've got one from the Shinto religion of Japan you've got got us from Bikini Fussier you've got ancient Greece. Of course tell us a little bit about some of those are tried costner as widely as possible because I think We generally know about the goddess of Ancient Greece and Roman as classic. Go says is but I tried to go with other big little bit deeper went to Mexico and Egypt and Australia and China and kind of eastern Europe I wanted to. I wanted to take in more and more stories. Make more colorful more diverse. I also tried to kind find goddesses who wouldn't necessarily straight wouldn't necessarily even female they'll kind of gender fluid ones in that to Your favorites to write about. I think my absolute favorite who was kind of a new one to me Mami Wata his an African go she's water originally Pantheon of water goddess and. I was really interesting fussy because look she looks fantastic. She's she's half woman. Half Fish is a mermaid character. She loves herself. She's in love with her own reflection. She's beautiful money she brings people money. She's she's kind of happy joyous Goethe's also already. I loved to story in how evolved so she started off as an Oscar award good as but then her story taken through Africa and codified by traders from Europe and then when the slave trade started and thousands and thousands of Africans were taken to America makes it the terrible terrible conditions in the Americas and they took her with them and they worship her made a really specific way of worshipping her through an intense dumps and go them through the tough days in America and in the Americas and gradually she became criticized and became Pau voodoo religion. And it's just that story of. Her story tells the story of people to And how all of this mutates through time it's particularly pertinent telling it from a feminist perspective at this post metoo time. How long is the book been in the works? I mean was me to something that spoke to as you were writing it absolutely. Yeah the informed it that beautiful kind of me to inform the also kind of rising in witchcraft. Catch on the news. That'd be these little groups of young women who were who went to Heck Donald trump not really kind of inspired me and just to this is. It's a new take old stories. These old archetypes for something very modern new and and me too as well. I think a lot of things. That's the story of Cassandra. Who is kind of illustrates the maitre movement beautifully? She was a great Prophet. Who was after? She refused to have sex with somebody and so she was cursed. Older prophecies were true but none of them believed and that really Kinda resonates within me too movement. I mean it's interesting. Isn't it because as women we can be revered as God says or absolutely reviled as witches? Yeah absolutely and I think sometimes some of these stores in one person would be revered as a God s and you know within sentras or even decades. They've been vilified literally demonized and turned into this figure of height because they symbolized an older religion or they symbolize something that historians or writers coming despised so so that their stories are kind of turned around and they yeah they they were even one person could be could represent both of those than yeah. Yeah I'm interested in Shinto. Tell me about your Japanese goddess. Love my Japanese go to. It's I know it was you may. So she was a some nothing good s she's a good of stumps of dawn. Mirth and revelry and she. She's just fun. Some party go almost she but she saved the country because the goddess. I'm Tera it's going into hiding in a cave. And the son of summer had disappeared from the country it needed to be brought back again so I may know. Zoom went outside the cave. She got MIRA and she did dumps and she took clothes off she wasn't wearing any underwear antidepressants on the drum. And and the some good a curious about this she came out the case and then they wrote about the start of the case and she was she was out again in the summer shining again. And I just. I love the kind of lightness that story and the fun. And she's not this serious munificence with with long has his cut flights about the. She's a real person that really resonates. I think absolutely who doesn't want to dance in the sun with no nicotine. Yes exactly that. Wouldn't she really party and an I love the fact that still today kind of drumming groups named for her she. She's inspired the drums in Shinto ceremonies. And I love that. I love her. She's alive three music today. A wonderful
Gili Islands; All-Season Australia; Unforgettable Travels
"Let's start by exploring a trio of tropical islands and Indonesia place where Aussie backpackers scuba divers and South Sea. Adventures have found paradise the out of the way laidback. Gili islands call themselves turtle capital of the world with no cars no mortar banks and no worries. When Dave Seminar took his family to Bali they found the streets were too crowded and let their young boys safely wonder on their own so they headed for the nearby motor pre Gillian's instead Dave's here to tell us about Dave. Thanks for joining us. My pleasure thanks for having me Rick so describe the Gili Islands. A lot of US know Bali. Exactly where are the Gili Islands and How do you get there? Yeah that's the great thing about the Gili. Islands is that it's easy to get a pretty cheap flight to Bali and then from Bali. It's relatively easy to escape to these Gili Islands. Which there's several of the word Gilly means small island and Indonesian. But the three main ones Gili Air Gili Meno and Gili Chilanga. N- are about a two three hour ferry ride east of the island of Bali. So you go by bus or something to the little port and you help on a boat. And it's shuttling the travelers back and forth. That's if you don't mind getting potentially seasick if you have people who don't like long boat rides wreck can also take a short flight. Okay and then a fifteen minute boat ride instead if you prefer do that. I mentioned the religious culture kind of background. Bali is famously Hindu. Gili islands happened to be a little enclave of Muslim culture. How did that impact your experience? I wouldn't say it impacts the visitor in a huge way. Obviously Bollywood's really distinctive about. Bali is really interesting unique ceremonial Hindu culture and you know in the Gili Islands These are Muslim islands. However they're very popular with Europeans and you see people in Bikinis and there's beach bars all over the place serving alcohol and pork and things that would be forbidden in a strict Muslim countries. So I think if you are there as a typical traveller the fact that these islands are Muslim would not necessarily impact you in any way but I was actually interested to meet local people and I wanted to meet the chief of the three islands and to ask him whether there was any tension between these bikini clad beachgoers and partier and the local people. So I made an effort to actually sort of get to know local people into find out about the local sensibilities. But if you're there it's just as an ordinary tourists looking for some fun on the beach. It wouldn't impact you really at all. You were traveling with your son Right. Tucson Tucson's I understand. You took them to the school and you had a classrooms right kids that you talk to. What was it like a as a parent introducing your kids to such a different culture. There were six and eight at the time. We met a teacher actually on the beach who was selling necklaces. And whenever I'm in a very touristy sort of place I'm always interested in sort of the tension and interplay between traditional occupations and people working in the tourist trade so I think what happens in economies like these rix. I'm sure you've seen this. Is that all the sudden you can make more money selling necklaces on the beach to tourists or renting out your home. Then you could be being a teacher or policemen are traditional occupation so when we met this teacher on the beach with selling necklaces. I was really curious actually to know a little bit more about him and how he sort of balanced those two occupations and when he said why. Don't you guys come visit us at our school? I tried to rope both of my sons into going with me but I was only able to convince one of them so myself and my older son one morning our last morning there went to visit his school and we were invited to speak to three or four. Different classrooms full of children. Who asked US questions about America? Did they speak English? It was translated by the teacher. They spoke very very little English so most of it was translated by the teachers with girls. And the boys mixed up with the girls wearing scarfs. Yes this was another surprising thing. I asked when we met the teacher on the beach. I asked him whether the girls in the school Where the hijab and a head scarf and the Muslim attire and he said only a couple of them with his answer when we met him on the beach but actually we got to the school. They were all uniformly wearing conservative Muslim attire with headscarfs and whatnot and I found it interesting. Because I thought I think he was trying to tell us what we wanted to hear and he wanted to portray the island is a very liberal and tolerant place and I think-i projected onto me that I might think something negative about them if they were. You know dress conservatively. Which of course I wouldn't dear great traveler because you're sharing this with your child and also realizing ninety percent of the tourist just hang out on the beach and love the the cheap beer but a real traveler can venture inland a little bit and actually have an experience. That's as real as you ventured into a corner of Indonesia that had no tourism. It's not a matter of going to an untrusted touristy place it's finding the UNTER STI dimension of the famous place. I think it is and you know what we found to was the difficulty of what happens when tourism dominates an economy like the silent. Because this gentleman we met the teacher. He was very honest with us that he makes twice as much money selling necklaces on the beach. As being a teacher you know it made me wonder how can a society thrive when you have that sort of a distorted economy like that it is somewhat concerning because tourism can bring prosperity to announce can also sort of distort reality a little bit to

The important link between clean the two as Professor Whitmore notes is that people high on narcissism cannot see or admit to that own flaws. It is highly likely that the more he got away with the more times he escaped the hands of justice the more also himself as being invincible. Volt the law. You know some semi. Law enforcement spent people to four to help the public to form a good habit. I well money you mentioned a word help. Do you call this as a proper help because some all income and show dad for those who violate the ban can receive warnings fines or being blacklisted in the credit system. Do you think it is going too far is too much <hes> a liberty far at this moment <hes>. I'm okay like said warning education. We have a lot of obama's right. Whenever we have a situation we have a red bandana of there. We can mobilize people to give them a little too little community service people who volunteers disservice to just tell them jimmy just verbal warning that that works in the long run education you know because nobody wants to be disturbed. Every time you walk straight sometime i come away. Would you please put all your clothes some but i have the mind seems like that i a._m. Against including this into the credit blacklist credit system because there's just too much and these people are not lawbreaking they. It's just a bad habit and it's just you know they're being selfish and they are not educating well. Limit using this punishment is too harsh no i i think you've got such a large population that you actually have to go overboard with regard one would say some might say overboard with regards to laws policies and regulations over correct. Yes sometimes because i mean you've got at any given a you got a bell curve. You got fifteen percent that to have a super highly intelligent than fifteen percent even in the united states that are not that are below an i._q. Levels and and so how do we reach these large. Which is you know thirty million people in the united states or whatever that number turns out to be so it's or more i mean that are in the low end of the curve so you got exponentially here and so what i'm saying is that the over correction action with the law allows it to get to the entire society. There's hud hundreds of millions of people that this doesn't apply to that. You don't need to enforce a blocked by the way i have to remind our overseas listeners in domestic listeners that the these beijing bikini people are the minority minority people not. Everybody is doing such as if you're using law the legislature to do such a thing. I don't think it's just too costly like you said we have more important things thanks to use this legal forces to deal with and these i think the the people intervention is feasible to to you recruit dharma's you know who retired ladies and even men gentlemen and give them as his job and go out to do such a thing. I think there are not a lot of other bad habits and i have a list of them as long as a dumb ass. Don't have the beijing bikinis volunteer. It's for men. I don't know what i'm talking about. "It's a small ball game right which trains smo- each trend very small which trains quick-reaction your intelligence and also the team building coordination of different members and these suits chinese my mind's very well but why some parents hence initiated the whole thing not letting their kids go into ping pong their traditional favorites right so special because the pursuit don't of novelty in specialty no vote novelty. It's something you mom and also if my kid written on the resume what's yours you. You know special favors hobbies. If you're right cricket there. It sounds better than ping pong. Why is crooked better than people because he's already the l. a. Too common common is just a you. Eat like a rice then you guys from her for you guys. Just put this in perspective when talking about challenging people don't forget we are pingpong. I'm just saying no so i if trying to marry i mean we we. We do it but we're not. I'm not as good as a six year old girl here. It's the opposite in your country. <hes> so this makes perfect you know what's interesting is with crooked again having and gone to school there it in particular is that that's considered to be an aristocratic are originally an airstrip upper-class. Eric took credit but ironically. I mean that's why i think it flopped in america. I mean eleven players is similar to baseball. It's nine players there but i mean one batter. What's interesting is that cricket was is attached to colonialism so for example. There's a cricket club. There are couple of cricket clubs down in in hong kong. There are cricket clubs in singapore and and so that there was this again with opium wars in india with the irony is is that india which was a one time a colony or related to the united in a kingdom in some way shape or form. Dave actually past is with some of their players. An excellence ended australia's certainly then the united kingdom so i mean this. This is what's interesting thing about that. Why doesn't has a root in china like india. It's like all of a sudden. They were once a colony and now they've totally only embraced it. Even though that was what they're calling colonization is different from now we we actively embracing it. This is where we decided to embrace it because we want want to be a part of the world by win. Cricket was introduced that we refused it. It comes in. It's kind of forcing it on you. You know now. It's the different is one proactive active. It's passive. India become one of the biggest sort of cricket playing countries. They may be happy to absorb it but at the very beginning. I think it's just something that taken from the british colonists so last about list in one sentence briefly woke hiring a pakistani cricket coach be helpful for the future development of the sporting china. What's your future prediction about the determination of the global authorities of cricket authorities how how strong their determination as to promote this into this big joe at work it depends on how strong they want this sport to survive you know to to the to the most populous country because if it becomes a hobby hobby or a friend yeah. The future of cricket is so piot afam but then very tough job for them okay. They have to convince spiegel..

"Cricket has become a popular game in the city of chongqing in china global cricket authorities and chinese government have tried to build a national crooked team and hired a pakistani any cricket coach inching a city of more than eight million people thousands of children have now tried to play the game and hunters join in and new schools tournament okay in about cricket first of all the men though you play cricket a lot well a kid exactly they have played creek and other people to do explain briefly to our domestic listeners about what is cricket cricket is. It's a it's a baton ball game played between two teams of eleven players on the field. <hes> in there's a twenty meter pitch with a wicked at each end and there's two bales that they are on three stumps. Okay just just so people can envision. This is actually a circular field and the twenty meter pitch is actually <hes>. It's rectangular learn shape <hes>. There's a guy who falls this ball. He's actually pitching the ball we would call pitching in american english at the wicked are the bat and just see a wicked is it was originally it was a gate okay and then these are three different posts and then annette is balanced with what's called a bail and when the ball hits the stumps simpson dislodged the bails then the other side has to switch so ride you find it interesting. I think what's interesting about it in fun about it is that one it was it was based it goes all the way back to the sixteen hundreds in <hes> and it was actually in the in the united kingdom that's where it came from originally and was sheep herders. It was brought up in in court cases saw me. It has a long <hes> yeah and what's happened is when the british empire was expanding than they would bring that abroad into including to the united united states it didn't catch on particularly well there but it caught on in places like india <hes> which have actually become better cricketers cricketeres but in in the carribean in <hes> australia <hes> and all throughout the commonwealth they were playing this game. What's good about it and this is the whole thing. I think is why it's good and in positive for chinese is there's laws and regulations on playing this but it also has hierarchy with regards to the captain and wh- whoa you're following rules in your playing together as a team and you've got to be able to have a common goal is a group and i think with with young people today with the come from single family a single child families that this gives them an opportunity to interact <hes> in sports like setting and learn a lot of colloquially what they've said about the british asia empire a lot of what was learned wasn't in the schoolrooms but it was an on the field of those places like cambridge and oxford and this is an example say you many will cultivate automate team spirit now mailing. Why would the city of chongqing makes so much efforts in cricket revolution. What do you think the parents found of this game okay. I'm not an expert. I in sports social impacts okay social impact on my most responsible guessing is that it suits a mountainous terrain uh-huh john king for example compared to football <hes> chongqing irs challenging people favored basketball <hes> they they have a mountainous continous region and because of that reason cycling you'll even though when china was the middle kingdom of bicycles is right for transportation means trenching never worked torching people never really use bicycles because you couldn't really so cycling and sailing ailing like jintao definitely would be excel in in sailing but that's not for changing the reason swimming okay but what is the most popular sports in tone chain run running jogging and the second is ping pong badminton small mobile's..

"A lot of things and it's a multi faceted needs of <hes>. I'm enjoying life a quick fulop. What do you think triggered people's change into more than mode of travelling. It's the upgraded needs the needs before we need to eat and sleep well first purchases of properties by house shelter and accommodation russian food and accommodation needs. That's the very basic and now we need to to taste them all to see more and it's not just going. I think only two years ago when you sign up for a trip to to to european countries seven countries in ten days and when you come back with all the pictures and my friends is a show me which country is which you know which pictures were taken in which country they offer but now you go into a country. Maybe just stay in one coastal city. Maybe san francisco is the only destination for you. It's not just a map you know just yeah a sweeping during a deep dive ones with pocketing with money in the pocket of course right but the very most important thing is that china is open because visas <hes> much easier. We're talking about the overseas <hes> good relationships between countries. Make it possible for us to apply for. Oh you know visas and some even you know visa-free you don't become more more than one hundred countries have already given us well. Malaysia signed the m._o. And dhbai granting visa-free entry and so japan offers single entry visa applications to chinese tourists so so leeman what impresses you the most about this survey you know i think <hes> is got. Maslow's theory of hierarchical needs okay said like what she was saying. It works your way upward. Once you've got the food the clothing you got whatever and you're able to be able to have that taken care of you're looking for the <hes> these kind of philosophical moments maslov graham <hes> and and and and getting up to these in the satisfieds at it's so it shows a china's moving from a developing country. It's a radical thirty million people but out of abject poverty by the end of twenty twenty and <hes> that now there's as a whole group of people three hundred million people that are in upper middle class or middle class. Which is the same populations the united states then couple that like you said i mean there's certain places like serbia arabia <hes> there's e._t. More thailand where you can get visa on arrival <hes> and then that number will continue to increase. I think everyone recognizes it. There's three hundred million people in this country that can that can afford to <hes> to travel abroad in the do. The other thing is i think that because it was difficult difficult at one time twenty years ago say the opportunities that that cheney's parents <hes> people that are in the millennials their parents would not be able to have have that access to those countries to even getting passport at that point in time. Yes i mean it's it's changed and so then they moved into the you know sixteen countries seven days and taking that boxed-up america we also went which is it's interesting because chinese from an american approach. This is fascinating that you had one hundred and forty million people traveling overseas. These trips were made but at the same time in america ironically we most people don't have passports. I what are the reasons for that in attorney first century the people take it for granted. Everybody has visa or passport..

"Show and better yet. Subscribe to our podcast, drew, I tunes. All right, guys. The first international bikini museum is supposed to be opening in Germany next year. It will also have planned to franchises around the world. Now that really kind of caught my eye because how much can you say about a bikini win? It's so did see anyway in one thousand nine hundred forty six western Europeans. Joyously greeted the first war free summer that they had in years after World War Two, and as such French designers came up with some fashions as they said to match the liberated mood, and thus we have something called the bikini a French designer name. Louis rearm unveiled a daring two piece swimsuit at a popular swimming pool in Paris, and it became an instant yet. It was dubbed risque, of course, at the time. But then soon became called bikini inspired by a news making the news making U S atomic test that took place off of bikini atoll in the Pacific Ocean that happened earlier that week. So there was this connection with water at the connection with the liberated my liberated feeling of the people and the US atomic test that took place on bikini atoll in the Pacific Ocean. So all those three things kinda came together. The bikini caught on. All right. Jim. Would you go to the bikini museum if you are in Germany next year? Wow. No. In fact, that any interest in going to a bikini museum. I don't want to go to a jockstrap symposium. You know? I don't know. Maybe I'm a typical guy. I'm not that into close. I don't think you're a typical guy if you don't want to go to came us. I don't I don't really necessarily. I guess my vision of it is a bunch of wax statues or something showing the history of I dunno. I dunno whatever the history of the bikini. So there would most likely be it hasn't opened yet. Most likely be a lot of World War Two look to it you go through how the bikini came to be. There would be this reference to the atomic chest. There would be a deliberated feeling. It would look they would go into most likely the French designer and his history. And what what he was designing at the time and subsequent to the bikini. What he continued to design arguing would you go in the beginning museum that museum would not be on my top ten list. I'm surprised both of you. I thought for sure you would say hip, Pepe REI. No, I think which is go to a beach, and that's probably. That's a real bikini museum. You mean? Seeing it in three D. Yes. I'm with Jim on this. It just seems like you're I mean, I I can read about the history online in a few minutes. And I think that's officiant for me. I don't need to go to a museum and see the bikinis on on mannequin. Well, then that begs this question guys they're talking about planned franchises slated around the world. Now, if two men here on this program, don't particularly want to go to the bikini museum, and if you're a red blooded American males and you think gone snore. How in the world could franchises work jam? They won't. I mean, I'm not trying to be prophetic about this. I just can't see anyone wanting to go to this. You know, I am a guy. I like women as much if not more than the next guy, but a museum. Yeah. That's the last place wanna go. If I were in Europe, unless we're misunderstanding, the concept and their plan is to use local women to exhibit the history of bikinis. There's there's something more to this museum concept, but that would sort of question the whole museum term. Well, that is a very good point. And there might be live models. It doesn't mean that it would question museum as as in. It's got to be on a plastic model. What's wrong with live models to show an old itsy-bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dotted one? Yes. The point is this kind of idea are they going to turn it into something that would entice a Hugh Hefner. I mean, he made a fortune on women in not an only bikinis. But then taking off clothing, right? But in the early magazine's swimsuit swimsuit swimsuit. So it depends on if it's sort of a look back to the past. And is this prologue for these franchises? Jim. I don't see it working, and I could be totally wrong. But I don't and I'll tell you why. If people wanna be excited and see something, you know, is argued mentioned there's a lot of stuff online. You could look at her who knows what people want to see the Victoria's Secret fashion show is on television. And I think it's ratings have been dropping and dropping and dropping, and that's, you know, similar in that live, maybe exciting way for some people to to see things like that. My two senses. I would go I would go if they actually show the youthful liberation that that the swimsuit brought because I love history. I really like. World War Two and the aftermath of World War studying that war is fascinating. And if they weave that in to the mood at the time, then I would certainly go. And of course, because I read about this. I would certainly want to see how they displayed this in Germany, and then how it was would be franchise. So I'm all in maybe that that's odd. And I think it is a little odd that you guys said that you would have no interest..
