Mike Davis the Article III Project Unpacks the Biden Docs
"Is Mike Davis from the article three project. Mike, welcome back to the program. What is the latest on the document scandal and saga? Is it correct that the federal bureau investigation Department of Justice raided Biden's home this last weekend? I wouldn't call it a raid. The Biden Justice Department is working very closely with the Biden White House and Biden's personal attorneys to carefully choreograph an orchestrates this search in Delaware. Remember, they found these documents more than two months ago. The only reason that we're even learning about this, it sounds like Biden turned these over to his political appointee at the national archives and then the inspector general of the national archives got wind of this and turned it over to the Justice Department. We may have never learned about this at the national archives inspector general didn't get wind of this, and they've covered this up for two months. And remember during this time, they have these documents on November 2nd, as you said, midterms are November 8th. They bury this. November, November 18th, attorney general Merrick Garland should have immediately appointed a special counsel because he can't investigate his boss president Trump. And so what happens 16 days after they find these documents on November 18th, Garland appoints a special counsel, but to go after Trump for the Mar-a-Lago documents that Trump was legally entitled to have under the presidential records act. So this has been a complete cover up. They've allowed Biden's attorneys to perform the first four search searches of these documents. They keep fighting these documents after Biden has assured the American people that they've done a complete search and there are no more documents that keep finding more,
Why Hasn't There Been an FBI Raid on Biden?
"Why hasn't there been an FBI raid on Biden? Over the classified document scandal. Now, the obvious answer to that might seem to be well, the DoJ is under the Biden White House. The part of the executive branch, they're not going to raid Biden for the same reason that you're not going to have a mafia consigliere raiding the home of his boss. But the DoJ is charged with enforcing the law. And the normal procedure with classified documents. Let's remember with the classified documents, the premise is that these are top secret. That only people with clearance should have access to these documents, ordinary people, lay people, if you will, people who don't have high level clearance shouldn't be rummaging through these documents reading what they say, maybe taking photos of them with your phone. None of that. And that's been the FBI's approach with the Trump documents. Even though the FBI told Trump and the people at Mar-a-Lago put an added padlock on the storage room where those documents supposedly were, the FBI goes ahead and raids anyway. And in fact, they raid in such a manner that they push aside the Trump lawyers. They say, listen, leave us to do our job. We're not telling you what documents we're taking at least not right now. We'll make an inventory and give it to you later. Now, contrast all this with the treatment of the Biden people. Because what's going on with Biden is, well, let's call it a self investigation.

Susie Moore: Unbelievable That Biden Didn't Know About Special Counsel
"I wonder because I say Biden but I really think it's Jill You have decided yeah of course we're going to run again in 24 Gavin Newsom has been campaigning even though he's made a statement Oh I'm not running for president That's Joe Biden We're going to support Biden But he's still campaigning So when I put that together with the fact that suddenly we're really interested in the bad things that the Biden administration is doing I'm wondering if the Democrat party is trying to enact some kind of cool here I don't know what they want to have in place of it or if it is connected to what Newsom is doing But the idea that suddenly they want to hold by an accountable is fascinating Now The White House is saying that they did not know that Merrick Garland was going to issue this special counsel And they did not know that he was going to make this announcement Do you buy that I don't I mean they might have some plausible deniability there They might be kind of using weasel words to say that But according to our latest reporting on this when Garland gave his press conference he indicated that he had appointed a special counsel on November 10th So it's very difficult for me to believe that a special counsel has been appointed for the past two months to look into this And the Biden administration is just now the Biden White House I should say Because he's part of the administration of course It's just now learning of this There's no doubt I just feel like there's more factions and wouldn't you just love to be a fly on the wall right now and see what's scrambling is going on behind the scenes
Susie Moore: The Media Agenda Behind Biden Classified Documents
"And that's interesting I mean we're not in the business of totally connecting the dots for you There are some liability issues but it is interesting to consider that there are some foreign issues that the Biden administration or before that he became the Biden administration the bidens wanted to keep I'll say safe And so took them But that whole the whole idea of what's going on right now sissy with this being compared to what they did to Trump suddenly the media is really interested in classified documents for the first day that this story broke There were all kinds of excuses flying across the media right The talking points had gone out It was like oh this is not the same as the Trump thing But now the media narrative and the media mood seems to have shifted a little bit I played a clip from Ed O'Keefe from CBS sort of having a contentious exchange with KJ P over this and the media now seems to be looking to hold Biden accountable for these documents and I'm not I'm not exactly convinced that it's an honest situation that's going on here What's your opinion about the media point of view of this situation Yeah I think I share your instincts on this The first thing that I asked as soon as this story broke early in the week was okay why is this coming out now Somebody has an agenda here Somebody decided made a determination that it was beneficial to get this information in this story out there It didn't just happen Is it people that are opposed to Biden running for a second term putting that agenda into play or is this something where it's being orchestrated by the Biden White House to try and get ahead of it And sort of mute the impact of it that I don't know But there's no question in my mind that there is some as you put it a river like an undercurrent here This isn't just fact finding and journalism It's something there's something else going on here
The Role of the Biden White House in Swaying Vaccine Sentiment
"Article in The Wall Street Journal, if you didn't see it, go check it out. It was actually in Monday's Wall Street Journal, an op-ed that talked about the role of The White House the Biden White House in trying to characterize how people were thinking about vaccines specifically, obviously, the COVID vaccine. And if you do any kind of search, it's very, very difficult to get any possible negative information or any information that may suggest anything other than what The White House wanted you to think about vaccines. And I'm always troubled by things like that because to me, scientific information, especially actual studies and there was plenty of good stuff. I mean, look, I get it. There's bad stuff out there too, and they're fearful that the bad stuff is going to get sort of cemented into people's heads, but people ought to be able to access all information. And once you start going down this path of deciding what they can see, what they can't see, what's real, what's not, what's fake, what's real. When The White House is in charge of that, then I think it creates a very dicey scary atmosphere where we, as individuals have to rely on news that has been manipulated or filtered by a political party. In this case, it's the Democrats. It's the Biden administration that is getting after social media companies telling them, look, you know, we don't like how your characterizing this. We don't like that it's a Fox story coming up. A fox commentary nonetheless on a day when it should be all this other stuff, et cetera, et cetera. Well, that is, to me, pretty problematic.
Jim Jordan Leads Committee Investigating 'Weaponization of Government'
"Of the, one of the first orders of business is Jim Jordan, who is going to be chairing a select committee and it's called it's called the weaponization of government. And Jim Jordan is going to fast track an investigation into how big government was being used to target conservatives. We're going to be this is a very, very important thing that's about to happen here. So this select subcommittee on the weaponization of the federal government is really in response to what has been coming out from Elon Musk and the Twitter files. And we know for a fact that the Biden administration has been specifically targeting conservatives. Over the weekend, we got word that the Biden White House, the Biden White House, asked Twitter to censor Tucker Carlson and Tommy lahren from over at Fox. So McCarthy has agreed to this select subcommittee. Now the question is, what's going to become of the information that is gleaned as a result of this committee? The subcommittee again is going to be chaired by Jim Jordan and they're going to look specifically at communication between the tech giants and Joe Biden's aides, and they're going to see if the government applied any pressure to Twitter or Facebook or anybody else that resulted in the censorship or the harassment of conservatives. By the way, any of you folks still shadow banned. Censored on Twitter. I don't think it's getting any better over there to be honest with you.

Why We Need a New RNC Head With Liz Wheeler
"Basically just saying that when it becomes confusing, people tune out. And we do, as we were saying earlier, we need an RNC head who realizes that you can not we can not move forward unless we clarify this. You were talking about what happened in Wisconsin. Wisconsin and actually, you know, I remember what I was talking about was talking about Donald Trump said something about when somebody makes the case like, look, you know, if we know that Joe Biden and his people stole the election, there's nothing we can do about it. And he is saying in a nutshell, that's preposterous. If we know that it was stolen, we should be able to figure out a way to do something about it. And I agree with him. I don't know what that means, but it seems to me that when a wrong has been done, we have to figure out a way to make it right. Yeah, there has to be some accountability. Listen, this is how I think about statements from politicians like the one Trump made where he essentially said we should suspend the constitution and install him as president. But I'll just take you through my thought process here because right now we have the mainstream media and the left all the way up to the Biden White House condemning Trump for saying suspend the constitution. And I mean, of course it's a banana thing to say. Of course, we should not suspend the constitution. But it's funny that the left is the one crying and outrage over this because the left is, this is the same Democratic Party, the same leftist apparatus who told us that our entire country is illegitimate based on some kind of systemic racism. That's the constitution of the United States. The Declaration of Independence are racist documents that we are irredeemable just because of the color of our skin based on sins of the past. They, on a regular basis, make every effort by hook or by crook to subvert the constitution, not because they are trying in an unwise or imprudent way to correct or write some wrong. But because they want to deprive you and I, as Christian people, of our fundamental God given inherent human rights as protected by these documents. So
Jack Posobiec Describes the 'Saudi Shuffle'
"What's going on with Saudi Arabia? Outside of silly soccer stuff. Let's go on with the pump and dump. We call it the Saudi shuffle a massive pump and dump that took place yesterday. Single source reporting, similar to the international distribution James laporta, who was summarily fired from Associated Press. I don't know why they were dumpster diving into the bargain bin of The Daily Beast of higher reporters. I hope they never do that again. After they had to fire him for lying about the Poland missile strike that turns out actually was a cream missile, not a Russian missile. It was a stray missile, by the way zelensky still yet to apologize for that, or at least offer condolences. But in Saudi Arabia, there was a single sourced anonymous report to The Wall Street Journal yesterday that said that Saudi Arabia would be ramping up oil production. Now, remember, this has been a huge strategic goal for the Biden administration to ramp up OPEC's oil production because they've put the lock and chain on all American domestic production. And so for a second there, it looked as though the oil would be flooding the pumps would be going from Saudi Arabia and all because the Biden administration had given immunity to MBS himself The Crown prince essentially the ruler of Saudi Arabia in these lawsuits regarding the death of Khashoggi. This guy Khashoggi was in a very shady, very sinister character, wrote for The Washington Post, so already someone that we should definitely have an asterisk next to. But again, you tied to some very, very bad people in the Middle East. But here's what happened. The Saudis came out and completely denied the reports of the price of oil Charlie. For a couple hours there on the markets, the oil futures just spell. They were suddenly lying down. They said, oh, there's this huge deal because the Biden White House was taking incoming all day over this Khashoggi's widow comes out and is like, oh, how about you've killed him again? So she said, you've killed him again. Well, the dirty little secret is, it looks as though this entire thing was fake, and it was either cooked up by somebody on the street who had some nice puts maybe in the oil market and conducted a literal pump and dump with oil futures or or where they working potentially in conjunction with somebody in The White House. The Biden administration that was looking for a little bit of cover fire for the fact that they had given immunity to MBS and
Blake Masters: Mark Kelly Enables Joe Biden's Agenda
"I mean if people really do want to make a change in reverse course and send a message to Biden and the Democrats they have to vote for you and oppose this guy because this guy is one of their is one of their foot soldiers and we see them all over the country These are Democrats in the United States Senate He hasn't fought to close the border He hasn't fought against the high rise in crime He hasn't fought against illegal immigration He hasn't fought so that you have more fuel in Arizona Didn't done any of these things I assume that the people of Arizona want a fighter who agrees with them And that's your point right And tell me where you disagree with this guy Well I disagree with Mark Kelly on so much I mean he is just enabling Biden's agenda Like just look at the economy And it's like man are they are they just really incompetent Or is what we're seeing worse than incompetence right That's an interesting parlor game to play but it's like what do these geniuses think was going to happen Mark when they destroyed our energy independence Do you declare war on fossil fuels War on oil and gas in a country that's still mostly powered by oil and gas Gosh do you think that might make the price of energy shoot up And it did they took gasoline from $2 to $6 Now they want a metal because in Maricopa County it's back down in the 5s mainly because Biden is selling out oil from our strategic petroleum reserve compromising national security in a desperate bid to suppress gas prices before the midterms So they surrendered our energy independence They made energy too expensive That causes inflation in the economy And then they printed and spent $6 trillion Obviously that was going to cause some inflation So they're responsible for this We don't have to wonder where it came from It came from the Biden White House and Mark Kelly no matter what he says now he voted for all of these policies that are making Arizona family's suffer
Devin Nunes: There Are a Lot of Bad Apples Getting Promoted in DC
"It is amazing to me that in the year and a half now since I've been out and we've been doing this and especially two or three years since Russia and impeachment, does it just strike you that you just sit back every morning and open up the piper or you hear something else where what we were saying about DoJ in tail, all these, it was confirmed. And it's like, we've been saying this forever, and now it's like, you know, oh, yeah, well, they did that but that's beginning to bother me. Yeah, they did it, but. Well, Doug, what I think is actually even more sinister today looking at what's happening, especially with the raid. I think what you helped the whole team uncover, the Republicans in the House that where we all uncovered the Russia hoax. Back in 17 and 18 and you played such big, big role in that. What we're seeing today has continued and I didn't really see it because we thought at the time, okay, the two lovebirds are gone, mccabe and Comey are gone. The Obama, a lot of the Obama DoJ people were gone and so you thought, all right, we've got Horowitz there, and you have the Durham investigation, and so, you know, things maybe aren't getting better or great, and because there hasn't been prosecutions. But boy, I sure as hell hope they learned a lesson and they're going to get out of politics. Well, clearly what I see now, and I don't know if you're seeing the same thing, but there are two to three dozen really bad actors. You can call them rats. You could call it a sleeper cell. That's now been activated that I described a couple days ago on newsmax as the get Trump Gestapo within DoJ and FBI. And the head of this snake are the people that were there back in Dorian Obama, 15, 16, 17, kicked off the Russia hoax investigation in early 16, all those players have now been promoted. They are either in the Biden White House at the top of DoJ and clearly with this FBI agent scandal recently this guy that was involved in the phony Whitmer setup deal where he had the feds involved looking at January 6th, possibly involved in Mar-a-Lago. Now there's reports that have this guy back with remember the famous Bruce and Nelly or Nellie or work for future GPS. Bruce or one of the top guys at DoJ. And this guy hanging out in 2016 in Europe, I'm sure, you know, looking for the infamous P tapes or whatever it may be. So there are some, there's a lot of bad apples and a small cell within the FBI that are working with the people at DoJ and the Biden White House.
Rep. Jim Jordan Describes What a Republican Majority Can Do
"If we take back the house, which I believe we will, and it's looking really, really good. Can you talk about what that will then be able to do? What's the next step? Let's say it's January 20th. You have all these. You got sworn in in early January. And now we're cooking. What does that look like now with the whistleblowers? It's not just the press release. What are you then able to do? Well, we're able to then when we talk with these guys, we're able to go to the people that they know are part of this and we can ask for not just ask for we can subpoena and depose these individuals. That will be part of what we have to do. And there's really two big investigations that I think have to happen, particularly in the judiciary committee, which hopefully we're going to have control in lord will and I'll be able to chair. But those investigations revolve around the political nature of the Justice Department, what we're talking about here. And also the border situation. And those two issues are within our committees jurisdiction. There are two of the biggest issues our nation faces. That's where we will go. We want to talk to some agents. Who was telling you to do the things on the border, how did that come down from my orchestra in all kinds of things we have to look at on that issue? And of course, this issue where we know there was a great example charm. We know that the politics go to the school board issue. We know there was coordination between The White House, the DoJ, the Department of Education, and the national school boards association prior to the initial letter sent on September 29th from the school board association to the Biden White House. We know that we're talking, here's a great question for these people. Did you talk about putting in the reference to using the Patriot Act using domestic terrorism statutes against moms and dads? The White House knew about that. So those are the kind of things that will happen on day one if in fact we get the majority.
A Suicide Theme Song by James Taylor for the Biden White House
"James Taylor, here's a little sound and view if you're watching on the shale of news channel of what this looked like. I see you sunny days I hope you're the real. Now I'm James Taylor fan. I admit it. I've listened to fire and rain all my life. You know what fired rings about? Suicide. There's a good theme song for The White House. Because we are killing ourselves in this country. We are destroying America. You talk about Nero fiddling while Rome burns. Have James Taylor come to The White House and sing a song about suicide. During the inflation, celebration. As Americans are paying a heavy price.
Biden's White House Hosted an 'Inflation Reduction' Party
"Hours after a horrible jobs inflation report, The White House had an inflation party. Let me say that again. Hours after the awful inflation report was released, The White House hosted an inflation reduction party. It's a little bit like the inflation reduction act. They're trolling us. They're gaslighting us. They know it's the opposite. They are destroying the country and their partying.
Biden Lied About Not Knowing About the Trump Raid
"Biden lied about not knowing about what's going on with the Trump Mar-a-Lago rate, complete another lie. You have a president of the United States that sick. The Department of Justice, the FBI on another a former president. This is absolutely sick. This according to just the news, the Biden White House worked directly with the Justice Department and the national archives to instigate the criminal probe into alleged miss handling of documents, allowing the FBI to review evidence retrieved from Mar-a-Lago this spring and eliminating the 45th president's claims to executive privilege. Executive privilege. This is insane. This is according to contemporaneous government documents that have been reviewed by just the news. But this is absolutely insane.
The Mar-a-Lago Raid Story Should NEVER Get Old to You
"Living in an authoritarian state. There's no doubt about it. I'm going to talk to you about the rate at Mar-a-Lago a little bit. This is a story that should never get old to you. It should never grow old because if they can harass the DoJ the Biden White House and we'll talk about that because the Biden we now know that the Biden White House sick. The DoJ on president or former president Trump. And I want to talk to you about that because you should be very afraid you should be very concerned about this. I don't know why people don't get it. I don't know why people try to make this a Trump thing or a Republican versus Democrat thing. It's not. This is about your liberty. This is about your freedom. And if they could do it to one of the most powerful men in the country, they can certainly bully you. They
John Solomon: Uncovering Memos That Biden Knew About Probe Into Trump
"Let's just jump right into this. You were the one who broke the news about these memos, you know, Biden early on set, didn't know anything about it. White House says we didn't have any involvement, but you found a memos that showed that was not exactly true. Yeah. That's exactly right. From the beginning of this investigation in April of 20, 22, which is the flash point for the FBI to open a criminal investigation against the former president. Joe Biden, his White House as White House counsel were in direct. Conversations with the Justice Department and even perhaps more importantly, they authorized the initial release of evidence that would give the Justice Department a try to get to go in and investigate there is a letter from the national archives that show the national archives of Justice Department the FBI and the Biden White House had set a conversation and Joe Biden authorized through The White House counsel, ascending of some of the documents that were found at Mar-a-Lago to the FBI. Then The White House counsel's office conveyed to the national archives President Biden won't invoke or recognize executive privilege for president Trump is a great legal question whether he could do that. But he won't recognize it and you can view the archives can wave his privilege and tell that to the FBI and that happened. So the Biden White House gives the initial evidence to open a criminal investigation against their chief political rival and then takes away one of the potential legal challenges of legal defenses that that former president, the current head of the opposition party, might have in the court system and the traditional news media can't come to go so that they're trying to find everything they can to write about this letter without having to mention that. But Joe Biden was at the ignition point as White House was at the ignition point of this criminal investigation of his chief rival. And as
John Solomon: Biden Knew About Probe Into Trump Documents Long Ago
"We've been talking about all the issues So there's so many involved in this rogue operation against former president Trump in his home And so I want to ask you this you broke a story the other night that The White House the Biden White House facilitated this criminal probe and as I remember there are spokespersons said Biden knew nothing about this and nobody in The White House knew Yeah Yeah they did That's how they played it on August 8th when the raid occurred but it turns all the way back to April they had knowledge that the FBI was seeking to open a criminal probe They couldn't open it without getting the documents given to back from Trump to the archives unless the archives could send it to the FBI The president through his council's office approved the transmission of those documents President Trump's lawyers then raised executive privilege as you would expect any former president to do And the President Biden said you know what I have no interest in claiming executive beverage over this If the archive wants to wave it they may do so And that facilitated a very quick escalation of the criminal investigation from preliminary to true criminal investigation to grand jury I'll tell you how quick it was It may 8th is when the letter goes to president Trump's lawyers from the archives saying the president and White House wade privilege I would give him the Doc and C FBI Teflon Four days later there's already activity before the grand jury a couple of weeks after that president Trump is served with a grand jury subpoena in Mar-a-Lago that results in a cooperative visit by the FBI to his compound on June 3rd and then by August 8th they've escalated from a grand jury subpoena to a search warrant And Joe Biden facilitated that acceleration of the investigation his deputy council directly involved in these discussions and you have a triangle of the national security archives the DoJ FBI law enforcement state and The White House approving this

"Want to welcome, I think he's there, John Solomon, how are you, sir? I'm well, Mark, good to talk to you. It's a pleasure I've been a long time too long just the news is a fantastic sight here we use it all the time. We've been talking about all the issues. So there's so many involved in this rogue operation against former president Trump in his home. And so I want to ask you this, you broke a story the other night that The White House, the Biden White House facilitated this criminal probe, and as I remember, there are spokespersons said Biden knew nothing about this, and nobody in The White House knew. Yeah. Yeah, they did. That's how they played it on August 8th, when the raid occurred, but it turns all the way back to April, they had knowledge that the FBI was seeking to open a criminal probe. They couldn't open it without getting the documents given to back from Trump to the archives unless the archives could send it to the FBI. The president through his council's office approved the transmission of those documents. President Trump's lawyers then raised executive privilege as you would expect any former president to do. And the President Biden said, you know what? I have no interest in claiming executive beverage over this. If the archive wants to wave it, they may do so. And that facilitated a very quick escalation of the criminal investigation from preliminary to true criminal investigation to grand jury. I'll tell you how quick it was. It may 8th is when the letter goes to president Trump's lawyers from the archives saying the president and White House wade privilege. I would give him the Doc and C FBI Teflon. Four days later, there's already activity before the grand jury a couple of weeks after that, president Trump is served with a grand jury subpoena in Mar-a-Lago that results in a cooperative visit by the FBI to his compound on June 3rd and then by August 8th, they've escalated from a grand jury subpoena to a search warrant. And Joe Biden facilitated that acceleration of the investigation, his deputy council directly involved in these discussions and you have a triangle of the national security archives, the DoJ, FBI, law enforcement state and The White House approving this. And it just leaves that impression. Think about this. The president, the man who beat Donald Trump in 2020 and expects to run against him in 2024, 6 the FBI on his opposition, the opposition leader of the United States and there's no one saying, hey, this is a bad optic. Maybe you shouldn't do this. Pretty remarkable story, pretty irrefutable, good to see the corporate media catch up to today and acknowledge it, though they have put their own twisted spin on it. Yeah, now the twist they've put on it is. John Solomon in just the news has demonstrated the opposite of what he's trying to demonstrate. I didn't really want his fingerprints. Hold on, now the Biden really didn't want to get involved in any of this. So he turned it over to the archives. Now, rather than me respond to that, I want you to respond to how ridiculous that is. Well, it is ridiculous. And listen, the same reporters that started this, Maggie, aberman last night, guy named Kyle Cheney at political. I encourage people listening to the show. Go take a look at their Twitter feed over the last two years. See how many times they misled

"Now to the latest of the war Ukraine is expected to have a long tough road ahead as it battles Russia this spring and summer Congress has this week passed 40 billion bucks in humanitarian and military aid its most substantial package yet But is 40 billion enough We ask CBS News chief Washington correspondent major Garrett who also hosts the takeout podcast I would say it better be at least four of the period of time that's before the president and this Congress is heads toward really what is a small window of available time to legislate basically through July then there's an August break small amount of time in September then a big break in October for the midterm elections So this is probably going to be the last big tranche of money This Congress is going to approve before the midterm elections And you are already beginning to see in the House and in the Senate Some ripples of dissent among Republicans that didn't exist three weeks ago That's not because things aren't working in Ukraine Things are working in Ukraine What's the big political issue Inflation infant formula shortages other things that are of much higher domestic concern The Ukraine policy for the Biden White House in concert with European allies is definitely working and this money will be of great assistance But politically here maybe it's short sighted whether it is or isn't It's real Those concerns are putting pressure on this White House holding down the president's approval numbers and will create resistance should there be another request for money for Ukraine later this year The president met with the leaders of Sweden and Finland strongly supporting their bid to join NATO How important is this for the west particularly in Europe and are there consequences for Vladimir Putin Very important and dire consequences for Vladimir Putin It's obvious but it's worth repeating because it's so important One of Vladimir Putin's goals and invading Ukraine was to destabilize NATO assuming it would not do anything It would not rally to the defense of a non NATO member That's exactly the opposite of what has happened not only did NATO rally not only as NATO pouring money in to remember nations into Ukraine and the Ukrainians are giving as good as they get from the Russians fighting this to a standstill to the surprise of everyone but NATO was enlarging Finland and Sweden have had this question before them for decades and for decades said no we'd rather not And now they are for one reason and one reason only Complete fear that Russia's expansionist ways demonstrated in Ukraine may visit themselves upon their countries This is transformative for the European defense alliance It will have consequences for decades to come long after the conflict in Ukraine has resolved one way or the other It will also set up a lot of side negotiations You already seeing them with the Turks on can they get in Will there be unanimous approval All that dickering will continue That's kind of a sideshow An important one but the decades transformative importance is after a long time of thinking about this Now Finland and Sweden want in that where we work.

"Beanies The more this morning we turn to editor in chief of the hill bob Cusack on what took the ally so long to agree on revoking Russia's trade status this week I have to complicate a thing and getting everybody on the same page is difficult whether that's allies or members of Congress getting on the same page as lawmakers have struggled to also agree on sanctions And certainly the Biden White House has seen a bit of a bump in the polls So I think most people have been satisfied with the way the president has dealt with Ukraine but some critics have said he's been a little bit too slow on certain stuff And been playing catch up But we shall see over the next couple of weeks that resolve of both Congress and The White House and the allies against the Russian innovation Yeah why do you think the president has been sort of letting Congress be more vocal about this And then just kind of following in their footsteps on a lot of these Ukraine related policies Well as you know Biden is a creature of the Senate former chairman of the Senate foreign relations committee So I think he wants to have members have a say to some degree I'm having some input But both members of Congress and the administration know that as far as who is actually driving foreign policy that's always going to be The White House in consultation with Congress Congress as we pass billions of new aid for Ukraine along with the omnibus spending package that funds the government through the rest of the fiscal year That $1.5 trillion spending bill is loaded with some political prices for both parties So what happened to all the concerns about spending and the deficit Well they've been shelved There was certainly some talk of coronavirus relief and dipping into funds that have already been passed and that was too controversial So that was discarded from this bill Overall if you want to get bipartisanship in Washington the one thing you usually do is pick up and increase the price tag of the bill That usually will satisfy enough Democrats and enough Republicans to get behind A bill And remember.

"That the Biden White House refers to the Taliban as businesslike and professional. Nine a.m. on W. M A. L. Now back to about federal benefits with winter Troxell. We're rocking and rolling through this Saturday afternoon. I want to talk about retirement income plan. What is it? I mentioned every week on the show. I say people should call and your retirement income plan. I don't know if we've ever really taken the time describing what is a retirement income plan. I think most people know what a retirement plan is, right, just like somehow. Create this conceptual thing that predicts the future or maybe gives you an idea of where you stand for retirement. I think that's a good idea. Get every time a snapshot if you will, but retirement income plan. That's the tough part. It addresses the hardest part of retirement. You may have identified The assets. You have a retirement. You may have even identified the expenses that you're going to have a retirement. You know what many people struggle with? They struggle with knowing how and where to withdraw the assets to pay those expenses. I met many people who said, I think I have more than enough for retirement. Right. But then when I asked him where are you going to draw the money from? They're not quite sure that their strategy is the right one. The third time in income plane is for its to identify. Of course, what is the retirement income need? What is the first time income objective? But more importantly, it's about drawing from the right assets at the right time. Someone came in the other day. Bless their hearts. They had a Monte Carlo analysis. If you're not familiar, it is this wild. You know, Thousands scenario projection of if this person was retired, like 1000 times, or some obscene number amount of times. What is the percentage chance that they would come out? Okay. By the end of retirement versus not and this guy says, Well, you know, I had my Monte Carlo Ren. My retirement has been simulated 1000 times and according to the data According to the algorithms, according to the computer I have a 98% chance of being good. So why do I need you? He even put the report right in my conference room table. And I said, I'm going to need a moment. Right in the back of my head. I'll tell you what I was thinking. There's very little value to this 98% number in this five page report that something like table but this guy is super excited about it, and I'm going to be the one to tell him and I got to be real chill when I do. And I said, I need a moment. I need to consider what's in front of me here, so I don't screw it up for you. And for me, Yeah, I was thinking about when I went through Monte Carlo training when I started out as an a financial advisor. I never forget it. I was so excited about it. Oh, wow. Look at this. I can put in client Formacion. I could put an investment account information. I can predict the future like retirement God through Monte Carlo Software I was in powered by it. Right, and I was idealistic. I wanted the Monte Carlos story to be true. I wanted there to be a way to simulate someone's retirement so much. I mean, what can I say? I was in my upper twenties. Of course, I wanted it to be true as idealistic and I actually thought for a minute. There are computer could tell me what was going to happen in someone's life for 30 years. Right. I had the data. I understand the software it had to be true. I remember working with a client. We ran the simulations. They got into retirement. And you would never guess what happened. They actually spent a different amount on groceries in the first month of retirement as what I had in the software. They didn't even spend the right amount on their vacation. They bought a different card than I had projected. I started realizing they didn't actually follow. The retirement plan in retirement. Like who would do that? They did not call me when they were on vacation to make sure that they spent $1430.26 like I had projected. A matter of fact, the market did not even follow the plan. The plan had projected that the market would go up in initial retirement, then down, but the market went down, then up. I came to realize very quickly that the plane had no utility. Sound like we'll shoot now. What am I going to do? Right? And I realized over the years that no one can predict what's coming in the next 10 years. Look back 10 years ago Could you have predicted where you're at today? No way. There are so many retirement simulations and they're available. They're free. That tells you something done that they're free online. You could even you could get an advisor who use also free online software to do these crazy, ridiculous analysis. That don't help us practically in any way, shape or form. And so I thought was thinking all that through my mind, but I brought it together. And I told the perspective client I said. Do you have an idea? Of how you're going to spend money 10 years from now. Do you know what you're going to need? 20 years from now that the wife says, Yeah, yeah, less than now, You know, 20 years from now we're not gonna go in, you know, ski vacations, and we're not gonna, you know, climb out ever see, etcetera, Because, you know, we're just not going to do those things in our eighties. And I said, Well,.

Two thousand twenty two election. season song. Very worried if only from a practical standpoint but from the political standpoint electorally in washington. Dc are particularly worried because it looks like democrats are going through our biannual ritual of finding every way we can to snatch defeat the victory. There's nothing that i've seen in the national democratic focus and of course i'm not privy to all the position that chuck schumer in leader pelosi are having behind the scene. But there's nothing. I've seen that suggests that there is an innovative way to corral the democratic senate caucus to be all in the same as we heard some encouraging messages from joe. Manchin i believe that the texas how democrats had a positive impact on his psyche over the course of the last two weeks but we have still not yet heard definitive statement that shows that we are ready to use the actual power that we have but at least while we have it for the next year and a half. So i'm concerned never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity. Hey bill let's push our focus to tuesday and the first hearing of the one six committee. Here's how the a p puts it regarding one of the more famous members of that committee behind closed doors. Those involved in the committee's work see in liz. Cheney a serious and constructive member hardly a republican figurehead but determined partner to what she has said must be a sober investigation. A p will forgive me for saying that's a bit of a duh. i think bill She's obviously a consequential person and of all the committee members chosen could end up being among the dominant drivers of the conversation. The questioning the investigation. I think that's right. And i think actually Be vindicated for not accepting republican nominee not accepting at least two of them in mccarthy withdrew. The other three. I guess they'll end up without the others. Baby will be asked to join the speaker. series investigation. That's group. Republicans will complain of their blue in the face that his partisan the end of the day. The testimony will be testimony under oath depositions the report and we'll learn i think more about what happened on january six. What happened in the run-up to january six in the white house in the defense department in the justice department. And i think i think short-term even a lot of democrats and liberals row just understand looks bad to kick the republicans off. I think it was a hard headed decision. On her part. That will will end up being done. We don't it. Nothing could make the topic of the one six committee more serious we saw at all and nothing tells us how serious it is than the republican attempts to tell us what we saw wasn't correct. What we saw wasn't reality. Why not make this as big as they can get as much public attention as they can. How about one or two sessions in prime time to get the largest audience given that we're in the middle of the summer that they can possibly get. What do you think. The american people need to hear from this committee. I don't really think you need to hear anything i think. We're focusing on the wrong sense. We saw we saw it all on one six. Since the beginning of may as we've been told this is largely a pandemic of the unvaccinated this time around and anger and frustration at those who have not yet gotten. The shot is growing as we mentioned at the top of this broadcast earlier today. The republican governor of alabama the state with the nation's lowest vaccination rate called out those who are still holding out folks both to have common sense. But it's time for the start blaming the unvaccinated folks. Not the regular folks. It's the unvaccinated folks letting us night. I've done all i know how to do. I can't encourage you to do something. Americans surveyed say they will definitely not get a shot thirty five percent of them say they probably won't can't get one while sixty four percent of the unvaccinated say they have little confidence that vaccines are effective against variants. remarkable numbers. Truly white house maintains it has no intention of getting behind any kind of mandates are requirements. They will stay the course trying to convince people to get one of the three vaccines that are available. We always knew it would be harder as more people got vaccinated. that's the stage. We're in now. We have to stay at it to save people's lives now. The government has also purchased an additional two hundred million doses of the pfizer vaccine to be delivered from october through april of next year. In fact just tonight. The new york times is out with a story that biden administration health officials increasingly believe as is the case with other vaccines. How are you dick. Happy independence day. Thank you and we hope we we We have one against the virus. Yes that's right we have We have thanks to stack paint. We absolutely have you know that vaccine was probably developing it. Was i think the most important political project by the government since the manhattan project led to the ball Hundred right open. I i agree with you. One hundred percent. You know the conversation with offended by a very whose leftist and she asked me Why the us this was before the vaccine was developed and she asked me why the us did not participate in the consortium with the other european countries to develop the bond to develop they vaccine and i said because we believe in competition. They believe in cooperation so they have every company involved in the each research projects. And they were going to share equally in the rewards. If they make the money and come said didn't want that he said we compete the hell out of it. And whoever gets there first if you get this massive out of money and His approach works by two years faster than the european burke european dying and airplanes still miserable in america. Well we have independence day independence day. Some people trying to change. America dick morris. Tell and tell us the other thing. I i know you're concerned about. Is your friend president trump. And what what. They're trying to do yeah. I think that everybody's missing why they indicted the trump organization. Some people are saying that it's because they want revenge for his presidency and this full of bitterness and they want to hurt him in any way we can and that's basically true but that's the core reason and others are saying that they wanna quit him for twenty four and settled in with this so that he can't run that's in their minds to but again i think the major reason is not the past or the future. It's president. I think that trump has become the most effective. Is that perhaps the only spokesman for the republican party there is no other national. You're descending descending from biden's policies and laying as disastrous they are whether it be immigration upper or his inflation policies or he's welfare policies There's only one candidate one person at at it's really making that case and that's donald trump when he revived doing these rallies. He really became on a day by day basis but functional leader of the opposition. And they want to shut him up he's too effective. He's too important and And the goal is not to retribution for the past or prevention for the future to shut him up in the present because they can't have him running around telling people the truth about what's going on the bike and i think that that visit to the border and other stuff that he's done and absolutely decided the establishment of the of the da's office and the aj's office that they wanted to do everything they can to keep him quiet so part of this communication because they figure though sweep up people in his organization maybe they can turn on and maybe something they could shed like. Michael kohn did or otherwise. I think basically is an effort here. to keep trump quiet and i think he's making enough of a nuisance of themselves to biden that That i think that that's what's behind this I tend to agree with you. And i think it's almost like living in a third world country where the current government is going after the previous government. You're going and you put that in context. John of the fact that trump did not go after hillary campaign he did but there was no indictment. There was no real investigation The clinton foundation skated through without a problem and And metal corrupt arrangement where Tenneco this company was basically set up to get speaking gigs for bill clinton in return for favors. Hillary clinton completely escaped scrutiny and You compare that with the indictments with to impeachments against trump and the indictment of his organization democrats are are really practicing third world tactics here. Now you're gonna be on On wabc seven seventy at twelve noon to one o'clock on sundays. I look forward to listening to you. What is all about today. Well it's independence day. And i wanted to stress that the way biden has completely compromised american independent Begin with Oil dependency with the compromising energy independence. go to dependence on china for the rare earth minerals that are essential to solar batteries for any other electronic thing or cellphones or defense equipment. And we've become totally dependent on china and host of various which biden is really undoing american independent while i look forward today From twelve to one on sunday today and I look voted. And maybe the train or something like that much to science and research to say have been chinese or tissue intelligence robotics and little spat over whether you think the department or the national science foundation the certain that they split the difference and it passed i think eighty and all about twenty republicans going along with and that was really fresh i. I didn't feel since by became president of the motions with journalism. Like that and Now that now the infrastructure bill. They're apparently of ten senators five couple. Type democrat pepsico and chops the spending things other than infrastructure like colleges infrastructure. And stuff like that but the guilt problem is always have you paid for. The left wanted tax increases just because they wanted tactic and envious vengeful. And that's what they wanted to do. And the republicans came and they said why should we wave taxes and we have six billion dollars just in stimulus as it hasn't been spent most of the year marks for state and local aid facing localities. Don't need us. They're making a lot of money. And it was a also apply. I still said that they were going to increase unemployment benefits but then task the rejected the english. Because they say they've so many unfilled jobs state. We wanna increase unemployment those the money. They're back five hundred million and they republicans sets them. Grace hatch looks like they can do that and And that's really cool. Well chance are making some progress. I liked the fact that is a little bit of compromise as somebody set a media today. Do you think president biden whispered in the senators era and told them You know why don't you do that for so was i really don't want to do exactly. What the extreme left wants to do yeah. I think that's what it possible. I think that I think the next big compromise that's gonna come is on voting rights You know there's so much crap in the pelosi bill hope and stuff like brick your white g. but just some stuffing bad and mentioned said he'd go along with some variant of the john lewis voting rights act because of my moderate piece of legislation provisions. That we can all live with. I mean we not a poster voting. We're not opposed to keeping polling opening on we as long as we have one vote for one person. I'm not opposed to early voting. One vote one person and voter. Id we wanna make sure we know who's vote that can also you know it's a structure built. Nobody really against the and five hundred thousand charging stations for electric cars. We all know that eventually electric cars are going to be very very big. That's where we differ and don't forget electric cars ninety percent of the electric car. Ninety percent of the batteries are made by china and america still has one hundred years where the royal i think somebody. Somebody is giving the cucumber on that one well accepted. I think we can replace the since you rarer minerals that china that gives them that monopoly with americans From increased rare earth mineral production by forty four percent in this last year's driven and will continue to do that will ultimately make those battery here I think they're like time that money spent. Us will come. We'll be always was the dominant force. He wears minerals specifics. My point is that biden's programming instead of once mentioned seventies. Go ahead with buster biden's going no place that whole jennings on a series of one house bills should never she's like day in and now we're thinking to income from ice on those skills and find bills where they can attract ten fifteen republican votes. I understand dick. You're gonna be on today. sunday you're going to be on between one and two o'clock on wbz radio dot com seven seventy in new york and we look forward to listen to you. Today wasn't kentucky about. John is the that's neat by. I think it's very possible. The reinvention as a that your father of the country and the caretake. The president like eisenhower and And uses that to try to get reelected. Well we all hope so big marsh. We all hope so. You convince the president. Bill clinton to be a sexist president. Maybe you could convince joe by to be a centrist president. Yeah but i didn't want him reelected but one continuing to push these crazy in west wing ideas we all people will listen to you again at one to two o'clock. "Tim Kaine, You remember him Democrat from a Virginia Hillary Clinton's running mate. Told reporters to day after 45 Republicans voted yesterday to essentially call The second impeachment unconstitutional. Quote to do a trial knowing you'll get 55 votes at the max seems to me not to be the right Priorities of our time. Obviously, we do a trial may weaken do it fast. The Biden White House has felt this way for a long time, but they don't say it publicly. So one option and cane is floating. This won't take this up with Mike Emanuel just after six. Censure. Could the chamber forgo a Senate trial even after they started this thing, save time and garner bipartisan support? Whatever that is nowadays. Kane says he's already got some language He's circulating it will take 10. Senate Republicans to agree to this and Chuck Schumer today said no GOP is trying to slip out of a tough vote. They want that for next year's senatorial contests. Make no mistake. There will be a trial. This is Chuck Schumer quote and the evidence against Trump will be presented in living color for the nation and every one of us to see once again, close quote. So all that coming up now? Some people say Oh, no, We just have to move on. And that brings me to Mark Meadows of former chief of staff He was on his former congressman, obviously hey, was on Fox and friends this morning and he was asked by Brian Kilmeade. G. Mark, Do you think these save the or what was his rally called? Stop the steel or whatever it's called on the six. Was that a good idea? You know, when we start looking at the rally, Brian, you know we're focused more on that than we are really about what we need to be focused on today. When we start to look at America, it needs to be about what is important to people on Main Street and And that's what the president did. He put America first. I have. Ah, Interested in Main Street. But I'm also all for the FBI They already charged about 175. People with federal crimes figured about 800 of these morons got inside the Capitol. They have 200,000 photos and video tips related to the riot. Ah, lot of these. These terrorists are actually implicating themselves, even if they try to scrub their accounts. Uh, frantically since the six now, Ah lot of their friends and family members. Actually I dropping a dime on them so as far as this guy who loves Main Street I I like my tax dollars going to the FBI and around them up charge them. Embarrass them, humiliate them, hopefully convict them and punish him. Because you can't get away with attacking the capital. Just because we you don't like the way an election turned out. The FBI had more on that today, which we may or may not take up with Mike Emanuel tool off his beat. Coming up at the six o'clock now at 5 29 a terrible, tragic fire in dis planes. And some other news regarding the mayor and the CPS and the Chicago Teachers Union. Now with an update here is John Dempsey. Victims identified in the display. Eins Fire News.

As a deep cleaning of the executive mansion took place. A BCS mark. Creme lard was watching it all in the shadow of the White House. He spoke with Cuomo's Taylor Vance ice. It was a lot of preparation left that had to be done before by then entered the White House today about 3 30. I'm here on Pennsylvania Avenue right now, where he walked down Pennsylvania Avenue out of the motorcade. Right alongside the first lady. They walked to the northwest corner of the White House complex and entered the White House today that was followed by vice president here. It's doing the same walking with her daughter as well by her side. So the a formal session for them down Pennsylvania Avenue before they enter the White House. But A lot of work to prep it, including a lot of cleaning. This happened between every administration. They do a deep clean of the White House. Put Even the covert concern. There was ah lot of extra attention and detail being given it to the various services within the White House and sanitizing surfaces in preparation Now, they had a few hours to do it because President Trump Left about 8 A.m. this morning, but the test, Theo went down and sanitize much of a massive complex. Well, it's important to note how big it is. I think, 55,000 Square feet of something like that, or 5500 Square feet square feet is, I think the entirety of the White House complex of the White House mansion essentially Ondo. So, yeah, that Zen. Virtually every surface was in there. He needed to be. Cleaned and treated in some way over those coveted terms, not just because of the general concern of covert as well. But you know, this is also a white house that had sleep covert operations. Within the last few months, So I think it was a very real concern about the possibility of potential infection did for the president himself, or perhaps the shock, and so they gone through to do that, and ABC reviewed some contract government contractors, janitorial and housekeeping company. Totaling more than $200,000 to clean and clip the White House for Biden's arrival. You know, a lot of money spent obviously there, but I would assume they're saving a little money on the back end because it's not quite as grand of a parade today. Like you would normally see on Inauguration Day. Yeah, that's true. I think those might be different coffers, one being the presidential inaugural committee and Where they might get their money from versus the cleaning staff. Innocently thinks different conference potentially plenty, but you're totally right in terms of just a very different look to the the inauguration today, Um, the parade being Virtually non existent accept, although it is I believe there is an actual virtual event taking place, but it was very interesting. Being here in Pennsylvania Avenue is Biden entered? The White House because I did not expect him to be out of the motorcade. And he was walking down the middle of Pennsylvania Avenue. The end of the first lady, They're not. We're on. They were waving to the media on. They were led by members of the military and as well as a drum line from the University of Delaware, which is Biden all my mater. And then after that past, invited one of the White House. Then came the vice president's motorcade, which would be basically the same thing. And there was this interesting moment is Kamila Harris. Passed by the media risers. Everyone's asking her about you know what's your priority? One? What's your first job that you need to do? And all she said was I'm walking to work there. Enough.
