Five hours a day six days a week you had to be an improviser. Couldn't all be planned but it's fun to play with somebody. Yes that's fine. I agree that that's to me. One of the great pleasures of being an actor is having an intimate relationship with somebody who otherwise is a stranger to you. That's right and it's it's amazing how you relate on a whole different level than normal people with each other. That's right that's right. You sense things from the other person's body language tone of voice even more than you do in real life. Yes I do that with her Radford. No no I don't Robert Brad. What do you do with Robert Well? That's another day. We have another interview. I I assume you know who Bob Redford. I've never met him. Oh my God just you. In that cardboard sign out in the office if I ever met him or you know ran into him. I would be so embarrassed because I've taken his name for years. I take his name in vain. I mean people could think we're if deeply intimate I just. I just talked about him. It's wishful thinking Robert Redford. Right hugging the bear right next to bear hugging here and the bears head is almost larger than your entire body. And you do this thing with a marshmallow with the bear. What what tell me what what you do. I prefer marsh now on my mouth and the bear takes it out between my lips and tastes it are they. I can't explain it all. And they they they just read your luck a book and they know they spot fear if they if they sense fair then you you have to be very careful but if they sense there's no fear there then it just sit back like you and I are doing and we just have a little go out. Did you develop a way to deal with animals? Or do you think you'll always had. Oh I think in the womb. I had my folks love Al's deeply. Just Kinda my life. Somebody told me that you were at a zoo. And they said don't be don't be were. Don't be offended the animals. This animal never comes out. I think it was a giraffe. Oh it was. It was in DA at Columbus Zoo. Big Huge territory for this giraffe and he was an farthest corner. Wahab way way back there and he said don't he he won't come over even for food. Evil come over. Don't do well. I can't help but I have to talk to the animals so I should come on. Come on sweetie come on over come over. And he just looked Kamala. He came from that corner all the way across and put his head over the fence and let me pet. I was just mind boggled. I want to get back in there with I. Stay with you. What are you supposed is? How do you do it? I I think they sense a lack of fear my primary thing but also tremendous love German. I love animals more than most of the thoughtless over exception of a couple. That's another story. You're good relator to people as well. Have you learned anything about relating to animals that you apply to relating to people? Do you think I mean with the hub? Realize if you meet somebody for the first time like I've been the whole time we've been sitting here this nice engineer. I've been hitting on him while I'm talking just that same basic joke. About how many times do you get with a class? I see it coming.

You go trump twenty twenty opie. I ah here we go. You mentioned trump and against every bloody raid card everybody. There's snowflakes on both sides I think trump is guilty going into the impeachment trial but I also think that we should see all the evidence and See what the witnesses have to say. But here's the problem I think everyone is signing an oath to be what. What's the word honest the berries centers? Twenty twenty I'm in the middle of my political ran. You taught to be impartial. Thank you so everyone's signing adding that to be impartial. But here's the problem with the whole impeachment thing. Democrats have already decided that he's guilty. The Republicans have already decided added that he's not guilty and they're not willing to listen to anything so for them to be signing. That impartial owed thing is complete garbage. I would really. I'd like to see you know a fair trial with a bunch of witnesses and really go through the process because it is America God jam it and and then we could finally make our decision on trump. But it's going to be it's just going to be a dumped circus. We're all GONNA be watching but it's going to be dumped circus. The Democrats are GONNA be the yelling and screaming and screaming for witnesses screaming for this and that and the Republicans are going to like now. We're good we're good. We don't need witnesses. We don't need any of that or shit and now both hold a party lines and in the end. Unless there's some crazy bombshell thing that happens. Trump won't officially be impeached. But he won't be leaving office and then I honestly think that that's GONNA rally a lot of his base and I think the Democrats that point are going to be in a bit of trouble because they don't have a strong candidate for the Democrats out there be brave. I know I know like showing your face then everyone jumps on the calls. You basically a Cock supper cock sucker a Lib Tar Snowflake Fuck you wish you royal family would die just because you say you're one party or the other but be brave Which Democrat he has a chance to take out trump for real Graham says none of them have a chance against against trump. You can't say burning because that means nothing to me. Why do you think has a chance to be trump in twenty twenty? Why personally I think? And it's something me and Yakov smirnoff talked about on the latest episode of the Podcast Socialism. I they give your if your goal over a socialistic stance as your platform you're GONNA lose a lot of people a lot of people. The answer like told Yacov is in the compromise. The answer is in the middle somewhere but in this political climate we all want to be part of a team and it's all or nothing man you you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. I know what I'm talking about. You don't know what dove back. You're talking about fifty percent of the country basically that it is trying to try to roll over the other fifty percent of the country because they think that fifty percent doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about. It's insane what it's become this country's sadly so I felt like Yaacov had bad examples for socialism. We talked about that socialism on paper. Sure does look good. It's a way to take more. Take Care of more people in your country bought then you get politicians in there and they take advantage of the system and then then all of sudden socialism doesn't fucking work We got a Rockstar for president. I dig it all right. Socialism Blows Hillary. Clinton will come to the rescue. You know Carl said that on one. The last podcast did with him he said at the last minute Hillary is GonNa come into the race. It's just said that the Democrats had four years to figure out somebody. I mean you know trump now boy here we go because it's going to piss off some people but trump definitely has some weaknesses and the Democrats had four years to groom a solid candidate. And they just don't have it biden his too old to fucking all two dollars. Thank you sir. Socialism is legislated mediocrity mile. Yeah if it's done the wrong way. I guess I'm not saying we should turn into us. SOCIALISTA STA country by the way I'm just saying on paper and then how how it's played out are two different things that's all. I was really trying to say there. I liked the Yang. I I liked the Yankees who likes the old Andrew. Yang couldn't get on that debate stage but that stupid billionaire that buys all those commercials Marshal's gets to go on if that doesn't show you that there's something wrong with our political system. Let's go point by point to over a few things that we might want to look at when it comes to to we work now we work was at ease was a private company actually still a company that will strain to actually get a go through an IPO was trying to become a public company and the one thing which is interesting interesting is that we work adjust two thousand eighteen. According to several kinds of valuations at our company was worth more than forty billion dollars which which is a lot breath so now one question getting comes to mind Isa are we actually going through a private bobble in terms of private companies education because what's up rent now. It seems that at least in two thousand nineteen the company's got listed as they didn't manage to actually we have a successful appeals and actually manage to go to a really excitement of the market doc it around those companies now. What are the reasons behind it and you know when talking about companies that I feel I'm thinking about companies like Uber or lift or other. There are other companies that are really field this year now. The the the party said I mean look at the the we work financials the one thing that you know this race that of course company now but he arrived from two thousand eighteen eighty two to nineteen with talking about the first Amancio Manso year but this time he also improved. It's expensive quite substantially there things to take into account. If if we work was going to wipe with buzzy the numbers you can imagine that we wouldn't have oldies noise that that he's right now and one thing is also about timing timing timing. It's betty white important as you imagine it can really make or break a company and in in this year that there are the worry about recession that increasing freezing you you can imagine that for a company that could afford to actually go through an IPO without having a viable business model l. A. Becomes very hard when you go through a decision at his video especially when your primary customers are companies that actually are stuffed upset if we go through a decision would be the first companies to actually suffered from it. It's very important also delighted that we work as a really so you know improving its enterprise customers which we're getting that those might seek if we go through a recession but at the meantime on the other end if we think we interbike customers by be using we work as a really an expansion buckner so we'd ally on we work as enterprise company because we're trying to expand the operation with one free since I'm just thinking in terms of me me as a as a potential enterprise customer we work so instead of relying on internal resources and expanding geographically because he may be a recent too risky ASCII because then it becomes harder to to to to cat space and stuff we we use we work as a partner for so again imagine that if we both rotation diseases diseases. I sorta viable which will get cut so again recession. He's hard because for especially for a business model which hasn't proved viable yet yet. It's it's very hard another aspect that you know this when you go through the. We Work Appeal our attempt IPO because it was if you following the news right now you know that the company has withdrawn so far at least delaying the ideal so in might reconsider near enough in a few months things are stopped workout free since death thinking fire quite a quite a few employees but one thing that you know these when you go through a dealer of the as one which is the forum that companies as companies to meet when they after will probably could tell there to meet these form to the SEC has the Security Exchange Commission. What is that. There are a few quite a few buzzwords so so there are many things that we work is is doing that again if the company was a viable business model if we were in a timing where things were working properly. We were not going through are probably the people were not expecting a recession to come. Those things will be steep paths. I think again for many passwords you might use if on the other end you have Saudi auty business that there's nothing that can save you a if you look at the financial companies like starbucks that had somebody uses the buzzwords him in the culture of the company and in many cases companies themselves are caught who are really cultures. Really you know they really try to emphasize. This is when Bet Katcher dating. That's what makes them special even again. Companies are businesses that make money. They need to make money consistently so fittings things had come out to mind when we go to the one we worked. His first world. We work is trying to really redefine a new sort of model which is which combining goals space as now. If you know how commercial real estate works you know that usually what happens is that you ran an office our RSP's commercial space for your company and all you do is really you pay the rent and then free since the end of the year you might be the so called the Camman on Adia maintenance fees. which really are the shared the shared expenses that that the you know the lender the landlord might anticipate for for the commercial tenants? Annan's Gadiya switched. Dan can be spread for for the Commercial you know Florida Florida the the the people renting those commercial spaces at the end of the year depending on the kind of contract that you have of course you can pay the quote the pulmonary maintenance in different ways but again these these important for the landlord in which is a running business because he can actually get back a few of the of a did the expenses that he had on no commercial property and it can be also used as a leverage when you have a contract with a commercial tenant what happens is a union see something like okay. I'm going to reduce the KOMO Nadia maintenance fees. If you WANNA be free since then I amount of money now we were starting to redefine this space by actually adding more to it so that a a company sparked of the we were community that will be using the co working of a company actually would be a retainer so be a monthly Italy fee a subscription fee and that's where the space has a Saturday's comes to police now if we were also voted species said listen if this is. GonNa turn are now to be a viable model. I mean we we're going to look at it in in the instagram and I think it's fine you know people arguing whether accompany bunny can come up with these new analogy and just get we did. I think he can if he has a viable business model again here. The point these I is that the company is in bad timing and in these bad timing where we're going through a recession it's using up the bats words and it's not showing showing a viable business model because again those same words that we're seeing today that were used a back in two thousand sixteen seventeen when we work was considered one of the hottest companies around and valued over forty billion dollars. I think what's making huge difference. He's the fact that the company right now is a very bad timing go there are also that aspects like of the corporate governance had the fact that the recent the the the founder CEO Newman as been having a little control and managing teams out not transparently from from the way it was you know leasing space to the company and also the fact that the company Bunny at Bush's including each for technology company even though again we work a main attempt is really to form a commissioner real estate contract which usually again it's it's a it's simple contracting something which is more on on on Saturday space where you know it's common in software as a service speeds in all the other services industry that we have today in in the in the after throughout the Internet the area where you can just fight several kinds of surveys you leverage on data technology another savviest easiest to actually have have the company spot from being something on on a daily basis now aiding said. Did they really again another another keeping the thing it's about the addressable market where the company argues that had he said these these these market that which can be I think over over three years or something like that tight remember. The exact number is not the when he comes to this will markets cadets beak big question mark when Gumbiner essay these going to be these album is going to be the market in ready the how how do you even know because that depends many variables and you can be really sick as possible or you can dream big but hey at the end of the bench about how economy is going to evolve and you know. It's very a hard to predict so again. is we work a viable business model. It's not and it's not because is not showing yet a bottom line which which it's going to work. ability heats a it's really a bad timing where the company still using buzzwords in a time where you need to be more really sick we're going through and so there are more people which are skeptical about what's going on any future customer base which is made of startups of course the risk is that you're gonna be the you're going to be the first company which is GonNa four once the recession comes and then if you know we asked whether we work is a fraud. I mean if we look at the business itself. Of course it's real business if we city whether the numbers are if we rely on the numbers they gave plus in the financial statements with these these further not something that you know there's going to be an investigation or something things will will you know would would be figuring out right now. It's really understanding that when you don't have a viable business model and you're going through a recession and and you're keep using the male that you'll be using in the past to Pamper your valuation a private market which is less than spying compared to market reasoning to change your mindset need to make sure that you understand that probably market it takes a different approach Yuguang through our session unique understand the context so really for me. This is a lack of understanding on the context right now so that we went through recession understanding that at the same model that used used to get to a fifty billion dollars relation is not the same to actually keep their valuation and five there and that actually when you have a viable business model. It's very eddie easy to argue whether the company is going to work them much or more

Hi Sherry. How are you good yeah? I mean you're feeding them. A good quality dog food is a regular diet right right. I am a lot of people like to give their pets fruits and vegetables and some the bottom line is they can't tolerate it. I mean they are so used to eating their specific diet. If you start introducing a lot of different things into their diet than you're asking for the loose stool possibly possibly the vomiting <hes> things you don't really WanNa see right yet and right now <hes> they they don't do they don't do either one of those things they do very they. They tolerate it very well. I would say if you've if he's given things carrots certain vegetables and they haven't had a problem. That's a good task that they're probably okay with that. You know fruits and vegetables obviously are very healthy for them. They're very healthy for us. If you're feeding a good quality balanced food they don't need that they're getting all the vitamins it's a minerals that they that they need but a lot of people like to give their pets treats and certainly fruits and vegetables are a healthy treat. You do have to watch out for some <hes>. Some of the fruits and vegetables can be toxic raisins or not a good thing to give <hes> onions are not a good thing to give <hes> there's some people that have fed their cats and dogs when they weren't eating. They were feeding them baby food baby food. <hes> oftentimes was supplemented with onion powder and that's not a good thing wow. I didn't know that yeah so you've got to watch out you. GotTa Watch out for that but in general like I said if you've given them something they like it. You haven't seen any gastrointestinal disturbance then. You're probably find find to do that. Some of the seeds can also be like an appleseed. He'd actually has cyanide in it <hes> but again a lot of people give their pets apples I think because we're actually sectioning the apple not obviously feeding the there's nothing to worry about and also the small amount you'd be given them would probably be okay but there are there are some seeds that are a problem album. Certainly things get moldy. If it's a moldy fruit or vegetable then that's obviously going to cause some problems too so there's something fresh off the table that they've had before then. You're probably safe if they've done fine with it before. Thank Commissioner love their carriage helps. Keep those teeth cleaned right. Yes yes thank you wow okay. I am tired. Will Cosmetic Surgery Make Me Happier?
"And finally conclusion number four cosmetic surgery may not make me happier. But it will take away one of my problems. Okay. This follows the Jay Z ninety nine problems philosophy after the surgery, you'll still have problems but hating your Muffin top won't be one. Now, the stereotype of people who get pas medic surgery is that of shallow insecure types who are obsessed with their looks their thought to be off the charts on something called body image investment, which is defining yourself and your self worth by your physical appearance. And how far you'll go to uphold it interestingly in an exploratory analysis in the same clinical, psychological, science study body image investment, decreased in those that had surgery indicating that once they're protruding ears or sagging neck was a non issue. They became less preoccupied with or invested in their looks. And when you think about it, this makes sense once. A need is met. It's not a need anymore. It's the same reason why people who are naturally slim don't often think about their weight or men with a full head of hair don't think about their hairline. And if you don't spend time thinking about it or comparing yourself to others, you might conclude mistakenly or not that it's not important to you. So to wrap this all up will cause medic surgery. Make you happier. The answer is maybe most people are satisfied with the outcome of their surgery, but satisfaction with the procedure and overall happiness are completely different things. Cosmetic surgery will likely make you more satisfied with your tummy or your eyelids. But may or may not extend beyond that to whatever else. You don't like about your life, all in all don't rely on cosmetic surgery to make your life better improve your relationships or make you happy after all even Joan rivers eventually had enough of plastic, sir. "Is that betty white holding in earn passes are holding like oh let's make sure we get a picture with betty white and a dead body i also just don't understand it's all standups but then betty white who i think is fantastically funny but not known for being a stand up well needles gilda and mrs hicky is this thing is bad for the bear is like i am literally you're going to you the lounge bag we want miss piggy now onto barreled they were putting the government of let me the puppy you guys while suggests differences because it's it's or condone puppet murder were so godfrey ho directed a hundred and fifteen films from nineteen eighty two nine t id would be surprised movie here's yes this booby is a nineteen 85 film so don't think it's from the seventies the retired for making two thousand and he used forty different names over that time in his career here's his style of filmmaking he it's called cutting paced where he creates movies by placing various unrelated material together and then dubbing everything to make it makes sense this film that we watch takes twothirds of its footage from a korean film called the uninvited guest and then combined with various ninjas beams that have no connection to the plot and every one of his movies juve the word ninja in it so get an example of it'll be like ninja force ninja the protector full medal ninja and now making me like this movie like this was an exercise they dismutase catalase and insulation understandable instead of like fully watched i like.
