I keep saying everything is on fire because just about everything is on fire. Apparently, we're all white supremacists. Um, potato peels, I think probably would make more sense than she does. But this is kind of fun. Listen to what she said. And we will compare and contrast here on the other side because we're about to use her words right back at her. They want to say. What about the surge? Well, first of all. Just got trapped. Stop. Anyone who's using the term surge around you cautiously is trying to evoke a militaristic frame, all right, and that's a problem. Because these this is not a surge. These are Children, and they're not insurgents and we're not being invaded, which, by the way, is a white supremacist. Idea philosophy. The idea that If in other is coming in the population that this is like an invasion of who we are. So many So many words so many words, But let's just take her at her word, just for a moment just for the fun of it. Now, if you look over at the 10th Amendment Center, the 10th amendment center dot com this of course, the Essentially all the powers not granted to the federal government not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. All right. So let's you know did that that old dusty document the Constitution? So here we go. The federal government They claim that the duty of securing the borders of the United States rests solely with them. That's what you're going to hear people like Joe Biden and the rest of the progressive left up there. The Constitution states. The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union, a Republican form of government and she'll protect each of them against invasion. If aliens entering into a state from a foreign country constitute an invasion than the federal government is constitutionally mandated by the provisions to intervene and protect the state, All right, so that's if in fact, this is an invasion. Well, I'll see you saying it's not There's not a military invasion. These air kids. These are people. They just All right. Well, here we go. The Constitution grants the federal government the power to fulfill this duty wanted two ways you can either use military or Congress can call forth the militias of the several states to repel the invasion. Once they call forth the militia, the president commander in chief has the power to direct the movement of forces so the president could constitutionally send the state militias to any state to repel the invasion by illegal aliens. But If illegal aliens pouring into the states by the millions are not and do not constitute an invasion. Guess what? The federal government lacks the constitutional authority to intervene and prevent the states from protecting their borders. So let's just take wunderkinder AOC at her word and say This is not a military invasion. This is not a unveiled Jinbei. By foreign forces, even though it could be We just don't know because we have very little information. But let's just say for the sake of argument. This is in fact, just a bunch of folks coming across the border in droves and buy drugs. I mean, Big droves. Guess what we as a state, especially here in Texas. We have then, of course, the right to protect our own borders. Huh? Which, of course, brings me to buy first. Phone call here. Dave is in Dallas and Dave, I want to thank you for inspiring this because when I saw your suggestion, it was like, Wait a second. This this this sounds too simple. And then when AOC comes out and says some stupid she makes it even more fun to try to connect the dots. Hi, Dave. Thank you, Brad for saying what you did, because you're spot on with that For weeks. We've been watching the Democrats ignore law ignore the Constitution for their agenda. I don't care if it's military or state. The governor can stand up, say our facilities are overflowing. So until they have room in him, the borders closed and just stand up to it all as the governor, every red blooded. Texan will stand behind him.

"Republicans need to do now that this election is behind us is to focus on the radical agenda of the Democrats. Because they're coming in and playing on to raise your taxes and to defund the police to slash military spending to open our borders, and we cannot allow that to happen. And we've got to organize and we've gotta concentrate on protecting everything. That we believe and that we think is good for this country. Amen. Amen To that. Not a men and a woman. Amen. Which the Hebrew translation is so be it. That whole thing. You don't even get me going on that, um You saw what occurred even if you weren't there yesterday. No one supports the violence. No one supports the people committing the violence. That's not what that's not what rational, responsible people do. They showed up to have their voices heard on by the sheer numbers alone When I say voices heard, I don't think they expected to set down across the table, but just the sheer number of people there in support of Trump Was a voice the people that you saw fighting with police officers and in again let me say this. I heard somebody say mentioned this that people were you know, fighting with police officers and And some lady. It was a lady. Older lady. He said. Well, those cops know what they signed up for now. They didn't sign up to be your your target. All right. They signed up, You know, they don't want to lose their lives trying to save your sorry butt. But if, in fact they have to do that, That's what they do. They're not anybody's targets. They're there to help to the degree they can. So you know, the people fighting with the cops and No trashing the Capitol building. Those weren't conservatives in my mind. They weren't Trump supporters. I don't know who they were, but for the news media just automatically to assume And Beth van Dine, said it herself in the headline Today. Trump supporters go crazy trump supporting riots that Z. You can't make that assumption. That's what we're talking about. When we're talking about the lame stream media giving us their opinion instead of the Who, What? When And where do you know that they were trump supporters? While now? I just assume what we know. Know how that works. All right? You don't know you don't know who they were. We're not in TVA. We're not these random anarchist groups. We don't have to burn down a building to make a point. How you doing? Sorry. When? Although rant, they're going out. I have two points that I'd like your opinion on. First of all, if just suppose if Trump had somehow incited to ride or whatever, don't you think that the Secret Service Would have kept him from that thing. Even if he didn't know what was going on. If he had nothing to do with it. If anybody suspected that there was gonna be riding, they would have pulled him out. Never let him near the capital and the other point that I wanted to make that nobody has made. I've been listening to the TV and radio for two days now. Nobody is saying what Trump must have thought when he arrived. To make his last speech there and saw the massive crowds. You could see the energy he was getting from that and the thrill he was so many people still love and support him. Don't you think he wanted to just march by the capital so that they could see what was happening outside and all the people that were on his side like it was a prideful moment for him, rightfully so. All the things he's done for this country. He just wanted to say, Hey, look at all these people. They're the American people. You hope to govern and they love me. Anybody would have done that. I think it was very innocents. What he did. I don't think he had a hand in any of it. And anybody that said he does. They weren't true believers to be in with no, no, I absolutely 100% without qualification or condition. I agree with you, Denise. Good call, but it doesn't matter. Trump has not been given any credit for anything he's done in the last four years. I've told you, we've archived and I think it's somewhere around 320. Don't hold me. It's over 300 individual things This president has done for the American people on the left and the right. He's done it for the people of America. He's done it for the country. And he's done it fighting everybody every step of the way. You know, I was asked today. Well, you saw what happened. You still support Trump? Yeah, I do. Hey, was a good president. Well, what do you have? What do you mean? He was a good president. Look at all the things he did. Look at all the things he got accomplished. And when I think about this, do you want a strong military? Do you want lower taxes? Do you want everybody working that can come work a job? Do you want a robust and I don't even like that word, but that's what they use Robust economy. Do you want Wall Street to be healthy setting records all the time? Well, Rick, I'm not in stocks do you by you? Do you buy gas? Do you buy clothes? Do you buy furniture? Yeah. You're in the stock market. You pay union dues. You're in the stock market. All of those things he was able to accomplish. Not one thing. Not one positive thing Did he get credit for the only thing you got credit for was how did not quick enough on that pandemic. Thousands of people, tens of thousands of people are dying because of Trump. It's all political theater, political theater. I don't know about you. I don't like getting played. Brian Appreciate your patients Welcome to the program. Welcome back, Chris. Thank you, sir. I have a solution way you can call out the violence like that One collar is asking to do. Just do it. Maxine Waters voice and you can call out anything going to do you mean call four. I call out the violence. Yeah, call for you know, just have Maxine do it. Shit. And then that's permissible and this is the double standard that I think we ought to be beating back. That the stuff that I do, I don't watch. The bias news. I won't watch them. I don't We don't. We don't advertise any of the buttons like the Democrat Morning News. We won't link to any of their articles. We won't do any of that stuff. We won't promote propaganda. So that's those are some of the steps that we are taking We we are the alternative. To them, So it's not gonna be us out there excusing activities that we would to cry the way they do. That's their job, You know, I mean, one of the things I really told in about. I'm kind of worried basically on these Republican senators and congressmen coming forward, is there gonna be Any of these. They're gonna be in insurgents of people coming in. Yeah, we'll take care of you yet. We're behind Trump, and they get in there. They just dismantle the whole process of what they're supposed to do on the votes and, you know procedure. Even you know the in my pants. Is he really on board? Is he going to do the right thing? I know there's been some questions about what his What he's planning on doing or what his thoughts are. I have no idea what he's planning on doing. I have no insight into that. But let me tell you, Brian, that the reason why John Roberts and his Supreme Court didn't take the court case. Is because the Supreme Court knew and understood that the four states that we're being sued by Texas Didn't comport with their own election laws. It's that's not even in dispute. They knew that the elections conducted in those states re illegal. Now I'm not saying that we that there's enoughto overturn the election. I'm not saying because I don't frankly, no, I know there's plenty of smoke there that we need to determine exactly how Pervasive the cheating Woz. I know, cheating happened. I know cheating happened here in Texas. As Beth van Dine articulated in the first hour. But what I do know for a fact is that those four states did not follow their election laws. That is 100% provable, and that's why they didn't take up the case. One other thing I just want to say I called Senator Cruz office a couple weeks ago, I called it. Maybe this last week to this voice in my Anger towards him for not stepping up. Evidently, finally did. I've called Cornyn's office this morning and his voicemail is full. I've called Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell's office, Brian Kemp's office. It don't have to be the senator or congressman that represents you. Get on the phone. Mitch McConnell's representative us all being No, Sam Majority leader and don't hold back. Get on the phone. Let him know. And hopefully maybe Cruz got a million more phone calls. Get him off his tail. I'm I'm just wondering about what they're True intentions are of doing stepping up. Finally. Well, well, Thank you, Brian. I think I'd take cruises goal is to restore confidence in our election system. Because and and by the way that benefits Republicans and Democrats I mean, it seems the Socialists can't win a fair election. And remember if we are cursed with Obama's third term in my mind. Biden will be an illegitimate president. Why? Because that's exactly what they called Bush the other side in the press, the left wing press and the left wingers in the congress. They called him an illegitimate president. They called Trump an illegitimate president. For no other reason, because they didn't like him. That's the only excuse. I need. Out to Dallas. Casey, welcome the course I'll say does show what do you say? Chris Glad you taking my call, Man. I really appreciate I want to start with saying I love both of your shows. Radio and news backs. Thank you. So the guy's name that you were talking to earlier was James. And, uh, I think he's a patriot. I think you're a patriot. Obviously, we don't need to be fighting each other right now, Right? I do understand his frustration, however. I think that this election would clearly stolen. I still got you, right? Yeah, I'm still here. I'm listening is fantastic. I think it's you know, just simple logic. That this was a stolen election. Centrally coordinated. Um I think that You're probably frustrated, too. Yeah. I mean, I'm sure like you. You know, there's things you can't say on the radio. Your own news station is running, you know, saying they were the ones doing the president elect on the new You break all the time. But I do think what we can say to further the cause. On you to use your torch or microphone. Torch the way James status wasps or is We can call out some of the stuff for what it is, and I think at this point we know that our elected officials are compromised. Possibly by pedophilia or worse, or you know, or money schemes. And I think that given that fact our chances Of The Supreme Court. We know the Supreme Court's not going to come through for us, but some kind of a commission that Ted Cruz is talking about coming through. For us. The deep state's gonna put their people there, too. Now, when? When you say coming through for us, Casey What? What if, what if Ted Cruz is able to get this done? We get this commission and is determined that Yeah, they found some voter fraud. Uh, let's let's say they let's say they reverse Two states, Pennsylvania in Georgia. But it's still not enough. It's still not enough to deliver the presidency for Donald Trump and all the other states air found through an investigation to have been pretty much on the up and up or at least not to a significant degree to change the outcome. Let's just say we get two of the states where the outcome has changed. Is that going to be enough for you? Well, like I said in my opening statement, I think that it's obvious and logical that this was an election stolen. Uh and centrally coordinated other CIA or some something so Given that fact. I think we can assume that it's widespread, and I don't think it's good to second guess ourselves on. You know what we know in our gut to be the true but I think we ought to find out. I think we ought to find out, shouldn't we Don't I? I mean, we have to find out great, but I'm telling you, I'm okay with the commission. But I don't think we should get our hopes up for that commission and think that that's going to be a way to solve this problem. Okay? Well, you know. Hey, look, I gotta scoot to a break and you give me about 15 seconds on What you think might be the solution to the problem. Robert John Roberts to the Supreme Court. Was on Jeffrey up. Staying Epstein's playing twice. Did you know that I have heard the report and I can't confirm. Good. We can't confirm it. But you know what? They report stuff all the time. And I'm not saying you should be. Reporting things that aren't true, but I think we can certainly start reporting on a regular basis that these people are compromised. Well, I think that that's about it. That's not a bad approach. And I've got more to say about that case. You thank you for the call. Happy New Year more to say about that after we hear from rush next on WB, April This.

Former mayor of Irving, Miss Van Dine Welcome back to the South Saito show. Hey, Good morning. Curse is great to be on Happy New Year. How are you doing? I'm doing great New year. Thank you very kindly for being here. Look, I know you cast her first vote. What was it? Um, Our first vote was on Speaker on Die. Cast it for leader Kevin McCarthy. Hot Damn. So you voted against You voted against Nancy Pelosi, right? You know, it was a crazy day yesterday. It just seemed to be completely disorganized. And you know, one of the weirdest things that they did was. I don't know if you if this is even reported on the news, but it wasn't tight vote. It was a very tight vote for Speaker Pelosi. She actually had a plexiglass bubble constructed in the gallery so that a member of the Democratic Congress could vote. This member was ahead on tested six days prior positive to Cove. It And they built a plastic bubble so this person could come in and vote for her for speaker Did she spend Did she spend taxpayer dollars to do that? I would assume so. But keep in mind. Wow. We could not get Democrats in D C to vote on a covert bill to vote for bills that would've affected American people, but for a vote for the speaker She constructed a plastic bubble. All of a sudden they could come in and vote. It's ridiculous. That's me. And that's that. That's what's important to the other party themselves. You know, let me ask you to, because if this is making some news, this opening prayer business What was your take? Did you hear about Hey, Did you hear it and beat it? What was your take on it? Because apparently, it wasn't the It wasn't the Judeo Christian ethic that was there was on display by the Democrat Socialist in charge in the House. I'll tell you actually very difficult to hear a lot yesterday. I don't know if she's watched us on C span, but everybody is now talking through masks. And like I said, a lot of disorganization. I did not hear a word for word, but it was It was not. It was not the normal but I think what you're seeing is a lot of things have changed on that. We've got a role today meeting today on the rules. And you were trying to strike out words such as mother and father and daughter and son. Well, that's important being used. Yeah, that's important. That's important. You know that we can't use mother daughter, son. You know nothing that has any semblance of propriety because the left wing is in charge, and they want to take make sure that we're focused on stuff like that. Instead of all of this crap, they've been shoving down our throats, which I'm going to get to here in a minute, including Nancy Pelosi doesn't believe in doing the work for a living because all they do is omnibus spending. Rather than actual budgeting, which is a shame, Congressman Beth van Dine. Our guest right now represents the 24th congressional district here in the Great State of Texas. We know several states didn't follow their election laws. Passed by their legislators. We have statistical improbabilities that have yet to be explained. We have proven instances of wrongful results being given during this last election. What's your take on voting integrity across the United States? I think it's been called into question. I mean, I think it's definitely been called into question. And I think you know Justice Alito and his distance on October 20 h. I mean, he spoke about it very eloquently. You know, he talked about how the elections you know that that has been conducted, specifically Pennsylvania's one example. I mean, they have national importance. And what was his quote a strong likelihood that the state Supreme Court decision violates the federal Constitution. I mean, for the last stage, quick state courts override. Um the other state legislatures, Mean York, wounding an entire bed Walk of our nation. I think there's been called into question on Do we need to investigate? I'll tell you I was very, um I'm proud of our number of our senators that are calling for in on it. I think we need to nip this in the bud. Now, every every election cycle. It seems to be getting worse and we don't seem to do anything about it. We just keep one of you go and you know I will be standing up on Wednesday and fighting to make sure that our Constitution's followed On that people have the trust in our our voting process and our voting system and that every single legal vote counts and that they, kale, I can't tell you how many people from district 24 have contacted me and said, What's the point of me even voting? If my vote like the account? No, I I concur. And that brings me right to Senator Ted Cruz, along with 12 of the Senators and 140 House members of which you have just said you were going to be one of them. Contesting the results on January 6th at least in some very suspect states. Uh, how's this all gonna play out as far as You are concerned and because because Ted Cruz is talking about putting together up Panel, and we're gonna get more into this after we talk with you with the folks but basically five folks from the House, five folks from the Senate and and members of the Supreme Court. To put together a commission on emergency basis before inauguration Day to examine these states that violated their own election laws. Okay, well, and it's not just the leg. It's not just their own election laws right. But according to on our federal election laws, it's the state legislatures that make this the election laws of my state. And if you could just have these courts that can you know or executive offices that can just you know over why them literally in the middle of an election.
