"Voice naturally unnaturally lower. You don't have to do an impression. You just sound like that's the meanest thing you've ever said he said Bernie Twenty Twenty Wider Mitch. Twenty twenty four Jesus. Ps the Atlantic Ocean is better than the Pacific. Oh He's from Brooklyn. I don't like that Bernie Twenty Twenty into wider Mitch. Twenty twenty four because that suggests either Bernie loses or we're running as replacement. Also you know how people are like afraid to have Birdie win. Because he's old. They don't think he'll be around. It's double that for us. Yeah are you kidding? We won't be. We WanNa be alive in two thousand twenty four okay so we took our flight here and on the plane. We noticed a man watching episode one. The Phantom menace an older gentleman older gentleman and I started taking pictures of fucking put on my instagram story. And then he went right into episode. Two credits rolled in episode one right into episode into this older man. Rans fixed so while while he was watching that another man came on the plane and said he got on the plane late. He was like rushing onto the plane. Barely made it and went to put something in the overhead bar and he was like. Hey I'm gonNA move this bag if it's anyone's bag it was the man watching episodes one bag. But he didn't hear because he was watching episode one. Yes so he moves a bag and then the flight lands and and the guy who's bad got moved is all upset like star wars enthusiasts puts away his laptop. Right in the middle of the scene where Mannequin tells Queen Almodovar that he doesn't like sand its and it gets everywhere and then he gets up and opens over compartment is like.

action the names of the people Kyle Jurica I. were field organizer for the Bernie Sanders campaign effing cities burn if trump's reelected effing cities that Stalin had a reason a reason to use gulags claim a goal logs were better than what the CIA has told us that they were saying the greatest way to break a F. ing billionaire of their like privileges and their idea that they are superior smack go you should expect a violent reaction you deserve a violent reaction lot of peace the love that Kate can't take out solo money but you can say that about conservatives in the American people shouldn't surprise anybody though join now James o'keefe CEO founder project veritas how are you so you're on thank you for having me on and it's it's the eve of another big big huge launches project veritatis kicking off twenty twenty with a bang here on some absolutely radically crazy baby radicals too generous but but tala tarian violence all types of things being exposed in this expose released tomorrow okay so this is just a small sampling of what we got so you obviously got in the inner workings of the Bernie Sanders campaign pretty shocking stuff cities blanking cities will burn of trump's reelected defending the use of goal logs it's just which really does re docked indoctrination I guess they want us to be good little socialist liberals like they were yeah yeah I mean this is this is as usual with what we do it's it's that the content very much speaks for itself but this conversation here about expecting a violent reactions to speech acts of violence it is just to maybe the most shocking things you'll ever see in a political campaign in American history being said here by by this by this employee for for Bernie Sanders and you know this this whole idea of the cities will burn that will walk you will burn right now Bernie Sanders is the leading contender for the democratic presidential nomination and because I want to show people what these people really believe what they actually stand for and maybe it doesn't shock shock you Sean I think the shock a lot of Americans and and they're gonna probably come out and say this guy's an isolated incident they may fire him but you let them know at this point that you have these tapes these video tapes I am in the process as I'm I'm you guys are huge supporters of our work and he always believed in me personally and professionally Sean some kind of giving you guys a first the first that he is the first hint that this but as I speak we are actually in the process of of tracking down the the various people who this man reports to getting a comment from the campaign today in lieu of of tomorrow's launch all right so you've got video and I know the the way you work because we have highlighted your work for many many years and by the way I know you're actually a lot of people I understand now of trying to work for you I know people that I've worked that listen to this program that have reached out and got it all right and the contact the project veritas and they want to do the dangerous work of going on to cover usually have numerous projects going on at once but one of your tactics techniques whatever you wanna call it is that when you have a big story you don't give out the whole story at once how many days of features will we be having is it all show a booking for the whole week or just half well I think I think really something unusual tomorrow in the sense that this guy's got since there's so many things of which you only have heard one or two they're on the radio do this to me this is that you can't even write this this is guys talking about I mean the Soviet Union about about then in that city for political violence and he's paid there's just twenty to thirty minutes of content we're gonna try to do some unusual things I don't want to say what they all are because John in the fighting as you know a media apparatus which is designed to protect these people so we have to play things a little differently in the media however there is there are there are there's definitely more to calm there always is I think in this is an unusual circumstance because I think all these people believe this and and many more than one say say it explicitly so it's going to be there moved the chess move where the using a fire this guy against these isolated and if they say that you know on ask Bernie Sanders at the debate we'd like to know from him how many more people in your campaign believes these things and what are you going to do when we when not if we reveal those other people some is very interesting dynamics on to see the reaction from the campaign to these tapes well I think that they're gonna what maybe fire one to three people and say oh we had no idea that that radical leftist socialist that I guess talk about Stalin in the greatest ways and putting people in gulags in concentration camps and re education camps and NO a a just sounds like everything that I've ever known about radical leftist they believe their superior they feel that they're they're well justified to empower government to go out and and steal other people's money and give it to those people that don't have the same amount that's their perfect utopia never works out for anybody but that's what they believe I think they haven't revealed it in the past until until right now I think it's all you know this is what we do we leave leave the first people in their own words were they not it would not reveal to the to the public and right now you're seeing it for the first time yeah and it's a what you're gonna see more I I can't say everything we're going to do what you're going to see many more than one example of this explicit just horrendous the totalitarian stuff for these people really believe they really believe in their hearts and and their accent over actually saying that Bernie believed to so it's just going to be very exciting and by the way Sean yes a lot of people are coming to why work for project veritas because of thanks to you a lot of people in your program listening project or tossed dot com slash Bray is you can apply that to to do this undercover investigative reporting and a lot of the people that we have recently hired for twenty twenty had gotten the state you'll see that you'll hear their voices asking the questions in these are patriots people who signed up to to be investigator porters and we we thank them for getting involved in this can be a very exciting week Sean I can't wait to see the reaction to these tapes tomorrow you've done a lot of these projects some of them have been so blockbuster where does this rate with some of your best work that's in answering that question is always more of an art than a science because I didn't think the ABC tape would be as big as it was that was the hidden camera ABC recording of Jeffrey obscene but they were they they squashed the story they admitted they did it to protect the Clintons it's always hard to know but this audio is so shocking I mean this stuff this guy is saying you couldn't even write it I mean the Soviet Union and gulags and murdering people and violence and what they're gonna do is Bernie doesn't win and I I really think this is going to be a big deal Bernie and Warren are neck and neck and there's a debate tomorrow night I think you'll be asked about this Sean I think it is one thing the voters don't tolerate it's being lied to so when they see all these people believe these things and mean it another good at the voters routes and sells well what do you what do you actually believe Mister Sanders what is what are your what are your intentions and if he says I don't agree with all of the people that work for me it just creates a very very strange dynamic because John this is what these people believe was socialism is if you ever read the gulag archipelago you should read it is what socialism is these people articulating socialist principles taken to the extreme so I think it's I think it's just going to really change the dynamics of the election to be honest with you I think this this investigation might change the dynamics of the election this month well great work we'll be looking forward to it we'll have you back on the air tomorrow part two and we'll get the video version of it as well if you get it to us we'll put it "Hug The last Tuesday I attended a protest outside the Supreme Court which is in the midst of hearing arguments on whether the trump administration can suspend the Obama era deferred action for childhood arrivals or DACA program. The young people who registered under Dhaka Gotcha known as dreamers came to the US as children many of them remembering little of life before their arrival daca provides a kind of temporary shelter from deportation. But of course the trump administration is doing everything in its power destroy even this limited program. I ran into bill. And the Tino Press Secretary for the burning twenty twenty campaign a dreamer herself party guys in awe. I've ever been in front of this report report. Yeah Lynn told me what was at stake. Why so many had gathered at the steps of the Supreme Court right now? We have a huge crowd of allies allies docker recipients undocumented youth and their family leave Who just watched the plaintiffs Leave the court and After today hopefully we'll be able to find out if the DACA program is seen as constitutional in the eyes of of the highest court in Emma Land and This could mean the difference between Undocumented youth being at risk of deportation or being allowed to stay in this country country without fear as a wandered the crowd. I was struck not just by the passion and energy of those around me but also by their clarity. The away they cut through both the administration's nonsense and the media's detached both sides coverage of the issue Carlos. A college student told told me that he felt compelled to skip class that day to attend the protest given what was at stake. I am skipping out because this is a historic moment in our country. The fact that almost a million young people are at risk of losing their homes. Their families Everything they've worked for When they when they literally nothing more than pursuing the American dream that their parents have brought them to achieve the protest also drew people from all over the country? One woman named Donny travel from South Florida with her group Florida immigrant coalition. Now that I'm I'm here I'm always gonNA come back every single year. This is amazing. I love the energy. Everyone here is here for one thing. That's to unify us into tell others that you're not alone home. You stand behind your voice. Tell us what you need us to say. We will speak to other activists. Sophia and Corinna traveled from Arizona. They kept out for forty eight hours enduring cold and rain to be able to get inside the court and hear arguments firsthand. We slept out here two nights in a row yesterday astray the Supreme Court. Yeah for two nights in a row. Despite the ordeal they want it to be present as others argued over their future wanted to put basis to abstract questions of law and deportation. We came all the slave really hopeful to be able to to get inside and hear the arguments because this is like a really a big day for us right. It's our livelihood being discussed showing up and putting a face Out there some foreign ends for me Because you know for so many. The years I was hiding I was ashamed and I felt like I needed to do this. And and really be in the room when my life was being discussed and unsurprisingly our crew are not the only Bernie fans who came out to support Daca recipients. This is a movement after all and one that encompasses so much more more at than any one person or issue as spotted one man Mike Sporting up particularly nifty Bernie twenty twenty size. They're Americans as Americans. I mean no no different than anybody else here you know. And they deserve to stay and what's going on is a travesty. That's number one number two also WANNA wake people up making sure they Both of my my main man Bernie I believe in what he stands for and We'll help everybody everyone in this country. Anyway everyone around the world. I believe.

"Talking about like Harris is democratic coalition candidate like that's all correct. And I think almost like catastrophically so that it's like you need to imagine a person who is not strongly identified, but the Democratic Party who are they gonna want to vote for in general election. Do you or do you need to amount? I mean going back there's a theory that you have to win the white working class. But also, if Clinton had had a bama's turnout among African Americans, he would've won. Yes. And if she would've won I'm sorry, that, that would be a case for Harris, if you think that she will deliver that whatever I don't wanna like rule it out. But, like Harris had kind of, like, gone out of the top tier and therefore didn't get that kind of elevated scrutiny that they'd be able to get there. But like, you know, she's been in California, politics, her Big Joe Biden takedown was like it was about race. Right. And she is not right. Like Obama was the black politician who spent all this time. Time, telling white people about how he wasn't like one of those politicians, right? And like Harris has not done that I got to see you know what I mean. Like an interesting thing about Harris, it, we'll see how she plays it one thing we were talking about Biden earlier, was that he has of yet is not. He's not holding the line on some of the things you might expect Mojo, Lennon, somebody's been striking to me about her is it actually is. Yeah. She's got a lot of scrutiny about her prosecutorial record. Yes. Where she is a democrat who is still from a period of time. She frames herself as a progressive prosecutor, which in many ways, she was, but also prosecutors are tougher. She does hold to the view that crime is bad, and this affect good to arrest criminals, which I always, appreciate and, and so I will see my John is not that, like Harris will definitely win in twenty twenty five point is more than coming out of this. I think it reshuffled the sense of like what is top like binding. Looks a lot weaker and Harris why would say was in? I think that it's an eight cell for. He's had this sort of weird tears. It was like she was in like. Tier to be paying. But I think it like it's a jump up right? She's now, like I, I would say, maybe two a or one b. Pro Harris, which is I have found because of a minute. No, eight about the other candidates on the score that like Harris seems to give the most thought to the literal question of what she would do as prestigious like she has this, like, maybe illegal gun control idea. Her signature legislation is like, well crafted to qualify for budget reconciliation income tax credit, rather than like asserting that. She's going to end filibusters or something. She's like thinking about the actual problems, which I do find I wanted to one of the thing on her because we were talking about the Medicare stuff earlier and Harris, the thing that happened initially when she came into the campaign in the CNN town halls. And by the way, the debates kind of make me nostalgic, for the CNN town halls with their with their depth is that, you know, she got kind of tied up in this, abolish private insurance thing. And then she kind of walked that back over time, then it looked like last night, she had like gun like way back into it. And then she got another question, but the question about this. Quite unusually phrased. Yup. And so she says that like the way she interpreted, it was would you give up your own insurance for this? She actually may still be holding to the fuzz, the sides of this a little bit, which I actually don't think it'd be an unwise strategy to okay. So I want to talk about Bernie Sanders. I feel like I am one of the only people in America who is warmer to the Bernie twenty twenty campaign that I was to the Bernie sixteen feel that way. Okay. Frustrates me that I don't feel like he's like trying to win the election..

But it should be Bernie twenty twenty here. It is. I should've bombs during the Boston marathon. Killed three people, including an eight-year-old boy. Eight. I kidnapped eight year old girl entering nine year old brother after brutally murdering the rest of their family. I killed her brother and repeatedly raped the girl for six Me. weeks. I shot and killed seventeen people within three weeks with a sniper rifle from the trunk of a car. Three weeks. Repent? Kidnapped the fourteen year old girl, and then Reiter over at over over again for nine months. My wife Wanda helped. So all these killers make come from all walks of life. Yeah. But we do have one thing in common. You have the right to vote. Don't we? Think about it though phrase from somebody he's still he still promote that too. I mean, he just still he was here in Fort Worth yesterday. Promoting the same thing some of that wouldn't be an effective ad against. It would be random American podcast. Really good. I don't think I don't think we're ready to let the criminals. No, I don't think Americans ready for that keep hammering that. But I don't actually not while you're in prison after he's debt. We can talk about that. Yes. After you paid your debt. Yeah. Once you've once you've paid for that your debt to this. Then I guess maybe we at least we should have the conversation. Let's have the conversation. Have the covers happens to him after the paid their death? Do they return to full citizenship or not but not wilder paying their debt while sorry, we're setting up voting booths at hunts at stark and Huntsville, oh the prisoners do for today. Right. And here's the thing. Some of these guys will never stop paying for the debt. So they won't be voters ever. You know, the the Boston bombers not getting out of jail. The. Guys. Those guys are getting out of jail. So they'll never vote again, by the way, good that covered and good. Yes. You shouldn't. There are things that you can do to lose your rights. So. "Free. And so tried everything else. Also terrorists would have the vote Democrats launched their twenty twenty presidential campaign in earnest last night with a town hall of on CNN. We're gonna run down the good the bad and the ugly of mostly if I'm being honest, the bad and the ugly, and we're gonna hear from out Walson y Democrats are proposing in welfare to the rich. Plus, then is going to be back with us for an interview with Senator Mike Lee about the senators new book our lost declaration. You're listening to the Ben Shapiro show. Jeremy boring bins business partner and lower case g Lor taste, God king of the daily wire. Find the desk for band, so he can enjoy some are are with his family for the Passover. We gotta start today with this crazy notion pits Bernie Sanders and did it by just about every other democrat last night's town hall felons, including those still imprisoned for heinous crimes such as rape murder and terrorism should be able to participate in our elections. Here's ernie. You have said that you believe that people with felony records. Should be allowed to vote while in prison. Does this mean that you would support enfranchising people like the Boston marathon bomber a convicted terrorist and murderer if somebody commits a serious crime sexual assault Myrtle? They're going to be punished. They may be in jail for ten years. Twenty years fifty the whole lives. That's what happens when you commit a serious crime. But I think the right to vote is inherent to our democracy. Yes. Even for terrible people. What I love about. Bernie Sanders is that you don't have to run against Bernie Sanders. Bernie Sanders provides all the op research for Republicans later in the show actually about this Cuomo puts his back and says, well, you don't really mean this. In fact, I think we have the clip here clip thirty. My follow question goes to this being like, you're writing position at against by saying you think the Boston marathon bomber should vote not after he pays debt society. But while he's in jail. You sure about that. Well, Chris I think I have written many thirty second opposition ED's throughout my life. This'll be just another one. But I do believe look, this is believe you believe in the microscope. If you believe that every single American eighteen years of age or older American citizen has the right to vote. This is a democracy. I believe what I believe every single American including the ones who murdered their fellow Americans should have the right to vote criminals for Bernie twenty twenty. It's a new T shirt. I'm gonna make sure the somebody at the daily wire puts this together, I should be criminals, Bernie or terrorists for Bernie. I I don't know either. One would be a great t shirt, and surely someone here who works for making put that together and get it up at Amazon dot com at the daily. Store. Listen. Here's the thing about burning. He means it. You've got always Bernie credit for actually meaning what he says, so many of the other Democrats that we saw last night or just parroting. Bernie Sanders, Bernie is a communist. I mean, he says he's not a communist. Now, he used to speak a little bit of a different tune. He says, he's a democratic socialist. Which is the new the new term jour among communists in America. Always Andrea Qazi Cortez says that she's a democratic socialist she releases this video last week in which she looks back in time from thirty years in the future and tells us about how he saved the world with her green new deal, and if he outlines her green new deal, here's what he says about it. She says we changed literally everything to save the world Medicare for all because you know, Medicare for all is very important to the environment. She says we're going to have a living wage for all Americans in a guaranteed job. The federal government will guarantee a job to all Americans that definitely helps to lower co two emissions in the atmosphere. We. Refitted every single building in America to make it energy efficient. She says that we that we stop burning fossil fuels completely. Meaning you're gonna take twenty percent of the American economy, which is energy and completely reorganize it. That's communism. It's communism because it is a sweeping complete change of how the American system works, both economically socially in the video. He says that the government will be responsible for raising children, which is pretty interesting set of words, he proposed to be talking about guaranteed childcare. But I don't think of childcare or educators as raising children, they teach children or they want children while their parents are where she's from raising children because that's what she believes because she is a communist the term democratic socialist as European term in most European parliamentary government's you have democratic socialist parties, and they have differing points. The view depending on exactly which country, you're referring to what none of them propose is the fundamental reorganisation of their countries in such a way that the government controls virtually everything from where you work how much you get paid where you get your health care. How you power the economy and how you raise your children or maybe they'll raise their children. This kind of sweeping changes only ever been proposed in only ever been implemented, by communists, now reorganized society Stalin, reorganized his society in their societies. The government was in charge of everything. Alexandria, Cossio Cortez. Bernie Sanders are communist, but what I like about both of them is that other than lying about which label they want to operate under. They actually both tell us exactly what they believe Bernie Sanders. The leaves a terrorist currently in prison should have the right to vote. Now. I think that there's a legitimate argument to be had as to whether or not people who have served their time paid their debt to society. Been rehabilitated back into society should regain the right to vote in some states. They're given that opportunity and other states, not that's a legitimate question. I think a federalism answers that question we get the experimentation between certain states and other states and over time, you can do longitudinal studies and look back and see what was the net effect of that sort of of that sort of experiment, but to say that current felons currently serving in prison, as we speak should have the vote is a radical notion, and what Bernie is actually saying that he believes that the right to vote is the fundamental, right? You'll hear people often talk about God given rights on especially on the political right conservatives because in the declaration, the excuse me in the Bill of rights to the constitution, many of the rights that are numerator. There are basically intrinsic tests they're referred to as being intrinsic. They're given by God the government shall not. Impede those rights. The government shall pass. No law abridging certain rights. The right of vote is not listed as one of those rights, and the reason is because the right to vote only exists within a system that's made by man, if you build a democratic system, and you enfranchise certain people with the vote the state is doing that the right to free speech doesn't require system in order to grant it to you in only requires a system to protect that for you. But you according to the founders, according to conservative thought sort of American classical liberal thought you have the right express yourself. You have the right to worship God, you have the right to defend yourself intrinsically apart from man made systems as with all rights that Democrats try to give positive rights negative rights positive rights for the state, actually grants. You're right instead of protecting right on your behalf. The right to vote has become one of these. Now, am I opposed to lawful citizens having the right to vote? No. No. But it's not a fundamental right of man. It's a right that exists within a system that we have agreed mutually to create in which democratic processes elect, our Republican representatives in the founders were forming a Republic, not a democracy. We elect people to represent us. We don't let outlaws have the vote because they exist outside of the law. They're not in a position to create law or have a voice in the creation of law because they have elected to operate outside of the bounds of the law. Now, they still have certain legal protections, but those legal protections are granted to them by the lawful. They're granted to them by those of us who aren't blowing up the Boston marathon by those of us who don't engage in felonious activity. We still grant those protections. We some of them because they're human rights others as a reflection of our own decency lawful. People like to demonstrate the decency of our societies by. How we treat the people who have operated outside of the law, but to say that out laws should have the right to determine a voice in the determination of the laws that lawful citizens should have to abide by is literally letting the inmates run the asylum Bernie believes that because he believes that the path to power for him is to infringe is everyone whom he perceives to be disenfranchised as a mechanism of disenfranchising the people who are currently franchise and have done things that he disagrees with bin selfish voted. This would be his kind of language voted for a society that only protects people of a certain class or certain station, which he thinks is the great injustice because that's what communist believe to be the greatest injustice, but one of the things that I've observed in my life is that people who are willing to take from other people unlawfully steel people who are willing to take even the lives of other people murder, take the sexual. Choice away from other people, rapists or use fear tactics, and and murder on a wide scale in order to effect political change terrorists. They don't want to protect the rights of other people. They're only in it for themselves. And that actually is an attitude, that's that's beyond pursuing your own self interest. That's actually elevating the self almost to the point of God that you alone are deserving of anything. I don't want you to have the vote if you're one of those people, perhaps if you're rehabilitated, perhaps if you've paid your debt to society that's a fair question Bernie once active terrorists currently imprison habit. The craziest thing though, about the Democrats going into twenty twenty is that they're all. So afraid of Bernie Sanders, the afraid of the Alexandria, Cossio Cortez wing of the party that they are quick to back his worst ideas, and even though Chris Cuomo himself can't can't believe it other people during the course of the debates were asked about it. Here's what better to say. Say about putting felons vote. Sanders earlier this evening said he's in favor of felons being able to vote even while Serena prison terms, he was asked specifically about people like the Boston marathon bomber people convicted of sexual assault rape. And other things at files he said the right to vote is inherent or democracy. Yes. Even terrible people Senator comma Harris just said, we should have that conversation. She didn't really answer one way or another. What do you think should people convicted of sexual assault of the Boston marathon bomber? Should they be able to vote while incarcerated? Yeah. No. I don't think. So I..

Army followed by Syracuse going head to head with navy on your home for college sports, CBS sports, aka bring on Tom in ship for a second here. Before we set sail on baseball. It's four twenty is that still a thing. Apparently, I don't know is. Well, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Is it because you're apparently like it's always thought it was dumb. But I'm sure if you go to your local college campus, it's the thing. Really? I don't think it's all right. You know, what what the hell? Eight eight five five two one two four CBS. Is it still like a thing? I. Because I think the times haven't the times changed. They've changed. What do you mean by thing? Okay. Like four four twenty when you and I were kids how old ship by the way ship. How old are you? I'm glorious thirty two, you know. Okay. So we're all we're all in the same bracket. Their Tom's twenty nine we're both thirty two when we were young like four twenty one thing you remember right is Amy four twenty four school not that we can don't such practices now. I'm just saying I think yeah. I think we've all been through kind of the same progression. Where like in high school? It's a thing. And it seems cool in college. Some people get to cool for other people still do it. And then you're an adult, you don't really pay ten and I'm just wondering if the the reason why I bring it up is. I wonder if it's just it's like pot is a mainstream thing now. So it's not what it was like before. It was hey for twenty you coming on. Yeah. Yeah. It's still illegal in Ohio in New York. So wait a minute. I live in a high doesn't seem to be that illegal. Really? Yeah. No, a guy who stoned right now. Yeah. I'm in Ohio right now. There's plenty of people who are stoned right now. Then seem to be a big deal. I live in Cleveland, man. If you get pulled over you got a dime bag or something like that. They're gonna laugh and move on. Then looking for others that right? Over and Cleveland, and they find that on you. And they're on if I shouldn't be saying this, and maybe I'll get in trouble. But I'm telling you if you got like a dime bag a dope. And you get pulled over say you just get pulled over like, hey, but your headlights out or something like that. And they're just they don't even they probably wouldn't even pull you over the first place. If falls out of your pants, and Cleveland, they don't they gotta gotta worry about man. Like, it's I love Cleveland. You know, this obviously they're trying to poop on. But it like any other major city now, maybe you're bringing up New York. I don't know is who still uncharted Bloomberg is bursting charge in the Bossio the Blasios, right? Yes. Okay. Go ahead. Go ahead criminalize in New York City. It's illegal in the state itself. Very legal hot with this. It's it's like category. Would it be caught with this stuff? Mandatory wants substance no way category. One. So. Yeah. Is that now wait a minute. Is that like Defcon where that's the highest in category. Five is the lowest, but we always say Defcon five sized, right? Is that how that works? So maybe category was not that big of a deal. But we think it's I'm just wondering. Wow. It's still that big of a deal in New York state. That's federally. I mean, a lot of people a lot of people just like, you know, it's when I was go ahead category want. I'm sorry scheduled one heroin LSD marijuana. That's it. That's the that's the it's all one group LSD they got marijuana the same category as LSD, and Molly and all that stuff. That's the problem. Whoa. Ecstasy's in there. Would you about that too? Yeah. Whoa. Don't think this is the the forum. All right. Talk. It's time. Hey, let's let's do the drug talking here. Can I ask you guys a quick question? Yeah. Go ahead. Floors yours. Now, can you probably know this being a baseball guy? Tom should know this being a huge baseball guys? Well, nineteen sixteen four twenty the first game ever played at this particular venue was what? And what venue? What are you doing baseball four twenty nine thousand nine hundred sixteen sixteen the first ever game was played here. Fenway park Wrigley field Wrigley field field. Wasn't my guess is going to be regularly. Yeah. Is it Wrigley field field for? On four twenty. Hey, go shop. See I just don't think it's in do. You know, what I mean like when you say for twenty seven feel kinda corny now it is. But back in the day used to say for twenty combat for twenty eight Bob's taking the school that potato day off school because four twenty. Yeah. Man, it's to be four twenty. I'll give you calling off. I think it was more like counter culturally relevant as a thing to be like in on the four twenty thing in years past really now, I'll give you that. I agree. But I don't think I don't think it went away. Wow. A my generation like my father's generation when when I was born we were born I started going to school, and it was still the just say no program. You know what I mean? And so it was like, oh, my God pot is terrible terrible terrible thing. And so now, I think it's just become so much more ingrained in the culture than it ever has. Right. Think it's basically just as mainstream as anything else. Maybe I'm wrong to some people. If you want to partake, though, you stuff to piss a law. What would I I looked at the counter I wouldn't get to do a show on April. Twentieth. Yeah. If I'm moving Keila, if I'm Nate Newton things that yeah. I'm gonna get in trouble for some dope. Okay. But what appointing out is that a couple of days or something like that? You'll get in that much trouble. You get what I'm saying there. It depends. It's not necessarily outrageous. It's that crazy over there. Over a couple of joints. It's not about New York. It's about a man at that that really happens less here than it does everywhere else. Of course, that is really fully legal. That is really surprising to me. That is really really really surprising to me. Like, we have dispensaries in New York. Yeah. I mean. Yeah. But you have to have a license, but yeah, we got him here man, which I think they're all by the same place because all look the same, and they're all they all basically have the same even. So there's a state program to get a card, and I think so because I don't I don't have a card. What I'm saying is is that there's a couple of places, and they all kind of look the same. And it's like the botanist, right? The horticulturist. Well, they usually are state run the greenhouse like that type of thing. Yeah. All have the same products in the so it's not a coincidence that they look the same. Okay. That makes sense. I was just wondering because I looked the counter I go. Hey man, April twentieth. And I'm going man, they really people even really care anymore. Is it that much of a thing anymore? I don't think it is go back to you. You've and see what do you mean? College kids smoking dope that never happens. What the hell? Are you talking about Tom you're asking, but it's still relevant goes. Yeah. But are they are they see if they're all doing what I'm saying? Are they okay? That's what I mean. They're doing it just because it's four twenty just because it's April twenty lame. But it's still happening. You're talking to a Columbia grad. He can't he's in the one percent. Is that explains that matter, I don't think I don't think they are seeing and engaging in that type of behavior. Institutions much pressure and say wrong. I'm dead wrong on this. I think it absolutely one hundred percent dead wrong on my school, right? Because there was twenty parties. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You kidding me? The amount of study NAFTA do the amount that they have to unwind all areas because they make a huge deal of it at Columbia specifically because it's like such a naughty thing for most of the people going there to to do. Exactly. I always was so funny. Really cutting loose today. I falls on a Saturday. It's like you're really cutting loose during the day on a Saturday on college way to go. You're showing the man just depending on how strong it wasn't colleges. Things is exactly like cat Williams. Stuff. I gotta do today. I'm sorry. I can't do this. I I still going to get home. I got laundry to do. And I know if I if I partake it's just it's going to ruin the day. And then I gotta push it all off tomorrow eight five five two one two four CBS. Well, I I just didn't think it was that big of a deal. I'm seeing the hash tag on Twitter right now. Hey, happy for twenty day happy for twenty four twenty which you know. It's actually not that great Guna got and just don't get crazy here, but would political Twitter account running it like the people for Bernie. Hey, happy twenty day. We wanna remind you examples Bernie would like three minds you that marijuana policy is about power and corruption in America. Well, that's you donate four dollars and twenty cents to Bernie twenty twenty. I said says a right there. It says it right there, you, you know, when you're when you're when your holiday is cool anymore when they take it and they use it for political reasons. That's why no matter what this isn't a Trump thing. This isn't a Bernie thing. I'm just pointing it out. That's politics. Thank you very much. You're really want to be cool. Now, you do it on four twenty one or just stay sober, whatever that might be who cares? Eight five five two one two four CBS. All right. I don't care. What Tim Anderson said I thought it was silly. I think it's a very convenient excuse for major league baseball. Well, candy, settle horrible thing. And Brad Keller's general direction as an angry, man. It's a very very angry African American man. And he said at that time, and I find it to be very very convenient excuse for major league baseball players. I know they're not supposed to do in football. I know they're not supposed to do it in basketball, especially there because you're within earshot of the general public, even though boy, it seems that this year more and more the fans have no problem yelling at the players general direction, which seems to be to be the worst possible idea ever. And I just point that out total non sequitur from where we were going here. "She anteks during the show when she's on a radio show. I have an important issue. I need to deal. Actually, I've seen cat. She's able to text on the gut felt show. She knows when the cameras off her. Yes, if if the camera goes to to tyrus. Yup. She knows she's got about thirty five seconds sneaking attached. She's a she's a she's definitely Technica. So Janiero waiting for his car. I guess he's going through a divorce and child custody situation comes out of the courtroom and his drivers not there. But the cell phones are they're recording him. I don't care if they chase. You. It's talking to his driver. You're not in front. You're not when you draft. Were. Doc out here. He knows he's being films covering himself with a newspaper. Yeah. But he's talking. Off. Ridiculous. He said, okay. So yeah, this is real Robert deniro, Bobby. I call him in the street compare his. You know, what's he say what's wrong with you? I don't can't they chase. You away. What's the matter with you? What are they? What did I tell you? Did I tell you? What's the matter with you? No matter what. Misplaced. The beep beep enough of it. Yeah. They got the point. Yeah. Samat with you. So it's very entertaining. Although, you know, I don't want you guys going through a tough time here is clearly going through a tough time. Sometimes when you're a tough time you act like a jerk going through a tough time you act like a jerk to other people. Yeah, I've definitely been guilty of that. If I'm going through a tough time, sometimes I'll be pretty I'll be kind of cranky. Now. I don't do that. I don't do that. I don't yell at your driver know, what if they weren't where you drop them where they dropped you off. The guy said the cops were chasing me away. I couldn't park there. Which means the guy was going to eat like a three hundred dollar ticket if he waited. Yeah. It's not like deniro's going to get in a car and give him the three hundred now he's clearly upset about money. I mean, it's getting divorced these cranky. Yeah. They're always chasing your way, you know. That's the thing about being a driver. You gotta keep circling. They always say you can tell the most about a person by how they treat the people. They don't have to be nice to he doesn't have to be nice to that guy. How does he treat them? That's very revealing. Did you guys? See Tucker Carlson did a monologue. I think it was last night on the rules, not tipping liberals. They'll tip. He said progressives don't tip and he said ask any waiter now. Something tells me he's asked waiters, you know. I don't think he just said it, it seemed to make sense to me. But some people seem to have a problem with that like he didn't have the data to back it up. But he says ask any waiter. Oh now, I think Jimmy I drove a cab. It's absolutely spot on right? He's absolutely spot on how can you spot? Because y you know, if they're liberal or liberal wearing Bernie twenty twenty. Yeah. If you do if you know generally in the course of a cab ride, I would talk to everybody who got into my cab because I was kind of like an endangered species. The not a lot of not a little white cab drivers. Unfortunately, we live in such a day. No, one would say white like it's so good to see a native American New Yorker like those people. Yeah. People would bring it up but not tip. The guys who got in that were like bridge and tunnel guys. Like where I grew up on Long Island and stuff New York, New jersey guys like that. Hey, those guys tip you ten bucks twenty bucks all the time because they're just thrown around cash lucid a bar, right? And it's a different thing to them. There's not a kind of like I really mean this in the actual blue collar field worker there is like a shared experience come rotary. They have everybody else in the world like a talion guys. Like, I'll give you Sebastian Maniscalco people who bash amount of scalpels the weights they have loves working that night. It's all like Italian guys who come in and just throw money around because they liked to it makes them feel good. It's interesting, isn't it when you have certain..

"Think anything's going to change it. If I if I were wearing one if I were the type to one I'd make my Ps and qs, so I gave a good reputation and people who wear them, but how close how close to wearing a hat. Are you on a scale from one to ten? Yeah. Be wearing a hat. Yeah. Yeah. Wearing a maga- hat four. Okay. We gotta get you on. Yeah. The Saturday morning market this week. They're not gonna ask you to sign. The Bernie twenty twenty petition no. That all the joints often. They're all burned up the live. Hello. Who are you? AJ AJ. All right. Go ahead. I one blink one eighty to miss you. Yep. Two fighters hero. Yep. And the third one. I don't know the name of the song van Halen. But I don't know the name of the song. Can you sing it? Try to sing a little bit of mariner. Donna. Anna. And the name of that song is. I don't know the name of the song, man. You're so good at this to no words of the song. Even I can't. I haven't been on the tip of my tongue. And I can't think of the words..

"If number nine streetlights air night, that's my personal thing. Taryn flipped. I'm fine with that. That's not how I would have it. Actually, I would also have turnstiles below river of dreams. What that's. That is so real. But yeah, we can we can do that. Okay. K with number ten river. Very, okay. Let's go to those in right there. Well, let's just have terror. Just talk about his recent revelation of his lack of the love of turnstiles for his dad. Not abide contest conflicts for turnstiles, though. This was his album that he did basically after he was displeased with streetlights serenaders performance in hell was produced in dealing with such musicians. He argued that the label like produces myself. Also, I'm bringing my band and the label didn't want that because they like reliable studio session musicians. And all of a sudden, he bringing his band his Rokkas little band here to try and do these things, but he's like I wanna capture something I really really do. So a lot of people a very much different kind of there's a couple of very interesting songs on here. But I want to have tearing take it away. Okay. Maybe that was a bit hotter of take than I meant it. 'cause I also at this point. There are a few things that I think could go next, but turnstiles is like my prod can't yeah on, and that's I just say goodbye to Hollywood one of my favorite village Joel read for short. I get annoyed with anyone who does the lake proto reggae thing. That's mend being he doesn't a couple times. He'd actually does it. It's on all you wanna do is dance. Yeah. All all you want to do is dance. I was trying to find because it's elsewhere on his, but it's really turnstiles. Like, all you wanna do is dance the lurk on that. No. It's true. You know? I mean like whenever it shows up like in-flight record of do your Baker on leads up. Exactly what really. And then I think it's even the same year. But like, New York state of mind is a classic, of course. But it's like, it's fine. Like, it doesn't it's not as it's not as like blow me away as so many of his other Pano ballads. Like, I'm fine with it ain't no empires to Ingraham man is actually like a fantastic takeaway insult anthem. God evidence had a disagreement out this everything since about insect. I think it's about Prodian critique of the Bernie broke because if you think about it it's about the song about someone who wants to change the world radically Tony teams and Billy Joel point in space where like, oh, he's very angry and hot headed. But ultimately he can't affect anything because he doesn't see the real world around him so driven by his vision. Anyways, Bernie twenty twenty say though, is that did turnstiles is like I wouldn't call it the greatest Billy Joel Navarro time, I'm not even sure who would make it to the next episode. But like, it's good. And it's actually played the more. I'm talking about it the more. I'm like, oh, I actually think like I I've loved these days is like pretty grays summer false stats one of Formby. Absolutely. Really? Yes. I kid down like I can barely. Remember what it sounds like? Oh, just gorgeous. The best. It's so good. Oh my God. Yes. This is like a good album. But also, we're kinda like ever gotten really bad ones out of the way. Like it's getting a little bit tight over here. Astonished and with many of the quality songs that are on there in terms of just their basic composition how they produce. Obviously big knowledged that cult spring harbor is not produced to its intended Stanford right of the artist. But like it's a frequent candidate for like bottom tier Billy. Joel. I think that those people who haven't actually like really listened to. I would agree. More people who don't like early seventies singer refreshing, not my I'm not saying this is a bad. Which is I think, you know, maybe that there there are people like if you if you have like the stranger fifty second street, we didn't start the fire Billy Joel fans than like they don't like cold spring harbor. But like, and I think also probably I'm assuming that some people just haven't bothered to listen to it because of its reputation..

"Both semi l. man. All right. Listen that one a lot while I was in Europe, looking taking trains across the. Fucking ceremony of opposites. Europe was like your Seattle man changed your mind. I feel God's act up. I feel the same way lately completely my my best efforts. I've been exercising. I've been taking lithium been really trying to get my mind, right, but I think I got my mind to, right, like I forgot what it's like. It's normal. Then normal feels really boring doing anything. Even though I'm doing a lot every day. I'm not to feel like I'm doing anything because I don't have this chaos around anymore. That's it because I noticed that I was washing dishes. It occurred to me that I feel very slow in stupid. That's terrible. Welcome to my world. How much do you take a lot of him? Not at all. I mean, taking, I don't even take aspirin. I'm just going to talk about my new Homebrew recipe that I'm gonna name Bernie brew. Bernie's brew five percent of all proceeds go to Bernie twenty twenty excellence. So like eighty bucks. Cool. Not really running against at Bernie's. Bernie Sanders is running again. You have to pay attention to the news Andrew, I refuse. I I am off the news. I'm out fuck it. Outta here with that shit close to eighty years old. If he gets elected. Are you kidding? The first sitting? One of the one of the only only the first sitting president to die in office, but one of the only sitting presidents that I have natural causes in office, and we still time with this one for sure. He'll probably run with like Patti Smith. Somebody. Imagine that like Sanders Smith for business this fucking woman from sex and the city is running for governor now, is that right? Like who just calm the fuck down Matthew Broderick's grow? No. Maria, can she'd Alonzo it's Morita on. So it's. Go right on Sean. Is running for the tenant governor holy shits, you kidding? I was just kidding. Fuck it's. It's. Cynthia Nixon is running. Okay. Is running for governor that last name will probably do re hill. She'll do really well, right? Yeah, it's no no stigma around that. I wish it was right on Sean. That'd be wonderful. He'll annoying campaign her and her love advice show being single LA who's food while my God. I bet that's a faggot. I gotta move to major much politics area because gem like right on Chong. Single. I'm right here. I'm ready. Magically broad rate on Chong over great where she, she's an Los Angeles barely get out there. You can do it. Let's go out to there for like a week. I'm not gonna stay at the micro. Tell the airport. I'll be like, and I'll find right on Chong and kiss her. No, no introductions are gonna just go right in skilled from the nosedive in the coffee line like, hey, aren't you TV's rate on Joan quieted some you and trying to launch spiel as she does some TV which is waiting for her last big break because their first big break was in commando, and then I lay one right on her, and the kiss is so hot, the sentence going, it was horrifying. Actually, I did some teams over. Thank you for me. I did some TV. It would move. Ooh. Yeah, she's like normally would find that very offensive that if anybody tried to kiss me without even making a proper introduction, knowing them, but he did it so right. And so on the line that I understand, we're in a very sensitive time for that sort of thing. But it was really just everything I ever wanted. The.
