"Is nothing southbound trains that makes the North um drains Chip Roy on the house floor. Yes, they holy moly. Ripping the administration, especially Kamala Harris, a new one about coming to the border. I note that the general from Massachusetts just referred to the possibility of the vice president, United States going to the border for a photo op. Well, she can find the border. On a map and actually user taxpayer funded airplane, go to Andrews Air Force Base, fly to the great State of Texas, fly directly to the border at the Rio Grande and actually find the time In her duty as the vice president, the United States. To give a wit. About the people of Texas. Then maybe she could actually have a photo op. But perhaps the people of this country and the state of Texas, which I represent would like more than a photo op. Perhaps we'd like a vice president who actually cared about the people of Texas. Actually cared about the ranchers. As I see my colleagues on the other side of the aisle muttering under their breath right now, how dare I speak up about the people of Texas who want to be protected? How dare I stand up about the ranchers whose fences are being torn down? The narcotics flying up. I 35 running through Bernie, Texas, running through San Antonio, the boy that paid $4000 to pick grapes but was being sent to a stash house in Houston, Texas. To be put into the slave trade and little girls to be put into the sex trade. Wow. Hit them with both barrels on that one. Well, it's true. Of course, it's true personal. I don't care if we ever see Kamala Harris in our state. I like this. I like to put up a border to keep her out. Have a great day. If we're gonna take out walls, you know, we have to look a lot of these things even before we know exactly how the project is going to be designed so that when we were at the design stage, we know we're designing intelligently. Yes, we're designing knowing what's going what can be done. For the most effective budget in your project, so this is a big part of what we do and how we eliminate Lot of guesswork. In fact, what we offer you is that there will be no additional cost if we do this side assessment in this design. That's why there's a fee attached to it. That's right, because it's gotta be through. It comes with a design that it will not exceed once we've learned everything about your home, and it also comes with a guarantee that we're no one's gonna beat our price because we are big and To help you out Part of that, as we own a buying cop. Part of that is that we have 42 employees. Part of that is where dealers for so many products, and that's just a few of the ways having in house designs. Menu. Pricing Everything for you is part of that, But really right now, at the side assessment, we're making sure that what we can deliver on for you. Is that promise that we know your project well, and that we can design intelligently and not overcharge you for things we don't know or things that we miss. So we're not gonna have that problem on your project, like others do. Where you have to write a change order cover extra cost that we didn't account for, so that team is very, very thorough. And they're going to do a terrific job for you're going to see that a lot of information is gathered there. And so Were and are where we out here. We'll talk about Billy's. That's right. "Hundred this is the juror dealing charges gonna work on my phone that Joe Biden is the winner and Virginia is the projected winner child and the two states to watch your California Texas California is definitely gonna go for Bernie Texas will see have you been to Austin lately Michael for burning so we're talking about what your asset allocation should be in retirement and this question you know best as a bunch of times before but now it it's hard now it's hard people need income in retirement now in the past in the past people have just been completely dumb about it and you have people in their seventies running around with what's the stocks stocks actually gave the L. stocks anymore because stocks are going down but we even had people in their seventies right around with seventy eighty ninety hundred percent stocks in your portfolio which you know twenty years ago would have been unheard of so the goal for retirement is wealth preservation the goal when you're in your thirties and twenties is capital appreciation but you have different goals when your retirement goals wealth preservation and it's also income in this is where things get hard because how can you produce any kind of income when treasury yields are below one percent that doesn't make any sense this is bad it's bad it's it's you what the problem is like this the firm reserve gets a lot of crap some of it deserves something under one of the things it's deserved for is there absolutely punishing savers absolutely punishing savers so what happens is that if you cut interest rates to zero which we're going to do you know that's going to happen you cut interest rates to zero and then you know treasury yields are one percent corporate bond yields are two and a half percent high yield is three and a half percent so basically what you're doing is you're forcing people out the risk curve you're forcing people to take more risk just to get a little bit of income by the way the crazy thing is there are some amazing stocks out there they have very high yields like there's there's blue chip stocks would yield six seven eight eight and a half percent and you know I mean that's you know that's more risky but I'm talking blue chip stocks so you know this question needs to be addressed after a long Bull Run in the stock market and let me lead with the conventional wisdom your percentage allocation to bonds in the past should be approximately equivalent here H. so if you are seventy years old you should have a seventy percent allocation to bonds now again that was the past no nobody paid any attention to that okay so now do you really want to seventy percent allocation to bonds with yields of one percent probably not does that mean the answer is a hundred percent stocks no so then what what else do you get well this is when it gets hard when we talk we're gonna be talking about this over and over and over again in the coming weeks and months because this is this is our this is a very hard problem this is a very hard problem in general I I you know I used to think people would always should have a higher allocation to bonds and whatever you think your allocation to bonds should have been you should have doubled or tripled it and if you did that if you went back in your time machine to year two years ago you would be pretty happy today and I know first hand that some financial advisors are keeping their older clients fully invested in the stock market well into retirement remember the goal in retirement is wealth preservation the goal when you're in your twenties is capital appreciation okay so when it when visors do this and they do this frequently I consider this to be financial malpractice okay somebody who's eighty years old does not need to be invested in aggressive growth stocks but you see this over and over and over again now there's nothing but pain P. for pain when you're in retirement your no longer accumulating assets your D. humiliating assets your DQ milling assets so if you have an irate this is required by law you have with these things called R. M. D.'s required minimum distributions and you were forced to sell a piece every year in an economist would say that you were selling investments the paper consumption and consuming is exactly what you should be doing when you sell stocks and bonds of retirement when you take these aren't easy should spend on stuff you should spend on traveling to Europe and staying in an Airbnb for a month this is the whole point of why you save in a basket so you can fully enjoy it at the end okay let's talk about D. cumulate in assets everybody knows how to accumulate assets everybody knows this you save you invest you in you know you best in stocks bonds whatever your cumulate over time when it comes to you retire and you want to draw down on this stuff how do you do it and there's you know there's hundreds and hundreds of books written on accumulating assets assets I do not know of one book that has been written on DQ relating assets people just don't study it so you want the assets to be there when you D. cumulate and there are there are instances when bonds are not safe bonds generally are safer unless you're talking about high yield emerging market debt so you know talking about bonds since we forced everybody up the risk curve a lot of people have been they're very complacent my guess is is that people who are over sixty over seventy eighty have some allocation to high yield bonds why because it produces that the income that they need it's getting harder and harder to produce a portfolio that has an income of three and a half percent that is getting extremely hard that is getting extremely hard so you're in these bonds that yield three four five six percent and they have been saved in the past they have been safe there will come a time when these bonds are not safe there will come a time when we go into recession there will come a time when companies start to go bankrupt and they default on these bonds in the spreads we talk about spread a long time ago but spreads or basically the spread between the interest rate on the bond in the treasury ancestry the spreads will widen and people will experience losses on these bonds so if you have an investment grade corporate bond fund that Joe just behaves almost like a treasury bond fund it just spits out the small amount of income there's a lot of risk in it you know depending on the fine there's a lot of risk inherent in that fund and there could come a time when you could lose ten to twenty percent of the value that funded this is you know this is considered to be safe so in high yield to lose a lot more than that target retirement date funds I'm sort of a fan of target retirement date funds that's when your portfolio makes goes too aggressive too conservative over time my beef with couldn't target retirement date funds is that the head everybody is too much stocks the target retirement date funds have too much stocks there about ninety percent stocks in the beginning in there about fifty percent stocks at the end it's still too much stocks but these things are really really popular vanguard does a lot of business in target retirement date funds okay but if you're eighty years old you should be buying grass of growth at if you know if you're listening to this you and you have a relationship with a financial buys you have a portfolio that has even a little bit of aggressive growth in it growth you should you should talk to the financial visor and say I'm eighty years old why are we doing this the goal is wealth preservation not capital appreciation and by the way if you have aggressive growth in your portfolio eighty G. eighty or seventy five then you've just gotten rants to the tune of fifteen percent in a week right so there is risk and for so long people just completely forgot about financial risk they thought that risk didn't exist it's been so long since anybody's experience so if just to discuss this if you go back to two thousand eight the stock market lost fifty seven percent in two thousand eleven we had a twenty percent correction during the European debt crisis in two thousand twelve we had a fifteen to twenty percent correction in in the is when India S. and that was when St imports downgraded U. S. that in two thousand fifteen we had about a ten percent correction on Ebola in two thousand eighteen we had the ball explosion stocks are down about fourteen percent at the end of two thousand eighteen there was a twenty percent correction it was very short but going back to two thousand eight we haven't had anything more than the twenty percent correction in those corrections have been very fast so a lot of people have for god of the simple fact that financial risk exists in the good thing the good thing that's coming out of this this correction is that people are waking up they're waking up to the fact that they have risk and the problem is that they don't know how to handle it you know if you're thirty years old you were eighteen when the financial crisis happened you did not have any financial exposure and you it's it's almost like it never happened for people who are under thirty so they're experiencing this for the first time and you know like I said for a long time people it's it's beyond complacency it's it's the people forgot about the existence of risk altogether and you know those people that commented on this over the last couple years the you know when this when we finally do get a correction it's going to hurt and it is hurting and by the way nobody had any warning on this it was like one yes last Monday we woke up market was down three percentage is went down from there and if there was nobody had any time to react which is absolutely the worst case scenario I'm Jerry dealing this is the juror dealing child you can show it's coming you know what to do Hey I'm gonna just rip this bandaid off we need to break up you're just not good for me I'm always sweaty.

"Know we had I believe it was Friday city we had Doris Kearns Goodwin on was a Friday or Thursday Thursday okay so she got me all jacked up to watch her George Washington series on the on the history channel yeah so I dutifully set my DVR tape Sunday night Monday night and tonight funny how that works out well she got you all jacked up and I could one further away from it no I don't it goes like this makes Jill one of the bombing I know Bernie Texas because don't forget to watch Star Schurman Kerns Goodwin special like ill again not that of course I'm interested history on it just to the presidency I I I I know a lot about watching did but it's just funny how the how the two of us some came away from a because I actually read run sure now he read he wrote the book on Hamilton of the play was based on yeah which was great fantastic and I read his book also when is it as thinkers like the Bible on George Washington it was very boring I have to tell you but I still was she pique my interest and she's an old friend I know she wants to she went totally side ways with the liberals I I know that I understand all that but she still a good historian she wrote some great books this is why I was it well I could much is because they had the commentators that they had on they had on people like that from CNN John Avalon they had on a from MSNBC John Meachem what if it was a and even even Bill Clinton was a cut I mean as soon as I saw the three of them in a couple of others whose names escape me right now I had to cancel my recordings I was once five minutes of it and I don't know that was nice no surprise I I I watch I still want me to price and there's some folks on there that are very tough on trump and Republicans there is nobody I'm telling you there's nobody even holds like Nicole Wallace and Katie Turner no one comes close Doris Kearns Goodwin she just absolutely hates him this buys ism so to hear this to me there's no I would have a more surprising what is said it's not gonna believe this then bring you'll have a white alienate the viewers why why they made if you had some of the most vicious left wing not cakes on this supposedly objective history of I mean I can describe George watching I guess they could maybe they could I just couldn't watch these guys they make me sick to my stomach so I I I I was done I was out of it makes any Miley no you don't get get some people from some university is somebody that we don't know that doesn't people get that professor from New York University that led that though right I mean new York's how do you like that that I don't use that son of a **** Palestinian yeah is what he is Amos Hussein and he's he actually let and he's a teacher it and why you can you imagine the poison that the that the the the faculty on these universities is is is the poison that they're filling our young people's minds with but again no surprise we know this already we know this about our universities are academia we know the specifically about New York University but I mean that you'll hate resent and they probably say that the terrible people but the fact that he was leading the police anarchist protest any teaching kids I saw the subtleties of the same thing but they're only this morning about five forty five AM on fox news these two young kids who actually won the Republican club at NYU I was surprised when even exists but there is one a really cute actually young African American girl and a red headed young men and they were calling for this guy's termination they said you got a pie in the sky you know it's one thing to have free speech I get it it's another to actually have stuff but on the walls of the police kill the cops and this guy was in charge of that how is he still employed I mean these two young kids eighteen year old kids have to be the voice of reason and why you freedom of speech fantastic so but freedom of speech stops when you're asking for people to go out there when every option kill cops look you know well one of our management just texted me a an article that was written in the American spectator by his cousin and it's a very very well written the guy's obviously an intellectual very cerebral article and was about P. booty judge and people to judges dad his dad worked for Notre Dame anyway he he he celebrated this Italian Marx's who's enamored of Marx and Lenin and all these guys yeah one of the things one of the tenets of their philosophy if you want to affect change is you have to infiltrate the media and university it's not enough to go out and just burn things down you have to actually infiltrate the colleges and universities and the culture and that's how you're going to affect change and you see it happening right here in the United States I mean we really are at a crossroads I you have the these people on the left are sick they're sick my of my son we went for a couple interviews for college and every person there that was a Republican said don't mention that you're a Republican yes no no I went through my kids they they had to actually you know they had actually tailor their answers in their papers to what they think the teacher wanted to hear me yeah I know it was like that too she's you know she used to be a huge from supporters she's been somewhat someone brainwashed but not enough she still likes him and hate select but you can't say a word can't say a word my son's been completely brainwashed he's you know he's he's got he's got he's he's gonna be following in Hussein's footsteps he won't be because eventually when he gets a little older I'm gonna pull more pressure on him right now I don't want to it's fine you know it's fine because we have to understand it about eighty percent of his class or up in American kids and these kids were wonderful kids by the way the great friends are quite a lovable they hear the payments bit about trump they they don't know why he died that parents talk bad about twelve they don't they don't know why he does this like just rooting for the Mets still rooting for whatever baseball team you just adopt whatever that's it right so what we did say last week to me Gabriel he did say that he started to feel bad for presidential it's a lot so is because of the of the continuing to someone's law yeah no that's if you hate president empathy right you never gonna feel badly but the guy did he discuss so my son doesn't he actually said I'm sort of feel bad that's good yeah I mean the guys doing great things and yet he's being demonized and I swear to god the the local news media is so bad so bad they they're at I wish there was somebody monitoring I wish I had the time to monitor the local news I because I just catch what we want to do what please join John you know everybody should mention bill Ritter he's one of the culprits he's awful awful I watch channel seven and they did a story on the ice crack down on sanctuary cities states at cetera and they talk to the people it's like there's this dissonance there they they talk about how it affects in it it frightens some of the citizens there now ice is looking for criminal illegal aliens and they'll say that bill state that the in fat Eckley they make that clear and yet when they talk to the citizens they don't say well what about the fact that they claim that they're looking for the illegals among you they want to get rid of the bad guys they don't ask the question they just completely ignore it when they're talking to like say the the mayor of Newark ras Brockett it'll say well how about the fact that they're rooting out the criminal illegal aliens they don't mention that they never mention it and they just do the story at it it's like two separate stories in one report and they don't put the two together and then of course again this is channel seven to have that story in century city crackdowns now about four five stories later on to their credit they did it but then they do the MS thirteen story with the guy was killed they finally arrested that and an MS thirteen member with a man was killed because of the new no cast bell or the discovery rule Montanelli Maldonado yeah they do it as though that's not connected to the sank Chaudhry city thing let me say that you should do that right after the sanctuary city story if you if you're not biased right there's an agenda there's no question I don't know I don't know what I can tell you is an NBC is it still talks cover I think it is yes Hey let's go to Billy boys in Coney Island the gill says he's he's good Billy boy good morning to you I will some guys listen let me tell you something our own back of one inch not one all right hello and there's a lot of African American men just like me we don't back up we support chop one hundred and ten percent bring it on lets do this what am I saying the old sore five in a right he owns it I like what I hear Billy boy alike you Coney Island and even though the numbers are still small they're they're going up amongst the African Americans regarding trump support what part of that is having people coming wise to the fact that Donald Trump is not a racist but the other part which is willing to help Donald Trump is what was going up against Mike Bloomberg you could spend all the millions and billions he wants on commercials we know what this is please don't with African Americans and other people to judge copper markets can't stand him I mean we don't fight and what that that that we just got absolutely savaged early on in that race by she's out of it now what's to come all Harris yes so he's gonna because a bunch of people that already exactly going to be you know that up front line and sent a model the kingdom and dependent all of them he's got results Mike Bloomberg's a slogan is might gets things done Hey listen this presents already gotten done and he's going to continue to do it imagine if they work with him instead of forty gets them all these three years imagine what we could have accomplished I want to say this when we get back in this is not really this is something you may be surprised that someone in my nature I want to talk about the appearance of supporters spies but there's still the old shallow Heil here I go again right you're going so you there is a a certain guy running and I think his supporters all physically the ugliest people in the race I am only to pull but it's just my opinion it's got to be Bernie said well we'll find out when we get back we'll be back with after these words New York at a two talk radio seventy seven WABC.

"I know I buy I've gotten it custom just put that on there you could put one of those companies out of business let's go to Susan and the hill country Susan welcome Hey other I want to buy a large SUV I'm looking at Toyota and Lexus in the area of San Antonio and Bernie Texas is all yeah I heard you say a couple weeks ago you were chatting about land Rovers and then a Land Rover over certain mileage would make you nervous thank you all over a hundred thousand yeah how do you feel about over Sadie's ML three fifty over a hundred or just under a hundred notice also right so and you will have far back we go in an age eight AM yeah was a Mercedes made some fantastic vehicles these days but boy it back prior to five years ago I I I would steer clear and and look it's not just Mercedes range Rovers for I would go so far as to warn you of the same way on a on a BMW X. five out of it is not deterred not great cars but things are gonna happen and when you can get one of those fixed it's gonna leave a hole in your wallet right that's what I love about him yeah those are and in a Mercedes as far as the issue these but I'm thinking about the larger larger tight Toyota or larger collection so we talk in Korea here that means that big oil so bubbly looking at the stars I don't like the body style so maybe let me just under this the Korea Z. that's a the land cruisers about the same thing I think that body I own both pretty old so the minute I buy it they're probably coming out with a new one as ever change the land cruiser to be honest with you in fact I've got the twenty twenty coming up for review in January it's been number here since I've had one but I don't I'm expected to change much they just re did the GX four sixty with Lexus but Kathy Lee I'm having trouble finding what the big differences are I mean I think they're crazy like trying X. on the inside which I needed to do but and they put the character to grow on the front but basically I mean to me at least so far it looks like it's pretty much the same have you so you're gonna go use and you're gonna go you know those are always looking at possibly trading goes down okay so do we need a third row seat no not really I'm more for the room in the back the cargo space the time allotted get I think the GX four sixty certainly worth a look and if it were me we would go certified with that one the reason is they take a pretty big depreciation hit the first year and so that makes it sort of five one a real bargain there's really when you go from this to Korea on down in size since they did away with the Ventura for five years ago you know you're talking Highlander four runner and I love both those vehicles personally I was having to four runners were the best issue vis it's ever been made but you know how I understand I have is the difference Susan between a truck based SUV and a crossover SUV highlighters gonna be on a car chassis the ride better a better feel tight well the last as long as the forerunner no but you're gonna shortly enjoy the ride drive so you might look at you might look at a Highlander and I'm every miles a year do you drive twelve okay very good good one to look at least just to see what you think about that I think you probably enjoy it three years from now you get to do it all over again and you've got a vehicle that all that time under warranty yes Sir this just give that some thought can I get out of the four runner versus the Lexus SUV stop sign hi I truly think the the four runner and I've seen it many times will go well past three hundred thousand miles without any issues all you get is just basic maintenance I mean they're just that indestructible think the Lexus of due to fifty if you do it right that's on it but along the way because it's got more stuff on it it's got more electronics and and then amenities you know there may be some little things go out power train wise the engine transmission Alexis will do lectures go forever but the cost of ownership we start looking at that first lectures forces Toyota there's going to be cheaper yeah well I know the cost of ownership on the Mercedes out there was a because every time you turn around service a service service the that's the problem you know I don't want to want to look at a Highlander and a four runner at Toyota of Bernie and let's see what you see which one you like the best you're not gonna find much in the way of incentives on the four runner the Highlander incentives really good right now and I'm gonna tell you and I don't want to confuse you but if I were going to get a new Highlander today I get the hybrid version wow I had a the response was silence the silence was stunning drive it I'm telling you Toyota hybrid systems are the best out there there's no question about it and the power I mean this thing auto five thousand pounds and it's a hybrid was Italian the three point five engine has been so good for so long your love arrive drive so what would a forerunner to like what it tells us it is the same about the house absolutely no question well let me tell you something you're gonna lock one you're gonna not like the other because of that difference just figure out which one you love and they'll take good care of their Toyota Bernie adage good good people thank von the owner an hour or just this is so close in a level everything he does they gave out eight thousand turkeys to military personnel two weekends ago god bless them eight thousand in a day biggest problem now is traffic control and the and the birthplace of great help in math but a lady they they the traffic is backed up for miles he he's worried is taking too long but you know Hey eight thousand turkeys long turkeys student good luck to you my dear I hope hope everything works out go through my website to email Toyota burning so they know that your listener driving both see what you think yeah if you name are and go on to this for you it's as good a vehicle reliability wise it's gonna vehicle as the for the for runners it's just big and he's just a really big issue thank you for calling a hundred nine to six seventy seven seventy seven "This guard line. We've got a pretty full board. So let me get right after it. A lot of time to get as many calls as we can in this segment and we start with Chris in Bernie, Texas morning. Chris good morning. How you doing? Funny story ready. This is an is not embarrass anybody. It's just when we work in radio. The call screening thing is very phonetic. Sometimes. I know how to spell Bernie, Texas B O E R in E. And I just think it's great. But I got so he rose Chris in Bernie, Texas, B R N E Y Bernie. What works for me phonetics on phonics worked for me. Drives me crazy because I have family lives in Pearland. What can we help you with this morning in Bernie? Just got back from vacation. And I have zoysia grabs it L Toro and discovered that I had Brown patch. So I put down a granular or of the treatment on Friday. And then we had that rain. We had about a good inch and a half rain here. And now, I'm still a little worried if maybe that got washed away, I'm looking for maybe a liquid liquid Khanna's all if you have zoysia that has Brown patch because that needs to be stopped in its tracks immediately in the liquid does that granular nut does not okay. What? Procon is all it's p p z. If you go to like feed store, they'll know what PPC means and liquid Khanna's all is also like infuse by Baen. I'd if you listen to this program is all based fertile OEMs systemic fungi side is procon all base, some people call that banner base to okay. All right. Well, I appreciate it. You bet. Love Bernie love burn. That is like I could retire in Bernie, Texas. Let's be honest here. Thanks for calling keep in touch. Let me know how that work. Hopefully, first of all you can green your way out of this come June. I if you do the proper fertilization. I used supervisor if you will. That june. First you'll green your way out of this. Okay. Okay. Seven one three two one two t h that's the number grab that open line. Mary and Conroe is up next Mary. Good morning. Oxalates in. I'm planning jasmine under my Cyprus street, and the salad came up, and I dug out as much as I could. But now, it's going dormant. I was wondering if. We baiter complete. I have that. And then I also had the we'd be to Oprah don't use for it's too hot ultra we'd us if we're going to use the liquid form, and you can do this. You can do the the we'd beater for southern lawns and the complete together on the same day. Okay. We we. Okay. Okay. My question is the and the bones are still there doormat does that kill the dog in the seat. They're just are are no really only kills that. Which is up in the pre emergent herbicide works on weed seeds, but not like some of the bulbs type ones. So what you need to do is if there's any leaf surface at all emerges. That's what you need to get with the liquid version of the Banide we'd beat her for southern lawns that the complete is going to work more as a pre emergent herbicide. So it'll help block some weed seeds, but is tough. So when you get the oxalates next winter, that's when you really need hit it with the Alterra. Okay. And that should take it back down to its runner. We'll we'll it. Okay. If they get in the middle of the jasmine, that's the problem. Well, there's also there are weed killers. You can use on the jasmine, but you have to spot treat the oxalates when it comes up. It's a different formula. But you can actually use the broad we weedkillers as long as you do a wyking method or spot treatment. You're not trying to spray the entire jasmine. Okay. In that would be the southern the. Yeah, you could use the broadly we killer when it's cooler use the old Trump when it's warmer like right now use the four southern lawns formula. Okay. Okay. Cottonseed a good to for lives. The as I. That's okay. I mean, I think there's better compost. If you're trying to do that that worked better for Zelaya's. Considered a combo. Cottonseed meal is in the past considered a soil amendment the way compost is nowadays. Okay. All right and cottonseed meal is incorporated into many, great organic fertilizers. Okay. Does that make sense? What would you put down in? I just like good old fashioned shredded hardwood, moult like, the the most intense kind the ones that have been mostly composted, depending on the look you want. But like the seasons Hardouin mulch. I I've no problem with you put down something like micro life, first micro life acidify and then covering that up with a really good compost. Okay. All right. Thank you very much. You're welcome. I mean cottonseed meal is what is it? It's a little bit on the nitrogen side, and that's not necessarily what Zelaya's me. So like if you were to break down cottonseed meal into its analysis. It's going to be almost like a six to four. All from the risk. They get down into the day is in it. It gets looks real moldy. Yeah. You need to not let that much leaf build up. If you're going to build up anything let it be pine needles. Okay. Very good. You bet. So nowadays, you see cottonseed meal incorporated into organic fertilizers. I don't know that anybody needs to just use cottonseed meal to more of an amendment nowadays than it was years ago. I remember I've tried to remember what the analysis was there was one. That was considered a lawn that was just nothing but cottonseed meal like what a waste of money. It's like you get like a bag of cotton. Mill only cover like fifteen hundred square feet for three bucks when you can get an entire bag organic fertilizer for thirty bucks. Now that'll cover as much as forty three hundred square feet as I like to say, I wasn't a math major a day. But I can sure figure the math on that. What's good deal? What's the bad deal? We we go through that in our radio business to showing you how of audience, you're reaching. What do you think? What are you?.
