After many months of no finds whatsoever and Alabama we knew this was going to happen. Maybe Sununu was waiting till after he got reelected. No telling his attorney general to hold off. You have safe people can't say. Oh, don't worry. No one's actually been fine. Jeter. Don't worry. No one's actually been arrested for not wearing a mask. Yeah, but it has happened. People have now been arrested and tackled in the streets. Federal money? I'm sure but none in New Hampshire, okay? Of in Armani posted a video someone being attacked by police and pulled down into this boat. All for not wearing a mask. I saw that video. I don't know. So the video you're talking about was where there's like a long, long haired, hippie looking guy that got tackled. Somebody pointed out. No one was wearing masks in that video, So it was probably old. It was probably from like Portland or something earlier this year or okay. There was some questions about that particular video. That's why I ended up not actually using it for for on air, so, but that's likely to happen. At some point. They killed Eric Gardner for selling cigarettes. They will kill people to enforce these masked mandate. Absolutely, you know, they're gonna kill you to keep you safe that they haven't killed anyone yet shows a level of restraint. I have not Come to expect from the state. We go on. Let's talk to David. He's in New Mexico. You're on free talk life going, David. Cornering threats that sleeping in 28 degrees. I do that every night. That's hardcore man 28 degrees Celsius. Yeah. Yeah, man on the beach, like in Bahamas. That sounds pretty sweet. Nice what we called about, dude. Well, courtroom threats, but that lets your last caller um what they did to you that Zaha Federal retaliation is a federal crime as well as a tort. Well, it wasn't retaliation. They put him in this the whole because there were threats against him. He'd have to prove there were no threats against him. I hear your sarcasm, and I'm with you, but but I'm sure that that they could find the facts if anybody cared enough in our government. Oh, that's right. They don't. That's why it says in our declaration. I'm sorry. Our Constitution, The only three were words you can read. If you look at a picture of the original, is we the people decided it's not my Constitution. Well, you know what if we all talk time travel, Including you back too Well, when they were writing the declaration of Independence and or right after the revolution had been, won you? I bet you would have felt very, very, very, very, very free. Compared to today. I mean, yeah. And in those circumstances, I probably would have signed it. But that would be because the ideas of libertinism hadn't evolved to the point where they're at now. Okay, so back to back to retaliation. What they what they did is retaliation and it's a federal crime and the tour and and it should be pursued. I mean, I can't tell him what to do. I suspect he just wants to get out. "Sure that. She doesn't lose track of time like she wants to be punctual. So Tara says goodbye to her mom turns on her Walkman and sets off on her usual route along New Mexico state road forty seven. Now, Patty didn't love that Tara took this route so much because it's kind of isolated once you get outside of the neighborhood plus one time when Patty went biking with. Tara one morning along this same exact road she swears that they were being followed by a driver which freaked her out enough that she didn't WanNa go on a ride again now patty obviously like brought this up to Tara and she told her listen you at least need to be carrying Mace I. don't even really want you on this route at all but tars like no. MOM, you're paying ridiculous like we live in a safe place. This is a comfortable area. I'm nineteen, not nine and really isn't a huge amount that Patti can do about that. You know she says, you know I've I've always my concerns don't love it but Tara is an adult. Yeah. So that morning eleven thirty am comes and goes without any sign of Tara now obviously. This is back in the days before cellphones or even pagers. So it's not like they can just call or page like, Hey, are you on your way home? So Patty has to wait and really eleven thirty, one eleven thirty, five even eleven forty passes and pat he's not that worried yet after all a wouldn't be super odd for a bike ride to run a little bit. But taurus still doesn't come home by noon Patty decides to go out and look for her just like Tara had told her to do. Patty knew right where to look because like I said, Tara Bikes same route basically every day it's a seventeen mile stretch along state road forty seven heading southeast out to the railroad tracks away from Rio communities and then seventeen miles back. She drives up and down the road hoping to catch a glimpse of the familiar pink bike. But mile after mile after mile she sees nothing no sign of her daughter no sign of the bike. Is there any sort of like gas station or rest stop that she might have stopped at break? nope. There's nothing. So by now patties definitely starting to get worried because. We had super punctual person like she's always on time. She always keeps her schedule pretty tight but at the same time, Patty is still trying to stay logical and not immediately jump to the absolute worst conclusions. Now, the bike could've gotten a flat tires and things could have happened these things. Go wrong and she's probably going to see tar they're going to laugh about it later. But when Patty gets back home, her hopes are dashed when her worst fear start coming true. Because by the time she gets home having driven those seventeen miles there and back Tara still isn't there together with her husband John Who's Tar Stepdad they call the police to report her missing according to Ed Pierces reporting in the Albuquerque Journal law enforcement takes this case seriously right away and the search efforts get under way that Tuesday. They take Paddy Johns word that this is super out of character for Tara and beyond that all of tars friends. Say. The same thing this isn't Laker. She's so dependable. She would never just ride off and again she had plans why make your mom come look for you if you weren't planning on coming back the Valencia County sheriff's call in help from departments all across New Mexico we're talking the state police, the Bernalillo County sheriff's from Albuquerque they have bloodhound teams come in and they have a state search and rescue team all come to join in the efforts out searching on foot and horseback they even bring in some ATV's like this is a hard core search operation pretty much right off the bat and it pays off because that very. First Day Tara went missing searchers find some vital clues that make her family's hearts sink there right along state road forty, seven about four miles away from. Rio. Communities are bicycle tracks like the kind that would match the one she was writing. So without a bike to actually compare them to, it's a little hard to do a full analysis right away and say that one hundred percent this is hers, but it's definitely what they're thinking but the tracks didn't actually lead them to Tara or MOMS bike investigation discovery reported that the tracks look kind of spun out there must have been or could have been a struggle in that area. and. They also report that very close to the bike tire marks. They also find tire marks from a car along with a piece of broken tape player. Now, this tape player matched the same distinctive yellow, Walkman that Tara had and would always take with her, and if there was any doubt that it could be hers, they also found the cassette that had been in the walkman nearby. It was from the Band Boston and Patty and John are gutted because they know Tara loved to listen to music while she was out writing all of this had to belong to her and finding these things felt like a very bad sign. I mean. All of this looks like something not great. Happen was fighting this evidence able to help them narrow down their searches or find witnesses or anything. Oh yeah I mean because again, we started with the seventeen mile stretch of road. So we have a much more condensed area and police do find a handful of witnesses who say they saw a woman matching tars description the morning that she went missing there was a pair of ranch hands out working that morning and they tell law enforcement that they saw her heading north at about eleven thirty which fits right in with the timeframe of her being on her way home just like she. Promised now, this is helpful because again it narrows down our timeframe a little bit, but it doesn't get us a lot closer to Tara. So while police Valencia County, sheriff's are still out searching tars family isn't just sitting back and waiting patty and Michelle are all working tirelessly to recruit volunteers to help look for any sign of what might have happened Atara in order to bring her back home. The weather on Wednesday was really bad I mean bad enough that an air search gets grounded and much to Patty's dismay this is a really gross I mean Wendy rocket any and it's perfect to wash away all of evidence that they're probably. So desperate to find. But even with the weather setbacks, the Dole's don't give up and by Friday they've gotten over two hundred people to join in with a search for Tara according to the Albuquerque Journal ground forces are focusing on the east side of state road forty seven where it's more isolated, and while they're out searching other members of law enforcement are searching for more witnesses who might be able to shed some light on what happened that day and they get a break several more witnesses come forward and tell police that not only did they see Torah but they saw her being followed by an older model pickup truck with. A Shell Camper. This same witnesses say that Tara had her headphones on and she didn't seem to be aware that she might have been being followed, and if she wasn't aware, then how could she try to protect herself from whoever was behind the wheel of this truck now, even though these leads seem promising at bursts, none of these clues lead to anything solid not the Walkman, not the witness descriptions of the truck nothing and so all the Dole's can do is wait and keep grasping onto hope the months go by and like too many missing Person Cases Torres disappearance cools off and with no new leads the case eventually goes Colt. And then in the summer of nineteen eighty, nine Torres Stepdad gets.

Unless the judge has everybody knew did which is usually not the case, you're usually can control of your own phone line. You want the password? Well, ISAT easy to say on the air. Yeah, It's a phone number and a password, and I got it right here. Just just tell him where to go. Just tell people where to go to get it. It's probably a better way to do it because well, then the best thing to do is just Ah, like I said it that Metro court Got an import dot gov so investing to do this Google New Mexico Bernalillo County Metro Court and and write on the landing pages does click here to go to next week's schedule or this week. Who is it? Tuesday at 1 45 on the 30th in front of police. A Blair Rivera, Do you think that more people David Open that much is true? Ah, Do you think that more people at this event is better than fewer? And if so, why Here. Read it. Well, not even theoretically, technically, in the United States of America. We designed the government where the courtrooms were open to the public on purpose because people were encouraged to attend so that our government does not have secret trials and secretly convict people with fake evidence. And then hang them in the tower started. Chambers tend to go. Ah, rather poorly for Ah, civilization. Yes, indeed. No doubt about it. It's just that when I found it is the people very rarely attend trials, and I don't know if having people there is particularly useful. It seems like here in Keene, New Hampshire, at the very least, the only place that I have ever attended. A trial voluntarily, then that you know, like having people there is actually it seems like it could be a distraction from your case is opposed to a positive really well that well, that that would actually be interesting things to mention in an appeal as well, because there's absolutely no reason it should be the traction. And if it is the Nets that they target for an investigation, why was Mr Olsen case prejudice by the fact that citizens witness His hearing. I don't know, And I don't doubt you could never prove it. See my thought for going into court with a whole bunch of people is just that they're they're more likely to be more polite about it. Because, hey, if we do this, really, obviously badly, there might be a lot of people who have something to say about it. I can tell you that the you know the the judged largely didn't address the people at all. But the bailiffs were hell on wheels. I mean, you know, there's a There's a little guy there that you know, sort of a retired something some kind of bureaucrats and he loved his small little bit of power. And I mean, I had my son in there who was Maybe too. He made some kid noises and the judge kicks me out that bailiff came and and he was right up behind me. And I'm going And of course, the judges like no talking. You know, like, you know, so I don't know. My experience in courtroom has not been positive. I've got to say, and it seems like they don't want people to go. That doesn't mean that it's good or bad for case and I don't know, care. Okay. Well, I think I think I think by definition.

"So it's just a dark depressing horrible case. There was also a rumor that there's a woman who has his body in a freezer at her house. Beer okay people should probably go check that out. I mean just because even if it's not are not just in. She has a body in a freezer. You've sat out as maybe call that person and see what's going on okay with Yeah some lady just called and said Hey I know what's up? She's in my freezer lady calling someone called on her. Oh Okay Yeah. This lady's got her in the freezer. Did there's no follow up on that. Really either yeah. So that's probably ds to them. It's probably again somebody trying to get revenge on someone else. So there are a lot of rumors. There's a lot of missing evidence. There's a lot of potential suspects in this case and I was telling you by text this week that he is going down the rabbit hole with this story. It's just every time you think you've got somewhere there's a new twist to it. There's a new angle. There's somebody saying something different. It's all so convoluted and I think maybe that's on purpose Conveniently convoluted what an insane story And it's thirty two years and it's just everyone goes in circles. It's just it just even for a short time that I've been doing some digging on this story of I found myself in you know because I was texting you. I'd just be like Oh my God but wait what what is it. What is this you know? I was hearing stories that. Oh we saw in California She's fine something. You know People were you know trying to help out as much as they cutter. I don't I don't know But for some reason is cases it's never gotten anywhere then when you start looking From the internal aspect of it what was going on with Investigations and everything. Then you start seeing why. Maybe this been so long to be able to be solved. Which is unfortunately this is not. It's not right. I feel really bad for her family. Her mom passed away never knowing what happened to her daughter and it really listening to them. Talk about her sounded like they loved her very much like she was very much loved and wanted and a very big part of that families lives. And it's heartbreaking that something this terrible. Whatever happened to her was terrible. It's it's sad that happened in. It's sad that there is no justice for her and that this case is not salt. It doesn't it doesn't make any sense in the FBI is working on it. I know like throughout my watching different things and reading Fbi still is. I had their tip line. You know they're still looking the county sheriff's I know they're still saying hey you know anybody come forward you know even the littlest thing like. I know we're her. Bike is Just something the FBI. I did offer a twenty thousand dollar reward as of October of last year for any information that leads to either Tara's whereabouts or the conviction and arrest of the people responsible for her disappearance. Sounds like she had a bright future ahead of her and it was stolen from her If you have any information you're asked to call the FBI at five. Oh five eight eight nine thirteen hundred. You can also call the Valencia County Sheriff's Office as well as the Bernalillo County sheriff's Office. Those two offices are still involved in the investigation as well. But it's too sad terrible case. I probably didn't do justice to Tara Story and I feel like willfully inadequate not willfully but like I feel completely inadequate in in reporting this story. Because I don't feel like I was able to present her as a person in the way I wanted to and and I feel bad about that because for anybody who listens to my show. That's really important to me. You know I hope that I did some semblance of of a decent job for her and her family and if you know anything just call somebody any anything else you want to add or any recommendations you have for the listeners or anything that you want to say. I want to say something to you but I'll ego I imagine. Thanks for having me on the show again. I enjoyed this It's a it's a good opportunity. Especially now I'm cooped up in my house to see. Somebody's awesome. Get to talk about a really awesome story. Thank you I'm glad to have. You can't wait to have you on another episode. We're already talking about that. That would be another rabbit hole. One that we're probably not gonNA do justice to either be a big one to a two or three partner. We might have to see how that goes. Yeah right but yeah. Let's let's start working on that one and bring something else interesting in different from this To these listeners. So cool man awesome. Thank you thank you This is true consequences be true. "<hes> the one thing the one thing that I heard too was and and again this is this is something that is very anecdotal. There's nothing scientific about this. It's just something that that people have noticed over the years is that when something like this happens <hes> in in many cases it's it usually happens in long flights. It usually happens in long boxing matches. It happens deep deep into it. You know a tenth round Eleventh Round <hes> I. I'm not saying that there's going to be any regulations places racist short boxing but maybe it's something to look into the cumulus have damaged. It's it's it's. It's very rarely area where it's like if that one shot is that one punch that that one that one knee like in the Mas at all Ben Aspirin Aspirin play that that causes things like that again this is not this is not scientific. It's just anecdotal from you know from all of us watching a lot of fights over the years it is it is usually the long fight. The long hard fights where there is a a an accumulation annulation of damage to the brain <hes> that is usually when this when this kind of thing happens and maybe it's something to look at in the future I I don't know we will see if anything comes of this but <hes> just wanted to talk about it a little at the top because <hes> you know it feels like everyone's thinking about it and everyone is kind of going through covering m._m._a.. Boxing this week with a heavy heart because of what happened and that is certainly understandable wanted to send our condolences as well to maximes family and his friends and his coaches because they know they're obviously going through a very hard time right now. <hes> let me ask you about John Jones. I referenced them at the top. I spoke about the story on my show on Monday. You've done a lot of reporting on this as well and so there is no conclusion to this story and there's no real update per se we know he's <hes> his court hearing that he doesn't have to be at his in August per his team and they put out there statement as well but I find the most interesting thing to come of the story right. This moment is a how John is just kind of like going about his way like he was quick to respond to it on twitter. He's talking about M._S._G.. On twitter as well <hes> <hes> late last night his team seems very confident that this will not delay his return whether it's in November for December it won't derail his career and it seems like the fans are just sort of numb to it like no one really wasn't even the big story it should be. The details are very troublesome but no one was really reacting to it. They were just kind of numb. Did you get that impression as well. Yeah it it the details. The details are troublesome. I I completely agree with you. I think <hes> I think the the situation here in this case is that it is it is a petty misdemeanor so it's it's a pretty low oh level type of of situation as far as <hes> I mean as far as how the criminal justice system in in New Mexico and Albuquerque treats it so I spoke to the <hes> <hes> the Bernalillo County District Attorney spokesperson the Other Day <hes> Michael Patrick and then he told me that this is this is a situation where it's the D._A.. Doesn't even get involved in this. It is so it is so low oh level that it isn't even something the D._a.. Comes in and prosecute. It's actually a the police just prosecuted themselves. It's it's almost like only maybe a step up above like a speeding ticket the way the way that it is treated in in other court down there in Albuquerque so it's really not it is not a very serious thing. They're not treating it as a very serious thing in the criminal justice system. I've probably something that he'll he'll have to pay a fine for. I couldn't imagine any kind of jail time but the details they seem more serious than than it's being treated if that makes any sense <hes>.

"Doesn't want to offend what is seen as a rising Democrats star. Well, then why do the resolution in the first place? You know, what this documents also gonna do? It's going to reject bigotry directed against Muslims after the nine eleven two thousand one attacks. Haven't hasn't that's been done over and over and over and over again, why is it necessary? So necessarily the democrat party to continue to proclaim that there is none of this going on in their party. And that they will not support it. Why do they have to keep assertiveness? Because the democrat party is the home of racism, and the democrat party is the home of bigotry, mean-spirited bigotry. The democrat party is the home of all kinds of intolerance. They invent it. And that's why when one of their members of peers to go outside the boundaries. They have to move in fast and make these assertions so that the media can continue this hoax that the Democrats are cleaning. Pure is the wind-driven snow now on another matter in this ties into the ongoing panic over climate change, which is by the way, not only an ad Victoria, Derbyshire show on the BBC. She had two women crying practically. This. Jj? Supposedly, are you ready for this one third of American women are reluctant to have children because of climate change. Well, I don't know if we believe it. But if if we do we'd have to include that a lot of them are Democrats, which would be good. Democrats are having most of the abortions. And now, the Democrats are going to be not having more of a kids in pretty soon. Number. But it's. And I've told people. For many years that they really believe this. And it is tragic. It really is tragic what the left has done to young people alive in the greatest country on earth where there is more opportunity and more potential for genuine happiness and contentment lease the pursuit of it. And they're they're just they're turning young people into. Quivering masses of fear, not based on anything objective or real. So in a related story. California's LA times, California's San Bernardino county slams the brake on big solar projects. This is about San Bernardino county stopping the construction of a giant solar farm and windfarm California's largest county has banned the construction of large solar and wind farms on more than one million acres of private land bending to the will of residents who say they do not want. This is in California. Now, do not want renewable energy renewable energy. Does anybody realize how bogus a term that is renewable energy? What do you think? It means renewable energy means that we don't deplete anything. It means that the sun's always going to be shining, and we could always get energy from it. And therefore, we're not destroying the idea that energy is free. And the idea that energy spent doesn't have to be reproduced. What kind of idiocy has led to this? But the that's not the point the point here is that a bunch of Californians don't want any part of a solar or wind farm on more than one million acres of private land. And San Bernardino county is listening to the residents and not the officials of the state. The residents don't want renewable energy projects industrializing their rural desert communities north east of Los Angeles. It was a vote for two one Thursday. Santa bernalillo county board of supervisors highlighted a challenge. California could face as it seeks to eliminate the burning of planet warming fossil fuels which is also crock. So here's here's the dirty little secret about solar and wind farms, folks, you know, what it requires? You know, what you have to do to build up a giant wind or solar farm. You have to literally destroy millions of acres of land. That the left us to say they cared about building a solar farmer or a wind. Farm destroys landscapes. It kills endangered species. All four and expensive and unreliable source of energy solar and wind are hostile to the environment. Leftists say that it will save it's hostile to disposable income. It's a landscape destroying landgrab scam. Is what it is. It's a way for the state or some other government to wrest control of private property under the auspices of saving the planet taking this taking this land, and literally destroying it. And then you start putting up solar farms, and these gigantic windmills, and you create eyesores you create death for birds. The noise that comes from these windmill turbans drives people away one of the citizens showed up at a hearing on this. These are vast open areas they are precious for their natural historical recreational. Qualities but their fragile and no amount of mitigation can counter the damage that industrial scale renewable energy projects would cause wants destroyed. These landscapes can never be brought back and that's the bottom line. So here you have on the one hand a bunch of leftists who don't want nature touched man cannot destroy nature man can only corrupt and pollute. So we have to leave it alone, except when they want to grab a bunch of land for themselves. So then they come along we want that land. Well, it's our it's it's not your we have. But we want to because we're going to put up windmills and solar panels to save the planet. Oh, okay. Now the residents are not falling for this game. Now, I'll tell you what's going to happen. The left is not going to stop and these citizens, and San Bernardino are going to continually be hounded and hounded, and how did to where I, and I hope this isn't the case. But eventually they're going to lose. Eventually what's going to happen is that the forces of government are going to prevail. Because they're not going to go away. They're gonna keep harassing. They're gonna keep hounding. And these citizens in San Bernardino county are going to be forced eventually they have these is sore windmills and towers and people are going to get sick as has been demonstrably proven from all of the windmills, the environmentally destructive solar panels. This is the thing the amount of energy that they produce incre-. It's all a PR sh- mas-, folks. None of it is real you could not replace the energy used every day by any group of people with solar or wind, you cannot replace it. And if the wind blowing one day, and if the sun's not. Shining. You're out of luck. And it's not an exaggeration. My guess is San Bernardino, the citizens are going to eventually lose it'll be worn down. And then they'll be run over and eventually they're going to be forced to give up their precious landscape, and they're going to have to deal with all the government agencies. Do not back down. They do not go away. I gotta take a quick time out back with much more after this don't always.

"So Vincent, you're getting all heated up over immigration just a few moments ago. And I was saying that all of this border stuff in these checks and all of it is just so pointless. I was getting I was getting heated up over the the free the welfare state, all this all this free garbage. I don't support the welfare state. I'm totally against a welfare state. However, I don't believe in this idea that well, we need I'm against immigration rules. But we gotta get rid of the welfare state. I know. No. Yeah. You gotta get rid of it. I because because by by having open borders with a welfare state, you're importing p they're not year. I'm as saying it's the people who vote to vote politicians in power to continue it. Get swat teams. Well, look get. But you can't make an omelet. So it's like a total role reversal from last week's episode, man. Do you mean, what are you talking about, you know, break a few? So you're saying that no what I'm saying. What I'm saying is is that these these people, and I guess you're one of them that make the statement. We gotta get rid of the welfare state before you can get open open. Borders. Course, they don't really want to open up borders period. That's just an excuse. But once a welfare state has gone and save the borders are opened it used to be like one third at least way back when is the European immigration eighteen hundreds like one third of people would go back to where they came from. They'd come to the US work back home or realize it's terrible here, and and leave right compared to the, you know, so if we open let's say, there's no no incentive for anyone to come here aside from on their own volition reiver's. No better life. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. No food. No, nothing. Must not have welfare for citizens. So. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Shouldn't be so totally and the well. Yeah. Okay. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I hope I never any doubt about that. For anyone who says, we're should be a welfare state for Sears your problem. The Republicans don't even want to end the welfare state. Oh, yeah. They deserve to be put into the camps. Also republicans. Yeah. Part of a problem. There are a huge problem when you talk to these Republicans if you talk to these Republicans about ending welfare, they're like we social security. We gotta have social security because they've like they got all these elderly voters that are getting checks from social security, and they don't want to be seen as the political party that wants to take away their check. We'll also a lot of Republicans. They won't you don't even want to envy open borders because they're going to say where else are we going to get cheap labor to to exploit. Wait. What do you mean? Right. No, no, many of them. Don't like the coke. They're in favor of open borders. Verne favor of mass low skilled migration because they don't have to pay them as much as there's certain people who favor the current immigration structure because it allows smuggling to happen. And then you ultimately low paid workers because they're slaves at that point. Oh, I see what you mean. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's one way to severe smuggled in by a Coyote, and you've paid right because a lot of people are paying coyotes. They have to essentially become slaves or indentured servants for however long. Child. And so basically you come in and you're working at some you're working mitt Romney's mansion or something like that. And they're like, look Jose. You don't like the the hours you don't like the pay. Well, if you complain about it, we'll just call ice on you, and you're going home for and instead of having deportations much easier and more humane thing to do would be just to go. After these employers who are exploiting people paying two dollars an hour. If the best thing to do is to allow people to come in work at whatever rate that they can they can negotiate there should be no minimum wage. I'm just saying that, you know, the employers that are doing that. And perpetuating. Instead of having like a swat team show up to, you know, a keen Kenyatta Yeta or a pinata party interesting. These people wrestling, you illegal aliens, it's the employers should be the ones who get arrested in universe. No job than. Well. Is there you should face the consequences? If the employer is knowingly employing somebody in threatening that person with deportation if they complain about their job, then yes, that employer is engaging in slavery. If on the other hand is a free market and anybody can come in work for whoever wants to hire them. If I want to go and work for somebody for two dollars an hour to sweep a parking lot. I should be able to go ahead and do that. But when it's a free market. I have the right to say this job sucks. I'm leaving. But if I'm indentured to that person, they have control over me, and they can then call in the authorities so-called. Although would also indict them to some extent reports you basically. Yeah. And it's not or vacant. Just have you disappear. Whatever you get called the coyotes. Interviews gangs. Exactly. Yeah. And also, I mean, it's like it's not a total free market either. Right. Like, if you know, I know plenty of people in relatives in Europe who would love to come to the US and work, but there's just too much red tape, and because you don't come from a country that has a lot of low skill labor of, you know, bigwig Republicans want and out of vote democrat like the Democrats want. They're not allowed to come over. And if they show up illegally verbal ones who get deported. So if you want to join the conversation here the toll free numbers eight fifty five four fifty free. Let's go to David. He's in New Mexico listening on the tune in app. Go ahead. David. Yeah. Got threatened with arrest again for making a phone call. But first of all a funny thing about what they're telling you today. In the last couple of days. There was a cop that was outdone roadside picking up a dead body desperate and victim of a hidden run. While he was there while he was there doing that drunk kick ran into his car. Did he end up getting hit or just the car? We got hospital. He was sitting in the driver's seat Dame thing then we got hospitalized and then released and then he had to go back to the hospital again for some, but he didn't get killed in. And he was in the vehicle. Well, I don't take pleasure in the pain of others. It doesn't but he's a cop. So you know, you shouldn't have been a cop. Right. I still don't take pleasure in the in the pain of others. In here that world's smallest violin. Playing for all the poor cops. Anyway, David what does this thing you grew threaten with now? So this whole thing I was telling you in bits and pieces about how this court appointed Jane Mueller, dude, he didn't like me so day one basically day one contact one he quit. But it took an eight months to finally get around to filing the paperwork to get himself. Excuse. Yeah. I can get a different attorney and in dealing with that idea with the the bernallio counties. Second judicial district children's court administrator Monica Rodriguez, and he's the one that finds the next attorney, or at least arranges it and I called her two days ago. I guess it was on the phone, and she said, I just talked to you two days ago about this and was telling me that don't don't call me more than once a week. And I and I said you guys are mandated by I cited the statute number your man, you're mandated to appoint an attorney, and you have a history ten year history being negligent in your duties, and and so I'm calling you. Each day to check on the status it only takes two minutes. You call call me on Tuesday. Could be a week from the last time you called. And if you call me back, I'm calling I'm going to call the bernalillo county sheriff department to public criminal criminal harassment. Basically, you know, you have to wonder can a government bureaucrat who supposedly works for you. File criminal harassment charges against you. When they're on the job. Thanks for the call tonight. David there's more coming up here. It's free talk. My car is making a funny noise. Kind of noise. What's that? Breaks are grinding you breaks grinding.
