"I think weeks in advance or maybe it was just days anyway, it was plenty of time in advance. Understanding that something could pop off in Washington, D.C., all right? So we all know that. The guy said, let's go to the capitol. Let's. Peacefully protest. I'm leaving out a word. I know it, but I forget. Now, no police officers died on January 6th as they would claim as the left claims. I mean, still to this day, I was reading an article from Reuters, and they're still claiming that people died on January 6th, and the only people that died on January 6th were Ashley babbitt. Roseanne boylan was another one, but that was because they were abused. One was murdered in my opinion, Ashley babbitt, and another one was abused by capitol police officers. Then you got Kevin Greece and Benjamin Phillips. And Michael Byrd, I think, was the guy that ended up shooting that ended up shooting shooting her, but and Brian sicknick, that the officer that died a couple of days later as a result of a stroke. These people just lie. No one carried firearms until the building, so it wasn't some insurrection. Many people were let in, but the goal is to keep you from looking at what the left is doing to destroy this country. The goal is to keep you from looking at the border invasion that's occurring right now. All right, the FBI refuses to this day to disclose information pertaining to the use of undercover agents and informants. We know that undercover agents were mixed in with the Proud Boys and the oath keepers. We know what happened with Gretchen Whitmer. They still send people to prison. 'cause they're gonna follow a narrative and they're gonna punish you and don't think they won't come for you. They're gonna punish you because you love America because you support Trump, but I think it's bigger than that. This is an authoritarian state. This is an authoritarian grab that the left wants to make right here right now with Biden in control and they're gonna be damned if people like you average everyday Americans stop them. And that's what's going on. So they want this distraction of Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump. Where's the pipe bomber? These people are nothing but a bunch of liars. The nothing but a bunch of liars. But we can continue to fight back. Here's what's happening in Biden's America. New York Post had tip. It pays not to work in Biden's America here to prove. All right, so everybody believes in the safety net, all right? I needed a safety net. My parents needed a safety net. My dad actually I should say needed a safety net. After my mom passed away, there were a couple of periods of time where we had to go on welfare briefly and when we got on it, my parents let us know, a let us know. When we got off of it, my parents let us know. And then there were a couple of times after my mom passed, we have to go on welfare for a couple of stint.

"I'm hoping that is able to be achieved. And beyond that, I hope that this brings the country together, supposedly, the president Joe Biden had a conversation with Ron DeSantis and they're also working together both state and on the federal level to do what they can, but I'm really hoping that as a country we come together and not loud as to be something that's divisive. That we not allow because people don't like desantis politically, that they're hoping for the downfall in Florida. And I saw a post from a liberal outlet who took a picture of Mar-a-Lago and said Ian has only one job. And that was to destroy Mar-a-Lago, but it didn't. So, you know, you have that out there where people are just hoping to God that there's a tremendous, I guess, failure on the part of a Republican so that they can tout this during election. I think it's sick that people would even think that way. You know, these liberals are nutty, and if they had a catastrophe in Chicago, I would argue that most people would wish the best for them and hope that the people are. The people recover from something like that. And just thinking about recovering and people and unity, I saw this movie yesterday. Last night, Sean told me about it. I saw this movie that was called 11 minutes. And I don't know if you guys have seen that movie or not, but that's one of the craziest movies that I've seen, and it's pertaining to the Las Vegas, Nevada shooting. How is this related, Brandon? It's because when you see such a catastrophe that occurred in the heroism from first responders, average everyday people coming together save in one another, you know, persevering through something that was so catastrophic. And it really brought a lot of people together in that particular community. I mean, people from all walks of life that was traveling from all over the country to go to that Jason aldean concert, you see them come together. And I'm just that movie reminded me of what I'm hoping that happens in Florida, you know, post aftermath of this particular hurricane, I was talking about this yesterday, do I think that it's got anything to do with global warming? I just really, I really do not. I don't think it has anything to do with global warming. I don't think it has anything to do with climate change. It's just these things happen. These things happen over time and just because it's what they would consider 500 year, at least desantis said it's a 500 year arguing that he meant once in every 500 year type of event. That does not mean that it's somehow a climate change because there was another one that was a once in a 500 year event, 500 years ago. And they don't mean that the climate is somehow changing so drastically that we're all going to die in 30 years. It's absolutely ridiculous. So I have Carl Jackson in and Nick segment y'all hold the phone over back after the break. This is the officer Tatum show. 8 four four 9 zero zero 72 43. That's 8 four four 9 zero zero 72 43. "So there's a lot of different things I want to mention with this. What if it's been your response or lack of response with the Republican Party's handling of this? I mean, it seems as if they just have kind of forgotten about Ashley. The one person who was killed on that day. They're absolutely trying to. And Ashley was, you know, like I said, she was not the only American citizen murdered that day. She was just the only one that people saw. You know, a footage has come out. And there is video evidence of Roseanne boiling beaten to death by a Metropolitan Police officer or leave a Morris. Kevin Greece and Benjamin Phillips were hit with immunizations that they launched that they launched over the heads of people and into a peaceful crowd. A lot of those Americans did not, their first clue that they were no longer welcome was a rubber bullet to the head or grenade at their feet. And then the capitol police just waged war on the American people. So yeah, but have you received response in your opinion from the Republican Party or anything like that? Ashley lived in California and obviously Nancy Pelosi never responded to me. Dianne Feinstein's people her assistant got on the phone and he said, he said, although it's unfortunate, your daughter should not have stormed the capitol and dianne Feinstein will never have two minutes for you. So that's been my response from my representatives. And president Trump called me in July and express condolences. And I've spoken with him since and he is still disappointed in a way that this has been happened. And I believe in his mind, this isn't over yet. And right now I'm in Washington, D.C.. I've been here since August 1st outside the jail, holding vigil. We do a candlelight vigil every night and we sing the national anthem with these men who despite their horrible treatment by this country. And they sing the national anthem together. So we're there to sing with them. And some of these men, you know, policemen veterans, and most of them, no violent history, and really did little more than show up and wave a flag. And for that, they've been in solitary pre detention, solitary confinement for 613 days now. So do you detail that on the website number four Ashley dot com. Talk about the political prisoners. I mean, this is we're letting gitmo prisoners who planned 9 11 out and sending them back to Saudi Arabia in Illinois, there's a new bill called the safety bill where if you kidnap or have second degree murder, you can't have pretrial detention. But there are political prisoners for 613 days. These people haven't had a trial in 613 days. Is that right? That is right. And how is that possible? I mean, what happened to speedy trial? I mean, we're heading on the two year mark soon. Right, and not only that, but denial of a lot of their constitutional rights and their basic human rights. You know, they're being fed slimy, gross food. We had an incident at the jail on Labor Day where we had one of our men, former sheriff's office, a former sheriff in jail since, you know, I think he's got like 600 days in jail now. And he was actually trying to prevent the murder of Roseanne boylan. He actually saved my housemate, Tommy Tatum, along with Jake Lang was in on that. There are like a dozen men in jail over that pile of people that they were trying to render aid to. And on Labor Day, officer maccabee had his hands zip tied behind his back and OC sprayed directly an inch from his face. And then he was left in a cell and not able to decontaminate for 13 hours. Bart shyly was in on that too. I think Barton is 70s and he was at camp lejeune and has Hodgkin non Hodgkin's lymphoma and he had a bad reaction that night when they were all roughed up and he got sent to a medical unit and was completely ignored for 30 hours, not just his health concerns, but as a human being denied complete attention for 30 hours when he was near death peril. And it's at the hands of the guards, they're being beaten. We had our veteran Jeffrey mckellen. He had an abscess tooth that he ended up having to take care of himself with a staple from his paperwork. So this is worse than they don't even have any human rights, much less constitutional rights in Americans need to know that have constitutional rights are not guaranteed to every single one of us. They're not guaranteed to any of us because it might be you next. And I know people hear that all it might be me next. But that's real. That's real stuff. It might be you next because it seems like the constitution has gone out the window when it comes to J sixers. When we sit in trials during the day and we hear judges say things like, you know, every single person there that day was the antithesis of a patriot and the only patriots that day there were the capitol police and I disagree with that and I believe there's I've seen video evidence showing that capitol police commit an arrestable offenses. And that's outside of Michael bird and lela Morris. And I absolutely think Michael bird should be sitting in jail for murder. And that you know this sham J 6 committee who we have kinzinger and Liz Cheney were our representatives in that barce. Kensinger donated to Michael birds that give saying go with pride and brags about that on Facebook that he had donated to Michael birds gifts and go. So I don't really think we've had added. We've not had adequate representation anywhere. And even when you do have good lawyers representing these people, the judges are just already biased and have their minds made up in such a particular way. We went to the conference Simon's trial where he had a public defender that did an amazing job. And in my mind disproved two of his assault charges and so we're waiting on the verdict for that right now, but we hope that's a win. We do have live streamers out in front of the jail at our vigil every night. And because of them and their viewers, officer Lancaster is now under investigation for her treatment of these people. So, you know, we're having small wins and it's baby steps, but we're hoping for a couple of courtroom wins soon. I mean, it's just a shocking, 613 days of pretrial detention and no one's talking about it. It's unbelievable. All right. Well, I want to say real quick. We're having a press conference on the 15th of September from 12 to two outside of the capitol at the triangle what they call the triangle. So we will be having a press conference. We hope members of Congress will attend so far. Congressman Nelson and congressman gosar will be there as well as members of the media and anybody else that wants to join and anybody that wants to join us outside the jail 1901 D street southeast every night 7 and 9 30. All right, number four, Ashley dot com, Mickey, thank you so much for joining us. Thank you, Charlie. Email us freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. It is a tragedy. I encourage everyone to read the book darkness at noon by Arthur koestler. And you'll understand how serious political prisoners are. Doesn't matter your own viewpoint. It doesn't matter if you like Trump or not. Political prisoners have no place in a free society. Period. You let them post bail, you put them to the process. They have 613 days without ever being able to have any form of trial whatsoever. Meanwhile, in Chicago, you kidnap somebody, they can do whatever they want. Political prisoners using the power of the state. Using the ability to limit your movement and put you into a cell. It's a hallmark characteristic of a Soviet style regime. Especially when there's political things involved. But in Chicago, they have the safety act, as I said. Kidnapping second degree murder, drug induced homicide, threatening a public official, arson, no pretrial detention. They don't care about having anarchy in the streets. That's actually helpful to them to eventually be able to create a police state, but not a police state against thugs or criminals or gang bangers, a police state against political dissidents. Thanks so much for listening, everybody. Email me your thoughts is always freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com..

"It is a tragedy. What happened? To Ashley babbitt, some Republican officials said repeatedly that lieutenant Michael Byrd, who killed Ashley babbitt, acted correctly. It's a tragedy, it never should have happened. It was a political execution. And we're going to talk about that and the significance of it because the media doesn't like talking about how the Trump supporter was the one that was murdered by the police officer on January 6th. With us right now is the mother of Ashley babbitt. Mickey Whit joins us right now and the website to help support the effort and also to end political prisoners in America is the number four Ashley and Ashley is spelled a HLI dot com, Mickey, welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Thank you, Charlie. Good to see you again. So Mickey walk us through first and foremost, what happened on January 6th? I know it could be uncomfortable for you to retell this story. But our audience needs to remember it and we'll go from there. Well, on the 6th of January, Ashley went to Washington, D.C. to stand in solidarity with the other 2 million people that were there to redress her government and in the stolen election. And whether you believe in those Americans right to protest or not, you have to believe or what their protesting you have to believe in their right to protest. Ashley was outside the speaker's lobby. Zach alam hit the glass until it broke with a Kevlar helmet. Ashley hit Zach along and 7 seconds later, she was dead. So or shot. And then not rendered 8 in a timely fashion. It's my belief that if they had rendered aid to my daughter, she had a possibly survivable wound and not only would they not render aid to my daughter, they wouldn't let anybody else render aid. There was a medic there with a complete Trump supporter, a citizen there with a medical kit that would have possibly saved her life, but he was pulled away and not allowed to help her. And then they mopped her up like a piece of trash and went on with business and then Michael bird was exonerated for his crimes and never even properly interviewed by the police. He was, he told him, oh, I don't feel so good right now. I'm all upset and they said, okay, well, come talk to me when you're ready. And that never happened. And then he was exonerated. And it's my belief Michael birch shouldn't have been there. He had prior excessive use of force issues. He had left his loaded weapon in a restroom two years before that and found by somebody else. So I believe he should have been fired not been there to shoot my daughter. I feel like it was a patriotic day until the capitol police turned on the American people. I feel like the agitators in the front of the line were FBI operatives and other bad actors that day possibly busted antifa. And the capitol police did not deal with the violent frontline people. They shot over those agitators into a peaceful crowd of Trump supporters and killed four people that day, unarmed American citizens, Roseanne boiling Kevin Greece and Benjamin Phillips, my daughter Ashley babbitt, and I also, I believe, officer Brian sicknick died at their lack of attention sticking with the theme of the day they did not render pen made after his stroke. They let him go lay down in an office and become irreparable. Was your daughter armed or was anybody alongside your daughter armed? My daughter went to D.C.. She just hit her and her husband went to Cabo for Christmas, so they don't have to do the decide which family to go to thing. And she had decided down on the beach that she wanted to go see president Trump speak because she knew the election had been stolen from him, and she said, maybe it might be my last chance to hear him speak. And we didn't realize it was going to be her last chance to hear anybody speak. But one nugget of comfort is that I have seen footage of my daughter live streaming on the inaugural inaugural path, and I can see that that was a happy good day for her until it wasn't. So my daughter did not go there with weiland intention. She did not cause any damage. She didn't harm any police officers. And was shot with little regard to her life. I mean, Michael Byrd, you know, the standard Twitter reply. She after around and found out she should have complied. There were no verbal commands for her to stand down. My daughter was a four time overseas deployed as an air force security forces and she was well versed in the use of force continuum. She was injured on her 21st birthday on her third deployment nearly bled to death on that day was airlifted to Germany for lifesaving procedures but was left with a shredded womb and unable to have children. So Ashley gave her her youth to this country to give her ability to have family to this country and ultimately her life to this country. And then she was denied renders simply on. Simply for being at the capitol that day because Ashley has not been charged with a crime, but the United States Air Force denied her rendering of honors..

"This is Mickey Whit and I thought it's important to have Iran to remember Ashley but also talk about some things that she has going on. Mickey, welcome to the podcast. Thank you for joining me. I'm going to start by just asking you about it's now been, of course, a little while since Ashley's death, but as a mom, I imagine this is something that never goes away. I just want to ask how you're doing. And how you'll remembering Ashley with some passage of time. Well, you know, every day, I miss Ashley every day, and I think about her every day. But, you know, it's time to go forth and try to seek justice and restore her reputation. And maybe, you know, Estelle some of the things the spell, some of the things that this country has said about her, not patriots, because I believe patriots know her spirit, the spirit she went there in with a million other people to redress their government over a stolen election, which is really at the heart of the issue. The fact that an election was stolen from this country and we are lost to it. You know, not only January 6th, but look at the downfall of this country and people don't understand that the insurrection was on November 3rd. And the fact that all of this stems from that, you know, and your movie 2000 mules, that sets out. That's proof. You know, and some Nancy says we can't see the 14,000 hours of footage, but there has been some video come forth from the Patriots that were there that day that is pushing the truth to the top. And I have confidence that someday our children will land on the right side of history. I mean, it seems like I'm thinking here now the January 6th committee and this kind of last ditch attempt to recast their narrative and it appears that they seem to be operating with the premise that not only was the election not stolen, but Trump knew it wasn't stolen. And so almost as if this was a completely perverse effort, to try to overthrow democracy itself, but I think the point you're trying to make is that Ashley and the others were defenders of democracy. They believed that democracy itself had been perverted. Absolutely, that's absolutely true. And you know, that was the gun tote and populist that showed up there that day, and yet nobody brought their weapons with them. So I highly doubt that anybody could classify it as an insurrection. And the January 6th committee hearings, they're not hearings. It's a show. You know, hearings are when you present both sides. You cross examine witnesses. You question real people. You know, they had, how can you do a January 6th hearing and not mention Ashley babbitt, not mention Michael bird, not mention Mathieu kerner, not mentioned Roseanne boylan or Benjamin Phillips or Kevin grace and how can you have a January 6th committee hearing without mention any of those names? And I understand that errors, the man errors that testified a couple of days ago. He was given a deal with his plea deal to provide testimony. Well, Matthew perna, he came with Matthew fernand. Did he mention Matthew fernand? Did he mention the loss of his good friend that he came to the capitol with that day? He did not because he was not allowed to. And the fact that it is all such a show and ran down the people's throats. You know, how are our January 6th defendants supposed to get a fair trial? Not only in D.C., but now this has been shoved into every home in America. You come home from work, you turn on TV every single mainstream media station knows that on there. And unless you're looking for news about January 6th and seeking out shows like you and Dave Samuel and Cara castronova and reading their things and then you are told what to believe. And so many people are happy with doing that that it's really shocking. But it can't be mad at him because a year and a half ago I may have been one of them. And now I just, the things that I believe are government capable of capable of, just overwhelming to me, seriously, it cracked my foundation. January, January 6th, my foundation in my belief and the government and just the fact that they have our best interest at heart. They do not. You know? And the 14,000 hours of footage and the discovery that needs to that are 6 defendants need. It would show the probability of the FBI and Nancy Pelosi. That's why they can't see it. That's why they've been held so long in solitary confinement so that, you know, they would have time to put on this big production. And if there's nothing to hide why the big production and even if you don't believe in the politics of the people that went there that day on January 6th to redress their government, then let's believe in the constitution. These men that are sitting in jail are being denied their due process. Due process is guaranteed right of the constitution the United States. And so is the right to protest. The First Amendment. You know, and they murdered American citizens that day unarmed American citizens, not just my daughter, but four others that we know of. And I believe they're responsible for Brian sicknick's death because he had a stroke. They didn't get him attention. Also, you know, Ashley's wound was possibly survivable if they had rendered her aid at the time. Not only did they not render her aid, but sticking with the theme of the day, they did not let patriots render her aid. They let my daughter lay there and bleed out without, you know, even trying to save her. And Roseanne, and there were patriots trying to save her. And they were not allowed to.

Seeing is believing. Go now to J 6 truth dot org. It's not about what you've heard and been told by the mainstream left media. It's the uncut truth. Go now to Jay 6 truth dot org. Thank you and God bless America. What are still in the immediate aftermath of roe versus wade? And I think the left is really reeling from this decision. Now, Debbie says, hey, listen, what are they whining about? We have an ended abortion. They act like we have. Are you bending abortion? Abortion rights and literally we've seen social media clips of women who are like bursting into tears and then screeching with rage and the first question we have is like, where are you doing this from? Are you doing this from Illinois? You're doing this from Portland. Are you doing it from California? Well, you're going to be able to get your abortion. So this freak out is a sort of almost call it theatrical, perhaps it's hypothetical. If I were in the position of a woman in Alabama, but you know what? There are a lot of pro life women in Alabama. They're voting for laws that restrict abortion in Alabama. And so these hysterics are performative. They're performance artistry. They use one of our cherished terms. But the left is, they don't know what to do here. They are obviously one thing they have to do and they'll eventually get around to this is fight at the local level. They're going to have to fight in the states. And it's not going to be easy because there are a lot of states that don't want to have abortion on demand. And there are some states that don't want to have abortion at all. And so you're going to have to go there and make your case and see if you can persuade people. This is what democracy is all about. Now, interestingly, there's a lot of rhetoric out there to the effect that the court that decided this is quote a legitimate. The questioning the legitimacy of the court. Now ordinarily, this would be just a rhetorical point, but here's something interesting. They blast us. For being enemies of the state, enemies of democracy. Why? Because we question the results of an election. And their point is, you can question the legitimacy of an election. And my point now is, you can question the legitimacy of the court. Why? Because our system is divided into three branches. We have a legislative branch and executive branch and a judicial branch. Which of those three branches, according to the constitution, is the most legitimate. Answer, all three of them were equally legitimate. Our whole system is based on separation of powers, in which we've got three branches of government of equal, legitimacy. And so the point I want to make is if it's if it's okay to question the Supreme Court as illegitimate, in a sense, denying its validity as a democratic institution or as an organ of constitutional democracy, why can't you question the legislature on the same grounds? So the left ear is caught up in a little bit of an awkward situation because it's always okay for them. It's okay for them to question elections, not okay for us. They question the 2016 election. No problem. When we question the 2020 election, oh, you can't do that. I mean, let's think about this. The left question not only the 2016 election, they questioned the 2004 election, Bush versus Kerry, is certainly questioned the 2000 election Bush versus gore. The last time the left accepted without complaint, the result of a presidential election that they lost was 1988. So what's new now or recently is not that people are questioning elections. Oh, that's a bridge too far. No, Democrats have habitually been questioning elections. What's new is Republicans for the first time. The party of go along and get along the party that goes, oh, well, we lost better luck next time. We'll have to work harder. So Republicans generally don't do this. But they did it for the first time in 2020. Now, back to the situation with roe V wade and abortion, I'm reading that all these planned parenthoods are closing in red states around the country. And that's obviously good news in itself. Planned Parenthood is basically a barbaric organization, founded by a barbaric individual, Margaret Sanger. And out and out racist, someone who actually talked about thinning out the Negro population, someone who talked about social and desirables as human weeds, and she was talking here, not just about or blacks, yes, for Hispanics. Yes, but also poor whites. So here you have someone who essentially is a eugenicist. Someone who wants to use, in her case, birth control. This was Margaret Sanger talking before abortion, but essentially to get rid of people who she thought were a net minus for society. The undesirables in her view. But here's the question I was thinking about Planned Parenthood has been telling us for decades that they're not really in the abortion business. In fact, one of their famous slogans is only 3% of our business is abortion. And yet my point is so if abortion is outlawed, it's kind of like a store that can't sell 3% of its products. You can't sell, okay, fine. I've got hundreds of products in the store. I can't sell three. Or 3% of them. So the store would stay in business, but the fact that these planned parenthoods are closing is very telling because what it really tells you is this is their business. It's kind of like saying hey, listen, you know, planned parent is kind of like a gas station. You know what? Yeah, they sell some Coke and they sell some chips, but what's their core business? Gas. If you, if you didn't have gas to sell, gas stations would go out of business. Why? Because that's their business. Planned Parenthood is in the abortion business. They always act like they're not. Where we're actually selling a bunch of other stuff. See, right here, we actually selling tampons and we saw some condoms and we sell a few other things besides we don't just do abortions to that. Only 3% of our business. Okay, that's fine. Well, let's stop doing abortion then. Oh shoot, that business now has to shut down. Can't continue anymore. Close the doors, guys. Think slips for everybody. Severance payments were out of here. I love the 4th of.

"So that's Ashley babbitt. That's Roseanne boylan, Kevin greason, and Benjamin Phillips. They all died on January 6th, babbitt, of course you know. She was an unarmed veteran who posed no lethal threat and she was shot and killed by capitol police officer Michael bird. I believe she was murdered. In my opinion, I believe that she was murdered. This guy who had already gotten in trouble for leaving his firearm behind in a restroom before. This guy comes out Willy nilly shoots her in the neck. Well, she shouldn't. She shouldn't have been breaking into the capitol. Well, we haven't seen all of the video evidence. Remember, there's 14,000 hours of video evidence and there's only been a fraction of it released conveniently. The only video that has been released seems to help Nancy Pelosi and Liz Cheney make their case, but there's been no cross examination. So we really don't know the truth. There has been witnesses that have come forward and said, what Ashley babbitt was trying to do was actually get in front of the crowd and stomp the crowd. Whether or not this is true, I don't completely know. But I believe Nancy Pelosi knows the truth. I believe Liz Cheney knows the truth. And I think Michael bird is guilty as sin. That is my, that is my opinion. So Michael Byrd, he shot Ashley babbitt, that was about two 45 near the speaker's lobby, and then boylan, Roseanne boylan, which she was the second person that died on that day, January 6th, that happened around four 30 outside the lower west terrace, tunnel where D.C. and capitol police were engaged and confrontations with protesters. And then there were witnesses, both Greece and Phillips, so Kevin greason and Benjamin Phillips, you want to know how they died. You want to know how they died on January 6th. It wasn't because they were insurrectionists, right? It's because they suffered fatal heart attacks after both of them were hit with stun grenades and explosive devices that were used by police outside the building that afternoon. So none lethal munitions were used for the very first time on January 6th at the capitol. Well, Carl, this is the first time something like this has happened. No, no, check the weather underground. There was a Puerto Rican terrorist organization as well that did damage actually shooting cops. All right, so this isn't even the most violent thing that has happened in the capitol before. This was mostly peaceful. You had a few people that get out of hand, but I do wonder how many FBI people were involved. It's something that we have to ask. And we'll get into that shortly. Brian sicknick, you guys remember Brian sicknick, that was the big lie that was that was promulgated all over mainstream media that the somehow he was killed by the protesters. Let me just read from Julie Kelly's article. Despite claims why everyone from Joe Biden, the local news reporters, no police officer died on January 6th for months, capitol police and the media lied about the death of officer Brian sicknick. Why would the media and the capitol police themselves lie about the murder of officer Brian sick? They accept to say, one can only assume that they were collaborating with Nancy Pelosi. I don't know this for sure, but Mitch McConnell looks a bit suspicious in this. As well. Listen, we've got to be open to everything. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, so you guys know this, but this is absolutely insane. The New York Times reported on January 8 2021 that cyclic had been bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher. We all remember hearing that. Don't you and allegation that was included also in the House Democrats official impeachment memo for Donald Trump. They impeach the guy after he was already out of office. Which is one of the most asinine things I've ever heard of in my life, but nonetheless, nonetheless, nonetheless, I'm sorry, nonetheless. This is how desperate both Democrats and in my opinion some establishment Republicans were this is these are the deaths of depravity. They were willing to go to to get rid of Donald Trump or to make sure that he would never return to office. Despite whether or not you liked Donald Trump, you can look at the policies that the left with Biden as a face has been have been implementing over the last couple of years and it's been a complete and utter disaster. So people are starting to warm up to Trump again, right? All right, the report was the report was false. The times retracted the account a month later. After a lengthy delay, the D.C. corner finally issued his finding that sicknick died of natural causes, a stroke caused by two blood clots near his brain. So he was not killed that day. That is a big lie. You still hear some people on the left and mainstream media talking about this complete and utter lie that it was. Brian sicknick, no Trump supporters did not attack him. No he wasn't bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher. He died because he had two blood clots in his head. It's as simple as that. You remember Nancy Pelosi paraded his family out, put his body in the capitol rotunda. Absolutely amazing to try to try to, it was just more political theater. And by the way, Brian sicknick from all indications was a Trump support..

Seeing is believing going out to Jay 6, the number 6 J 6 truth dot org. It's not about what you've heard and been told by the mainstream left media. It's the uncut truth. Go now to Jay 6 truth dot org. Thank you and God bless America. I'm back with attorney general of Texas, Ken Paxton. Ken, let's pivot to this new project or new thing you've set up. It's the cold case and missing persons unit. Talk about why you set it up and then let's talk about a specific case in which which I think is really quite remarkable and also quite moving. But talk about first, why did you set up this unit? Yeah, so I set this up because I had heard from people around the state. They were frustrated, particular cases I could name of cases just not being solved. People not having the resources to solve and there's really no repository for these cases. And so we had a prosecutor leaving the Travis county DA's office who was going to be allowed to stay there anymore in prosecute because that's not what they do in Travis county anymore. So I hired her and I said, look, I don't have any real resources, the legislature and provide a, I want you to start this cold case unit. You have a passion for it. You know how to do it. Use the resources that we have existing and hopefully if you're successful and we can start solving some of these cases to provide justice for people, then we can have an opportunity maybe to increase the size and give you some more resources because there's literally thousands of unsolved cases in Texas. And the basic idea here, I take it is that there are new technologies specifically the development, for example, in DNA and so on that allow you to go back to an old case that the guys at that time couldn't solve not because they were incompetent, but maybe because they didn't have this new technology and now there's a way perhaps to find the perpetrator, right? Isn't that the underlying logic of it? That's exactly right. There's so many more opportunities now for us to solve cases with fewer resources because of technology. And so why not go back and see if we can solve some of these cases that were otherwise like this last one we just saw that we couldn't solve. It wasn't possible. I mean, interestingly, even in 2000 meals, there's a scene and you know about this where what true the vote did is they looked, well, this part of it we didn't even put in the movie there was a murder in a park in Atlanta. This was in Piedmont park, a woman was killed no physical evidence. I mean, no DNA, no eyewitnesses. And so all true, the vote did is buy the cell phone data and notice that there was a bunch of cell phone devices in the park on that night around the time of the murder, and so, I mean, it doesn't mean you've solved the murder, but of course that tells you that these are some people you might want to look at, it just seems to me that there are now resources and avenues of investigation open that perhaps we wouldn't even have dreamed of ten years ago. No, and that's exactly how we're going to be solving some of these cases. We're going to solve more cases. We're going to help people get justice. We're going to help reunite families with relatively few resources, at least compared to what we would have had to have had. Even a decade ago, we couldn't even solve them, but even with more resources, we couldn't solve them. Here is a case that I see, this is a 1981. You have two people who are apparently killed in the homicide of a Florida couple, they were the closest and they had an infant daughter who was evidently not found with the remains of the corpses. And you found her. Yeah, so amazing. The remains of these two people were found decades ago. But we just identified them in 2021. And when that occurred, the sheriff's department and Harris county, which is Houston, referred the case to us on January 31st, and we started working on it. And we were because we knew there was a missing infant who's now 42 years old, and using DNA and genealogy and other techniques, we were able to identify who that woman was, tell her about her family. She wasn't even where she had a family, didn't know the circumstances of her parents death. She didn't know any of that. We were able to reunite her with her family. It was really an amazing opportunity for us and an amazing story that says how much power these new resources had. I mean, what happened? It was apparently a little girl named baby Holly, who's now 42 years old, and I mean, it's hard for me to even comprehend. At 42, finally discovering this is who you are. This is who your parents were. This is what happened..

"Thanks for joining me. You have done a an original deep dive into the casualties. The people who died on January 6th. And many people think that there was sort of one person who was killed on January 6th, that was Ashley babbitt. Who was shot by lieutenant Mike Michael Byrd, but that's the only name they really know. Now I've mentioned a couple of times to travails of Roseanne boyland, who I've presented as a maybe, but that's all that people know. They don't know about anybody else. And what I found kind of eye opening about your article and you say here that you've done this as a team, it's not it's you. It's a guy named David summerall and others, you've kind of worked together to, as you say, crack the code of January 6th. So let's crack the code right here, at least do it in brief and then people can check it out. Let's start by talking about a guy named Benjamin Phillips. Who was Benjamin Phillips, how is he supposed to have died and how did he in fact die? So Benjamin Phillips was a Trump supporter, a behemoth Trump supporter, and he ran a site called Trump aru and basically he really wanted an alternate platform where people could go and not be sensitive and that's what he was about. And he arrived that day on January 6th and he busted people in. And the last time anybody in his group actually saw him was when he was shaking everybody's hand and as he was getting off the bus that day, the media ended up going with the narrative that Benjamin Phillips actually never made it to the capitol that day. He collapsed a little bit down the road and which was completely false and we talked about that in our article. And what we're really happened in Benjamin Phillips is there was a first initial I call it the grenade barrage. And there was about 5 grenades that were thrown in under one minute. And the first grenade is actually what hit Phillips directly. And a grenade separated and separated from itself. And one of the metal pieces hit Phillips and caused him to collapse. And then the media said in the coroner's office said that he died of essentially what is a heart attack or a heart disease, which is completely preposterous when it comes to this case. But Benjamin Phillips he was completely peaceful. He was standing deep into the crowd when the first grenade was thrown and that's essentially what led to him being killed. So would it be fair to say Taylor that it was the attack of the capitol police of the authorities against the crowd that appears to be the direct cause of the death of this man, Benjamin Phillips? Yeah, you would be completely accurate. And then actually I want to get this out of the way very fast as I am. I support the police in every aspect and form, but I support good police, coming from a family of law enforcement, this past year has been very weird for me reporting on bad cops and bad conduct. But we do not need these officers. These officers need to be held accountable. And that's exactly what happened is they killed countless people that day. Let's now turn to Kevin Greece and a story that as I understand seems to closely parallel that of Benjamin Phillips, another guy who was who died was essentially declared to have suffered some kind of medical ailment, but you say, no, this is another guy who got blasted who got pummeled by the force applied by the cops. Talk about the case of Kevin greeson. Yeah, Kevin greeson, he was pretty much identical to the case of Benjamin Phillips and we actually had a little bit of a mix up in the initial investigating. And we've been reporting on this for over a year and doing the research is because Kevin greyson and Benjamin Phillips, they do look very similar. They're similar in size, similar in looks, but really led to us figuring out that there were two different people as we had countless witness statements regarding Benjamin Phillips and then Kevin grease and at least who we thought he was. And then we matched the pants and the boots that they were wearing. And Kevin Grayson, he was wearing darker blue jeans with boots and then Benjamin Phillips was wearing lighter blue jeans with shoes with the red soles on them. So that's kind of how we tracked through the crowd. And then yeah, I gotta witness statement too from Lauren Whitney, and then David snow is his name. And they corroborate everything we reported on is that Grayson was actually he went down in the first initial grenade barrage just like Phillips and he was actually only about 20, 30 feet away. So the crowd was very confused when the EMT first responders wanted to come in and actually help. They ended up getting to Greece and first instead of Benjamin Phillips, which Benjamin was actually the first to go down. And no cops helped. I mean, there was no medical aid provided. Our witnesses say that Benjamin Phillips laid there for up to 40 minutes, just completely incoherent. He was dead by that time and a picture that I actually include in the article, it shows them carrying him by his belt and his pants because the EMTs are the cops wouldn't help. And he has ballots have released and it's a really graphic picture, but it's a terrible thing. And the capitol police are definitely responsible for that death too. And it's just, it's really, I've never reported on something that has made me feel so sick in my life. I mean, Taylor, what I find remarkable about your article is it has video evidence. It has eyewitness evidence you've interviewed people. I mean, you've gone to a lot of trouble to do the kind of work that the media should be doing, but it seems like the mainstream media is covering up what really happened. What is the media narrative about why Kevin greeson died? Well, the media narrative, at least the original one was that Kevin grease and actually repeatedly tased himself in the testicles until he died. And that's what brought on the heart disease or the heart attack that he essentially had. And that was complete lie. It's been debunked quite a while ago, and now with this newest report is there really needs to be some accountability here is because it was clearly the conclusion that we've come to and that the evidence points to and the Washington post reporter, they actually helped us out greatly and it was on complete accident, but they were even reported on the fact that right after the grenades went off, a man went into cardiac arrest. And that man happened to be Kevin, Kevin greeson. Let's take a pause. Taylor, and when we come back, I want to talk about two women Roseanne boyland and Ashley babbitt. Sounds.

Only a 199,000 jobs created in December that's half of what was forecast that's two consecutive months where the numbers of jobs have fallen below what experts have forecast on CNBC. They point out that 3.1 million people say they've been unable to work because their employer closed or turned to pay street at least household survey, I thought it was very interesting that 3.1 million people reported they have been unable to work because their employer closed or lost business to the pandemic. This is what I'm hearing from a lot of CEOs is that basically what we can't staff or we're looking for people or a lot of our customers have gone under. Now, you have to do we spend quite a bit of time on what happened on January 6th and next hour we're going to talk to a filmmaker. A Nick circe also an actor who's done a documentary about what really happened on January 6th. So please stick around for that. Triple 8 9 7 one S 8 GE is a number of Triple H, 9 7 one 7 two four three light the way in, particularly if you disagree with something that I said, although I can not. Imagine how. Now, yesterday I played you the interview I did with the BBC. Here's just a very short part of it. May I ask you about the events of January 6th, 2021? Absolutely. Two things happened. One was that hundreds of people decided to invade the capital and 5 people died many, many people were injured. 5 people died and many more people were injured. Is that the gentleman said the presenter? 5 people died. 5 people died. He did say 5 people died. And here in my baby Brown libertarian fingers is a article from fact check dot org. Headline, how many people died as a result of the capitol riot? Let's go over them real quickly, can we? AOC, by the way, said in a tweet, almost ten died. BBC says it's 5 died. Okay, according to fact check dot org. Two head heart attacks. Including Kevin grease and 55 years old, Benjamin Phillips 50 both died of cardiovascular disease and the manner of death with later on deemed to be natural. Day after the riot, D.C. police issued a statement said that Phillips, a computer programmer died due to a medical emergency, heart attack due to high blood pressure, and furthermore, there's no indication that Phillips participated in the raid on the capitol in the first place. Next, accidental overdose. Now we have to three. Please set on the day after the riot, a woman named Roseanne, boylan 34 years old of kennesaw, Georgia, suffered a medical emergency. New York Times said that she died in a crush of fellow rioters. And that narrative was pushed by prosecutors, but a month later, D.C. medical examiner's office released its conclusion that she had died of acute amphetamine intoxication in other words, she died of a drug overdose, even though The New York Times reported that she'd been crushed by fellow rioters, oops. So now we're up to four. One two three now we're up to three. Okay, here we're at the four athlete babbitt, of course, did die. She was shot by capitol police, after she tried to force her way into the white and to the House chamber. Number 5 stroke victim. Officer Brian sicknick, the day after the riots, the capitol police issued a statement that he passed away quote due to injuries sustained while on duty, but later on. And The New York Times also reported that falsely that he'd been struck by a fire extinguisher. But then it turned out Washington Post reported that he had suffered two strokes. Nearly 8 hours after being sprayed with a chemical irritant and the D.C. medical chief examiner told the post that sicknick died of natural causes, but that what transpired played a role in the condition, but he was not struck by a fire extinguisher and he died later on due to having suffered two strokes. Then there were four suicides, four police officers committed suicide in the days and months after the riots. So when you really get down to what you're talking about, one person who died on January 6th, as a result of the capitol riots, and that is the woman Ashley. Babbitt. So.

He died of a stroke on the grounds of the capital. There's no evidence that Phillips rioted or was injured by rioters or even went inside the Capitol building, the fourth person to die the only person to die that day of intentional violence. Was 35 year old Ashley Babbitt of Military veteran from San Diego. Babbitt was wearing a Trump cape when she was shot to death by Capitol Hill Police Lieutenant Babette's death was caught on video. So hers is the best document and death that took place that day. And yet it is surprising how little we know about it. So everybody should know this stuff. No, But here's the thing. Everybody should know. Well, I am. You know, I didn't know that the other people had strokes and heart attacks and things like that, But nobody does. That's the point. Right? And here's the thing. The suggestion when they say five people died is that these people came in and murdered five people. This is the case that the left is trying to make And the other thing is that they laid Mr Sick Nick in the Capitol Rotunda. Now his remains are there but listen, let's play the next clip. Nevertheless, at the impeachment hearing this week, Congressman David Sicily Navarre Island described what happened at the Capitol as quote an armed insurrection what he incited an armed, angry mob to riot, inciting an armed insurrection against the United States government and armed, angry and dangerous crowd armed violence. Against the government of the United States of America. David Sicilian is a former Mafia lawyer from Providence. So presumably he knows what it is to commit a felony. With the firearm. That was he does. There. No reports of writers of the Capitol building that day, just charging weapons were threatening anyone with a gun. So what exactly is David Sicilian talking about? Apparently, he's referring to the death of Officer Brian Sick, Nick. In the hours after the riot. The New York Times reported that Trump supporters had brutally beaten officer sickening to death with a fire extinguisher. Fire extinguisher apparently, is the deadly weapon, the armed in the armed insurrection. Oh, but see, this is not true, either. Let's play the next clip. Go ahead. Officer Brian Signal, died after being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher during the fight. He died at the age of 42 after he was bludgeoned. The fire extinguisher, Capitol Hill police officer beaten to death with a fire extinguisher by a white supremacist mob. It's horrifying, and that is the story they were telling it destroyed. They still are telling. That account forms the basis of the myth that Democrats have constructed around January. 6th. Keep in mind that close to a million people were murdered in Rwanda in 1994, that's about 70% of all ethnic tootsies in the country. Entire towns were hacked to death with machetes. They were set on fire crushed alive by bulldozers. Hundreds of thousands of women were raped. It was on most horrifying crimes in human history. How does the country recover from something like that from a genocide? First. Obviously you punished the guilty quickly and severely our case you impeach him. Then, and this is more important. You set about re ordering your society from top to bottom to make certain nothing like that ever happens again. So you purged the military. You suspend basic civil liberties to emphasize the point you send troops to the capital. You tear down the old you destroy all vestiges of the past. In order to save the future. That's what's going on now. Hold on. Before we remake America to prevent future genocides the capital. Simple question. You may be surprised to learn how little we know even now. In fact, it's remarkable how many of the most basic questions remain unanswered. More than a month after the fact let's start with the headline of the day five Americans died on the Capitol grounds on January 6th.
