Yeah congratulations I feel like I'm a little bit part of your family now. Yeah yeah we were just talking before we started. We don't know what to do with with our kids. When we do these podcasts episodes. We've got nowhere to put them. So if you hear some squawking in this episode then it's not. It's the baby always me. Yes so yeah. There is an example. So my first question for you is. How do you deal with the tendency of groups to get trapped in this never ending cycle of creation and deconstruction of personal and interpersonal problems? So I don't go there directly one of the things that I've noticed it depends like what situations I already created a scenario in my head. So it's different if I know that. Sometimes you guys actually have courses. That's different than if you're doing group process right because when you have a course you become more of I have knowledge on going to give you some Suggestions whereas when you truly joint bid process you're inside culture itself and so everything you say is up for deconstruction by the group right. So so the scenario. I'm getting answer in his. When you're actually trying to be participate in the group process itself and one of the things is I tend to. I don't think you should go there directly. I don't think you should point out that. Someone's Egos.

"Him explain what he meant by certain terms In the most brutally simple way that anyone could understand and I still think it's the best presentation of Wilbur. That that there is like you can if you want to understand. Wilbur listened to cosmic consciousness. Yeah great it's a great intro So you know. It's like being exposed to his ideas and he I think in some ways he was all about Meta Dharma. He didn't use that phrase. He talked about fourth terminating. He talked about the integral Dharma. Hit this integral spiritual center And so it was kind of in the water there. Although the way I was relating to it then is different than how M- relating to it. Now so it feels. In some ways coming back full circle To kinda retrieved some of some of the Brilliance. There you spiraled back around but on a higher level having transcended included the Wilbur material may view if I were taking a medicine credit view of it to use Benita Roy term. Yeah no it's it's true and you know I was just thinking with your experience as a producer you left. Sounds Street in two thousand. I came on much later. I think it was two thousand six But working in the same in the same basic in the in the production department in the studio and I was just thinking. It's interesting that that role from what I gathered in my short tenure there. It's also interesting because as a producer. You can't really by any of your any of the people that you're working with. You can't buy their stuff because then you a crappy producer and you can't question their thing and help them try to improve how they're like if you've already futurity totally drunk the Kool aid. How can you actually be a good producers? Just thinking your years of experience there at sounds true producing all that stuff. It wasn't just that you're hearing it was also you're hearing it with this particular kind of year right of the producer ear. Where you're you're kind of having to not by a hold of the things that are being said As like a student or as a you know someone that's actually following that particular dark approach in a in the most positive way you have to be very skeptical and also listen for.
