"Guitarist the. Eric. Clapton era if you WANNA call it that to Eddie van Halen was like a revolution. It was a totally different way of playing. Rock and roll guitar a totally different sound than than people had heard before and what was interesting was Eric Clapton. was his inspiration Eric Clapton was Eddie van Halen's favorite guitar player, and yet he played the instrument. So differently and really did start a revolution with the way he played guitar. Heated unfortunately, I am not too young to remember when van Halen's first album came out. And I was a Beatles Freak while might even though they were a little before my time although all my friends would listen to ACDC and kiss and ride. I, listen to the Beatles nonstop and sort of stayed away from. Sort of heavier metal are what was called then called Rock. But I remember a friend brought. Van Halen I album to school and played eruption into you really. Like. What was it was an incredible thing about it was it was a new sound if you love music that doesn't matter what you you love new sounds and so yeah now absolutely incredible. So Eddie Van Halen passing away at the age of sixty five. Will be sorely missed but but man a legend and Willie one other thing before we get to news, they've done it to us again you remember when we were. At. The Belmont a couple years ago when we were tracing out in the back of the racing form. Sort of. Our Our Sort of our take. On genome editing yeah. Yeah. Okay. This is what This clown. Obviously picked it up. Off The floor. Of the Belmont Racetrack and. He Won Pulitzer Prize he won the Nobel Prize. The Nobel Prize forgiveness freak they did it to twice this year I don't think that. Happened but twice as year two, Nobel prizes stolen from again we withdraw from the process we're never going to get the respect we deserve. That we make in by the way, we should point out we weren't at the Belmont the big prestigious race. We go on Tuesday afternoon to watch the trotters. We're the only ones they're actually, but you make some money on a Tuesday. Can't make, some money. And and also sketch out some plans that could change the world and Nobel. Prize. But we get no credit. It's Wednesday October, seventh. Welcome to morning Joe. We're GONNA get to the news now, and there is a lot of it to cover this morning White House senior policy adviser Stephen Miller is now the latest White House officials who test positive for covert nineteen. He released a statement saying he last tested negative on Monday afternoon and that he tested positive yesterday. Well, that's more information than we're getting from the president who will not tell us when he lost tested negative Miller said he was working remotely and self isolating in the five days before yesterday's diagnosis and that he is now in quarantine his wife. Katie Miller communications director for Vice President Mike. Pence tested positive for the virus back in May. She's the one who mocked Senator Kamala Harris for wanting to use a plexiglas barrier at tonight's debate stating quote if Senator Harris wants to use a fortress around herself have at it. We're told Katie Miller tested negative for the virus yesterday but will not attend tonight's debate out of an abundance of caution by NBC News. It Really So here you have again somebody. Who was mocking Kamla Harris? For being careful because Mike Pence is not doing what anybody else would do if Mike Pence word for any company or any corporation work for any school work for any hospital worked part. You just name the institution America Mike Pence would be at home quarantine for fourteen days since. Gets a doctor to lie for him again because that's all these doctors do for the white. House. Figures. And saying that he does it need to quarantine in the recklessness and the recklessness of Katie Miller mocking. Kamla Harris for wanting A. Trump. Pretty it's pretty likely that he had covid. When he was debating Joe Biden and his family extraordinarily rude extraordinarily inconsiderate extraordinarily brutish. By refusing to wear masks in the audience that night, even when the Cleveland Clinic was trying to get them to wear masks. Again, will you just we you? Get all of the people who've been infected and Meka and just. These people are proving themselves to be ill equipped, not not just to run a White House in the country but to run a hotdog stand now they can and Joe to to point out if you look at the Jersey. Running look at the people who have been infected at this point that question when the president walked out of the hospital and wanted to do his gestures of strength strange really strange gestures. A reporter yelled out at him. Are you the super? Spreader? Is the president, the super spreader you have to ask with his entire inner circle, the people closest to him Stephen, Miller now has it is the president himself a super a walking super spreader, a good question but I can tell you this The city of Washington actually has had a big bump in infections. Because of the White House by NBC, News Is Count Stephen Miller is now the eighteenth person connected to the White House with the trump campaign who tested positive in recent days ten of Val right ten of Al.. Attended the September twenty six Rose Garden event for the President Supreme Court nominee but. As far as we know right now, one of them that we are reporting on a Stephen Miller and Stephen Miller unlike the president has response responsibly released to the public when he tested negative and the first time he tested positive, the president will not release this information. His doctors will not release this information nobody in the white. House will release this information even though this information could help understand who had it when and who might be at risk, but the president for some reason will not say when he had it and the question is, did he have it during? The debate. Did he walk in there knowingly since he was late for the debate and didn't get tested that day on the debate property I just wonder you can't help to ask when the hell he was first diagnosed as positive..

"My name is Alice little, and I'm a legal sex worker here at the moonlite bunny ranch would is the moonlite bunny ranch. The moonlite bunny ranch is a legal brothel out in one of the rural counties of Nevada, where located in mound house, Nevada, which is the unincorporated adjacent town to Carson city, Nevada about forty five minutes away from Reno, so not completely desolate, the moonlite bunny ranch. Looks like an old wild west building that's been painted pink, you press a buzzer at the gate after being buzzed in. We were greeted by very big man wearing an HBO hat he handed us brochures and asked if we were there to see anyone in particular, there's a living room and a bar with a pink neon sign that says bunny bar. Alice little has worked here since. Two thousand seventeen and is often described as the highest earning legal sex worker in the country. She was born in Ireland in a big family and grew up in New York City and on Long Island. She worked as a jockey at Belmont racetrack for a little while. She's four feet. Eight inches tall. She says she's always been curious about sex, everything about it. Her parents never gave her the so called sex talk. So she says she learned a lot from the internet. She became especially interested in Beedi SM when I was living in New York City as an adult on my own, I had to of course, have roommates like so many do when you live in New York City in our fresh out of college, you can't afford anything so myself and my multiple roommates who were sharing space together come to find out that one of them was employed by their parents. "Week. Erin. Fair point hot take for you. Oh from strictly I'm not talking about what the days mean to cultures. Whatever from a strictly party standpoint. Give me a Cinco day. My overstate Patty's. Stay number one. I much prefer a soul a corona dough Seki to a Guinness beers. Great anyway. And I apologize. If is Ryan here give me those and foodwise is there any more overrated food than like shippers pie o shepherd's pie. Gimme no, no, give me a case of Deism. Tacos. Tacos. Come on a little case. So yes, he so Bonko Cinco day mile over over St. Patty's without even thinking about that. Lord. No question. No question. That's part of the hottest. Thank you've gotten him for hours. I think. But hey teaches them. All right. So anyway, maximum security is a horse because again as I mentioned earlier we can't name horses. Gary, Steve for some reason, and you know, went to bed Tucker doubt at some point. Listen, probably still sleeping hopefully had an apple late on some. Hey and had no idea that it was said did something a legal on Saturday. Look Kentucky Derby day to me. And I am not somebody like Jodi McDonald who by the way, Jodi must have done great on the beds on the Kentucky Derby because usually I come in here after triple crown race. And I got like fifteen Parx casino bed slips at are. All loops there's and you can always tell well Jodi Jodi took one on the chain today on a triple crown race. I don't see any of that today song. Maybe not maquis. Maybe maybe hit for the eleven thousand on the trifecta here and the Kentucky Derby, but I'm not a horse racing aficionado. Right. I enjoy the triple crown races. Those are the three I'll watch every year. I like the pageantry of the whole deal as I said earlier in the show, I grew up, and I still live very near. Belmont racetrack. I've been there a few times. I don't mind betting some horses. It's a fun day. And for the most part spray. My old Kentucky home gets playing that to me is the first sign summer's coming. But it's a fun time. You see everybody dressed like idiots, but their hats like Tom Brady. And and whatever everybody has a blast. All right. So this Kentucky Derby rolled around. I'm actually thankful. I got very caught up in my Saturday morning for the first time in like six years. I didn't place any bets on the Kentucky Derby, send me and I got to sit back watch the race whenever happened happened. But a funny thing happened, and that is we actually had to go to replay review we had what if you've ever been racetrack would be hold the phone. You can't just go cash your ticket right away because we have to make sure this went over. Well, but for the first time in one hundred forty five years, the horse that crossed the finish line. First maximum security was disqualified was not to win. Why? Because the horse left. It's inside lane crashed a middle or lane during a turn. And not that that wouldn't I can't believe I'm describing it this way, but the horses has to another horse, and you can't make contact with another horse. It's like a blocking foul in the NBA. So I have watched a total horse races in my life. Every triple crown at Belmont. I don't think I've ever understood with any of these fractions have meant. But just because this is obviously the first time it's ever happened to Kentucky Derby, I can't believe what I saw was the first time it ever happened. You're telling me all the years of twenty horses. Raising the Kentucky Derby a horse's never made contact with another horse. I guess maybe it has. But no, you know, it's not something to do with the winner. But the the whole trip around the chaos, but what I love most is that it brought chaos. You know, we've talked about the NFL for years catch. No catch one foot. Two foot. You know, NHL of these offsides reviews now major league baseball. Did it hit off the foul? Pole hit off the top of the wall. The NBA. They do those two minute reviews were doing this with horse racing now. And now it has to do with player safety jockey could get hit off that was pure chaos. But the beauty of the whole thing is what thing I said before any of this happened on Saturday, and I wasn't going to predict there was going to be some kind of disqualification. But with just the five one the. Triple crown last year to me, it meant absolutely nothing because American Farrell had just won it two years prior. Right. And that whole lead of to American pharaoh when in the triple crown it was something we hadn't seen in decades. It was icon for something happened to my life. I said we're going to see real triple crown winner. It was special and last year when justify one it. There was some kind it wasn't special anymore. Right. It was okay. I watched one it's one of the triple crown. I promise you I forgot up until a month ago when I had to actually look this up who the horse was that when the triple crown last year, but I remembered American Farrell. So I did say, you know, maybe I'll win some money this year betting Preakness, Belmont Benton, Kentucky Derby, although I didn't do it. But ultimately who cares? If there's a triple crown who cares. And I bet you there's a lot of people like that. Where would feel no longer special if a horse on a triple crown country house as long shot no shot at winning the triple crown this year? She would say, well that's bad for horse racing. Right. I'd argue the opposite. That disqualification is the best thing that happened a horse racing here. We are actually with hunt horse stakes wondering if the rule was called right to the stewards through a good job. You would never be talking about this. Elsewhere never I think yesterday was a win for horse racing. Because you know, what we love American sports fans chaos, and that's what we got in the form of horses. Now. Speaking of chaos on a guy that loves that John Kincaid who's coming up next here on all these great affiliate series exam. The chunky cage show, he joins us from CBS sports radio station down in Atlanta. He. Preps for his show love checking in with them. J K what's going on in this Sunday morning. If contact with a backside the bumping into people was something that was brought over to sports radio you'd be suspended every week. No question because. Constantly nets Scooby doo. What that's actually me giving a horse. But that's Scooby is not a horse, Scooby doo. Scooby doo laugh. John up maximum security date is basically everything I did on a dance floor. Twenty one years old. I've seen you at some of these CBS sports radio wedding. Do that really is what happens? It's like a big mosh pit. This is the stupidest thing to me, and I get it. I understand what you're saying about the publicity. And it is it's going to have people talking about basing for a second day when we usually only talk about it for one. Yeah. Will you be talking about coming up here? Very talk about this. I'll talk about the fact that to me replay is beginning to ruin everything for me. That's okay. That's a good take leave. We. I'm not gonna talk about horse racing. I gotta tell you. Because again, and I love this about you. Because it's something that I truly love your genuine quality. It's the ideas. It's one of the things where when March comes around. I don't have everybody. Tune into showing. Okay. Let's just listen to this hot take expert on college. Right. I love college basketball's biggest matchups. I probably see a few games a week and a partial a few games a week. And then I watch more after the NFL season ends, but I'll come on. And then when March comes it'd be like a hard. Let's get into let's breakdown games in this tournament. Let me tell you about my bracket. I just don't do it. And the same thing goes for horse racing. I don't pay attention at all. I do miss being in the northeast though, where you could go to track and throw down some bucks and have a good time rice, fun fun activity. Yeah. It's it's a fun time. That's why I love living near bellmont? But I'm not I don't think I knew any of these horses ain't a week. Of course. Now, I'm sure they see no one with a high school. I went to though since we. Fix NBA games. At my uncle, Don could potential potentially when I could have done is. I would have been able to find somebody who knew something about the horses knew which one was being shot up with horse steroids or something gotten a hot tip. But see, John that's the point. All listen to a week was hot tips with a lot of a lot of our colleagues haven't horse racing guys on all week and got news. Every single one of them was wrong. I didn't see anybody with country house, even if he finished second country the country has to place a chicken and biscuits out, and it was a horse. Now. The funny thing is president of an endorsement for it yet. You haven't worked at an endorsement for that. I would have point five I would go though, when I when I would always find the horses that were like fifty to one sixty five to one and I put five bucks down. Yeah. Just just to just throw some money at it. Just to be able to say, you know, what I can hold that ticket, and I could do like a Floyd Mayweather and hold a particular guilt. I had it. I bet this. When Floyd never shows you'll is losing tickets. Shows you the winning tickets. Oh, look, I want to million on this bet. He doesn't say the four million that he lost. Well, that's just mentioned. Usually I see a ton of Jodi MAC losing betting slips. I don't see any losing tickets here. I have a feeling Jody Makeith yesterday. Ten years, you might be onto something because I understand Jodi is only working fifteen shifts this week. So he's cut back on the schedule to maybe he did that big. I'm enjoying hearing. You though, my friend. It's good to be gone. What do you got coming up for us here? Well, I mean, I am a few things today. And one of them is is that what what inspires me as the warriors can play like garbage and still can still just come up like short. You have to do everything you can even when they play like garbage needs third points from Eric Gordon. And honestly to you talked about the raptors having the biggest game in the franchise history. The biggest game in the process history is today too. Big y flip it on it because to me Brett Brown. You know that dog walking up. Yes, I wouldn't hire Brett Brown to walk. Nikki falls can Kate. Our new dog you Brett Brown. I don't think he's a master strategist. Let's put it this way. I think he needs. He goes he makes so much money. And he tries to still fill out the ten forty EZ form when tax day comes because he can't he can't just figure it out at that point. So no, I'm not a big fan fan. And I think he's the perfect coach. If there's no pressure on you, and you're expected to lose fifty games. I think strategy wise he is awful. So but Sixers fan saying that so they win. I wish I could say they do. I I think it's a coin flip. I really do. I think it's an absolute clause fan. They went Abacus two minutes to go. I expect it to be in contention. Well, after the NBA we've got in the last two nights of sign up for one more. Let's do. It. Sounds good to enjoy the show. All right. Have a good show. Jacob brother, take care. That's jockey katie's coming up next on many of these same affiliates and siriusxm. And of course, the radio dot com app. John cage show every Sunday morning from six AM to nine.
