things I mean you know whatever things good cars and so what's up but you drive a car It's got four wheels it moves And it looks really cool Whatever I'm married I'm not looking for dates you know what I care if it looks cool What does that matter to me Does it work Yeah okay great That's on my bag of donuts I buy experiences You know I just did the final four duke death core a lot in North Carolina game We're sitting there in a fourth row and I was just telling jib there were to break There was nothing like being there Well Paula like is this happening What the hell is this happening And Jim uses the same line What the hell's happening right now I was like I couldn't believe it Experiences matter So I said hey I really want to get to the masters And I need some advice on because I've never been to a golf you've got any golf adding at all before I said how do you get to the 18th hole now that Tiger is playing Man did I get a ton of advice You all are great And one guy said though nah you're a celebrity Use your connections folks I am the least celebrity ish Is that a word I think I just made up celebrity gyms like no it's not It's okay I don't know where you get what definition of the word you're using I may have some degree of notoriety only because I'm on Fox and I said but I believe me I am the farthest thing from a celebrity I do not leave my office studio or house ever I come into contact outside of the local gym I go to would probably less than ten people a week and I have zero and I mean zero connections Zero none When I went to Daytona for Fox Fox had to get me in there And when I went in there I couldn't believe how many people knew who I was Be Apollo we're like wow you spin Paul is like wow this is pretty cool Like people know you I'm not kidding I was like shocked by the whole thing It's not a joke it's not fake humble guy but I'm not kidding I was like stung by it I am not I have no connections I know no one People call me all the time Friends of mine They go hey looking for a job do you know anyone Nope Nope Don't know anyway I haven't even told you It doesn't matter I don't know anyone It doesn't matter what job you want I haven't even said anything yet I don't care I don't know anyone Healthcare Great I know nobody there No one I have one friend He's a plastic surgeon I just met him at a book signing one time That's it And so unless you want plastic surgery in Martin county Florida donate That's the only guy I know My buddy Steve That's it I don't know anyone else You know everyone in the legal field Nope Nope What waiting list It's 7 years later That's why I asked Because you all know him And thank you for all the advice Doesn't look like it's going to be promising to know I really want to get there I'm almost willing to pay anything I really at this point if I told you what I paid for this final fourth ticket you'd be horrified I don't spend money I buy experiences I don't care about any other crap All the rest is nonsense Okay back to the show Speaking of experiences by the way Jim's got his mets Jersey on today which is a disgrace It's opening day and Matt's he's got the big old the orange of blue and white Jersey on He's all excited The Grom is not pitching He's hurt again which is really sad So Jim's devastated So his work product if it sucks today don't call cumulus on him Thought that we care anyway I mean every really cared about cumulus Some people would be here right now Well I don't know I can't speak for you I think I'm okay Getting back to the Hunter Biden story So I played for you that cut from Catherine Harrison in the beginning Catherine Howard is doing amazing reporting I'm stunned CBS is letting her put this Hunter Biden James Biden Joe Biden stuff on the air But this clip by the daily mail which is an overseas newspaper in the UK They interviewed this guy Jack maxi and this guy Jack maxi claims to have a copy of the Hunter Biden thing Now again because we actually do facts here unlike left wing journalists hack goofballs I can't vouch for Jack Maxie I don't know if what he's saying is true And allegations are allegations so he can prove him but I would assume that if Jack Maxie if that's even his real name is going to go public alleging that he has a copy of the hunter hard drive and alleging some other very serious things that sooner or later he's going to be he's going to have to buck up right And produce it So I don't know him but I have no reason to believe he'd be lying either Queue up for me This is a little bit of a long cut I try to keep him one minute or so for the radio show but trust me when I tell you he's a little more about a minute minute and a half This is worth every second of your time Jack Maxie says he has 400 gigs Gigabytes That's a lot of stuff folks I'm no Internet genius but that's a lot of stuff Gigs of deleted material on the Hunter Biden laptop including get a load of this 80,000 images and videos But wait till you hear what he's supposedly these are now I warned you about this a long time ago and people laughed I put it out on social media before I was off Twitter I put it out there that I had heard from a very credible source about some of the same stuff and people were like hey you just make it up You want to apologize Here's Jack Maxie talking about what else may be on the Hunter Biden laptop Check this out But my guys were so good and one of them particularly said I feel like there's more there Jack Can I look I said sure you know Oh I know how to do is turn on my computer That's about it And he started searching First thing we found were 4000 little microscopic thumbnails of a race pictures Those pictures were brought up We can see them all Then I'm sitting there I've been on the phone as you can imagine all week and he says my God I just found another 20 gigabytes of this and that and this and that and ultimately we found 450 gigabytes of what hunter thought was erased material Now some of it was duplicate But amongst those things were 80,000 images and videos And when my tech guy first started looking at them it was very uncomfortable Many of them were young girls for some reason sending pictures of hunter with their tongues out And I said you got to stop You have to stop If he meant to erase these pictures I was feeling there could be a.

"Right. Why am I so grumpy today? I should be in a great mood because we've got a lot of momentum with our help Ukraine campaign. I'm going to give you an update on that. And also the latest breaking news coming up on the Mike Gallagher show. The Mike Gallagher show what you think happens just a few months or year down the road if we go back into that Iran nuke deal and they get a chance of a bomb. Well, it's the end of Israel if that happens. It is the worst deal. And also you're going to see nukes all over the Middle East. So why is Biden doing it? Because he's stupid, okay? And because they're stupid, they're destroying our country and they may ultimately be responsible for destroying the world. In the relief factor dot com studios, here's Mike. Man, do we need that guy back? Boy do we need president Donald Trump? And you know they're doing all they can to stop it. They're going to do everything they can. January 6th, a 7 hour gap in his burner phone. Trump, Trump. Will Smith hits Chris Rock. It's Trump's fault. Trump did that. Do you know that there were people that there were imbeciles who actually went on national television and blamed Donald Trump for Will Smith's anger management problems? Who's Trump's fault? I'm not real sure. I think I could guess. Derek sent me all the stories of the CNN analyst and the goofball loader over at MSNBC and I'm sure it's probably because, let's see, Trump poisoned civility, right? Somehow Trump or maybe Will Smith is still triggered by Trump's four years. In office. And so he walks around in rage and enraged. Anybody makes fun of his wife's hair and by the way, I said the other day, I think I said propecia. It's not propecia, right? Isn't proprietary, the treatment for baldness? But she has, what does she have? Alopecia. So I love when I get emails, Mike, it's not propecia, it's alopecia. Well, sorry, I'm a dummy. Alopecia. And Will Smith, keep your wife's name out your effin mouth. Classy, classy. Do you eat with that mouth, mister Smith? As you're being spoon fed Caviar by all of your assistants and bodyguards and your valets, but listen, you've got a rough, terrible life. It's got to be hard to live in that big Bel Air mansion, huh? I love the common sense and the wisdom we get from people on our side because their side, they are positively deranged, and we know it. Our side has a lot of smart people. Get ready for dinesh d'souza's big.

"I'm reading your story. I get this. These guys are rock and rollers and jets. I want to make this movie. We need guys like that in Hollywood. Just balls to the wall. They believe it. They saw it. They're not afraid to make a move that didn't hit just they saw it in their gut. And they were great. They were known as Don and Jerry. They were on a roll. Flashdance cost 7 million and changed the Top Gun was 12 million Beverly Hills cop 14. These things made a fortune. They were the guys who brought the young sexy stars that symbolized the 80s, the music soundtrack. That was big for movies back then, and that was very broad common had a lot to do with the music. But Don Simpson was the guy that knew how to put a story together. And would work with the writers, but it was going great. But eventually brought Hummer just since then he was at wits and Brookhaven was at whitson with Simpson's drug abuse and sexual excesses. Even his friends and his wife were begging and you gotta cut loose from this guy. I'm gonna take you down with him and they had the big banner Don Simpson Jerry Bruckheimer films. And then when it really went to shit, a doctor, a friend of Don Simpsons, was found dead naked of a drug overdose in the shower, an outdoor shower by the pool at his Bel Air mansion, and had some brought timer had enough. He said, look, the partnership's over. And that's the thing that really messed up John. He went on a bender. And that's probably what killed him. Honestly, because one day in 96, he was found dead in an upstairs bathroom in his house, police said, oh, natural causes all bullshit. He was 52. It was heart failure, brought on by cocaine. Give me a break natural. It's not natural. That was an animal. An animal. But their life together became like a cautionary tale. And once Don went down, Hollywood definitely changed. You had bob Evans not doing much anymore. Don Simpson dying. So movies weren't done the way they used to be done. They weren't done from the gut. They brought people in with NBA's. You know, Don Simpsons thought it as a publicist for Warner Brothers. That's why I think he called me because he had that in his blood. But he always was not comfortable himself. He never felt like he would do blessing. He would get plastic surgery, he'd be going crash diets, you know, nothing was right for him, even though he had so much success. He even tried to be an actor in the 90s. I mean, he just didn't know what to do with himself. But I like those daredevil outsider guys. They're the people that really make Hollywood Hollywood and why I wanted to be there and why I couldn't wait to put my feet down and meet these giants. And I meant Bruckheimer brought camera I meant we used to go to

J-Lo Secretly Monitored A-Rod's Internet Usage

"I knew the person who's a family member installed the video and audio equipment and J.Lo's Bel Air mansion. And a rod had just moved in there and one of the rooms in that mansion was fixed up to have like, I don't know, 15 television monitors. So a rod could watch all the baseball games as that's his job. Well, J rod, J.Lo specified that she'd like, you know, you ever use one of the terminals there. And one of the TV screens would be his so to speak, computer screen. For his face, Facebook and whatever that fuck else he does, Instagram. Well, J.Lo wanted it done a certain way so that she could always see what was being said on that screen. I don't know how they do it, what the guy did, but J.Lo was privy to everything being sent and received, that appeared on that screen. Now, a rod didn't know that. So I know over the year or two, J.Lo saw things and read things. She didn't like. That's why they were there in therapy. That's what began that whole thing. This Madison LaCroix story is just the last one in a line of things that have pissed off J.Lo. But, you know, it's nothing new and Jennifer's life, like I've said, men come in, she showers them with attention and love. They just as narcissistic as she is. And then she won this why they leave

"Million on 11,000 Square foot hillside home in Los Angeles. Bel air to be Specific. I've never been in Bel Air. What's that? I get back. Obviously it's nice. I've just like Danny goes there all the time. I've never seen it. I just I saw the picture, and I'm first of all. Maybe I'm just naive. I just didn't know how much money that he was making Trevor Noah. Then he read, Read the salaries and I was like Oh, God. I mean, I didn't. First of all is his show ever number one in the cable ratings. I don't think it is. I think you gotta go through all the news channels. First, Fox, CNN MSNBC all that you gotta go through that first and then you go through the networks, and I don't never know if that's ever know, but I guess He's getting what you Pelle would have been making if you stayed on at Comedy Central, right? Is that ship l money, Danny that he's getting the reddish Appel thing That was just mind. Bullshit. Pal. Makes about 20. Million. Ah, year. Trevor Noah Salary 16 year Do you do either of you watch that show The Daily show and I've seen the YouTube clips. Like I like Trevor Noah. He's a cool, interesting guy. But like, I don't know anybody that says, Boy, Did you see the daily show last night? That's not part of everyday conversation. First. For some, that's their new That's people's news Every night. You said Chappelle 20 year. Everybody, go to TMZ dot com and just look up that Trevor Noah, that piece that we're talking about His home is a spectacular Oh, God. I mean, it's for comedy Central. Any Calmly said that that's why I'm kind of I'm a little blown away by it because it's not front center for me, necessarily as a comedy news show. How many square feet did you say 11? 11,000 Square feet? Okay. How many like I've been to your house? How many square feet do you think your houses No, That's a personal question the size of my house mine. I think it's 2500. Yeah. I thought the house kind of standard 11,000. Kids does he have? I mean, how is it? Just him. Is he married? I don't know what I would like an 11,000 square foot home. If I could have one. Absolutely. Absolutely. "Well, Colleen Hoover was absolutely darling. I can't believe what she's done with her book Security. My great idea. No kidding. You can connect with her. Just go to clean hoover dot com and sign up, you know, ask her shall consider your charity. I just thought yesterday she was confused as confused as you and I were over Maria Lopez in reverse. P for seduction about the Colonel Sanders posted it on her Facebook page. Like what? Their spirits. Brilliant marketing like we said from Colonel Sanders from the kids. Folks, So that was kind of fun. And so thanks. The two people I think the books are gone, right, Rocco? Yeah, that's correct. Yeah, that was those phone lines. Light up. People are out there. They like your bookcase. They do love the books and the actually you're getting the book that Laurie read in the book that Julia read. So whoever gets mine. It's a little bit more used all. Yes, we don't have any extra cup or something. You know, Paige is still there just got torn out of the torn out. It's a trade paperback, and they were. These were early advanced copies. Okay. They were. The book just came out today, though, So it's available. Yeah, I got that. All right. The book Leila by clean. Hoover just came out today in trade paperback. And, um, you're someone's going to get the Julia copy and someone gets a lorry cab because we think it extra copy. Yeah, well, we're you know. Okay? Oh, you give you guys have given away all sorts of secrets that I didn't read it all the Christian Laura and the holly dance or whatever the hell that, but we only got one of those Okay. Sometimes we only get one or two or and we just a lot of times I have this. We have rotations of who? I've got a book of Group of women that air users that should return the bush how much she loves booking the authors and how much you miss is done. It's more work than you think. Trying to find people don't try to tell us that and we did not care. We've heard you. I don't know my panic. No, you don't even care. But last time I panic. Panic. Okay was I was coming into work last night. And we're gonna work after our work and just sit here and focus and get some stuff lined up the books and because we have a hit list of really good authors that we really went for sure. Yeah, and I couldn't find my calendar And because we write it on paper instead of putting in Google doctors something that someone would share. You would never look at it. You wouldn't know how I could barely figure it out. Right? I couldn't have a big white board. That's only two weeks in advance. Or these air months and dance. Okay, so I couldn't find 2020 ones. Planner. Oh, dear, panicked. Panicked ABS driving home. It wasn't here anywhere. Looked at home panicked. Put me in a tailspin of a bad mood because I feel like we're all in paper. It was in in February of Holder No in the side of my chair because I was, you know, working from home and I had tucked my folder in the side of my chair. See, everyone is having these office problems. I recommend panic at home in your office home. Check all seats. People don't go back and forth to work a lot of times like we do. And so I was just like, where is That damn book and I was driving home and I was so pissed and I'm like, Where is the Bach? You're gonna think that you didn't lose that. And even if I did, I haven't already backups and email. Would you lose it? I know that's why I kept thinking. Lose things are you know something's know. You have thought you've lost things. As long as I've known you and a half I have less one thing half of you. Yes. That one ring that way. Last 11 brand for Ray and I was with him under about that was I lost that. That was tragic, because that was a $5000. Yep, That was in the nineties, which was like no, I was in the 2000. It was tragic. It was tragic. No, I That's the only from Christmas. Rocco and I lost it by the time right at New Year's. We were going to Vegas night out. He lasted in my bedroom and heard it. I enjoy hearing from a guy like William who is I mean, he documents all the places and all the Stars in the mansions and all the rest, which which is to me why the book is so fascinating, but I can't say that I like movies, but I'm not like a movie buff. You know what I'm saying? Is I Oh, yeah, I remember that scene from that movie. I just don't I just haven't watched enough movies over the years even though I enjoy watching movies that makes that makes perfect sense. I think it was funny. I asked him about Malcolm in the middle, which is one of my Favorite shows. That was Bryan Cranston before he breaking came Thea Ultimate star, but it'd be so strange to me to live in a house that's iconic for a TV show. Or a movie or whatever. I think that would be very weird, but unease e way to make some money on the side, I guess, apparently because he studied the doctor who owned it rented it out as the Malcolm in the Middle House. I tell you what I would I would be fine with that. I recently saw that they are renting out the fresh Prince of Bel Air Mansion now for Airbnb rarely, and it's all still set up just like the show US. So I think that would be interesting to see. I never got into that show, Man. I love fresh mint. Really as well. Smith, Right? Well, Smith Yep, West Philadelphia born and raised what now and then LeBron James's and Katherine Hepburn's old house. Yes, a little right. Yeah, chips was a good and this is going way back to when I was Much younger and and and we will go over to our grandparent's house, and they had cable. And somehow we would we would find reruns of or I might have been first runs, but I think it was reruns of that old Siri's emergency. A paramedic Siri's. I love that one. That was awesome. Absolutely love going over to the grand parents and seeing that we always wanted to go to the grand parents because they had cable. I don't I don't You know the days where you used to tune in every Sunday at eight o'clock or whatever. Because your newest episode was on. I don't think that happens much anymore, you know? And and for sure, I couldn't tell you the last time I watched A primetime show on one of the major networks. I can't remember me there. Yeah, that's that's That's not the thing it used to be. There's no way that places just thirty dollars night it's got to be more to celebrate at thirtieth anniversary is thirty dollars. And the money is go into odd I, believe the boys and girls club something like that. That donate all the money but thirty dollars was to. Do to keep it like you get to keep it for three days. pood- at one night exactly like how long do you get to stand there for thirty dollars? Does it matter? Says Dole. That's like. "You can hit me up on Twitter. My Twitter name is at Alex Dreamer. One that again is at Alex. Rumor one. Get me upon their love The The Twitter interaction, especially this time of night to this time, early morning again, depending on where you are. And also you can give us a call on the toll free line at 855 to 12 for CBS That's 855 to 1 to 42 to 7. We want your thoughts on a variety. Of sport's issues tonight. Of course, Judy Mac spent a lot of his show talking about it will pick up the baton. The N B a bubble in Unbelievable. Playing games Saturday between the Blazers in the Grizzlies, setting the table setting the stage for the N BA playoffs, which begin Monday. So a simple question Out there to the listeners right at the top and will continue to hit this all show long. Who do you have coming out of the bubble? Who do you have emerging as champions? Before all this started. When I was on here with you all in June and throughout July. I was saying Lakers Lakers Lakers got to be the Lakers. They have LeBron they have Anthony Davis. They're holding knows secret practices at that mansion. In the area. The Bel Air mansion, right. Remember that the replica Staples Center LeBron has 35 He was having an MVP caliber year prior to the league shutdown. He knows he does not have many. Years left to be playing like this to be as healthy as he is. So I was convinced the Lakers we're going to steam roll their way through the bubble, even in these playing games, which, frankly, I do not really matter all that much for them. I was still convinced that LeBron especially Was going to come out and set the stage and set the table and Establish himself and established the Lakers as the team to go through, not just in the West, but in the entire n ba. But that is not what happened. The Lakers went three and five in the bubble. That's not what happened, so I would like to rescind. That production. It will not be the Lakers in my view. Who emerged victorious in the N B, a bubble 855 to 1 to four CBS. So we're hitting that, Of course, we're also going to get into the latest with the madness around college football. Oklahoma comes back after a brief hiatus and they report they have nine players test positive of the Corona virus. So When will the Big 12 A cc and SEC join? The Big 10 and Pac 12. In canceling their football season's this fall. When will they do that? Doesn't it seem like only a matter of time? So we'll get into that and also a lot of other news and notes from Bruins goalie to corral Ask and Stanley Cup playoffs. Leaving before Game three of a playoff. Siri's, citing family concerns. Do you think about that? The pelicans are searching for a new coach. Who's the best man for the job to get the most out of Zion Williamson, who let's face it was one of the most disappointing players in the bubble. At least in my view, but You know who was not disappointing in the bubble and who has not been disappointing in the bubble at all to this point, Damian Lillard in the Portland Trail Blazers, and they were victorious. Against the Grizzlies, and they're playing game Saturday afternoon. This one came down to the wire, and it was on my couch captivated by game involving the Portland Trail Blazers. And the Memphis Grizzlies. I mean, we're used to that in the NFL. Which is truly a national sports league. But the MBA is a national sports league is well, I mean, I don't think many people would be captivated by Iran's a major league baseball game. You know how many people are captivated by random NHL games? I think the Stanley Cup playoffs are different in that respect, But unless you're a serious hockey fan, you pretty much follow your team, and that's it. It's more regional. But the N B A, I think is becoming a true National League. Social media helps a lot May not have seen a lot of Memphis Grizzlies Games start to finish throughout the year, but you've certainly seen your share of John Moran highlights and there are a lot of them Saturday, but the Blazers one No need for a game Sunday they move on to face the Lakers in the first round. Here is how it ended. Here is the end of that call he and here is the end of that game. And here's what that cost sound like use of nerve pinch of 9/10 of a second left. The second freezer on the way is no good rebound, balance shooters and.

Reporting on this in The Washington Post is Gassman Abu Talib, who joins us on the coma news like Good afternoon. Thanks for having me how out of the picture is Dr Fauci when it comes to making policy decisions, is he at least sending briefs to the president? Still, so he hasn't briefed the president since the first week of June, So it's been more than a month he briefed the president. I was told that his formal role of the task force right now is mostly relegated to giving updates on the status of krona virus vaccine and treatment, So he's still part of the task or if he is playing a key role in the development of the vaccine and treatment. But in terms of his access to the president that's been pretty limited over the last couple of months. His position is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, so personality or media savvy aside, his is the job to kind of take the lead on this is there any indication that the president wants him removed? What was reported in the story is, it looks unlikely that he is going to be a fire under that he quits anytime soon. The president actually does not have the power to directly fire Dr Fauci. He's a career civil servant. He is not a political appointee so the president can not do it directly. And you signed a poll that shows Dr Fauci is more trusted than the president when it comes to delivering information about the pandemic is the White House able to shut down all media appearances from Dr Fauci. So all most media appearances, especially television interviews related to Corona virus have to be approved by the White House. What you see, it's Dr Koch is not really going on the major cable news networks he would normally during a major public health. Ah crisis or epidemic And as he said in previous administrations, but he's still getting his message out there in the nose, or, of course, widely picked up. He's doing print interviews. He's doing pot house he's doing online forum, so he's still finding other ways to get his message out. But even if he's not in kind of the traditional TV evening news spotlight, what is he doing kind of behind closed doors to still fight the virus? Well, he's obviously you know, have a huge job at NYU. And right now, the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease trying Teo bring a corona virus vaccine and treatments through the research and development process into market because The only way really, to get out of this pandemic. He's still giving advice, but he thinks the country should be doing it. But there's no buying for what he's advising him. He's not really being listened to. He said that the federal government needs to take a bigger role, especially with the recent surge in pieces. He has encouraged states and localities to mandate mask covering face coverings on DH. He's you know, he basically wants a bigger federal role in its response right now, and he wants more officials to be talking about the virus and are plain and honest terms, you know, to really express the reality on the ground that encourage people to take social distancing measures and toe cover their faces. But right now there's there's not a lot of Brian and the biggest thing that he's advising which He's not getting a lot of support from the White House for is that parts of the country experiencing really about outbreaks. Neato look at shutting down again. Jazmine Abu Talib with us on coma news reporter for The Washington Post, and you can read all about the work that Dr Anthony Fauci is still doing in the story from Jazmine in The Washington Post Online at washingtonpost dot com. Thank you very much. Thank you. Come on news time, 12 19. There is a mad rush to create that vaccine, But not everybody would take it. Nothing personal. He was talking about how the Lakers have been working out at shoot executives staple center replica core cheese in Belair. and. He says that's a violation of the rules. If you're the NBA. You've got to look at this to me. It's as serious as PD's. And this is a serious, says sign stealing by the Astros and the Red Sox, the Yankees and every other team. Before you take this as a bad take. On why it's not the whole point of PD's and sign stealing and why it's an issue. Is that what leaks try to do is make sure there's a level playing field for the biggest differentiating factor is the talent of the athletes and the talent of the front office when there's quarantine and there's a rule that there will not be anybody working out. That's because there are many players who don't have access to a Bel Air Mansion Court. They're not invited by Lebron James and certainly they're not taking the chance to actually play as a team and make sure that team chemistry stays the same. He says you're not going to. You're going to hear about this again. Mark my words. Well. Yeah. I mean Bob. Melvin was saying yesterday. Why do the Astros and Rangers get that fans and we don't? And he says that's not fair and the League do something about that. The League has says we'll let states decide what they wanted to do. Isn't that funny? The one of the? "And this is pretty fun. I WANNA play a little clip here by. My mom used to sing to me when I was a little baby Up until I went up when I was a little girl I would get scared and I'd like to sing that for you. The Moon is stars now. Now baggage outweigh away. Mom good is slapping her hands like that. He's pretty fun. She's pretty faces. He did some some pretty funny beds but they're all doing them from home. There's a Lotta the zoom oriented. You know because that's where we are right now so they did a lot of zoom busy. Just funny budget play. That need to a heart is so. Here's some crazy stories real quick here just a couple of weird stories with the coronavirus. This one here out of Michigan so Royal Oak. This is the Commissioner of Royal Oak Michigan. Who was criticized for traveling to one of those we have guns rallies? Michigan's been in the news with that this Person that she was just caught shoplifting from a grocery store she blamed it on. I guess quote the stress from the economic impact of Covid nineteen partic- bizarre is that and this is funny. Since it's one of the topics that we've thrown out like a couple of times in the last what six seven weeks and that is your working from home. You're trying to write like a lot of people are. And how did you screw up? What happened as far as the at home. Work mishap usually with the zoom things. So this woman says she's considering quitting her job after she forgot to mute a zoom meeting co workers heard her weird habit Where she was talking about like this food or whatever and I know what it was so they overheard something. And because you know. She didn't mute it and she's an embarrassing. She's thinking about quitting her job. Oh my gosh. Something that she shared wasn't wanting to share it. But again you got gotta remember like doing the lights noodle a lot of people or even the people that use it you might not be using it as often now and people just. Don't you know get certain things with that and how yeah so anyway. I can burn you. Man He can burn you We've got some text here at eight to nine. Four five we do so we Through a few things out we we want to know will first of all starting to show off. Tell something good. We usually do that on Mondays. And we want to know something good about your finances at eight to nine four five. So what is it that you want to share with us We have one earlier that this person was out right before the the corona virus thing before wendover shutdown. They won thirty thousand dollars playing a slot machine so the hit like whatever it was the grand prize Jackpot. Yeah thirty grand. So what they're GONNA do. They're going to pay off their parent's house. They owe twenty thousand dollars on their home and they're going to pay it off. It sounds like this Friday. That's we that's so they're keeping that a secret but that's something that kind of falls in something good about your finances. Yeah right and then also the secret because the sister was like what's up your sleeve. Secret OPT yeah. We wanted to know that if you have story where somebody's trying to get a secret from you. So this person you know personal in your life gives you this information. They share a secret with you. They want you to hold onto it and then somebody else close to. You knows that you've got the secret and they're trying to get it. Outta say two nine four five and the other topic that we just threw out a few minutes ago. Talking about old grudges. So if you've got something because there's this article in the New York Times and I thought it was interesting because of where we are right now. With the pandemic they highlighted a bunch of people that have forgiven people during this pandemic where this one woman apparently was mad at this florist. Was Her wedding twenty years ago and she did something screwed up her wedding with the flowers and she reached out so it sounds like somebody that she knew you know. I think it was just like a random. It sounds like somebody that she knew she was mad and she reached out almost twenty years later and said. Hey I forgive you. I forgive you for whatever whatever she did. That's a big thing though. I mean you're winning day. The flowers are a big deal and they're expensive and if they're not right or let's say they were dead or they were late. I mean that could that could definitely disrupt the whole day. But then it's discovered what we talk about. You know if you're if you're thinking about that sort of thing and it's consuming like what is it. It's not good for you. Yeah I know but I mean we all have things that we let consume us. You know it's human and that obviously ruined her day. That's bad ruined more than her day. Twenty years of her life there was somebody else in the mid forties. They reached out to tell her ex She's glad happy even though the relationship ended pretty horribly so basically saying that you know happy for them and then this other person that we share this story about wrote to apologize to her former friend who felt betrayed when he used her home to grow marijuana and she forgave him. Just great and we have anybody that falls into that or no no to have tell us something with money so somebody said. They paid off their travel. Trailers sounds good. Somebody paid off the car they bought a year ago. That's huge and then have been fighting to get disability benefits for about four years. Just got my check and was back paid so they paid off all the medical bills all the student loans and they got a new car for you. Yeah that's pretty cool. You've been listening to the ninety seven one the ht Frankie and just show podcast right here on iheartradio. So let's see twenty minutes away from Dr Burton therapy Monday. He's going to be on. We've got a young couple. They're married and just looking for some advice going through some things so We'll break that down. It's kind of a it's a. It's a long email of what's going on with them. So Dr be has that and again we'll We'll kind of share. That maybe could be relatable in some aspects for a lot of people who just a little bit here somebody tax at eight to nine four five. So what's the update with Post Malone has been rescheduled as far as that concerts? It was canceled in March. Don't have any update on that here. Are Some of the concerts that I do? Have UPDATES with Michael Boo blaze origines. Originally scheduled for was the eighth of this month. postponed it. Looks like until next year to six twenty one. So what does that February Sixth Twenty Twenty One Journey originally scheduled for it looks like it was supposed to go down the twenty first of this month that has been canceled. No date yet So not sure if they're gonNA reschedule it hall e so she was supposed to be here. Let's see July thirtieth. I believe that you saw that has been postponed for next July. So it's July twenty ninth twenty twenty one so just wanted to update with that and then Communica Baeau so originally she was going to hear August. Fourteenth at Vivian She has cancelled that show. There's still no news. We had heard that she was going to reschedule. But we haven't had a date on that yet so soon as we do. We'll let you know that's tough. I mean because who knows what's going to happen you know we just don't do and you know when they can figure it out on their end like they're going to you know who knows. They might cancel next year. They might not. It might be but when we get dates from the artists will definitely let you know Let's get into the bonus edition of Hollywood headlines Bonus Edition. And they're way above the sunset strip so of course all the celebs live at hood ripe and then it looks like let me sees their third one. Yeah and then they have. What are they have on this one? So they have the interior exterior lounges and a wet bar gourmet kitchen office. Dining room theatre. They've a wine cellar atrium garden a bar lounge so this is the second one is still entertainment area infinity pool without one an outdoor kitchen and a spa and the third one. So I kind of like I thought the third one was my favorite. Was that the one I liked the best very similar like the third one. I know they're all like modern and clean which this one's in belair just under seventeen male. Actually this might be a different one and it's Let's see. Is there another one? Yes brand new estate six bedrooms over twelve thousand square feet eight hundred gallon aquarium a waterfall infinity pool home. Jim Wine Cellar firepit custom fireplaces chef's kitchen they have a bar in a movie theater and then the master suite has this large. Dak with a fire pit and this massive rooftop deck as well views of the ocean the skyline and the canyons. So pretty cool. This is the one this is the one. Oh Gosh this is my favorite one. Look it up. Who'll look at the view? Just all the walls open up the glass doors just open up you've got the TV out there by the fireplace so many decisions the up you want to check out all the houses they're looking at. I mean just unbelievable it's just like an whole nother world can relate to exactly audits crazy crazy crazy and then Tara read. We haven't heard that name a little while. And if we have it's because a shark NATO thank God for that. Kept her kept her lights on it or Condo. She's accused.

"Model for Laura Dern's character in the movie marriage story for which she won an academy award Laura Wasser is also a celebrity divorce attorney coincidently was Laura Dern's divorce attorney and she's also the host of the podcast all severe with Laura Wasser and she's joining us now on news radio one thousand Katie okay so Laura I imagine you've seen your share of real life marriage stories I haven't seen it yet any get particularly ugly Mercer capital trying to change that by making it easier for people to break up amicably save the money and not have necessarily the same kind of I would say the issues and and misery that they had in marriage story I think that there is an easier and better way of doing it that will save people money and aggravation now in your podcast all's fair with Laura Wasser you you talk about break ups and relationships and some of the celebrities you work with yes I we don't we talk about it with similar burglaries and we don't talk about their yeah see but we hear people's stories about what they've gone through all spirits kind of continuing that conversation about human nature and human relationship we talk about breaking up we talked about making up we talk about hooking up and really examine all the ways that humans interact romantically and otherwise what do you think is that that that drew that is the number one what what is their number one characteristic that breaks up marriages I would say the number one reason you know people say well if it is an adultery extramarital affairs money I would think it's a lack of communication I think that people don't communicate and that leads to those other things so if you're not communicating getting what you need from your partner in terms of feeling beautiful or feeling seen or feeling you know masculine and having sex or talking about money and feeling not important because one of you make more than the other those kind of resentment and the failures to discuss get pushed down and you either go outside of the relationship to get what you need to act out at certain times in the relationship which can be harmful to the other person I would say a lack of communication would be the number one reason and I do think that there is ways to avoid that by really learning early on in the relationship how to best communicate when things are going well and then ultimately when things you know had a bump in the road which they do in every relationship you figure out the best way to be able to address those things talk about them and move through them she's been doing it for twenty years family law in Hollywood celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser is with us now on her podcast is all spare with Laura Wasser when you're talking about celebrities does the money is the money that it what makes it more ugly because there's so much money at stake I don't think so I mean sometimes it's more money more problems that really if you have a lot of money these things usually are easier to work out because nobody's worrying about having to go you know live in their car or not having enough money to pay for food for their kids what it really comes down to the difference between you know the celebrities and non celebrities is this the relative you know I might be worried about having to move into a smaller apartment and that person might be worried about not having you know their Bel Air mansion or a state it's the media I think that is the greatest difference is having to read about it in in the newspapers or see it in on the computer on TV you want to really prevent that from happening and I am seeing a trend with celebrities keeping it more amicable your conscious uncoupling getting along together for the sake of themselves and their kids I've had you know the liberty couples or high net worth people get divorced and then go on family vacations together after this is a trend in my hope is that trickles down to regular people like us because that is a healthier way to go through it it is said she is the model for Laura Dern's character in a marriage story in fact what was involved with Laura Dern in her divorce and the director of marriage story do I read that correctly that writer and director writer director Noah Baumbach I represented his ex wife Jennifer Jason Leigh so I am familiar with the family and they knew me and what I do and my office is look like said they did come to me for some kind of technical assistance on it but clearly Laura Dern's character for which she won an Oscar is a character or caricature of the family law attorney she's much more kind of aggressive and and villainous than I am my my entire practices based on figuring ways for people to amicably resolve their differences not ending up in court and for people to kind of be the masters of their own destiny it's why I have the old fair podcast and it's not the way we have the it's over easy online divorce service so that people can go on read about divorce be about other people's stories read about what professionals have to say about it they can go to our index which has resources in every state for professionals to help with co parenting professionals to help with financial information professionals to help with fixing your credit score getting new insurance if it's not available through your spouse's employer dating health and wellness I'm really giving people a place to go to get educated so that it isn't so isolating and scary and of course you can fill out the forms and get divorced right there online but all the rest of it besides actually going through the divorce process is free so if you know someone that's going through a divorce or thinking about it please direct them to the it's over easy website because lots of information there and of course the link to the all's fair podcast as well which can be heard on our I heart radio apps downloaded for free and you can also hear my podcast later with Leigh Matthews on that same app news radio one thousand Katie okay.

"Just wanna kick this off with an article that I spied on the internet Bel Air mansion has twenty one bathrooms five bars in a fifty million dollar mortgage this picture to house here it's pretty awesome in the foot hills of bel aire rises a billionaire the house has a name and the name is billionaire Los Angeles may mention that for a moment was the most expensive home for sale in the US and it went for they built it and they want to sell it for two hundred and fifty million dollars by the way have you ever been to Bel Air I have been to Bellaire I went to I visited a friend there indeed he know he had a pretty modest house in Bel Air but still you know in insane and I guess to describe it you sort of drive up these wind the roads into these hills in these cliffs and do it it's these huge houses that overlook Los Angeles but the funny thing is is that they're really not that far from downtown LA like you can be you can leave your house in being in downtown LA in like fifteen minutes like in terms of you know location it's pretty awesome you know especially since traffic is really bad in a way so even in this age of ultra wealth in the city with no shortage of expensive homes this one is over the top thirty eight thousand square feet of living space twelve bedrooms twenty one bathrooms three kitchens of forty seat movie theater infinity pool with a swim up bar in a four lane bowling alley here's a great part somebody somebody finance borrowed money to buy this thing the P. ninety four million for the house by the way they bought it with an L. L. C. so we don't know who owns the house so be listed there for token fifty million in a soul for ninety four million they took out a fifty eight million ten year loan for HSBC bank which would make the monthly payments about five hundred sixty thousand five hundred and sixty thousand dollar monthly payment jester you know just pocket change is walking around money the mansion is listed as a second home it's it's a second home in it the article goes on to say it turns out that the super rich sometimes buy houses like normal people so everything is on a much larger scale and by the way that mortgage it's a ten year mortgage which is noteworthy because if you have a ten year mortgage you're not going to pay a lot of interest thirty year mortgage is where you pay a lot of major so ten years actually you know pretty smart banks are eager to provide credits but even among jumbo loans this one stands out it exceeds the fifty three million mortgage Goldman Sachs gave to beyond say in JZ in two thousand seventeen on their eighty eight million Bel Air home so when you take out a mortgage but I I think yeah I see this a lot for a lot of people it's them it's the most important financial decision you'll ever make it certainly the riskiest and if Beyonce and Jay Z. you want to take out a fifty three million dollar mortgage which is also going to have about a half a million dollar monthly payment first of all they have a lot of equity okay so how they have you know thirty five million and equity so I mean the chance of this going pear shaped or tapioca is like pretty minimal and I think if you're JZ and he can't make the payments on the on the house is probably the least your problems I'm actually less worried about JZ I'm more worried about somebody like the one mosque who has a lot more money I mean he has you know thirty forty billion dollars but it's all tied up in stock and he doesn't have a lot of cash the other thing is that the rich people get to do everything better if your JZ and Beyonce so you can probably borrow money for as low as two point five percent two point five percent mortgage so if you're borrowing a two point five percent then I mean it kind of makes sense why you would take out a loan because it's kind it's not too hard to beat two point five percent I mean you know T. bills are one and a half percent I mean you can just you could like by looks super high quality corporate bonds at three percent in just the fees the mortgage as the rich get richer and the number of firms looking to manage their money swells the Big Bang stand apart with their deep balance sheets ability to provide credit for purchases ranging from art to private jets to super yachts I don't bring this up to to Stoke class warfare resentment or anything like that I think is very cool I would love to play in that league I really would that would be cool I I am not that fortunate Hey and I am not that talented and she's female just the facts there are more than two hundred thirty active super jumbo mortgages in the U. S. the end of two thousand eighteen and three quarters were originated since two thousand thirteen so which people are taking out mortgages the one thing I know about these mortgages is that minutes enough for that but the one thing I know about these mortgages is that you can't pre pay them which is kind of important I mean a thirty year fixed rate mortgage you can prepay those mortgages typically don't have prepayment penalties a big super jumbo mortgage for millions and millions of dollars typically have prepayment penalties they do not want your prepay so you know that is one downside but I'm sure he would rather have the twenty one bathrooms you can make a salad bar I like to talk about dealing from a position of strength dealing from a position of financial strength and there's another way to look at this there's another way to look at this you can talk about there's a term that was popularized by this scene TA lab in it's called anti fragile annually we can really define it is it's the opposite of fragile but there isn't a word for the opposite of fragile we don't the the word doesn't exist so he made up words called anti fragile and basically you want to be financially anti fragile you want to be resistant to recessions he want to be resistant to losing your job you want to be resistant to illnesses and medical emergencies you want to be resistant to car accidents you want to be resistant to legal problems will be resistant to all these things so I call it dealing from a position of strength and yes if you have more money in your naturally dealing from a position of strength but maybe not maybe not because it's more than that you could you could have lots of money he could have lots of income but you could also have lots of data in you could be in a financially precarious position I know people like this I know people that make lots of money and if you just blow on the economy and we get a slight down turn it's a zero they're done everything they're just done so I know lots of people like that they're just highly leveraged to men had twice Hey Hey they are very fragile we have a very fragile financial condition they have lots of income but they have lots of data in there on prepared for emergencies let me just ask you some questions and we'll get we'll get into the answers in a second.
