Rudy Giuliani: The Horrendous Allegation Against Hunter Biden

"This is him to his father. So you have two copies. Two his father, about the same time. So this is hunter writing to his father. We were talking about talking about his niece. Okay, he said, the 14 year old says, she, his niece, 14 year old. She told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate. And we left the name out when she saw that. I have to amend it. She is his sister in law. The widow of Beau Biden, with whom he was having an affair. So she told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with her daughter. With the daughter, 14 year old, when she says that I FaceTime naked with her and the reason I can't have her out to see me is because I'll walk around naked smoking crack something Tom Cruise. Talking Tom girl. Talking time girls on FaceTime when she was pressed, she said that so and so never said anything like that, but the bottom line is that I create and cause a very safe, unsafe environment for the kids. So that's the allegation from his sister in law. Allegation from his sister in law that the psychiatrist said that the niece said to her, the therapist, I think it's a woman. Her, my uncle is a danger, sexually inappropriate. He walks around nude, he talks to prostitutes on the phone. Now, if you go through the pictures, you're also going to see in that house of minor children, he spoke an excessive amount of crack.

"In the first year of the Trump administration. More civilians were killed by stray missiles and mortars and shit like that by American military than in all 8 years of Obama. All 8 years. So fuck them and that nonsense. It's hateful bullshit, but that's what got us Trump. That Comey moment that bought that little point. And so they were trying to recreate this with the fake Hunter Biden laptop and all that kind of stuff. And until somebody on national fucking TV rolls up with a hundred Biden laptop with that Beau Biden sticker on there and that better be a real fucking sticker. I'm gonna need some better be a little beached. It better be a little warm. A little flaking around the sides. Yep. Or just fucking bullshit. I don't buy it. And again, in this day and age that Rudy and Trump who've talked about this incessantly never shown a goddamn picture of it, ever. Ever, where is it? Oh my God, I love it. And I love how you break all this down, hell, because everybody is getting it now. And Steve Bannon oftentimes fucks up the whole plan because he calls it the hard drive from hell. Oh. Yeah. Fucks up the talking point. He says the quiet part loud, that it's not the laptop from mail, it's the hard drive from hell because he's never seen the fucking laptop. None of them have. Piss off. Oh my God. So aggravating. So anyways, like everybody who's like, it's real. It's real. Show it to me. Where the fuck is the picture? Where's the show me the Biden Beau Biden foundation sticker? I'll be using that at the pub today help. I'm gonna go show me a picture that on your phone. Yeah. Yeah. Bring it up. Yeah, yeah. That's a great, that's a great point. Because I told you, I had a trumper go. Yeah, well, if Biden didn't close all these pipelines, I'd go which one he referred to. Wow, the XL, you know, you know, I mean, the actual large one. Yeah, yeah, I go, I go, hey, do you realize that even if there's only 8% that's only hate, the Keystone is only 8% belt right now? You realize what do you mean shit? It wouldn't be dug. And oils come down the gas prices haven't because there's a delay in refinement and shipping. And there's a bunch of issues with like oil prices while they're going down, transportation costs for oil is still higher. So as it's being shipped around the world, it keeps the price high to get it from places to other places. How did you know that was going to be my next thing? Because I'm the resident genius. You are, look, I was just about to freaking show you this and get you to.

"A chance, turn your back on them now. Is that going too far? He is the president of the United States, though, because after all he won the election. Oh, Um Look, he signed some paper and he is the president. I'm not saying he's not the president. He is the president. He's the 46th, president of the United States. How do they become president? Okay. So can you turn your back? Well, here's where we are. No one else is speaking for us. No one else he can walk out there. Check his watch three times during a funeral. And the mainstream media will pretend it didn't happen. And talk about gaslighting. You know what Gaslighting is when You know? It's daytime right now. No, it's not. It's nighttime. What are you talking about? It's nighttime. It's day. I can see the sun. No, you don't see the sun That's the moon. What That's that's gaslighting. I hate the word. I still don't know what it means. Even though I just explained it. I can't stand it. And liberals are always saying Gaslighting. Oh, don't gaslight us. Well, they always say that when they're gaslighting you So, um, Joe Biden. Those caskets are coming off. During that somber ceremony, A Dover Air Force base 13 Americans, their bodies, their families are there. It's a wake slash funeral slash memorial. And what the hell is Joe Biden doing? Not once? Not twice at least three times and probably more. We have photographic evidence. Don't believe the fake news. Fake news has lied about this first they pretended it didn't happen. I've seen all the network reports from Sunday night a week ago Sunday. Those bodies come off the casket. I've watched every single one. They say Joe Biden was there to honor the fallen. Joe Biden grieved with families. After all, Joe Biden knows so much about grief He has endured so much. Joe Biden lost his family in 1972 and his son Hunter in 2014. Those are true, but Do you think he's played the grief card a little much we heard from the families. They wanted to talk about their sons and daughters. They didn't want to talk about Beau Biden. Sorry, but they didn't He did. He did because he's an egomaniac nut job who has no empathy, no empathy. We're highlighting this during the campaign. He's losing his temper yelling at people hiding from people challenging strangers to fights challenging older Americans to push up contest making fun of their I Q. I mean, really bad stuff for the guy who was supposed to be all about normalcy all about getting back to normal, huh? No, I don't think so. So, um Oh, yeah, And the fake news first days pretended it didn't happen, And then they said, Oh, that's just a conservative conspiracy theory. He only checked his watch once and the ceremony was already over. USA today actually wrote this Well, guess what? USA Today in the face of overwhelming evidence had to correct their correction. Say Yes, there are three photographs of Joe Biden three different occasions looking at his watch. During the most somber And serious of events. Those caskets coming off that cargo jet, those flag draped caskets, and he I guess had somewhere to go. Is the president. By the way, he's always trying to get out of meetings are getting out of get out a press conference saying I really gotta go. Uh, I'm going to be late. He says that You're the president, dummy. You're not late. You show up and that's when the meeting starts. Okay, You're not late. They let him get away with this stuff. It's um It's infuriating. It's almost comical actually, to watch the fake news cover for this guy. It's almost funny. It's almost funny. Oh, and I've been reading the books of the fake news. You know, writing a book is hard. Or at least it used to be. Now what they do is they just take all the articles they wrote, and they string them together, and they call it a book. Well, you know who's gonna laugh at these reporters. Historians in 100 years. Because we won't have to rely. They won't have to rely on their summaries on their their versions of what happened. They'll have access to actually what happened. They'll be able to watch that ceremony where Joe Biden actually which looks at his watch three times, they'll be able to compare it with what the media said. They'll be able to watch these events in their entirety. They're not going to rely on anybody's version of it. Neither should you, by the way. Neither should you. You know what media means? You know what the word media means. Kevin. Do you know what the word media means? Can you define it? I know it's Latin. But I don't know what it means. It's actually Greek. And by the way, I could not have told you this myself and I've been in the media, You know, for a long time. I had to look it up like what does that mean? And people will say, Well, it means a mass communications now is media is plural for medium Isn't that interesting? It's pretty interesting. Well, I mean, I think it's interesting number one that the media is the parole of medium and medium. Actually, I gotta I gotta double check the definition of medium But medium is something that It's a filter you go through a medium A medium is something in the middle between you and something else. And guess what. When something goes through something, it's going to be distorted. It's going to be twisted. It's going to be Magnified or it's going to be reduced or something. It's going to be warped and they warp it. They warp it the media up those mediums warp it. Why rely on them? Historians won't you can watch the entire press conference. You have the access you have the means. Time is a problem. But look why? What else can you do? You want to be smarter than the fake news? You can easily Because all those idiots still when they listen to us when they listened to his speech, they just They just are listening for a sound bite. What's the sound bite? What can we use? They're not trying to get the whole the whole matter. Why, because they can't cram 90 minutes or an hour into the into the evening news. They only have If they're lucky. 90 seconds, two minutes, tops. They've got to summarize all that stuff. Anyway, look. You can watch Netflix to the cows Come home..

Biden signs 30 executive orders first few days in office

"So Joe Biden walks into the Oval Office for the first time and sits down and, in essence, signs 17 executive orders with more to come, and they range from everything to rejoining the Paris climate agreement. Extending the moratorium on evictions and foreclosures. This is all about undoing the trump presidency. To what extent can that be accomplished by executive order? Well, there are things you really can do. I mean, it's it's quite remarkable. The degree to which he is able. This is the nature of our system to walk in. And with the stroke of a pen, you really can undo the Muslim ban. Now you can't undo the damage it has caused of the last four years. But there's a reason why he believes this. What some people are calling shock and awe approach to doing it is important. It's sending a message. To the public. That these things are not permanent. But what I think is interesting is when you talk to You talk to the people who are sort of plotting the legislative approach. What they say is there's basically two steps. There's the rescue. And then there's the recovery. The rescue is what you have to do immediately like getting vaccines out like imposing a mandatory mask policy on federal property and interstate travel. And then there's the hard thing. That's exactly the hard thing is big legislation, isn't it? And that demands encountering someone named Mitch McConnell? We've heard for years about Joe Biden's belief in In politics in the way that Barack Obama found distasteful. Remember Barack Obama saying? You go get a drink with Mitch McConnell. Joe Biden seems to thrive on that stuff. Is he deluded? How far going to get Well, he and Mitch McConnell have a relationship in that you know, it is. It is worth both identifying and then identifying the limits of it. It's worth mentioning that Mitch McConnell was the only Republican senator after all, who attended Funeral for Beau Biden in 2015. These two have a very long history. And one thing I'm hearing is that they are in fact, talking quite a bit. They have been in recent weeks now. None of that means that Mitch McConnell is gonna wake up tomorrow and suddenly be a compliant, enthusiastic Promoter of the Democratic Party's interests, But what it means is that there is a basis for communication and a basis for some calculation of the interests of both sides. And that is the core of what Biden basically believes about politics in 18 61. Abraham Lincoln comes forth. It gives his first inaugural address and it's addressed largely to the South, and it's an appeal for unity for the country to stay together the union to stay together. It's an amazing piece of rhetoric. But it failed. Who does Biden have to reach to keep this country from going mad from from becoming so disunited that it becomes non functional. Well, I have to tell you, David, you know that 18 61 address was very much on my mind as I was listening. Abiding. I mean, he summoned as you remember the words of ST Augustine, he said. People are defined as a multitude defined by the common objects of their love. And when I heard that I thought of Lincoln saying, of course, that he was appealing to Americans Bonds of affection as he put it there mystic chords of memory. And six weeks later, the civil War began. So this this fragile notion of coherence of national unity is It's a risky bet, and there's I think the temptation is to assume. Well, well. Biden needs to Somehow reach the people who have been lost to politics. You know, folks who have the kinds of people who are drifting further and further from From, I mean reality to be blunt about it. I think there's another view of this question of the pursuit of unity. And I had a really interesting interview in the days before the inauguration with Reverend William Barber, who is Civil rights leader. He's the co chair of the poor People's campaign. And he's been talking to Biden often on for months, actually, because They both believe in this idea of unity. But Barber is is fairly hard boiled about it. And what he said was look, the Constitution does not call for domestic tranquility. It calls for justice and what that means is that in order to achieve real unity That means you have to attack some of the underlying problems in society, and that may cause you more political disunity in the short

Smoking-gun email reveals how Hunter Biden introduced Ukrainian businessman to VP dad

"The New York Post breaks a story about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. And essentially, the story is this 100 Biden, who is in fact a crack, and I mean he is is a drug addict. He's an unsavory character. He has several hey, has had many affairs with various different Women. He's he's amassed. 100 100. Biden is just a mess is a mess of a human being. And not Joe's fault, per se. I mean, there were lots of good parents who have a message for Children. But it is Joe's fault that Joe has allowed Hunter Biden to run across the world, picking up sacks of cash by trading on his last name. And that is 100,000 has been doing for years. Right victim. Sacks of cash in China picked up sacks of cash in Ukraine, and for a long time conservatives have been focused in on 100 Biden's activities with regard to charisma. Now the original narrative with regard a breeze must breeze. My Satan is a natural gas and oil company in Ukraine, 100 was sitting on the board of the company and picking up checks for $50,000 a month despite the fact that he didn't know anything. About natural gas or oil, despite the fact that he himself was a personal mess. The only reason he was on that board is because he was related to Joe Biden. Joe Biden was then the vice president of the United States and largely in charge of Ukrainian policy. Well, Joe Biden and bragged on tape about getting one of the chief prosecutor's over in Ukraine fired He threatened with hold $1 billion in foreign aid to Ukraine until they fired this guy. Joe Biden always claimed that it had nothing to do with Hunter. This prosecutor claimed that he was about to investigate bereavement that was the company Hunter was working for. The chain has never quite been made. So there's a lot of controversy over the over whether Victor Shokhin, who was that prosecutor was actually going to prosecute charisma. There was indeed a lot of focus on Victor Shokhin is a possible corrupt figure inside Ukraine. Lot of people in Europe wanted. See Victor Show can go as the chief prosecutor in Ukraine, Biden has always claimed that his firing of victim Victor Shokhin was on the up and up. Soaking has always claimed that it was corrupt. That controversy has been out there for quite a while. What is unchallenged is that Joe Biden's family members ranging from his brother to his son, use his name in order to make money for themselves. And that does have an element of corruption to it. Now, The best that you can say about it is that Joe Biden turned a blind eye to it. Right. And this is sort of like show has argued Joe Biden has said, Well, I didn't know about it. Nobody ever did anything. Nobody ever did anything, man. Nobody. Come on, man. Come on. I never no, no. Come on. Okay, so Here's the bombshell. The New York Post reports that 100 Biden actually brokered a meaning between a Ukrainian oligarchs who was a breeze, MMA chief member and Joe Biden directly That's what one of these emails tended to suggest. So here's the story from the New York Post 100 Biden introduce his father, then Vice President Joe Biden, top executive in the Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressure government officials into Ukraine into in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who is investigating the company, according to emails obtained by the post. "Stories very, very interesting. Miss New York gets in The New York Post its the big story Right now I grates in the first thing is very smooth. Consolidated in 2006 in Delaware. I didn't know that. The other prominent person named the board was Devon Archer, stepson of Secretary of State John Kerry. That's not true. John Kerry stepsons. Last name is Heinz. But to tell you how shady the deal is. Archer's just another rich friend of theirs. Now a convicted felon in corruption case, But to tell you how corrupt the deal is, yes, Hunter. Biden was rolling with John Kerry's kid and they entered into a bunch of shady businesses together in shady international deals, including believe he was involved in the Billion and a half dollars that Hunter managed to finagle out of the Chinese communists, which were a hedge fund, which the commission on that is, I'm told I was told by Donald Trump Jr that interviewed last week. Is 3%, which would be $30 million. Teo Hunter, Biden and Hinds, who's a billionaire to thes. Kids have nothing better to do with their time. But Even Behinds kid because John Kerry marriage married billionaire Teresa Heinz Kerry, who wass the widow. Of Senator Heinz from Pennsylvania who died in a plane crash. Billionaire heir to the ketchup fortune. The deal with charisma was so bad that Teresa Heinz Kerry and John Kerry's son Sent an email to the State Department saying, Hey, I got nothing to do with this. I'm not involved in this. So let you know, But I gotta tell you if you read one story today, read this story in the New York Post and look at the pictures, you have to scroll through the pictures. But look at the vice president's son, adult son in his forties. Passed out unconscious in bed with a crack pipe sticking out of his mouth. Just who wouldn't want that person on their board? Who wouldn't say why? He's wonderful kid. He's wonderful, wonderful, wonderful notice when Joe talks about its cans, he talks about Beau Biden, his son who died of brain cancer. And I get it. You lose a child. It's horrible to lose a child. But he rarely ever acknowledges hunters existence hunters brought in a lot of money to the Biden grand family. You think you would at least warrant something? Yeah. Very, very interesting story and watching how the media will ignore this and they will. If you remember the the Hillary Clinton email story, most of the stories in the mainstream media they rarely touched on what the e mails said. They were. How were these emails obtained? It had to have been a Russian hack. It had to have been a Russian hack. It was John Podesta's emails that were actually remember. John Podesta was the Chairman of the Hillary Clinton campaign, and it turns out that somebody is sending Tio Podesta and a your emails been compromised. Click on this link. To reset your password was a phishing email. They know exactly how the emails were found. They weren't really hacked. He gave John Podesta game his password. To whom ever it was who hacked his e mails who got his e mails. John Podesta even forwarded that email sent a year emails been compromised. Change your password. He forwarded that to a campaign staffer who was in charge of their tech and said, Is this legit and the person wrote back? No. Do not click on that link. And John Podesta clicked on that link, probably beforehand, but in any event anyway. And it turns out his password was password famously. So you're not dealing with people who have the ID towards security will be perfectly fine with your personal data. All of your personal data, but not Not theirs there. Well, maybe they're all smoking Crack. Who knows who's your password is password. Do yourself a favor. And change your password today and don't change it to 1234567. Just just don't do that. Come up with something else. Something something complicated. Thinking of things that are complicated or not really complicated that they're being complicated. The Amy Cockney barrel hearings are still ongoing. One more day and then tomorrow they do the What's called a mark up, and then they put off the vote for a week because of stupid Senate procedures and really arcane rules. But, hey, that's what you do. I just This struck me as Curious odd if you will weird framing. By CNN, the cable news network. They really should get rid of the news part of their name that CNN You just be the cable network. Their headline. They're doing a live blawg of the hearing. Barrett says she owns a gun, but could fairly judge a case on gun rights. What the hell does that mean? President Trump's pick for the Supreme Court says her family owns a gun and that she thinks she can fairly judge a gun case. Okay. Our judge is supposed to be so removed from reality. Barrett says she's had Children but could fairly decided case that involves Children. Garrett says she she has Children but could fairly decided case that involves abortion. She says that you're as free speech But she could fairly destroy decided case that involves free speech issues. How is that any different? It's not. This is how these people are shown as a gun, but she says she could still Okay. Well, then, if you're just kind of using the implied logic there of CNN Shouldn't the really question be, or at least an equally important question. Be Any members of the Supreme Court who don't own guns have no business deciding a gun case. Now. Justice Elena Kagan does not own a gun. Yet she insists she could still adjudicate a case involving the Second Amendment. Why is it that The headline a headline. But because We're dealing with CNN. We're dealing with hacks. This is who these people are. They view things through a certain wins. For example, The New York Times headline on the kegan hearings are the Verity Here It is, quote. Barrett's testimony is a deft mix of expertise and evasion. The sub headline. Judge Amy Cockney very demonstrates easy familiarity with Supreme Court president but said almost nothing about whether they should stand which, of course, they just don't Now we go back to when Elena Kagan Was nominated..

"W F L A It's 6 12 on AM Tampa Bay and Alan in ST Pete watched the debate. And what do you think about it, Alan? Well, first thing is a couple of people called and said that President Trump shouldn't have brought up Beau Biden. President Trump didn't bring a beau by Joe Biden did when he brought up that lie about President Trump insulting the military and the only thing I heard, president Trump say, Was that he didn't know anything about Beau Biden. He shifted it over 100 by. Yeah, And when we were going to the break action and thank you for the call. I was talking to Jack about that cause Jack wanted to get to the call, so we don't have enough time to get to it. And I kind of mentioned it at the end there that last portion that that's exactly what President Trump did. He was talking about Hunter, Biden and Joe Biden tried to shift the conversation to Beau Biden and then Trump president Trump said. I don't know. But Bo and went on and talked about Hunter. The one thing I said he couldn't do yesterday was say anything about Beau Biden and he tried not to. But Joe Biden and his strategists. I'm sure buying the scenes Jack. We're trying to shift that conversation to bow to make the president or ask a zip. It appears as if the president was saying something disparaging against his lates. On Beau Biden and he certainly did not do that did not. He did not say those things in and was Atlantic magazine. All those lies about him saying these fools injured from Bubba, Blind people were their city and say anything like that, and they're two different things, so I know they they are, but he was Biden was trying to make it sound like that The president was disparaging to people in the military again, tryingto. Basically echo Atlantic magazine. Yeah, but one happened right in front of our eyes. Joe Biden trying to ship that conversation in his words happen right in front of our eyes. Oh, I know. The Atlantic magazine should have been sued. But President can't sue somebody because they've got first Amendment rights toe lie like all mainstream media has let's Goto Carol in Tampa. What did you think about the debate? Carol Yes, I thought President Trump did a great job and as Faras Biden, son he was just trying to be transparent to the public saying that he you know about all the money he got. And what? What did he do for the money? And using the tax payers money as leverage. So he wasn't trying to downgrade. He was just trying to be transparent to the public. The people are confusing. What's actually happening here? Hunter and Joe are Hunter and Beau Biden are two separate separate issues. The president is within his rights and should go after everything that Hunter Biden did. He could say what every wants about Hunter Biden just leave Bo who passed away it is Joe Biden's late son, Beau Biden shouldn't be involved in any of the conversation. Inside. I want to make sure people know that and the president did not try to get him involved in. He tried to get 100 Biden involved. But the previous collar Jack just said disparaging remarks about Hunter and the president wasn't trying. President can see what everyone's about 100 bike that is on the tail that's allowed. That should have been. He should have been. Disparaged by the mainstream media. The mainstream media ignored all of this stuff when Heiner 100 Biden making millions of dollars because his dad was ice president from the Ukraine from that company, Karishma, which he had no clue as to what he was doing her and didn't do anything really no doubt got millions of dollars and that never came out. Mainstream media ignored it. Because it wasn't President Trump's son who did it, then it would have been headlines. It's 6 15 on AM Tampa Bay, and we go to the newsroom and Chris treatment. The first showdown between President Trump and Joe Biden is being described as chaotic, combative and a disgrace. Trump spent much of the 90 minutes interrupting, shouting and even ignoring the moderator. Biden often try to ignore Trump by turning and looking straight into the camera to make his point. It's not clear who won his focus groups seemed to side with the candidate they planned on voting for before the debate. Presidential debate: Trump and Biden trade insults in chaotic debate

"Tonight president trump and former vice president Joe Biden came face to face and then some for the first twenty twenty presidential debate we have seen our share of norm busting moments during this trump presidency during this campaign. But that debate tonight went well beyond what we have ever seen the topics ranged from the supreme court nominee to the pandemic. The night was chaotic. It was tough to watch on television. It got ugly at times featured razor sharp exchanges and personal attacks. The two hundred thousand people that have died on his watch you were here. It would be two million people. He has no plan for healthcare. He has like almost everything else. He talks about he does not have a plan. He doesn't have a plan and the fact is this man doesn't know what he's talking about. Are you willing to tell the American people tonight whether not you will support either ending the filibuster war packing whatever position I taken that that'll become the issue is order Senator Russia? Is it true that you paid seven hundred fifty dollars in federal income taxes each of those two year I've paid millions of dollars in taxes, millions of dollars of income tax, and let me just tell you. There was a story in one of the papers attacking paid through the worst. America's ever had the mayor of Moscow as wife gave you three and a half million dollars as. Deserve. Do with Peres on of this country's. Speaking of my son, the way you talk about the military, the way you talk about them being losers and being and just being suckers my son was in Iraq he spent a year there. He I got the bronze star you got a conspicuous service medal. He was not a loser. He was a patriot and the people left behind. There were heroes brilliant i. took. Up My son Beau Biden you're tied on. Are. You willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups. Do it I a give me a name. Give me A. Trump continues counterattack on military comments

"Joining us now is Ginger Gibson Deputy Washington digital editor at NBC News thanks for joining US Ginger. Back. Let's talk about some of the fallout from these comments that were attributed to president trump about the military. There's a story in the Atlantic by Jeffrey. Goldberg and he tells a couple of stories. One of them was from two thousand eighteen when he was going to visit a World War One cemetery in France that got canceled in that article, he said that you know, why should I go to that cemetery is filled with losers. He called some of the Marines at died suckers and the rest of the article goes on to. Talk about how he always didn't get along with John McCain words it. He says there, how would these comments played out? What's been the reaction to this so far? Let's start just from the beginning and make clear that trump has vehemently denied the descriptions and accounts that are in that article, some of his aides who were with them on that trip to France have. Also. Denied the accounts that are in this article insisting that he is a supporter of the troops but putting that aside, the descriptions that are in this article are just really detrimental to the president and to the positions that he's taken as someone who is such a supporter in cheerleader for American troops and I think what's clear here too is that he's not talking about. Military members all of these being losers who are who are actively engaged in warfare. He's talking about the ones who've been captured who have died who have been injured sort of people. He thinks that let the best be got them at war, which is really at odds with sort of what we as Americans view the way that people who sacrificed in our military arm. But the interesting thing with all of this is that there was not just the Atlantic there was other news agencies that independently confirmed some of this stuff fox. News Jennifer Griffin she also confirmed a lot of these details. and. As you mentioned the president obviously still saying that he denies all of this stuff but there are a lot of people that have confirmed the so far. That's right. We have seen other news organizations provide some confirmation of the remarks, the losers in the suckers remarks, and you know there are some aides that could have disputed this for example, General Kelly at one point in the article describes an exchange with the president at Arlington Cemetery General Kelly Son who died in Iraq is buried is not heard from General Kelly disputing this account. So there are those who say that there's of evidence. At this is an accurate account and on a political standpoint, we've seen Democrats really tried to run with this fighting campaign was quick to start having veterans come out and criticize the president for this remarks, Vice President Biden, himself who son Beau Biden who has since died of cancer and Iraq they cut advertisements very quickly describing the the remarks that are in this this. So it was clear from at least their vantage point that they saw this as a pretty devastating account of the president, and as you mentioned, you know the president has been a pretty vocal cheerleader of the military throughout. His presidency. So we'll see if this damages him in any way politically but we'll just leave it at that for now

"Personal for him. He was quick to talk about his son, Beau Biden, who served in Iraq. Clearly Democrats in opening here, They're going all in on this story. You know, I think that's partly because they think this strikes at the president's brand you He wants to see himself as the one on the campaign trail. Talking about. About fully and stating military budgets and this this gets against this idea that he's the one that's close to the military on. I think it's important to remember that this comes after a long summer. You know, just a few months ago, we had military members, saying that they were really frustrated with reports that Russia had bounties on soldier's head. They were frustrated that they didn't talk about that with Putin. They're worried that he's making these threats about using military members to maybe break up domestic disputes. So no military members in Washington tell me at least that they're already really anxious that he could use them in ways that they don't think are appropriate and one of the things they're both trying to do. Mary Alice is get out on the campaign trail. Joe Biden was out there this week. And Donald Trump continues to hold these rallies. Very different campaign look. Yeah, talk about that a little bit, and that difference and whether by needs to get out there more sure. I mean, the pace is really picking up now, Joe Biden had by our count fewer than 20 in person events all summer. But he has three coming up just this week, and the president to the pace is really picking up with his family. They have a lot of events coming up in the next few weeks. I have to say that on my trip across the country Even in states where they're wass mask mandates or is close to the audition. Get not a whole lot of people wearing masks. I'd say about half and half. So so is the issue of Kobe. People just want to get over that. I know I don't think they want to just get over it. I think the two schools of thought and the visuals really underscored the ideological differences between these two candidates. I mean, that never. Masters proposed with Trump say.

"With the pandemic if he were to be elected president. And I think, too, that in one of the very first thing, said tonight the chair of party Tom Perez, saying that you know next week you'll get a chance to see Republicans. We will see what they're for. Costumes are. This has certainly been awkward at moments. We've talked at length about that the Democrats Be very proud of the fact that they have navigated that awkwardness and put safety first, like asthma, said. We were surrounded by people in masks and face shields this week, and this is a highly controlled environment. And they feel like voters will reward from from that also say, I think you know, the other Knights have had big long themes that stretched throughout the evening. Tonight's been more of a mismatch, and I think that's really because what mostly manners is that acceptance speech that job odd and will give later this hour. Alright, Mara unites right. There's kind of like, Yeah, you gotta fit everything in there and even if it doesn't all make sense, But the pandemic is the core of Biden's argument against Trump that Trump has failed to lead failed to use the vast resources of the U. S cover. I meant to keep people safe and to protect their livelihood. And I think that the Democratic Party knew that it had to walk the walk. If it was going to talk the talk if it was going to say we should wear masks, and we should take certain precautions, it was going to have to model that even at the expense of having No weird moments where someone is giving a speech that should have a lot of cheering people and there are no tearing people next week. It'll be really interesting to me to see if the president kind of goes back to his masks are for wimps. Approach and has a lot of non socially distanced events during the convention on DH that will provide the kind of contrast that Democrats think Is going to help them in the end. All right, one last word to you as we stand by for Tammy Duckworth's Yeah, I think one of the most interesting things we've heard tonight. And I think we'll hear more of tonight, both from Joe Biden himself and other validators of Hiss is you heard Christians talk about his faith, which is something that's so core to Joe Biden's worldview and how he views public service. It's one of the themes that I'll be watching and his speech because it's something that is just so clearly as a motivator for him, and that has been infused in the way that people talk about his empathy, the way that he dealt with grief in his life after his son, Beau Biden died. It is just it's one of the fighting fighting things about Joe Biden as a man that I think extends into how he would leave the country. Juana Summers. Thanks so much. Senator Tammy Duckworth's of Illinois will be speaking next, but in the meantime, let's go now to Congressman Rohana of California. Congressman Hannah is also the co chair of the California delegation to the DNC. He served as national cochair for Senator Sanders 2020 campaign. Hello, sir. How are you doing? Doing pretty well, Let me start by asking you how you think this convention is going I think it's been very strong. I think we've offered an aspirational vision of America. What the multi racial multi ethnic democracy should look like. And tonight. I hope that Vice President Biden offer economic Sir, I'm gonna have to cut you off. I'm afraid we've got Senator Tammy Baldwin. Stick with us, though. We'll come right back to you first enlisted in the Senate to serve my country. Get anxious, whether I'd be able to earn my way into the ranks, But I earned my wings and later commanded my own air assault unit, Learning that serving and leading in the military is both a privilege and a sacrifice. To be a commander. You must always put your troops first. Because one day you may order them to sacrifice everything for our great nation. To do that leaders must command their troops respect. And be worthy of their pledge to protect and defend our constitution, no matter the cost. Military service doesn't just take sacrifice from those in uniform. It's required from their families, too. Inside the grueling VP search that led Joe Biden to Kamala Harris

"Political news this week. Former Vice President Joe Biden has picked Senator Kamala Harris to be his running mate, and even though she was seen as a front runner from the beginning, the process to get there was unusual and laborious. There was 11 finalists involved a panel of lawyers and tough questions all around for more on how we got the biting Harris ticket will speak to Michael Shearer, national political reporter at The Washington Post, the first Black Association of Major Party ticket and the first California since Ronald Reagan. I think we've got to give Nixon and Reagan there. Do you know for a few decades back anyway? This process began was Joe Biden saying, I want to pick a woman for this role, and they drew up a list of more than 20 names. And cast a pretty broad net for that person. But I had a panel of four people helping them. Those people interviewed each of more than 20 people with basically a questionnaire. The same set of questions for each person questions like what would your agenda be? If your vice president what do you think Donald Trump's nickname for You would be presented those findings to Joe Biden and his wife, Jill. In a meeting and the vice president all adopt in one on one conversations with members of this group, and then they narrowed that list down to 11. Basically, finalists who were then subjected to a much more invasive and deeper betting for each of those 11 finalists. There was individually interview that was conducted In the last nine days by the vice president is a team of between 12 and 15 attorneys were assigned to each person to that, basically, everything they've done in their life. You know all public records on public speeches, all controversies. Financial matters. You name it. Everything you've done. You are asked to disclose to the vetting committee to discuss to explain your spouse's records also were subjected to scrutiny and in that process ended earlier this week when The former vice president. When with Campbell Harris and up to the end, I think it was some suspense is ironic, and that this was enormously laborious process and he ended up with a lot of people thought we were gonna end up from the beginning and it didn't change my common. Harris is probably the front runner of the front runner for the job when this all started and ended up with a job. Exactly, And there's all these little bumps along the way, you know, like with the debate where she nailed him on some race issues, and you know, he really did have to hold the heart not holding any lingering grudges, you know, and and in the end, he could make the right choice for him, But I want to go back to something you said, beginning where all the candidates were given the questions and their initial interviews. What do you think Donald Trump's nickname for you would be, and that's Actually such an important question right there, because that's what the president does. He markets you in a specific way in a negative way so that people won't trust you are what not so having that kind of foresight into how the president would attack you is so important. And for Kamala Harris She's kind of tough person a pigeonhole. She's a black woman. She's also Indian American woman. She's the daughter of immigrants. There's a lot of stuff in her background. That's gonna be tough. Just a pinpoint on her, So I'm sure that also fared into why she was chosen. I think I think there's a couple parts of that question. One is kind work out how the president attack each of these people, but the other part of how they will respond to the attack. I think one of the things with the interviewers were trying to get from that question is How prepared and how self aware. Are these candidates for what they're about to go through? If they are picked for this job, people involved in processing comma Harris would just come through the primary. She's one of the only Candidates here would actually gone through the whole primary process, which is itself a very grueling job interview, performed very well in the initial meeting was very confidence knew exactly what she was about to get understanding of policy and was compelling for the people who are talking with her, so I think it was something she passes by there from the start of this process, has said he didn't hold grudges. From the primary process, And as you said comma, Harris went after him effectively and very frontally in one of those early debates, and when she questioned his relationship with segregation of Sanders and says she's been personally offended by the fact that he had opposed Forced busing programs by the federal government. But their relationship actually did not begin there. She had been very close with Beau Biden, who remains Joe Biden sort of emotional load star here, his son who died of cancer two years ago, They had both been attorneys general together at the same time had been friends had worked together on big cases, and they knew each other there. There are also times sort of behind the scenes on the campaign trail. Including one moment in October, where Biden and Heresies entourage found themselves in the same private airport hangar area, and Joe Biden her way with a certain walk away and spend some time with each other. So I think they felt They had a pretty good relationship with each other. That had transcended that, and we see that in this choice goes bad feeling cleaner and the issue of race because he initially said a long time. Well, yeah, I'm gonna pick a woman. I commit to that. But then, increasingly, as the process started going, it seemed like the push for him to put a woman of color started increasing and there was a lot of different women of different ethnicities on his short list. But this kind of also was the thing that was looming throughout the process. Yeah, I think it's built throughout the process. Time This process began the George Floyd and that has not happened in Minneapolis. There weren't these protests around the country and over the course of the summer, more and more groups came out more and more public letters written Jo by themselves, was taking private meetings with black officials consulting allies of his were telling him. It's really important for you to pick a black woman here. And you know, While the campaign maintains that that was not the reason Harris was picked its structure, the environment in which the decision was made, and I think, arguably if he had gone with a white woman like Elizabeth Warren, the Massachusetts senator or Michigan, gonna graduate. There would have been a backlash in the base of the party that I wouldn't have to deal with Michael Scherer, national political reporter at The Washington Post. Thank you very much for joining

Biden rallies establishment in bid to turn back Sanders

"Biden Wins. Every county in South Carolina from the hills to the C. Colossal victory in the first representative state. Is this the second day of the rest of his political life? Well it certainly feels that way. I mean look at the last forty eight hours. You have money which he hasn't had you've had endorsements you have people on the hill rallying around him. There's a Russian expression I think Peter might know it Success has its own aroma. That when you start winning that something happens that there's sort of an aura. People wanted to see him win. It's not just that he won one really big. And the the proportion of the African American vote the way he dominated constituency which is so important in a Democratic primary centene incredibly powerful message to people who had been wavering about him Peter Baker I recall a donald trump using biden's name a time or two in the past. Have you any evidence about how the president is processing the Biden Victory in South Carolina? I'm really what it may mean for the rest of the race. Look I think we know that the president would rather see Bernie Sanders. He's Kinda Telegraph that as his opponent. Candidates are notoriously bad picking their opposition. They they may not always have the right decision on that. But I see the contrast between the socialist and his version of capitalism as advantageous choice for the fall so tonight at the Rally. You heard him go. After Biden. Newly Resurgent Biden. Pretty harsh terms. He mocked him as feeble minded. Kind of has been ridiculed the vice president for his verbal gaffes lately confusing names saying that could be tomorrow's Super Thursday instead of Tuesday that kind of thing and he seemed to relish it but at the same night is trying to stir the pot. He's trying to get the sanders supporters. Upset whatever happens if he would lose if he were to lose. The president is saying is because it was a coup. That was the phrase there. Were he used today? I think on twitter because he wants to say they're the establishment is stealing it from Bernie Sanders in his view. He wins either way. He gets a candidate he wants and Bernie Sanders and a stark choice. Or you know. He gets a moderate Democrat to face but makes the laughter try get the left anyway. Upset BECAUSE BERNIE. Sanders did get what he says is fair do congresswoman. It's hard to imagine and fast forward through the history of the Democratic Party to a time where there has been one colossal consensus figure in the Democratic Party coming off his historic two-term presidency. He and the former first lady are often at the very top of opinion polls for most admired man. Most admired woman talk about the Barack Obama effect potentially on this election. Well I think it's a significant effect and I don't think it just rest with president former President Obama. I think you know when you look at people who were central to the Obama Administration now coming out in support of Joe Biden. That is in some ways telegraphing where the OBAMAS are and so. This shouldn't be a surprise me. We in some ways it would be kind of odd. Obviously if Vice President Biden didn't get the support of these allies of President Obama. We'd be all over that that. I do know Susan. Rice endorsed today among others. Well she did and I think that you know when you look at the range of endorsers especially today from Susan Rice and shoring up the foreign policy backing Joe Biden on domestically to have better work. Stand there along with Buddha judge or with char that makes a huge difference. Those are big signals sometimes. Endorsements don't matter at all in a campaign and we overestimate that but these were big Carolina. I'd like to read from you. The work of Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns over at your outfit very simply. The headline tells the story frozen in anxiety. How Democratic leaders leaders struggled to confront Bernie Sanders What is the story mean for the future potentially of the Democratic Party? Well it means a couple of things one if you look at that story part of the reason that they had a difficult time building consensus at that point around. Biden is because the campaign was really bad. The candidate was not reaching out to people as obvious as Harry Reid. The money was not coming in. Joe Biden was running in a very old fashioned way. He didn't have the base of say small donors and I think that story gets that and I think everyone should read. It is really the tension that might erupt if the Democrats are successful in kind of building up Biden as the Anti Bernie and prevailing like do they risk alienating. Some of the young people especially young men have gotten excited about Bernie Sanders to your first point. Sometimes people just like to be asked Harry. Reid came out in the last twenty four hours and endorsed but as they say that would have been nice lovely before the primary in his State. But actually you're raising a good point because today. I don't know if you've heard Biden's remarks he asked for people's help. He asked for their support. So somebody is sort of getting that message to him and Dunn Edwards a blatantly political question. What do you do about the split in the party? What do you do if you arrive at your convention? You'll be there and Bernie Sanders has slightly more of the delegates and that there's a group that wants to nominate Joe by first of all. I hope that we actually don't get to that point because I think it is really difficult. One and I would urge Democrats to stop running the Anti Bernie Campaign. They can run a campaign that elevates Joe Biden support coalescence around Joe Biden without sort of putting a knife in the Bernie Sanders supporters. I think that would be wrong for our party. And it certainly will not help us coming out of the Convention to have fully United Party. I mean Bernie has said that he's committed to that and I actually believe him on that point and I don't think he's GonNa be used as a pawn by Donald Trump. Should he not get the nomination but exit and that kind of exit is really important and so we have to figure that out? And I don't know yet whether burning might have enough to go into the convention and consolidate support and get the nomination. That could still happen. I do think for all you viewers watched Texas if Joe Biden does really well there I think in in Bernie a does well on Super Tuesday but Joe Biden has enough reason in enough momentum to to really challenge him in a number of places. I think there's a really good shot that we go and I'm not just saying this because I've dreamed about it as a reporter forever but that we go to a convention and have a contested convention you guys are on different teams just simply just because the anxiety for anti I get it. Zantac sales will spike Peter. I've got a tweet from Aaron. Blake over at the Washington Post again to keep things fair. Republican members of Congress haven't sent one tweet or press release mentioning Burris Ma or Hunter Biden since February seventh per alleged storm. One day after Biden Win South Carolina. Senator Johnson of Wisconsin sends this letter on a Sunday. No less Sometimes Peter the Republicans are Director. Never Ironic fifth well. Look you know. Burris wasn't necessary in the Republican. Playbook when Biden was down and out he was a fourth-place fifth-place finisher and the early primary states and they had bigger fish to fry at that point. It was Michael Bloomberg on the rise Bernie Sanders on the rise. They were focused on them. Now Biden of course is resurgent. You're going to hear a lot. More about Burris men Hunter Biden. And that's something that Democrats have to take into consideration is they picked their nominee because it is a subject. They're going to have to address the fall. If Joe Biden is their nominee either got to figure out how they're going to answer it how they're going to defend against going explain it. Some of these things can be dismissed as well. President trump was exaggerating. But there are some things that are genuinely troubling to a lot of voters even Democrats who have been disturbed by by some of what they've seen so this is a big factor in a way the Republicans are trying to stir the pot here before Super Tuesday. But it's a reminder that we're playing we're not playing ball and this is going to be a big contest come the fall. Whoever's the nominee Peter you're around to cover the Obama White House year among the former presidents biographers when people ask you what you saw of the relationship between President and Vice President? How easy was the relationship that kind of thing? How do you answer? That's a good question. I didn't start off that easy. In fact these are two very different kinds of personalities. They came from different generations. Different backgrounds different experience levels different introvert extrovert kind of ways of dealing with people but over the years they were together they really did bond in a pretty significant way. I think certainly you saw that by the time. Beau Biden died and Barack Obama gave the eulogy at the funeral. That was about as close a bonding moment as you can imagine between two political figures that doesn't necessarily mean he. He thought that Barack Oh so he thought that Joe Biden necessarily the best candidate to run this year. I think the Rock Obama had his concerns but now that we're facing a choice between Bernie Sanders and one other candidate. You can sorta see as as you put it as Kelly and her colleagues wrote the subtle hand of of Obama coming into play here which clearing the field to some extent of the the other Moderate alternatives that is a biden versus sanders. Kind of contest. Everybody Strap in Super Tuesday star. Hours are great thanks to Peter Baker to Caroline Ryan to Donna Edwards for starting off on manic

Watch the Democratic debate in South Carolina tonight, Democratic line up

"Again tonight the Democrats there in South Carolina South Carolina primaries coming up on Saturday then followed immediately by super Tuesday and so the candidates are all up there let me see who's going to be on stage tonight here's the full list we have Elizabeth Warren Joe Biden Bernie Sanders senator Amy Klobuchar from Minnesota Michael Bloomberg is going to be back let's see if he's prepared and all this time around Thomas Dyer whose another one that's kind of unprepared and getting really silly when his you too bad at all really sick of them yeah it's amazing he's he spent a lot of money as well not needs that spending Bloomberg money Bloomberg it's estimated has already spent a half a billion dollars in ads both prince both television radio and internets and mayor Pete's gonna be onstage as well so you have with a whole bunch of them out there we'll see see who the low the long knives obviously you're not gonna be out for Michael Bloomberg this time around he's proven that he's not going to be the candidate he's just an apt I think would be the way to put it to good for dead last debate was just terrible they'll be out for Bernie Sanders this time because Bernie is the front runner they're all gonna be going after Bernie watch that tonight problem is Bernie's not a fighter but Jesus ease a savvy politician I mean that's really all he's done all his life do you have a job until he was forty all these really done is yeah even from the public trough is now you don't congressman senator mayor so he's done he's just you know been a public servant his whole life didn't didn't Poland regular paycheck to lose forty years old unbelievable but he's going to be up there tonight nonetheless we've had to Bernie Sanders talking about who should be the candidate because member last time Bernie was making a good run of Hillary and it looked like at one point in fact he was going over taker and delegates and then the Democrats pulled this stuff with super delegates and all this stuff and all by the way well we found this these delegates over here they happen to be in the wrong room will bring them all they want to vote for Hillary okay and then wow we get found this carload of delegates over here and this busload here they were stuck up in Wisconsin you know they want to vote for Hillary that's right okay so here they pulled all this magic and basically stole the nomination away from Bernie well Bernie is just letting him know that he's paying attention this time around I guess and he feels that who's ever rides at the democratic convention with the most delegates should be the nominee this is Bernie Sanders Cardi one candidate comes out on top the state of the country you voted for that candidate all but by the way we don't think the candidate should be the nominee I think that would be a serious serious problem for the Democratic Party and I think it will wreck havoc all on that person's campaign what was your view Verney it'll ruin that Carson's campaign because they won't won't be the nominee anymore Pete mayor Pete from a south bend Indiana he's also up there running thirty seven years old I'd like to see he's out class but he is very very well first if you see every every word he said his B. is practiced every movement he makes has been run through focus groups he's very very I don't see a plastic up on stage but he certainly is smooth talker the whole bit but he's realizing as are the Democrats the Bernie Sanders is the candidate and if he comes out of super Tuesday with so many delegates he very well could be the candid unless of course the Democrats pull some crazy shenanigans but mayor Pete up there he realizes of Bernie Sanders is his nominee it's going to destroy the Democrats and so he sold up his hands and Hey guys over here you know I'm a viable candidate let's give a listen to cut after this is mayor Pete we have put together a campaign with has a different way of approaching politics that has drawn together people across ideological spectrum in in in different kinds of communities and stand the best chance not only defeating senator Sanders well if we can unify the party but of defeating president trump in the fall okay I don't think that last one's gonna happen but again he's kind of saying Hey if we put Bernie up there the boy we're all in trouble and then there's old Joe Katie green our ring in the inter webs I found a great piece of audio from Joe Biden told Joe Jo Jo Jo Jo Jo Jo is not sure what he's running for let's listen to Joe Biden South Carolina yesterday and I have a simple proposition here I'm here to ask you for your help right come from you don't get far less yes my name is Joe Biden I'm a democratic candidate for United States Senate look me over your legs he help out and now both of you have a bite give me a look though okay wait wait what what are you doing you run that bias against Jerry can I have a simple proposition here I'm here to ask you for your help right come from you don't get far less yes my name is Joe Biden I'm a democratic candidate for United States Senate look me over here like was he help out if not both together by give me a look though okay okay hold on he is a democratic candidate who's running for the United States Senate and if you don't like him that vote for the other Biden who put the replacement so did sound like he said you know sit down sit down Joe somebody get him some water let's maybe check as wires in the back to make sure that they're all firing properly argue I think he's lost a couple of cylinders there yeah I know he's not he's not firing fuller is easy it's not the no not the old politician used to be falling back on his lines who is running for the Senate folks Joe Biden's running for to be the democratic candidate for president okay now not finding sentenced in state Senate Joe you know used to be kind kind of funny that's actually kind of sad you know he's there so many times he'd be in Ohio we get confused call at Iowa and and I say it's sad because he was doing an interview a couple weeks ago and he mentioned how every morning he gets up and he says you know it should have been both it's running for president beau Biden was the son the son that tragically died of brain cancer he was the Attorney General of Delaware and Joe every morning thinks himself should have been a son running for president so maybe is doing in his honor but Joe I know you're probably gonna do well in South Carolina maybe up on the stage just clarify that you are running to be the Democrat candidate for president case people think you're still running for Senate I'm

"As you know and beau Biden all that well senator Kennedy it said as as our physician partners at MD Anderson and Dana Farber Cancer Institute called a death sentence the current drug has been in the market it was approved in nineteen ninety nine that's at least drop twenty years ago twenty years ago it's been generic since two thousand and ten correct it's a tough indication for multiple reasons first most drugs are designed not to get to the brain correct and this drug has to get into the brain otherwise doesn't work talking with the difference between what dollar pharmaceuticals doing because you know you have a proprietary advantage we do we have a small molecule that's been absolutely proven to cross the blood brain barrier national Cancer Institute means I don't get it that's cool the blood brain barrier and not and that's the point you got to get for the blood stream to the right is that really what the human body has been designed to avoid having things get to the brain as a protection make sure so drunk I'm sure you don't cross the blood brain barrier so that's number one and number two this is a disease where surgery is not completely effective as opposed to other solid tumors were you can to physicians can remove the tumor not enough of a safety margin so you want to treat the turnover to Maria has its removal you want to a tree they do surgery is called the ball king which is removing part of it but because this tumor infiltrates the micro capillaries you can't get also you gotta be able to get through the into you know take a fifty thousand of you and also my curfew at the same time they're out to get into the brain with enough potency to have an effect how is this developed how did you guys come up with the national Cancer Institute actually in the old days where there were finance to do basic research found the compound ran forty phase one and phase two trials in non small cell lung cancer and the I. P. G. in ovarian cancer and G. BM G. BM was the most advanced so that's the one del Mar focused on initially ultimately we intend to go other indications but without first want to get approval for GPS will talk about the ark of that story without the approval for you on that in in that because obviously we hear this and I will tell you I'm gonna get a hundred emails from from from years across country how do we get a hold of how do we get a hold of these guys sounds like some test of already been done yeah you are currently in late stage phase two trials for two GB I'm populations the first one is first line which is the first time you're they had no safety side right is that is that the safest part it's okay and continued okay or in your it works okay great and then once you're past you going to face three and that's is that the clinical that's final clinical stage before approval so we are at twenty five out of thirty patients and rolls first line studies we are sixty plus patients out of eighty three and rolled in the second line so we're going in both our television audience we have there the you know where they are in that in that story for the FDA for our radio audience who just got a big issue about com will have this interview but also you can go to del Mar pharma dot com and you can bring this slide across from their website for you as a company okay and and and I'm I'm thinking in terms of bio pharma here in the city of San Diego but now nationwide and internationally with respect to where you're at are you happy with where you're at because it sounds like you're way ahead from if I read your story I don't I I you knew you had something yes is gone faster and more successful than that it seems like you anticipated it has at the society for nor oncology meeting two weeks ago with published results were for the first time we're actually publishing survival data up until now we've been publishing treatment on treatment and really was that the data about how the tumors are responding Mike we have two patients whose tumors has gone below bearable limits it can be measured but now we publish data that shows we are showing that fifty percent improvement while overall survival for both patient pop and I still want to have it taken out I mean I and a protocol surgeon called the ball came and radio they can't remove all of the okay because they would be removing healthy brain tissue and safety my active got a it is the CEO and president of dumb or pharmaceuticals still more former dot com very quickly first of all we have to have you back because I can talk to you for forever about this how we doing overall in fighting cancer as a society we are we are we move the ball down the field so we are absolutely moving the ball forward I think we all have high hopes for immunotherapies and cocky therapies but in certain cancers alike GBM we don't believe in our scientific advisory board does not believe that the current immunotherapies will work there been a.

Winners and Losers of the Democratic Debate

"The Democratic Party is trying to figure out who it is during these presidential primary debates the big it's the big highlights that you see we'll go through some of them it's all the Sniping Amy Klobuchar and Liz Warren and Kamala Harris get some shots in their Liz worn the people going after Elizabeth Warren then you've got booed edge in Baidoa going after each other and that's all very interesting the central fact of the debate is that Biden is falling apart his polling is collapsing his ability to stand on stage is collapsing Bernie Sanders had a heart attack a week and a half ago he seemed much much more lucid and vibrant and energetic than Joe Biden did and to our knowledge Joe Biden hasn't had any heart attacks this was all about your and he just he was saying things that didn't make a lot of sense he was kind of losing his train of thought he was pushing different analogies together it just didn't and buyer confidence that this is the guy at one point biden was explaining his economic plans and he said he was gonna he was gonNA stop people from clipping coupons in the stock market get what I've talked about is how you get things done and the way to get things done is take a look at the tax code right now the idea we have to start rewarding work just wealth I would eliminate the capital gains tax that would raise the capital gains tax to the highest rate of thirty nine point five percent I would double it because guess what why in God's name should someone who's clipping coupons in the stock market make in fact pay a lower tax rate than someone who in fact is like I said a schoolteacher and a firefighter it's ridiculous and they pay a lower tax so none of that is true nothing he said even comes close to approaching truth to be I don't even know how you judge the truth value of the statement clipping coupons in the stock market because people do not clear up coupons in this I guess they would be really just really good frugal stockbrokers if they clipped like if there were some coupon to get a better price on some mm some portion of a company doesn't make any sense I think what he was trying to say is people gambling in the stock market that's that's a frequent analogy you hear from the left and that it's unfair the people who are gambling are paying lower tax rate than their secretaries this is aligned Warren Buffett's used this line it just isn't true it is not true at all where does it come from it's because the capital gains tax rate is lower than the income tax rate for some people actually eat for people Oh who you know if you're talking about your secretary you're talking about the you know the janitor is paying more higher tax rate than the the stockbroker or the on manager of that perhaps isn't isn't true anyway even on the income tax rate but what happens is for a lot of people work in finance they get a salary but then they get most of their money as a bonus or in when you're talking about the millionaire billionaire class they're paying capital gains on the or paying capital gains taxes on their investment income so you're not even talking about bonuses you're not talking about income you talk about money that's in the market that's investments and then the money that you make out of those investments you pay a lower tax rate even on that that is money that has already been taxed at the corporate level so even that argument is not true but y the way this gets interpreted is that billionaires are paying less money in taxes than their secretaries that is never that's not even close to true the wealthy in this country pay virtually all of the taxes the top ten percent pay the vast majority of taxes in this country top one percent pay a lion share of taxes in this country I mean the half of the country doesn't pay any taxes at all in terms of federal income taxes so this whole argument is bogus the problem with Biden is not that he's making a bogus argument everybody was up there said he wasn't even making the argument well and he was confusing his words and then here's the knockout punch they brought up Ukraine Anderson Cooper brings up Ukraine and Joe Biden incredibly lies on camera again and says he never discussed Ukraine with us President Yeah as you've said your son Hunter today gave an interview admitted that he made a mistake and showed poor judgment by serving on the board in Ukraine and did you make a mistake by letting him you're the point person on Ukraine at the time if you can answer book my son statement speaks for itself I did my job never discussed a single thing with my son about anything having to do with their crane known is indicated I have we've always kept everything separate even when my son was the attorney general of the state works we never discussed the there'd be no potential conflict okay there's a lot of confusion here first of all he says he's doubling down on a statement that he made that no one his ever suggested that Joe Biden talked with Ukraine or talked with his son about Ukraine and there's no evidence of that at all the trouble is someone has suggested that the person who suggested that was Hunter Biden in a New Yorker profile in July and he actually reiterated that statement on good morning Arca on ABC News two days ago did you and your father ever discuss you know as I said only time was after news count it wasn't a discussion in any way there's no to this no we never did what hold on hold on you say did you ever discuss Ukraine he goes no just one time there was one time we I'll shoot they told me not to say that no there's no but we didn't we wasn't even a discussion sure we said something he said something we were talking about it but that's not I wouldn't call that a discussion it was more of a discourse it was more of a Colo Que- it was next question place past next question Joe Biden even in his answer by the way he says we never talked about Ukraine even when my son was the attorney general of Delaware that's not the sun we're talking about joe his Sun Beau Biden his late son Bo Biden was the attorney general of Delaware the son who was on the Ukrainian Energy Board was Hunter Biden and hundred says he did talk about it and Hunter Biden goes on because good morning America their credit actually pushed him on it. There's an old saying you didn't talk about it then you're saying you did talk about it by the way what were you doing on the board in the first place that I hope you know what you're doing doing I said I do and that was literally the discussion why because my dad was vice president United States there's literally nothing as young man or as a full grown adult that my father in some way has not influence over as it does not serve either one of us when he said I hope you know what you're doing what did he think you were doing well he read the press reports that I joined the board of reasonable which was eight Ukrainian natural gas company and there's been a lot of misinformation Shen about me not about my dad nobody buys at but advises idea that I was unqualified to be on the board what were your qualifications to be on the border berries I was sharing with the board Amtrak for five years I was the chairman of the board of the UN World Food Program I was a lawyer for boies Schiller flexner one of the most prestigious law firms in the world didn't have any extensive knowledge about natural gas or Ukraine itself though no but I think that I had as much as anybody else that was on the board for yeah this is this is not going well for Hunter Biden because he's right he probably didn't have any less knowledge than anyone else on the board this is a crooked board that's what really anti boards are certainly an oligarch countries like Ukraine when and corrupt countries like Ukraine they say what previous experience did you have what qualified you to be on the board of this Ukrainian energy company while you're while your father was vice president as well I was on the board of Amtrak you know that other company that has a relationship to the federal government that my father famously travels on so much that they call him Amtrak Joe Yeah it was on that so what are you calling me a nepotistic for and before that I was on another board and hey look I did have one real job I worked for boies Schiller which is maybe the most famous democratic lobbying law firm in the country okay all right doesn't acquit himself very well here so biden collapses on stage in real time two ways to respond to this for the Democratic Party and for the candidates they can either remain hardline progressives or they can try to take Bernie Haddens place in the moderate lane because the moderate lane now is falling apart so there is an opening here I was wondering I thought why on Earth was the Lgbtq townhall on Friday what was the purpose of this and then it occurred to me people were tweeting about this they had that LGBTQ crazy town town all on Friday because then it allowed the Democrats to look more moderate at this debate just a week later less than a week later while we're having to discuss any of the LGBT issues in the pronouns and the genders so there was a real opening and I think the Democratic Party tried to try to make sure it looked in opening four moderate now some candidates can't take that Bernie Sanders is never going to be a moderate he went full bore leftist last night he said on the collectivist issue Parekh Salon climate change you said it's the greatest threat that the planet has ever faced this planet faces the greatest threat in its history from climate change and the green new deal that I have advocated will create up to twenty million jobs as we move away from fossil fuel energy efficiency and sustainable energy all right the weather which may or may not increase in temperatures slightly a little bit over the next century he is the greatest threat the planet has ever faced says Bernie Sanders the man who probably never heard of the Cretaceous Paleo gene mass extinction event three quarters of it wiped out he probably hasn't heard of that one so he's just it's a little historical ignorance for him that's the far left that's about as far left as you go with Bernie Sanders Baidoa Rourke so trying to play into that left Lane Betas campaign is falling apart I mean there's pretty much no reason should be at this debate anymore and so he's he's been trying to signal that he's as left as they come over the past few months this is after a career where he played himself off mostly as a moderate in Congress and so he obviously doesn't believe in anything but he felt leftism was going to bring them all the way it looks like that's not gonna work so he's one last tries going to say that we're going to undermine the second amendment he's GonNa take away all your guns go door to door take them all away how exactly are you going to force people to give up their weapons you don't even know who has those weapons look we're GonNa make sure the the priority is saving the lives of our fellow Americans I think almost everyone on this stage agrees that it's not right and as president would seek to ban the sale of fifteens and AK47's those are weapons of war they were designed to kill people effectively efficiently on a battlefield to be clear exactly how are you going to take away
