"You don't have pain throughout the body. So i look at that indo. 'they liam and even the lining of the endothelium the quake cakes as primary biohacking territories and the idea that you can use feedback any system in the body where you can get. External feedback will improve more quickly. Than if you just sit there and try and look at it. Even if you're a meditation guru santa cave and you can make your your thumb or your hand. Get really hot here and there are guys who can do that. They can change ten degrees by temperature. Hook thermometer up to it and show them the thermometer and they can do it faster. So feedback is just valuable in this feedback on system. Most people don't know you can measure or have any impact on but it has been around for ten plus years on it does compete with with chemicals which i think always a good thing to do. I'll write. would you be up for a question or two. From the upgrade collective members would love to alright. John's got his hand up. But i can't tell if that's because he wanted to ask a question or he just left his hand. Upjohn since your hands up. Woody have to say actually. The question was really about the pots because I got a couple of daughters that both get light headed miss and we give them salt. They keep salt with them so that they can. You know not stop doing their activities in that raises a breath blood pressure just enough to eliminate the problem. And when i heard you talking about how you could learn to control blood pressure with this. I thought maybe that would work. But i wrote you the the question in a text and you really already really already screen that question. So i don't and the pots is actually originated from lime. It's not it's really lime related. The doctor told it's not actually butts a right. 'cause it's from lime. It's not really pots yet. Thank you said it is but that most people would treat the pots and not treat the lime. She said of retreat the line and just do the salt For the pots at this pot system symptoms would improve in. so that's how we approached it. You know how are they doing with their lime treatment overall like are they winning no I'd say i'd say they've improved quite a bit but there's a lot of ups and downs for both of them. Yeah so then. I'd even turned this over today in his experience but yet the i agree with the doctor in this case i mean you obviously need some hacks to get the blood pressure up immediately. I don't know if zone is the right tool to do that. There's money back guarantee you can try. It can work. You only need one of them for both your daughters so they can try to doesn't work send it back and we'd love to hear the results from it. I should have mentioned that this one of those things where it was like sixty or ninety days some long amount of time. I don't remember what it is. It's on the websites guys. Don't quote me on that but you can try to look. I did it. You really need to do it for about four six weeks or something. Pretty regularly to start seeing the numbers change. They won't change. the. I say there is ninety days so you can try it for in two months and say okay. I got the results. I could see my blood pressure. Or i didn't and then send it back so i i just think that's a that's the biggest vote you can have of confidence when nine days is plenty of time to see the results and and so it's like either is gonna workers not gonna work and for specific cases of lyme. Some lime co infections things like barnala will infect the endothelium in fact there's a chronic number of people probably tens of millions in the us alone who have stuff living in their endothelium slow growing bacteria. And certainly something that i dealt with before Does doing this kind of training with zona were training into the feeling. Does it affect the co-infections that come with lime. No idea no idea. But you treat lime and you use zone. I mean she's going to have an idea. You don't have a clinical study but you have an idea so again so we're dealing with so there is an dible nitric oxide. Synthase is inside the endothelium right. So if there's an infection they are producing crazy amounts of nitric oxide that does disrupt the normal functioning of feeling sales and the normal functioning of the endothelial nitric oxide synthesis. So essentially you. You're releasing. Gobs and gobs and gobs of nitric oxide to try and get the innate immune system working so it kills off the invader and so the rest of the the nitric oxide synthesis as well. We're gonna take the day off. 'cause we got plenty nitric oxide here so at Down regulates the normal functioning there. So i would think that if once the body got on top of the infection a little bit and the Down regulated that it would disown would help restore normal function there But if it's an active infection with inflammation going on there who knows but in terms of recovery absolutely. Okay that's a. That's a very very cool answer. We have one more question from the upgrade collective. Today's susan go for it and thank you for this wide-ranging ranging and very interesting conversation about a lot of different on cardio benefits. My question is around the actual use of it so do switch hands stand up sit down you know what are the best ways or the optima ways to get results and where do you find people making mistakes that we would like to pay attention to. If we're going to start this between gregg questioned the only mistake you can make is not doing it. It really it walks you through. So it's a little handheld device. It walks through the exercise as long as you are using the feedback. And either it tells you the squeeze lesser squeeze more. It's that simple. And then at the end it gives you a score bap during those two minutes. What percentage where you in the proper zone and as long as you're above seventy percent for the two for the entire exercise you're okay so there's really you can't mess this one up. This is simple as it gets. You just have to get started and squeeze and takes about. Thanks about eleven minutes. I think total because paul one minute pause in between you go back and forth times but it's it's as simple as you can get. You cannot literally cannot mess it. Up doesn't matter if you've got the grip strength of dave asprey or you know you've got a carpal tunnel can't squeeze very hard. It's all calibrated to what you're able to do so you don't have to be the hulk and to make this work either..

"My first job out of college was actually working for a company that makes laundry detergent in fabric softener. And i remember at the time One of the other brands was thinking about introducing sulfate free into their detergent into their into their packaging in the rationale was that you know this is something that's been popular in the hair care industry for a long time so like literally what you've created what you've done really has flown through two different segments. There it's just something that people care about something that something that works and we had no idea it'd be so big. We just knew. Sophie was better than sulfate and we knew were definitely sounds more appealing and we just dissolve i. We had no clue who we we see it. All over the world. France england. We we see everywhere that was first. We were first market with that. We would also. I would color products for colored hair exclusively college air. We were the first with a longer lasting hair-color guaranteed a first with that as being i really pretty important when you're positioning product if you're just starting or you're in the middle somewhere trying to look at your point of difference you gotta develop appointed difference from your competitors need to look at your parents. What's your strength. What's your weakness. Try to penetrate the weaknesses and play down there strands by any to play up your strands. And sometimes it takes a little pondering a editor strengths and weaknesses in. Come over your own and there's always something that you can find where you have a strength in a point of strength and coming up with names like we did Anti anti big complex. Anti frizz barnala you know really important stops your allergy. The science of chore We thought that was all important. And and it ended up being really important in Couldn't live that so we let them have. It sounds like a good deal. Yeah what do you think allowed you to be. I with so many of these things we really worked at who were on solid yearbook packagings naming trademarks putting words together. Like pure one word and allergy was another.

"We also ordered serology for cox see ella burnett which causes q fever. And bruce ella causes boost celosias however we were really suspecting bartonella quintana which ultimately was the ideology in this case and what are the differences in clinical presentation that you might get between those two different types of nila. That's a great question. Neil both barnala hensley and bartonella. Quintana can cause under cardis however bartonella hence late is associated with cat scratch. Disease which mostly manifest. In terms of lymphatic pathy. It can rarely manifest in different ways especially in an hiv positive patient and can cause new car. Data's now Quintana is transmitted by body. Lice doesn't usually cause lymphatic and can cause a systemic disease known as trench fever and can also cause endovascular complications such as andrew card. Ideas can you just tell us a little bit more about culture negative growth and what the implications all for onwards investigations and treatment when you see culture negative growth so culture negative car. Data's release by definition means. You have evidence of endo car. Data's but our routine blood cultures of usually three of them are negative at day. Five and the reason why we say day five is because this is the duration that most lab laboratories holds their blood cultures now culture negative andrew card itis has a list of different pathogens. Can you identify those pathogens. Of course you can. But it's not with the routine cultures that we do so they'll be missed on the routine cultures. And that's why we call them culture negative if you think about them or suspect them you can diagnose them in different ways but you have to discuss with the medical microbiologist on call in the laboratory to improve your yield because they will need special growth and incubation conditions and also prolonged incubation time for the most part if you are suspecting culture negative and cardis the initial step is really serology. And even if you before you identify the pathogen if you are suspecting it often people add doxycycline or some different antibiotics To target organisms. That usually 'cause culture negative into cardis which are slightly different than the organisms that cause culture positive and credit. This and just remind myself listeners. What does pathogens all sure so. The pathogens are bartonella so both quintana ends hence lake. There's cox ceelo burnett. Ti need yala g of q-fever this is associated with a pregnant cats and And different types of animal exposure It's also can be transmitted down wind from certain areas with outbreaks of q-fever also with Sheep and sometimes goats. There's also bruce ella or a low sus Be associated with culture negative and cardis. There's actually quite a long list add. There's mycoplasma can cause this Whipple's disease or trophy fariba. Whip ally can caused this but often the first three are higher up on the list with actually nella quintana being the most the most common and of course it is important though to make sure that it isn't quote unquote false culture negative so we can appear culture negative if someone was given antibiotics prior to the culture in which case none of these obscure pathogens will be the 'cause it might be something run of the mill such as streptococcus or potentially staff that was just oppressed with prior antibiotics so by definition we need Before we invoke a diagnosis of culture. Negative cardis we need to ensure that the cultures were taken prior to antibiotics. Thank you very much for that. Nice and i didn't mean to test your latin among the way that's okay in infectious diseases. A there's a lot latin..

"Loans is are people helping is is it working out are you gonna get through this and let's go to Jolie owner of wishbone restaurant very popular place for many many years in the west loop Angelo how are you my friend how you doing hi and thanks for keeping us in mind out here a number of world class I talked to you it was right at the very beginning of all this and things did not look good like so many and it seems like a a long time ago even though is really isn't however things did so well the longest we've ever been closed we've had you know I've weathered some ups and downs but this is yeah it's been rough we are you know things are slowly working and you know there's two main programs available to restaurants that are starting to come to fruition this you know works we applied for there's this payroll protection plan and then there's economic injury disaster loans at the SPCA I mean we had a little bit of damage because of this I mean the timing for us was not great because we had moved and we already had a loan out but but by having an SBA loan in the works for whilst will CNN was still haven't got money but did you get approved that's I think what everyone's trying to move towards wait wait we did get approved but you know there's still a lot of questions as to approved for how much and what exactly some of the terms will be but you know we did put in an application for both of them you can't do both but you know we can decide on one or the other so we did get an initial ten thousand dollars you know that's part of the that could be applied to the payroll protection plan which is which is great except that we're not open so I'd love to put employees back to work where we are planning on on April twenty eighth at least a pickup service we're you know for for customers in the neighborhood and using some of the waste out for delivery you know but you know the trick is to one make sure they're healthy make sure that customers you know what the whole packaging and everything as is safe and adequate but yeah these things are sort of you know the the the thing is with most restaurants that myself included is that you know taking on more loan though so is not something we want to do right can be a little scary but the one the one plant at least does cover things like utilities mortgage health insurance but it's mainly geared for you know staffing and employers but but as we all know we don't know what's on the other end of that summer well that's that we don't know if I could be business as usual and we're not gonna be able to hire back all the stuff that we did have so little we'll see you know two Joe I think that it's it's important if you are figure if you're sure you like so many others are trying to convert what you do so quickly overnight to make a delivery business or I'd pick up business I know you did a lot of breakfast too so that's not an easy thing to convert you know scrambled eggs to go right on hopefully April twenty eighth that's your new date when you're going to start offering some of the stuff and wishbone is the place to go what's your what is your website remind us what it is also yeah it's Chicago I mean that's wishbone Chicago dot com and yeah we have to get this going real quick my I know my stuff once you get back to work and I'm sure that I want to get back to work yeah and thanks so much for keeping restaurants in mind thank you thanks Joel we we will certainly continue to do that thanks for your thoughts and and best of luck out there wishbone Chicago dot com thank stroll let's go to Ryan to another person we want to circle back to he was calling in for he manages a family restaurant Highland Park Hey Ryan how are you doing through all this a good enough thanks for getting back in touch with us yeah we're Michael's grilled cell Barnala park and we unlike chill we elected to try to stay open and and work our way through this so it's been it's been a challenge every day is different and and you're constantly making changes and obviously with so much less staff because you don't have to the dining room open but we've we've managed to do I'd say a pretty good job we're taking care of a lot of customers every day curbside pick up is active no one can enter the restaurant so even not delivery drivers things like that they come to the door or pull up and we meet them greet them and and pass our food along so anyone with those SBA backed loans but right I wanted to ask about that because I know they're not necessarily getting money totally in your hands you have a lot of people been applying for them and just didn't know where you guys were with that yeah sure so we we applied for for both as well and still in that holding pattern that that Joe was talking about so I don't have approval on on either we did not take that ten thousand dollar advance but were really interested in the PPP program mostly just to you know take care of our staff so we're operating at fifty percent of our staff right now and you know if we could help out the other fifty percent it would be fantastic and that's you know where our eyes are on that P. P. P. program for is to help us through that yeah thanks Ryan thanks for sharing and we wish you best of luck moving forward Michael's grill and salad bar you do get out yeah yeah we do curbside pickup right now eat Michaels dot com is the best way to place orders and now we're chugging along all right thank you Ryan keep jargon Michael's thank you com thank you one more thing we have time for Pete we have a moment okay let's go to seven all he is you guys have changed things entirely new dude food is the catering company you guys have been on the show in the past and you start your business decline in these days of no parties to cater but you said Hey let's try to figure out a way to help what you guys doing is having we got Ryan to we are not nice to hear your voice which will you tell me about that at a later time hopefully we are yeah like you said were private caterers we do stuff invention people's homes but obviously we've had a completely paid that with the pandemic pandemic in lockdown so our signature item for those dinners with salad or bread to us because style back to that and are trying to produce it as quickly as possible you really just be the community we're donating all the proceeds to further make more bread and more also doing donations to first responders you just dropped off bought thirty Easter dinners down to the university of Chicago hospital on Easter night how about that that is so cool and then with the bread people can pick up rent yes hello this is Seth one of the other business owners so with that I mean really the idea was that a person if we could scale up we went from making about forty eight love the week over two hundred so it's a learning experience for us and that's been pretty successful so far and you know what the rescue testing aspect is pretty clear that we should kind of just be giving it back to the community which has been awesome so you know our business in general it's kind of been put on hold completely for that for the near term but a lot of our clients were nice enough to let it keep their deposits and are trying to reschedule but because of the kind of completely rethink things as well when things go back to normal you know what our business model going to be and and the bread is has been very well received so I think we're gonna keep forging ahead on that we take that but it's been a positive experience for us to to keep us busy keeps really connected with the community I keep it active every day well you're right is beyond exceptional it's absolutely amazing and so is all what you do because I've had the opportunity to sample it before so hopefully people give generously if they can and and keep your business but thanks for what you're doing to help the healthcare workers of time like this in making that pivot in the meantime until you can get things back up and running yeah our pleasure and and I know you asked about if people can sign up so we've been doing to sign up to our Instagram anything at new deed beating there's a link that we posted our bio we've been given away about fifty the time they've been going very quickly but you know to have people keep checking back and we're gonna keep making as much bread as possible and and just keep giving it away for the time being keep on doing what you're doing thank you Ryan appreciate your time today thanks Seth new media it's at new dude food is the place where you can find them at the bottom of the hour in time to check in and get the news from the northwestern medicine it is thirty eight degrees at one thirty good afternoon I'm Steve we're trying this new sponsored by victory auto wreckers dot com governor Pritzker eyeing a midwestern governors coalition first a look at WGN traffic here's Lauren let go any of covert screening sites out there to be aware of in the south and west suburbs tests are by appointment only in Bourbon a at the Midwest express clinic at route fifty and Larry power road in Willowbrook at the Midwest express clinic at seventy fifth and route eighty three there are restrictions for testing in Joliet in the Walmart parking lot at Jefferson enjoys singles for the site and bowling brook at the old Walgreens about men and white water in the sink Markham on one hundred and fifty ninth in Warrenville you must have a doctor's order for the site at Elmhurst Edwards health at Winfield and ferry and there's a site in oak lawn at advocate Christ Medical Center on ninety fifth and Costner expect the lays in these areas well they're open one.

"Yes somehow relapsed and had to do it again some did it again and then didn't relapse into our I. We consider the cured Some of them did much better. They're not sure but it did. It made a big difference. It's tough protocol But that's the one that I have the greatest experience with and a better understanding of what the outcome is going to be in. Of course. I'm sure you've heard of it and I'm sure people know about the STI- Sulfur Ram Protocol. That everyone is talking about and I remember leaving. Eilat the Sierra November leaving the conference and I mean it was like everyone was buzzing myself and I had already. I had already treated patients which I self run at that point but I heard these testimonies. I heard you talk. I thought okay. I'm not doing this enough and so I started using more and more and I don't know the verdict is out I know that there are cases that have been remarkably successful. I have a case right now. of a woman. Who has a chronic? Paulina rob a fee of some unknown ideology. So somebody thought she had see IDP but some did not have ADP. She was over time losing her ability to walk very active women. Now she can't walk. She's almost in wheelchairs. She has Lags she's week or arms getting weaker. She doesn't feel good. We've tried antibiotics. We've tried a lot of things you get to the point where I'm thinking. Maybe not infection. I missing is not infection right in that. I think let's do dice. She says I WANNA do die. Sulfur who has? Let's do it you know. And she's been on. It took US three or four months to get up to half the dosage of what I think she needs but so she's only on half the dosage or for her weight so one twenty five milligrams. A day took US get three months to get there. She is doing incredible. She's walking the facility. Relations are getting better not gone. She's not perfect. But the results are mindblowing. Because there's nothing else that we used that have has even touch that symptom and she was on the GM. She was on everything they offer. 'em alone started making improvement so I have tasted like that. I think you know I mean I can't not use it but then I have other patients that fall off a cliff they I don't know how to explain it. I have some other colleagues. They're saying the same thing. Patients seem to be getting better. They start feeling good. They're still on it. They crash audit feeling good. We don't know hurts. Is it some other entities related to the dice self around and then I've heard recently of patients who have gone off and they're not my patients by colleagues who've treated patients. They've been good. They come off it. And then they relapsed again off and crash and burn a coming off it after being offered for period of time. So I don't know I think that might my sense is that Bartonella is the infection that is keeping people sick. If it's persistent it's mostly Bartonella. Although I know line is persistent as well and I think that I saw. Fred doesn't hit or two NULLA completely and so. I think the patients were getting better. Don't have our Noah that's my start view for the last few months. You know my mind if we interview me. I don't know what a few months I might change my mind. We'll we'll do that income. But that's unfortunately I mean. You're the researcher and the clinician right now. I know there's research being done but they're no answers. There's no clinical trials for anything I mean. Hardwoods is doing his thing. But it's not you know it's not it's preliminary treatments you know it's it nope it's won't stand up in the court of scientific medical opinion the people who WanNa be haters will keep hating and and US will with open. Mind will say that's interesting. He might have something there now. Let's wrap up and you have a personal connection with lime disease. It's not just a professional curiosity viewers. Yours tell me about that started so so again. Interestingly started intellectually and also because I want to help people I mean. That's that's been my mission. Since I was five years old when I decided I wanted to be a doctor. I wanted to help people. So if I'm missing. A diagnosis are not helping people. That's that that makes me feel bad so I was already in this in this world and but my What my younger son was bit by a tick. He was playing football. He was came home from football practice. One day he had he already had the bull's eye rash so I know that he got it in football another day but he came home. He had this painful rash on his leg. He's like mom. What is it was probably about eight at the time. Seven eight and I saw now. Okay here we go now. I already know that Doxycycline is indicated. He's eight or seven even some debate about using doxycycline at that age. So I took a chance I did it because my child and I treated him a doxycycline but then I also put it on herbs because Emma just every doing antibiotics alone I've got the earth suck at the SIS busters I've got I've got you know probiotics. I got everything I'm thinking I'm doing this. Do this alight way. And and I treated him for several months. Three months four months he was symptomatic and And did well. And then he started coming off. Antibiotics and his twin sister started having some symptoms. That were very very suspicious. Of course we tested and found lime in her and Coincidence I don't know. She picked up a ticket to save time. I don't know there are lots of knows but Yeah we've been on a journey with them They've had very good times when they're alive is under control and there certainly have had ties when they've flared and I've worked Diligent work all day trying to get my patients better. I work all night trying to get my family better. And and so you know we're we're doing okay. But it's a it's a struggle as people know it is Wayne's things wax and wane but I think I've done the best I can at this point. I hope as a mother over him. You're right were parents still the end. There's no doubt about that. Were you at the conference this past fall in city? I missed it and I was so bombed. I wanted to be there next year. If there is an exchange the This this fourth or fifth okay. So they've got the funding. They're gonNA keep doing it. It's funny the die. Sulfur was I mention at their first conference. It was almost a throw away kind of thing. One of the region said Oh by the way we found this funny connection. We don't know what it means but there's this old drug for alcoholism so that's where at the time I heard about it now. One of the things a clinical Pearl I think from Dr Leaner had his little fifteen minute presentation. He was going over a case with I saw firm. Was it back off. I think no those another one. Anyway it's this patient treated mostly a symptomatic for rest of life passes away and had donated her body to Science. They autopsy her and find biofilms. In every single organ sure body was riddled with biofilm and the Bulls made a big deal to conference just kind of went on telling the rest of his stories but I sat up and paid attention to that. It's these biofilms or crazy. So maybe Barton ellas just really loves biofilm or has a special differed kind of biofilm or something. It'd be interesting to find. Entomologists who knows that? Actually Dr a her probably knows that I should ask her doctor a hernia. Not personally who you guys need to connect to. She is awesome right up ninety from you. Okay which she sued Aranda. So it's a couple hours away but yeah anyway Dr Dempsey you've been so generous with your time and knowledge. I've fallen in love with you. I mean wish we were closer right. We're not that far but it's it's four hours. So how can folks get in touch with you? How can they make an appointment or you still accepting patients? I mean this is a problem with doctors like you. Is Your calendars so full? I know that's that's the problem so so here. This is where I am at the moment. I am doing a lot of education. I do facebook live event every month. Now where they can go to my facebook page Dr Tania Dempsey we announce said they can look at my old Facebook live events. But I find him very helpful in educating we talk about and we talk about 'em and other entities at guests at line of gaps Barnala which we've covered a lot of different topics and mold and all that kind of stuff so we're continuing to do that and my website. Www DOT DR Tania Dempsey dot com. I have blogs so my whole thing. Right now is educating the public educating clinicians. You know I love having people come in and shadow me on maybe eventually having a training program for it and I'm hoping that these conditions can then go back to their practices and and feed these patients because the reality is up yes. My waiting list is long. What I'm working on is training somebody to join me and I'm hoping that Navy. There's somebody listening. Who wants to move to Westchester County? In New York's great place to live. It's beautiful here. I just build a brand new office using the best ECO friendly material and VOC free. And I did everything to make sure that patients would be comfortable if they had chemical sensitivities and we have a beautiful sweet and I want to train someone to work with me to help these patients into starting patients on waiting lists so we're looking for somebody with traditional medical training. I could or you open for like a natural path. Type person can open. I'm Okay E. O. Md MD P. A. N. Nurse Practitioner. He absolutely unhappy to train and work together with with some like minded individuals who can really really make a dent in the waiting list for me like Dr Hurt. Said there's so many out there and they're so misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed. I mean once once you go through the looking glass at UC infection everywhere. Specially the poor people with psychological problems. I mean that's just heartbreaking and they keep throwing Zanex Adam or whatever they're doing and it just doesn't help no no. We have an epidemic of mental illness. In I'm we're so concerned that we're missing the cause terrific. Thank you so much. Thank you for.

"Your program every every Sunday not caring my question is December sixteenth of this year last year I got promoted because city of my trip cakes our day minus fourteen are paying them fairly and above trying the judge didn't make the decision of the doctor might contradict employed at the Medical Center he told me he let me know all through the mail I told her lawyers that he will let her know at the end of the day we've got a lot more to it how do you know the very right in on the twentieth I want to be done to gauge how god she showed up and said the kids going to work I tore coming early done on the house the court I don't have the paperwork hello you should question email me are the decision for the judge to Jody are only build the police already came to my house and thank you very much normal the three kids want to goal at the end of the day I do have our email at three thirty for an afternoon back very and the boys are ready has arrived LOL lord what are more surely to saying that I do not comply with a court order so the police can not the war and to the cage tour and we got a very narrow how do you have nothing will make eight dot legal it's a little confusing trying to piece together the situation here so we tell me again why the police came to the children okay date to truly along with a motion saying that IT why would a court order which requires she could become to gauge your long holiday she won Friday I do not know she was going I do not have the court order paper and the more they are crime of that of doctor brown the police came by as my gaze they won a gold age old but he says no not marrying me is run by you at all and Donald they are gone I do this all day later hello yeah William motion to become decay because IT complied with a court order it did the judge rule on the motion yet are now well the judge very low said that it was okay to comply with it I mean to become ticket the lord will don Marshall but we got a cold very right now as we speak the cake there were adding do not the way I I'd be our local order her lawyer didn't email me I'm sure she no she moved el comandante trial because the lower the judge told her I'll let you know at the end of the day I'm assuming she should or through email Mrs there can afford a lawyer she's a bushel email me the court order we should be the three thirty four in the afternoon on Friday not on Monday so I got a loan I had no knowledge what ever one at all one word every soul of background okay so when you go to the hearing was simply explain to the judge that you didn't know the results because you didn't receive a copy of the order however you want to make sure that you've updated your address in your email address with the courts that they have the correct address for you to be send those documents because if you don't do that and you don't receive notice of the judges basically say it's your own fault for not providing proper contact information for them to contact you now if the and again I'm kind of piecing together situation here a little bit but the other attorney was supposed to serve you with a copy of that order and they didn't you could ask them to provide proof that they actually served it to you because the whole point here is to show that you're not a willful contempt of the court's prior order you will show that you had no information of that order so you are willfully not complying with it it was merely an oversight because you didn't know about it and so if you explain that to the judge hopefully will be understanding and correct whatever had occurred previously it won't hold you at fault for not complying with that prior prior order yeah I do have the tools that she I believe she email me D. R. but that was only Friday when the situation was more learn nothing you have been around one fifteen afternoon not even my mail and by actually it did came in the mail on Friday but was after already the police was getting a letter very very very want to go with her you know what data will affect me only getting the case back as a primary custody because you have a lot of you choose well again I don't think it would affect your ability to have custody is pair as long as you explain to the judge that order came in the mail after the on Friday but after the situation had taken place so if you lay that out to the judge then it'll show the judge the you are willfully not abiding by the order because it from what you're telling me at least in again on a limited limited information here it sounds like the judge issued an order for non compliance for you not complying with a prior court order which is what change custody if you explain to the judge that wasn't will full that you didn't know of the order at that time it hopefully will not affect your Cust your it's going forward we appreciate that that is correct that's exactly what it was now I did a lot of questions there it might be interesting to me a lot in may be to your listeners are very we have court on the thirteen which starts cool on a Tuesday our she thought she here are more uniform they will go to a bridge for academic she had no uniform she had the back pack now it's my responsibility to get to her all those that is called comprise the back back into your new home because she still had thank you as we speak on to the thirteen until they are come of that trial I had to give it to her because there's a water very if the kids are growing she want to keep that that's our responsibility well it's got a warm jacket in a warm Barnala eleven months right I understand that so what it's gonna depend on what your parenting plan says as far as who's responsible for uniforms and things of that nature but what I will tell you is especially with this hearing going up coming up on the thirteenth everything you do you want to make sure the best interests of the children so if you have the uniforms of the the things they need to start school I would at least make an effort you know by email by tax something in a written form saying Hey if you need this for the kids I have a you can pick it up on such and such a date because you want to show the judge in every aspect of this case that you're acting in the best interest of the children and you're trying to help the children going forward so even if you know she may be technically responsible for the uniforms if you know if she doesn't have those and you do at least make that all four of so that you can show the judge you're acting in the best interest of the children and also you want the kids to be able to go to school when school starts and have the proper items in uniforms of supplies that they need to do so that is correct our legal pretty sure sure so you've got all my **** as a matter of fact our eyes you shared by the way I yeah usual service the will of one three and a half years ago about the fair manner and Josh was my lower expelling guarding very tell you personally are push your seven and being very satisfied by an act of two she say that Jose I hope you have a wonderful weekend if we can help in the future just let us know thank you Jose again yeah if you will get a hold of the do it law firm in the future one eight hundred to weight loss one eight hundred D. "AM nine seventy the answer me meditating with the bokeh wake up that's it so I have does it so it was it was great the main money money brother Richie always was in kind of the transcendental kind of being the only understood about meditation everything got into it but it was always like a hippie thing if your baby boomer your member Medicaid he was always a hippie thing and so so I but less at that tell you something this is an immediate give it out right plug for the chamber's center for well being on South Street in Morristown New Jersey got to check it out and and certainly detox book meta human is spectacular is a brilliant man and you know and I must say might my brother Joe said Deepak Chopra he's a genius and my friend Raymond always said the same thing and in the years so it was an honor to be with the the great Deepak Chopra yesterday and he's gonna come on the show we chat he was about to come on the show Joe and I said great but I have to just stand this if I if I can at six twenty eight in the morning you know we're not I'm not right wing I'm not live I just if people think if you if you support people I say I believe in god we're one nation under god I say I'm a proud American all of a sudden it that puts me I guess in the category of supporting president trump and I do support president trump if it if I say I want to really go in and rip out all of the the bureaucrats in Washington turn it upside down inside out backwards and I want to just take back our government I want to go in and I want I want I want representation in Washington which I don't feel again if I say that in mind right when when I say that I don't even because unlike the labels only one so I just would care for the country believe it in the country everything that my mother my father taught me and and then the phone if your patriotic like that or if you support the president really just turning Washington upside down as we that's why we elected Donald Trump if it's okay to go down there and just just shake it up I will say two when they say oh you so rightly excuse okay fine you save your label me as you will what's your turn what is your turn what was he living he'll turn and I had no heat at all against this could affect of probably the only person on on this whole network to say I I can either like Mrs could I was that she was nice but she was pleasant I chatted with her she's very very smart but I don't have no heat no heaters going but what she did of makes Richard Nixon look like an amateur I mean really when you look at this fax think about that destroying the tens of thousands of emails she got away with it man and then we were supposed to allow that to continue to happen within the United States government and let call me a clapper in Brandon and all these mean like in the bureaucrat you don't like the way deep state then use your crafts and they seem to just it was just that I I I just want to upset I like the upset but I am open and I am I am objective enough to listen to other people so when I have friends and they go on certain shows on fox news and I hear between sold souls anti trump or old sold so doesn't like the present I don't think we should cut off our friends because of our political beliefs I really think we should put aside the divide it chat everything out and talk everything out I think it makes a country stronger you don't understand it and then there are some people that you just have to be able to communicate with the gonna be vicious they're gonna be won't the guy call you names they're gonna they're gonna of the flip off the president it's game and and that you're not gonna get across to those people but when you're friends with somebody so when I see my friend my longtime friend and I know some people get upset when I say long time friend might made me elementary school buddy judging by the time I have immense respect for the intellect to judge the palatine he you don't agree with how he feels about the present and we're going to why but let's talk about can we at least talk about so I so the judge and I suggest you coming on the show if I Breaux said that the judge is coming on the show so we put judge the pilots on one we're in this together we are Americans in this together and you gotta put aside the divide you gotta put aside eight I don't like the rhetoric from the right I don't like to read it from the left I really don't but it's important that we believe in this country and we go on as my father always said in his military fashion on we're in Florida and we gonna positively if we disagree we disagree so we'll talk to the judge and my friend Mike my long Denver loving injures one way long one of my dearest friends and by the way I have friends so you think you could do was with liberal liberal no he's not he's just he's common sense any brings with we'll we'll chat about it more than I thought and by the way you're welcome to call and you're welcome to give us your opinion that's why we have those phone lines are bound to make your phone much eight seven seven nine seven oh twenty nine ninety nine but I have a buddy I told you about my body Norman Steinberg the great right really a brilliant writer that I tell you about his soul liberals sol liberal away got ill and he'll bless my chops about it says it should be if you believe that weight finally you I don't know you and then if you get your got your personal like did they give you get Brocco Barnala could listen he's barackobama was the president I live with it I couldn't disagree with absolutely everything he did I had no idea I had no idea of what with the presidency Barack Obama stood for but I'm not gonna disrespected and appreciate your paying to put aside the divide please yeah and and don't call me right wing I'm not gonna call you left wing will Americans we have differences but would join it together because you know what in this country no matter what we believe we're the best country with the best country on the planet earth and I know and even some of the left doesn't even like to say that they and my fear is this and then we'll take a break and we'll take some phone calls my fear is this one if you put in people who come from other countries like you line Omar you listen to people like me she had to leave or AOC they want to change the country they want to take everything that my father fought for in the second World War away when America was indeed correct and America is still great but they want to take everything away we want to change it and they want to turn it into a socialist progressive maybe even communist kind of nation they really do and why because it gives them power those are the tenants of socialism you take everything away you and I are minions were working they take our money they take our paycheck you watch those tackled was happening in New York and New Jersey California they're becoming so if the states because you can't even afford if you can't afford to pay taxes than this is not your state this is what they're telling us and this is what why I don't want my children I want my children to walk down Bloomfield Avenue I want my children to go to not leave New Jersey you go to Bloomfield New Jersey to go down the shore with my father walk that's what I want them to go to Newark New Jersey the great beautiful down that New York is now I want I want my kids to experience that you know what the way it's going now they can't why it's too expensive it's just because the socialist progressive campaign is just it's seeping in it's already taken to York it's already taken the Jersey it's already taken California take the rest of the country the United we work in an order for working for the politicians until until and those people will be in power you and I will just we won't be able to stay where we want to stay with their families and with our friends and that's the fear I have and I say that admittedly don't say that in any way I just say very pragmatically very amicably we can't afford it unless you very very rich you know or less you're you just don't have anything the rest of us moon I just struggling you know go on hand to mouth nickel and dime in a way to like like I do Joan benefit how why a you know I got I got you got a charity I gotta cook CDO you know the rest of us are just trying to make do and and and with this with this whole progressive feel they want to take it all away from and you know what I love this country enough we we are not going down and I will fight for what my father fought for in the second World War this coupon the morning led to get into I love you no matter what you believe I love it we appreciate you being here
