I was effectively defenceless and gradually standing injury from the increasing pressure of the mob. Directly in front of a man sees the opportunity to give my vulnerability. Grab the front of my gas mask and used it to beat my head against the door. He switched to pulling it off my head. The straps stretching against my skull and straining my neck he never ever uttered any words i recognized opted instead for guttural screams i remember in foaming at the mouth. He also put a cellphone as mouth so they had both hands free to assault me. I told him just leave the capital and every spots. They yelled no man. This is our house. President trump invited us here. We're here to stop to steal one woman in a pink maggot shirt yelled you here. That guys voted for joe biden. Then the crowd perhaps around two thousand people joined in screaming boom. And with what felt like hard metal objects at one point. I came face to face with an attacker. Who repeatedly launched for me and attempted to remove my firearm. I heard chanting from some in the crowd. Get his gun. Kill him with his own gun. I was aware enough to recognize. I was at risk of being stripped of in killed with my own firearm. How To Run A Bowling Alley-Arcade-Restaurant-Bar In The Middle Of A Pandemic

"Would be even harder than just running a restaurant. Come on. Running a restaurant there was also an arcade was also a bullet. Right. There you can't the business involved a bunch of people touching stuff. Really. Yeah, and sharing shoes, right har you disappeared shoes, right so many questions. Well, the good news is today we have guests. Could. Speak exactly that because among other things he has co founded a bowling alley. Bar. And Love, I have so many questions about the bowling alley of model before or even before I should say the corona virus hit. So I'm looking forward to this one. Where could I just say one more thing crazy or we bring guests not gone con- do you know that I want bolted to sixty three? Strike. As effect. Pick Sur- it didn't happen not so nice. Say it a high school I otherwise I would have had fucking. Anyway a likely story trust. Numerous introduction today I'm very excited someone who he should have had it on a long time ago long even before virus finally getting on. Adamos AMAC. So as mention he's the CO founder of decades is a bowling alley arcade bar in restaurant in Lancaster Pennsylvania in is an economist. is the chief economist at work, which is an online freelancing platform. So kind of the perfect guest to talk about the macro of what a seeing the economy, but also in the micro of actually run or try to run a business. extraordinary. Time. Adam Ozanich. Thank you for joining us. Thanks for having US I. Guess you don't have to worry about disinfecting the shoes right now because I assume no one's volume. Bowling or they are willing they are bowling there socially distance bowling. What's that? So we have six lanes at decades, and this means that you can bowl on every other lane and we always have a fairly small maximum group size anyway. So that's really concerning. Do you disinfect the bullying Balser. What happens are people like spraying antibacterial spray into the holes every time they come out yet we have disinfectant. We always disinfectant shoes in one of the things that. Might surprise people about how we're a little bit advantage coming into this is disinfecting was like a big part of what we did before. the PIN number saw we've always disinfected our shoes after every single us and we've actually had a throughout the business we have. Stations of hand sanitizer. They've always been there. We've got I love the five of them. Arcade. But we're pretty clean place. If you're just picturing like a regular bowling alley arcade, that's not a good imaging mind to hold what decades is like we're fairly upscale place. It's a commonplace where you'd be comfortable getting a cocktail and we've got chandeliers hanging out. Nice. Leather couches. It's like a nice. It's a nice place. You're totally comfortable buying a good cocktail. They're so like we work hard to keep it clean and make feel clean we always have. So disinfecting that we've been part of what we do the only thing sort of extra We now we disinfect the Arcade Games all day long and we disinfect bowling ball's all day long. So, took us a little bit about like, okay. What is business like pre-crisis accompanying business like yours bullying are your? What is the sort of business model love Blake in normal times in terms of where you make money or the profit opportunities are I assume some aspects are more loss leader than others like Linda just normal day to day the business of running back. Sure. So it's really four businesses that overlap the restaurant, the bar, the arcade in the bowling alley there's a lot of fixed cost operating all of them. So there's not really a profit margin overall area, but you get sort of operating margin it do you. Basically make money on all areas in the business. I'm they're just different different kinds of operating structures. So like in the restaurant is a high costumes sold business that means there's a lot of materials that go into each dollar you sell, but the front costs are smaller share. Bowling is like a massively fixed cost business. So like your ninety, five percent of the cost of boom is a fixed cost which was putting in lanes. On the marginal dollar bowling, you have really high margins and same thing is true for. The big cost of machines you have the cost of tokens you have maintenance repair costs, but those are relatively minor. Via Arcade is that a high margin business tone The good news about climb margin businesses is you can afford to do all sorts of like discounts on them to make them into laws leaders if you have nights of the week where you want to. You, know if you have like a lover capacity night of the week, you can do something like everybody who comes in Lottomatica gets two dollars for tokens. When you in the food business in the restaurant business if you want offer discounts, it's really get into. You know actually losing a loss leader with bowling arcade it's all opportunity cost. There's you know it's really hard to lose dollar someone balls it costs you like. Almost, nothing to let them all. In your cades. This is something I always wondered given that there's so many different businesses involved in something like a bowling alley that also serves food and drinks and has video games well but what's best deal for a customer? Would it be just going there to bowl and not buying food or drink or would it be going narrative buy food or drink because the cost of food and drink is subsidized by the bowling alley or? I know it changes all the time, but I'm just curious whether there's there's one thing that kind of stands out to you. So it's definitely, you can find specials throughout the week. If you WANNA bowl, it's cheaper to bowl off on like a night of the week doing a special order nor Keagan doing special. So Nat Sense. You're talking cost minimization coming outside of peak hours is going to be the best way to do it. It can be pretty busy on the weekends saw. Do you WanNa make sure you can play your game and unlike Saturday night you know you have to get there kind of early to get signed up all. It gets pretty busy because six lanes. So from a cost minimization perspective queuing perspective the slower days of the week you better odds. But in the put on my economist hat, the real value is not determined by the cost the inputs the value is how much get out of it so in my mind. Whole SORTA experience. It's great full. Complete evening. So I like the total package she come in you blend games you bowl an entire evening is a lot of stuff you can do with your friends. So it's sort of irrelevant to the consumer what what the relative costs you're looking at what your consumer surplus from and it's true. You can save money by bowling on a Tuesday night, for example, but. Your friends might not be able to go out on a Tuesday night. All sort of gather at specific times. You mentioned the ability to give out token maybe two dollars worth of tokens if you WANNA to come in on a night that typically less busy have turning. into a loss leader to grow food sales. But I'm curious about the token aspect US specifically in part because there is this nationwide. Shortage so that mean you guys don't have to worry about the coin right I of bunny token. That's right. We don't have to worry about the coin shortage right now. But that's because of lessons learned about coin shortages and we we get our own coins minted. They say decades on them never nice little. Picture on them of our logo you, designed to coin up my heart. Sinden, he's the one of my partners is that he's an artist and designer marketing guide and he he designed the coin. It looks great. We did have a coin shortage early on. So we ordered what we thought you know speaking. The token people are used to dealing with arcades. And we have also are the person we are teams from WHO has a lot of our experience and we talked to both of them we got this is how many coins you should have for an arcade of your size, but demand was so strong at first the velocity of spending we couldn't keep up with it. We didn't have nearly enough tokens and it took US actually like months to get caught up to the amount of tokens that we should have. Because it takes a while to them. There's a backlog also, you're sort of in denial about how much you Tokens. Because, you think about is like well, we're GONNA spend this little bit of front nettle. Be It for Tokens but people walk away with Tokens. Fine. 'cause you think you're going to bring them back eventually even if they don't, it cost less than a token mitt less than a quarter to make token. So like someone buys one hundred dollars tokens and frozen in the trash, we make money on that. We don't make as many as if they gave back to us, but we still make money. Right? But when we first opened up, we had just this massive coin shortage 'em. What required was constant constant emptying of the Arcade Games. If you have here token level set crackly, you shouldn't have to Vr your your games throughout the night it maybe once. Or twice on like a Saturday she really busy. But they're big. They have big containers on them. They're meant to be held up with the days where you said you should have to empty them. but we opened Keith the supply of coins moving. We had to be constantly engaging, and this was actually I was doing this a lot. I don't actually work there on a partner, but I don't think take salary I don't have a job there. But I was for our. I like opening week weekends. I was there like our busiest times wearing the decade shirt like a staff member going around the emptying the ski ball machines who machines just emptying the tokens and keeping them moving basically long so that that's the cost of a coin shortage says you have to. Interject yourself into the the arcade economy and keep them moving.

You know, here's the scary thing, half half of the calories in a standard American diet, or from highly processed foods, half of that for most American adults his sugar half of sugars fructose in frock doses. Unknown have had talks with all kinds of negative consequences, including insulin resistance, but also increase in two hundred grossest factor alpha very inflammatory, so we know sugars inflammatory. So if you haven't applied for disease like Lyme disease. Yes. Stop eating. First thing you should do before you consider anything else in see if that improves. So let's Balser for second to yeah. Assuming, oh high fructose corn syrup. Right. And so okay, we're gonna void that. But fructose is the one of the main sugars in some of those high sugar fruits, as well. Oh, yeah. Eating healthy. So I'm eating two or three bananas a day or a banana smoothie or you know then piling on pine at bullets mother of in, in the processed food industry loves to talk about added sugars boast in natural sugar. You know, it's all fructose is fructose when it gets in your body, and your body has to deal with it. And when it deals with it, it creates a lot of problems. So, yeah, you you, it's there are a lot of, you know, I think there's about sixty different names for sugar in product so that the hide that we've put that on our website. We got a lot of resources on our on our websites, Oregon. If you're interested, you can have a little preview of the boat there, too. But we've got that the sixty different names for for for sugar in processed foods. They can hide it. We the song. That's awesome need a little. Yeah, but it just kills me. That Americans you know, they're the you say it's, it's food is so emotional it's cultural. It's like a logical in most, if you look at the, you know, we talk we call each other sweetie, if we liked them, there's this, all this culture about sweet being good in, of course, it tastes good with, if you look at your the fruit you're talking about those aren't real fruits. Those are so highly designed to be sweet. And, and I have a little analogy there where I talk about the I'm in the background. So I asked people can case a what is a fruit if you think about it, a fruit is something that plant puts around the seeds because plants can't run. So they can't they can't they can't disperse, their seeds, so they need a Bickel. So, you know, you have those little Samaras. They're called on the maple. Trees. You guys get up there. Those little those little a helicopter takes. Yeah. Yeah. That's a, that's a dispersal system. But a one of the main dispersal systems for plants is they have the flower, the flower gets fertilized at produces, the, you know, the ovary where the seeds are, and then you surround that in this thing that animals will eat, so the animals will pick up the fruit. It goes through their digestive system by the time they, you know, coop it out there miles away and that's their dispersal systems. So the fruit is not made to make people healthy. It's made to use animals in the planet could care less at the end lizard is at the end of the day, as long as it disperses, the seeds. So we have this tendency to think that everything in nature is good for us in fruits or from nature, solicited. Good for us. But in fact, nature's mostly trying to kill us if you think about it. And if we can eat some of that plant stuff and survive on. That's a good thing. But, you know, I really believe you are what you eat. And, and so, you know, you need to have a diet, that includes I think, you know, a wide range of things. But, but for sure, you know, an will base. Proteins in animal based products are, are what we are. And when we eat those things as you probably talked to some people, they're doing carnivore diets in a lot of these disease conditions. Resolve. And of course, I'm putting aside the whole notion of the animal welfare. You know in environmental sustainability I personally think those are distractions I'm here to talk about health and what a healthy diet is in those, those discussions are for another day. Now you mentioned getting started with your program, or any Keita genyk programs start with your doctor, you mentioned some tests. So if you'll what markers, what test, you, think person should have done getting into to see Kita genyk approach is going to work for them. A and then how do you recommend getting started, you know, to just jump in with both feet? Do you have induction phase? How do you like to do it? Yeah. Thanks the. Well, we actually have five steps in in, in the program. We have here. This is the second half of the book. The first half explains why, you know, the key to jank diets will work for you, if they're appropriate. The second half is how to do it in the five steps. The first one is called bio assessment, and that's where you do these measurements. So a lot of them are morphological measurements or things like, you know, wait in height in waist size actually at cedars Sinai. There's two people that have referred to it in the book because it just came out as we writing it up something called relative, fat mass, as opposed to be a mind BMI's, a pretty lousy measurement but relative fat mouse, it turns out, they examined all these different biomarkers associate which ones were better predictors, than it turns out. It's just hiked waist size. Hello. Less less than two. Right. It's yours. Waysides should be less than twice your is that it roughly it. It's a little bit different for men and for women. But it's a very simple equation that, that's, that's in the book. So there's things you can do yourself. Also, you know, I like people to journal so that they think about, you know, where they are psychologically. What's the mood like you know, they having any cravings that sort of thing? So start with a journal, and then with your physician, you'd wanna look at all of your basic body functions. They, they measure that I doing, you know, urine test and a blood lipid testicle, lipid panel, it's probably good to get your, your high sensitivity CRP, that's the c reactive protein, which is a measure of inflammation, especially for people lime disease will give you a sense of how, you know how chronically inflamed you are. And then you can look at vitamin d there's all kinds of other things they will measure your Keith typically in both the blood and urine tests, but that gives you a benchmark. And then, you know, over the twelve weeks, you can compare that the other thing you can consider doing to get a really accurate measure of your fat and wear. Your fat is, is called IDEX. It test. These are these they use them for bone density. Typically, but they also measure, your, your fat content, and they show works positive body. So it cost, I think about one hundred bucks roughly him to do you could probably get done privately or with the on your health insured any on what your state of health is so, so getting all those measurements done before after the twelve week intervention. We like to say twelve weeks, because, you know that you have to develop these new lifestyle habits this diet, even though the book, says bio died is not a short-term calorie restricted diet, those don't work. This is a lifestyle change, so you need to commit to psychologically and personally for for, you know, one season or twelve weeks. I guarantee you every single person that a council on Kita jank diets every single one of them has. Said they feel great not everybody's lost weight. You know, everybody says they feel great. So let's one of the good things about sustainability but you gotta hang in there. So make you know you don't wanna start Akito diet right before a wedding or something like that, where you're going to be tempted to have a bunch of cake. So that and the other thing we do, that's a that's a little bit unique about this diet case is, we have a stage called bio-preparation in that's where you prepare your environment. So you go through your fridge in your cupboards and you get rid of the stuff that's gonna tempt you. And then you, you buy the foods that you need. But we in terms of the diet, what we do is we get you to cut out sugar for a week or so, or two it's up to you. We get cut out alcohol for that week or two just temporarily Alexei get edgy, when you save cut it alcohol some people, and then we introduce we get people to super hydrates mixture. They're well hydrated, all day long and then also introduced to, to two x two large amounts key in, I prefer to use the. M. C. T. O L medium chain, triglycerides, oil, lots get products at their but make sure it's a c eight, which is the eight carbon variety because that's the one that converts completely to keep Jones in the liver. So that what that does is allows people to ease. Into this and address some of the early sugar cravings, and so on before they go to the very hard carbohydrate restriction, when you cut it all the starches, as well in, in the third step, which we call bio adaptation. That's what he literally adapt to earn earnings to sugar burning in, that's what you'll see most of the symptoms that people call the Kito flew things like dizziness lightheadedness in some digestive issues. Need some sleep disruption of really important during that third phase that you have physician oversight because if you're taking any medications there might be a need for concomitant reduction of those medications for blood pressure blood sugar as you buy it out, and then and then, you know, you say the next day to call bio rejuvenation which takes you through the rest of the twelve weeks in Aikawa rejuvenation, because though, you're chronological change age can't change your biological age can. And when you change these biomarkers that we measure you're actually going back to a more youthful state. So somebody was too. Look at you without knowing hell, you are. They predict you to be about ten years younger roughly at I'm not kidding. It's about ten years. You take off your life in, in ten weeks in terms of your, you're not, not since say, take off your life out your eggs at the. Yes. In years off your age biologically in twelve weeks. And, and Mana feels pretty good the pains go away for most people. They lose the meant and twenty to twenty five pounds typically women ten to fifteen pounds your insulin resistance goes way down your insulin. Sensitivity goes up and so those three aspects of, of the what I call the axis of illness, they all they'll resolve themselves. And then the very last step, set five is what he's gonna do next. And I'm hoping that, you, adopt a low carb diet, you can experiment with, with adding curbs to your diet and see how you're feeling or stay Kito. What I hope people don't do is just do this for twelve weeks to get into their bathing suit for the summer and then go back to their bad habits in high carb diet. I really hope people don't do that, because, you know, that, that standard western diet, I liked to call it the metformin diet, because I think that's where that's where folks are headed if they're not careful. How do you feel about cheek days? I don't like him. Why? Why? Them psychologically. I think you know, insurance too slippery slope. And, and people are really, you know, one of the problems with nutritional studies that aren't well controlled like the one we have going at the state university is people really bad at reporting what they eat. They really under report. What they I don't think most people know that if you if your physician ask you how many drinks you have a day, they take that number neither wtrw triplet, because they know you're not lying, but you're going to under report. Right. So that's, that's one of the problems. The other one is, you know how do you define cheating? Is cheating having a banana one day before you're going to play hockey. That's you know, probably not such a bad thing, but it's cheating, you know having pizza once a week or those, those five in two diets. I think something like that. Okay..

"Lightning with a forty two lead with ten forty three to go in the third period. Shots on goal. Twenty two twenty two in favor of the lightning. But they're going to return to the penalty kill as Brayden Coburn goes to the box serving a two minute. Minor for slashing already have one power play goal in the third period by Verano scored on the power play. Alabi forced to defend again, David talked about the lightning doing a great job at staying out of the box of defending throughout the first two periods. But now, they're. Taking their fourth penalty in the third period. Obviously the gods and Smith one we're five minutes for fighting cancel each other out. Based on his one by stamp goes turn xperience bounces to the center point held in by Shabaab in the light. Stay with it at Sarobi forces it out of his own. Here's Paseo regrouping at his own and for Thomas Chabad our play for Ottawa just underway for two lightning in the third. Chabad across the blue line, right circle. Colin white. Right point, Ryan shoot save as Lassie rebound Brady. Chuck, the left-wing y'all chip it said a point chamois. Of circle to Chuck point Thomas Chabad. Angle point left circle. Brady could Chuck open shoots deflect it over the net is going to skip the Sara Lee you got checked. But if pinballs to tap zone, not all the way down the ice. And you got a couple of guys off. Here's the counter Chabad, lighting and right circle. I saw Taizhou a little feeds the left circle open net look for white but his shot hit traffic. And now the other way pocket. Rams it down the ice. It looked like white was going to have an open net is lots. He was protecting the near side and went to the far side the white shot hit trapping. Never got through. Our play continues. Baranov Marilyn into the lightning. And he has that power play goal earlier in this period, right point. It's landed right circle. Baranov shoot say that's Alaskan covers the rebound before Tierney get his stick on it. Forty seconds left of the covert Viner twenty three remaining at the third poetry light to correct myself, a lightning have just three penalties that they're paid initially. I thought there was one extra, but it's gone. With fighting and then one for slashing. But a really good chance right there for calling way too tight up. I don't know of rude. I got in front of that to block it. But looking at the replay he did feeling maybe the effects of that one on the bench right now as you look at his facial expression. But a great block from him as white had a wide open. Look and a great chance for auto on the power play. Come within one saved a goal. That's us getting older. But who knows he'd be would've gone there at times? What's the drop cat Chris landed right point. Beastie playwright point landed centerpoint. Mellow by the Rudolph's balsers a drop pass held in Milan. And right point twenty six penalty declare right circle right corner. Balsers.

"Little bit of juicier. A pretty good fight for Cameron Gaunt's making it exciting in his lightning debut. Get a pretty good job using that left hand to kind of keep Smith away from getting any. Gods? Got an extra two. It sounds like for slashing. Entire fight to begin with. But great job bygones nice job defending himself. Well, taking shots to the body. But overall. Fairly even fights McKinney. A couple months early on don's able to maintain his helmet. Still wearing it at the end of that fight. Miller will serve the slashing. Checking his numbers. Years where he's got the triple digits of penalty minutes. Maybe not familiar with dropping the gloves here the right point shot. The second save as well on the side of that grabs it out of the ice. Second Ottawa power-play chances the game forty penalty. Miller cervitti the extra penalty to gods. The white right-wing water Chabad tech by turn axe Whitehall's up by that. Louis the Brady circle. Yes. Stole by mcdonagh. Mcdonagh lifted that was stolen because Kentucky was hammered by Cherniak event continue their little conversation. Words jobs as well. Bobby Ryan, another is at the center. Fan. Nobody has to take it into the left corner that tried drop it the Balser circle tyranny. Nobody recross as for I'm sorry. There are no right corner. Senator wildlife by Tierney more dangerous powerplay Prada with the first one was here's golfers high slot, right circle. Shoots. Last year and almost impossible anymore. Very noga. Two power-play tally. To the lightning get caught a little bit on that one. Bear knows coming. He's looking for options right there. You have three lightning players puck watching trying to take away the pass. And then he ends up taking that one in all by himself and his able to get one past Andrei vasilevskiy putting top shelf almost like ricocheted off the helmet at first. But. Picked this corner and finish that great execution right there. From baroness. Baz he had the post covered. But it was up enough. They offer solar and ricocheted in. That's just great placement right there by Baroness. He didn't have many options as to lighten took away that cross ice speed. But in a dangerous scoring area and he puts out one top shelf. So the penalty on God's leads to the power play goal for very, no. And is a one goal game. Point to center ice faceoff for Kucha arches into the offense event, right circle. Who Trump right circle point in front for Gordon would add top. But it just missed his stick gourd left point left circle Brady and point point Jackson, left circle. He gets checked declare Madurai four Shibata left wing media player down the right wing. Claire for the right corner. I believe balsers in Atlanta. Get the assist wait for the announcement. Now declare the right circle shoots made by the Laskey. Breakdown they're board. Thanks the nicely. Colbert tried to clear it gets blocked, but it pit balls back to Komen breakaway. Fantasy. Nice salad from Colbert straight up the God. Gord had to wait for the puck. So he was almost standing still. But he accelerated it still gave himself and he finishes the breakaway to make it forty two lightning. That's a great look from Brayden Coburn Yanni Gord sneaking behind all three senators players at the blue line there puck watching and he sneaks behind both defenseman you'll get caught rating Coburn feeding him there and it just gets behind Anderson. He makes the initial kind of stop with the puck bounces up over his shoulder and ingrate finished by Onny gore. That line has been so effective for the bolts. Brayden point Nikita kucherov all night tonight. Gorz second goal tonight twenty-second of the year. Colbert goal comes forty eight seconds after the Verita power-play tally. Three of the four goals. Scored tonight by the lightning have been scored by the point line. And they've been out on the ice for all four goals. Early. Some combination of those three guys. All right play continues. The puck is alive in the neutral zone. Stamkos drops it for. Mcdonagh has a man audit was buried Elba. Dutta protectively. Couldn't clear held a jock left circle. A centering baskets to CC right circle. CC keeps moving right point white is checked by Joseph stamp goes let's to carry it out east checked and white steel woks shoot say, but what's the call here? I think there's a penalty on Ottawa. Appearance. White was able to come in on a breakaway yon Ruda was interfered with calling to the ice unable to get back. And that's how he gets as you said they've that open look right to the net. Jock to the box for interference. Remember after it was three to do. Claire had a great h right before. Gord score to the breakaway. Bass me, the save. Not a lightning on their third powerplay chance. Could check your steps right into Ruta and takes them completely out of the play. When he doesn't have the puck. So that's a tough break for the senators to have to go shorthanded now after giving up the goal scored by Yanni Gord. Pointed Tierney won by braided point circuits have at the center point. Drifts. Go up point right point kucherov. Shoot saving Anderson with the Gloviczki holds boy who for two tonight in the power play. But graded point is hit the post on one of those teenagers. Fifty three left in the power play for two lightning in the third and the lightning of had some pretty good puck movement on the power play. Even when they haven't scored mid you mentioned Miquel surrogate of getting comfortable quarterbacking, this one and the much different look than their second unit. They like to find those in tight cross ice passes, not necessarily get the puck to each other. And pass it as fast as possible get it on net, which is kind of what that second unit. Looks to do a lot from the center point it got deflected and went down. The other way up the middle, etc. And what's the call here? Not only in the lightning apparently. I was watching and see what happened away from the park. Kucherov. I missed that one as well. As watching have come up the ice. I didn't really see this. Who having some words there with parents? Yup. Just so shot to the head is hysterical. Kucherov is the farthest away from the puck coming out of the lightning end and just kind of steps in front of the senators forward skating backwards. It didn't really look like it had any impact on the play. But nonetheless, the lightning sends are gonna go four on four now for a minute. Thirty one seconds on a powerplay. Remember the sentences scored in their lives opportunity, Baranova balls. Is it will landed at four thirty four and board. Colbert had surrogates have got the second assistant five twenty two cents with the dryer develo, right? Chabad centers, it blocks. It told him that airport or rattles it to the far corner for Ryan. Mcdonagh was skiing. Four four right now begun to try to clear, this does get it out to seraglio, etc. By the Ottawa debt. Jesus Corelli's by Dylan de Mello sends get it back. Thomas Subotnick zone near corner modest check by pitching. Mcdonagh. Lightening pursuing the puck. Mcdonagh left corner. The corner caloric takes it away. Good clear held in turn out right points later, getting a parcel TNT content to slide by the Ottawa net. Fifty two seconds short Ottawa powerplay. It's four to lightning in the third. Here comes Oscar Lindberg street down the right wing, etc. The lightning zone. Maneuvered behind that Sergeyevich after him. Lindburg Cedric pass cut off by grade point pivots find his own some room here in the four way. Just accelerates away from declare can really fly point protects at bell. Nicely done across the blood of Johnson. Lapointe pilot Johnson hooked a bit by declare gets away. High slot shoots. Same eighth. He's out the rebound. Pinball point tried to get a sneak out of could following up forward center. Centerpoint shoots clock in front and hit declare. And marching out is landed at the right side at center, ten seconds. It'll be a lightning penalty kill Blandon. Punches it in the puck is gonna pinball to who Bobby Ryan Ryan is checked by point what a ship for great point right here. Royal drip back in front of his own net. Positive for Yati Gordon's. Now a penalty kill for the lightning for twenty seven seconds scored as the puck in his own ad sent they're getting their power play unit said Gordon mcdonagh. I'll rip it down the length of the ice over even it's got to the third four to lightning fifteen seconds, man.
