"bala muhammad" Discussed on THE FIGHT with Teddy Atlas

"When other people don't do it, that's a champion. Someone who's willing to look at themselves, look at things the way they are and find the way to still do it as difficult as it is. At as haunt as it is. As much as they don't feel like doing it, to do something they don't feel like doing. That's not comfortable. You did it. You represent everything that word represents. That word signifies that character and that's the talent that you built around. It was around your character. That is speed, not your power, not you, genetics, to go and work harder than anyone else and correct what had to be corrected to find a way. What is looked like there might not be a way that and that character than somebody in you, that represents the best in us. That represents the best quality in human beings in mankind. It really does and again, you restore my faith that we're going to be okay as people. Because we got people like you and let me tell you wherever you go from here on. Wherever it is. You're going to be better than most because you're willing to go to places more than most, to look at things more than most. You're going to be the best father, the best husband if that's in your future. The best person in whatever the next part of your life is. You're going to be the best that you can be. Because you were able to be honest with yourself, you are able to look the devil in the eye and say, no, you're not going to have me. You're not going to have me. With your with your claws of excuses and pity and self pity and anger and hate, you know, because something, no, you're not going to have me. You know, how can I have me? I'm going to have my own path. The pet that I choose that I'm able to choose. And I gave my hug. He gave me a hug. And I was glad I was there. I had no idea it was going to encompass this. But in the one other thing I have to say, as long as I'm telling you how I felt that night, was that. With everybody the commodity, everything, just people getting ready to fight each other, but yet of respect in a certain field. And everybody was talking to me, the fighters to train everybody. It just reminded me. And so some people, but I'd say what I believe. And I say it. I don't hold it. Again, some people are going to have trouble with the terms of this and understanding maybe. But I don't see racism in this country. I know, I know some people, they have right now the sitting at the edge of the church saying, what's he saying? I'm just telling you from my perspective from my lens of my eyes, am I experienced? I don't see it. Am I naive to think that there's not hate out there for me? No. But I'm telling you, boxing doesn't have racism. Because rates have some is hate. And it doesn't have that. Do you know why? Because these fighters can't afford to be weak. They're going into an endeavor. They're going into a place. They're going into an arena that is so scary, so difficult so dangerous that they can have something a weakness called hate. And they can only have respect for other people that go into that arena with them. Into that into that darkness with them into that fight with them into that journey with them into that voyage with them. To try to find themselves, to try to get better, to try to lift up. To try to be the best they can be to try to find something inside themselves that says, yeah, I could depend on myself. Yeah, I could be special. Yeah, I could be better than people told me I could be. There's no room for hate. There's no room for this thing called razor. There's only admiration and respect for each other. They look around. They don't see color. They don't see. All they see is fellow warriors, fellow voyages, journeymen, that are with them in this journey in this voyage. This to find themselves. To find who they truly are, I just, I'm sorry, I had to take the time to say that. I'm so glad I went down to this little show in Atlantic City at bally's with this promoted to meet you with my son helping him. I am so glad I went down there because, again, it gave me a booster shot of faith. Of faith. Of promise that we will be okay. All right, let's talk about freaking more boxing. Well, let's talk UFC speaking of great matchmaking. UFC never disappoints. And even when there are one sided or lopsided fights, they have the best intention and on paper they always look competitive. You'll never see like very rarely will you see more than a ten to one favorite in boxing, I feel like the entire undercard is on one sided beat down affair, but occasionally you do get the guy who's 27 and two to beat the 16 and rising superstar. It's a great story when you see a guy like that, get a win. It's sad for the guy who's 16 and oh, but it's a process he has to go through. He's either going to lose now or he's going to lose on a bigger stage, but at least now he can lose, learn from it and hopefully get better and to jump into the UFC. One of the fights that we don't have on our card. And I don't even know if you've seen it, but I just want to just mention it quickly. My friend Sean Brady from Philly, he fought Bala Muhammad in the main in the main prelims. So the last prelim before the main cards started, he definitely won the first round in Ohio strategic stand up battle high level stand up. And I said to Sean, I said, you will win in. You looked good. He caught you a shot and credit to Muhammad. He closed the show. You talk about closures all the time. My God, did he close the show? And he stopped him on his feet, the ref jumped in. And I spoke to Sean after the fight and I'm not going to share what we discussed, but needless to say, he's, I think there's some things that he could learn from teddy Atlas on the mental side. And you and I will talk about that offline, but shout out to Sean Brady and Bala Muhammad, great performances. You are going to lose that you could get in there. You could get in that ring that octagon that chamber of truth and face things that most people can never face would never face. There would never sit not like a room with their imagination in a ninja's running over that walk attacking them and making them think about all these horrible things that could happen and have to discipline to sit there, the courage to sit there and then go out there and walk to that ring walk to that cage that looks like it's a mile when it's only maybe 40 yards or 30 yards and walk to it and get in there, walk up those steps that feels like you're walking a plankton that the pirates would make somebody walk back in the day with the ocean.

"The mirror, Nikita krylov on a prelims. Of USC two 80 is where we get to see what I was and we were got left. Yeah, it's hard to believe this man fought for the light heavyweight championship. He got mowed down by Daniel Cormier, but alas, he was fought for a title. Is clearly on the downside of his career. Krylov is a krylov is. I think what a krylov is will be enough to be volcanos. See, krylov is so up and down. Lucius de Paul Craig, Rex Gustafson, has watched up anyway. Lost to Ankara, but everybody. So dittos right here. So it's just beat Johnny Walker. It's like win one, lose one. Lost to go over to sheriff before they beat saint Peru. He's on a win one lose one. Lost COVID before then. Give me hopes to meet her to win one. Just because krylov won his last fight, it's win one, lose one, win one, lose one. I will go with MMA math there and just say, you know what? He's due for a loss. And then blau Muhammad Sean Brady, remember the name Muhammad anglin for a welterweight title opportunity. He's been winning. I like this fight a lot. Shot in Brady's no joke though. No joke at all. It's a huge step up for him. It is. Jake Matthews, none of them are. But I'm gonna go with Sean Brady. Sean Brady has had a tremendous amount of momentum like Bala Muhammad is a fantastic fighter. Do not get me wrong. I think Brady's momentum solid wrestler. He's a great grappler. I don't know where this fight's gonna play out. I don't know if it's gonna end up hitting the mat earlier if it's gonna stay on the feet for a while. It's a very interesting fight, but I'm gonna say John Brady. Very, I mean, a lot of Muhammad is on a 6 fight winning streak. Beating Vicente Luke Stephen wonderboy Thompson and Damien Maya for his last three fights. That's nothing to sneeze. No. Get me below. I like the story. And we've been talking big shit all week. Yeah. To me, these are like two 50, 55, right? These are very, very competitive, close fights. And I could see them going, I can truly see these fights going either way. Yes, and that's great matchmaking for this card. Caitlyn trike and versus a non fraught. Look, man, if you haven't watched my non four O fight, our own. You need to tune in. Pro beats ass. That girl, if there was anybody in this division that you could look at and be like, aside from Talia Santos, who just gave the champions some trouble. If there's anybody with the striking is throw. This is a reason she's fighting two Kagan who's been sitting at like number one forever. Yeah. But I think if we're all winning, she puts herself right in line for well, it's kind of weird because if she beats two KG and 'cause you got Jessica andras fighting Lauren Murphy and they're saying the winner that is probably going to fight Valentina Shevchenko. But I think Shevchenko's next fight has to be with tali Santos again, because I don't know where Santos is with their recovery. But Pharrell, I just think this is the fight to put her over. And I think token is a great fighter. She came off of being Amanda rebus, she's got the goods, but feroz is if you watch this woman striking she is vicious. I am looking forward to this. It's opening up the car, I believe. I'm someone for a robot decision. I'm going on as well. Knockout, though. Give me a knockout. I like setting the pace early. In the card. And we have very useful camera. This man, listen, Beneil Dariush believes that he should get a title opportunity. Everyone wants a title opportunity. Jesus. Well, camera is ranked number 5. I mean, Darius ranked number 5. And you would think logically because aloe Vera, if he wins, he's effectively cleaned out the top four at lightweight. The problem with that is the number one contender to the lightweight title is not in the division. It's Alexander volkanovski. I don't give a shit what vanilla darios does in this fight. He could take gamera and throw him out of the octagon and into the front row. It won't put him above Alexander volkanovski. That's who's next in line for the lightweight title. So dare use is going to, he's going to get the lead on Edward's treatment for a little while. He's just got to keep winning and then hope something opens up where he gets an opportunity. But he's going to be camera. Darius is very good. Darius is a phenomenal guy to win this one. Okay. I have a big fan again. I really like the guy is a finisher. He goes in there, takes everyone's best shot, he's able to dish it out. They're useless really fucking good, but his latest wins. And I look at his, he kind of has Tony Ferguson syndrome to me. Where you go down who he recently beat. And I'm like, eh. Coincidentally, he recently beat Tony Ferguson. But Ferguson was on that run. I was like, and you pointed out like, look, look at his resume. Yeah. Look, and I was like, nah. Yeah, nah nah. To me, the people he's being past three years, don't scream top 5. Especially a lightweight, which is stacked. So I think it's a little funny in the light. Maybe it doesn't, you know? Explode on this one. The bubble doesn't bust. Maybe this is another one. But I think I think could pull off the upset. It was the last fight was extremely close. You could have lost that fight. I think Darius would win. And I think if dareus wins,

"Fine, but do we have like a monster? Oh my God, get your Friends together. Is there a monster battle left before we get out of 2022? What is it? Okay, well, first of all, two 80 is a fantastic card. It's probably the best pay per view on paper. Also very fun. It's happening in Abu Dhabi, so it's during the day. Now I know if you're a hardcore college football fan, I love that. I have to 2 p.m. eastern start time, main card. It's tremendous. You have it on the screen while the other football's going on. The main event is Charles Oliveira, the guy who missed way, they took his belt away, but he continues to win. He's unbelievable. He's never in a boring fight, he's allergic to them against Islam makhachev, who's the disciple of Habib Nurmagomedov, like that's been his guy. Like he has brought up his protege. And so a lot of people think if Charles can beat Islam, maybe this is the moment that brings Habib out of retirement to go for 30 and O two. Essentially, get that one back. A lot of people think Islam is going to win, but that's a fun storyline. Also, you have Sean O'Malley on that card going up against pyotr Yan. The card is great. Sean Brady against Bala Muhammad, there's just a ton. I didn't ask you about the card. Okay. What did you want? I wanted, what's the best fight left? That's right. So at asana? Okay, Israel and society versus Alex perea is an amazing fight. That's headliner for MSG, November 12th, these two guys have fought twice before Bill. And guess what? Yeah, Alex knocked him out in kickboxing. Now this is kickboxing knocked him out and beat him via points. Now here's Izzy's revenge in the sport. He's way more comfortable in MMA. That's great. And if you don't like that, Michael Chandler against Dustin Poirier on that card. Oh man. Corey always has good fights. Oh my God, that is that's on that card and then December 12th they're still trying to figure it out. It might be Francis Ngannou. It might be John Jones, maybe by the way, October 29th, Jake Paul Anderson Silva, you tell me you're not buying that? I know my son's getting it. That's great stuff. If we got both Paul brothers are really playing it smart. Because we had Logan stress. Logan's going to get Roman Reigns, where's that survivors, the suburbs? Crown jewel in Saudi Arabia. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That'll be good. Okay, so we're feeling good about you, but nothing will top what happened last month. I mean, now you've had time to reflect it. Oh, Leon Edison. Is that the greatest? Because we have enough time, we've had everybody's had their takes, everybody's thought about it. Is that the greatest UFC moment ever? It's hard to say ever for me personally, it's top 5 because of the story. This guy was screwed. He was so screwed over the last three years, like the corporation. They were trying to throw everything in his way. This was like, if you remember the Kofi Kingston build of a couple of years ago. Making him beat every single guy on route to WrestleMania. This was Leon Edwards. Soft spoken guy from England, no one was fighting for him. No one believed in him. No one wanted him to win it seems, and then he finally almost like reluctantly gets this title shot against Kamaru Usman, who's talking about fighting Canelo who's talking about being the pound for pound king being better at the GSP and what happens when's the first round sort of loses the second. Loses the third, loses the fourth. He's now down to the final 60 seconds. I was done. I was reading my iPad. I wasn't even. Somebody screamed wow and I looked up and I didn't even know what happened. In the last 50 seconds, he pulls off this incredible knockout usman's never been knocked out before. And it's just like, so when you mix it well, also on a leg kick on a kick to the head, yes, it was amazing. And this, if I could give the cheap plug, this, in a nutshell, if I could ever tell someone like, oh, why do you love being on Spotify live? And this is hand to God. I think I've told you this as well. That night, which was really 7 a.m. in the UK was one of the greatest experiences of my career because we had all these British fans called, I'm getting goosebumps, telling you the story, crying. And we put together like a little highlight reel of it, literally crying and saying, what this meant to them, that this gave them hope that this gave them light. People from Birmingham this working class town, nothing good happens to them. To be able to speak to those people in that moment, that was the closest thing that you can have to oppose game show on the radio back in the day that I would listen to. It was such a special moment. And it was about to break the record or tie the record. For most wins to start a career and now they're going to run it back most likely in April or march at we're talking Wembley right now. UFC hates doing the stadium shows because of the weather, they're always afraid about it, but they got to do this. They will sell that thing out. If they put on like a UK versus the world card with him and patty and Molly McCann and all these people that I've been doing so well out of the UK right now Arnold Allen, they will sell that out in an hour, top. So you had a kick to the head, which is just about the hardest way to knock somebody out.

Charles Oliveira Islam makhachev Habib Nurmagomedov Sean O'Malley pyotr Yan Bala Muhammad Alex perea Michael Chandler Dustin Poirier Francis Ngannou Jake Paul Anderson Silva football Sean Brady Leon Edison Logan Habib Abu Dhabi Leon Edwards Kamaru Usman Canelo

"The towards the end or after the fight said that they were basically writing Leon's obituary. And to a larger extent, I think the UFC has been writing as obituary for a long time. 7 years ago, he lost to us men. He's won 7 fights since he had the no contest against them. Bala Muhammad with an eye poke unfortunate, but man, Leon has had a streak of bad luck. He beats an 8 Diaz, but all anyone can talk about is that he got caught with a shot and was on queer street towards the end of the fight. He has Bala Muhammad he gets the eye pokey gets shit for that. He gets into a little tiff with Jorge Masvidal Masvidal sucker punches him and busts him open and now all of a sudden Leon to no fault of his own total gentleman just gets punched in the face. They turn him into a meme, three piece and a soda. I feel bad for the guy because he has been getting a raw deal. He's had multiple fights canceled. Now he's in finally gets in with usman. He's getting killed for the first four rounds. He's way behind. And he no, no, I gotta correct you. He won the first round, but go ahead. Good, he won that first round. We're good. He was way behind. Tide was coming in. And then you tweeted this out, sorry, put it on Instagram, and it was perfect. When we had him on the show, if you haven't seen the interview, please go back and check it out. We talked about how you talked about how Nate Diaz hit him with a shot by using a tactic that you referenced Jersey Joe Walcott would distract and he distracted Ezra Charles with a little pull up of his shorts and then clipped him and Leon was listening and he was like, yeah, I never heard of them, but I'm gonna go back and watch that. Well, it was like he listened to everything you said. And I don't know if usman's been thinking about boxing matches with he's always calling out Jake Paul. He's calling out Canelo and his boxing look nice, but when he fell for the boxing trick as Leon to like a throwaway jab at him, usman correctly for boxing, slipped his head to the right of the jig. Tweeted that I tweeted that. Yeah, exactly. I think you read my tweet kid. Oh yeah, yeah, no, you said he's out of this highlighting what you said. And that way he did. I thought his boxing, I thought his boxing pedigree or teaching, and he's gotten good teaching. And he's improved tremendously striking. He has been. But I thought that it hurt him. It betrayed him. It ambushed him. Because as you were just saying, and as I tweeted, and you would just say I just want to say, you tweeted this out and told him exactly what Nate did to him and he basically did the same thing to usman and moved him right into the kick and obviously starched them with the high kick. But with that, obviously, you pointed all this stuff on. I'm just highlighting what was seen with that take it away. Listen, can you set it right? You set the table and usman was set in a table with the jab. He was doing a great job striking, travel Whitman, his former he was a former boxing trainer, and now he's a big MMA coach, our big UFC striking coach MMA striking cons. Does a great job. Does a great job. But I thought his boxing degree actually, again, betrayed him, and hurt him. Because when I throw away left hand came at him, he slipped his head to his right to get away from it. The way that you would. It boxing. But he forgot to do saint boxing. So this is MMA. This is you I've seen specifically, and as kicks the worry about. And he moved his head to get away from what he thought was a punch and was a throwaway punch, but he forgot all about. So the kick. So his box in his concentration on boxing and his level of learning boxing to the lovely eyes actually hurt him. It actually, you know, took him down to a certain degree. And added to his demise in this area. And I take nothing away from Trevor, Trevor Whitman, not that away. I respect them. He's a good guy. He does a great job. I already said that. But in the corner, he was telling him, you could hear it. He was telling him to do more striking, not more, you know, grappling more on the floor to concentrate on the striking. And the one thing when he said that, that's what a boxing coach would say, there's no doubt about it. But I might have wanted to hear the voice of an MMA coach in there too. Maybe. And again, take nothing away from him. He's doing his job from a banking standpoint. And he's done a great job, and he's improved them. And he's won with him. I'm just saying that at that point I might have wanted Ken and MMA voice too. Because the MMA voice might have said, no, no, no, no. Keep on the floor. Kill time. You can't lose except by knockout. And the best chance of being knocked out is standing. Not being submitted on the mat. So an MAA coach might have said the opposite of a boxing coach. He might have said, I want you to kill the clock. I want you to keep him on his back. And if that's the way we end it, fine. You earned the fight. You weren't the right to do that. That's just finish up here. And get the win and get out of here. And but he's competitive. I get it. And I think a part of what conspired against uzman also. Was that he got overconfident. You know, I always talk about this, Ken. I want a guy calm. You got to be, you got to become calm

"Oh, you're giving. So who though the shot right away? Absolutely. He said he wants to fight a 45. If there's any person who can jump the line right now, as Henry cejudo, because there is no clear cut number one contender at 45. And yair and Josh and we should figure that out. Yeah, I'm not mad at that. My only trepidation is to who those been out for a while. So now you're coming right back into volk. But damn, you're not giving him a soft touch at all. No, I figured this out. Get your feet under you. If he wants it because he keeps talking about he wants, and I think Henry's full of shit because he talks a lot. But if you want it, they can book it for December. They can announce it soon if they really wanted to to give sahu to time to drop that what he calls his Mexican weight. And so he could drop his weight and get to 45 Vulcan is broken hand. Those two are ready to go. Emmett and yair fight for the number one contender in November and that clears it all up. So the winner of that and I mean evoke depending on what vote wants to do. Let's say vocals out there and murder sahu. I think he'll beat them, right? I think he's too big he's too strong. I think so who knows great, but I think Vogue is arguably powerful kind of the best fighter in the world right now. Sir, I've picked against sudo a million times. And this motherfucker keeps being people. So I would say the same, but when you have that level of wrestling, voc is incredibly strong. But so who are those and Olympic that's true? It's a whole different world. I'm assuming evoke were to win. He has two paths now, either he beats the hudo and jumps up to lightweight to fight the winner of Oliveira and Mahmoud and or he stays a featherweight, but I would assume evoke beats the judo. He's going to lightweight. Yeah. And then I don't know if vacates the boat. So he can just chill and let everything figure itself out. He's made a very clear that if he were to be able to go up to lightweight he want to come back down to defend it featherweight. A lot of people say that, don't get me wrong. Yes. But we see D.C.. My bad. I said my good man versus over here. We're solved here. Yeah, we've seen people do it. We've seen Amanda new year's obviously has done it. And I believe Vogue, if he were to fight a lightweight, we'll come back down and defend it featherweight. He just seems like that type of guy. Yeah, Josh M is on my whole run. Is it me? Like I'm just not like overly confident in Josh Emmett or like, I don't feel like nobody is. He's done enough to be like, oh my God, you're getting robbed for a title fight. No, 'cause look, some people thought he lost a Calvin cater. And Calvin cater got destroyed by Max Holloway. She looks like there's such a big gap in again, yeah, you're got beat up on max all the way too, even though max uses wrestling. It's hard to justify. I know people say, well, Josh, Emmett should get it, but that's only because it's the same reason why Juliana Pena got a title shot. So there was nobody left. That's the only reason why you played at the top one, Angela penny won, so obviously people will judge him and has a chance to hear about his chance. But I'd rather see Emmet yair fight because I don't think either of them have done enough to truly say that the number one contender. This is a beat retiring kind of sucks too. Yeah, it does. It does. Because he was a good piece in that division. And another good new name to kind of throw into everything. So without him there. You're right. Vote should eventually go up and challenge for that title. Roman is a beach saw that never boys bag and was like, good thing I left, man. I'm gonna go get this real money. Yo, he left to be a doctor, right? Yeah. He was like, sorry, please. Fuck him. Listen, I can't knock him at all. 'cause you look at that and he's just like, yo, come on. That don't pay me enough. Want to be away from my country? Constantly. And two, to get punched in the face. Like I was smart as hell. So yeah, nah, nah, it's wild. All right, so we have UFC. Hold on. 78 coming up soon. Yeah, two 77, two 78, coming up some we got to talk about London. You got to keep this brink. We got to get to pro wrestling and do our wrestling show. I need to know how much Abu Dhabi is paying for the UFC two 80. Because this is ridiculous. All the money. All the money. All of their Islam and Bala Muhammad versus Sean Brady and alchemy Sterling versus Dillashaw. Peter Yan wrist is shot O'Malley. They're used versus gamera. Marina Rodriguez versus the mandalas, this is ridiculous. Oh, wild. Already, like,

"Drake. Time to talk MMA, I feel like it's what we were supposed to be talking about before we went off on our tangent. It's been a while since you've been here. Yeah. I think the last time we spoke, it might have been a preview for UFC two 73. Maybe the week, even before then. You've been out for a second. So, real quick, we'll run down, get your thoughts on the card that was UFC two 73. Which wasn't a bad card at all, right? We had McKenzie Dern beating T-shirt Torres to open up. And a win Mackenzie Dern needed. Yeah. And he's a Torres, not too long ago, looked like she might have been working her way back up into title contention, and now she's falling off kind of alleged with this loss. So Mackenzie Dern lives to fight another day and to amaze us with her accent. Which is phenomenal. And then after that, Hamza, shamia, versus Gilbert burns, Hamza took three total strike two total strikes, and his first four UFC fights took a 120 plus. Yeah. In this one. Pulls it out in the third round. Is this, in your opinion? 'cause we've had time to sit on this. Is this even better than him going out there and dominating burns? Yes. That he got tested. Yeah. I think everybody else would get tested. It's like the Mike Tyson effect, right? At a certain point, if you don't get tested, it's like, well, how good is he? If he gets tested, what do I say? What happens when you get punched in the mouth one good time? Gilbert burns out quite a few times in that fight. Oh, yeah, rocked him. And then Hamza had to shoot for the double. I mean, look, man, Kobe covets, I don't think he wants to smoke from either of those guys. He needs to fight one of them. You're about to figure it out, because I think Hamza and Colby's a great fight. I'm not gonna be the one that says that Hamza just destroys them. Does Colby's a really good fighter. We may think he's a deuce, man, but he can fight. Why wouldn't you fight that guy? That's a big fight. Take the fight. But he's proven Hamza has proven. It was funny because he watched. You watch guys come up and you see guys like usman kind of look over their shoulder and try to dismiss him. I haven't done anything yet. When he does something call me, well, he just did something. Yep. So he's legitimately a contender. He's not massive at all. How's that kills where he messed with all? Oh yeah, that Mastodon wrestling will never get to a point. Gilbert burns the same way. Those are the top guys in that division, right? And Colby. So I gotta fight, juxtaposition. And then Bala Muhammad beats Vicente Luque which kind of surprised a lot of us. Yeah. Well, mom has really been on a good run. Yeah, but I thought Luke was going to win because Luke beat him the first time, Luca is a very good striker and it felt like Luke was just coming into his own. But Muhammad is a great wrestler. Now I think the Bella Muhammad's a tear below the three that we just mentioned, but it can make some noise. But he might be Gilbert burns next opponent. That's despite the makes sense to me. But Lala Muhammad Gilbert burns, I'm psych I have Colby Covington, winner fights the winner of usman Leon Edwards. There you go. Yep. It's fell into their laps. Yes. And even then you're not sacrificing a lot of star power to do it necessarily. You're not going to make sense. Yeah, you kind of got like a star in each matchup. So you can at least sell it or put it on a really good card. Conor McGregor is looming. At that week. You see, Connor, Connor. It's you. Kind of looks like he ate. Featherweight con. Yeah, but I think it's worked. Regardless, when he comes back and fights, he's fighting at one 70. That's the price he should. That is where your Jorge Masvidal is the only fight for most of those guys. No, it's not the only fight. Because if you're Kamaru Usman, yeah. And everyone else is fighting each other. And you look at this and you say, I'm going to crush this guy. Because he is. Yeah. You go to Dana, you say you give him the title shot. Because you're going to make me so much more money. And make me a bigger star, which in turn makes your company more valuable. Give me Connor. Because for any reason of dog beats Connor, you're just losing money. I still hate it because it breaks the system. It does. But it's smart. It's kind of my only put over one more person. I'm just saying, it's the problem with the fight still is that Connor's going to go into the usman fight, making like 15, $20 million. Oh yeah. And usa is going to still make his same money plus pay per viewpoints. Usman will make substantially more. Well, what I'm saying is, us was still going to fight on that same contract. Sure. But the pay per viewpoints will be different. He's not going to get Connor paper you. No, but he's not, but he could walk away with 12 mil and a lot more shine to his name. You think Khan is going to lie, who's going to get that many points? Like, pay per view points? No, but it does so many pay per views. He's going to round out around like 12 mil. What a kind of last pay per view we Poirier do. 1.8? Yeah, that's 1.6. I can't remember. Yeah, that's a shit load. It's big, but disappointed it makes $12 million. Doesn't Poirier wasn't on the deal that usman is coming in with. Right. Who's once already coming in with a really good deal? In the grand scheme of the grand scheme of the UFC, like Poirier didn't come in, like if Poirier came in now for a trilogy, he'd make around 8 or 9. If he negotiated this contract, and he just did not too long ago, but he's still not on the usman level of renegotiation. So usman will cash out like, yeah, 11, 12 milk, 'cause 1.8 million pay per views goes a long way at 79.99. So if you negotiate the right percentage points, you're getting some dough added to that deal. But that being said, I don't think usman McGregor does 1.8 or 1.6. The return economy McGregor for a title fight against usman? No. I think a lot of people have hopped off that bandwagon. Okay. And have been like, I just watched this guy, he can't win a fight. People still buy into it. Don't get me wrong. I think he got one more. Yeah, it's just, I just watched him get dusted by Poirier. Then I watched him break his leg. I haven't seen this guy. I watched him get choked out by Habib, and I'm like, don't spend $79 for a guy who doesn't even deserve a title fight. This is going to be some people that jump off of that. My point is though, is that UFC is kind of messed up because who's the winner in that? Connor. Oh, Camaro. Connor's the winner, because a guy who didn't earn a title fight is getting to headline another pay per view under a ridiculous deal with an opportunity to win this idol and get pay per viewpoints. He wins. Okay. Usman doesn't make a fraction of economy makes. He's a chill. Yeah. Usman's rolling the dice on the belief that he is going to dominate him. Of course. And get the rub that we've seen Nate get that we've seen Poirier get to a degree. Like Poirier, a legit star, Nate gave Jorge the rub that Connor gave him. And then I just Jorge so it just takes that name on your resume. Still, I don't know if as that impact anymore. It gets you casual play. It does. Not many people are getting usman, casual play outside of Kobe. Again, no more. I guess my issue is that if kamaru could go into that fight with a new deal, right? Like a boxer does. Like if we kind of went to fight Floyd. I know. It kind of went to fight for it. He wasn't fighting for a $1 million. You fight for your worth, right? Tyson Fury made what, 30 million, 35 million is doing white? If kamaru goes into making the same money, you're not really winning..

"About saying you want a pepperoni pizza? It makes about as much sense. I mean, how are you feeling? I'd like once with a fight and say what he wants to say probably. Like how the F do you think I'm feeling? And then give me a break for a couple words. I mean, come on. Really? Well, and then, and then later in the fight, what is the same thing? Same thing. And then all of a sudden the corner says, that was, that was a bad round. About a better wife because you got ahead a 110 times instead of a 142. I mean, he goes, that was, that was better. And then the fight of reply, so unusual. The vitamin said, why? I mean, the commentators, I would have commented on that. Because that basically told you it was over. I mean, we knew it was maybe over. But that kind of told you when a fighter says, why are you telling me that was bad? What did I do? Like basically what he's saying is, what did I do for you to say it was better? What did I do? Not die. I don't know. Have you ever seen Spence look better? I don't remember seeing him look this. I would say don't look about as good, but no, with that level of fighter to your question better now. He looked the way that you want spent to look. A relentless fighting machine that's also technically sound. And he goes to the body, goes to the head, he punches a delivered the right way, his footing is right. He's balances right, you know, like I said, he pays attention to technical detail. I tell you what I walked away with it is a, the only fight we wanted to see of course now is him and coffin. And they seem to both want it. And it reminds me of her and Lennon. It does. It reminds me when that was the welterweight fight that everybody wanted. It reminds me it's going to be a big fight. It's going to be a really now. It's good to wait. It's good gutted. It marinated. It really is. Because now it's really going to be a big fight. And what became obvious to me, I'd be interested to see what my bookie says, but as will be a good will be the favorite. There's no doubt about that. I feel here be the favorite now. And most people, a lot of bugs and people most writers, I dig a most of the writers, they will, they will feel that now off of their Spence will win. Based on his too big, he's too strong and he's too relentless for the smaller man who's moved up to his third weight class. But so most people will dig that except for one. The guy you're talking to. And I'll get into that with a fight is made. When a fight is made and we need to talk about it in that kind of way, who's going to win it, all that stuff, and the possibilities of winning and what these guys to do. I'll get into it then. But I'll tell you right now, I'm not one of the guys that I love Spence, always had. But I'm not one of the guys who pump it on. I still feel I know what I know about both guys and about Crawford. And yeah, he looked great. He looked great, Spencer. But it does not deter me from my thinking in my opinion that was the confident I like him. And it'd be a help of fight. It'll be a hell of a fight and a hell of a test for both men. The only thing I can give you off of it is Crawford has the ability to ask plans to adapt to different things, but he's got the instincts. And he's carried his power up and wait, because you're going to have to, you're going to have to get mister Spencer's attention. You're going to have to do that. You're going to have to ring the doorbell. Yeah. You're going to have to win the doorbell. But he's got he's got the instincts that I haven't seen him too often. Those kind of instincts that go off and as he's a junkyard dog. And expenses too. Yeah, that was just great. But yeah, everyone's looking forward to that. Let's jump over to the UFC in a rematch of Vincente Luke gay and blah, Muhammad, I think it was the UFC two O 6 Liu Kang knocked out Muhammad in the first round if I'm not mistaken and since then but has been on a 7 fight win streak. He had the no contest against Leon Edwards where he got the really bad eye poke. But other than that, he's been dominant. He won a unanimous decision handled his business, you know, I think Luke might have won one round on two scorecards and two on another, but pretty much lopsided decision for Bala Muhammad he keeps getting it done. So congratulations to Bala Muhammad. How'd you like that one? So he had to do three things. I liked it a lot because I give a lot of credit to Muhammad. If I haven't just a superior fight plan and excellent excellent site plan, strategy and executed it almost flawlessly only lost one hour. And then he got he got back to work with that fight plan. And he had to do three things to win that fight. The first thing was not easy thing. The first thing was not a physical thing. So much as it was mental thing. He had to get rid of the ghosts from the attic of what you just mentioned, you know? That first fight. Yeah, it was 2016, a long time ago. I get it, but he got knocked out in one round. And he had to, he had to get those he had to get those guns out of the belt. And he did. And the way he was, he was important to win. I don't say anyone has the winner first round. When you're coming off and I call it laws in a rematch to the guy that you would also, yeah, you got to win the first round. If you're going to have a chance to win the fight, pretty much. Because that helps get the ghost out of the attic. It gets you confidence back. It gives you something to build on. And so that was great. He knew he had to do that. And how did he do it? Well, he did it in two ways. First of all, he understands the one place he has in revenge. Muhammad is on a map. You know, grappling, you know, doing this thing on the map. But he knew that if that's all he concentrated on, that he would be predictable. And he also knew that there would be times that he would have to at least hold his arm survive, find a way whilst striking to be able to at the very least not get hurt, not get caught and be able to manage on his feet.

"People were like, he says, exercising was why he had a heart attack. And some people said no, it was the shot. It was the vaccine. Booster shot. Right. Just think how bad his heart attack would have been if he hadn't been vaccinated. And then other people were like, I could see if he was doing like a 15 mile like fucking tough mudder. He goes, but he took three beginning classes at fucking Hollywood BJJ. It wasn't, it wasn't the 50 years of partying. It was the three. I freely admit, it is because it wasn't that's just what triggered it. It was my lifestyle that caused it. Right, right. You know, it would have something would have triggered it one way or another. Who knows what it could have been, but it just happened to have happened because of that class. But that's true. Yeah, it was definitely no, it's definitely the life. It was 32 years of bad decisions. That equaled one heart attack. That wasn't, yeah, it wasn't because of the, and I even told him that, I was like, look, I can't cancel my membership. Not your fault. I don't blame you guys. Great program, love it. Not your fault, not gonna sue you, not as nothing with you. It's me and the choices. I made leading up to this for 30 some odd years. So funny, because some people say like BJJ saved my life, it might have actually saved your life by giving you a heart attack because now you're going to live. That's a bad math. I'm not going to say that that's necessarily because who knows, maybe it would have never happened if they had, you know, but chains are something would have triggered it. It just was, I mean, I mean, there was nothing else in my life where I was physically trained. I was like, well, come back class. So maybe I'm gonna win it. Who knows, but believe me, it wasn't their fault. It was certainly my own choices that created that situation. Well, in the UFC Sean, the main event was Bala Muhammad, he beat a cente Luque. Called it, and it was a good solid fight. Muhammad looked great. And he's like, dude, I thought that, you know, he's a guy we've had on the show before it really, really nice guy put the law school smart dude dropped out of law school. Parents were like, mad, he's like, I'm gonna come about pro fighter. And then, you know, got off kind of a rough start and getting lost to el Bond, lost a couple of guys..

"For more AJ McKee. You know, I don't even think it social media. I think if like Justin Bieber, I think that UFC would put Justin Bieber in. If he went to Bellator and it was fucking amazing and they were like, throw, it would be somebody that I have to sell so many fucking tickets that they were like, like, the UFC had to get CM Punk because CM Punk was gonna go to Bellator. And they were looking at it like, come on, this guy's got how many people and how would that they were probably like going, we don't want to lose this guy at Bellator. So you're saying that you have seen probably isn't even trying to get AJ McKee. I think they are, I think at this point they are, they're probably letting them run out in 5 his 5 fight contract or 6 fight contract. I used to speak to some of you to know that some of the guys and they were like, oh, we want this guy we want that guy, but yeah, I think a lot of it is name value. Like Kayla Harrison is the best one 55 pounder in the world. I mean, nobody can even dispute it. No one's come close. The problem is, is that she's got no one to fight. So what are they going to do? They're going to put her in there and they're going to have to bump a bunch of 45 pounds up. And they're going to go, great. She just beat a bunch of, you know, kind of like what cyborg, like they were like, everyone's like cyborgs. They were like, fuck it. We'll get cyborg. And then cyborg get knocked out by Nunez, they were pretty fucking happy. I'm pretty sure that happened. Because it really were like, oh shit, is she really the best? Our girls. It seems. I think a couple of things. I just don't no matter how likely it seems. I don't think Justin Bieber is going to be a great fighter. So we don't have to worry about that, but I think like when you're talking about co promote with guys, that would be like me and Elon Musk going in together on a rocket company. You know what I mean? Like, what does the FC need Bellator for? But I think if they lose table Harrison or AJ the key, I think, like, at least half of their 17 fans are going to stop watching. That's it for us. We'll just watch UFC and they're going to really kill their rate. But what does the police fight nickname, you know? No, what is this fighting? Does he even have one? I think it's the mercenary. That's because when I just say that because I'm getting like Betty tips the guys when you're betting on fights, always pick the guy with the most original nickname, so I think Pitbull will probably take this one. But yeah, now fantastic betting advice. Vadim nemkov is also fighting coriander. This should be a good fight, Cory Anderson was also used to be in the UFC. He knocked out Ryan Bader, he knocked out some other guy named dolls, I'm not even going to think. He beat Melvin manhoef, he lost a young blue COVID. He knocked out Johnny Walker. He's fighting nemkov nemkov was this is for the title. Now I'm close to good fighter. He beat Phil Davis twice, although it was close. He knocked out Ryan Bader. He beat kabo, beat Lena mccary. This should be a good fight. This is for the title. Light heavyweight for the title. I think it's for a $1 million. I don't know where they're going. When you read off, but when you read off a Bellator's fight, like who they beat, they beat another guy that's involved for now. The same guys over and over again like all in Bellator. Aaron Pico is also fighting. Tim Johnson, I love Tim Johnson. He was the guy that was the Uber driver slash. He worked at a strip club as a bouncer. He knocked out mitrione. Well, those are the fighting credentials they're looking for. Anybody that's been a strip club bouncer and then thought, you know what, I'm going to go drive my Uber for another three hours. That's the stamina you're looking for. Your question is work ethic. He also owns a farm. He's fighting litton to sell. He got knocked out by fate or his last fight in Russia. That pissed me off. And Kyle crushed her. He's fighting. He's a really good fighter. So yeah, so rakim Cleveland is fighting parallel fortune. So yeah, those are some good some good fights in Bellator and the UFC this week. Bala Muhammad is fighting Vicente Luque. This should be a good fight. Luke is a monster. He could just be a chiesa. He knocked out Tyron Woodley. In my dark, you're not that Randy Brown, rude boy. He beat Niko price. He lost the Steven Thompson in 2019. He beat Mike Perry, he knocked out Bala Muhammad, but that was in 2016. Bala Muhammad is on a wooden streak. He beat Stephen Thompson, pay him 30, 26, he beat Damien Maya. He lost a Leon Edwards by I poke. He beat Diego Lima. Who is this fight? I'm hoping Bala Muhammad. Greg. I think it is below Muhammad. I mean, the Sunday Luke is obviously very tough guy, but Bilal is kind of a monster. I really like him. I like him to win this fight, but that's the only reason. Don Frye. I don't want to have a clue. You're talking about partners. So I didn't recognize the names that you called out through. And then mccorkle, I honestly, when I picture them, I picture the same guy in my mind, so I don't know which one's which. Like when I hear those two names, I'm like, yeah, it's that you're going to, I don't know, I picture the same guy, but see my last time I saw both of them fight, they both did awesome. So I think it's a toss up. All right, Miguel baeza. He was Colby's training partner. He was looking like a monster and they lost a chaos. Williams last Friday lost the Ponzi anemia. He beat Matt Brown, he's fighting Andre fialho, who is on a four fight losing streak. Lost a man, Mikael Pereira, Antonio Santos, lost he lost a bunch of guys in the PFL. So I think it's trying to give an easier fight. I think he wins this fight. Also, Devin Clark is fighting William knight, William nice to miss weight by 30 pounds last fight. And then I lost he's fighting, he beat Alonso made a field. He's fighting Devin Clark, who always begins winning the fight, and then sometimes loses for some reason. He put gases out. I hope he wins. Panty Kansas. She's the girl who's the EMT. She's a hottie. She won one fight against by butt balm. She actually sat on Jesse Jess's face and just kept fucking putting her butt in her. It was kind of hot actually. She was fighting the landsberg who goes by with 12% after where he showed her that move. Hey, did you guys see, by the way, did you see Bruce buffer? Tell TRE Maya to back up before the fight started like he was in there running the show. No, I didn't see that. You can see that dude. Rewatch the fight. He comes up, shamia was getting too close for a Bruce puppet comes out like sternly. He tells him to get back to his cage, and I was like, dude, who are you tell the fire to go back to this corner? So she was fighting the elbow queen. Lena landsberg. Not related to Nick Newell, who's the elbow king..

"Signed a new deal. Yeah. To get B he's lost three in a row now. How many fighters you know lose three fights in a row and sign a new lucrative deal, making them allegedly the top three highest pay fires in UFC. What are we doing? You could have gave that money to your friends, but I mean, neither here nor there. I mean, I just don't understand the logic in it because I said this on the last show, he beat Ben Askren, who should have lost a Robbie Lawler, then he then asked me to lost the Damian Maya, got bounced out of the UFC and got knocked out by Jake Paul. That's who Ben Askren is. Okay, you're keeping that on the resume. But that's what it was. Nate Diaz hadn't beat anybody aside from he beat Anthony Pettis, but he'd be kind of McGregor in 2016. Yeah. He short noticed. Very glorified journeyman. Sure. He beat Darren till. Who has since gone one in four barely getting by a Kelvin gas? These aren't big wins for mass when I get a new contract. He's not a title contender. He shouldn't even be ranked in the top ten. But the fact remains is that his three losses are two to the champ and one to the number one contender. Those three losses that he just had, right? Yes, he got knocked out by usman, and he won one round against usman in the one round on one scorecard. And then he got knocked out. And against Covington, how many Rousey win? One round on, I think, one, maybe two scorecards. Yeah, I know you got ten 80 in the round, too. You got ten hated, which is kind of weird. Like, I didn't think. I mean, you got dominated. He got wrestled, but he wasn't like in position to actually lose the fight in my opinion. But either way, he's getting a top three paid fighter, like what I've said. Is he after this? Yeah, I think how you lose against kamaru was lights out, getting knocked out. But losing this one, I think his fans justify like, oh, you're a punk for just wrestling. Colby. It's ridiculous. But that's still enough for casuals to be like, oh, that's whack. Like wrestling, you just wrestled him. The first usman fight, then they critique him for a foot stomping? Yeah. And they're like, who's mine? You just foot stopped. He's like, all right, cool, wait. Hold on. Knocked him out. Hold this. So let's start this backwards when we start talking about their futures. Mastodon Conor McGregor. Yeah, that's the fight. To be fair, any journeyman. Your flight is Connie McGregor Conor McGregor. Jorge Masvidal, Conor McGregor for the fictional BMF title. I want to do that. Sure. Because Connor doesn't need to be anywhere near the title shot. Maxwell is definitely not. Conor McGregor's, he looks like he's too big for lightweight. He needs to fight a whale's way. That gets Connor the next welterweight title shot. If he beats Moscow. No, by the way, it doesn't. He skips the line completely. No, he does. He does not come out. He does not. I think he jumps. No, he doesn't. He doesn't. Not beating Mastodon does nothing for anybody right now. I'm just letting you know the star power of Connor and maseed Darwin might jump. No. I think he jumps Islam tomorrow if he wants to. Which is also ridiculous. It's all bad. But that's the fight to make his basketball McGregor. That's it. There is no other fight that's in the welterweight division. For Masvidal, that he can win. Like he gets beat. Oh, that he can win. Yeah. He can beat Connor. Because the largely stand up possibly. Right? He can't be Gilbert burns. Connor's pretty fucking good still, I think if he gets his head on straight. But the fact is it's going to be a stand up fight. Yeah, it's fine. Right. If bodes well for both of them, it's exciting for that reason. You're paying them both a ton of money. So just put them on the same card, loser goes home or whatever you want to call it. Because if that's what all loses, at least you cash that with a tremendous pay per view. If you put Mastodon in there against Gilbert burns has already booked for Hezbollah, you can't put them in there with Covington. There is Vicente Luque. Beat some Bala Muhammad beat them. But that's not a bad fight for him. But it's bad if he loses to somebody that it's not like a main event fight, right? You gotta put him in there with a stakes. And the stakes are fictional, BMF title, Conor McGregor. That's a huge fight that sells pay per views. You can't put them in there with anybody else. Sean Brady. You can't put him. That's what all you can not put in there with anybody else. It won't sell. Yeah. You don't want them to go against wonder boy. Wonder boys two losses in a row too though. Yeah, but you don't like a stand up battle that wonder boy is a better striker than master at all. Yeah. So you need guys who are going to be main event and Connor can't fight everyone. It's either there's two fights, Connor and ADS. That's it. No, how about I throw this at you? What if you fight Nick?.

"Not a control. Well, first of all, his trader is Tony Roma. And there is corner man was Dickie. So, you know, they were, yeah, I think they were trying to get him to decide who had the better ribs. Dude, I would laugh so hard though. If I saw him eating ribs, but anyone eating ribs when they walk out of this video of it, I think there's big of him eating grips, like before the fight. I think I saw in the locker room. I'm crazy about that song. He would also become my favorite fighter ever. So also, Bala Muhammad, who I give props so far anybody fighting Stephen Thompson. I think that was the problem with the Jeff Neil fight. I saw him fight Stephen Thompson and I'm like, oh, you know, he's not as good as I thought he was. Steve Thompson makes everyone look bad because he's got that fucking weird style of karate. Yeah. Nobody else has, that if you can't figure out how to beat him, like the three guys that beat him, then you would look bad. It's like machida. Has anyone ever looked at its machida except for maybe Vitor Belfort when he knocked them out? I mean, it's so hard to look good against. And I wonder who Dons rooting for in that fight. Steven Thompson or a Muslim from the Middle East? I wonder what's the hard decision? That's going to. First of all, he's American. He's an American. He's always Muhammad, but his nickname is remember the name. He grew up in Chicago. He's like the nicest dude. He went, he went to law school, super smart, like, awesome guy. He came to my show. He was sitting next to the Natalie from Israel and hey, I think he's from Palestine. I'm like, are you guys okay here? It's not going to be any rock throwing. Both of them laughed and were great sports. He happens to be a hilarious guy too. He does he did like the Tony Ferguson workout program one time and his sketch. That was like the funniest sketch. That's hilarious. Everything was wrong. He was like, bench pressing like the fucking the bench. Start packing it like the treadmill was like he was walking on his hands. But I'll have us to be also Ricky Ricky Simone. Wait a minute, can we talk about this fight real quick? 'cause I think this is a very bad matchup for Steven Thompson. I think below my habit is going to have a lot of problems for him and he's going to beat his ass..

"But online, we're stuffed with deals, this Thanksgiving. All right, let's get back to the podcast. Anyway, so join a calderwood who is always in the fight. I mean, she lost alarm Murphy. That was a very close fight. She'd be Jessica. I she lost Jennifer Maya by armbar. She wasn't in the fight there. I think she got surprised. Beat Andrea Lee lost her Caitlin chicag in lost since it could be a, I don't know. I think that calderwood is, I think she's gonna win this fight. I do. I do, I do a do. And I am biased. But I want her to win. Then I see they put her up against this girl with 18 and one fucking this girl's got man, I wish I was ripped as this girl. Look at her. Her arms right now. It's not fair. See, the problem is I don't eat right, you know? I work out when I run. I run 5 miles, four miles, but then I reward myself by eating like shit. You gotta eat right. And I just don't want to do it. I had a Snickers bar this morning. I had heard of some idiot drinking Gatorade, whatever this is. It's just man. I just the problem is I'd be better off almost not working out eating right and working out and eating like shit. But what are you gonna do? All right, so this girl Talia Santos is 18 and one. Coming off a big win over Roxanne modifier, hurt rocks at a couple times. She won 30, 27. She beat Jillian Robertson, 30 26, 30 20. She until I was a little high, a little redheaded hottie, good fighter. She beat Molly McCann, meatball Molly. Yeah, this girl her last loss was a split decision tomorrow barela, who, who's this girl? 12 and 9. I guess it's coming off one four losses in a row. So I guess she just had a bad night that girl. So I guess that could happen. It's crazy. I mean, I'm a math does not work. What we should did work, because I make some money. But no. And also, in this car, that time levy, who is from Israel, who's awesome. He actually came to my show. He was next to Bala Muhammad. I'm like, are you guys okay together? I know there was 55,000 years of turmoil between you two and they both laughed because that's comedy does. It brings people together, all right? Now all of a sudden you can't joke about things. Everyone's offended. I want to tell you what the fuck you can joke about. Also nonsense. But he's from Israel. My dad, by the way, lets me know every Jewish athlete that ever lived. Like he he'll root for people just because he'll just be like, man, you know, Sandy Koufax and this guy and that guy and max Rosenthal or this max bear. I mean, does he just knows all of them? He knows all the Jewish athletes. So I'm sure he'd be happy with Natalie. He'll be rooting for him. And so will I, I mean, not just because it's Jewish, but, you know, and then my man Terrence McKinney, 11 and three, who's a monster Terrence, but what we'll come back with Andrea Lee..

"And they don't really have that. Nunez is not that girl. Yeah, but you got to wonder what the motivate. You got to know she's got people telling her about that all the time and she's making a conscious choice and I do, which I think means, you know, she wants to focus on being a great fighter and the second it starts becoming about those other things is the second you get beat and I gotta say, I respect and we're keeping her eye on the ball. I'm gonna talk about Misha right now. I'm talking about yeah, not talking about Misha, I'm saying, the reason why I should probably head on is because they kind of need that right now. We need somebody. Right. And that's why I'm saying why they're forcing it with Misha Tate shit versus Caitlin. I mean, that's just not a headlining match. Michael chiesa, that guy, everyone. That's a big time. He also has his work cut out for him because he's coming off a loss against Luke that was he was winning. And then he wasn't. Now, I look at his monster. And this dude's Sean Brady is 14 out of Philly and I thought he was in he's one of these guys down, but I'm like, oh, this guy's gotta be a college wrestler. His wrestling's that good. And I looked him up last night. He never wrestled before. He's just an athlete. Wow. He's just an athlete with power. And he's one of those dudes that he has, I obviously want to ask him to win. He's a friend of mine. I like he has it, but holy shit, man. Certain guys, Bala Muhammad, Michael chiesa, I give them the props they deserve Don Frye, put you in that thing. You didn't give a fuck about preserving your legacy or picking easy fights. 'cause they're going right into the fucking hornet's nest. Even with this guy, to my. Tom I was like, I wanted opponent. And Neil Magny is like, pick me. And then what's his name was like, pick me the guy, the guy that I just talked about on Muhammad. He's like, I'll fight you. I mean, good for you guys. That's a fucking you guys have a good for you. I fucking love that. I love that. I fucking love it when guys like, you're the best guy out there. You're the guy who looks unbeatable, fight me. I give you a lot of props. Now, is it the smartest move? Who knows? I guess I feel like you win, right? Joanne county. Gamble. It's a big gamble, you're wrong. Everything, you know? Oh, I love it. Yeah. Do I calderwood who got married to John wood? So now it's just Joanne wood. That's fucking pretty easy. So she's fighting the girl that beat Roxanne matari, who John wood also trains. Now Don, I ask that question. So if you're if your coach just fought somebody or just train somebody to fight someone that beat your girl and now your next girl is fighting that person, does that give you an advantage or do you think maybe you could overthink it? All right, run that one by me again, buddy. John wood is training roxane moderate. All right? She loses to this girl, just like tough Brazilian girl..
