"Announced one more member on the world tour coming up with the Backstreet Boys. I could do that. Wow. We'll see, I will see you in South Africa. Johannesburg. Let's get back to the calls at 8 5 5 two four two 7 two 8 5 and Paul is in Georgia. Hey, Paul. Hey. How you doing old man? We're doing great. Well, let's good. I'm on the Micah, come in. What we have here is a failure to communicate. Really? Yes, that's what we have with the Alabama fans, Paul. They lost one game and they're just shutting them down. And I'm a Georgia fan. And we went through a lot over the years with Alabama and they just kicking them to the curve. Can you answer that? You know, I don't know. I mean, Alabama folks are different as I think we all know. Hey, thank you very much for the call. Let's check in with James who is up next. Good afternoon, James. Hey, Paul. Jamie, good afternoon. Jay. Yeah. Hey, thanks for taking my call, Paul, how are you doing? Hi, I'm doing well. Thank you. Hey, I want to talk to you about Cincinnati. I feel like Cincinnati is overrated. I mean, what's your opinion on that? I mean, they've had there one day at glory 9 1185. We know that day. And Pete Rose should be in the Hall of Fame, by the way. But do you feel like cents and 80s is a top four team? I think they're really good. And I think what you have to ask is, could they be Georgia? No. Could they beat Alabama? I don't think so. Iowa. I was defense is really good. Their offense is pretty pedestrian. I think ultimately I understand why they are ranked. They beaten Notre-Dame. But other than the Notre-Dame game, they haven't it's not their fault, they don't play anybody. When you schedule Notre-Dame in Indiana out of conference, that's pretty, pretty strong. It's all you can do. And it will be interesting. I'm so not sure they'll get in the playoffs though, because there are too many good teams coming out of the Big Ten, the SEC still has two, probably at least two teams alive. Thanks for the call. Appreciate it. Let's check out more phone calls here. And Gary is in Montgomery, Alabama hello Gary. Hello, how are you doing about? Gary, we're doing great. Thank you. I'm a first time caller. I just got a few things to see when I buy my mixed up on. We'll go right ahead. Okay. One of the first things I want to say was brass need to learn how to send the ball quicker and she had to wait until the last second delay of game and the waste of time out. And then he needs to learn how to read blitzes and call out all of those because I was embarrassed he should have been able to throw it to the running back or the tide in because one of them had to be open because thereby splits. Good point. Yeah, I mean, he's very good, but he's also very young. Right? And then the other thing is all receivers drop to me balls. I mean, you know, we talked to touchdown. We got two first downs. And that killed us. Well, Gary, I think part of the problem there is Alabama does not have two first round picks at receiver like they had three they may have won. But they don't have three like they did last year. Steve is in South Carolina or a first round pick at quarterback on a first round pick at running back. Steve gore ahead. Hello, Paul. How are you doing today? Steve we're doing well. Thank you. Listen, Paul, the first time caller been watching you shows that day one and frankly, I wasn't too sure how the show was going to go from day one, but it has impressed me. Thank you. Congratulations. Thank you very much. I'll take it Cincinnati alle of the picture when you've got the top four Oklahoma which one of those teams in the top four do you think or ought to have the worst? Or the hardest time run in the table with their schedules? Well, I think it's Iowa because they have to deal with the Big Ten schedule and ultimately they'll have to be somebody in the Big Ten championship game, whether that be Michigan, Michigan state or Ohio State, and I frankly don't think they can do it. Yeah, I don't either and I want to switch on you real quick like, oh, I know you've had a lot of pretty good experts talk about the playoffs and go into the trail, but I really haven't heard your opinion a lot on the pros and cons on going to either one or do you actually have a preference? Well, it's a good question. You can not make a fundamentally sound argument for a 12 team playoff. It's impossible because I think we struggle most years to find four good teams. So I say that before I say what I'm about to say, I'm in favor of it because I do think it opens the window for a lot more fan bases to be involved. Now, is it the purest way to do it? No, but neither is the NFL. Neither is Major League Baseball. I mean, I was watching. I mean, there were so many baseball games on the other day. I really could not figure out where any of them were. But it does add excitement. I watched the playoff game a week ago with the Yankees and the Red Sox. And that was just a wild card game. But what's this really all about? And somebody who does this every day, I would appreciate more people being involved. I hate it when like I said to the call a few minutes ago, Oregon loses a game. They're done. This guy loses a game. They're done. But on the other hand, would that wood Saturday have been as exciting if we had a 12 team playoff losing a game like Alabama may have had tremendous consequences where if we had a 12 team playoff, it really wouldn't have mattered. Alabama is still in which Alabama is still in pretty good shape. That's my point. Yeah. So yeah, just don't understand where we're going with that. I mean, I'm confused and like a lot of your listeners and you know, what's your opinion on a? Well, I think 6 or 8 or probably a more realistic proposition, but we're not going to get to that based on what we heard from Ralph Russo. Last hour, the politics of it just don't work. And the ultimately whether we really think it's a great idea or not, we're going to get to 12, because it does bring more money to the sport. It brings a lot of excitement. But the bowl system is already wrecked. So we're not going to say that anymore. I mean, case in point, Dan Mullen last year, he was in the cotton bowl, which used to be a game. I remember the first time I covered a cotton ball. My eyes were wide open. Of course I was in my 20s and Bear Bryant was the coach. I thought that was like the coolest thing I'd ever done. It was in terms of sports at that moment in time. Cotton bowl last year, half his team didn't show up. And when he lost, he just called it a discriminate. That's how things have changed. We will take a break. No more musical groups, but we do have Matt stitch comment about 30 minutes. I don't think Matt's ever going to be in the Backstreet Boys. "backstreet" Discussed on The Paul Finebaum Show

"We were talking about it before the world changed in March of 2020. So hopefully we'll get that done. That's a bucket list thing. Another place I'd love to perform is Egypt. We've never performed there. We've been fortunate enough to travel all over the world and we have a fan base that's all over the world that would support us coming to both of those places. So those are two places we want to get to. The connection musicians and their fans are so unique. I mean, we talk about football here, but what do you think it is? And I know this is it's your group, but what do you think the connection is between the Backstreet Boys and this audience that is so iconic? You just talk about our fans in general. Yeah, the question? I think, you know, there's a lot of things to consider. I think it was a good time. I think when you look at the early 90s, 93 was when the Backstreet Boys formed, so we're coming up soon to have 30 years come 2023, which is hard to believe, but I think it's just Holmes. I think it's good timing. I think people know what to expect when they get a chance to hear Backstreet Boys. I think they expect a certain type of quality of show that we've continued to put on over the years. But it was a good timing. I think a lot of will. You know, a lot of will and work. We talk about these athletes to get out there and bust their butts day in and day out to be better. I think that's what you've found, or that's what we do. Actually boys do that day in and day out, especially on tour to put the best quality possible for people to be happy and excited when they leave that place. So I think it's just that it comes down to the music comes down to the time. It comes down to memories that we shared over the years and when you come up with a consistent product, which I think we're very proud of. Kevin, let's get back to the football game before you guys go back to get ready for tour because I'm not being I'm not being unkind to Brian, but I am confused by Brian, because I know who you are, Kevin. And I just help me understand. He's pulling for Kentucky, but wants to keep his family. Would you give us an analysis of your bandmate here's rather confusing football affinity. So he bleeds blue. And when Georgia is not playing Kentucky, he'll root for Georgia. Okay. But when they are playing Kentucky, he's rooting for Kentucky. Okay. All the way all day. I'm sorry for all the things I've said about you then. Thanks, Paul. I appreciate that, man. Now, I know it becomes almost cliche to say, who do you think's gonna win? Because everybody always picks their team, but the bride and Kevin I'll start with you, Kevin, I mean do you feel like the cats are big underdogs as you all know, do you think there's a legitimate shot? They can pull this upset? I mean, I'd feel a lot better if we hadn't lost two great starting D tackles in the last two weeks. McCall and oxen dyne studs, but we stoops is recruited well we've got a lot of talent and a lot of young inexperienced talent on the D line. So our defense has been playing great all year. We're going to need the youngsters to step up on the D line. I feel good about our offensive line. They're big, they're strong, they're experienced. They're tough. We pretty much been able to run the ball on anybody. And, you know, now we have the vertical threat passing game, our quarterback is tough. I mean, I think we've got a great shot. Would I feel better if we were at a 100% a 100% strength sure, but no, at this point in the season, nobody is. So but cats all the way all day. Brian, that was a pretty good analysis. And when you guys were through with the tour, I think we have a spot for you here at ESPN to analyze college football, Brian, what about you? Well, let me just say this, okay? As much as I as much as I want, Kentucky to win. I do look talking about defense, yes, Kentucky's. And everybody's talking about George's defense, man. They swarm the ball. And they've only allowed 33 points, 33 points all season and Kentucky. They've allowed a 105 points. I think it must have hit 6 or correct. So when I think about when I think about the ball movement, I think Kentucky has a shot. I really do. They are 22 and a half point under dogs, which I'm not going to go that far. But I think George is going to win by maybe a touchdown. I got 28, 21 dogs, but I'm hoping that Kentucky can really put it on him. I mean, why not? Why not? Miss now, so no big blue, baby. Kevin Richardson and Brian latrell, two members of the fame battery boys doing some serious football analysis here on the show. Guys, what a pleasure to talk to you again and to see you and enjoy the weekend and I can't wait to see you guys back on tour next summer. When we're back on the road next summer, we're gonna hit you up, Paul will be on the road in the fall all over the U.S.. You got come up on stage. Yeah, you're coming through where I live. So I will be waving at you saying, remember me and you guys are just bouncing along like we don't know that clown in the front row. Hey, thank you very much. It's really great to see you. What a pleasure. Go cats, go big blue. Kevin Richardson and Brian latrell from the Backstreet Boys. I mean, I never thought I would be sitting here conducting an interview with the Backstreet Boys. With that type of football knowledge, we are coming right back. You are listening to the Paul finebaum show podcast. Well,.

"The pride passion and pageantry of college football lives here. This is the qualifying bomb show hour two podcast. That is the newest look for the factory boys a guy on the far left will be touring when the international global tour begins next summer. Welcome back to the program. You may remember two years ago. We were up in Kentucky and we had Kevin Richardson on and he's of course backstreet boy. And he gave me such cred when I went to my Tuesday night karaoke contests. And he is now joined by his brother, except not his brother, but his brother in the band Brian littrell. They are both members of the Backstreet Boys. One of them Lexington, what happens to be a Kentucky fan the other Georgia fan will explain that Kevin and Brian thanks for making time for us as we get ready to head to Athens for the big game on Saturday between Kentucky and Georgia. Well, it's not hard to figure out which one is which here. Hey guys, thanks so much. It's such so cool to bring both of you and I know a lot of folks are humming right now, all your greatest. Kevin, it's good to see you again. I really did thank you. We had a great time in Lexington. And Brian, I'm going to start with you because I know Kevin's story we sat together for a couple of segments out right outside on the campus. You're from Lexington. I know you're trying to play both sides here, but it's not working. How did you grow up in Lexington and become a Georgia football fan? Well, that's oh, it's not really long story other than you know my wife is from Marietta, Georgia. And I'm married into a bulldog family. So, you know, happy wife, happy life. Makes for a good solid homefront. But I have to say, make it clear just so everybody knows, you know, if I were to make a prediction about the game using my heart, I got to go with the cats this weekend, but if I'm gonna do statistics wise and use my brain, I gotta go with the dogs. That's just now Brian, I don't want to be disrespectful, but clowns like me have to say happy wife, happy life. You're a backstreet boy. You don't need to say that, man. How about it? Do you just call me a clown Paul? I'm not a clown, man. Kevin, great to see you again. Let's I had a blast talking to you about the couch and we were just, it's interesting. We were in Lexington last weekend. Now we're heading to Georgia. So I know you're enjoying this a wildcat season so far. It's been great. Well, this season has been I just turned 50 last weekend. Pardon me of my voice is a little hoarse. I'm still recovering from my wife's surprise me and how to surprise birthday party for me in Kansas City and had all my friends out, so I'm still recovering from that. But it's been a dream season for me as a long time, Kentucky football fan. This is one of the best that I've seen in my lifetime and I'm excited. We got a big tall task ahead of us heading down between the hedges and Athens, but I think we got a real real real good shot Paul. Well, Kevin, congratulations on turning 50. That seems surreal until you think about the fact that Mick Jagger 78 and Paul McCartney's 80s. So you're still young at heart. Hey guys, absolutely. I mean, let me ask you about I mean, COVID has interrupted the world. We all know that. But what is the latest as we continue here, Brian with touring and getting back to doing what you guys are so great at. Well, that's just the thing. We're looking forward to get back on our summer run. Next year, we'll be back out. There's a lot of ticket holders that we ought to take. So we're super excited about getting back out on the road. We've got about close to 60 shows books for next summer and then we'll head off probably to Europe in the fall of next year. So we're just looking at itchy itching to get back at work. You know, COVID is good a damper on everybody's life. You know, it's been a thing for all of us. If I remember correctly and can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it was February and March of 2019 that we were out in South America where we had to basically cancel our last show and hit home just before the pandemic had really taken hit the world. So we were fortunate to do something that we love. We're just excited to get back out on the road and see and smile and faces and people singing back to your boys songs. Kevin, I mean, I know that people fans we enjoy the music. We enjoy the live shows, but I also know having spoken to quite a few musicians to do what you guys do. You just don't roll out of bed one morning, even if you're 50. I say jokingly. And do a world tour. What type of preparation just physically goes into getting ready for what you guys hopefully had are about to endure and in this endeavor? What do you do to get ready for something like this? Well, we practice Paul. We practice long and hard. We go into rehearsals for, you know, several months. If we're building a show, we start from scratch. We it takes us several months. If we're we already have a show built, we're just postponed right now because of COVID. So we'll go back into two, three, four week, revision process and get everything fired back up again because the vocal cords are a muscle. And if you don't use them, you lose them, so we'll get them back in shape, get our bodies back in shape, stretch out, you know, I'll get back in the gym, get rid of my COVID 15 that I put on and get back in, get back in road shape. I think I think I heard Mick Jagger say this that he in a show I don't know if this is believable or not probably is that he covers between 8 and ten miles you guys mix a little crazy as we know, but I mean, in terms of just physical training, in addition to the vocal training, Brian, I mean, what do you have to do to be in shape? Because I mean, you guys put on it's not like you just roll out there for two songs. Yeah, you're exactly right. The vocal preparation is a tough thing because you have to be able to basically run around and be able to have support from your abdomen to carry that voice. We're hitting a lot of high notes and a lot of long notes. But also doing some cardiovascular stuff at the same time. So I think, you know, was talking about, you hit the gym, get your cardio up, start your breath to exercises and all that stuff. And then, you know, then the voice will come. But it's just all part of it. You know, you're always stronger midseason to late season than you are when you first start. So that prep work that we have to do on the front half is much more work to get prepared for it because we're not 18 anymore. You guys have toured for so long, Kevin and Brian Kevin, is there any place that you have not played in the world that, I mean, because I know there are some places that would be prohibited, but it seems like you guys have been everywhere. We've been a lot of places, especially doing promotion and TV appearances. There are a few areas we have not actually done a concert. And one of them would be South Africa that we would love to get to. That was actually slated to happen..

"It's just a simple move but it doesn't even do what you want it to do with no it doesn't he goes back and he doesn't remember the formula or whoever it is this is like what is baffling. He's fighting with author and i. It's it's a mass man. It's a man that's why i didn't go to theaters. Somebody made that movie amazon or somebody made that movie and some studio made it and said this movie is a heaping pile garbage. Hey amazon can. We cut our losses. Will you pay one hundred million dollars for this movie. They said he amazon. Chris pratt and actions that we can get a three hundred million dollar budget and movie for one hundred million dollars deal deal sold. We need that content. Right we're trillion dollar company. We're gonna make a hundred million off of this for streaming. Free is free so did it dr subscribers. Now that amazon but amazon has to release content to justify. I bet you broaden like a significant number you think brought in new subscribers and everybody already subscribes amazon. Now i bet you did. Amazon's got a long history of great shows so this at the end of the world. It just it just didn't work. It just didn't work. I know it it. Didn't we don't need to talk about too much more because it's not worth it you're right let's move lot- i have a documentary watched. Okay that you probably didn't know hunch and it's about andre the giant. Okay about him i do. I know quite a bit about him. I watched the show. Also that the rock has called young rock and he's a character on the show as well really they give you a lot of backstory to okay. So they have a huge documentary. It's about an hour. And a half long on net flicks about andre the giant and his career prior to wrestling during wrestling and then like his ultimate demise and It was really really interesting. It's a lotta things you already know. It's nothing that's going to blow you out of the water. But i thought it was super interesting to learn about a guy that we see as this huge novelty character right. And then you understand like it's an actual human being..

"You're right and it is. It's been written that. It is a different type of k. Yeah so the conqueror has multiple. I mean in the comic book world has multiple different variants in multiple different characters. But they cast him as a certain king. The cocker in Doctor strange movie in once they saw his acting. And and this is written. You can look it up. You can google it. They saw what he was doing in that movie and they said hey. We have a park for you in this show. Would you like to do it. And he agreed to it and then they wrote the king character off of that. Yeah so there's a big tie in there. Yeah for sure. Huge tie in there ain't going to be the next thanos and there's no doubt about it right with which is rightfully so because it's a huge character. Each of those individual movies are still going to have their own individual villains. That need to be thwarted. And i think it's going to all come together and post credit scenes until we get an indoor type thing where here's thanos and listen. They've asked me to write for them for years now. And i can't say what i have or have not done. But you know it's tied gotcha. So all right. Let's move off key and move down the road. You got a one that we have both enjoyed tomorrow war. Oh tomorrow or yes. I forgot about this one. This is chris pratt amazon movie. Chris pratt amazon movie. It was a big deal. Huge sig budget big big everything. Yeah they they put a lot of money towards us movie and they promoted it as such as being a big budget movie. I don't know if it came out in theaters. it did not know this is always gonna be a streaming movie on amazon. Only always i think i will get to why i believe that is the case. I watched it right away. It's been out for why a month ago. I think we watched it around the same time. And so i don't. I don't remember all the bits and pieces so it's not going to be a great blow but i can give you my thoughts on and let me say real quick that i had talked about it on the podcast prior to it releasing and when i first found out that it was going to release amazon only And what it was and we gave a synopsis of what this movie was. Probably three to four episodes ago. And i was very excited for it because it looked incredible for it being in a streaming only type movie because what we've got so far from streaming only type movies from netflix and amazon and Hbo or warner brothers. Or whatever have been to in my opinion and i think yours have been lesser than upright was pretty good with will smith long ago. That was one of the first ones it was like. Hey i won in a did very well but everything from then on has been a little bit lesser than what you would find in a theater and i was disappointed. What do you think about this movie. First of all and no-one said marvel rejected all jerry scripts because every time a hero got into trouble he just wrote and the hero flexes..

I got some bigger negatives that i mentioned to what i find interesting. Is that this lynch men. Now this is what blows the whole universe. Well upside down. This is the future of marvel. They just opened the door. They opened pandora's box so start over so they rewrote history. This is exactly why. I would tell everyone to watch it. This is the most important show to watch in the entire for the future of disney race. You want to follow marvel and if you want to follow phase for of marvel movies if you if you say like i wanna watch all the marvel movies from here on out. I agree with you you should but you also you have to go and watch this movie. Otherwise you're or tv show called a tv show called movie because it's basically a six hour movie. You're you're not gonna. You're not gonna have the basis to watch these movies from here on out if you don't watch loki wanna vision. Okay yes sure. And that's what we thought. We thought that would be the doorway. I thought it was gonna be and there's an interesting fan theory that you want to get into that. So apparently the scene at the end. Yeah so we also have a problem where we have high expectations going into movie or usually let down if we have low expectations were usually blown away and the problem is i do have high expectations because i know james gunn and what he's done i honestly don't and the reason is is because the last one was such a shit show and i understand completely different. What is the last suicide squad movie. I don't put that anything. I don't have high expectations going into any dc movie ever. It's james gunn though. I know but you know what he's done. I understand that but that doesn't change the fact that i don't necessarily have high expert garden guardians of galaxy to is like far beyond my favorite marvel movie and that man did both of them like the two best movies that marvel ever did. Yeah and we've argued about it now. But i i i agree with you. That number two..

"Hi this is chris. cordis year. and we're talking about the backseat. Boyz saying what happened to them. What happened. It's not likely disappeared of the face of this earth. They haven't disappeared. They made an album in two thousand nineteen called d. n. a. And the song called. Don't go breaking my heart. This was this went viral on youtube. But not so much. The album didn't make much money and it wasn't popular. The songs were kind of boring. I could still listen to their old music and never get bored. Old music is really good. I can still listen to it than how fun with and enjoy it. Even though it's ninety style. I can still enjoy it. At least they were great albums zero grade songs but what happened to them. I just don't understand. Don't they know good music anymore. Or it's not their fault. It's their manager's fault who's making you know bad music. They're the ones who are in charge of the music or not usually in the pop world. It's not the case is very weird. How they've transformed because they can still be backstreet. Boys can still do something good. I just don't understand how come it's become this way. And you know they had great music. Great stuff they can still do more. I believe they can do good stuff but our people sick of them less to question is their music. Not current anymore is their music not the kinda music that people wanted to hear right now. Is everything camila. Cabello style type of music that people one year or justin bieber shawn mendez. Justin bieber like shawn mendez. Like communica- obey. Oh but still. These are the backstreet boys. I mean they were huge. They were huge huge. They were like insane given bigger. I just don't understand why they can't come up with a good new album. Argentina Senate to Vote on Bill Legalizing Abortion

"Argentina could soon become the first large Latin American country to legalize abortion. NPR's Philip Reeves says the bill goes before the country's Senate today. Argentina currently permits abortion only in cases of rape or if the mother's life's at risk. This bill would allow abortions up to the 14th week. It's already past the lower house. Now it goes to Argentina. Senate passions are running high on both sides. The vote's expected to be close. Argentina's predominately Catholic. It's the pope's home country, Catholic and evangelical clerics are urging undecided senators to vote No. Yet they're counted by women's organizations and rights groups. And Argentina's President Alberto Fernandez, he says each year tens of thousands of Argentine women and girls are hospitalized because of Backstreet abortions. Philip Reeves NPR

Recap: Trump's NBC Town Hall And Biden's ABC Town Hall

"Town halls. Last night, ABC News George Stephanopoulos posting Joe Biden, the former vice president of the United States, now the Democrat nominee for president, Donald Trump. Meanwhile, the president of the United States was on NBC with Savannah Guthrie. Yes, There was no debate last night. Yes, it was cancelled by the debate commission. Yes, Steve Scully, the guy who was supposed to moderate the debate. It turns out, he lied about being hacked on his Twitter account. So his life isn't going too well right now, but we still got a debate. Savannah, Guthrie and President Trump were debating one another for almost the entire town hall. They were just cats and dogs all over each other the entire time. Very little time for voters toe get a chance to question the president of the United States. Although there was a funny moment. 27 listen to this woman. She's a Biden lead leaning Supporter, writes that she's leaning towards Joe Biden. Her name is Paulette Dale. And here's what she had to say the moment she had a chance to question the president of the United States question. Evening, Mr President, I have to say you have a great smile. The guy's hands. You're so handsome when you smile. Thanks. Mom was totally fan Girling. She was She was like Backstreet Boys, just like boy banding all over again, you know I don't think she's voting for Biden. I just have this hunch again. There's another producer who I think lost a jobless. There's a lot of unemployment to based on the town hall last night. It's still funny. And by the way she was being attacked, of course, like because everything is the next potential crisis. Everything's all out war. You're never allowed. Teo. You know, you give comfort to the enemy. So just You have a great smile. You should smile more. I love your smile and being destroyed for that. Well, that's a big thing on the left. You don't tell her where I'm tired of being constantly told that I should smile more because you never tell menace smile more that That's a thing for the For the women on the left. Yeah, well, maybe she was two birds. One stone She got in there last night, and it made it Was added a couple of men to the smile equation, adding President Trump to it. Oh, and last night. Also Joe Biden remember facing off against Stephanopoulos. This was a tough one cut 40. You know? Finally, Finally we get to the issue of Hunter Biden in a national setting. Here's that moment last night. That's right now it didn't come up at all. We've sighted and Garfunkel were there. How did I miss this? Nobody. Simon Garfunkel in the entire 90 minutes. 30 different question. Town Hall. Joe Biden doesn't get a single one about the newly emerging evidence that he appears tohave corrupted American foreign policy to the benefit of his family's financial interests. Not a single question about this last night, not a surprise. But ABC. Throws in with on overwhelming effort by the media and the big tech companies to suppress an important story that the New York Post has been breaking every single day for the last couple days. No, it was. It was just so amazing. And I'm glad that I watched them separately. Just because for me, I don't have the ability to just pay attention. Both. I'm afraid, miss something. So, Watson separately, I will say, though. A job in town hall. I just started playing a game on my phone because they would ask a question. And Joe Biden would start answering the question. And then he would meander through a whole bunch of different topics. Everything that was going on in his head. He would meander all over the place. I was waiting for the big giant, you know, Biden Gaff which wasn't there didn't happen. I'm just gonna float this and I could be 100% wrong. So this is just a thought that has gone through my head last night. He He was just talking so much. I thought somebody put him on Ritalin. He was just just going and go. He was taking like Barack Obama length to answer a question. Yeah, they say that he stayed for 30 minutes after the town hall and kept answering questions. He kept talking forever. ABC never heard that footage released it by the way they should. If he have cameras and a microphone on him. We should see the footage of his Q and a with the voters after that thing was done last night released Joe Biden. I do want to get to this. This. He was asked about court packing last night. Cut 45 with George Stephanopoulos. Here is here is his new answer on court packing. How about that question of expanding the court hears what you said exactly one year ago tonight at a Democratic debate, he said, I would not get into court packing. I would not packed the court. That's not what you're saying Now is the nomination of Judge Barrett Reason enough to rethink your position. What is the nomination and what I wanted to do? George? You know if I had answered the question directly, then all the focus is beyond what's Biden going to do? If he wins instead of on? Is it appropriate? What is going on now? And it should stay. This is the thing that the president loves to do always take our eye off the ball. What's his state? One of these, Peter suggested is and there's a number of constitutional scholars have suggested as well that there are at least 45 options that are available to determine whether or not you could change the way in which the court lifetime appointment takes place. Consistent, arguably. With the Constitution. I have not been a fan of court packing because I think it just generates what will happen every whoever wins. It just keeps moving in a way that is inconsistent with what is going to be manageable. So you're still not a fan, but I'm not a fan of Don't say it depends on how this turns out. Howie wins but how it's handled how it's handled. There's a hostage crisis. You don't play by my rules on packing the court how it's handled. What does that mean? We know how it's going to be handled. There's a vote on the 22nd. She's going to get confirmed me how it's going to be handled. He? That is about the clearest indication he's given yet that he intends to pack the court. Yeah, he said last night he is open to packing the United States Supreme Court. And it depends on how it's handled. He's got the gun to our heads, he says. Go ahead. You want me to pack the court approve any Cockney? Barrett put her on the Supreme Court. I'll do it. That's the answer he gave in his own marble mouth, Joe Biden Way.

Blackpink: Light Up the Sky

"I watched this interesting netflix documentary last night it's called black pink light up the sky and tells the story of the South Korean girl group Black Pink. So it's all access documentary covering four years since black pinks explosive debut in two thousand, sixteen with video footage from. Your training days intimate looks into their day to day life behind the scene stories interviews, and it really does follow the trials and tribulations of being a K pop star the recording process of their album, and then one of the members pursuing a solo album and culminates with their two thousand nineteen coachella performance I. Didn't really know much about the K pop world. And these girls are really impressive. They're so polished their English is impeccable. Some of them grew up outside of the country and then moved to South Korea to be part of this K pop. Process this training process. These schools are no joke. You've seen documentaries about bands probably boy bands and they have nothing on these girls. For years and years, they would do three to four dance classes day vocal courses. Like an all. All encompassing life of a pop star every day all day long they live in dormitories. They still do actually these four girls and they seemingly have great friendships but you don't know how much it is totally true because. As the process of training the documentary is so So polished and controlled. And I just worry if these girls and a couple of years from, we're going to be like I went off the deep end. My life was so controlled I can't take it anymore. They're wearing luxury items in these interviews be you can't help but wonder how much of the money they're actually taking home with them. They have had so many people with hands in the pot. They have had trainers, choreographers and management and publicist marketing people, and then you go to their shows this. Crew this really large crew who makes it all happen so I'm just wondering again years into the future what they're going to say about how much money they actually got from this whole process, but it really shows you the difference between South Korea and America because Luke Roman. That creep that backstreet boys in the sink, he may have thought that he had the greatest training program in the world I'm telling you these Koreans got nothing on them like they're running a tight ship and that those k pop songs are pretty catchy I have to say so check that out. Coronavirus death toll tops 1000 in China, US reports 13th case

"Across the globe the spread of coronavirus shows no signs of slowing down this week Chinese health officials reported that more than forty thousand people have been infected globally the death toll is also on the rise with more than one thousand reported dead so far the majority of those cases are in China where everyday life is at a standstill in an effort to contain the corona virus Chinese authorities have implemented mass quarantines across central China specifically around the city of Wuhan and who bay province where the fires first broke out a government imposed lockdown in the region has restricted transportation and people are being encouraged to remain in their homes plus many businesses and schools are still close across China but despite the quarantine the number of confirmed infections continues to climb daily at the same time a different kind of quarantine is taking place online the Chinese government has been working to suppress discussion of the outbreak since late December when people first started posting about it across the internet for more on this we're joined by two journalists who have recently been quarantined Steven McDonald Beijing based correspondent with the BBC and Sean lead China based correspondent for the Wall Street journal thank you both for coming back on the program hiring good don't do now both of you have personally been under quarantine during this outbreak Sean let's start with you how do you get out of quarantine so I was in quarantine in China into a province for twelve days and essentially the local authorities told us that the quarantine was going to be extended indefinitely and the only way out of out of the city where we were and how to a province was to take at the American evacuation flight out of lawn so that's what we did with our colleague last Friday so now I'm in quarantine again and the US at Travis Air Force base for another fourteen fourteen days north California and how does it how are the conditions compared of from China to where you are right now it's it's very different so in China out we weren't allowed to leave our rooms because at a certain point they were afraid that we were actually infected yeah even our temperatures were on a normal so in the US were allowed to leave our rooms you know we're allowed to go outside on who to a hotel grounds we were on were on air base in a hotel and but they put a temporary barricades around the hotel grounds guarded by US marshals in case we go stir crazy and make a run for it but you know there's a striking difference between the two and how did you feel stir crazy at any point during this last few weeks intranet definitely because we were confined to our rooms and we were there for over a week so even though it was very nice hotel you get you know you kind of get sensory deprivation for not having seen are you know Arab spoken to anyone else for over a week I Stephen you were just released from quarantine in Beijing correct what was your ex how was your experience different so what I'm two losses we went into who by province from who none that's in neighboring province we wanted to go in that way because we knew that these sort of lockdowns was starting we thought if we have a car that's going to break plates it's going to restrict this so we went to Hunan hide a car and driving now on the way Ian pot from going past you know the more more serious roadblocks as you approach to buy we went in sort of bar a Backstreet I think we thought it would be pretty easy to go down this dirt road and sneak into this province but even there there was a police roadblock and they're like oh you can go in but when talk back out again at this point you realize that we're gonna lock down old from by these sixty million people effectively you know you're looking down the entire population of easily and you know we never the less pressed on a drive through various ghost town like places of nobody in on the streets and some small cities there and we ended up at one place where in a hospital and interviewing a patient on the inside bira phone app who told us he was pretty wide exit gone into the hospital he had a temperature but he thought he didn't necessarily have the coronavirus when you eighteen he thought he might catch it anyway because I'd stop him in this ward with other coronavirus patients and so he sort of inevitably thought he is going to end up being infected anyway at this point the police turned up and some local government officials and they didn't want us to be there in their town at reporting they sort of wanted us to move on and was saying look you know I really want to get back to not at some point but now we can't go back there now it's locked down and all at this point they decided well I'd rather breach their own quarantine rules that have a team of pesky journalists hang around there and so we had a police escort lights flashing it everything and the drivers back across out of who by and that's how we got out of that province and ended up returning to Beijing now anybody who's been in bay is advised to being quarantined for two weeks so we just decided to do it anyway like my boss said beat up stateside home for two weeks but it's funny the response to this in all aspects of this emergency it differs from city to city so two of my colleagues went back to Shanghai now in Shanghai to be much more strict on journalists there they had police and medical James knocking on the door making them signed documents you will not leave your home for two weeks at central in Beijing it hasn't been like that I just got a call from the foreign ministry all heard you've been there he's sick he's dying and I'm like I look out the self see light at so just depends where you end up in terms of how strict it is shown in the Wall Street journal your paper had a headline stating that president xi inspected a hospital after quote a conspicuous absence has his absence had a political reverberations yes I mean she's alright he hasn't been seen publicly add any sort of hospital or talking to patients he actually dispatch the premier to will Honda few weeks ago to visit hospitals and speak to you and talk to patients and medical workers so it it's it you know it's it's the fact that he hasn't shown his face and in the front lines of the outbreak has been very conspicuous especially as public anger has surged over the weeks with how the government has been handling it and last week when that young doctor and Honda whistleblower doctor Lee when they are on diets from after being infected with corona virus are there was just a huge outpouring online of people questioning where was the job where was the government how how it works how were they handling or mishandling the outbreak and so how has the government responded to this anger so they have aggressively censored a lot of people's comments online the the sensors have been working overtime and on the other hand they've also been sending more higher level health experts to bay and two will Hines so just yesterday they to a province ousted the two top level provincial health health officials and actually replaced up replace them with a veteran health official from the national health commission so it appears like they're bringing in more experts also the team from the W. H. O. landed and China yesterday to help the government's response so so that those are Sir two aspects of

How'd you lose that weight fast? Because the entire time that I was pregnant I actually lost weight at the end of my pregnancy than I did before. Making the whole world jealous over here. Power. He was saying he thought those people who went through all that spent all that money to get burned in on that little island in the Bahamas or in the Bahamas and the exists. He say they deserved it. I couldn't think of a better group of people to be stuck. Because it's kind of like this is Darwinism at its fine. It's happening right here. You're watching karma. Why why do we why do we get joy out of watching deuce bags? Get squirmy. What did you not want to do back together under saying let let's put ourselves in their position they flew all the way out to the spend all this money and they were met with awful conditions. Nowhere to sleep no show. No food nothing to drink. They got sunburn, and they they had to scramble to try to get back home. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. I think it's awful. I met him to say if we just we just get some kind of weird headed faction seeing douche pegs have to go through pain like that do Spang rarely do you ever get to actually see karma take place right front of your face. Plus there were so many red flags leading up to it. There were so many signs that they just kind of all ignored because they wanted these really cool pictures for Instagram and wanted to do it and on top of that like the way that they handle themselves. Once everything went badly was just such a sign of what people you are. But it's still like, you know, when you're driving down the street onto you and you see. The good the really nice car. And that's the one that broke down on the side of the belly with a flat tire. Right. You hike? Getting a little ha ha just a little one. All right, not being petty. And I am that often.
