So when you're talking about the Republican primary it's hard to see this issue making a dent but as we've we've been discussing been that's only the short term it's not the long term and when you at get the criticisms from people like Christie and Bill Barr the former Republican Attorney Attorney General under Trump saying what we've seen in this case is Trump's recklessness we've seen his ego we've seen his lack of judgment we've seen his intemperance all of those words maybe not they're going to hurt Trump in Republican primaries but when you get to a general election with moderate swing voters in the suburbs of cities of Milwaukee and Pittsburgh and Phoenix Atlanta and who are going to decide this next election that's a very different electorate than the hardcore Republican primary voters that's a very different framework and what you're seeing now is the kind of criticisms that maybe won't make a much of a dent with but when you get to a general election they could be really powerful ammunition that the Democrats could use on those swing voters and a lot of the things that are being said right now will be recycled in those Democratic ads all those charges about Trump's recklessness all those charges that uh how this the evidence in this case this very detailed indictment shows such a of lack judgment and such a towering ego and such a as a legal expert in here was not that he possessed these documents it's how he reacted to the federal subpoenas and how he tried to conspire to hide and deceive now those charges those uh that evidence could be far more powerful in a general election than in the Republican primaries there, Alex.
