Kenan Thompson's On-Stage Serenity
"I'm friendly with bill. Hader who i think is one of the funniest people in the world. And he's such a huge fan of yours he talks a lot about you and your serenity kind of on stage. You're very. you're so happy when you're performing but you're also serene and that it's very comfortable to be around and he's ideas and sketches and thought man. I wish ticket. I wish i could channel more of that. Which is i think maybe the highest compliment absolutely. I mean that's amazing it. I guess i'm putting up a good front. Because i'm actually pretty terrified doing stuff at the same time are you. Are you really though. Because i don't. I don't pick up any of that energy from you mean you've been doing this. You started being a professional sketch performer on television. How old are you fifteen. Yeah my guy you know. We was doing like recording tape. You know what i'm saying. Like the live element is a whole 'nother level so true true. it's just. It reminds me of theater. You know what i mean like. You're so nervous before you do your play and then as soon as you get out there and say your first word like all of that stuff just goes away or whatever so i try to anticipate getting to that moment more opposed to be nervous but also get to shake my jitters singing the warmer up. You know what i mean. It gives me my chance to be in front of those strangers that are going to be looking at me or whatever and get past that you know what i mean and then i can focus on the actual work and i think it's different for people when they their first time seeing people for the code open or if they're in the monologue something like that it's just like all those jitters to that point and then it's about waiting on your i laugh. Yup hopefully the first thing you say is a laugh and you can just get through that. Here's the way. I look at it. And i look at it like a any audience. It's a blind date. do you feel that. That's a unique thing to comedy. Because like if you're doing mike shakespeare's shakespeare whatever. Yeah but comedy. You have to earn a reaction every time. Well i can't say with any authority. Because i'm not an actor i've never been actually been told not to shakespeare that was in the part basically look good in tights and they. They didn't like the little thing they wanna be gone. and it really wasn't shakespeare. I was just trying to talk to him. Entites and the whole thing creeped everybody out and then later my lawyer said let's call it shakespeare in the park.

Yeah i mean in was on facebook. The whole on that part about it unless you to ended up is because my guest was being so kind so understanding because She herself went through the pain of it. When seeing a wednesday this happened and this was something that i mean you have to choose. The right kind of struggle is because if it's something that you love you're passionate about it and read it can lead to some you have to realize is that doesn't lead to something if let's say not making money it's fine but it doesn't infect other people's life doesn't give a value to that money cannot give at least a need to be something that makes you makes you realize that it's something worth fighting for. It is something that will change people's lives if it's not then it is something that allows you to feed your family at. It has to be the right kind of struggle that choose and you have to keep on doing it. And of course still further at the death to keep on moving. It is consistency consistency. Is everything an well. Nowadays in the era of social media that is filled with properly cut properly at the of always thought that you have to have the best looks you have to have the best emit but tape Beats image is because one percent of something is better than one hundred percent of nothing right. "Which is a s ked. 'cause i appreciate you understand. My accent also asked dot com. It's a reverse engineering tool that allows you to search for key words on this software and what it will do is it will tell you. The most commonly googled questions to do with those keywords. Okay that's a godsend because if you're ever interviewing guessing i'm really interested in that profession but i don't actually know enough about what they do google what they do or search on also asked what they do and look at the most commonly asked questions. And there's a whole heap of reasons why you should do that number one. It will keep the conversation going number two. It's an insightful question because of the people of alabama and it's not just you number three is incredibly good for seo and back links because that search for regular basis otherwise he wouldn't be there so you having those questions in your podcast is genius. Did this great stuff. I love it. I love that. So what about the work involved in the process the work involved this why i say you have to love it. Works against involved. I'm fortunate that. I have a design team romney Team around me. You know we've got mo- produces in business than anything else and there's a reason for that now you can do it yourself. It's not difficult you can do it. Yourself it's timely. It is really is what you can do is but the reality is like the so many more people now that can do this stuff for you on five and you know you can get a va to do it for you for next to no money. It's like the it's such a low cost barrier to entry. It's it can't be the reason that you don't do it like there is no excuse anymore like there are websites out that way you can meet people in their guests looking for shows and shows looking guests and the wider podcast community. That show you found the same. The police community is awesome. They wanna help each other. It's far more about partnerships and collaborations. I i'll give you a great example for that right in business. Most people are competitive. It's like oh i call them. Let them know what i'm doing. Well let me tell you something. If somebody that's worked with a lot of a lot of different businesses euro keeping the same secrets like nobody knows anything different. So this whole. Let's not let them know what we're doing. They're having the exact same conversation so but when it comes to podcasting people aren't loyal to podcast like they would be to a brand so very interested in. Let's say marketing then. Not just gonna listen to one mucks in podcast gonna listen to several months podcast. Yeah so actually you doing a we do a lotta Podcast exchanges you. Come on my show outcome on. Your show will bring audience together twice. Those resonate with each other will stick around and enjoy each other's content but at the same time that there will be people in your network that will never buy from you because they need your service but they don't jail with u k. They may gel with your competitor. Your podcast But the great thing about that is they'll have people in their network who need that service but will never buy from them because they joe them. They might just joe with you so you doing this bowl with groin. Together were custom-made century thing. It's like let's help more people at empower more people in if we both create some great content that learn from each other. Have a great conversation. Give back to our audience and indeed winsome clients of that like whiz whereas the negative of this stuff. That's great stuff man. I have really like just one last question in. I give it to all my guest. It goes up like this. They love what you're talking about now. They love content. They hear you now. The guy skies awesome. This guy feel is the real deal right anyway But they're gonna run the going along the same paths or digging about podcasting. What have you but the the the they wanna do it right. They wanna do it and they want to be big time or whatever yet. Can you show them that. This one sit look a few tips or whatever To help them along the way of being in authority in this space. Yes i can so first thing is have a strategy the amount people start a podcast without a strategy like it does a reason. I'm going gray like and it's also the reason that the only ten percent of podcast is actually make any money from it and most podcast is stop around episode. Ten in the reason for that is because they haven't achieved is vanity metrics that they put it in their mind. I have to have x. amount of listeners for this thing to be successful but if if the the benefit of you'll podcast jesse behind your benefit is not to grow to x. amount of listeners. It's the grow network. Meet new people learn things some and build those partnerships and collaborations shouldn't really matches you whether there's a thousand people listening or a hundred thousand people listening You know the strategy is so important because you wouldn't design. A website or start on advocate paid advertising campaign without a strategy. So why would you do that without podcast. Know it's reverse engineering. Get where is it. You're trying to get to and how is it. You're gonna do that. So the strategy should include things like i would have three tiers of guests tae wanted to into three after have done a certain amount of ted three guests to enable you to move up to to to once you got to to you have to have double the amounted to before today one. We'll start looking at you and then you climb the ladder that way so i would focus on looking at which shows Which guests are in those tests that you're working in right now. In which ones are the tear above that you need to stop softly-softly facilitating those relationships with Look at where they're interviewing look at which shows they're looking. They're interviewing on starts. Replicates thought to do those things for you starts makes in the similar circles to the people that you wanna be seen alongside learn from them grow from them. You know. she's the example. Tony robbins message. Tony robbins and say. Hey tony you wanna call my show like i'm not getting a response on Whereas if i interviewed dean and i interview five or six other people that tony no likes entrust. And he's worked with them before they're on my show on their show the likelihood of being able to ensure tony now has just gone sky high because he can see them. I making similar circles. I can get an introduction from somebody who already knows entrust is i. I like this guy. He's a good guy like he's he's trying to help people go talk to them and that you know it's like customer testimonials are always more powerful than your marketing and that's what i love about. Podcasting is the you know somebody else can say how good you are. you don't have to at. It's so much more powerful doing it. That way and the final tip that i would say is star guest appearing before you start your own podcast going look different people's formats of hosting you know. Who did you like who didn't like who style did you. Like which one did you agree with. What time felt most comfortable for you. What kind of questions. What kind of format you know how edited you. Want it to be doin' jingles adverse. You wanna sponsor plan all of this before you stop. Okay so go out do those guests interviews in your industry start to get a name for yourself and then start your podcast when you know what you wanted to like. Who is going to help them. How i love it. That's great staff. That's great staff. I'll be guy's got a lot out of that That's a i have nothing else. This is great Please tell people where they can see you or look up at the show. Show things so you can never to our website which is unscreened now billionaires inboxes dot com for those of you listening on podcast you can also come and check me out on any of my social media platforms. I have a very unusual surname. Same you just go to google and you type in phil palooza which is p. e. l. u. c. h. a. you will find all of my social platforms on that come. Say hey whether you think this guy's the real deal. He knows what he's talking about whether you think this guy is a lunatic calm. I like i. Welcome all the feedback. Telling me i love it. I love it. And i before. He has to make sure you guys go to thirty letter dot com. Why we have.

"Series. We're gonna television series on the radio so it it's the people that i have met through podcasting. A what on who have changed my life and i've learned so much in them. You know we. We have the name billionaires inboxes. When i came up with that name. We didn't have any billionaires in the network now we do have two billion mentos. Incredible is that not. And i learned so much from them and that was the negative positive on the my customers clients and many of them get to meet them. Because it's not like a like a pyramid thing here where i'm going. I'm getting everything giving stuff down. It's like usually when island stuff. It's like hey everyone come on. Come check out this conversation exactly so. It's those relationships that really make you tick for show. Yeah it's it's it's like you're you can't do it on your own and you had these guests. We have these. Get kind of really really improvised. The fact that you know. You're you are the person that you surround yourself massively network your network is your net worth and all that kind of stuff you know. I say the same thing that day. I stopped learning is the day or stop burning in a minute. I'm a huge believer in that. And you know you. You are so right and i think a lot of leveling up about them and i think people don't want to go to person with this but like i discovered that very early on which is why i've been successful in both the corporate world and then as an entrepreneur abuse. I was born into a very very different setting to this. Oh spell from school. Three times in the social caste is the domestic violence home drug abuse. Yoon name it. Crime up in the done that experienced it My childhood such as a result. I had three suicide attempts before the age of fourteen. Like this is. This was not a nice setting and my teenage years. What i learnt was the i could level up by learning from those who were a level above me so instead of hanging around with all the other kids who've been expelled from school you know. I hung around the people whose parents self made multimillionaire as nice saw how they behaved. I tried to learn lessons from them. But this way in every aspect of your life you know. I'm a father now. I have two beautiful little girls. And i didn't know how to be a dad like i hadn't had a good example of that growing up so i surrounded myself with three men who i considered to be three the best fathers in my life that i know that our incredible for the kids i learned from them. Wow i and you can do that in every line of work like it's in life you can be a better husband. You can be a better father. You can be a better man but a friend you know you can surround yourself with the people who have that level that you're trying to aspire be. Don't get stuck there. Is it like you can continue to progress. They're supposed to be progressing to Like that's something. A lot of people find difficult is when they outgrow a mental but that mental should be proud for you. That's happening disappointed when i coach. I don't really mental. I mean it's kind of the zimba- but the reason. I say a coach mentor. Is i m hit to coach you on one particular aspect like i'm giving you one. Small cog in the big machine the big machine. That is your business. it's an important cog. But it's just one cog. Kay i'm not gonna try mental you in every aspect of your life because i'm still figuring that stuff out myself. I'm just gonna teach you to stop that but but that's how you level up and i did that since i was a kid. You know i it was always about. I don't wanna be the guy who works at the supermarket with no money in has no prospect. So how am i gonna make something of myself and it was hanging around with people who have made something of themselves and and showing them what we're all about you know yeah i. I think what we're both saying is that it priceless. That's like the best thing about fi- casting relationships that you built like right right now. I can say that i have enough people right now network If i wanted to start a summit tomorrow. I can have about twenty thirty people who have gone without questions. You how powerful right. It's it's it's it's so amazing it's the ability you know you see on a lot of these Shows app celebrities charity and stuff and they call it their celebrity million dollars. No it's like when you have that in your network. Let's take the example of money right if i was to say to somebody who's ending. Let's say fifty thousand dollars a year. I was to say to. You have to earn a million dollars this year. Deg a panic. They're gonna go hound us online. Go from fifty to a million like fifty thousand a million dollars right. And what are they going to do. They're going to ask six people around them so they're going to ask six of their colleagues who also earned about fifty thousand. Hey listen canadian. A million dollars this year and they're gonna go. No jackass is. How are you going to earn a million dollars. But if i take you out of that setting entirely a nice surround you with five or six self made multimillionaire. Hasn't as you ask them the same question. Hey can i make a million dollars this year. The answer is we you do that. The next few months of you really wanted to. Of course you can make a million dollars. I made like five hundred million this year. Of course you can make a million dollars so right so right. It's a great point. That's awesome point. So i think people don't need. They need to really dive in if anything with the podcasting desks desks. The priceless thing about it relationships that you built it can grope. My habits have changed. Says for the people that i've talked. Just been talking to like. Oh okay. i never heard about that before now. I'm changing this and that and it's just like you know you grow you grow. I'm so i'm absolutely. It's such a powerful thing that people like. I don't really mind why you get into this if you were looking for an incredible content machine. Great does it. You want to build relationships gray. It doesn't take the example of you. Wanna be a keynote speaker. Listen if i was a keynote speaker. More of my industry's top events. I'd make loads of money and people would know who i was. Well let me tell you the easiest way of doing that interview. All the current existing keynote speaker at the major events and the event organizers six months before an event because they're busy trying to sell tickets. Chances of you getting booked have just at least gone up ten percent. At least yeah. That's that's right that's all. Let's see it's like it's like the dating thing isn't it like if you're a single like if you're if you're out there trying to actively meet people you'll far more likely to meet the right person if you're sow hall meeting ben and jerry's on the sofa going why there's nobody love me. Like what do you think's going to happen the spouse again knock on your door and say hey. I was wondering if there was a single man in here sadly so actually like the questions that we'll probably pop up the people it's like. What if what. If i'm afraid to get on the camera or just do audio yet to just talk. You know how how that so. It's an interesting one. I get asked the law exciting and things like that sort of What if i run out of things to say. What if you know. What if the conversation is in good all this kind of stuff. So there's to business advice that i give to people about them. The first thing is you gotta make sure you're talking about something you're passionate about because if you talk about something you're passionate about you never gonna run out of things to say because you you actively enjoy what you're talking guy and that's a big one so so make sure that you're not just talking about accounting software because you work for an accounting software companies have a passion for helping do have those from this right So that's that's definitely a big one. Okay at the other thing. I would say if i was to put you face to face somebody in exhibition like somebody who you really just enjoyed that talk for example they'd come upstage said. Hey you want to grab a coffee. Would you say no because you were worried about running out of things to say when you go for coffee with them. 'cause that's the same kind of formula you need to be thinking of when it comes to come to a podcast. The second thing that i would say about people who is scheduled to do is if you don't wanna do video don't do video you can grow into just audio but do something take the action to go into something And get yourself out that. There's also a website that i'll give you which is also asked dot com.

"You know it's it's it's it's it's a relationship building at its finest but on top of the relationship building in the power that comes from that you have in a massive content. The even if you don't wanna do it yourself give it to somebody in your team higher social media person. Give it to them and say repurpose. Not you know couple of blogs out of it you shed the podcast itself. You turn it into a youtube video. You'll take a minimum of five different clips from the podcast attending to soundbites. you'll take five quotes from In those into static image quotes with your face in your business brand on it. It's endless and then you can tag people in tagging your guest tagging your host tagging people in the industry saw a conversation like it's it's the best tool and right now because podcasting is still an emerging market. It's getting to the point where it's getting more and more costly more more premium. But you're still at the point now. It's kind of like the internet was in the early days. Do you want to be netflix. What you wanna be blockbuster or a right exactly right now. They need to get in. 'cause i don't want to just read something like the by two twenty twenty. Three's going to almost double in size this industry. Oh for sure. I mean i i think kobe's kind of probably don't even faster mean this. A quarter of a million new business podcast created since march. Wow excuse phenomenal back. When i started it was not. Not many people were podcasting When you did invite somebody until podcast they weren't is as receptive to it as they all today like most people today say yes back then it was like i may as well have been inviting them onto a police interrogation while you. How did you find me. Why did you want to know this you from the irs. No dude i'm just. I just wanna get to know you and your business is like how successful you being is like. Don't ask don't ask me. Here's a list of things you can say whereas nowadays like i'm for like i'm coming And people enjoy the authenticity of the conversation. That's awesome awesome. So so i think he already question but maybe oxygen anyway. What are the essential elements. You must do while you're while you're podcasting to to get to that influence authority figure status. Which should you be doing it. Just about the social stuff for note. Not no no not at all. It's more about the quality of the conversation you have in the relationships you build So actually i think of the social and the content is like the the nice biproduct that you get from it. But that's not the reason i do it. It's not the reason my clients through like the strength comes from the relationships that they build up. I mean great. Example would be if i was to contact one of the world's greatest coaches in say. Would you give me sixty minutes of your time. Just to talk to me about how i can improve my life on my business. They're gonna go yes. Sure pay for it. You know his his his my calendar account go by kind of thing whereas advice. I say to that look i have a podcast empowers entrepreneurs that looked. Pick your brains about way. You're up to the moment. I know you've got a book coming out looked about that. Would you come and have a chat with me for an hour. The answer is unequivocally. Yes but the the biproduct is the same. I still get to have the conversation. I still get to build that relationship. And it's one step better than that still because using that analogy previously. I'd have been a customer. They had been a mentor coach. And i'd have been that customer now. It's podcast conversation it's paige I'm i'm in charge of my platform. You're in charge of your platform. Let's have a conversation in create joint visa content empower people. It's it's like anything it's like the best you do. The the more you level up so the more people you into standard than other people will start to go. Yeah oh come on for that And it's you. You almost used relationships to to to to grow as an individual. Demi my my attitude is you have to give before you can receive and the thing with podcasting is. That's a great way of giving not only giving to my audience and all the golden nuggets that they're getting but i'm actually giving my guest too because they getting a platform to come and talk about what they're doing that work and meeting new people. This is a very powerful introduction for them too so before. I've asked them for any business before which is not what we do but before we talk about business before we talk about how we can work together if we should work together. It's a let's build a relationship with see who revived with tribe on that so the very threatening. I'd say that you need to have when podcasting especially if you want to become an influence is you have to understand what that means okay. So most people confused being an influence that with being famous. There is an element of that. But actually being an influence. Our is the clues in the name. It's about influencing people who is that you want to influence in. What is it that you want to influence them to do or not to do If you don't know the answer to that if you don't know who it is you're trying to help where it is. You're trying to get to. It's like i can give you the best coffee fully loaded tank full of gas ready to go. If you don't know what's a punch address the punch into that you're never going to get the right right So this is. This is great. I love everything which is saying. I think also guessing like you were saying you'd nick cruise like you have had a member like just just not even outside of the revenue revenue revenue things. It's like you have this basic network now of relationships. Growing and i can i can. I can say right now that anybody who needs something. I know somebody who does that. I ever saying that. I use all the time which is even if we don't end up working together. I guarantee that. I have people in my phone books. That would be perfect for you and you have people in your phone book movie. Perfect for me. Know as as technologies smarter and smarter. And we've got all these sort of algorithms and tracking cookies landing pages in the psychology of sales and attention a notifications all that kind of stuff. We've we've lost the art of relationship building. We've lost the art of people by people and they wanna a human centric experience and podcasting is a phenomenal way of doing not like the thing is podcasting may lead to podcasting to radio which led to live events which led to tv which lets move as we got off as movie coming out the end. Well we're recording offers movie in the twenty twenty one We i mean again. So take that as an example. Okay i have coaches who coming over to africa in india with me to go coach in these markets and these are some of the most successful coaches in the world. Several of these people were in the secret by rhonda. Byrne's reads like five hundred million people. I know them through podcasting. Okay so it's like when people say to me well. What movies got to do with podcasting. It's everything because it's how i met these people. Now we all together. We are taking it from out of a podcast setting on stage now. We'll do any unstaged on a documentary.

"All right ladies and gentlemen boys and girls we are live. We are live and i have my new good friend. He feel pollute cha here from the uk. We just got had last conversation before the show and we're in a is ready to go and we are talking about today. How to become an authority figure in your niche using podcasting. He's going to help us help us today with that. Is that right field over. sure absolutely. Yeah and it's not as difficult as it sounds either. It's a fun process with a lot of wins along the way. Oh okay so we shall see we shall see what he can help us today on this episode of the authority project. All right ladies and gentlemen boys and girls feast your eyes and tune your ears. It's that time again. We are live with another episode of the authority project. It's video podcast streamed on facebook. Youtube twitter in periscope where we talked to digital marketers business coaches and creators of all kinds on how they built authority airfield and how you can mimic their success. Developing authority building here audience and attracting better clients to your own business now without further ado. Let's bring to the virtual stage your host brian s arnold and we are back live here on the virtual days this project. You're the project you want to slap authority to your name so you can sell more of what you're great at in i am here yes again which feel palooza and i'm excited because obviously this is one of my acceptance might own my things that i love to do and we'll talk about me. This is all about field today so starting with that. Then let's go and tell us sir who you are personally than professionally. Sure i'm so. I'm still pollutes. Your husband father lunatic lovable found Badly passively fanatic. We would just joking before saying that. I most of my family up from from ireland originally and There's a there's a moment in history when you look at my genealogy where my family is a move to livable. They moved to boston. Maybe those are the only two options at annot so So yeah that's who i am. I am professionally. I am the ceo and founder of the billionaires inboxes entrepreneurial broadcast network We take clients from being the best kept secret in their industry to the go-to brand in their industry awesome. I love it. I love that sounds okay so So what is your current job. Do you have a current project or that. The big thing is that is well. You know what it all kind of falls on billion boxes so you know. We got a lot of things on one of these people who who's spending a lot of place at the same time You know it's because i'm a. I'm a firm believer in the day. I stop learning is the day. I stopped earning. So i'm always pushing myself and making sure that i'm i'm still learning and growing to and then everything i teach and everything coach and everything we do as a business is something that i've done in my professional life. It was something that worked for me might businesses like. I always jokingly say i got dragged into coaching say jokingly but i really did like you know i'm a survey by trade and when i set up my businesses you know i kind of thought the phone would ring with clients and the you know having left the call her world and been quite successful and i can promise you that is not what happened and i didn't understand social media. Marketing has become an influence of that. You know i didn't have the budget to compete with my logic Pay per click edwards. This kind of stuff. So i went back to the one thing i knew well which is podcasting by this point. I growth insult to sports broadcasting networks and mind. My question was. I wonder if i can use this for business. I wonder if i can use the global networking iovine treks. You tribe and make sure you're constantly meeting those people kinda help you reach the next level and i do that through podcasting An answer is yes and the awesome part about it was the it gave me an abundance of content as well so i like everyone else is worried about like how they're gonna create content. You know somebody points out. One of my mocked him just pointed out about six to eight weeks ago that i could take twelve months off and we still wouldn't run out content for social media because we've just got the ten thousand dollars with podcasting now so there's a fair amount of podcast you to go at So but yeah so. We are involved in everything. Live events movies television. Go to two radio stations. Sorry to radio programs on stations. We have our tv series. We're doing all. I live professional business development movie in africa the end twenty twenty one. Yeah man we. I'm i'm somebody who i said this to you earlier. Like i get energy from my work. So i'm always kind of like absorbing as much of this as possible and then teaching it as we go awesome doing a big. Oh i love that. I love that. Say you got when my love their tv. Why it's funny like everybody. I think aims to be on. Tv like tv would be awesome. Mike have to be on tv so polished so scripted in his so edited that actually. It's probably a close second but it comes second to meet the podcasting because broadcasting is it's so authentic it's so genuine. It's the real conversation in real time. People can listen to it when they want where they want. It's not because it's been on the tv at such and such a time It's an evergreen piece of content. That's always out there. I mean. I i have things that i watch on tv. And then i can't find them half an hour late like i'm scrolling back whereas podcasting it's evergreen. It's always out that. Like i still have clients to this day. That turned up in business associates. Set up and say i've only just heard this interview. You did eighteen months ago. I love it right. That's awesome. yeah i that's the that's the definite fact. Okay so one. Last christmas really dive in. Tell us right now. What's your daily routine is my daily routine. So at the moment it's very different to what it was pre covid because a high mentioned in the notes elliot i called covert earlier in the year On a been struggling with some of the lingering symptoms for about four or five months now which hasn't been much fun so as a self confessed workaholic. That had to stop so. I'm being restricted myself. To only work. It was two to three hours. It's now more like three to four hours. A day. Monday to friday and i take every weekend off in terms of the daily stuff i will have. I wake up. Naturally i don't set an alarm refuse to Morning climbers morning times my time. I'm a night owl. So i just sent along. I always find that. I don't sleep properly. Because i keep waking up to check how long i've got before the alarm goes off. Okay so i don't ever get like a decent deep sleep and monitor deep state by keep it keep an eye on it so i can monitor when i'm meeting in one in my diet affected my sleep on all this kind of stuff so I wake up naturally. And then i do before i get out of bed. I do the tony robbins. Priming exercise which you can find on youtube. Okay it's it's pretty cool Essentially about setting your intention in your state. It's getting you into that good vibration building from that place for the rest of the day Shower shave breakfast green tea because i can't drink caffeine at the moment Again thanks to covert so. I'm on the green tea and honey Which prize a. Kobe never drank.
