"Extend the sayings of folks who are actually Nanyuki engineers be really good at the fundamentals of mechanical electrical engineering. Do those things well experienced doing stuff of your hands doing real work on that whether that'd be a hobby whether that be some kind of project. To work that you're getting to do that. That's going to be increasingly important right as we get towards building things, and as we developing new companies that we need to be hiring folks who actually have that good hands on engineering sense too often I think in some of the schools people are trained everything's behind the screen and Nothing's actually real. Now, some folks as far some folks really well, that's. Power to that but. You really do need most folks to have some of that coupling and reality involves engineering intuitions. So. Yes. So do that in pay attention to what's going on you know. Drive where your passions tell you to drive and following those fashions kind of lead you follow. Be excited about the things you're trying to work on and be bold about reaching out don't be complacent and don't be stuck in the way of trying to be asked for things or those kind of things like. Actually, reach out explore what things you might WanNa do reach companies you're interested in working in. If you don't hear back, that's fine. You know have any kind of. Industry that's little insulated from. A lot of competition in a way that nuclear nucleus I think it's think a lot of the major players and being kind've completely sat and you know a lot of the practices are little backwards in this industry compared to most and so in that way, there's a lot of kind of job protectionism for people who've been around for a long time but you may be surprised how much you can figure out that. That maybe people who've been in industry longtime haven't thought about and how you can be about things in different way is this industry needs influx folks new talent new thought, and so I think that we our expectation we've seen it in breakfast right?
