Daddy Spears Denied in Britney Spears' Court Case
"I've been on top of the Britney Spears conservatorship story for two years. I have a source on the inside who tells me everything. So my folks on the Patreon show have heard this, you guys are the free show we're going to hear this and I hope that will maybe motivate some of you to go to Patreon dot com slash fame is a bitch and pay the 5 bucks, which is less than a gallon of guests and listen to me 5 days a week, break big stories and get even more personal than I do now in the free show. But my source said, yes, they in court was absolutely crazy with Britney Spears. Attorney and her father's attorney. Her lawyer, Rosenberg, and her father's lawyer, wine garden, went head to head. It was very vicious. Wine gone when arguing that the courts of circus and Jamie spears or father is effectively being sent to the gallows. And judge penny who sat through all this was furious with those statements. Wine garden demanded that if Jaime is to be deposed, it must be in Louisiana in 30 days and kept secret to prevent a media circus. He also demanded Britney to be deposed for Iraqis against her father. Everything wine garden requested was denied. It's now been ordered that daddy spears must sit for deposition August 12th in LA. And he's requested to pose Britney was denied because she's not making the allegations that the FBI agents who are making the allegations specifically regarding the bugging of her personal devices and her

"Greatness as the rally in the capital getting very complicated right now, a lot of moving parts. Julie will help support through them for us. And then at 5 30. Mark Krikorian is with us. We'll talk about the border. Right now, following this breaking news that the FDA has decided to vote 16 to 2. You just heard Maria talking about it as well to reject boosters for now, But the Pfizer vaccine What does it all mean? Let's talk to a guy who follows this story. The covid story specifically very closely. Phil Kerpen, president of American Commitment and President of the committee to unleash Prosperity, Phil Good afternoon to you. Hey, Vince. Great to be with you boosters, No boosters, and, in fact, a huge boat. This wasn't even close 16 to Tuesday's this panel. Uh, I thought 16 to 3. So one of us saw, Miss reported. I guess it doesn't matter The exact number. It was pretty overwhelming. And you know, I think it shows, uh, what a incredibly stupid decision the White House made to walk out a week before the FDA made a decision when all the top FDA brass was saying the data is not there yet, and announced the date that he's rolling out to everyone. I mean, just the total cart before the horse situation, which, by the way, you know, think about the position that puts the FDA panel members then Where you know if they're voting for it. Everyone's going to question whether they were just doing it politically because the door had already been announced by the White House. Uh, I think this was pretty clearly the correct decision on the data. It's not to say that there won't ever be a need for boosters where the benefits outweigh the risks, but pretty clear from the data we have right now that for most people, it's unnecessary and the potential benefits do not outweigh the risks, so I thought it was a good vote. But you know a pretty stunning rebuke to the White House they got, you know, way ahead of where the science is right now. Yeah, And they suggest that the FDA panel suggested Pfizer just didn't provide enough data to be supportive, and so as a as a failure on the part of that company to justify the need for boosters at this moment in the populist, the other part of it is, you know what about the need to get shot first shots in the arms of people all over the planet? What it like There's Plenty of countries where people are clamoring to get vaccines that we should be distributing them to if we want to actually stop variance from being developed. Well, um it's not totally clear that vaccinating more people will necessarily reduced variance. We're not totally sure why or when they arrive there a lot of animal reservoirs as well. So that you know a potential rationale. The better rationale for just to protect those people from disease. Yeah, you know, they sort of the humanitarian aspect of it and one of the interesting things in terms of the global Vaccine distribution argument is all of these countries have pledged huge numbers of vaccines that they're supposedly donating to the third world. But it hasn't actually happened there promises that have not been fulfilled by and large, including, you know the commitments that Biden's made to export, you know, huge numbers of humanitarian vaccine doses. For the most part that hasn't actually happened. I haven't seen the latest number that have actually gone anywhere, but it's pretty Pretty small Last time I saw, so that's another good point. You know, questionable risk benefit for people getting the third dose, you know, pretty unquestionable risk benefit for people getting the first elsewhere in the world, and we're not prioritized explain what's going on with this fight between the White House and Governor Ron to Santa's over monoclonal antibodies, this treatment that's used on hospitalized covid patients. It's actually it can't be used once your hospital so it's an early treatment. It keeps you out of the hospital. Okay? Yeah, uh And actually, that's I think FDA should revisit that because the way they have the written right now, you can't give it to someone once they're hospitalized, and I think that's a mistake. I think they should revisit that. But it's it's great kind of weird situation where you really have to get it. Early and so you know what Governor Santa's did with this is he set up in fusion centers, and it can also be given subcutaneous Lee but basically set up centers all over the state clinics where people can get this treatment to keep him out of the hospital to prevent them from being hospitalized, and it was overwhelmingly successful. If you look at when they really rolled this out, big I think he announced that August 12th or 13th, and just about a week later, the statewide hospitalizations peaked, and they've been down sharply ever since. And so it's it could be a coincidence. These waves always go up and down, but it's pretty suggestive that it's had a very big effect. And you know the first thing that the left did With attack him. How dare you promoted treatment? You should only say vaccine vaccine vaccine all day And he said, you know, I support the vaccine Tuba Once people already have covid. The vaccine doesn't help them. They needed them. Uh, And you know, they tried to AP tried to claim that he had some relationship with Regeneron Investor was totally debunked them, and they just They attacked him. And then Fauci came out and from on high and said, Actually, this is a great treatment at 75 to 80% effective at keeping people out of the hospital. I recommend that it's being underutilized and all the sudden they decided to change their complaint from you know, Florida is using this horrible voodoo medicine that we hate to how dare Florida use so much? They're taking too much. They're hoarding at the rest of the country needs it, And that's where we went. Although the left out of step because a week ago in his big speech to the country, Biden said he's going to increase shipments a monoclonal antibodies all across the country by 50%. And so you know anyone listening to that stage, including the people in Florida Fuck great. We're getting more. And then they found out a few days later that their allocation was actually cut from 72,000 doses that they were expecting for this week. To 30,000. So it was cut by more than half and they did. Something similar in a number of other Southern states were using a lot of it, and the explanation they gave was just totally shocking. They said. We're doing this for geographic and temporal. Equity as an equity across time as in, even though there's no shortage right now, and the manufacturer says they can meet all the demands in the country. Right now, we're worried about having enough in the winter wave in the north, and so for temporal equity reasons. We're going to ration what's available to the Southern states that need it right now. So in other words, another production In other words, they're manufacturing a shortage in the southern states. Correct. Correct. There are in the interests of geographic and temporal equity. They're restricting supply when we could meet all of the demand right now arbitrarily to build up a stockpile for the future. Uh, This is the United States of America. We don't do that We make more so there's enough for everyone. It's just an insane policy right and what it and and to be even more explicit. They're using human suffering in Florida as leverage to get Florida to obey. Their policies. I mean, this is you know, by by taking away life saving treatment from Florida..

"Joining us as well appreciate it and thank you. I learned a whole lot about insurance. When i talk with you. And that's what i like doing about this insurance claims and all of it. Because most people don't know and i mean i i've been guilty of that too but now you always stick with me for the headline my good one. Let's get to it. I'm starting to think that. Mike may have went oklahoma Instead of up. Up to montana or north dakota this week in i should say because a handcuffed. Oklahoma man escapes arrest on stolen. Atv leads police on high speed chase. This sounds like something you may or may not have done at one point in your life. I'm going to leave that one alone we're going to. There are things i've done at. Maybe i'm ashamed of but in other circles proud of i think why isn't he. Okay yeah so this guy He did this happen in oakland. I think it's an oklahoma here. So yeah it on a high-speed an atv. Oh there's two. In oklahoma man. Being arrested on tuesday managed to escape police and stealing atv before leading officers on a high speed chase through multiple counties while still handcuffed. How was he driving. If he was still handcuffed. I mean why. Don't you put up. What they say is you know when there's a will there's a way at least in edmonds spotted the fleeing suspect on the atv speeding past to stop sign in edmond. Was you gotta know. Because atv guy four really i know but what kind do we it. More of a sport or was it more armed. Type your four wheel drive. Pull it up here. You see that we can but there's video right there as he's got the man that guy's hall and i know like a big gun. I hope at some of those. Yeah that's a big one. Yeah that guy really close together. That's actually kind of impressive right up over the grass onto the curb. This guy is moving and you can see. He's not grant. That was smart. See that he went into a little area where the cop car couldn't follow live broadcasting a police chases and like he is in traffic right. And i will tell you if you've ever ridden a four wheeler on asphalt i mean. It's it's a spooky tires are locked up right so it doesn't turn very well every time you turn it. It's going to try and tip over. That's that's honestly some impressive driving absolutely have committed whatever crime he committed and you know. And here's what's even better about this. I mean if you want to support the kremlin. This which i don't because i'm not in any way condoning i'm not i think at some point time if the officer says stop each but however however this guy's got a record for ever to show this to his friend. Oh yeah and he's and he's in oklahoma. You'd think that's not going to get replaced family. Christmas party girlfriend. I wouldn't doubt as officers pursued the suspect. They learned he had just escaped arrest from the jones. Police department is writing stolen atv while still handcuffed. The chase continued into logan county. So we're three counties in now where police force suspect wipeout in a pool of muddy water. rolled-over i it. We have to be able to laugh at things occasionally. I am not condoning this behavior. Because i think the cops they they have their work cut out form the way it is huge chai into. Yeah i mean you have to wonder you know. did you ever well. You're still young man. So the hell this might happen. This have you ever been in a situation where we're getting pulled over and that you went for a split second you thought. I'm not going to stop his ever. Has that ever crossed your mind. Though is this is my turn absolutely. Yeah and thank god. I had great parents. I stopped. Yeah no that's an important part of it. You gotta be a lucky lucky. You never outrun. You might get well this day and age. We were talking about that our last couple of weeks ago running from the cop. No in fact stop. These guys are just trying to do. Their job. still aren't funny story. And he's got a record of this forever. Sure will he learned from that or really go. God i should've took a left. Yeah yeah what can. What can i learn from this video. Mike man. I appreciate. Glad to have for ryan kelly. Mta shrink clark in the coach coming up next zach women. The head coach of the of the reds will join verdy. Whole the whole show to brand gary The good afternoon guys out the rest of the week but his show will be on three to five today as well. They'll do it for us. "Glass. I think there is an air of calmness to me. Because i've been fighting this battle for literally decades and one of the things i want to talk about today and again i want to thank you for giving me the time of course come in and and i guess plus throw it out. I think i think it's a subject that doesn't get a spotlight shone on it very often and and this is like this where insurance companies can take you for a little bit of a ride and and have the back back in details you know how to deal with them in full disclosure upfront and i want to preface everything. I'm saying that whenever you say insurance companies i i. That's not everybody right. 'cause i do believe to my core that there is a large number of agents That truly care the care and the next step. I'm going to say isn't and i've said this time and time again and then i'm gonna continue to say this. I believe in insurance. I think it's something we should have. I think it's something everybody nobody wants to talk about it. You know god the life insurance salesman. We'll no i tell you what i have. I have a piece of mind. Even though i know that when i have the claim i'm not going to be dealing with my asian. You're dealing with the claims department. Which is if you're agent. I want to say this to i. Don't wanna get too because there are so many things to talk about right. But if you're agent says here's the eight hundred number. If you have a claim kid luck you got the wrong agent boy and girls. You got the wrong asian if you're if you're agent will not Like i said we had one allstate agents said we'll and this was three weeks into this nightmare trust the process the process. It's ridiculous but one of the things that Is going on right now in the industry and everybody thinks well i'm never going to have a claim right Never gonna to claim. Everybody buys insurance with the expectation that they're not going to have a claim. You're gonna have a claim you're gonna have a clinton every now it's every eight to nine years been. Some people have way more often than on the average. You're going to have a claim every eight to nine years and What's going on now in the industry is these little smartphones Oh they're very smart right. And i don't think we're better for it but the industry as a whole and there's exceptions stress. They're giving consumers to options really. they've kept their. they're really pushing. These two options. Here breakout your smartphone. Download this app and send us pictures of your damage and we'll have your estimate back to you in a check in the mail. That day can't do it. I've been. I've been in business since i was fourteen years old. I'm going to click sixty this year. And i can't write even remotely accurate estimate from a picture so so did this really start taking off when cova ed or was it really started. Taking off into hyper hyper drive in with cova. But it had started prior to that. Because what. I don't want to get too involved in it but all i will say is if you send insurance is about money right. It is not about fixing your car if you have three thousand dollars worth of damage to your car. The insurance company owes you a check and this is kind of gross over simplification of it. But they owe you three thousand dollars now if you owe money on the car. The insurance company has an obligation to protect the lien holder. So right if you owe money on the car that checks should be written to you in the lien holder in that money needs to go to the lien holder to protect their interest right. That's just the way it is. If you don't know money on the car if you want to hire a band and threw a party with that three grand you can do that but you're still entitled in god. Does you know how much i hate. The word entitled entitled to three thousand dollars right to accurately get three thousand dollars. You're not doing it from your smart and if you're going to i mean you're gonna have to have nine hundred fifty seven pictures of l. Won't do it. Yeah and it's still won't do it. You cannot so insurance. Nobody should ever feel guilty or like they're doing something deceitful by not fixing their car. It's it is a. It is a decision that we make in a i fix. This should not fix this when your insurance company and this is where the r- where it rubs me insanely wrong. They damn well no. They can't write an accurate estimate from picture office. Somebody smartphone because these people don't even know how to take the picture represent the damn of course they then have people that are looking at a computer screen and they have to turn that estimate and so much time and then they send you a check and then they closed the claim. That's what the insurance company wants to do. Close the claim. Send a check but my experience with that is that those these picture estimates are generally about thirty percent and i say generally there's exceptions to all of that but if you have had an accident in the last two years and you did not fix your car dan. You paid off of a picture that you sent to your insurance company off a your smartphone. You koch screw. You weren't so smart and again we shouldn't feel guilty about getting what we are entitled. Says it will do so we were you going to. The was the pay out thirty percent less than what it was supposed to send in it. That's not reasonable to do that now. And then and then the next option that you have is a consumer driving around and you're involved in an accident and these are other options are really three. But they'll want you to send a picture They'll write an estimate and then they that one's just trying to get you out of there. Hey little as you can and it would be different if they didn't put a disclosure on the set. Hey we understand that. We can't write an accurate but this will. They know they're like we're going to have one of our professionals inspect your car and you just got done over at the bar. And i maybe i don't but here's what's sad about that so that's one option and that if you're not going to fix your car and you're going to picture estimate you're gonna get screwed period. I i can say that with complete confidence The next thing that they really push. And i say the insurance companies all the major major insurance companies do this. They'll push you to use their shop. They'll say well you know if you don't want to go to our shop we'll just take some pictures right but what most people don't realize is when they the deals that have been cut. You see all these national chains right. You see these calibers gerbers now. You see crash champions and kazan and all these big national chains. They can't exist without engineer insurance company referral and the insurance companies. Not going to go out and say gosh. We won't work with great people that do grow jobs really fine. They go going to do this for us. Cheaper and what. They won't tell. You is the deals that they cut. We've talked about when gyco does with With their shops. And you know they get one time to write an estimate and then anything that it comes in after that fact. The shop is responsible for which i. It's i don't know if that made sense. What i just said that. We talked about a couple of weeks guys. Were geico your gyco. I think it's called the auto checks. Geico customer goes to that shop and shop has two hours to tear the car down and write an estimate and that is all they get. Today's cars are way too complex for that. You can't do that. i don't care so again. The insurance companies pushed off that liability onto the shop. And you think for a moment that that shop that wrote estimate in two hours they gotta have it done in two hours and and that's all they get. Do you think that any reasonable person would say that. That shop when they get into the car. Further and things start progressing because eat the repair process evolves right so they run into this situation and you know this part didn't prepare like they thought it would and it needs to be replaced but it's three hundred dollars. What do you think's can happen. Tanner they're can only they're gonna fix it but the word fixes they're not gonna replace it. Which would be the proper. Okay yeah and are they. Do you think that that shops can absorb that three hundred dollars. I don't think so either. I mean maybe maybe they would. But i'd i'd be highly doubtful right. That would happen so again. You do have a choice Where you take your car. And i believe again like the station buddy local great local low well in the working local. At least you can walk into an office and see somebody and you can. Hey here's where i'm at. Here's where what what i feel. I'm i'm so local. That i can't i firmly believe that i buy local at every chance. Even if i have to pay a little bit more yup because i know that that money is supporting the local community and stay in the area. Yeah whereas you know all this money with these big consolidators you know the calibers gerbers the average heck gerber you know. They're out of candidate. So all the money goes it. Leaves the baby just and then caliber. They're big national chain. That money leaves the community. Now that money leaves the community. You can't walk into those stores and cd owner. I'm there every day unless i'm here right. Which is worse auto collision specialists. How was your trip by the way. Oh my gosh you're there is some you definitely stuff to dead with though. Don't throw through deadwood but it was stress weakened by. Oh my god this. Is you wanna talk about stupid. Yeah i'm following my google machine but because let's be honest i'm i'm a little challenge with that. It would not put me on the main roads. So you would think that google would. It sturgis opening weekend. I have a twenty four foot trailer. I'm driving a four door duly pickup. And it rolls me into dead wood. And i need gas. So every one of the gas stations is filled up with motorcycles. But i was able. I saw road and i was able to take off and get to spearfish but i tell you from spearfish. All the way up to bismarck was a beautiful drive. And i did that on sunday which i'll tell the audience why we did. That is a two thousand. Nineteen ford f. One fifty Ford a two thousand nineteen two thousand. Eighteen ford has discontinued not back ordered. Discontinued the bed and i needed a nice bed repair this destruction. It's actually an insurance ages truck but I ended up the closest nice. Nice bed was in bismarck north dakota so that's where i went and i came back on monday and what's good about that. Is that pick up. That is already painted He's back on the truck. Do you think do you think that albert would've been driving up. Big national chains would have driven up. There i don't think probably not but you still. You still have don't have me convinced that you didn't stop dead with right through Ten forty nine time. Let's get a break. We'll come back on the other side. Get to the headline the caught my eye..

"Did tony welcome back to the program. Thirteen days thirteen teams. Clark's dole degree programs. Already already this week. Patriot league dominant so far. We started with platte valley on monday. Troy hoffman and the crew out. There always always successful. Tuesday had the university bulldogs. They've been right on the borderline of getting to the playoffs wednesdays severance With their first group of seniors coming up and today we are talking to the defending state champs of the two a classification. The eating rad's joining me now up on the hotline are four by four vip guests. Dustin duncan the defensive coordinator for the eating reds. Doesn't how are you my man. Are you doing tanner. i'm doing well. Thank you so much for joining Let's start first with what happened. What an incredibly insane year. It was For eaton last year. I deal with kobe and then the whole school goes on to win four state championships In one ear. It was an incredible year. It was it was exciting time. All the kids worked hard at all aspects of all sports and did a great job of competing each and every day and then like you say kind of dealing with the covert stuff and going through that protocol each day So is another thing the plate plus all the schoolwork They they do very well in the classroom Both the boys and girls so that was extremely fun for the kids and the coaching staff. That was to be a part of that. Yeah how How much did it change. How you guys had to operate Dealing with dacoven protocols from coaching standpoint each day when the kids would have to answer the questions that they would have to get their temperatures taken and That was just different Trying to get practice started and make sure everybody did the protocol and That was definitely something we've never dealt with before. Yeah and and i know you know talking with other coaches around leagues. They said it was just a little frustrating. To you know you get into coaching. Not for the money not for any of that at the high school level. You get because you love football and there was a lot of attention being paid to things that didn't Necessarily apply to football. You know and. I think that's that's what we did. The job i'm up here at doing was teaching is kids overcome adversity and taking each challenge. One step at a time and answering those challenges over komo's challenges each day. Yeah well let's talk about the the championship. Run there obviously Right towards the end of the regular season. You guys get hit with with some covert protocols You lose a thriller to the platte valley broncos And then just come back and and are roaring and ready to go takasu. Those last couple of weeks. And how focused these guys in that. That twenty twenty team was well. You know that was. That was a special group of kids. That was kind of a group of kids that had come up together and and play together and they did a nice job of overcoming the covert. You know we did have that close game with flat valley where we were In some some number twos but the nice thing about it is and we talked about it. All year was how deep we were As a school And as a team and we were able to kinda learn from that and work on some things with those guys and they were able to get some live reps and it came in handy In the playoffs you know so they were able to get those reps that Being a game where meant a lot. It was a close game. A couple of different plays mako different russia but it kind of a fire under you know ten or true kind of stepped up and said hey. This is what we gotta do to overcome that. Let's let's move forward learn from it. Let's get better. And i really didn't mean to just pick your pick. The loss to platte valley highlight dustin. I really didn't. But i was wondering if that just maybe spurred a little bit more motivation. Well you know. I think a loss anytime. You don't want one but it was definitely a learning curve for some things that we needed to stir up on. I think going into those playoff weeks. We were able to share those things up and and It it it help us. I think in the long run that hey you know we all pretty well and and hit a road bump and how do we get over there diversity of that. And how do we do. We quit. One thing i think was done eating since i've been here. I think he always gets better. Throughout the year we we the stats back that up. Yeah yeah so. I mean i think you know coaching staff go back and look looking. Okay or could we do to teach the kids better so so that we don't have this happen again. So that's the one thing i like is throughout the year. A team seem to get better as year goes on and we make adjustments and that has helped us in the last years taiwan. Dustin duncan With the eating reds football team You guys are gonna lose a couple of key members of that team And really The leader of that team that the the guy that maybe push you guys over Was tanner true. He he graduates moves on But what do you got coming up this year does and how you feel about this year on the defensive side of the ball You know we lose tanner with which is a big replacement. But we do run for defensive tackles or six So we'll we'll fill in trae will be there We do have are both defensive into coming back in right oregon tribute We have all our linebackers coming back. and then in our decent also durkan and walker back there and brogan stepped in plate on. Sal got hurt So again we do have quite a few guys coming back We moved if you guys but you know we have writer true will be back and we also have a couple of linebackers that are going to step up and and played a lot last year for us so even floor is So i'm excited. I'm excited and and another thing is is pretty deep again this year. We have a lotta a lotta juniors in a lot of programs would be starting juniors Couple sophomores and the thing is we have enough depth that those guys will get to to play but won't have to step into a starting role right away. I mean that's that's huge and we've said it for for years. I mean great programs They don't they don't rebuild. They reloaded and and it sounds like you guys are definitely in a position to do that we are. You know it should be an exciting year. Like i said if you look at the defensive side of the ball you know we. We do have a lot of guys coming to have have experienced and that should help us. I think in the long run we're telling us and dunkin the defensive coordinator for the reds talk to me about this league The patriot league is always an incredibly tough league and And you guys are the defending state champs but didn't win the league last year and you don't see that happen very often but it just talks about the depth of of of the.

"Thirty six. Welcome back to the specialist studios. I am tanner schmidt. Happy to be with you on this thursday morning Kid coming up thirteen days. Thirteen teams eating reds day. High school athletics back in the swing of things and college. Athletics getting there as well was able to attend the unc media day yesterday the day earlier this week as well Some breaking news from yesterday right that we talked about. Csu mandating now not just masks but vaccines we bring in miles bloom heart with the fort collins colorado miles where you've taken aback by the news or is this something you've thought was coming. I kinda figured this was coming. You know giving that given that it's happened across the united states. i think that's Yeah i think it was coming. All along i i again. I will always preface this by saying public Public education administrators have very very difficult. Job right now and so. I don't know that i. Can you know criticize. That are whatever. It's just a very difficult situation but I think the thing that was kind of shocked me was the august eighteenth deadline. I hadn't even seen that yet. So you're telling me we have. People have six days to get this done. And that is would be my concern. I think a lot of these other places the business entity that i usually give people about three weeks You know at least. I think it's probably to get your first shot if you if you take the to shot of vaccination. I think that's a pretty short timetable. Not that the. Vaccinations aren't readily available. My concern would be. Does it fit into your schedule and I guess maybe you're just making people make that decision to to fit it into their schedule. The i suppose so. It's it's bizarre to me. And here's the thing. I mean i didn't. I wasn't really shocked. Either when this came out. the timing of it surprised me just a little bit But they had come out and said remember what it was a joint statement with c. You way back in. I believe it was in march or somewhere around that time. That said we're going to require. If it's fda approved that was the big thing and now it seems that they have completely taken that away and know that we're looking like that could be coming soon. But i'm surprised that they changed that. I think the last time i saw. He thought maybe pfizer. By the end of this monthly. Be optimistic. I don't know that the other ones You know i. I don't believe they are closer but that kind of surprises me Again a up you know fully it. I am vaccinated I i just. But i find that very difficult I think it was probably a very difficult decision for you. To make as well is bizarre. I mean this is. This goes for media members as well On that press release came out and to be honest. I i've had this argument with with some people. And and i still say look i mean. A lot of people are putting this comparison out there that i've been seen it said. Look it's just like stopping at a stop light. We put stoplights in so you don't kill someone else. Okay but you're not injecting stoplight. Into your body right. This is something that has been around for a relatively short amount of time. And i personally hate the pressure for somebody or the judgment on somebody for personal. Decision understandable understandable. I freely told people. I got the vaccination for hopefully freedom of movement My own health. I think there's a small risk of getting it. But i don't want to get it and more importantly i don't wanna get it and spread it to anybody but i understand. I don't get the flu. Shot which i probably should but i don't but i totally understand. It's a personal decision. And i think the problem is is you know. I don't know if our vaccination rate is gonna go up a whole lot. Because i think this actually puts more pressure on people and i think some of those people are just gonna say absolutely not. I'm not gonna get yeah i. We're talking about two miles. Bloomer with the the collins colorado and hear about csu's mask mandate and and the vaccination rate and this is the thing you know. Stephen is yo- came out and said look the football teams at ninety nine percent of vaccinated. And and this and that and Was talking with Actually a former major league player in and he starts going off about while you're part of a team. We need to just go get the vaccine. But couldn't the argument be made look ninety. Nine percent of them are vaccinated. That keeps them healthy. If this is my decision to make then in it's on me it is You know the one thing that i thought was interesting was On these teams as we saw with north carolina state in the college world series. Is you know You know there's enough Internal ongoing on these teams and this adds another pressure. what if you don't want to get vaccinated but however then you do put your team out risk on maybe football game Which we saw happen last year and and probably will happen again this year i if it is such an extremely difficult and personal decision and it is in winter. Wheat just admitted. That's where we're going to be ad and we move forward because Miles you've reported on cova a lot throughout all of this but The cdc there's some information that we're missing in terms of okay. What is the transmission rate from people who have been vaccinated. We're just in a weird time. We're just in a weird time of this virus in a weird time probably history. Yeah i here's what i think is is and i think joe parker sent this message out. I think he's concerned. Because even even though you can you know you can come to. Moby arena canvas stadium. The the mask wearing. I think is is probably going to hurt attendance and after last year would happen. I think It's a it's a big financial crunch on places like yes you and other universities and i think joe is concerned and i think he should be concerned because the last thing politics is less participation less fan participation. No that's absolutely right. And and that's why they built that big big stadium right and if we come out there year in the if the mask it goes into place there and and and all goes into. You're going to see. I would imagine you're gonna have to probably see enrollment dip as a whole in general But then the attendance of things. What's gonna look like especially for for college. Kids that say why vaccinated. Why why the hell do i need a mask. And i think that's one of the things why people got vaccinated right. That's i mean that's one of the reasons is because you don't mask wearing is again you know it. Is it a hindrance to what extent it depends on the person but there are those people that hey i don't want to wear the mask. I got vaccinated. I don't wanna wear the mask but if you look you know the lines to get into like canvas stadium or the concession stands restrooms and then you know you have to do not wear your mask when you're sitting there outside at canvas dating but you have to put it on at the concession standard and the restroom. I'm not really sure to be quite honest. It's going to be bizarre miles watching it all unfold. We're talking the miles bloom heart out of the colorado and and like i said it's been it's been such a weird weird year and going back a year. It was a year ago. Friday.

Change the more things change the more they remain the same but okay and let me toss another one on the stack for your consideration. Daniel henninger writing in the wall street journal saying Democrats will ruin the climate. They've wrecked the cities in the border. Why would climate policy be any different. And his short answer is don't put the democrats in charge of noah's ark it'll sync. Well exactly. would you know. I wrote a commentary. Few years ago it was. I compared no the biblical prophet in a to know National oceanographic and atmospheric administration. And it's funny because no Back in the day He says You know we have to stop or ends or you need to stop your sins and stop sending or or we're gonna have rising seas floods. We're all going to die. While the i two hundred and fifty years is entirely natural but that'll change in the middle of the twentieth century. And now it's all man made right. That's what they want you to believe that out. Science climate works and I just shake my head. Where do you wanna start. Let's start with alarmist climate reports. Which i think is if you look up a perfectly in the dictionary you'll find the un climate report. I i was part of that process. I was accepted as the as an expert reviewer for that report and what they do in this. There is a lot of good science if you look into the science. They've each each of these sections are about two or three or four inches thick full of science And nobody reads those except for geeks like me nighttime reading right but i mean it's very good science in there but nobody reads those they read what's called the summary for policymakers which is not written by scientists. It's written by politicians that are promoting an agenda. So what they do is they take the worst parts. Ooh predictions and and in these scientific basis they. They provide for example predictions of temperature And they they they have five or six different scenarios. That might we might say. And and what they've taken in the summary for policymakers they've taken the most extreme unlikely high case radical devastating scenario and use that as a as with the most likely scenario is well. isn't that what the environmental protection agency was. Founded upon something known as the paralyzing principle a worst case scenario and you work backwards in order to put Regulations.

"Like that. Well you know just There was there was okay. There are six thousand firefighters on that fire from forty. Six states and puerto rico. So and then you're working in remote areas so you know the contact tracing which is all fine and good is basically worthless. Because he's these people are coming in and out and the ability to contact trace. They were you know because usually what they do they do. Two weeks dance on that fire. And then you're out so you had all these moving parts and the testing took a lot of time and the testing you know they would take tests and then they would be. They would be off the fire. They wouldn't get the results and time and again not not blaming the system because the system is kind of almost set up not to fail but To not be that effective well. Yeah and when you have Mule desperate times call for for measures. Right i mean they were just trying to do anything and everything that could to get that out. And you know maybe covert. Kenneth got put on the backburner a little bit well. They had a separate incident management team on the fire and on kovin. But but what happened at times is as we know. Last year there was a tremendous amount of wildfires throughout the west so your resources were limited somewhat anyhow and then Some eight to twenty percent of firefighters were not available because they are either you know on the fire because they were either in isolation or quarantine and so some at that point that hampered the firefighting effort. I it's it's. It's pretty bizarre man and almost getting a little bit of. Ptsd with all the smoke that we're seeing rollover.

And that's what they're doing they're They're burning the remaining credit of the united states and not even on the basic. Even the social safety needs of the country so nothing's going to be done here To fix a shortfall and social security to make medicare more secure for an aging population to address student loan debt in the bubble economy for math healthier for the poor. It's the reverse oregon strategy expand the entitlement culture to the point that it bankrupts the united states and we have to withdraw from the world. Well i guess. I think that's kinda be the effect of it. I don't know that there's that much long term thinking in this going on you. But i mean look the the the interest on the federal debt last year was about i think about three hundred and eighty billion dollars with treasuries at two percent right. So what happens when the fed jack up interest rates as they will In order to fight inflation so if if if they if it goes to four percents it's gonna cost us another four hundred billion dollars to service. Boosters, Masks and Mandates
"Welcome back america. You you joined by. Michael oren the former bastard. The united states the former ambassador from israel to the united states. Dr michael oren is back in israel. Good morning dr orrin. How are you and welcome back to you to you. Know i'm glad to be back. I have. I have a very simple but complex question. I read the times of israel to actually find out what's going on with the virus because israel's had everybody else they've got a booster strategy ready they know what's up they know what's down. They have credible people who speak with authority and the public. Why does israel have a functioning public health directorate authority respected in the united states has a complete collapse of credibility with everyone. Well one of the reasons you have to do with the founding fathers you can blame alexander hamilton. James madison and john j Because the founding fathers were so frightened of central authority so frightened of the tyranny of the of the english king that they've they made authority very diffuse. So you know. The governor of new york can't tell the mayor of new york to close the schools of new york. But we have one authority here which tells the entire state but to do and everyone's gonna do it so okay We didn't have the founding fathers but they did some wonderful things but on the questions dealing with a national emergency. Health emergency I guess they didn't foresee that possibility. I got my third vaccination just week. You just pissed me off. I just i was just inveighing against the cdc because everybody knows people need boosters and they announced yesterday they will have a booster strategy in september. And they don't even know what they're gonna recommend and israel has already got michael oren. Who's my age getting. His third booster on freaking believable. Then i made my wife. Is one quarter jewish. Can i may khalia you. Can if not we'll make it happen because honest to god. It's one quarter jewish. I can prove it really. I can get there. You're in we'll get you in here but even then we're talking about now now limiting number people in restaurants but the number of people in stores at master mandatory and hear how 'bout k. Through three you mask your children yes. They have to go to mass that stupid they do in. It'll be the questions whether they're going to be encapsulated where they put kids. You know like three kids in each section of cloud pods makes sense that ventilation makes sense pardon but kindergarten through third grade master not work. There's not a scintilla of evidence for that. Well they do it and You know we're we're trying to change. The numbers are still going up. The numbers are still going up.
'The Socialists Are Coming! The Socialists Are Coming!'
"Night i was talking with the former national figure a senior advisor to president trump a longtime fixture in republican party circles. Who for twenty years is wage. The good fighting afghanistan and as the american dream for that country dies. And there's no other way to put it. I'm gonna talk with representative. Lose cheney about it later today. On top of the collapse of the commitment to free enterprise represented by the democratic party. Full embrace of socialism and the passage of a full on socialist budget by bernie sanders in the senate after already four trillion dollars of spending over two years. It will mean eight trillion dollars a printed money. After all of that i was i was feeling pretty low last night. Saying my gosh. What have we done for twenty years. What what have we been fighting for forty years if we're just going to be a socialist backwaters country. That can't can't keep our commitments to fight for. We pull it. Because i began my wife with the fall of southern vietnam helicopters on the on the embassy in saigon. I went to college. I was a sophomore in college when that happened. Nineteen seventy five and here. We are kaba will look that way within thirty days. They're saying ninety days now. I'm not giving them ninety days unless the taliban decide well we don't need it we'll take it next next fighting season let's let's just go live in kandahar and konduz for the rest of the year and we'll get cobble next year then it might not fall but otherwise we're gone we're just getting our people out and god bless our marines for doing that but then i thought fight my man said sir andrew barton i am hurt but i am not slain. All lay me down. Bleed awhile and rise and fight again. It's my motto. Wiped out two thousand and eight. You get wiped out in two thousand and six you got wiped out at the polls in in two thousand. Eighteen is just realize the nineteen ninety-four out there somewhere. There's a nineteen eighty out there somewhere. Indeed i think we're going to wipe out. The democrats goes country does not wanna be socialist country and the democrats are socialist.

This is a big deal, not just because of sports as the New York Times explains big football programs in those conferences, -versities recruit students and attracted donations even though college football is a multibillion dollar industry, it's apparently no match for the corona virus. The conferences say they're worried about the health of their players and they point out the can't just put them in a bubble like some professional sports leagues are doing. That's because the players still. Still have to go to class with other students and be part of the broader campus community that said, the conferences are hoping to hold their football soccer and other seasons in the spring instead.
