One is we know that tinnitus is affected by stress. So if you are feeling really stressed that kind of just going to be louder, and the past year and a half has been very stressful for so many patients, so we're seeing that occur. We've also seen candidates that rise from Covid, Um post covid symptoms as well as from the back seat. So you can't predict who's going to experience any auditory symptoms. But we are definitely seeing an increase in Canada from The vaccine and covid, Um so we always go through a very thorough case History when patients come into our practice so we can try and correlate the start of the Tennessee Estimate be something that has occurred like the vaccine, or covid. And even with you, it's changing how people are coming in with their affected hearing problems, and let's let's address that talk about the covert 19. And how it causes hearing laws. And, you know people are dealing with that. And also with the wearing masks and how that is working. So you know, how are you doing it? Well, you know, we're definitely have changed a lot of things within our practice. We close for eight weeks mainly to help reduce a curve back in March, and during that time we really took That time to make sure that when we did reopen that patients would be a safest possible not only for patients but also our employees. So when you do come into our office, we have more. We're following CDC protocol for safety we're wearing, you know, and 95 mask so long was face shields when we're close and gloves. And we recommend all patients have to wear masks when they come into her office as well. So we are also allowing 15 minutes between patients for the room to her out in case any particles were dispersed on giving us time to sanitize appropriately anyplace that was touched by patients in the air. When patients to come in. The first thing we want you to know is that you're not going to come in with a waiting room full of people times a really spaced out and we're really being very cautious or also is our questions that we ask you a covert questions to make sure that when you do come in, you're not high risk for other patients in our environment. So we feel like we're taking a lot of precautions to make sure you're safe. So when you do come in, you're taking care of We know how hard not being able to hear is in general, and then you add being quarantined and masks on top of that. Mass. And when you put a mask on, not only can you not see their lips, but there's definitely a muted sound coming out from patients and from other people you're interacting with. We know that between three and five decibels, so adding insult to injury is so difficult during this time, and how important is hearing I mean, we know it's important in general. You know the main thing people come in, and when they see you, they get the hearing checked and a lot of times. Sometimes they need hearing AIDS. Sometimes they don't Like the Times they do. Let's talk about what the cost is for that. Sure, you know, we actually have a little bit different. Um Kind of route when we look at the cost of hearing AIDS, and all of our information is actually on our website, So it's very transparent as when you come in what you're getting because we found a lot of patients we're calling in the first question out of the mountain was you know how much of your hearing AIDS We wanted to actually break it down and be very honest. About what? What that looks like. So basically, what you pay for is a treatment plan. When you come in, you don't necessarily pay for the hearing aid. We offer about five different treatment plans, And as you go up in the treatment plans, the hearing aid technology improves, But so does the amount of treatment that you you're getting. We're giving some of our every patient who walks in who requests that we have clips that can attach to the hearing aid and onto their clothes, So if it did fall off from a massive, you're taking it off.
