"We are receiving hundreds of emails based on our first hour talking about how Donald Trump can win. That's right, he can win and the Democrat plan is not going well. I find it most interesting to look at Democrats that begin to warn about what we are also seeing, the smart Democrat. In 2016, it was Bill Clinton. In 2016, it was Michael Moore. Now, some of these Democrats do that just to raise money and to become relevant, but some of them actually believe it, especially ones that live in the states that are going to decide the election. One of those states is Michigan. Now, Michigan is not an emphasis state for turning point action. I don't think Michigan will be easily won. Michigan can be won, potentially, with proper organizing, especially with just the outright criminalization of everyday patriots in Michigan, as we see with the Attorney General Dana Nessel going after Rose Rook, 81 years old, from Michigan, Pawpaw, Michigan. Democrat Debbie Dingell, who represents a working class district, not a fan of hers, but she speaks the truth when it comes to how Trumpy her district is. Democrats, this is a new narrative out there and they're pushing it, they're pushing it, they're pushing it. Play cut 35. We're heading into another presidential race. If the election were held today in Michigan, do you think Donald Trump as a Republican nominee could beat President Biden as a Democratic nominee? I'm going to look at you all right now. Everybody says Michigan's a blue state. Michigan is not, it is purple. It is a very competitive state and Donald Trump would do well in Michigan right now. I'm not, the elections are a year away, we're at a very volatile time, but I'm not taking Michigan for granted and I'm going to say I've said that very strongly to many people. Do you feel like the Biden team is taking Michigan for granted right now? Should they be doing more already to try to shore things up? Let's just say I think we've gotten their attention. So they're starting to panic a little bit in Michigan, not to mention what's happening in Wisconsin. Ohio is dead. Ohio is no longer a battleground state. Iowa is no longer a battleground state. There's an article in Politico now where they say, oh, because North Carolina has a 25-year-old state chair, North Carolina is in play. North Carolina is going to be competitive, no doubt, no spin. I still think Donald Trump wins that. Florida's done. Forget it. Florida is, that is a deep red state for many years to come. Why? Because Florida has an unending stream every single month of people over the age of 65 with conservative Midwestern values that come and buy property and want Florida to remain red. It's an automatic kind of annuity of every single month there's another 50,000 right-wingers that move to Florida. But this reminds me, Debbie Dingell, reminds me of what Michael Moore said in 2016 when Michael Moore came out and he was one of the only people to say, I don't think you understand. Donald Trump's going to win. Now, I'm not as clearly saying that in 24 because look, we received this email and if I may be so candid to push back on one of our amazing listeners, our listeners make our show better, but I honestly can't stand emails like this. It drives me nuts. This is a bad attitude. All caps. We will lose. Charlie, I adore your enthusiasm, but stop it. Democrats will cheat and there's no way we can win. It goes on and on and on and on. 71, Vietnam veteran, electronics design engineer. I'm just sick of what a crap hole country has become. Craig, I hear you. Cynicism is easy. It's easy to fall victim to cynicism. But if that's the case, how did Donald Trump win in 16? If that's the case, how did he win in the first place? Yes, the odds are stacked against this. Yes, it will be difficult. It's going to require work and organizing. But part of their plan is demoralization, mass psychological warfare to get you to give up, to get you to surrender, to have sentiments like this. And so I will just kindly push back. I acknowledge that our elections are crooked and broken. They're a joke in certain counties, in certain states. Let's try to fix them and do our best. There's no guarantees in life, but you got to fight in the arena. They would love nothing more than for us to surrender and for us to give up. In fact, if there was a guarantee of their victory, if Democrats had a guaranteed victory, why is their propaganda necessary? If their victory was guaranteed, why do they have to continue to act the way they are? Because their victory is not guaranteed. It's not. If they were so confident in their plan, why is there a panic and a freak out? The media will not cover this nearly as accurately what's happening, but there are serious fault lines that are now coming to the surface in the Democrat regime. This forced coalition that they put together is falling apart. I got to say one of the cruelest stories in America that has received very little coverage is how 16 everyday normal ordinary patriots are now criminally charged for signing a piece of paper that was well within their constitutional rights and obligations and that had historical precedent. Christina, tell us what's going on here and then also telling us tell us how we can help these 16 mega patriots that face 50 to 100 years in jail. Christina. Yeah, so to your point, it's so terrifying what's going on and one of the big things that we can do is get involved. You know, every one of the electors have their different mechanism of how they're combating this legally, but we need everyone to get involved with the Michigan Republican Party in this state and share this information with your friends. Now, that may seem kind of minor. It's like, well, why is sharing information so important? Is that one of the reasons why the individuals like Dana Nessel is able to get away with what she's doing is because average people are allowing it to occur. They're not doing anything and many people don't even know what's happening. If more people knew what was going on and deeply involved within our government, then we could actually fight back and put the fear of God in the people like Dana Nessel that if she does it, she's going to be legally held accountable. Also, it's by making sure that people talk with their Republican elected officials in Michigan and saying, hey, you guys need to file articles of impeachment against Dana Nessel because this cannot be tolerated. We cannot have the government weaponized against the citizenry. But the fact of the matter is, is that she feels very confident that she'll get away with this because the average person is not going to do anything about it. So until these people are held accountable, until they feel lawfully, of course, we're talking lawfully, until they feel lawfully the pain of what they're doing, they're never going to stop. What we live in in America currently is in a situation of absolute lawlessness. Well, these people just get away with whatever they want. So what we're trying to do right now is really mobilize people at the ground level, get more people involved in holding our elected officials accountable, involved in knowing what's happening. That way we can lawfully fight back against it. But right now, this situation is in the courts. So the various electors, they're going to need legal support. So individuals, I'm not sure of all the different fundraising apparatuses that the different electors have because they're charged as individuals. That's what's the important thing to remember that they're not being charged as a group. They're being charged each as individuals. So, you know, making sure that we support them in their different legal pursuits is going to be important. But one of the best ways to protect ourselves from this lawlessness, for example, Dana Nessel threatened me with a felony. And prior to the election last year in 2022 for secretary of state, we sued the clerk of Detroit and the board of election inspectors. And recently the judge hit myself and the other plaintiffs with a $58,000 fine. And the judge in the case wouldn't hear any of our evidence, wouldn't listen to any of our witnesses and called us racist and threw the case out. So my point in saying this is that these people are able to do this or whether it's with President Trump, it's because not enough people are lawfully pushing back against the lawless government that we have. The reality is that our government has been captured by a criminal cartel. And so, you know, oftentimes we think about politics, people are always told, get out and vote, get out and vote and get out and vote or donate. What's the other side of that? What is the other side of that coin? It's about holding your elected officials accountable. How many people listening to me right now have been to a city council meeting, been to a county commissioners meeting? When is the last time you went on your state's website and read the bills that are in committee? When is the last time you showed up to a hearing on the bills that are being discussed to be taken up for a vote? And if the answer to that question is I've never done that, this is precisely the problem. These people are operating in a situation where they're able to have free reign over our lives because we aren't showing up. And when we, the people show up, start to scrutinize these people, ask questions, hold them accountable, then much of this lawlessness will subside and it'll be a lot harder for them to just brazenly persecute people because no one is stopping them. Christina Caramo, thank you for joining us. We're going to keep on talking about Michigan and keep the pressure on and keep the heat. And we have back a hundred percent. Thank you so much, Christina Caramo. Thank you, Charlie, for having me on. The Michigan attorney general, Dana Nessel, has gone after 16 everyday people. To make an example, it's Soviet show trial stuff of people that are still on social security, people that have very little financial ability to defend themselves. They want to make you suffer. They want to do a show trial, senior citizens and crush you. Most of the media is not covering this story at all.

"We have been warning for the last couple of years. In fact, it was two years ago where we said that the Night of the Long Knives was beginning, which of course was in Nazi Germany where the regime started to criminally go after their political dissidents. Lock them up. We call this Stalinistic or Maoist. All that stuff is accurate. We've seen it at the top level and the bottom level. For example, if you make a meme that the regime does not like, like Douglas Mackie, they're going to put you in prison. They need to go after the humorists, the satirists. They need to try to send a message that if you mock the regime a decade in prison, they need to go after the truth tellers. Steve Bannon is facing federal prison. We don't know when he's going to go, but he has been convicted and sentenced. Dinesh D'Souza, remember when he did a very successful film against Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? He was also indicted and convicted by the Southern District of New York. James O'Keefe, truth teller, citizen journalist, Project Veritas had his apartment raided by the FBI and then of course was removed by Project Veritas under very suspicious circumstances. The people on January 6th, you go and you wave a flag. You're 75 years old and they go and throw you in a gulag. All of this points towards an objective, secret police tactics, Gestapo, totalitarianism. They can't win the country by persuasion or dialogue. And this fits perfectly into a disturbing trend that I started to realize eight or nine years ago when I first started at Training Point USA. When I started to go to these college campuses, I was under a false assumption that everybody would want to have a conversation about their ideas. And the vast majority of left-wing activists are not interested in dialogue. Some are, most are not. They find speech to be annoying, threatening. They would rather use power. They do not believe that we are the speaking beings. They do not want to have to use reason. They'd rather say, I'm in charge, you're not. I'm going to complain my way to the top and I'm going to put you in prison. Their quest for power, their quest for their naked quest for power supersedes the rule of law. It also supersedes decency. And so we've seen at every possible level, Donald Trump facing multiple indictments. Bannon, D'Souza, O'Keefe, Giuliani. It's across the board. Now, I don't have to remind you. Hillary Clinton walks free. Anthony Fauci walks free. James Comey walks free. Andy McCabe walks free. And they're most likely not going to be held accountable anytime soon. Hunter Biden signs a little document. Lois Lerner walks free. Loretta Lynch walks free. Bill Clinton walks free. Epstein's entire network walks free. The pharmaceutical companies walk free. I'm not doing this just to fire you up. I'm making a point that is true. What happened yesterday in some way is even more infuriating and unjust than what they're doing against Donald Trump. What they're doing against Trump was unprecedented, historic, never seen it before. But what they've done now in Michigan is to go after you. You've probably seen that meme before. They're coming after me because they want to come after you and I'm just in the way. It's one of Donald Trump's most persuasive one-liners and it's totally true. Well, they're no longer not going after you. In Michigan yesterday, the attorney general has announced criminal charges, a pile of felonies against Trump supporting senior citizens. 16 people in Michigan were indicted by the state's far left attorney general, Dana Nessel. All the while, by the way, crime is up in Detroit. Michigan's a disaster. They are charged with eight felonies apiece because they signed a piece of paper. That's right. They signed a piece of paper to become alternate pro-Trump electoral college electors. Now, what is noteworthy here, and we'll go into the details of it, is why now? Why is this all bubbling up now? And it's obvious the alternate elector piece is critical to be able to prove Donald Trump, quote unquote, prove Donald Trump was a seditious conspiracist. It is by no coincidence whatsoever that Donald Trump gets a letter from Jack Smith and simultaneously the Michigan attorney general moves on these, quote unquote, alternate electors. I was talking to somebody the other day that was one of the good guys in the Department of Justice. He's left and he's now running his own law firm. He's a good guy. He tries to fight the bad guys every single day. And I was texting with him. I said, what is going on here? And he's not a Trump fan, by the way, but he is a rule of law fan. He thinks it's ridiculous what's happening to Trump. And he said, Charlie, he said, I was in the DOJ for a decade. He said the coordination between state attorney generals and the Department of Justice is next level, totalitarian, horrifying. That's from a guy who served in attorneys general. This is a guy who served in the DOJ for 10 years. And I said, what do you mean? He said, Charlie, we have not seen this level of coordination since 9-11. We have not seen this level of orchestration between state attorney generals and the federal government since 9-11, where everyone was on the same page. Everyone was working as if it was like this organized counterterrorism unit. And a theme that we've been building out on this program is we lost our principles and lost our mind after 9-11. We are still living in a post 9-11 world where we decided to forsake the Constitution and forsake the idea of natural rights, all because we were afraid of another terror attack.

"I love talking with the woman. Just because she's she's a real person and she's she's kind of switch to talk with but she is very serious about her job. And i think doing a pretty effective job at it politically and from a policy standpoint. I agree and just what she did on on the opioid crisis. I think is is huge. There's some good news. For state republican. Co-chair ron weiser. The aforementioned attorney general dana nessel has investigated and decided that the two hundred thousand dollars that he paid out of republican funds and then reimbursed to get a candidate out of the race for secretary of state is in criminal and the reason was pretty simple. The chair of the republican party is not a public official and not subject to the same bribery rules as a public official would be charged with. She said the whole thing stinks. But it's not illegal ethical sleazy but not illegal yup a three bills in the voter suppression package passed in the house. These are of course two solutions in search of a problem house minority leader dial a sense gi said the bills were an attempt to stoke fear and paranoia in michiganders' about the electoral system. She said we are here today. Wasting our time making laws about elections that make no real changes. They just feed ally record cheap political points with these divisive issues instead of doing real work on the budget and it's disrespectful to our institution and frankly it she's right and you can say that about almost every vote that goes through this republican controlled house. Not all of them but many of them will be three bills. Were actually a waste of time. Because they don't do anything. One of them will prohibit voting equipment from being connected to the internet that passed seventy seven thirty one only problem with that. That's already the practice. All it does is put into law. What they're already doing. That means absolutely nothing but it does feed the conspiracy that the voting machines were hacked through the internet for the twenty twenty general election. It's not possible because they weren't connected to the internet for the twenty twenty general election. Another bill prohibits third parties from accessing the qualified voter files stating that only state and local officials are allowed to access. That's the master file of voters in the state. That bill passed seventy five to thirty three. It's already illegal does does absolutely nothing. And then there's a bill that would expand the record retention period for ballots requiring election clerks. A hold onto paper ballots for twenty two months after final official counter certified by the board of canvassers. That is a solution in search of a problem. Because it's already the law and it is required for federal elections and as a matter of practice clerks do the same thing for state elections so these bills are harmless invest. But the reality is there are waste of time designed to feed the narrative that the election was rigged. We need to make all of these reforms. Well and they elevate the What is thirty nine bill package. That overall would have the impact of suppressing the vote. they give it a s- coach of legitimacy. Because you know these are things already being done. So Yeah just a waste of time. Speaking of a waste of time. We may have a balanced proposal to put into our constitution a right for citizens to request what they call a forensic audit of elections..

Two conservative political operatives charged with misleading voter robocalls

"In August people in Detroit who were registered voters the trait is majority Democrat city. It's nearly eighty percent African, American registered voters in Detroit this summer. who had phone numbers in the three one three Detroit area code. They started getting calls that kind of seemed like crimes. And I'm going to play the call for you here. I will tell you before I play it that it is what you're about to hear on this call is unmitigated Bo Punky none of this is true but this is the call slash crime that went out to detroiters this summer. I'm. Not Ninety nine. Founded by Jack Berkman and Jacob. ooh. Mandarin voting found great but they do know that if you vote by mail, your personal information will be other public they that will be leaked assignments to track down. So worn and being used a credit card companies to collect outstanding debt the city even pushing. For they've only to try people for mandatory. I'll be connected door formation for the main. State. Where both by. Wear vote by mail. Vote by mail, your personal information is going to be given to the police to track you down for any old warrants and your personal information will be given to credit card companies to track you down for any old debt, and then the CDC is going to use that information. If you vote by mail to hunt you down and make you take mandatory vaccines that you don't want. Right that's all horse hockey. None of that is true voting by mail in Michigan doesn't actually put your personal information out there anywhere registering the vote means registering to vote but beyond that, how you vote doesn't matter at all. But when Sandra McNeill, on WWe, in Detroit got that recording of call they started looking into it. See if it was a one offer to see if this is more widespread thing. They started looking into it. So did the State Attorney General and the Michigan Secretary of State and those state officials held a press conference and they took the unusual step of releasing the audio recording of that call. So that other people who might have received, it would recognize it but also I think to put people on notice that this was misinformation and if you get this, this is not only wrong. This is potentially a crime they gave a stern public warning saying they're working to find out who was sending these absolutely false calls full of disinformation trying to intimidate voters they asked for members of the public to let them know if they too had received a call like this record, the call record, the date, and time you received it record any identifying information that came in with the call on your caller, id or anything like that. Michigan State Attorney General Dana Nessel warned that it is a felony under Michigan Law to deter or otherwise disrupt a person attempting to vote. So they went big with it. They basically said in that press conference five or so weeks ago you know listen you're targeting mostly black registered voters to dump all this disinformation on them to try to stop them voting by mail the you may think this is cute but this is illegal in this state and we're coming for you. Well today they made good on that threat tonight Michigan State Attorney General Dana Nessel has announced felony charges that have been filed against the two men whose names were listed at the beginning of that call. They have publicly denied having anything to do with this call. They've said, this must be some liberal group trying to make them look bad. It should be noted that callers received these calls also got caller ID messages saying the calls for coming from one of the two men's phone numbers. these guys are are trump supporters and conservative activists with a history of making flamboyant false claims at one point during the special counsel's investigation Robert Muller's office released a public statement announcing that they had referred these guys to the FBI after multiple women came forward to say that these guys had offered them money to make up sexual assault allegations against Robert. Muller. They referred them to the FBI for that. I. Wonder Whatever happened to that FBI referral. These gentleman also fabricated sexual assault allegations against Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buddha judge in the heat of the Democratic primary that allegation fell apart when the person they put forward to make those charges against people to judge publicly recanted and admitted that it wasn't true and publicly explained that these guys had put him up to it. They also tried to fabricate sexual assault allegations against Dr Anthony FAUCI. Seriously they offered cash rewards anybody who would say they heard Joe Biden using racial epithets right. These guys are a peach of a pair and they have been doing this kind of stuff to try to boost the trump campaign and to boost the trump presidency they've been doing it for a long time now apparently with impunity. But now they are facing multiple felony charges in Michigan Four felony charges all related to the election crime of intimidating voters. With a maximum total jail time of I think twenty four years in prison. But here's what's particularly interesting here. The investigation sparked by the Michigan authorities deciding that they were going to go big and go public with this turned up the fact that this wasn't just a local thing that had happened to one or two people. It wasn't even a Michigan specific attack turns out the calls out all over I. It was a Chicago Alter woman a local official in Chicago who alerted the board of elections there that she too had received this racist robocall. At her home in Chicago. Then it was people in Pittsburgh, and in Philadelphia who all said, they got this excuse me this same call. When Attorney General Dana Nessel of Michigan announced these felony charges today she said, the her office conferred with the Attorney General in Illinois or Chicago is and in Pennsylvania where Philly in Pittsburgh are but she says, she also conferred with the Attorneys Journal in New York and in Ohio because it turns out these calls have been going out to majority black districts registered voters in majority black districts all over the country in all in announcing these charges today the Michigan Attorney General's office estimates that eighty five, thousand of these calls have gone out. Just in the past few weeks trying to terrify black voters into not voting by mail at. Eighty, five thousand mostly black voters getting these calls saying if you vote by mail the CDC's going to put you on a list for mandatory vaccination that you don't want. If you vote by mail the credit card companies are going to track you down to find all your debt. If you vote by mail, the police are coming for you. Eighty five thousand of these calls. In. Multiple States. Over a period of weeks. After Attorney General Dana Nessel announced these charges today in Michigan. She didn't interview with that reporter from Wj, who helped break this thing open from the start with that tip from a listener. Reporter Sandra McNeill she asked the AG. The question that actually has been on my mind since I first heard about this story, which is, why did these guys have the goal to use their own names on this robocall? which so obviously appears to be a crime in progress trying to intimidate voters why would you put your name on that while committing that crime that's like robbing a bank and handing your real business card everybody might have witnessed it. Attorney General Nestle told the reporter from WWe Jay in response quote I honestly think that they've gotten away with so many things for so long. They thought that no, one would do anything they thought it wouldn't matter. Turns out matters. Joining us now live from Michigan is the Great State of Michigan's attorney, General Nestle Madam Attorney General. Thank you so much for being here. Tonight know it's a busy time. For having me I really appreciate your use of the term bull hockey I've never heard that before. But they use it. Bowl puppy and horse hockey are terms of art. You're welcome to use either of them. I don't even collect commission anymore. Does ask if I've got any of that wrong or if there's any important part of this. Case that you brought today that you announced today that I've missed. Now I think it was a summation. But what I think I'd like people to know is first of all, you know, yeah, that was twelve thousand calls that were made to the state of Michigan really centralized in the city of Detroit, the three one, three area area code, which is the city of Detroit. The thing about this, that's twelve thousand calls the twelve thousand potential voters trump won the state of Michigan by just over ten thousand votes. So I mean this is incredibly impactful and what I thought about for a long time. What is the point of having all these laws on the books in regard to voter suppression voter intimidation threats against voters if we never actually. Enforce them and what we know about twenty six sixteen is that trump didn't win because of the people who voted for him in Michigan he wanted because of the people who didn't voted all and that is what I think. These folks are trying to accomplish trying to suppress the vote and scare people into not voting action t during the course of a global pandemic, and we're not having it in this state just absolutely neck when you accept that these individuals can be so brazen as to attach themselves personally to these phone calls and think they can just get away with it. If they think it's funny that can joke around about it behind bars as far as I'm concerned. Is there a technical reason why cases like this are hard to bring? Obviously, these gentlemen have the. Office charged today they have their names on the front of this robocalled. They've since publicly denied that they actually made the robocall and said, somebody else must have done this in their names in order to make them look bad or prank them when it comes to the technical nature of proving that these were the people who in the charges conspired to and ultimately committed these acts voter intimidation is it hard to prove? Well. Unfortunately, for Mr, role and Mr Berkman Bud year ago, and my aunt established one of the first set anti. Robo calling task forces and so we were interested at the time in political related robocalls. We were interested in those calls that are made that ended up defrauding, he will and scamming people. So we already had the technology in place. So we knew where these calls were coming from and that allowed us to work with authorities in the state of California and thanks to my good friend. Attorney General Sarah in California who assisted us in this investigation but we have compelling evidence that these individuals committed these crimes and we're quite clear and confident about who the perpetrators of these crimes were. They just obviously never thought that we would actually end up investigate and actually charge but you know voter suppression is a very serious matter as Thomas Paine so So famously stated many years ago I voting is the right upon which all other rights are dependent. So if you deprive somebody of their ability to vote you deprive him of everything else in. Life and you know this has gone on for far too long. I think many people are tired of their scams. This isn't the first time that we've investigated these guys. As you noted, there was a an incident involving judge that involved the state of Michigan, an individual who lived in the state of Michigan. So it's not the person. I've seen their names. On a piece of paper in my office. And we're tired of them coming into our state and stirring up this kind of trouble by using false and misleading statements and trying to threaten or intimidate voters.
